James Comey has pled not guilty to his charges. Ladies and gentlemen, breaking news. He's officially pleaded not guilty to two felony charges, making false statements and obstructing a congressional proceeding. An army of geriatric protesters are outside of the court. Let's go ahead and watch, shall we? And then, Alex, can you get me that, that army of Portland protesters that are singing again? Because I have a feeling they're going to have some similarities. Let's go. Director James Comey in front of a judge moments ago in a hearing that we did not think would last long, and apparently that is the case. He has entered a plea of not guilty to two charges federal level. Now, our producers inside the courtroom say the former director accused of lying to Congress, obstructing aggression, a congressional proceeding, end of the plea moments ago in front of the judge, Michael Nachmanoff, appointed by Joe Biden, not guilty on both federal charges. He's accused of lying in front of Congress back in 2020. So that is the update inside the courtroom. And while that's happening in one part of Northern Virginia, this is happening across.

All available evidence and data shows that the youth of America is on our side and it is supportive of the right and is supportive of Charlie Kerr. And this is just the way it goes. Yeah, I got to tell you, my actual theory, my theory is that the, the nursing homes are looking for things to do for activity hour, and you got to have something that's safe for the elderly. And so they empty out the nursing homes in order to fill in the gaps for these left wing protests, because otherwise it would just be like a, you know, pederast in a chicken suit. That would be it. That would be the modern day left. That'd be at one guy with an ankle monitor can't go within a thousand yards of school in a chicken suit. That's what we saw yesterday. So they have to empty out the nursing homes, give all these people their medications, tell them all that Trump's gonna cut Medicaid or whatever, you know, Social Security, um, at, you know, Medicare plan Part B or whatever and. And shove them into the streets and they don't know what they're protesting and they don't know what they're doing. We have so many examples of this. Hey, Alex, you remember the sidewalk one? You remember the sidewalk one? It's so funny. It's just the nursing home. So the nursing homes are like that, you know, The Haitians who run the nursing homes are like, man, what do we do with all these old farts, right? What do we do with all these degenerate, diseased old boomer hippies? You know, they're like. You know, they're all like, just pining on, thinking about Jane Fonda, you know? What do we do with them? And instead of, like, if you're going to protest, like, protesting about the insane price of a starter home today, the devaluation, the dollar or the national debt, all of which the boomers created. They're. They're laying on the ground to tell you that the number one thing in their life for activity hour at the nursing home is the gay sidewalk. That is the number one concern in their life. They're, like, getting in the middle of the road with their walkers to talk about that. So when somebody tells you who they are, believe them. That is quite the photo. Yep, that's the photo. He will appear for correction in court on January 5, 2026 on felony charges. So Comey's court date, January 5, 2026, right after the New year. What a way to ring in the new year, ladies and gentlemen. So if you're just joining us, what happened? What you're looking at is the courthouse in old Town Alexandria, Virginia. This courthouse is a federal courthouse. James Comey has been federally charged. He pled not guilty to two charges, one charge of lying to Congress and obstructing congressional proceeding. And so James Comey presumably will be exiting the courthouse in just a moment. What's happened is that all of the cameras unhooked from their XLR cables and went sprinting up to the front of the courthouse. Now, right now it looks like they're just filming an episode of the Golden Girls. I don't know, Gilligan's Island. I don't know. The olds are just standing there. James Comey has dozens, less, half. Dozens of supporters standing outside of the courthouse. And what, what everyone says is that he's going to be appearing here and, and he'll be making a. He'll be making commentary. There's also a podium shot with a bunch of microphones. So they don't do that unless they've been given word by, like, the lawyers that Comey wants to yap. Do you know Comey to be a yapper? Oh, yes. James Comey is a yap, yap, yapper. So we do want to make sure that we cover that. Here is the MSNBC report on what happened inside of the courthouse. Well, before I answer that, I should tell you we have some notes from our reporters inside the courtroom now. And I guess the news out of this is that a trial date has been set for January 5th. Now, of course, that is very preliminary, and I personally do not expect that to hold, but that is the current trial date. I'm just seeing some details and some color from our Protection producers who were inside the courtroom that the EDVA attorneys entered the courtroom in approximately 10 minutes before the hour, shook hands with the Comey team. Lindsey Halligan was wearing a black suit. Members of James Comey's family filed in a minute or so later, followed by members of the press. Our folks saw Pat Fitzgerald, James Comey's lawyer, former prosecutor, in an animated conversation with the prosecutor, prosecutors in the case as the press came in and Fitzgerald addressed the court and said, it's the honor of my Life to represent Mr. Comey. And Pat Fitzgerald, we should remember, is a longtime Justice Department prosecutor. He was a special counsel. He actually prosecuted Dick Cheney's former chief of staff for lying to investigators, got a prison sentence. That man, Scooter Libby, was pardoned. So he's a guy that's been around the legal system for decades, and he is now representing, representing James Comey in this matter.

The only difference is my last name wasn't Cuomo. My last name was Trump. They were trying to destroy my father. It's almost too corrupted and almost too evil. And it's not a fun place to live, it's not a fun place to be. Much rather be down here in the free state of Florida. And as I was juggling that, I went to D.C. i talked with a bunch of people I was talking about, but should I run, should I not run? What do you think? And you know, I got a warm welcome. I was trying to decide what to do, but there were some things that.

And although D.C. might not be able to be fixed, although we might have to radically change the way our government operates, if you don't get involved in politics, then you are destined to be ruled by lesser men. And I believe that we all have a duty to stand up and do what we can to save this country. You know, in, in Charlie Kirk's place, 10,000 more should rise. And I hope everybody has the courage to do what they're capable of doing. And so, although I think D.C. is a vile, sick, and twisted place, and it's probably beyond repair, we have a duty to try and save this for the general welfare, as we are called to in the Bible of our country, and also for the next generation. That is why we need to do this, because if we don't save this country for our next generation, this country will be lost, not passed down in the bloodstream. Is something we have to fight for every single generation. It's your nice turn in the barrel, and it's time for us to fight.

Yeah, I mean, that's a great point. There's an old Teddy Roosevelt speech that's arguably, I think, my favorite speech ever given in American political history about in the arena. And it's like there's There was almost instinct to retreat, right, like during the Biden era by a lot of people to just say, like, you know, it's over and it's time to just go make something new, or maybe, like, get out to the hillside, you know, and like, get our, get our Tesla batteries and just get out to the hillside and nothing can be saved. I hate that mentality. I'm like, I really do. This is why we were in Chicago and Portland. Over the past seven days, we've been to Chicago and Portland with ice, going on ice raids, because there's no such thing as a permanent blue city. And when you go to these cities, it's wild. Madison, I know that you've had the same experience. There are Trump supporters everywhere. Waiting at the gate were, like, four or five Trump supporters that worked at the airport, like working men that were there, and they were like, when I was coming off my plane, right, and just flying commercial there out of connecting through Atlanta, and you come out and there's like, the dude there, the manager of Delta was there, and it was really cool. They're like, no, man, we love Trump here, and we need to save Oregon. And I don't like that defeatist attitude. Like, something is, like, beyond repair. I, I, I actually, like, appreciate that because we're all Americans. It's like our country, it's our birthright, and it's our job to defend it and protect it and to make sure that it doesn't get taken over by transifa Marxists.

No, you're absolutely right. I think people that want to run away from a fight, you know, I always say the Face of a coward is the back of their head as they run away from a battle. And that is just not who we're called to be. You know, we're called to not have a spirit of timidity, but to have one of courage and to be able to go forth into the battle and the fray and be willing to get down the muck and mire. But I'll tell you, I would watch the videos of you with Secretary Noem. I thought they were incredible. And I've experienced the exact same thing in so many Democrat cities. But the left wing, you know, just cabal has created these machines inside of these cities that has been designed to make people, the majority of people, either vote for leftists and create more leftists. One, because they're taking away homeownership from people so they don't actually have any ties to the land. Two, they're making sure that they're calling for abortions and the murder of children in the womb so that they have no ties to the next generation of this country. And so that way, of course, if you don't care about the, the how the country is going to be going because you don't not tied to the land, if you don't care about the next generation, we why would you not want to say, oh, give me everything I can get, especially if you have zero morals like these people do. And I've noticed inside of these, these blue, deep blue cities there are unprecedented number of Trump supporters. And I think it's because we've moved the Overton window so much during the Trump era that people have realized how just morally and intellectually bankrupt all the leftist ideas are. And they're starting to say, you know what, I am not, my life is not getting better. We've been voting for the left wing Democrats for probably six, six decades now and nothing has gotten better for us or for our city. Maybe it's time to start trying something new. And I think with, with the actions going on with ice, trying to get rid of all of the illegal aliens that are voting inside of these cities, I think it's going to make a giant difference. Then also when you start looking at what ICE is doing around the country, you look at Alligator Alcatraz, you know, it serves dual purpose. One, to get these terrorists out of our country who hate our country. And two, it serves as an American jobs creator, getting these people away to allow Americans and hard working citizens the ability to be able to compete in this marketplace and be able to get jobs that they would do better and do happily because American people like to work. The American people are not a lazy bunch of just losers. That's just the people on the very far, far left. We want to make this country better. Everyone wants to get their hands dirty. And it gives you a sense of honor. There's dignity and hard work. And you know, I always say pressure is a gift. Go out and get into the fray so quickly here.

Several things in southwest Florida. You know, right after I moved here, about three weeks later, I got hit by Hurricane Ian. So I always say I got baptized as far as Floridian. Got to see the values of the people inside of this district, how much they love their neighbors, how much they want to take care of this America that we live in and our community. And as I was looking at the field of who's trying to run for the seat, I realized that it's gonna happen. What happens to so many congressmen who have good intentions when they first get to D.C. they get corrupted and co opted by the leadership. Because when they start trying to explain things to you during freshman orientation, it sounds like it makes sense, but it's designed so that the leadership can lead you around like a puppy. So you'll go vote against your values and vote for whatever special interest has their say. And now I love Mike Johnson. I think he does an incredible, credible job. He was my mentor in Congress, and so I'm happy to work under him, happy to support the America first agenda. But you need someone who can go to Washington D.C. who's not going to be manipulated, whose price is their life, they can't be bought. And someone who is shrewd enough to make sure that we know how to actually get bills across the line, not just have great quantifications of aggressive speech, but actually be able to deliver real results for the American people. You know, you look down here in Florida, housing prices have gone insanely through the roof. And now you might be asking, what can you do in the federal government? Well, first tackle the epa. The EPA has ridiculous mandates on home building products that caused prices to go through the roof. And then also, although it might be outside of conservative doctrine, we have to do something to lower insurance costs in the area. We need better infrastructure all across the world. And I'll tell you the Thing that I want to bring to the table the most is to get our federal government back to its constitutional basis. The federal government should be involved in making sure we never lose a war and also that we never have to fight a war. That we have amazing trade deals overseas and that we have great interstate systems. Aside from that, send it all back to the states where people know what their communities actually need. And when I get to Washington D.C. i will be unapologetically aggressive against the left because again, they are turned to violence. They're trying. They want to get rid of our guns because they use guns to murder people. We want to keep our guns because we use our guns to defend ourselves. You know, there is no middle ground against evil. These people have to be completely defeated. Their ideology has to be shown to be bankrupt, both financially, immorally and intellectually. And we have to root out every single member of the deep state that still exists there. That's why I'm actually kind of happy about the shutdown. I think Russ Vaught is going to have an amazing opportunity to cut away so much of the pork that is allowing the left wing Democrats and people like Comey to. To even still almost be able to have a cushy way to go through this trial.

Over and over and over again, it has been proven that Democrats are lying about not wanting to give illegal aliens free health care. They have been on the presidential debate stages raising their hand, saying that their healthcare plans would absolutely include illegal aliens health care. And of course, you know, they try to get out of it just kind of by fiat and say, well, there's no federal dollars directly going to Medicaid. But they, for. They leave out the part that says your state health care programs actually get money through the federal government, through these programs. And, and then that's where illegal aliens are getting free health care. Now, we stopped this in the big beautiful bill. We also said that the parolees who came in under Joe Biden or under the auto pen, whoever the heck was letting them in, and they were just rubber stamped in as a parolee. So technically they have some documentation that's why you hear Democrats say no undocumented immigrant is getting illegal health care, even though those without paperwork are as well. But they were allowed to sign up for these programs at a state level and, and get these health care dollars. We took that out in the big beautiful bill and now they are demanding that we put this back in. Chuck Schumer has been in Congress probably since before I was alive and Nancy Pelosi was elected the year I was born. Still there, still ruling and reigning. And Chuck Schumer is so afraid of AOC that he is going against his own words that he just spoke this year on the same exact spending bill saying that we cannot justify a government shutdown. And now he is shutting it down because he doesn't want to lose his forever seat to AOC and of course, course, illegal aliens. Health care is what they want put back in.

And our great and Wonderful Vice President J.D. vance, very early on made the promise that once the government shutdown is over, the sombrero memes will stop. But they are continuing to hold American Americans hostage here. Look, we're starting to see air traffic control that is impacted by this. Workers that are saying, hey, we're not going to get paid anyway, so we may as well take our sick days. We're already forced to work overtime. It's, it's a field with, with a shortage of employees as it is. And now we're starting to see those impacts at major airports throughout our country. And you know, the, the Democrats say, sorry, to heck with y'. All. We want illegals to get your hard earned tax dollars. We want them to get health care to overrun our hospitals, our schools, and all of our government programs. So we're going to keep doing this and we're going to keep memeing sombreros in the meantime.

I don't know, I mean, speaking of immigration fraud, I don't know if Ilhan Omar has gotten a sombrero and a waxed Mexican mustache yet. She's certainly deserving of one. But I wanted to ask about a slightly different topic here. Given that Ilhan Omar has been trotted out to be the person who says what probably all Democrats believe about Charlie Kirk, and she's just been, like, desecrating his legacy. She says it was a tragedy that Charlie Kirk was killed in that way. Alluding to, like, it wouldn't. It wouldn't be a tragedy if he was killed some other way. Not exactly. Yeah. I'm not exactly sure. She. And she says that Charlie Kirk here in this. In this post. Thank you. Please pop it up that Ilhan Omar says Charlie Kirk's legacy should be left in the dustbin of history. What is your response to Ilhan Omar?

First of all, in talking about illegal immigrants, this is someone who needs to be investigated. Someone who married their brother to come into our country to gain citizenship and now holds one of the highest offices in. In our country and has. Has spoke so ill of our country and always is talking about how she wants to go back to Somalia and Somalia first, honey, go get it, girlfriend. I will buy the ticket, get the heck out of here and go home to the land that you love. But then to be so disgusting and vile towards such a righteous man, Charlie Kirk and his grieving widow and their children who are now fatherless. And this is absolutely disgusting and appalling. You know, on the House floor, I had wanted us to pray for Charlie Kirk. I didn't want a moment of silence. It had not been announced that he was gone yet. So I still had hope, was still believing for a miracle, for healing. And there was a moment of silence. And I that this isn't what I believe. As a Christian, of course, you could silently meditate on the Word, but God is a speaking God. We don't serve a dumb idol. We serve the living, speaking God who spoke the world into existence. And faith speaks. And if your faith isn't big enough to move your mouth, it's never going to move your mountain. So I don't believe in silent prayers when you are really getting after something and wanting to say, see God move. And so I wanted us to collectively pray out loud. And of course, the Democrats shouted me down for that. And. And then it was followed up by Hakeem Jeffries, not even attending the prayer vigil in the Rotunda. It was followed up. I mean, Hakeem Jeffrey said he had a meeting, you know, and it's been followed up by all of this rhetoric. Ilhan, oh, Omar being the leader of it. These vile, disgusting attacks, and they're unrelenting. AOC going on the floor and making excuses why she won't vote for a resolution honoring the life of Charlie Kirk and condemning his assassination. It's just inexcusable. But these people absolutely show us who they are every single day. They show us what is in their heart and, and what their motives are. Charlie Kirk was an amazing man. His legacy is living on. And many people are coming to our side and to our movement because of his words, even today.

That's a beautiful answer, and you're exactly right. And I know that it comes from a very passionate place for you. I was constantly crossing paths with you at Turning Point events. Charlie loved you. And you were speaking at everything from the young women's events to, you know, the large 10,000 person events in Phoenix and in Tampa and in Palm Beach. You're beloved by the Turning Point organization. And so you, like, you knew Charlie personally, maybe just like a moment to reflect on, you know, what happens next. Lauren?

Yes, well, the Turning Point family is my family. You know, we, we go and speak and travel with them and meet all, all sorts of people throughout the nation and, and Charlie Kirk really did give me and many others a platform. Your story is absolutely beautiful. And what Charlie did in your life, you know, that was a really hard week for me. I was supposed to see Charlie the next Friday on September 11th. He was coming to Colorado, and there were three or four times that I had picked up my phone to send him a message, and each time I said, I'm going to see him Friday. And, you know, so I never sent those messages. The following week, he was coming to Colorado State University in Fort Collins. It was arranged for my boys to be there as I was going to be in D.C. but then CSU, that turning point chapter, and their amazing president of the university allowed for the football stadium to be used. And 10,000 people showed up for Charlie Kirk that, that evening that he was supposed to be there in person holding his events. And that same passion is, is growing. There are more people turning into, tuning into the Charlie Kirk show every single day. I hope your show is getting more views as more people join this movement, but they're seeing how radical and how evil the left really is. I mean, you even have people like Bill Maher who are just like, these people are absolutely nuts. I'm a liberal, and I can't stand what the Democrat party is doing. He's a liberal who is donated to the Clintons, to Barack Obama, to Joe Biden, and they would never even come on his show. Donald Trump invited him to have dinner with him in the White House and give Him a personal tour. And, and this is someone that Bill Maher criticized. And so I think there are many, many people who are waking up and seeing that. We truly just want to put America first. We want our hard earned tax dollars to go towards things in our country and, and we want to keep more of our tax dollars. We don't want them going to free health care for illegals as fentanyl was pouring over our southern borders, killing our youth, killing our people. Colorado is, I think we're number three in the nation for crime right now. Number one in the nation for auto thefts, number two in the nation for fentanyl overdoses. So, you know, maybe when President Beautiful Colorado, Colorado, that is what leftist policies have done. And so maybe when President Trump and Secretary Noem clean up Portland, Oregon, they could come down to Denver, Colorado, that.

And last time I was in Denver, goodness, I can't remember what it was for, but it was like criminal aliens everywhere. I like, I, it was like, it was like going through Gotham. I just couldn't believe it. Denver was just one of these sparkling crystal cities when I was a young kid growing up in the Midwest. And you drive over there and do some skiing, right?

And well, this is where, like Nicaragua, we were told it was a feature of our imagination, that trend Arago was present. In Aurora, Colorado, we have a brave councilwoman, Danielle Jerinsky. She's currently running for re election right now and she was going to the apartment complexes. That trend Aragua gang members from Venezuela had overtaken and were harassing and assaulting the residents who lived there and was completely being ignored. Our governor said it was a feature of our imagination. The Attorney General Bill Weiser, who is now running for governor, did nothing about this. And it's why President Trump had a rally in Aurora, Colorado during his 2024 campaign. Because this was real and this is taking place right here in Colorado. And now there's been so much news that has come out about actual trend Aragua gang members and the violence that they are committing here in Colorado. And each and every time we're like, wait, we were told that that wasn't real, thought it wasn't real, but turns out we know exactly what's happening in our neighborhoods, in our communities and in our state.

Because there's something that you said 2 answers ago about Ilhan Omar that was repeated by the president. And I just want to get your take on this. Given the fact that you sit on multiple committees that could like, you know, oversee homeland security and so forth. President Trump here, untrue Social media about a week ago saying, you know, going after Ilhan Omar, obviously, for being so nasty to Charlie. But he says, Ilhan Omar tells us how to live as Americans and how to run America. Wasn't she the one who married her brother to gain citizenship? Well, like, can we please have an investigation into this? Because I got like, I'll. Maybe I'll break a little news on this. I'm pretty close with a lot of people at Homeland Security, and allegedly there's a considerable amount, demonstrable amounts of evidence that the government has that proves this. And perhaps they're like, trying to figure out which way to go around it. I know it's going to be a touchy issue, obviously, you know, but what, what do you say to this, Congresswoman?

A little, a little too touchy for family. But, you know, in, in Congress, it's going to be really difficult to have a real investigation like we should. Look. Nancy Mace bravely put a privileged resolution on the floor condemning the remarks made by Ilhan Omar. And Ilhan Omar was trying to troll everyone in the process leading up to the vote. And she just simply wanted to censure her. She said, you should not be on, on the Foreign Affairs Committee with the rhetoric that you have. And, and then of course, it went against our congressional co. Code of ethics that we agree to when we are signed in as members of Congress. And, and we have a, you have.

And when you have a code of ethics that you are using your office to absolutely defy, there needs to be accountability there. And, you know, maybe some were just covering their own backs to keep other stories down. I don't know the reasons why people were voting to table this motion, but to have an actual investigation, I don't know if we have a strong enough Republican Party at this time to actually commit to that and get it done. But this is someone who absolutely should be investigated. I think she should be sitting in prison or at least sent back to Somalia rather than George Santos being put in solitary confinement for telling a fib, you know, years back. This is, you know, that was gross that he was expelled from Congress and the charges that he got. I'm advocating for Santos's pardon and I would much rather see Ilhan Omar having consequences for her conduct rather than him.

Yeah, I mean, it's just. It very much does reveal the soul of a person. How you treat somebody who's deceased like that tells you everything. Like how she's treated Charlie Kirk after his horrific death at the hands of a, you know, left wing radical is sickening. And just a post here from U.S. immigration Services. Marriage fraud is a crime. They're just reminding us here. They've sent a number of posts, a number of bangers actually out about this. I don't know. I don't know. Some people lined up there. I, I came a bit late and saw you there, but incredible. And it just shows the, the lasting impact and legacy. I mean, there were hundreds of people registering to vote. An enormous turnout for Turning Point, enormous turnout for Charlie. And I think we're, I think we're going to see a dramatic shift in the country just based on what we saw that day in Pennsylvania.

It was beautiful to see in Pennsylvania. I've never understood. We have employees in Pennsylvania, people that we love on our team. The amazing Ashley on our team lives in Philadelphia. And I, you know, I get it that there are obviously Democrats in Pennsylvania, but when you travel Pennsylvania, man, they just, they love Trump. They. It's a strong family. Values state. I hope that it becomes like Florida. Can you talk to me about that? Is Pennsylvania on the track to getting Florida? Can you give people hope in that? Because, again, the idea behind this is that Florida was, of course, a squishy Purple State in 2020.

And remained that way until Republicans got serious and started delivering. And now it's like a just very dark red state. And we love it.

Yeah, we're on. We're on the journey here. We're on the path. If you go back to 2022 versus 2024, the registration gap closed by something like 600,000 voters. And it's about 100,000 voter advantage in registered voters, but that's gone from a million four years ago to 100,000. So the registration's moving dramatically. And I give President Trump a lot of credit for that. I give. I give Charlie Scott Pressler, you lots of credit for folks that came in and really helped get out the vote. College campuses used to be solidly blue. They moved dramatically now in our direction in Pennsylvania. Penn State's a good example of that. That's the first thing. Second thing, what happened In Pennsylvania in 24, the coalition president Trump built, I was able to be part of. That was incredible, and we have to solidify it. In Philadelphia, more than 20% of African Americans voted for Trump. And for me, across the state, more than 40% of Hispanics voted for Trump, voted for me. In the trades, the building trades, where the nationals endorsed Trump, endorsed Harris Rather, endorsed Casey. Two thirds of the rank and file, two thirds. These are welders and pipe fitters and steam fitters and electricians. They voted for Trump, they voted for me. So that coalition is a huge part of the future of the party, you know, very hard to win the presidency without winning Pennsylvania. And I think we're on a path here that we can really lock it in as red, but we got to keep the pressure on.

Yes. So what about the vote in Pennsylvania? What has been done in order to make sure that the vote is safe and secure? What's been done from a federal or state level? What do we still need to fix, Senator?

Well, you know, as much as had been done on this, and Michael Whatley at the RNC had brought a huge team of folks on the ground for the 24 cycle. But as much as had been done at the very end in my race when there was a recount, there was literally boats getting turned and there was this famous.

Yeah, we remember the election deniers.

You were on the ground, Benny and In bucks county in 2024, there's this classic video of this county commissioner saying, I don't care what the law says, you know, we're not going to follow the law. Those votes are not going to count or they are going to count, rather. These were both said these ballots have been kicked out because they had been, they had been inappropriately filled out and they were going to be counted by the Democrats. So we got a lot of work to do. And the mail in ballot effort, which I know is controversial, but one of the reasons we won in 24 is President Trump came in and said, listen, that mail in ballot is one way to vote. Scott Pressler pushed that in a huge way. And we, we closed the gap on mail in ballots dramatically. We got to have observation at these, these polling sites. We've got to flip the courts and we got a retention race coming up here in November where we've got to win that race and by winning, get some of those liberal judges thrown out. That's the path and progress. But there's a lot more to do.

Senator, speaking from experience, people said, Dave McCormick, he'll never win. You know, you got an incumbent, you got a Democrat powerhouse state, right, in Pennsylvania, and you won. And they were kicking and screaming about it. To Chuck Schumer's eternal shame.

It's like he's been mewling about election denialism for four years and then here he is, like refusing to congratulate you on your win. Yeah, I'll never forget that center. But anyway, I mean, it's like, yeah, it was very embarrassing, but we're gonna head to New Jersey and I know that there's a ton of people that love Pennsylvania sports in New Jersey. There were a ton of people from Jersey at the Penn State game. They're very close, like, like brotherly states and, you know, tons, you know, ton, tons of just crossover there. And we're gonna go there for Jack Cittarelli, who's running for governor and doing like, he's neck and neck, kind of like your polls were neck and neck. So can New Jersey flip? Red? I don't think there's a better person to ask than you, Senator.

No doubt about it. No, no doubt about it. And Jack can win. He's a great guy. As you know. He's, he's, he's a common sense. The reason I won, I believe the reason the President Trump won, but certainly the reason I won and I think the reason Jack win is common sense. Common sense. Listen, whether you're a Democrat, a Republican or, or an Independent. You don't want 4,000 Pennsylvanians dying last year from Fentanyl because of wide open borders. You don't want 20% inflation, which is killing. I had somebody in my office today who's on Social Security. She's still dealing with a horrible challenge. If you're on fixed income and prices are up 20%. Right. They don't want disorder on the city streets. You walk through Philadelphia these days, and we was just in Kensington last week. I mean, it's unbelievable. And Trump ran on common sense policies to fix those problems, and he's delivering on those. And so you can, you know, in places like Pennsylvania, man, they just want people going to solve problems. And they look at President Trump and say, holy cow, there's a guy who actually made promises and is delivering on them. And that's, I think, the mantra for winning here. I can't speak for other states, but we just want to solve problems. We want to work with anybody we need to to solve the problems. And the President is leading the charge on that. And, you know, I'm proud to support those efforts.

I just wanted to give you an opportunity here as we close out, to comment on the shutdown, given the fact that you just rattled off all these agenda items that were able to deliver a devastating for the Democrats victory. Right. For you in the 2024 election. Probably the surprise. It's probably the biggest surprise in the entire nation, and a wonderful one at that. But you talk about how, like, hey, listen, I'm just going to serve my constituency. I'm just going to serve the working man and woman of Pennsylvania, the citizens of Pennsylvania. And now Chuck Schumer is shutting down the entire government to give criminal aliens more, more money from our treasury. How do they even sell that, Senator? Like, how. How can you even go to the American people with your head held high and say that's what you're planning on doing? It seems like the sombreros and the wax mustaches are very merited in this scenario.

Honestly. It is. It is disgraceful. And I think. I think the Democrats run a cul de sac, right? They can't. They have gotten themselves in a mess they can't get out of. Because the thing we're asking for. This is the Schumer shutdown. The thing we're asking for is a very simple thing, which is, believe it or not, Benny, the actual appropriations process is moving in the right direction. We're trying to get back to regular order where the Congress does its job rather than these huge big omnibus bills every year that just advance all sorts of crazy spending. And what Schumer and his team have done is essentially say we're going to stop the government because we don't like President Trump. We don't like the fact that he's winning. We don't like the fact that we got the Working Families Tax Cut act in place. He is fighting Trump, and he's doing it at the expense of the American people, at the expense of the military, expense of the Border Patrol, at the expense of our services. And the thing he's asking for is so ridiculous. It's to essentially allow for illegal immigrants to get health care, undo many of the reforms that we put into Medicaid, and advance the Obamacare stimulus, essentially the subsidies that have been put in place during COVID and Covid's been over for years. So it's an indefensible position that's going to harm the American people. And there's only one explanation, which he is bowing to the extreme left of his party. I know there's a bunch of Democrats in the Senate that think this is a terrible idea. They told me. But Schumer is in the cul de sac and he can't get out. And I think they're going to pay for it.

Anybody from. Anybody from the Midwest or from places where it gets icy and snows, like, understands exactly how nightmarish it is to be stuck in the cul de sac and not be able to get.

Been there, man. I've been there. Where it's like you just got to cancel plans until it gets warmer because you can't get up. You can't get up the driveway. All right, really quickly, I hope you don't mind. Just a quick. I. It just came to the mind of me and my producers, Jim Banks, your colleague. So fascinating, fascinating post here. Says, yo, the census robbed a bunch of states by overcounting in some place, by undercounting in other places, scrambling data, including criminal aliens and handing Democrats extra seats and extra power. Obviously something they wanted to do, which was steal your, you know, your election victory away from you. Turns out that they did it in the census. He has quite a compelling case here. Since he's one of your colleagues, I just wonder, like, have you chatted with him about this? Like, what do you think about this? Should we redo the census, Senator?

You know, I haven't chatted with him about it, but this is something I said during the campaign. It was so obvious, because if you allow 20 million illegal immigrants into the country. And you count them in the census, which they explicitly do. That changes congressional seats and it changes the electoral college. Look how close these presidential elections have been. So if you change the electoral college, change the seats, it changes the composition and the power politically. And it was absolutely transparent at the time they were doing this. And I do agree with, with, with the gist of what you just said that Senator Banks is calling out, and we probably do need to think about how to not have the census reflect something that isn't representative of American citizens. Just think about it. They're counting people in the census that by definition can't legally vote.

That's un American. It's undemocratic. And it. And it makes no sense. And so Banks is smart and he's a good. He's a good man. He's a great senator. He's on the right path.

It just may answer the question, because I always ask myself, what's behind the wide open borders? Is it ideological? Because it's creating a lot of problem for the Democrats. What is it? Is it. What is the driver of this? Well, I think part of it is this. Part of it is that the political benefit of having this enormous inflow of illegal immigrants is indisputable. It's indisputable by definition. Through a census that counts. Folks that are largely Democrats gonna largely vote with the vote with the left. And, and ultimately, isn't. Isn't in the best interest of the country.

You guys inspired a lot of people. And it's about time that the nation saw the corruption of the far left Democrats and the chokehold that they've had on our community here and across the state. They have destroyed the state. But the good news is, as you saw yesterday, Benny, there's a lot of great people here. And it's actually, and I can say this across the nation too, but especially in Oregon, it is really easy to beat these Democrats if we just get out and vote and do our job like we, we had 120,000 Republicans sit out the gubernatorial election, we would have a Republican governor in Oregon right now. And we only lost that race by 67,000 votes. So yesterday was inspiring. Having Secretary Noem there, having you there, having everybody else there to support us, it was inspiring. It was. But also the favorite part was also a sad part, was when she was talking to these illegals. As you see in this B roll here, she was talking to these illegals. One was a child predator, a pedophile, that, that was. Had crimes against children and was released back into the community by these Democrats in Oregon. How can people not be outraged by this? And you know what? A lot of people are. There's a lot of moderate Democrats here that talk to me and they say, look, I can't support you. I'm not there yet. But I do not like where this party's going. And I'm glad that Trump is shedding some light on what's going on here. How in the hell do we allow pedophiles to just run out just because we're a sanctuary state? I don't want to ever hear these Democrats talk about compassion or democracy ever again when they're doing this kind of garbage.

I mean, he was so upset. I could see the disgust on his face. Our feckless, weak, radical left might as well be antifa mayor here in Portland. And if people think I'm being too hard, Benny, I'm not. These people have destroyed our great city. They've destroyed our state. They just passed a record 4.3 billion new taxes in new taxes to fix their problem. In transportation, they're so in on top of the crime problem, which is well above the national average here in Portland. Which is why we're grateful that you came and Secretary Noem came. They are taxing us to hell and back. And it's about time that the spotlight is put on us here in Portland, man. It shows. If there's any place in the United States to show how far these corrupt Democrats will go, it's Portland, Seattle, it's the West Coast. They're all in collusion together.
