A little gunpowder in my coffee this morning.
Mark Levin
But I,
Ben Johnson
I wish that we would do this more often. I really do. I wish we could do this more often. I wish we could take the talking points of the left and use it against them. This is what we should be doing. Yes, Republicans need reparations. Yes, I said it. We need reparations because of racists. Racists stole our civil rights away from us. Why can't we just say that? The left loses their minds when you use their language against them. You should use their tactics on them. We are the disenfranchised party. They were rigging our seats. They were putting dei literally, literally special needs candidates.
Chip Roy
Right.
Ben Johnson
Like it like drawing districts based on skin color. Say it what it like lay it out on a map. These are DEI congressional districts. These are ghettos. Congressional ghettos that are meant to disenfranchise Southern voters. The poor South. Well, I mean, haven't they been through enough? Why are we letting Democrats rip through the south once more with their bed sheets on, with their burning crosses and institute racial segregation?
Mark Levin
Why?
Ben Johnson
Why are we allowing that? It's a good argument. Wish more people had balls to make it. We're proud to have made it this morning just a couple minutes ago on Newsmax. Ladies and gentlemen, we're thrilled to be back with you. Today is a glorious May 5th. We're finally done with our stupid Star wars jokes. 2026. It is Tuesday and we are ready to rock and roll today. Redistricting has backfired on Democrats and they only have themselves to blame. And now little birdie tells me that they're about to lose Virginia big time. Remember that they only need a couple of Supreme Court justices on the state level in order to throw that map completely in the garbage. And they broke all the rules and Democrats are starting to back bite on themselves and absolute panic. I know we often say Democrats in panic on this program, but we literally mean it this time. Secret Service shoots armed gunman near White House. But Trump wasn't the target. Very interesting story today. We'll keep you updated. Roger Stone legend joins the show. Chip Roy Legend joins the show. My name is Ben Johnson and this is the Benny Show. Patriot Mobile are and longtime dear friends. I don't know. Klein, you have the, you have the super cut of our. I know, I know. Thomas has it. Alex, could you grab that? Maybe we can pop it up. We just went to a Patriot Mobile sponsored event with America First Policy Institute. It was in Texas. We told you we were going to this. It was a blast. Anyway the event itself was a rodeo. And I never hosted a rodeo before, but the owners of Patriot Mobile were there. Glenn Story and Scott and Livingston and his team. And they were amazing. It's just, like awesome to partner with with a truly patriotic company that loves America and loves our culture. We've never hosted a rodeo before. I feel like maybe this is a something you got to have as an American card client. Feel free to pop it up whenever you roll through it. But if you have, you know, if you. If you are an actual patriot and American and you love our culture, then host a rodeo, I can tell you is a blast as a barn burner, as we would say where I'm from. It was deep in the heart of Texas and Fort Worth, actually, and it was encouraging to see. It was encouraging to see the amount of love for America. America first and Patriot Mobile was a big part of it. And so we're just thankful. It's very cool seeing the rodeo too. It's neat to see. Stand with patriots today. Go to patriotmobile.com benny or call 972 Patriot and use the promo code BENNY for a free month of service. Don't wait. Patriotmobile.com benny a call 972 Patriot and make the switch today. Go ahead and check out all these people. Look at all these patriots. Look at all these patriots sitting here. Look at that packed arena. This is our event for America First Packed arena. Loving our country, saluting the flag, singing our national anthem. It's amazing energy. Don't believe the people that tell you our movement is over. We ain't over. We're just barely getting started, Davey. Okay. Rock and roll. Okay, so the supreme court has just nuked from space Ketanji Brown Jackson. This is like a really important thing because Ketanji Brown Jackson deserves this and she deserves this good and hard. The theater kids taking over our government. This is a real thing. It's something that Charlie Kirk constantly warned me about. This is an allegory that he would use. So I obviously want to give homage to Charlie saying that what he recognized was that on campus, the libs had not become people who would debate. And he said this 10 years ago. They'd become LARPers. They'd become like. They're theater kids. It's like theatrics. It wasn't about winning an argument. It was about who could, like, yell the lines loud enough and who could be the most. Who could deliver the most impassioned, screechy pantomime.
Chip Roy
Right?
Ben Johnson
And you've seen that. It's Descent it. Like that's what leftism has descended into. And just like theater kids, they like to color, they color their hair, they have septum piercings, you know, buzz whenever there's a racist round, you know, like, like, I don't know what that thing is. You kind of want to take like a little, like, a little like, you know, taser to it, you know. The point is, is that they wear these colorful costumes, they prance and dance around, they sing, they cry, but they are not serious. Just like the theater kids in high school. You don't want to be ruled by these people. These people are emotionally unregulated. They're not tethered to reality. They're not popular. Where did you go to school? Did you know theater kids? Of course you did. The theater kids, like generally very fragile and kept to themselves and like to live in like little dark corners of the school anyway, sadly, everyone from AOC to Ilhana Omar to every single left wing man, right, who cries on command. These people are the theater kids, by the way. Crying on command. It's amazing thing. Ken Martin is the chairman of the dnc. He was crying yesterday. He was breaking down in tears. He was like holding back tears yesterday because they're coming for his job. Because libs have no money. They're losing their shot at the midterms and now they're going to try and scalp, you know, in terms that only Elizabeth Warren would understand, the DNC chairman. And so it's going to be an interesting role through the midterms. We'll see if they actually kick this guy out. His name's Ken Martin. Anyway, could you imagine having the party chair like crying on command? I'm, I've never been a huge fan of the rnc. I'm not a huge fan of the RNC leadership. It just is what it is. The guy who's RNC leader, his name is Joy Joe Grutters. Anyway, I don't have any feelings against him. I just know that like RNC leadership writ large has been like just a bunch of cucks and a bunch of traders. And Ronald McDaniel is like a great example. Ronald Romney is a great example of that. And we were proud to lead the charge that got her kicked out of her position. So it's not like I'm sitting here trying to, you know, hype up, you know, the RNC or the DNC necessarily. I'm here trying to say that there is a distinct difference. The RNC chairman is not crying on camera, not sobbing on camera, at least you're just shut. At least he's like shutting up and staying out of it. Like, this is what I'd like for the rnc. Shut up. Raise money, get Republicans elected. That's it. Ronald Romney McDaniel trying to be an influencer, you know, prancing around and remember when we got her? Remember when we scalped her? Right. To use a term that Elizabeth from Elizabeth Warren's culture. Remember when we scalped her, the first thing she did. Alx. What's the first thing she did? What's the first thing she did? The first thing that she did was run to NBC News. First thing she did was run to NBC to say, oh yeah, I want to go live on in a corporate media box and betray my movement, our movement. And to go, like, get all of the glories and riches that the corporate media will give me that. This tells you everything. Tells you exactly all you need to know about our leadership. Okay? So, ladies and gentlemen, the theater kids. Not great. Not good in the Republican Party, not good in the Democrat party, and certainly not good. Ruling over you. And this is a very sad reality of 2026 that we have theater kids ruling over us. Katani Brown Jackson, by definition, is a theater kid. She's not even a real person. She shouldn't have a real job. In fact, her appointment to the Supreme Court, I would argue, is illegal because her appointment to the Supreme Court was based on race and that's been found to be illegal. You can't hire in the federal government based on race. Joe Biden said he's going to hire a black woman. This is something that, of course, was just struck down at the Supreme Court time and time again. The best way to end racism is to stop practicing racism. And. And Katanji Brown Jackson is a perfect example of what happens when you stage a DEI theater kid hire. So here we go. Raggedy Ann. This is. This is one of the people that are. That are running your country, running your. Look at this.
Roger Stone
Look, look.
Ben Johnson
Look at what's behind her. Look at what she's wearing. Like, watch this and know that this is somebody who's actually. Because of Joe Biden, because of Joe Biden practicing dei. This is what the left wanted to lord over you female EMP. Sick. The interesting things about this statement, female empowerment thick, is that Katanji Brown Jackson doesn't actually know what a female is. Here we go.
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Can you provide a definition for the word woman? Can I provide a definition?
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
No.
Ben Johnson
Yeah.
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
I can't.
Ben Johnson
You can't?
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Not in this context. I'M not a biologist.
Ben Johnson
Hold on guys. You got to play a clip here.
Unknown Male Speaker (news correspondent or analyst)
Since Virginia, my home's.
Ben Johnson
Hey, I apologize ladies and gentlemen. I got to do a quick adjustment in the studio here. Here we go.
Unknown Male Speaker (news correspondent or analyst)
State decided to completely ram through a all a brand new gerrymandered map that is currently held up by the state supreme court. So they made so Democrats who devised this ten to one map in Virginia may not even get reap the rewards of that map if the Virginia supreme court strikes it down. But Republicans in Tennessee and Alabama and elsewhere are now taking up redrawing the maps in their states that could easily offset the number of seats that Democrats hope to pick up in Virginia. So we're looking at a situation where Democrats may not actually pick up the seats that they wanted to pick up in Virginia and Republicans might end up picking a total of five if you include Alabama, Tennessee and Louisiana. Obviously in Louisiana that was the court case that the supreme court ruled on where they have no choice but to go back and actually change those maps. And they could be looking at changing those maps to down to just one Democrat district.
Mark Levin
It's interesting.
Ben Johnson
Here we go, ladies and gentlemen. Does that sound a little better? Does that sound a little better? Chat we apologize. We had a slight technical difficulty. This is boys. This is why we test the audio. We had the, we had a, an incorrect mic hookup here and so now we've, now we've fixed it. Klein and Alx gotta tell me these things in the test. Anyway, we got it set. Now. How's it sounding? Chat A little better. Yes. I apologize for that building out a brand new studio. We're proud of it and we thank you for your patience with us as we get everything absolutely perfect and we're a lot. We are working on getting everything in this studio absolutely perfect and so we thank you for that. We'll make sure that we do more thoroughly tests before every single show as we are kicking the tires on the brand new studio. Okay, now that we're good. Now that we're good. Yeah. Okay, great. Okay. So ladies and gentlemen, Katanja Brown Jackson doesn't know what a woman is even though she's on Broadway larping as a woman. The supreme court is allowing Louisiana to redistrict. They're God forsaken abomination of a congressional district here. And I think it is absolutely critical that we understand what is happening Right now. Because if you realize the position that Democrats are in in this moment, then you'll start to realize the panic we are about to ensue. And it'll be instructive for you. You'll be able to hopefully protect yourself and to guard against what's about to happen. Because they're about to lose an enormous amount of power. The Supreme Court said that because. And they held. This is an 8:1 decision. They held that because this district is unconstitutional, because this district is a congressional ghetto. Because this district was drawn by racists, racist Democrats who want to draw district lines to benefit people or discriminate against people based on their skin color, wearing their crisp white bed sheets to draw these district lines. The Supreme Court saying that's wrong. And the best way to end racism in America is, of course, to stop being racist. And so the Supreme Court is allowing Louisiana to immediately redraw their district lines. Now, something that the left did on the court was to hold up this decision. This is something that is election rigging in and of itself. This was a decision that was made seven months ago. Supreme Court typically doesn't take seven months to dole out their decisions. The left has been dragging their feet, hoping that they would be able to keep these fake, gerrymandered, racialized ghettos. These are congressional DEI districts that are electing, by the way, the dumbest and most corrupt members of Congress that are disenfranchising Republicans, disenfranchising the south, the poor South. These are districts that are here that steal civil rights from Republicans. And the Supreme Court held that they are wrong and that they should be redrawn. And in a decision yesterday, the Supreme Court said, you can do that immediately. You don't have to wait for an enactment period of 36 days. You can do that right away. And so these congressional districts now are being thrown right back to the state legislature to redraw the maps. And that's what's happening in Louisiana. It's happening in Mississippi, it's happening in Alabama. The cowards in South Carolina are not doing it. Guy named Henry McMaster, he's not redrawing a abysmal district represented by James Clyburn. This is weakness from Republicans. DeSantis got a district drawn and reestablished four plus Republican seats in, like, a matter of 24 hours after this decision. That's why people call him the best governor in America. Georgia won't do it. They're completely cucked. And so you have now a major issue which is, do you have the will to power and more importantly, the Supreme Court smashing down Justice Jackson, who was the lone dissenter. Again, there's no reason to dissent on this. It's already been decided. Six, three. She is once again trying to hold up the ability for Louisiana to draw these. I mean, you gotta just understand the. The evil of all this. She's trying to hold up the maps so that she can keep the election rigged. They're doing this from the Supreme Court. They already found it unconstitutional. She's trying to keep the unconstitutional maps and arguing that the court shouldn't just allow the state to get rid of this racial abomination, this racist abomination that disenfranchises all voters in the state. And she went too far. Justice Alito has officially had enough of Justice Jackson. Justice Alito took Justice Jack to the woodshed is like a disembowelment. This is a, a, A SCOTUS ruling unlike anything you've ever read. In favor, of course, of the majority, which is all of the liberals siding against Justice Jackson with the conservatives. It's been pretty clear, and there's something very interesting going on here, and Mike Davis talked about it. But I want to read to you from this concurring decision the dissent he's talking about. Katanji Brown. Jackson doesn't know what a woman is, accuses the court of unshackling itself from constraints. It is the dissent's rhetoric that lacks restraint. Listen to him go here. This is Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch writing. Justice Jackson in this suit levels charges that cannot go unanswered. The dissent. And by the way, these are. These normally are decisions that happen without any justices writing back and forth to each other most of the time. Justice, Just say it's been decided. Just let the law be enacted. You got to give reprieve right to these people. You know, you got to enact the laws again, like, just let. Just let the law go into effect. What was going on was unconstitutional. You know, give these people relief. But Justice Jackson, of course, who was chose. Who was chosen, who is an illegal Supreme Court justice chosen because of her skin color, should literally be stripped of her robes and her gavel because of that, because her appointment itself is unconstitutional, has finally. She's finally had enough. Like the. The court has finally had enough of her. Listen to this. The dissent would require that the 2026 congressional elections in Louisiana be held under a map that has been held to be unconstitutional. The dissent does not claim that it is now too late for the state legislature or the district court to adopt the new map and complies with the Constitution. Nor does the dissent assert that it is not feasible for the elections to be held under such a map. Instead, that ascent offers two reasons for the proposed course of action. One is trivial best. And the other is baseless and insufficient, insulting. It's, it's just spicy. You never hear Supreme Court justices talk to each other like this. And the reason why is because the Supreme Court is a political body. And I think that this is critical to understand. Justice Ginsburg was able to manipulate, you know, five, four decisions in her favor. Why? Because they liked each other. The court, the liberals and the conservatives on the court were there about the institution. That's the Supreme Court that you were raised with and that I was raised with. The Supreme Court typically was not a humiliating activist theater kid prop center, you know, with big squeaky hammers, you know, big squeaky gavels. It is now. Joe Biden made it that way. And the people that remember the old court are sick of it because ultimately they're there to protect their institution. And the more activists you pack out of that court, the more you degrade it, the more that you degrade. Also the good faith in between the justices that can get you a win if you're really smart about these kind of things, if you're really smart about politics. We have Roger Stone joining in a moment. He's one of the smartest guys in all politics. You can, you can, you can eke out a win, which is all that matters for your side. If you're playing politics, if you're showing good faith, if you're making good arguments, if you have intellectual fortitude, if you're, if you, if you're able to racontour intellectually with your fellow justices, Tanji Brown Jackson, through her idiocy and low IQ and her inability to even comprehend the most basic arguments like, like that, like here, I'm gonna, I'm gonna play you her, her greatest hits here. She actually guarantees a left wing minority on the Supreme Court in every decision because people are sick of her. They've had a belly full of her. So she, she guarantees a, a 2, 763 decision on practically everything because she burns the bridges. She doesn't build bridges. It's a political body and people are just kind of dumb. I mean, she says the most words and these are the words that she said. She speaks more. Can you get me, can you guys get me the graphic? Danny. She speaks more than any other Supreme Court justice. And here's the words that she understand.
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Can I Just understand and I don't understand. And so what I don't understand. I don't understand. I don't understand your argument. I'm just trying to understand your answer. I don't understand. I. I guess I don't understand. I guess I don't understand. I don't understand. And I'm just trying to understand. I don't understand, but I'm just trying to understand. Understand. I'm trying to understand. So I'm trying to understand. I'm sort of with Justice Kagan trying to understand. I don't understand. I don't understand. Because I'm still trying to understand. Maybe I'm just not understanding. I don't understand. I'm trying to understand, and I don't understand. I was just trying to understand. So I guess I don't understand. And I guess I don't understand. I don't understand. I'm struggling to understand and I don't understand. Can you help me to understand? I'm sort of with Justice Alito in trying to understand that I don't understand. I mean, I don't understand. Like, I'm just trying to understand. I guess I'm just trying to understand. I don't understand. I don't understand, nor do I understand. I don't understand what I don't understand.
Ben Johnson
Number of words spoken. She more than doubles the words of any other. Notice how all four of the women, right? Kataji, Amy, Sonia, and Elena, all four of them are the women. She more than doubles. She nearly triples. She quintuples by orders of magnitude. She speaks more words than Clarence Thomas. I mean, Clarence Thomas has spoken less than 100 words in the Supreme Court arguments in their first eight arguments of this year.
Mark Levin
Yep.
Ben Johnson
There's a lot, a lot of Bible verses about this, about wisdom and holding your tongue, ladies and gentlemen. Okay. Anyway, she was smashed down in this ruling. Pam, Chris, Van Vliet, go behind the scenes and beyond the headlines with the biggest names in pro wrestling and beyond. You could pop up in WWE tomorrow. Would Saraya be there or would Paige be there? Paige 100. So when you're setting up Logan Paul to frog splash you through the announce
Chip Roy
table, it's going through your mind. This should make every headline with World makes sense.
Ben Johnson
Right, Jelly roll? We knew we had that kind of a moment. Mindset, motivation and what it takes to succeed Insight with Chris Van Vleet. Follow and listen on your favorite platform. She did so much damage. This dissent would require that the 2026 elections be held un under unconstitutional districts. Absolutely. Great news. And now there's even more news out from this morning that the Virginia districts are in peril and that Democrats in Virginia are starting to blame each other and attack each other because they know that they are not going to win this one. And it is, it's like been found openly and whole. It will be found openly and wholly unconstitutional based on the Virginia Constitution. So Democrats are already like, putting each other in body bags in Virginia. It's amazing. Justice Alito basically calling KJP an idiot in the dissent is historic. Alito torches Jackson's trivial and insulting hot take on the Supreme Court's latest Calis order. Okay, ladies and gentlemen, an exciting time. Obviously, a lot of wins and a lot of good things happening. It's nice to have fighters. It's good to have people who are, who have been in the fight for, well, much longer than I've been alive. And one of them is joining the show right now. The great Roger Stone joins us once again, longtime friend and ally of the program, and we're always excited to speak with the great Roger Stone. Here we go. Roger, welcome back. There is a video of you dancing that is all over my timeline. It is constantly viral. So congratulations on that, Benny.
Roger Stone
First of all, I have to say, if Judge Jackson's IQ was one point lower, you'd have to water her like a plant. I mean, literally, she's an embarrassment to the Supreme Court. She's a DEI hire. I think we recognize that this is a court that has had great members left and right. I was talking about Thurgood Marshall as well as Anton Scalia. She's an embarrassment. And, and this, this dissent on her part and the way the other justices smacked her down, which, as you're right, never happens, speaks volumes.
Ben Johnson
Yes, yes, it absolutely does. I don't know where we're gonna land with some of the other rulings at the Supreme Court, but I do know that there's a man that is heading to court perhaps many times over, and his name is James Comey. And this is a man who's of course, led to great torment for your family. The dancing clip that I'm talking about is from this post, from you, my house, when we heard that the epically corrupt, sanctimonious, self righteous former FBI director James Comey was arrested. This is your post. It's since gone viral on X, as has your dance moves. And so why don't we start with that, Roger, your takeaway on James Comey.
Roger Stone
Well, first of all, you know I am half Italian and half Hungarian. I'm Italian from the waist down. I think this is where I get my dance talents. But yeah, it's absolutely right. James Comey and I initially were charged with the exact same crime. It is alleged that I lied to Congress. Now, to lie to Congress under oath, your statement has to be both willful immaterial, meaning you have to have some motive to lie since there was no Russian collusion to lie about. What then was I accused of lying? The judge said in my sentencing, you have been convicted of lying to cover up for Donald Trump. To which I say, cover up what? And of course, on election day of 2020, the US Justice Department was forced by a federal judge to release the full unredacted report by Robert Mueller. The judge refused to give it to my attorneys during the trial trial. She said she would read it in her chambers and give us the re relevant sections. She seems to have forgotten page 168 where it says that they had found no evidence of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration or any other crime on my part. Now, Comey was also charged with lying to Congress. And he's very clearly, I think they had a very strong case against him. He said under oath that he had never given any sealed material to, to any third party and instructed them to leak it to the media. But prosecutors had emails that included and text messages included him telling a law school class classmate, I think, and mentor, Dan Richmond to specifically take information detrimental to Donald Trump and leak it to the New York Times. The difference here is the way in which we were arrested. He was allowed to casually turn himself in 10 days after it was announced that he would be charged. In my case, as you know, 29 heavily armed FBI agents arrived in 17 armored vehicles, a helicopter and two amphibious units. They were wearing full SWAT gear, night goggles. It was 6am in the morning to storm my home to arrest me for the first time. Non violent crime of allegedly lying to Congress. So why the disparity in the way we were arrested? That I think speaks volumes in itself. This, this is also exacerbated by the fact that CNN is allowed to have a camera crew 25ft from my front door at the time I'm arrested. And CNN gets an award for their invite, their incisive investigative reporting from none other than the White House Correspondence Association. Here's the problem with that. I was arrested at 6:11. At 6:12, a CNN producer sends my attorney a copy of my sealed indictment which will not be unsealed until 11:30 that morning. And when you look at it, it has no court stampings or time markings on it, but if you look at the metadata tags, it does have the initials of the man who wrote it, the most corrupt prosecutor in US History, Andrew Weissman. Therefore, he is the man who leaked it. Now, leaking a, an arrest or a search warrant in advance of it being executed is a felony. But the judge in my case, of course, could care less.
Ben Johnson
I think that it's instructive because, you know, the attention span these days on social media is the, you know, length of a life of a gnat. It's, you know, people forget. And so since this was 2008. Is that Roger? Correct? 19, 20, 19. So we're pushing seven years right on this. And you can see here the footage of Roger Stone's home getting rated in the small hours of the morning. CNN having their 4K cameras. So these are massive cameras that they set up, and it takes a long time to get them loaded and ready. And this was the op that was run. And this, this was the op that was run while Trump was president. I mean, that's, I mean, it's like, it's like unspeakable. Can you share the footage one more time, please? And it, it, it, and this, like, imagine what they're capable of now, you know, today. And that's why I think a lot of people are arguing, you know, as I think you are here, like, where, where are the early morning raids? Obviously this is a humiliation ritual. Where are the early morning raids? On James Comey.
Roger Stone
Yeah, I mean, it's particularly outrageous, in fact, in fact, that my attorneys had been in touch with the special counsel's office the day before. This is a first time nonviolent crime. They know that I have no passport, that it's expired. They know that I have no guns in the home. But they claimed that I had to be arrested in this way because I was a flight risk. Where was I going to go? I mean, as my friend Sean Hannity points out, they pull these two amphibious units up to the dock behind my home because I lived on the water at that time in Fort Lauderdale. And frogmen are jumping out with fully, fully automatic M4 assault weapons. Yet when I go to my arraignment two hours later with shackles and a belt and so on, they don't require any cash bond. So if I was a flight risk, I'm also extremely recognizable thanks to CNN. Why did they make me put up a $250,000 bond? The whole thing was kabuki theater to put pressure on me. So that I would flip on Donald Trump. That's what this was all about. Any misstatement I made in my testimony is immaterial. There is no crime to cover up. There was no hack of the Democrat National Committee, even though federal prosecutors say several times that there's additional evidence that they're not allowed to show. That's because there is no evidence. In fact, the forensic evidence by both experts and according to the actual forensic evidence is to the extent that any information was stolen from the Democrat National Committee, it was downloaded to a portable disk and taken out the back door. So the whole thing was unnecessary. My wife still suffers from ptsd. Normally in this situation, they would just tell you, your attorney, to bring him, be in and turn yourself in. Which is what I would have done
Ben Johnson
on the other day with James Comey.
Mark Levin
Right.
Ben Johnson
That's what, that's what James Comey got.
Roger Stone
Or in the case of Jeffrey Epstein, they arrested him at Teterboro Airport, and the FBI agent thoughtfully threw his coat over the handcuff so that Jeffrey wouldn't be embarrassed. It is a two tier justice system and it really is outrageous. Comey was allowed to, like, saunter in the first time when he's arrested for lying under oath to Congress 254 times. Just to be clear, he, he's allowed to turn himself in. And yet again, when he's arrested in what is a more serious crime than lying under oath to Congress, threatening the life of a President of the United States, once again, he's allowed to just turn himself in.
Ben Johnson
Roger, you're not too far away from Fort Pierce where they have a grand conspiracy grand jury going on right now. And of course, that's a very secretive process. But little birdies tell us that this is a process that could really entrap John Brennan. It could entrap so many members of the Biden regime, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and that it might push the very limits of presidential immunity. You're very well connected. Obviously, you've built and architected for the president for decades. Can you give us any update on what's happening there with that grand conspiracy grand jury?
Roger Stone
Well, first of all, here's the underlying legal theory, and that is there was a seditious conspiracy that began in 2016 to end Donald Trump's presidency. Out of that flows the Russian collusion hoax that now, thanks to Tulsi Gabbard and the documents she has declassified, we know is a complete fraud. It then becomes the two phony impeachments. She's also declassified the documents that shows that that's a fraud. And the cute little Vindman brothers in their uniforms, they should be charged because they lied, as did Eric Cumella, the CIA operative who is the whistleblower who fabricated his testimony. Then we go on to the 2020 election. I think that was stolen as well as part of the same seditious conspiracy. And then we move into Arctic Frost. That includes the so called documents case. It includes the other charges against the President in New York. But because they raided Mar Lago and that is essentially the last stop in this seditious conspiracy, the ju, the jurisdiction is South Florida. South Florida, where you'll actually have an honest judge. South Florida, where you actually get an unbiased journey jury. Impossible in the District of Columbia. And therefore I think this move to indict Comey initially for his death threats against the President by Attorney Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche is an excellent move. Blanche himself said yesterday they have more than just the Seychelles as their evidence. And now I'm growingly confident that at the direction of Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, that we're going to see prosecutions of Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Rice, Rosenstein, Biden, and I would argue Obama himself. I mean, the Supreme Court decision regarding presidential immunity specifically addresses confines under which the President is acting in his official capacities. I don't think hatching a plot to deny your successor who was legally elected falls within that parameter.
Ben Johnson
So you believe that Joe, that Barack Obama, certainly Joe Biden, but that Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, who was never president, that all three of them may be entrapped here?
Roger Stone
Well, they could be. Look, I'm not an attorney, but the ringleader, John Brennan, certainly extraordinarily vulnerable. We now know without any question, thanks to the report of CIA Director Radcliffe, that he inserted the so called Steele dossier into President Obama's daily intelligence summary in order to rationalize the FISA warrants that were illegally used to spy on Carter Page and others, George Papadopoulos, and also to rationalize the appointment of Robert Mueller as a special counsel. And Rod Rosenstein, the acting Attorney General, he actually admitted after the election that yes, he volunteered to wear a wire into the Oval Office to try to entrap the President of the United States. So I think that those who voted for President Trump, we're expecting accountability and justice. No. Unlike the knuckleheads at the New York Times who say, oh, is it about revenge and retaliation? No, this is about accountability and justice. Those who violated the law and those who violated the Constitution in their manic effort to Destroy President Donald Trump and, and General Michael Flynn and myself and several others should be brought to justice until we have equal justice in this country, until we do away with a two tiered justice system in which Hillary Clinton and her husband can lie repeatedly under oath and they pay no price or that America will not be right.
Ben Johnson
We'd certainly love to see that version of America. We know that we're closer than we've been in America very long time. Republicans are acting strong in part I think because they're terrified because there is a resurgent and insurgent independent media. Roger, I know that you're part of that. You have an incredible show and radio program also of course a long legacy of must read books. And Roger Stone, the man who brought us every presidency from Nixon to Trump is somebody that you must follow. He has a million subscribers. We'll just round up here on X. And he's the best dressed man in politics. Godspeed, Roger.
Roger Stone
Thank you very much for having me, Benny. It's great to be with you again.
Ben Johnson
Just make sure that we grab Rogers locals there. We know that there's sometimes it's like it is, it's streaming. Right. And so we, we are always live. We're going to be live. I think the President actually is going to be live here quite soon. He's signing a mysterious order from the White House and as always, entertaining to John Potter to the President. I'd like to go through some of these maps and. Yeah, okay, fantastic. I'd like to go through some of these maps just to show you exactly how dire everything is. Starting of course with the New England map. And in case you're wondering if we're just being mean to Democrats here, they started it, okay? They started it. Klein. Let's, let's, let's rock and roll. So the New England map shows that 40% of Republicans in New England are in fact totally and completely disenfranchised. This is the map of 27 different states, 27 different districts. 40% of these states vote Republican. That's a population of millions of people, millions of Republicans. In fact, Alx is one of those Republicans living in Massachusetts, yet he is completely disenfranchised by Democrat gerrymandering. There's not a single Republican district, in case you're wondering who started it. Then go ahead and look at the way that Republicans gerrymander. Right. Maybe you could pop up the Florida map, please. The Florida map shows that Republican gerrymandering is doing the thing that maps should do, which is to take geographic areas or Geographic populace or populations of people that share something in common and give them representation, whether that's a specific region, mountainous, lake, beachside, whether that is a specific cluster around, let's say, neighborhoods with identities or towns with identities. That's how a congressional map should be. Somebody way out on the other side of the Shenandoah should not be represented by some NGO guy who got fired by Doge in Alexandria. That's. These are not. Same, same. This is the same thing with the Illinois maps, right. That have these little zigzags and wiggles all throughout the state. These are taking people that share nothing in common and just rigging the map, typically based on racism. So these are the good. These are good maps. Democrat maps look like you gave a crackhead a eight ball and a four loko and a crayon and a piece of printer paper and told him to draw a map as you pushed him down a shopping cart
Chip Roy
through a, through
Ben Johnson
a, through a mountain. It's not anything that has any type of, like, rational explanation other than election rigging. And we've all seen these maps, whether it's in Manhattan or whether it's in Illinois or whether it's in California. So the GOP maps look really sharp. Tennessee now is potentially going to be redistricting one seat. This is a perfect example of this. Please, if you wouldn't mind going back. This is a perfect example. We actually did a side by side on this. Of the four states. Thank you. We did a side by side of what it looks like when the GOP draws maps. There we go. Nice little red squares. And we could. Let's zoom on in here. Look at, look at Illinois. Look at this. Now, these are proposed maps that would get rid of all Republican districts. Look at the, look at what these maps look like. Look at this. This is a. This is a equitable map of Mississippi and Illinois. What the hell? What the hell? I'm sorry. Alabama and Illinois, ladies and gentlemen. Look at Florida versus California. Look at that. Look at that. Look at what they'd have to do to California in order to get their hard blue map versus Florida. And it's the same thing in Texas. In Florida, it just, it's totally defensible. And we did this. And it's going to, it's going to work. Speaking with the Attorney General. So Florida enacted +4 Alabama. We were able to troll, actually, the governor of Alabama into changing her maps. Look at how abysmal these maps are. There's no explanation for that. Look at anytime you see a congressional district that does These quirky little lines, there's no explanation for that other than Democrat racism. Just think the kkk, right? Like when you see that, just think burning crosses and, and crisp bed sheets. This is what Democrats want. What else we had Tennessee on here? Throw up Tennessee. I know we have a huge audience in Tennessee. Tennessee is looking, looking, looking strong. Look at that. A nice, that's a nice looking Tennessee map. Looks like nice broad square or rectangle geographic areas. All right, ladies and gentlemen, so Democrats started it. And I know that you are going to love this news here with the Virginia certification. Looks like the Virginia, Virginia certification is going to go down in flames. These are people broadcasting from Virginia. These are like Virginia political talking heads. And they're saying, listen, our sources on the Supreme Court say it's no bueno. Let's go.
Chip Roy
Well, I talked to some of those same people yesterday and what I was told is they now think it's less than 50% that the court will let the certification go through. And what really triggered it, they said, was when the court didn't rule by Friday afternoon, the time they don't believe is on their side. And what apparently transpired over the weekend and this person would know they're in contact with the people I'm about to say is that the governor's staff is now snipping at the Senate Majority leader and House speaker that they warned them last fall this would not pass legal review.
Ben Johnson
Too bad, too bad. What do they say? Stupid as a stupid does. Don't be stupid, ladies and gentlemen. Use Venice AI. Venice AI is an AI platform that actually keeps your information secure. We have some big updates from, by the way, the state of Texas, big updates from Chip Roy in The state of Texas. But first, a state that loves the right to life state. I was just there actually talking about President Trump and his saving of children from gender mutilation and his strong stance for pro life policies. Preborn is one of those incredible companies that will defend life and has defended life and actually the best way, which is not yelling at people or screaming at people who are in crisis, but showing them an ultrasound. Preborn purchases ultrasounds for expectant mothers who may be in crisis. And data shows that when a mother sees the miracle, the life growing inside of her, the heartbeat, that all of the propaganda disappears like that. Ladies and gentlemen, the left is trying to dehumanize and to slaughter children. We are saving them. Help mothers choose Life. For just $28, you can provide an ultrasound. For less than a dollar a day, you could save a life. $140 reaches five mothers. Preborn empowers women to be mothers. And it's only the beginning. To get involved, simply dial pound250 and say the keyword baby. That's pound250 and say the word baby to visit Preborn. Preborn.com Benny. Preborn.com/betty. Okay. Ladies and gentlemen, the man who is running for Attorney General of Texas, man who has been a strong ally of this program and a fighter in Congress. His name is Chip Roy, and he joins us live right now. Hey, Chip, how you doing, man?
Chip Roy
Morning, Benny. How are you?
Ben Johnson
What's up?
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
Okay.
Ben Johnson
So are we. From a hotel room this morning? I don't even know you. You're so. You're on the road so much, man. I was hoping to see you when we were in Texas the last couple weeks, but there we go.
Chip Roy
Yeah, no, I'm at my house today. I'll be heading out to go to an event in my district down in San Antonio tonight and Fredericksburg tomorrow and Georgetown, Longview, Dallas, Midland, all over the state this week.
Ben Johnson
How is the campaign going? First off, great.
Chip Roy
I was in Montgomery county, just north of Houston, by the way. Side note, where I learned a elementary school down there did a recent survey of parents and found out, you know, what language is spoken at home. And English came in fourth place, Benny, behind Spanish, Farsi. I don't know what the third language was. Urdu or something.
Ben Johnson
I don't know.
Chip Roy
And then English. This is what we're dealing with is I was talking to a bunch of strong conservative America first maga, Tea Party conservatives in Texas who are fed up with what's going on in Texas. People don't realize how bad it is this is the primary reason I'm running for attorney general. We've got to. We got to get in the fight and make sure we stop what's happening to Texas. We're losing the state right now, Benny.
Ben Johnson
Yeah, I mean, totally. And we all know what happens when you allow these voters to choose a candidate, especially if they are on infinity welfare. They're going to choose the candidate that provides infinity welfare. And all the data shows that these populations that have in mass moved to Texas are on those programs. How are you going to. How are you going to prevent it? I mean, you have like 90, 80 and 90 percentile welfare usage for Afghans, for Somalis, and a lot of those people are intense. They're the ones building the mosques. How are you going to prevent that?
Chip Roy
Well, number one, while I'm still in Congress, I'm going to continue to fight it with legislation and trying to use whatever we do on a reconciliation package. We made some great reforms last year in the big, beautiful bill, putting in requirements that no illegals get benefits from Medicaid or, for example, food stamps. But we got to go further and we got to be much more aggressive. So I've got nine more months in Congress where I'll be trying to do that. And then as attorney general, there's a lot of things we can do. You got to go stop where we've got unfunded mandates from the federal government. We've got to sue to stop those and fight in court. For example, let's take the issue of public education for illegal alien children. Plyler Veto was a 1982 Supreme Court opinion that said that Texas, and it was a Texas case, had to provide a free public education to illegal alien children. It was a flimsy case. Hell, even the majority, they were almost apologizing while writing the case, saying, well, yeah, you can kick these people out, but while they're here, we don't think it'd be a good idea if they're not in school. That's policymaking. Right. They just made that up, just like they made up Roe versus Wade. And we've got other issues like that and other policies where we're gonna have to step up as Texas and say, look, we're not going to continue to use Texas taxpayer funds to prop up people who are coming here and using welfare in the state of Texas. And. But we got to have a little bit of a come to Jesus within our own communities in Texas. A lot of the sort of, I'm going to call them Chamber of Commerce Republicans that are Always out there saying, well, we got to import all these people. You know, we need to make sure we're protecting American workers, make sure they have the shot at jobs. Stop importing people here who don't share our values. We've imported five and a half million people in the United States from majority Muslim countries since 9 11. That's a suicide pact. That's just stupid. No sovereign nation that wants to protect itself would do that. Texas needs to lead on that fight, not jump in bed and say, yeah, please send more people here. Because some people in corporate boardrooms decide they want something for the bottom dollar. Same thing with data centers, same thing with everything else. One of the big fights we have is against the corporate boardrooms. Benny. It's not just immigration. There are people here who don't give a crap about protecting our communities and our way of life and our Judeo Christianity values and our Christian values in the state of Texas. They just want to figure out what they can do to, you know, maximize profit in the corporate boardroom.
Ben Johnson
Can you explain that? You know, what happens to a person's brain where you watch 9 11? And this is, of course a Texas. There was a Texas administration, right? George W. Bush and a lot of Texans and a lot of people live in Texas. And Karl Rove and their response to September 11th was to pack infinity Muslims into our largest cities. And just a couple of months ago, we tip. We were. We were tipped off to an Afghan in Dallas talking about how he's going to use his car, plant a car bomb on it and blow up a skyscraper in Dallas. And he was saying this on a live feed. He's saying it's live on TikTok, Congressman. So, you know, this is somebody who was clearly brought. You know, they were brought here. It. It's. It's utterly. It's utterly suicidal. What. What was that? What is that?
Chip Roy
Yeah, I think there was a lot of factors at play. Number one, we've had. We've got. Had a generation or two or three that have. That has come to believe that the First Amendment means that you can't have any sort of cohesive religious culture in a state or in a community. I believe we're a Christian state. I believe we're built on Judeo Christian principles, and I believe we need to defend and protect those. And I don't believe that's inconsistent with the First Amendment. I think we've also secondly, had a false notion that Islam is comparable. That in fact it is not a political ideology. It is versus a comparable faith choice. That you can believe what you want to believe. The fact of the matter is you've got a organized effort and a political ideology to wage jihad against the West. And you've got to recognize that we have not done that. And in the, you know, aftermath of 9 11, you know, the approach was go spend literally trillions of dollars and send our boys overseas losing lives and limbs and to try to go build soccer fields in Baghdad and go try to win that kinetic war over there. And we didn't recognize there was a war on our own soil. There was a war right here. They recognized that they were going to wage jihad against the west by coming here and taking advantage of our immigration system and our first amendment to hide behind it to be able to build mosques. There are now 330 of those in the state of Texas to build places like Epic City because they can exploit our laws and our ability to go buy up land and then take that land and build communities and compounds and say, oh, no, we don't restrict anybody. But who in the hell wants to live on effectively a Sharia compliant Muslim compound? And if you're not Muslim, nobody. And oh, we don't practice Sharia. Yes, you do. You shame women into practicing Sharia and then you pretend that you don't have a separate legal system than our justice system under the 14th Amendment and the rule of law in the Constitution. So that's what we're up against. And by the way, the last component is the labor, the tech, the fealty to corporate boardrooms who say, chip, you don't understand it. We don't have the talent in America. We, we have to import it. Well, look, I'm fine with someone who comes here who wants to be a part of the melting pot and bring their great, you know, skills to the United States. You're a doctor and you want to come to the United States. You believe in America, great. But we're importing a lot of people at the expense of the Americans being able to get work. And you're doing it for the bottom line, which is often the case. You add all of that together and you add in diversity, visas and chain migration suddenly. And you, by the way, you add in the complete failure of our communities and schools and churches to educate our children, that they should have more children, and our families aren't doing that. And now you're getting out. You know, production of babies is much more in favor of the Muslim population. Then you don't have to look any further than London and Paris to see what's Coming to America if we don't change directions.
Ben Johnson
The way that you change directions is to get rid of the incentive structure. Now, we had on a daily wire reporter yesterday that was talking about what's going on in Ohio. Ohio. I mean, it's bad enough to have the small E fraud in states like Minnesota, but in red states, when the governors and the leaders of those states just turn, literally turn a blind eye to these mass fraud rings for this, in this circumstance, it was home health care fraud. But in Texas, there's been quite a few exposes on H1B visa fraud in the Indian community. And that's been exposed in places like Frisco that went from 2% Indian population to 32% in the time span of just a decade. And racist hiring practices like wholly hiring H1BS for jobs like cashier and somebody who's running a hotel. I mean, this is something that's been absolutely abysmally exploited by that community. How are you going to take that on in Texas? I mean, it seems like cutting off. It seems like cutting off the funding source from the state is probably the easiest way to start to reverse these trends.
Chip Roy
Yeah, agreed. And like one of the. Look, Austin has as much of a swamp as does Washington D.C. i want to be very blunt. You know, there's a lot of good folks down there, but it is a very big government with a lot of big programs and a whole lot of lobbyists that are down there every other session, you know, with their handout and a lot of taxpayer funding of those lobbyists. So we've got to clean up Austin and make sure that we eliminate a lot of these funding sources and programs. And look, let me tell you, what you're describing in Frisco is 100% correct. And I know it well. My daughter was born in Frisco in 2011. My son was born in Plano in 2009. My wife grew up in Plano. We were living in McKinney when I was a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's office and I was prosecuting illegal aliens. I was prosecuting bad guys, gang members, people using guns and crimes. And I was living there. And it was a normal suburban community. And in fact, Frisco was still pretty small. It was starting to grow and develop. There were some, you know, things getting built. But, man, I gotta tell you, I go back up there now, you go to a Costco up there and you might as well be in Costco and fricking like, you know, I don't know, somewhere in Bombay. Or something. I mean, it's crazy what you're dealing with. And like, we've got to recognize that as Texans and we've got to stop providing benefits. We've got to call it out. And one of the things we've got to do is we got to have our own level of doge in Texas that we're then putting pressure on the federal government to say, look, all of this money is flowing in here. As Attorney General, I'm going to look at every ngo, every, every nonprofit, open up their books. I've already talked to our incoming comptroller. If he wins in November, which he will, Don Huff finds about our need to go through and look at all the books of all the government agencies. I want to open it all, I want to expose it all. As Attorney General, I want to find out, are you following the law? Where's the money coming from? Where's the money going? What's federal? What state? Is this compliant with the law? Does this compliant with the Constitution and expose it all so we can peel it back and protect our communities and our state.
Ben Johnson
So as a federal prosecutor, I know that you probably followed very, very closely the new rulings out of the Supreme Court. Texas, of course, had some challenges and won those challenges for the Texas maps. The new ruling, Seattles vs. Louisiana, that's a bombshell one. But it's Virginia that I'm the most interested in right now. Because in Virginia, I mean, that was just such an obvious rig job and it was so immoral and so grotesque and so openly, you know, baldly partisan and disenfranchising. And now it looks like they're going to get smacked down by the Virginia Supreme Court. What's your over under on that, Chip?
Chip Roy
Well, first of all, in that Louisiana case, I do want to say that, that, that is a really important opinion. Okay. Section two has been a, you know, hotbed of race, racial gerrymandering, race based gerrymandering. The court got the right decision there. Clarence Thomas said it best when he said, look, this section 2 shouldn't have anything to do with the redistricting in the first place. So I actually agree with him rather than the majority opinion. But I'm glad the majority opinion struck down the use of race in gerrymandering. With Virginia, you've got different issues at play there. It's not the maps and the race issue there yet. Although, you know, we could have some litigation over that in the future. The issue really is, is did the, did the legislature, do they follow the law that they follow the law. With how they handled setting up this referendum, it looks very clear to me when I read it that they did not. You know, our friend Ken Cuccinelli, the former Attorney General of Virginia, has outlined all of the ways in which they did not follow the law. I'm not as expert on it, but for example, they set up essentially a sham is supposed to happen between two sessions. But you have a session that was a special session on the budget that you then had overlapping with the actual election. You're not supposed to have that. The election's supposed to be between them, but voting was already underway. While that special session was underway, there were other issues with the actual text of the referendum itself, which was problematic, by the way, borderline fraudulent in terms of how it was written and other issues that I think the Virginia Supreme Court would be correct to toss it out. Now, will they? I don't know. It's. The makeup is weakly Republican. Right. In terms of the appointments, the way they're appointed by the, by the legislature in Virginia, it's Republicans were, I think, have appointed a majority. I think it's a seven seat court. If I remember correctly this from memory. I think it's four, three. And I think four of the Republicans are, are. I think four of the seats are tacitly Republican. I might have that wrong. But it's, it's weakly Republican.
Ben Johnson
But the fact that they didn't allow them to begin the conversions and the redrawing of the map and like to move forward is a pretty big decision. Yeah, it's a good sign. Okay.
Chip Roy
And look, we, we gotta hope that that's the case because that's four seats. And look, we've got some good, we got some good folks there that would get knocked out. Right? I mean, you have Ben Klein, you got Morgan Griffith, those are two Freedom Caucus members. You have several Republicans in that state. I'm glad to see what Governor DeSantis did. Thank you for showing all those maps to the viewers out there because it's so critically important to show how different it is. Texas, if we go to 30 to 8, it's a reasonable map. But we, you know, now they're all saying, oh, you guys started this war on the maps. That is total garbage. New England, as you pointed out, zero Republicans. California is effectively all blue. Illinois is insane. And they want to look at us because we said, wait, you know, what's good for the goose is good for the gander. And Now Texas is 30 to 8. You know, cry me a river. Like, if we want to all level the playing field and say that it's going to match the relative mix of voting, fine, I guess. But that's not the way the Constitution, everything works. So if they're going to do it that way, there's no reason we shouldn't. And I think Governor DeSantis did a good job in Florida as well.
Ben Johnson
Moving on. Just, I know. I'm not sure this is necessarily in your wheelhouse, but it's of public interest. The James Comey indictments and the grand conspiracy grand jury here in Florida, are we going to actually be seeing something roll out of that, Congressman?
Chip Roy
Yeah, I don't know. And full disclosure, I haven't, like, studied that in any great detail, but I know that Comey is deserving of it. I mean, I was obviously, I was glad to see the indictments for the threats against the president. You can't do that. And I mean, look, you're a former sitting. I mean, come on, it's absurd that you would do that. I mean, you're clearly trying to poke the bear and go into an area where you're trying to heighten the threat against the president. Those are the kinds of things that lead to what happened at the hotel and at the White House Correspondents Dinner. And he knows it. He knows full well. And he got indicted. We'll see what happens in terms of what's happening in Florida. We'll see what plays out. But I do know this. The American people want to see accountability. They're glad to see the indictment of Comey. They're glad to see the indictment of the Southern Poverty Law Center. They want to see greater indictments. They want to see accountability for antifa. They want to see the Department of Justice getting on offense. They want to see accountability for Fauci. They want to see accountability for how the J6ers were treated. And by the way, Congress needs to get in the game. Look, I've been calling on this for six to eight months. I don't know why, with all due respect to our leadership, why we haven't done more, why we haven't held more hearings, why we haven't sent up more people and referred them to the Department of Justice, why we haven't, for example, impeached certain judges or I offered an amendment to defund some of the D.C. judges last year who did what they did to J6ers. And look, American people are sick of what they saw under Biden, that they can get away with that. So I'm glad to see Comey getting, you know, targeted and look, justice should prevail. I want to be clear as someone who's a, you know, an officer in the court, you know, and takes it very seriously, justice should prevail. Nobody should get railroaded for political purposes. But look, he's threatening the president. And there are other questions about Comey as well that need to be continue to be looked at.
Ben Johnson
My producer is telling me that you've just introduced new legislation that you would really like to see efforted over the finish line. You referenced it, I think twice in this interview. And I want to give you an opportunity to ex, to talk through it. Forgive me. This was sent live during the show. And so let's pop it up here. Congressman, what, what are you newly proposing here with the end?
Chip Roy
Yeah, well, as you know, that I've been trying to get out there and demonstrate to the people that there's so many abuses going on. You've Talked about the H1BS a lot on your show. Thank you for doing that. Sarah Gonzalez has done excellent reporting on that over the Blaze. But I've got the bill to the Pause act to pause all immigration and other bills. This one is, is highlighting something that a lot of people may not be familiar with. There's something called a U visa, and there are now a lot of illegal aliens that are hiding behind being a crime victim to stay in the United States and basically get a blanket U visa to stay here because they're allegedly a victim of crime. Now, what that does is incentivize false accusations. I had a resident of Austin who I visited with, talked to on the phone who was accused of a crime falsely, as it turns out, and thankfully, you know, that has been adjudicated and he's been found to have not committed said crime. But you had an illegal alien saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, that guy committed a crime so that person could claim a U visa and stay in the United States. We're seeing this now more rampant across the country. There was a case up in Massachusetts a few weeks back. I've had this bill drafted for a while, but, you know, we've had so much going on, I hadn't filed it. So I filed it last week because we saw that case up in Massachusetts. It's absurd. And by the way, there are lots of ways you can stay if you're, if you witness a crime as a, as an alien, even illegal alien, you can stay in order to present the evidence against the crime. Let's say you witnessed a crime of fentanyl or gangs or cartels. We give a path for that. But this is just a basically get out of jail free card to be, and be able to commit fraud in doing so and frankly endanger American citizens, encouraging them to lie about, you know, crime and falsely accuse people. So we should end it. Just like we should end the FACE act, just like we should pause immigration, just like we should stop importing people from majority Muslim countries. That's the common sense stuff that we need to do. But unfortunately, we have a Senate that is hung up on the fake filibuster notion of 60 votes and it's hard for us to move anything right now.
Ben Johnson
Very hard. And it's, I just, the more that I look at these maps, the more that I see the direction the country is going, the more you study what would happen if we pass the SAVE Act. If you pass the SAVE act, you'd flip New Mexico red. That was the, that was the new research that came out yesterday.
Chip Roy
Right.
Ben Johnson
You'd swing every swing state five points to the right.
Chip Roy
And Benny, what's so frustrating is as conservatives, you, me, viewers of this program, of course I like that the Senate can slow down bad legislation. I don't want to get rid of the cooling sauce or ability of a member to go to the floor of the Senate and filibuster. Stand up talk. Mr. Smith goes to Washington. I think that's a great feature of the Senate. It's not being used. It's fake. We're setting a 60 vote threshold that Republicans, namely Mitch McConnell, Thom Tillis, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski are hiding behind to stranglehold our ability to move reform legislation. And when Democrats get power and they have the House and the Senate and the White house, they will 100%, mark my words, they will absolutely nuke the filibuster. And then we will have a packed court. They will try to undo that great Supreme Court opinion on the Section two. They'll try to undo Dobbs. They will then make DC Estate. And then we're going to be left with trying to figure out what, what to do to save freedom. Because we don't have a Senate right now that's willing to say, you know what, we got to take action right now where we have a president like President Trump willing to lead, where we have a House majority that we're not perfect, we should be doing more. And I've had that fight internally, but we've done some good stuff that sent over and died in the Senate. And I think if we got some of that moving, I think we could pass more. So I wish the Senate would just get the hell out of the way and stand up with the American people. But you know, we're going to continue to fight for the next six months because otherwise we're going to be in trouble. November. If we don't lead now, the maps are hopefully going to go our direction and we'll get a few more seats. But we got to lead if we want to win in November.
Ben Johnson
Did you see that polling on the, did you see that data on the SAVE Act? Like what would happen if you had like firm citizenship requirements on these elections?
Chip Roy
Yeah, and it would make an enormous difference and of course it would. And by the way, lost in all of the discussion because people think it's like, well, the citizenship requirements and the voter id, our inability and restrictions on checking voter rolls. It's a real problem that certain states, red states, if we want to check the voter rolls, we have obstacles and blue states just outright can refuse to check the voter rolls. It's purposeful. We know what's happening and we ought to change it.
Ben Johnson
Ladies and gentlemen, the man who should be the Attorney General of Texas. He's got an election coming up here in just a matter of weeks. Ladies and gentlemen, the great Chip Roy. Go follow him. Make sure that you're fighting with the people who fight for us. Godspeed, Congressman, and good luck.
Chip Roy
Thanks, Benny. God bless my friend. See y.
Ben Johnson
All right, ladies and gentlemen, if you want to see the data that we were just talking about, here it is. Well done, Alex. That was sharp. I didn't even know. I just saw the summary of this data. I didn't even see this. Look at this. Save America act could swing key state to the right. Nevada would swing six points to the right. New Mexico would go from a blue state to a red state. A solid blue state to a solid red state. Blue states like Connecticut, Washington and Maryland and Washington D.C. would swing eight points to the right. Not doesn't exactly make them red states, but as sure as hell makes them more like swing states. And then red states like Wyoming, South Dakota, Tennessee and Louisiana would go 20 points to the right. Between 20 and 25 points to the right. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm angry the Save America act hasn't been passed. We're not going to let go of this dog with a bone. We'll keep fighting. We want to fight for you and your golden future. In fact, we have live President Trump here in just one moment. I, I think the President is speaking. We pop it up. Do we have the, do we have Trump in the White House? Trump at the White House right now. Okay. Looks like that they're doing some type of special kids programming. You have RFK there. You have Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. Hopefully the last Secretary of Education. Housing Secretary Turner is there as well. Okay. Ushering in our golden future, ladies and gentlemen. Advantage Gold can ensure that you have that future. Go gold today. It's a lot of ups and downs in the markets. Who knows what the hell is going to happen with Iran. Nobody knows. And it's sort of driven some craziness, definitely some ups and downs. The point that I see is that if you're investing in things that are solid and withstood the test of time, meaning generations, millennia, you should be good. Gold smash through a record 5,500 bucks earlier this year. There's been a bit of a dip. Just like with everything Buy now the dip of the decade. Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying. You should buy. I trust Advantage Gold to give you the advantage in gold. America's top rates precious metals company. Right now, they're giving our listeners a free gold investment kit. Text Benny to 85545 right now. Text Benny to 85545 right now for advantage Gold. All right, ladies and gentlemen, is Secretary Kennedy crack and wise? Donald Trump's gonna be taking questions here live at the White House. Let's go ahead and listen in. And President does that.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
It's gone every two months. He does a press conference every day. Or avenue meetings, for better for worse are also televised. But it's the most transparent administration we've ever seen, the most successful administration in history. He went into that cabinet meeting, a private cabinet meeting, that's morning. And he said to the cabinet, one of you has to do a 50 mile hike this weekend to show the American people that we're in shape. And he didn't. This cabinet could have done it. We have a bunch of thoroughbreds on this cabinet. Pete and Scott and Shawn, Duffy and Linda and Tulsi and Doug Burgum and Jamison and all the rest. There's a lot of people who could probably do a 50 mile hike.
Mark Levin
What about me? You didn't mention mine.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
I walk nine miles a day on a golf course every weekend. So we need to do it in
Mark Levin
the breeze when I'm not using a car. Go ahead.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
My father was the only one who could do it. And he went into the Justice Department that night and he had a bunch of guys in the Justice Department who were former Marines who had gone to Harvard on the GI Bill and played on the same football team. And he hired them all. When he came to the transit department, he said, you guys are going on a 50 mile hike with me tomorrow. And they got up at 4am and they started on the C and Oak Canal tow path, which was frozen. It was the middle of winter. And they were going to walk to Camp David. One by one, they each dropped down. My father was the only, only one who made it. The last guy to drop out was his best friend, whose name was Dave Hackett. Dave Hackett's legs had swollen up. And he said, I gotta quit. And my father said, you're lucky your brother's not the President of the United States, because the press was following and there was no way that my father quit. I was at Camp David that night, watched him come in. His feet were bleeding, they were covered with blisters. And it was as part of the message that President Kennedy wanted to send the American people. If we were going to maintain our national authority, our national, our international leadership, our moral authority as a nation, that we had to pay attention to our physical condition. Physical fitness test was a critical part of that. And I think it's very unfortunate that President Obama and President Biden abandoned. He said, competition is not good for kids, which is not true. If we're going to be competitive internationally, we need to be competitive with each other. We need to teach people how to win and how to lose and how to process victory and defeat. And today, since that time, the presidency has presided over the worst of the public health crisis in history. We're now the sickest nation in the world. We've gone from 5% of our kids being obese to 20%. 70% of adults are obese or overweight. And 77% of our children cannot qualify for military service. And that should be an eye opener for all of us. And I'm so grateful to President Trump for his leadership and his vision of reinstituting the physical fitness test and challenging Americans to compete with each other in a friendly, congenial way and to get it, help each other get in shape so that we can prepare for a great future that this administration is going to provide for this country.
Mark Levin
Bobby, do you ever see a picture of Bobby working out? It's like, you guys, I said, you got to be kidding me. He's in great shape. I didn't know that about your father. That's very impressive, huh? Did he work out a lot?
Roger Stone
Bobby?
Mark Levin
He was a great guy.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
He was an athlete and he was always in good shape. And he played sports every weekend.
Mark Levin
Was he? Your uncle was A great athlete, too. Was he a very good athlete.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
My father was the only one of the brothers that lettered in football. Jack was a swimmer, which allowed him to save his crewmates when his ship went down off the Solomon Islands. So he was able to swim, drag one of his shipmates to shore because he'd been on the swim team.
Mark Levin
It's a great story. Very interesting. Bobby, that was very good.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
It's quite interesting.
Mark Levin
Everybody was cooking. You know, you usually people are sort of wandering off as people speak, but not when Bryson speaks. Why don't you start it?
Bryson (Athlete or youth representative)
Yeah. Secretary Kennedy, thank you for those inspiring words from your uncle. And thank you to the President of the United States for helping reestablish this Presidential Fitness Test. It's been something that we've been looking forward to doing for a long time, since 2013. I remember going through the Presidential Fitness Test as a kid and getting that award and it was quite an honor. So basically being up here and a part of that is quite instrumental and going to be amazing for our nation's future. Reestablishing the golden standard of the Presidential Fitness Test has been a huge deal for me is that these kids now are going to have a healthy future. That's really an important thing for us to note here is that, you know, we want to make sure our kids have the best opportunity to succeed in life. And not only from their mind, but, but their health and their well being. Their physical fitness is a huge priority to helping them become better human beings in general for our nation. And so what's quite honestly cool is Secretary Hegseth here has allowed us to be involved in over 160 schools, military bases, with DOEA and institutionalizing this Presidential Phase Fitness Test in those schools. So I have to say thank you so much for helping establish that and hopefully here soon we can do that across the nation, of which we believe has tremendous, will have a tremendous effect on these kids and their future. So I just wanted to say thank you to the President, thank you to the cabinet members for everything you've done. And we're going to go out there and have a great day on the field and give these kids some fun things to go and play with, whether it's football, soccer. So I'm doing some pull ups. Can you guys do pull ups?
Mark Levin
No, we'll help you.
Bryson (Athlete or youth representative)
We'll help you. But that's a part of the Presidential Fitness Test is aspiring to help these kids become a better version of themselves. And that's what I couldn't be more excited to be A part of.
Ben Johnson
I want to say thank you to
Bryson (Athlete or youth representative)
the athletes that are here today and to Gary Player. He's always been an inspiration to me and albeit I'll never get to your record, I thank you for giving me aspirations to hopefully get one eighth of what you have. So thank you. And lastly, just want to say to kids, most important thing you can do is always get 1% better a day. That's the most important thing I can give you guys. Try to be a better version of yourself every day because one day you could be up here as well. You could be up here as well. So thank you, Mr. President. Thank you for everybody for being here. And I can't wait to see what we can do out there today.
Mark Levin
Good.
Ben Johnson
I just want Trump Q and A. I want Trump Q and A with the press.
Mark Levin
This is really for Bryson because he's worked so hard on this. He's, he's really, he really put it together. He's got the best athletes in the world. I think it's actually 41 or 42, it's. And all top, top people, all big names, top people. And they all want to do it. And Bryson, I was given a little idea by Bobby. He mentioned Camp David and it's a special place. And I think we should have our next meeting. The full meeting at Camp David sounds great, like a very special place. So we'll do that. I'd love to have Gary say a few words. He's won 168 tournaments. Think of it. That means he won every weekend. I say, well, when did you not win? It's a record, I think, that will never be broken. And he won 18 majors, nine senior and nine regular, and many other things. And he is a very special guy. And, you know, if you think about the power of, of positive thinking, I don't know if Gary has the time, but he, he is the youngest winner of the British Open, what they call now the Open Championship. And he won it when he was 23, I think. Gary, right, 23. If you, if you want, you could tell that story because these are all people that love sports and they love golf. But the way you asked, you'd like to practice. My name's Gary Player. I'm from South Africa. You're not giving me the time to practice. I must practice on this course. And the people thought, who is this? He said, you don't understand. I'm going to win this tournament. They never heard of him. He came out of South Africa, he's winning everything. He won the South African Open like 14 times or something. So incredible. But if you want to tell that story, I think it's a fabulous story. But as a man with a powerful. It's really the power of positive thinking. Go ahead, get.
Gary Player
Well, Mr. President, first of all, thank you very much for having us and hosting this today. I've been around almost every president for the last 65 years, and I've never seen a president that loves this country as much. They all did, and they all did great works, but I've never seen a president who loves the country as much as you do. And I say thank you because I've traveled more miles than any human being before without being repetitive. And I've never seen a country like this. The freedom that exists, which is so important to all of us. And you know, sport can change the world. It can give people a chance that don't have any hope. It can give them hope. As we've seen, many people with little education have become world champions. Only in America have you got that opportunity. And the other thing is to Mr. Kennedy, who I have absolute, utmost, most respectful. You know, my great dream now I'm finished with tournament golf. My great dream is for the youth of America. The youth of a nation are the trustees of posterity. These are the people that are going to be the future champions. And when I talk, I always talk about the importance of fitness. It's so important, please, can we bring it back in the schools? And as Senator Kennedy is aptly single to eat properly, this is so important, what you put in your body. And the big thing that I wish and I pray every day and wherever I talk, and I do a lot of talking, I say to the young people, just love this country because you don't realize what's going on around the world. Even the students of the great universities of America really don't understand what's happening around the world today. There is a silent war taking place against America today. And what we've got to do is make these kids realize that freedom and exercise and education. Start reading some books. Yes, keep your phone, but also read some good books and listen to what Mr. Kennedy has said. What you put in your body is so important. What a wonderful job he's done. And all your cabinet members, of which I say thank you for maintaining this great word, this cherished word, freedom.
Mark Levin
Thank you very much, Gary. And Gary was way ahead of his time, always. And how many masters did you play in, Gary, for record?
Gary Player
I think 52.
Mark Levin
52. Think of it, 52. And most of them he had to qualify after you won it, how many times did you win it? 3. 3. So when you win a 3, you get to play a little bit. But most of the time he had qualify. But 52 masters, it's amazing. And did well in every single one of them. Pete, could I ask you to say a few words?
Chip Roy
Yes, sir.
Mark Levin
You could maybe speak a little bit about a subject that they want to hear about also, if you want, but just say a few words.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
Absolutely, sir. Well, fitness standards, competition, that's what we're all about at the War Department. So bringing those things to education is something I remember as a kid. I mean, the Presidential Physical Fitness Award was the pinnacle event at Forest Lake Elementary School every year. And I wanted to be the best, and I wasn't. But I worked my tail off every year to try to get there.
Mark Levin
Pull ups, push ups.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
I couldn't do the V sit and reach. I could never beat that one. But I remember it because it was something my country clearly elevated as important. We should be in shape.
Mark Levin
We should compete.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
And there's winners and there's losers that we need to infuse into our young people. And obviously, it takes young people to run a military. And as the secretary pointed out, almost 3/4 of American young people do not qualify for military service. And a lot of that has to do with their physical fitness. So we're proud at the War Department to put this first into Department of War education activity. Our schools, 160, 61 of them across 30 installations. It's going to be mandatory for the young kids of those service members who use those schools. And we hope that's a pilot for all of American education. We hope the rest of America follows. We need young, strong, healthy Americans, whether you serve in the military or any other aspect of your life. And I think this presidential fitness test, Mr. President, is a great, a perfect thing to restore that sets the those standards high for young people and something for them to achieve. The idea that competition is bad is the beginning of decline of a nation. Competition is critical to who we are and ensuring America stays on top. And speaking of staying on top, Mr. President, we are, as we talked about this morning, Project Freedom is ongoing. We're ensuring that we have control of that strait, which we do. And ultimately Iran has a choice to make and they know we're in the strong position. We hope they make a wise choice. And nobody better to make that deal,
Ben Johnson
Mr. President, than you.
Mark Levin
Thank you very much. Doing a great job. A man who's in very. You talk about athletes. This is A very serious athlete happens to be in charge of a little thing called housing. Can you say a few words? Yes, Sir.
Housing Secretary Turner
Thank you, Mr. President. And thank you to all the great athletes and ambassadors that are here and to the kids that are here. You know that word competition? I made a living competing, you know. You know, and being in the top physical fitness that I could be and playing in the National Football League. And one thing I want to remind the kids, and really our country is competition brings out the best in us, be it in sport, be it in business, be it in education. And you always want to be the best you can be, as Bryson said, every single day, getting better. And I'm grateful that I had an opportunity to play in the National Football Football League. But it taught me how to be a good teammate. It taught me how to be humble in victory and to be steadfast, you know, in defeat, as all these great athletes know. And, Mr. President, thank you for just your leadership in our country, but also for this important issue of having physically healthy children and a physically healthy nation. And, Bobby, thank you for reminding us of your uncle and your father of how important it is for us to be. To look at the man holistically, spiritually, morally, physically, mentally. And I think America historically has been the leader in all of those areas. But we are at a critical function in our nation. And so I would encourage everyone. This transcends politics. You know, physical fitness is good for every man and woman and child in the United States of America. So, Mr. President, I'm committed to this. This. I've seen the benefits of it in my own personal life. My family and my cabinet colleagues are 100% behind this. And so I would encourage all the young people of America, parents, teachers, educators, to take inventory and hear what these leaders are saying about the national security of our country and make sure that we're encouraging our young people to get out, get your hands dirty, get your knees, get on the monkey bars, start running and jumping and playing dance together. Because if you're a good teammate, the stronger team we are, the stronger the country we are. So thank you, sir.
Mark Levin
Well, thank you. I have to just say, we have a star named Linda McMahon, and she's made a tremendous amount of money on sports. They are great athletes, in my opinion. Wwe, her great husband. What they built is incredible. So it for a fortune, billions and billions of dollars, you made more than Bryson and Gary, if you added up, would you say a few words? And she's one of our great stars. She's. She's a Phenomenal person. Go ahead.
Linda McMahon
Well, that intro is a hard act to follow, but I think what we really. We've talked a lot about fitness, and I think that's incredibly important because that's what all this is about. But, you know, the greats had an axiom, sound mind and a sound body. So as Secretary of Education, clearly I want all of our schools to be able to adopt, you know, these programs. We don't control curriculum from the Department of Education, but I sincerely hope the emphasis that is being refocused on kids and being fit and being able to compete. That's what you've said, Pete. All of us are saying the same thing, but let's not forget, it's about all a sound mind and a sound body. In order to have a sound mind, you do have to eat well, you do have to exercise, you do have to train, and you do have to be fit to do that. And if we all are, we are the best of who we can be. So I encourage all of you to enjoy playing and competing and being good sports, you know, while you're doing. But don't forget, you're studying all of your academics, because it is all part of the total package.
Mark Levin
Thank you, Lyndon. Great job. Appreciate it. So we have a couple of other guys if you guys wanted to say anything, or we'll just take some questions, and if you'd like, you can ask
Ben Johnson
the big guy big questions.
Mark Levin
How fast did he throw it? He threw it very fast. It's very scary. Scary. And you want to say something.
Chip Roy
I guess I'll just reiterate the. Thanks, Mr. President. Thank you, the cabinet members, for this opportunity to be here. Thank you, Bryson. So allow me to be in this elite company of people. It's a pleasure to meet all you guys.
Bryson (Athlete or youth representative)
Let me look at you. You're embodiment of the physical fitness test.
Mark Levin
So you got to get you on the serious. Seriously, a good physical specialist and coach. You've done great in Florida. Thank you very much.
Ben Johnson
No incredible honor to be here. This is something that I'm passionate about, and I think it's imperative that we're doing this for our youth right now through experience. My wife and I have two young kids, 9 and 7. They're very active, very athletic. But I can see some of their classmates and some of their teammates, you know, staring at screens all day.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
And again, as I said, it's really
Ben Johnson
important that we do this now. And not only will.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
I think this will improve the overall
Ben Johnson
physical health of our young people, but I think it'll Also help the mental health of our young people as well.
Mark Levin
And just in case you don't know, he is a coach who just came to a team and just took it right from the beginning. Just unbelievable job you've done.
Unknown Male Speaker (news correspondent or analyst)
Thank you.
Mark Levin
You're a very rich guy. I want to represent. He comes in. Just congratulations. Who's going to win in hockey? It's a tough one.
Ben Johnson
Colorado's a favorite.
Mark Levin
I like Minnesota, though. All right, we're going to watch. Okay, we're going to watch. Great job. Thank you. Great job you've done. Thank you. And we're going to go outside. Did you want to ask a few questions of any of the people ahead?
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Here we go.
Ben Johnson
Can I ask you about Iran, Mr. President?
Mark Levin
Yes.
Ben Johnson
They've fired at U.S. ships several times
Mark Levin
the last 24 hours.
Ben Johnson
What do they need to do to violate the ceasefire?
Mark Levin
Well, you'll find out, because I'll let you know. They know what to do and they know what to do. They know what not to do, more importantly, actually. And, you know, they fired up in little boats with pea shooters, you know, the peashooters. Little boat. You know why? Because they don't have any boats anymore. Their navy is comprised of. They call them little boats.
Chip Roy
Right.
Mark Levin
And they're fast. Yeah, they're so fast that they had eight of them, and they're all gone. And they're fast, but they're not fast like a missile. A missile is slightly faster. They're all gone. So they're looking around for little boats to try and get compete with our great navy. We have a navy. That's unbelievable. You know, we set up a blockade, as you know very well. Not one ship. A couple tried, and they got their engine shot out. You remember, I think it was one of the. It was a great display. A ship wanted to go through, break the blockade. They were warned not to. And then they were warned again by Young and out as captain of the ship with a great look. Central casting. These people are central casting, I'll tell you. And he said, don't do it. Then he said, evacuate your engine room with this unbelievable loudspeaker that goes over water. He said, you have 10 seconds. And then from four miles, with one bullet, it went right into the engine. And, Gary, the ship stopped very quickly. They hit the engine with one shot. It wasn't a missile. They don't want to waste a missile on it. It's too easy. And we had another one. In 2000, one of the biggest ships in the world, they were warned. And he said, go back now go back right now. You will be shot at within 10 seconds. Yes. Yes. I am going back to Iran. I am going back. And that was the end of that, right? He went. It took him 10 miles to the ship, was so big. But they respect us. They didn't used to respect us, but they respect us more than we've ever been respected. Our country now is the hottest country anywhere in the world. We had a country that was dead when we had that group of people that ran this country with their open borders, letting anybody come in from the Congo, from countries all over the world. They came in from prisons and mental institutions. We had a country that would have been a dead. If they won the election, this country would have been a dead country. Now we have the hottest country anywhere in the world. Go ahead.
Ben Johnson
Thank you, Mr. President, you said recently
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
that if Iran Iranians were armed, they could take over their regime.
Ben Johnson
Do you plan to arm them soon?
Mark Levin
Well, I don't want to say that, but yeah. I mean, people say, why aren't they protesting? They want to protest, but they don't have any guns. So you could have 200,000 people protesting and have five or six sick people with guns. And when they start shooting them right between the eyes and you see a guy fall and another one fall and you have no guns, very few people would be able to stand there and do it. I mean, I understand. I tell them not to. Don't Forget, they killed 42,000 people last month. 42,000 unarmed protestors. They had no guns, so they had a 250,000 people crowd. And they had snipers. They had like four or five snipers in buildings up high. And you're standing there, and all of a sudden the guy on your left goes down and somebody. That's what happened with the women Protest. They had 200,000 women protesting a year ago, and everyone thought that was the end of Iran. And then all of a sudden, a woman dropped dead with a bullet right there. Always right there. Then another woman dropped. And then the word started to spread, and then there was panic, and then they ran. And, you know, I don't want that to happen. We don't need that. You know, we don't need it. But the only reason they're not, they want to protest so badly, but they don't have weapons. Yeah.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
Thank you, Mr. President.
Ben Johnson
Next week, you have a very important
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
meeting with President Xi in Beijing.
Ben Johnson
Secretary Besent has said that a top priority on the agenda will be Iran.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
What do you hope to achieve with President Xi as it relates To Iran.
Mark Levin
Well, I have a very good relationship with President Xi. You know, I find him to be a tremendous guy. And we get along well, and you see how we do. We're doing a lot of business with China and making a lot of money. We're making a lot of money. It's different than it used to be. But I'll be talking about. That'll be one subject. But he's been very nice about this. You know, in all fairness, he gets like 60% of his oil from hormones. And he's been. I think he's been very respectful. We haven't been challenged by China. They don't challenge us. And he wouldn't do that. I don't think he'd do that because of me. But I think he's been very respectful. And we've offered, you know, if he wants to send the ships to the United States. I think one of the big things that's happened is I made a statement. Send your. Send your ships to Texas. It's not that much further. Send your ships to Louisiana. Send your ships to Alaska. Alaska is actually very close to a lot of the Asian countries. People don't realize it. You know, Japan is back and forth. It's like. It doesn't seem at. But it's a very short route, two days shorter than almost any other route. We're making tremendous big deals with South Korea and with Japan. But I said send your ships. All of a sudden. I don't know if you saw the graph today. This is Space Force, which I created. Space Force has. They just sent out some photos of the ships that are lined up all the way down the ocean, like in. It's a highway. It looks like the Long Island Expressway for ships. And they're all heading to Texas, Louisiana. We've made up this land. And that's why when I. When I decided that I have to do this for the good of the world, not just the United States, in a way, we would have been in less trouble than a lot of other places. Certainly the Middle east would have been blown up. There wouldn't be a Middle east anymore. They would have controlled. They would have taken over the Middle East. Now. Now they're trying to survive and they won't. Please expl. Unless they make a deal. Oh, if they don't make a deal, they won't be successful. It'll go very quickly and methodically. Believe me, it'll be very easy. But we have so many alternatives. It's amazing. And nobody knew this, you know, because as an example, Japan got 90% of their oil of their most of their energy, but most of their oil from the hormone strain. South Korea got 43% of it. By the way, their ship was shot at. They were not in the cavalcade of ships they had. They decided to go it alone and their ship got the hell knocked out of it yesterday. But they didn't shoot the ships that were guarded by us. I'll tell you that. We knocked down a lot of missiles. So what happens is that we have a situation where we have total control. As you know, the blockade has been amazing. It's like a piece of steel. Nobody's going to to challenge the blockade and I think it's working out very well. We're going to see. I can say this. Iran wants to make a deal. What I don't like about Iran is they'll talk to me with such great respect and then they'll go on television, they'll say, we did not speak to the President. We did not. I just spoke to. We did not speak to the President. So they play games. But let me just tell you, they want to make a deal. And who wouldn't when your military is totally gone. We could do anything we want to them. Who wouldn't, please. On the filibuster, Mr. President, you posted
Ben Johnson
a lot about wanting to eliminate the filibuster.
Mark Levin
It hasn't happened. Are you disappointed in leaving? Yeah, no, I'm disappointed. I like John a lot, but he, you know, he has a couple of Republicans that are foolish people. A couple of them alike. A couple of them I can't stand. Actually, if you want to know the truth, although I do, I am at, according to CNN, 100% approval within the Republican Party. That's almost, that's better than your record, gary. I'm at 100% approval. Did you see the CNN poll? Nobody talks about it. Cnn, I think the people that did that poll probably got fired. But within the Republican Party in Maga, which is basically 100% of the party, I think, but 100%, no, I think that you're going to see some very interesting things. The filibuster, if you had it, we should have the Save America Act. We should have voter identification, voter id, we should have proof of citizenship. We should have mail in voting for the military and people that need it, but not for everybody. Because anytime you have mail in voting, they're going to cheat and they cheat like dogs and they have to cheat. You know, in all fairness, said the Democrats, when you have men and women, sports, when you have open borders. When you have transgender mutualization. Don't listen to this. Kids of your children of your children. Transgender mutilization of your children for everyone. When you have policies like that, you have to cheat. It's the only way they can win, and we shouldn't allow them to cheat. And we should terminate the filibuster because if they get the chance, they'll do it in the first hour. Back, Mr. President. Thank you.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
When Iran is seeing 50% inflation, they've moved money from the south, their economy is crashing. Would you allow their financial system then to fail?
Mark Levin
Well, I guess so, because we're making it fail.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
Is that what it takes?
Mark Levin
I hope it fails. Is that what it takes? You know why? Because I want to. To win. If it. Well, it's. No, it takes getting pounded on by the military, I think, for more. But in addition to that, there it is failing. You know, we have sanctions on them, Tremendous sanctions. Scott Bessant's done a great job. We have sanctions that nobody has ever seen before. They're failing. Their currency is worthless. Their inflation is probably 150%. The real numbers. 150%. They aren't paying their soldiers. They can't pay their soldiers. The money is worthless. No, it's. They should do the smart thing. You know, they should do the smart thing and. Because we don't want to go in and kill people, Really. I don't want to. I don't want to. It's too tough. Great people. I know the people. I have so many Iranian friends from New York and from other places over the years that they're great people. I don't want to. I don't want to kill them.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
These gas prices in the United States. Gas prices in the United States are $1.48 a gallon.
Mark Levin
You said that. You said they would come back down. They'll drop lower than they were.
Pete (Secretary of War or Defense)
Will Project Freedom supporting those ships, make that happen?
Mark Levin
Well, it will, because. So people don't realize. Some of These tankers hold 2 million barrel barrels. One of them holds four. I think it's the largest one in the world. That sucker is big. I've never seen anything like it. A ship. It's bigger than aircraft carriers. And, yeah, it has a big impact. It's so much. You know, there are like 400 ships in there. 400. That in itself. Now, the best is when it ends, it just neutralizes. But what's happening is people are learning to buy oil from the United States. I mean, they're making the trip and they have safer probably it's a better product too, by the way, but they have, they're learning to buy, they're changing their habits. So when I did this, I thought the market would go down 25%. And I think I thought that was a great deal if it did, if it went down 25%, I was satisfied. I said, because we cannot let these people have a nuclear weapon. They'll use it. We can't. I also, I also thought oil would go up to 200, 250, maybe 300. And I knew it would be short term, but I thought it would go. I look today it's like at 102 and that's a very small price to pay for getting rid of a nuclear weapon from people that are really mentally deranged. Yeah, the world is like, by the way, other presidents should have done this. 47 years they've been toying with these stupid people, in many cases. Stupid people. This should have been done by Obama. He went the other way. He was giving them cash. He sent plane loads of Boeing 757, took the seats out and put green, green cash, 1.7 billion in the plane. Every bank in Virginia, D.C. and Maryland was stripped of their cash. They took out all the cash from the banks, they put it into a plane, a Boeing 757 packed with cash and they flew it to Iran. And they let these guys just, I don't know what the hell they did with it, but they took it and then gave them billions and billions of dollars and bribed them basically to be friends. And after giving them tens of billions of dollars, they screwed Obama. Okay, that's not the way we play. No, we do it the old fashioned way. And they should wave. They're very proud. Maybe you won't see a white flag, but essentially that's already what they are, they need, they should wave the white, the flag, the white flag of surrender. In how hockey they say uncle, right? When are they going to, when are they going to cry uncle? But, but, and they have another expression. If this were a fight, they would stop it. But you know, we have to go out and we have to do it. And it's, it's very sad. It's very sad to see even shooting those boats. They've got three, four guys, they got a little machine gun in front. They're shooting at one of our ships that's meant for it. It bounces. They don't even know they're being shot at. And then they take it out with an Apache helicopter in about two seconds. They go. Apache. Apache ship. Northwest, 10 degrees, turns around. Boom. I don't like that. You know, you lose people. All these people. It's so unnecessary. It's so unnecessary. One thing we have. We have the greatest military. I built it because I built it in my first term. I didn't think I'd be using it at least so much in my second term. But we have the greatest military, the best equipment in the world. We had 111 missiles shot at one of our assets, one of the aircraft carriers, a week and a half ago, two weeks ago. Think of this. 111 sophisticated missiles shot and one of our aircraft carriers, and every single one of those missiles was shot down with no problem whatsoever. If you would have said that 10 years ago, five years ago, it would have been an impossibility. You would have had to take those shots. Every single missile was laying in the water far away. I mean, not even. They weren't even upset. And they're the coolest people if you ever see them. You know, Pete, when they do the missile. When they do, they say, missile coming, missile coming. And these guys, it's like, almost like they're very smart. These are extremely smart people. They go to very good schools. But they shot down. Who would think they. They're like a needle in a haystack. 111 missile shot. 111 missiles were knocked down into the water. Didn't even get close to the aircraft carrier. No, there's. Nobody has a military like this, Okay, a couple of more, and then I want to go out and watch these great athletes. I'm not talking about him and him and him. I'm talking about these kids because I think you're going to be far better as an athlete than anybody behind you. Okay. Do you agree? I think you're going to be a better athlete. What sport do you, Brian?
Ben Johnson
I play football.
Mark Levin
Football? Oh, yeah.
Housing Secretary Turner
There you go.
Mark Levin
Do you think. Do you think you're going to be better than him? You'll be faster. You're going to be so much faster than him. He's going to be like lightning. He was known for his speed, by the way. I don't know. I think pretty good. What sport do you play? I don't play sport because my mom didn't sign me up. But I. But I'm trying to play gymnastics. Gymnastics. That's a good sport.
Bryson (Athlete or youth representative)
It's a great sport.
Mark Levin
What do you play?
Ben Johnson
I do dance, but I also do volleyball.
Mark Levin
Nice and tall. Volleyball.
Housing Secretary Turner
Amazing.
Mark Levin
What about you? Look at this guy. He's a big guy. Me I'm.
Ben Johnson
I'm doing football right now, and next
Mark Levin
year I'm going to be trying to do powerlifting.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Oh, whoa.
Linda McMahon
Whoa.
Ben Johnson
All right, let's go.
Mark Levin
Whoa. That's awesome. And you'll never compete against women in power. Did you see that? They had a man pal of two. He decided to go the opposite direction. Took a record, stood for 18 years. He beat it by 119 pounds. Okay. They put a little quarter of an ounce. Quarter of an ounce. 18 years it stood. This guy came, he was a failed power lifter. He went on the other side and he decided that he wanted to go into women's sports. And he brought the record by 118 pounds. Think that's fair? So I don't think we have to worry about you. Yes, sir. You're going to do good. Are you a strong person?
Gary Player
Yes, sir.
Mark Levin
But you think you can take me in a fight? That would be embarrassing. How about you? What sport do you play? I play volleyball. And in the summer I'm trying to get into soccer. Well, well. And with your height, you smash the ball. The volleyball, you get up high. Could you jump high?
Ben Johnson
Not married.
Mark Levin
Soccer might be better.
Roger Stone
I'm just looking.
Mark Levin
I think she'd be a great soccer player. That's good. Good luck. Okay. What about you?
Unknown Female Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Hockey and golf.
Mark Levin
Well. And you know that guy, right? You know that guy. Do you think you could be as good as himself Sunday? Not easy. Better. Won't be better.
Gary Player
This young man today, of all the young men I met, he had the best manners possible. He was a smile. I said, how are you? He looked me in the eye, he said, fine. Thank you, sir.
M
How are you?
Mark Levin
Not just good. Are you a good golfer?
Ben Johnson
Yes.
Mark Levin
So what's your handicap? Do you have a hand? Handicap? You? So this man is 90 years old. Do you think you could beat him? I'm betting on Gary.
Chip Roy
I'm betting on G. You will, you will, you will.
Mark Levin
Hey, you know what else? And he doesn't choke.
Linda McMahon
It's a big.
Mark Levin
You know, a lot of guys can play, but the flag goes up and bad things, bad things happen. And I think being in good shape helps you in that respect, too, Gary.
Gary Player
You see, if it wasn't a cherished table, this is very historic up here. I could get on this table and do 50 push ups like that. Most people can't do that even when they're going in the army. Right. So you've got to keep in shape and you tell everybody how you love this country.
Ben Johnson
Yes.
Unknown Male Speaker (possibly a legal analyst or commentator)
Okay.
Mark Levin
Good. Good. Way to end. So we're going to go out, we're going to say hello to the athletes. We have young and great athletes. We also have some big superstars out there waiting for us. And thank you very much. And Bryson, thank you very much. But you really took this and brought it to a level and it's true. Biden and President Obama decided that it wasn't important and they're so wrong. Thank you very much, everybody.
Ben Johnson
Well, that was wholesome. That was wholesome. Ladies and gentlemen, our verse of the day. We will never leave you without a verse of the day. And President Trump obviously making a very interesting, it's like a very interesting tone change there with Iran. You can tell that he simply wants that to be over with and so do I. He just want, he wants it to be done. I want it to be done, too. So let's pray for that to happen with our verse of the day from Ezekiel 36. I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you. I will remove from you your heart of stone and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ladies and gentlemen, that new spirit, you can always tell these people who've been saved, you can tell the people who have had a change in their lives. This is what makes Christ the king and the most powerful figure to ever live in all of human history, the absolute son of God, is because you actually see everyone living for the better when they live for Christ. Judge people by their fruits, don't judge them by their words. Words are dumb. I say dumb things. Oh, all day and night I say dumb things. All right. We do our level headed best to give you to spit absolute facts in the show, but don't judge people by their words, judge by their actions. Okay, if their actions, if they actually are believers in Christ and you will see their actions change. See changed people and as you grow in your faith, you will see that change for the better and not for the worse. And so, ladies and gentlemen, a new heart and a new spirit within you. Restored, refreshed, rested and ready to rock today. March with us onto victory. It's your boy, Benny. See you.

Hello, America. Mark Levin here.
Ben Johnson
Many people seem to be incubating a

rage, looking for somewhere to go. Are there times when you think the country's out of control?
Ben Johnson
You see all these things and you wonder what in the world is going on?
Mark Levin
Was it this way five years ago? 10 years ago? 20 years ago?
Ben Johnson
Do we have the will or not? But we are Americans, and I believe we absolutely do have the will. I do this show for you and
Mark Levin
when you're not interested in anymore, I will just go away.

Episode Title: MASSIVE Supreme Court VICTORY Just BROKE Democrats, This Changes U.S. Elections Forever...
Host: Benny Johnson
Date: May 5, 2026
This episode centers on the recent Supreme Court decision allowing redistricting in multiple states, which Benny Johnson hails as a monumental loss for Democrats and a turning point for Republican representation nationally. Benny and guests—including Roger Stone and Rep. Chip Roy—discuss what they view as the left’s misuse of racial gerrymandering, the fallout for Democrats, and the broader implications for U.S. elections. The show dives into legal battles, political strategy, media bias, immigration, and closes on Trump’s live remarks from the White House.
(06:46, 12:23, 22:14, 60:10, 60:50, 62:52)
Notable Quote/Benny Johnson (12:23):
"These are congressional DEI districts that are electing, by the way, the dumbest and most corrupt members of Congress, disenfranchising Republicans, disenfranchising the South, the poor South. These are districts that steal civil rights from Republicans. And the Supreme Court held that they are wrong and should be redrawn—immediately.”
(05:27, 09:48, 22:14, 26:02)
“If Judge Jackson’s IQ was one point lower, you’d have to water her like a plant. She’s an embarrassment to the Supreme Court.”
(42:22, 43:01, 45:49, 62:52, 68:33)
Notable Quote/Chip Roy (62:52):
“Texas, if we go to 30-8 [GOP-Dem seats], it’s a reasonable map. Now they’re all saying, ‘you started this war on the maps!’ That is total garbage. New England—zero Republicans. California is effectively all blue. Illinois is insane."
(26:37, 27:21, 31:56, 34:39, 39:14)
(49:34, 51:13, 58:21, 54:22, 68:13)
(68:11, 70:11, 70:20, 71:14)
(73:59–112:21)
(112:50–114:27)
Benny closes with a “wholesome” remark about Trump’s upbeat, peace-seeking tone and reads a Bible verse (Ezekiel 36), urging personal and national renewal:
"I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you..."
He encourages listeners to judge people by actions, not just words, tying faith with political resolve.
The episode is characterized by direct, confrontational conservative commentary, sarcasm, and combative language typical of Benny Johnson’s style. Frequent use of hyperbole, humor, and cultural references accompany serious warnings about electoral manipulation, justice system double standards, and cultural change. The tone with guests is colloquial and conspiratorial, often mixing outrage with rallying calls. The closing segment shifts to a more wholesome, inspirational register.
Benny frames the Supreme Court’s ruling on redistricting as a game-changing victory for the Right and a devastating blow for Democrats, one that will reverberate through multiple states and future elections. Throughout the episode, Benny and his guests stress the need to fight cultural, judicial, and demographic battles with uncompromising resolve, championing both legal wins and grassroots action. Trump’s lively appearance from the White House punctuates an episode that mixes legal, political, and cultural commentary with calls to spiritual and civic renewal.
