Certainly in the actual email tranche from Jeffrey Epstein, I think that it is impossible to find something worse than this. There are many very dark and evil things. This one is what you see constantly throughout these emails is a theme of rape, torture, abuse and death. And that's why it is so imperative that there are arrests that happen here. That's why it's so imperative that there's a next level, not just these release, not just a bunch of shock headlines, but that like there's another level to this investigation that people who were involved or people who were on these email chains get their names unredacted and get brought in for questioning about. What exactly did you mean when you were talking about ordering the death of two foreign girls strangled to death with rough fetish sex, to be buried on his ranch? You know, there's a place called Zorro Ranch. Why don't we get a. Why don't we get the actual. Can we get the actual geographic location? I want to show, show everyone like where this actually is. And according to the Epstein experts that we've been talking to, this is the place where actually the, a, a considerable amount or the majority of the evil practices, rituals, incantations, murders, deaths, torture, all of this occurred here at the Zoro Ranch in New Mexico. Is it for sale? Oh, okay. Well, get me the Google Maps, please. So this ranch, according to the email. Let's go ahead and read. According to the email, this ranch was the location where bodies were buried of two foreign girls that died during rough fetish sex. Now this is just, again, this isn't just one email that we plucked out of the 3 million documents, photos, videos that were released by the DOJ. There is a trend here. We'll show you the trend. And it's a tough way to start the day, but it's just that, you know, I felt like since we went there with Alex Jones yesterday, we might as well just reinforce this point that what you are fighting is pure evil. I'm glad that we had Donald Trump in the prayer breakfast actually to start the show off today because we, we'll need prayers for this one. Jeffrey Epstein ordered the Burial of two foreign girls near his ranch, where they were strangled to death, according to emails released from the latest Epstein file. The email sent to a person claiming to have worked for Epstein also includes links purportedly showing the late pedophile engaging in sex with the underage girls. The correspondence was sent to a man named Eddie Argnon in November 21, 2019, before being forwarded to the FBI with the release as part of the 3 million documents the Epstein files published at the Department of Justice on Friday. In the email titled Confidential, Jeffrey Epstein, the person whose name has been redacted, of course, because there's so many redactions, actually claim to have been there and seen it all and is the staff at Zorro Ranch. They allege that the girls were buried at the order of Jeffrey Epstein and Madame G. Believed to be Ghislaine Maxwell, of course, at Zorro Ranch, the sex offenders sprawling New Mexico property which has long been reported to have served as one of the private playgrounds for the sexual abuse and trafficking. In an email, they wrote Edward, this is sensitive. This will be the first and last email depending on your discretion you choose to take it or not. This comes from a person who's been there and seen it all. The material blow is from Jeffrey Epstein. This is my insurance case. Litigation, no questions. Okay. This Zorro Ranch property, the reason why I want to show it to you on a map. Let's pop it up. The reason I want to show it to you on a map is that it's not in Florida, Klein. It's in New Mexico. Yeah, but please get me the Google map of it in New Mexico. I mean, you can see it here in the photo. Is that this is a ranch that was surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of acres of empty wilderness. This is a ranch that was not accessible. The outside world where you could literally get away with murder. Is it. Is it less accessible than the island? Well, I'm not sure. I think that it's possibly easier to actually boat. Boat up to the island. There's a. There's a lot of people that go up and boat up to Jeffrey Epstein's island all the time and go run around. Lou Kratowski is a friend of the show. He'd done this. He just boats up the island, hops off and goes and runs around it. He's filmed everything people have run and filmed on this. No one's been able to get on the ranch because the ranch is in such a rural and remote location that is utterly inaccessible unless you are someone who is invited. Okay, so yeah. Okay. Monster ranch that Jeffrey Epstein had. And if you were looking to get rid of a body or get rid of someone, then this desert, this sprawling desert, would certainly be the location to do so. So let's go ahead and continue to read the email here. So this is the email. You can see it here. It corresponds with a considerable number of other emails and documents that show murder and torture of women. I do find it interesting that they're arranging for one bitcoin to be delivered to a bitcoin wallet in order to facilitate all of the evidence. That's the exact same thing that happened with Nancy. That's happening with Nancy Guthrie. I don't know if you guys are following the story. That's crazy, man. Savannah Guthrie's mom just gets like kidnapped and gets. I mean, I know we haven't talked about it on the show, but Savannah Guthrie's mom gets kidnapped and the kidnappers are demanding bitcoin. Trump has sent Cash Patel out to. Out to Arizona in order to try and figure this out. The occult is real is all I'm saying. And that evil is real. And as a Christian and as a believer, you have to look at it with open eyes and accept that we are in an eternal fight. Good versus evil. You got that video for me, Clay? Let's see. Here's the drone footage of exactly how remote this ranch was. So why would you need so many remote places? You know, it really does beg kind of the question, like, why? Why would a Manhattanite hedge fund guy need to be able to truly get off the grid and have such extreme privacy? And now we know. Inside of these emails they added, what is damning about Jeffrey Epstein is yet to be written. Did you know somewhere that the hills outside of Zoro two foreign girls are buried on the orders of Jeffrey Epstein. They died of strangulation. The sender also included links to the videos that showed Epstein having sex with minors, threesomes and underage girls. Then they demanded payment of bitcoin for the video. For the full video and information, the email was forwarded to the FBI three months after Epstein died. Metropolitan Correctional Facility in New York City. Documents released as part of the Epstein files also show the pedophile financer intended to leave his Zorro estate to his Belarusian girlfriend. Epstein bought zorro Ranch in 1993. The former three time New Mexico governor was the past owner. So he bought it from the governor of New Mexico. Got it 13 square miles in the high desert. 26,000 square feet. And it also had a firehouse, horse stable, seven bay heated garage, gatehouse to grow fresh produce, and an airstrip and a hangar and a helipad so you could be completely and totally independent and alone in this location. Epstein owned the property until his death. His estate listed it for 27 million. The price was dropped to 18 million. Goodness. And the ranch sold for undisclosed price. They should really do the subsonic earth penetrating investigations of the area around that ranch and to see if they find any bodies. Epstein used Jorah Ranch as an isolated getaway playground for VIP guests who were able to come in more discreetly than they could. Even little St. James, right. The most evil things that happened with Jeffrey Epstein happened at this ranch branch. Civil filings claim that the compound hosted a former Prince Andrew, who was accused by Virginia Roberts, who produced photographs and written statements showing that she visited the compound and was abused there. All right, this is what Alex Jones spoke to us about. Alex Jones noted to us yesterday that this was effectively a culture, worship and practice that was going on inside of the Jeffrey Epstein universe. And this is like all the. I mean, it all sort of locks in, right? If you're a Christian, if you're somebody who follows Christ, you'll of course know the teaching of Christ where he says in very blunt terms, it's better for you to have a giant rock tied around your neck and to die at the bottom of the ocean than to harm a hare on the head of a child. And so if you are harming children, then there is no doubt whom you belong to. And harming children was a moderate way to say what Jeffrey Epstein was doing. And so man cannibalism, rape, murder and pedophilia. And it's all there in the 3 million pages. They should have cadaver dogs run around this property. They should have ground penetrating radar look through the property. I truly believe that should happen on all of the Jeffrey Epstein properties. It's a dark world out there. It's a dark world out there. Alex Jones says that this was the. This was the gateway. The Bohemian Grove evidence that he uncovered is the gateway to what Jeffrey Epstein was doing. Here we go.

But they try to connect him to, with no evidence, he has to go out and hammer him. And I, and I think he said like a, three days ago, he goes, wow, this vindicates me. It's like, yeah, Trump, I've studied it, I've talked to witnesses. You're not involved. So why, why are you? Because he's like, well, it's a big mess and we don't know what to do. No, you're, they're trying to hang it around your neck because it's what they fear. Like they say, don't use the military when we're rioting and attacking people. That's constitutional. And so this is Trump's chance to finish him off right now. If he comes out with press conferences and exposes them and talks about it, it's absolutely game over. I mean, you have the Clintons trying to not testify. Now they're going to testify. You have the head of their foundation convicted of smuggling Haitian kids out of Haiti. Look at the top line. I hope the ranch is fun. It's the ranch, man. That's the one that they, that's the one they went to for the truly evil stuff. And this redaction of Bibi Netanyahu is completely wild. It follows, by the way, a trend of Jeffrey Epstein clearly being Israeli intelligence. They all answer the CIA, I think, but now it is all. It is now just completely confirmed that he was Israeli intelligence. Check this out. Jeffrey Epstein joking. I am not Mossad. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, you or I smiley face both. Both of them saying that we are not Mossad. Okay, well, he's emailing with the Prime Minister of Israel and they're both sending each other winky faces. Took out of a bad. Out of a bad comedy, like out of a bad script. Did Jeffrey Epstein commit murder? Because remember, the allegations here are that two women were tortured, then murdered at the ranch. Can we find that in other pieces of evidence? Right? Or is this just the one? It's just like a. It's just like the Trump allegation. Right? And Trump's name is peppered in these things because the tip line, as soon as people realized they could either get money or get famous off this Eugene Carroll style, they flooded the tip lines, though, with the most grotesque and scurrilous allegations against President Trump. None of them have been proven credible. None of them. And none of the victims had said that President Trump victimized them at all. None of them. They have all been live on MSNBC and been asked about this ad nauseum. Virginia Roberts is a good example of this, saying Trump was the perfect gentleman. Doesn't say the same thing about Bill Clinton. But anyway, like, the point is, is that. Are there allegations that seem to match a pattern? Yes, there are. And here they are again, 48 hours, if they agreed to come in for the deposition, trying to move the goal post again for what I think she means is like a public hearing. And I'll say this. Look, this is what Jim Jordan did with Jack Smith. They had a deposition, then Jack Smith said he wanted to go public, and then they had a hearing. I mean, if the Clintons want to do that, they can do that. The subpoena that was voted on by Democrats and Republicans, the contempt charges that was voted on by Democrats and Republicans and in the Oversight Committee was for the Clintons to sit down for a deposition. The video, the audio, the testimony will all be made public. So I don't know why she's trying to say something other than she's trying to muddy the water.

And you followed through on that and you did it in a bipartisan, where I think you got a half dozen Democrats or more to vote with you on the contempt that did not fare well for the Clintons. They were absolutely going to be held in contempt in Congress. Correct. And that was going to be sent to the doj. And so is that the pressure point? They'll never get the votes. They'll never, you know, not only will they not get any Democrat votes, they won't get any Republican votes. And what they didn't know is that I've been working very closely on this investigation with the Democrat women on the House Oversight Committee. And the Democrat women are much younger. I was in college when Bill Clinton was president. They were in kindergarten when Bill Clinton was president. And they, you know, they just want the truth. To their credit, we disagree with the squad and we disagree with the progressive women on 99% of the issues. But to their credit, Benny, they are sincere when they say we don't care which political party you are affiliated with. We don't care if you're rich and powerful, if you have spent a lot of time with Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell. We want to talk to you to find out, you know, how he accumulated the power and favor and wealth that he accumulated. So from that standpoint, they grossly miscalculated the reading of the room, so to speak. And when the Democrats all voted with the Republicans to hold both Clintons in contempt, then they had to come back and they lost all leverage. So then they agreed before it was a floor vote. And remember Hakeem Jeffries and Nancy Pelosi, they can say whatever they want. They want justice for the victims. They told those women on the committee not to vote for this contempt vote before the committee vote. Wow. And the women on the committee, the Democrat women on the committee did it anyway. And I think they were, a lot of them were going to do it on the floor, but they all came to me and said, all right, the Clintons have come back one more time. They've agreed to come in to your terms. Now, here's why that's important, because the Clintons would use this in court to say, well, we came back one last time before the contempt vote and agreed to 100% of his terms. And the chairman, the Republican chairman, said no. They would have used that in court to have gotten to weasel out of being held in contempt. And we've seen how many court cases the Department of Justice in the last year has lost on technicalities and things like that. So this is the third day. And what I said right over that, three strikes and you're out. So if they blow this off, there's no winning in court. Not only that, but I think over half the Democrats in Congress will vote to hold them in contempt after they've blown this one off. So we have been over backwards. We've never moved the goalposts. Like Hillary Clinton said, we've got the emails to prove it. And, you know, I hope they're not trying to move the goalposts again. I know they're trying to spin public opinion because they've got all the liberal media saying, oh, comers, moving the goalpost. Prove that we move the go. We have the emails of the correspondence between my staff attorneys and theirs, and they are the ones that move the goalposts.

Benny Johnson (42:58)

They're up right now. Mr. Chairman, can you talk us through these just really quickly, because you did release the receipts here, and could you explain them to our audience?

Chairman James Comer (43:05)

Yeah. Well, this is what I love. It's called evidence, and it's evidence that Hillary Clinton's tweet is accurate. Now, was Hillary lied or was she lied to by her Republican attorneys? I don't know, but there's some line involved in that tweet that's a dishonest tweet. So you can see, people can look, we've scheduled meetings. We've worked on this for six months, Benny. Six months. They would cancel a deposition that they agreed to come to because of a funeral or because of a doctor's appointment. And we kept saying, okay, we want to work with you. And then in the end, we had that last date. This is the last date. And they blew it off. And not only did they blow it off, they came back and said the subpoena was unlawful. They issued. They said that to the New York Times. They had that hit piece ready to go before. Before they even showed up to blow it off. And so they're the ones that move the goalpost. They're the ones that have been negotiating in bad faith. And those emails, I invite everyone in America to read those emails and see who's. Who's the one moving the goalpost here.

Benny Johnson (44:09)

Up on your screen. Now, I know that it's not wise to tell everyone what questions you plan on asking, but what do you believe are going to be some of the lines of inquiry? Obviously, we have roundly praised you for putting up the Clinton hot tub photos and some of the photos of Clinton with Jeffrey Epstein victims in his laps. These are photos that you had printed out, blown up on big poster boards in this contempt vote and talked through. These are extremely disturbing photos. If it was President Trump inside of a hot tub with a woman wearing nothing or virtually nothing, and she's an Epstein victim, it would, I mean, it'd be the end of the world. It'd be the new January 6th. But this is Clinton. These are real photos. Nobody disputes it. What do you Expect to find, Mr. Chairman?

Chairman James Comer (44:56)

Well, I have to be real careful what I say because the Clinton legal team's watching this interview. No one's accusing the Clintons of any wrongdoing other than being in contempt of Congress and blowing off congressional subpoenas. So this is their last chance. That's the only crime that they've been accused of thus far. There is evidence that has emerged from the documents, both the documents from the estate and documents that the Department of Justice released in their latest 3 million document dump from last week. There are documents that suggest that Bill Clinton spent a lot of time with Jeffrey Epstein. Now, again, there's no documentation that I've seen that would suggest he did anything wrong. But we know that then Ghislaine Maxwell was very close with Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton. In fact, she was, I'm pretty sure, one of the few guests invited to Chelsea Clinton's wedding. In some of the documents, Epstein talks about the help that he gave in raising money for the Clinton Foundation. Now we just have basic questions about the relationship. Did they see anything? Is there anything that they can give us that would point us in the direction of identifying who the abusers were of these young girls? Did Epstein solicit money from the abusers of these young girls for the Clinton Foundation? Were you aware that this was taking place and things like that? This is a serious deposition, and the goal is not to embarrass the Clintons or get a one liner in or anything. The goal is to try to get answers for the American people. Everyone that watches your show is Curious about the. The Epstein files and who the guys were, and was it as bad as what the media narratives are? How did Epstein get his money? So there's so many questions, and you can't not include the Clintons because Jeffrey Epstein, according to White House logs, went to the White House 17 times while Bill Clinton was president. I'm at the highest levels in Congress, and I haven't been to the White house more than 10 times in my life. I don't think Epstein went there 17 times when Clinton was president, and then Clinton flew on his plane, you know, two dozen times. Now, again, that doesn't implicate guilt. It's just like there are pictures with President Trump and Epstein, and there's certainly no evidence of any wrongdoing there. Donald Trump has answered thousands of questions. He'll get questions today from the media about Epstein. To my knowledge, neither Bill or, nor Hillary Clinton have ever answered any questions about Epstein.

Benny Johnson (47:44)

That's, you know, it's remarkable because you said that on our program a couple months ago, Mr. Chairman, and I said, that can't be true. You know, she ran for president in 2016, and so certainly somebody asked her. And we scoured every available record, and you're exactly right. There are zero instances. Bill Clinton was asked one time in a selfie line about Jeffrey Epstein. And we actually have the clip here. Bill Clinton was asked in a selfie line, and I think it's a, I think it's a clip that perhaps you could use in your committee. We put captions on it. We play it regularly. He says, you know, he's asked about the allegations with Jeffrey Epstein, and Bill Clinton says, this.

Jeffrey Epstein, the new girl.

Benny Johnson (48:37)

I think the evidence is clear. Well, you're taught. He's telling us to look at the evidence, Mr. Chairman, and that's, that's, that's speaking your language.

Chairman James Comer (48:45)

Yeah, look, I mean, again, there's no question that the. Clinton spent a lot of time with Epstein and Maxwell. Again, that's not an admission of guilt. All we want to know is any hints, any information that would lead us to be able to hold people accountable who committed crimes. And you know what's disturbing here? When you see Hakeem Jeffries, who I've just grown to detest because he's, he is the most partisan person, most obstructive person in Washington, D.C. the least effective. I mean, he, he has lost so many battles in the last two weeks. I. I've lost Kemp. He goes in there and demands to the women, mansplains to the women on the overshot committee. Why they can't vote to hold a mighty Democrat in contempt of Congress even though everyone else in that subpoena that the Democrats voted for testified. You think Bill Barr wanted to testify in front of the House Oversight Committee in a deposition? You think Alex Acosta, who got grilled and by the way, is not going to fare well at the end of this investigation because, because, you know, the ball was dropped in, in this, in Florida.

Benny Johnson (49:58)

Oh, yes.

Chairman James Comer (50:00)

So that, you know, and those are two Republicans, high ranking Republican officials in a Trump administration that had to sit and answer questions. But the Clintons, you know, they're so entitled, they think that they don't have to answer questions. And again, I have been extra careful to never accuse the Clintons of any wrongdoing. But when you see pictures, when you see emails, when you see, you know, document after document that White House logs, flight logs that show that Clinton spent an enormous amount of time with Epstein and you can't find anywhere on the Internet or in a newspaper where they've ever answered any questions, then the American people have a lot of questions for the Clintons about this and they should want to answer. And, and they're trying to play the victim card. They're not the victims, Benny. The victims are the girls. And that's who this investigation is for. And to the credit of the female Democrat members on the committee, they agree with that. The victims are not the Clintons. The victims are the girls.

Benny Johnson (51:02)

We've shout, we've shouted them out before and we're actually stunned when we saw this be a very strongly bipartisan vote and that spelled obviously doom when it would go to the well of the House. And I'm glad to know that our instincts were correct there, that that was the pressure point.

Chairman James Comer (51:20)

It is, and I think that's what's important. Hakeem Jeffries keeps going on TV and saying this is a partisan investigation. Remember, this subpoena started from a Democrat motion on the committee. We weren't, no one told me to investigate Epstein. That wasn't even on our list. We're more focused on waste, fraud and abuse. The Democrats made the motion. The Republicans amended the motion. The Democrats all voted for the names, which included Comey, Merrick, Garland, Bill Barr. Alex Acosta came later. But anyway, the Democrats voted for that. Everyone else has answered questions except the Clintons. So to say this is a partisan investigation, that's not factual because the Democrats on the committee voted with us to hold the Clintons in contempt. Even after Nancy Pelosi and Hakeem Jeffries told them not to do it.

Benny Johnson (52:11)

I just have to follow up on one thing that you said in your answer here, Mr. Chairman. Alex Acosta. Now, I cannot believe that this, I missed this, but I didn't know that you had already deposed him. And that's of course the famous line that says Epstein belonged to Intel. I was told to back off. And he was supposed to be prosecuting Epstein. We shouldn't be having this conversation. It makes me quite angry, Mr. Chairman, if I may. It makes me kind of angry because we shouldn't be having this conversation that seems to be rotting in jail. If he was rightfully charged in 2016-2008, and that's by the way, under a Republican president with, with Mueller at the head of the FBI and the DOJ at the time they were rightfully charged, if he was correctly charged in that instance, then Ghislaine Maxwell, along with so many others would be in prison for the rest of their lives for a very long time at least. And we would never, we wouldn't even know the name Epstein. But that didn't happen. And instead we get headlines like this. Can you unpack anything for us on this, Mr. Chairman?

Chairman James Comer (53:08)

Well, we made the transcript public with Epstein and let me assure you, Benny, that was a hard hitting deposition from both sides. It wasn't just the Democrats. We hit Epstein or we hit Acosta as hard as the Democrats because they did drop the ball in Florida. One thing Acosta said in his deposition was, well, he had the biggest legal team in the world. We thought it was a win to make him have to go to serve some time in prison and to be a registered sex offender. So that did happen. He did go to prison for a little while, but he was out, you know, and, and he, once he got out, that's when the real bad characters emerge. Because you could make the argument if you're someone that was friends with Epstein before he went to prison, before he pled guilty for soliciting an underage girl and being arrested sex offender, you could make them. Well, they didn't know that. Once they knew that, then there's still a lot of rich and famous people that affiliated with Epstein after they knew the goods on him. So that's the point where I think the investigation should really focus is who still associated with Epstein after he got out of prison the first time. And you're right, he should have never gotten out of prison, ever.

Benny Johnson (54:37)

Yes, correct.

Chairman James Comer (54:38)

And I think one thing that you'll see that should surprise no one, the government did a Poor job of investigating Jeffrey Epstein. I would make an argument that we probably spent as much time on the Oversight Committee investigating Epstein and talking to people as the US Government did. That first time he got convicted. Now the second time, the pressure was building and they investigated a little more. But a lot of the people that we've already talked to, a lot of people that we're fixing to bring in, have never had to answer questions about Epstein. So these are missing pieces to the puzzle that I feel like we're trying to do on the. On the Oversight Committee. And it is bipartisan, despite what the New York Times or Hakeem Jeffries or the Clinton say.

Benny Johnson (55:30)

So did he not get a. Did he not get. My team says that he was never asked about the. Belongs to Intel. In the transcript that you released, did that not happen to nobody? Say, hey, what do you mean when you say he belongs to Intel?

Chairman James Comer (55:42)

I don't recall anyone asking him about that, but I'll have to go back and review the. The transcript to find out. We'll get an answer for you.

Benny Johnson (55:51)

It even more likely that that will potentially happen. I don't want to do anything between now and February 26th or 27th, of course, to jeopardize the Clinton deposition. Remember, there's another deposition in the Epstein investigation before we bring in the Clintons in a couple of weeks. We're deposing Ghislaine Maxwell next week. Now, she's indicated she's going to plead the Fifth. That's the only reason we haven't deposed her any sooner. But we're going to go ahead and do that, and maybe she'll change her mind. Maybe she'll answer questions. So Maxwell is going to be deposed next week. That's not been covered very much. So we've got. And then another individual is going to be deposed. So we have, prior to the Clinton depositions, we have two more depositions already booked that we're preparing for. So we're doing a lot in this investigation. And everyone that every single person of those four that are going to be deposed before February 27th. The Democrats have requested that we depose them as well. So, again, this isn't. This isn't partisan. This is bipartisan.

Benny Johnson (57:21)

A final quick question, and thank you for your generous time here and answering all of this. The audience has been very interested, of course, and very bought in. Final quick question. So you're saying that you're open to Bill Gates being called before your committee?

Chairman James Comer (57:35)

Well, we could do like Jack Smith did. Jim Jordan subpoenaed Jack Smith for a deposition. Jack Smith sat down for a deposition. Then after the deposition, he said he wanted a public hearing. If the Clintons want more Oversight Committee after two full days of depositions, then. Then we'll more than likely accommodate that. But right now, the subpoena and the contempt was for depositions. Depositions, you've heard me say a million times, are much more substantive than committee hearings. Committee hearings are more for entertainment. Depositions are more for substance.

Benny Johnson (58:10)

Yes, I was asking about Bill Gates, not Bill Clinton.

Chairman James Comer (58:14)

Oh, Bill Gates.

Benny Johnson (58:15)

Bill Gates. You are open to Bill Gates testifying before your committee? Melinda Gates is saying he should answer for his relationship with.

Chairman James Comer (58:23)

We're very open to that. We're talking with counsel now. I don't want to do anything or say anything, of course, to jeopardize the Clinton depositions, but I would say the odds are good that Bill Gates will have to answer some questions from the Oversight Committee.

Benny Johnson (58:38)

Wow. And a final warning shot. If the Clintons decide to not show up at the end of this month.

Chairman James Comer (58:44)

Then will happen, then I would say a super majority of Congress will vote to hold them in contempt, and then it'll be turned over to Pam Bondi, just like when Navarro and Bannon were held in contempt by Congress. It was turned over to Merrick Garland. And they talk about precedence. I think Merrick Garland set a precedent for people who defied congressional subpoenas and were held in contempt of Congress. So after that point, then you need to refer your questions to the Trump Department of Justice.

Benny Johnson (59:13)

I apologize that we had so many questions on this, but we have been excited and we've been very proud of you and the work that your committee has done to actually get this over the finish line. America needs these answers, and we'd be thrilled for it to be public or for us to see it. And. And so, yeah, I really hope that it can all happen. And so God bless you, Mr. Chairman. Thank you.

Senator. The SAVE Act. I mean I'm sure you have plenty to say about the Clintons being deposed. I'm sure maybe for the. Maybe. Maybe you wish you were a House member for that. I would love to see you depose ask the Clinton some questions. Actually you're probably the number one senator I would like to see ask the Clintons questions, frankly.

Senator Ron Johnson (61:48)

Well, you know the House Oversight Committee has a much larger staff than we have. They decided to take this Epstein file investigation up. I don't like duplicating effort and I realize a lot of focus is on the, the people who associate with Jeffrey Epstein. My primary question, and I don't know why we can't get the bottom of this with the Trump administration is you know, the answer that Acosta gave, We were told he's part of intelligence. What does that mean? Yes, again I think you know, guilt by association is pretty, pretty powerful in this case. These people weren't galvaning with Epstein and not doing things that are certainly untoward. But how did Epstein ever become Epstein? Where did he get his money from if he was part of US Intelligence? To what purpose? I mean, what was he serving? Those are the questions I have. I mean, I've got every bit as much curiosity everybody else in terms of who all was involved, from the rich and famous. But how was he made? Who was he working for? What was his purpose in life? That's, that's really. Those are the answers I want.

Benny Johnson (62:59)

I have a profound respect for Chairman Comer and we love when he's on the program, but my team is. My team scoured this Acosta document and couldn't find the word intel or intelligence or belonged to intel at all. How do you do that deposition without asking him about his most famous quote?

Senator Ron Johnson (63:23)

Senator, I know, again, that's what I'm curious about. Again, I have such a mistrust of government at all levels, all these agencies. Again, I've been trying to investigate these folks, whether it's a Republican administration or a Democrat administration. They do not provide the documents I ask. I have to subpoena them. I still don't get them. What is going on? I don't know that we'll ever get to the bottom of any of these things. It's just enormously frustrating.

Benny Johnson (63:50)

Yeah, Mike Benz, who is just excellent researcher and one of the best. He used to work at State Department and so on. He has great credentials. Mike Benz has been on this program and has a incredibly compelling case for Jeffrey Epstein working really close with the CIA and or just simply being a CIA funded asset and operative. And he brings all the receipts and it makes just really a lot of sense. And this is how he got his first bags and how he got the ball rolling for becoming the fixer. And we can see this in the emails that he was fixing security agreements between nations and nation states and tribes all across the world. You don't do that unless you're working as an intelligence asset. It's just a matter of fact.

Senator Ron Johnson (64:33)

And it shouldn't be that difficult to piece together just his financial backing. You know what, look at his tax returns. How did he obtain this wealth that he. Where are those used in his endeavors? So again, I'm not doing the investigation. I'll let the House do it. But I would just encourage the House to really look at who is Jeffrey Epstein, who financed him? Who is he really working for?

Benny Johnson (64:58)

Yeah, Just one kind of esoteric question for you before we move off this topic. What does happen When America finds out that Jeffrey Epstein, who bragged, by the way, bragged in print about being a CIA agent. That article from the Weekly Standard, we have it. He has photos now that the government has released inside of CIA evidence lockers with evidence bins marked CIA. And Jeffrey Epstein is there laughing with what is presumably has to be a CIA agent. There's, there's plenty of evidence that is right there in front of it. What happens to the American people center when we realize that some of these very dark and evil crimes were facilitated or funded by our own federal government?

Senator Ron Johnson (65:43)

Well, same question. We really understood what happened with the JFK assassination. You can go instance after instance. You know, it's. It's amazing. Jeffrey Epstein, you know, died supposedly of suicide in federal custody. It's amazing how many important witnesses died in federal custody. There's a great book written about the Oklahoma City bombing blowback. Read that. It opens up your eyes and you see this pattern, repeat time and time again, where you've got government operations that just might have gone astray, resulting in tragedies. And of course, then the government's got to cover it all up. So whether you go back to JFK assassination, the old Coleman City bombing, the Garland terrorist attack, I mean, the fellow who carried out the Garland attack, he was basically being groomed by the FBI. They paid somebody to basically turn him into a terrorist. Again, I think this has happened time and time again. Read a good book about Charles Manson. What about Charles Manson? Again, I'm going to be accused of a conspiracy theorist time and time again. It's just that you never get adequate answers to these very legitimate questions.

Benny Johnson (66:53)

Yep. On the last photos that Jeffrey Epstein. The last photo of Jeffrey Epstein as a free man, he's wearing an IDF sweater. Okay, got it. You know, this is a little. It's just a little on the nose. You know, it's just like. It's just like a little obvious. It's almost like they're, they're, they're, they're mocking us. And then Alex Acosta doesn't get asked one time about the intel comment remark. I mean, utterly remarkable. Okay, we. I'm on a little bit of a kick here, Senator. I'll tell you, because we had dinner with RFK last night, and he, he went on and on and on about the evidence about his father's murder and the evidence that the CIA did it. And, and he's done this publicly, but he went into great detail. And I was. I've never been more blown away. I mean, I was truly in Shock, you know, listening to that.

Senator Ron Johnson (67:42)

First time I met him in person, he was in a green room and he was also talking about the time he visited Sirhan Sirhan. That's when he suggested to me jfk, the Unspeakables, the Devil's chessboard about CIA. He kind of sent me on this down this path of kind of looking into these very well researched books and you don't get all the answers because the government doesn't turn over the evidence. They always frustrate anybody, any researcher trying to get to the bottom of these things. They're trying to protect their own institutions.

Benny Johnson (68:13)

Yes, yes. So the institution of American democracy is an institution that clearly can't survive with a bunch of illegals voting and can't survive with illegal voting, even if it is an American citizen voting 20 times with the mail in ballots they get. The SAVE act is absolutely critical. I know that you are a champion of it and it's something that this audience cares for deeply and passionately about. Senator, can you please give us an update on where Thune is on the talking filibuster? Where does the SAVE act hang in the balance today?

Senator Ron Johnson (68:45)

Well, the good news is that the vast majority of Americans also agree with the SAVE Act. It's not Jim Crow 2.0. I mean that's what the Democrats always tried out because they want to make it easy to cheat in elections. They don't want to secure elections. The SAVE act is pretty simple. It just codifies what should be obvious, that only US Citizens can vote. You have to prove your citizenship before you register to vote. And then what's been added to it, the Save America act now is also required voter ID at the point of voting. Again, common sense. 75, 80, 85% Americans agree that that's exactly what they want because they don't want their legitimate vote canceled out by fraudulent one. Now again, Democrats, even though you have that strong public support for the Save America Act, Democrats will not vote for it because again, they want to make it easy to cheat. That's why they flooded millions of people in this country unvetted, allowing criminals to be part of that population flowing into sanctuary cities and states, basically blue states, they want to count them in the census. They want to plus up their numbers in Congress. This is all about the gaining and maintaining of power by Democrats. That's their game plan. And if they can, again, if they can get power by cheating by manufacturing votes, mail in balloting, relaxing rules on absentee balloting, counting ballots a week, two weeks after the vote, where it's easier to manufacture ballots. That's exactly what they'll do. So that should speak volumes. Democrats want to make it easy to cheat. Republicans are trying to make sure that only legitimate votes count. The status of it, Senator Scott, myself, Senator Lee are going to meet with the President this afternoon. We met with House members yesterday. We're trying to come up with an excellent piece of legislation that goes a little bit beyond just the Save America Act. Secure our borders, secure our elections, secure American taxpayer funds, try and institute things that the American people will support in terms of anti fraud provisions. So craft a piece of legislation that has broad backing by people across political spectrum. Get the President to come on board that, hone that piece of legislation and then make sure that we've got the votes in both the House and the Senate to pass it. Once we've established that again, we're not going to, we're not putting the cart before the horse here. Once we establish we got a great piece of legislation that's that the American public will support, that will be impactful, that will help save America, then we determine we've got the votes in both the House and the Senate, and I think the House, this president can help us get those votes. Then we determine how do we pass it. I've agreed with the President about just ending the filibuster because the Democrats are going to do it anyway. We don't have the, the votes for that right now in the Republican Conference. So what Mike Lee's been talking about is the talking filibuster. Nobody knows exactly how that would end. There's all kinds of ways Democrats can throw wrenches in that process, but at a minimum, we ought to go down that path. We ought to show our supporters we are willing to fight to save this country. We are willing to fight and fight hard and work long hours, put the Senate into 24. 7 mode to do everything we can to make sure that only US Citizens can vote, that we prevent fraud, that again, we secure our borders. I mean, there's, we have to decide all the elements of the Secure America act, but that's really the path we're going down. We're trying to do it as quickly as possible.

Do you believe? I mean, by the way, I love this tactic because you're finally forcing them to eat it like you're forcing Democrats to defend illegals voting in our election. It's an amazing tactic that Democrats always use against Republicans in emotional arguments. If you only hold a single vote on a piece of legislation, then Schumer can get away with saying, well, that's Jim Crow 2.0. And people believe it because the media will carry his water. Democrats want non US Citizens to vote in federal elections. Are you kidding me? That's how you win the political argument. You need the public to support it. And it's going to take something like the talking filibuster to get the American people on our side. Because otherwise they're listening to the lies in the mainstream media and the lies the Democrats tell them.

Like if you were planning on destroying his career, you just like leak all this stuff to the tabloids. Jeffrey Epstein emails himself that Bill Gates got an STD from Russian hookers and that he gave that STD to Melinda Gates. Melinda Gates then divorces him. Jeffrey Epstein says that Bill Gates was surreptitiously giving drugs to Melinda Gates in order to deal with that std. These are all available. You can read the emails we have. And Melinda Gates, quite soon after this, does divorce Bill Gates and then goes on national TV and says that I can't be intimate with Bill anymore. Okay. And then just 24 hours ago, Melinda Gates don't need to play the clips because we already done on the show. But 24 hours ago, Melinda Gates says that Bill Gates must answer for his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. This is why we're asking members of Congress about it. This is why Bill Gates should inarguably be one of the next people to come in and have to answer these questions. It's just dinner. Will that actually hold up? Will that excuse hold up?
