Welcome back. Happy Monday. A lot going on this Monday. We have a stacked show for you. Today is Monday, May 4, 2026. I'm not going to insert a Star wars joke here until Disney actually fixes Star Wars. Star wars is entirely woke. Apparently the Mandalorian movie is losing an enormous amount of money and they're desperate now. At least they fired Kathleen Kennedy. But not going to make Star wars jokes on this program. We are building a brand new studio. It is crispy and we are here to tell you that things are changing for the good, some for the worse. The reason why we don't have a cold this morning and we explained this on Friday, sorry, we didn't have a show on Friday because I was traveling in Texas. The reason that we didn't have a cold on Thursday and the reason why we're not doing our custom and some would argue even legendary colds is not out of any lost love for Jerry, who we adore at this channel and who's one of the single most creative and incredible dudes ever. It's that the social media platforms upon which we broadcast are cracking down severely on AI generated content. A lot of these colds are and they're hysterical. They're really funny and I miss them. And we're looking for guidance on that. And so if you are a longtime viewer of the show or if you're somebody who's been tuning into the channel and wondering where those are, I just want to this is the last time I'll make this announcement, but I just wanted to explain, this is something that was foisted upon us. It's leading to the ripping down and stripping of demonetization from an enormous number of channels across the spectrum. It's something that I think is being done perhaps clumsily by the platforms, but that is why we don't have colds. And I miss them. And it makes me angry that we don't have colds. I want my colds back. Nonetheless, ladies and gentlemen, we carry on because today we've learned so very much about the war in Iran, obviously a war that I want to button up and wash our hands of as we roar into the 2026 midterms. And the prospects are looking up, actually, for Republicans. And boy, feels really good to be a plan truster right now. And nonetheless, things are about to get potentially dodgy in this part of the world once more. And we're going to cover all of the bases. President Trump making the ultimate power move. And we'll explain what that is. Rudy Giuliani has been hospitalized, is in critical condition. Byron Donald joins the program along with Mike Davis, along with Luke Rosiak, former colleague of mine who has a bombshell, brand new report out about fraud potentially in red states this time. And he's going to be joining us exclusively to talk about that report. We're very, very excited for it. My name is Benny Johnson and this is the Benny Show. Gold, well, a good investment. I don't take financial advice from me. Don't let me do your taxes, you'll go to jail. But I can just read the numbers just like you can. Gold hit all time highs this year. It's dipped back just like a lot of things have dipped. And now would be a great time to buy that. It's just something secure to have in your portfolio. Central banks are buying, billionaires are buying. And, well, the gold market capitalization is 50 times greater than the entire crypto market, ladies and gentlemen. Invest in something that is just solid no matter how you do it. But there are some really cool advantages to using Advantage Gold. You can discover how you can flip your 401k or IRA do physical gold and silver and an IRS approved loophole that costs you absolutely nothing. Tax free, penalty free, no cost, no obligation. Dip ain't waiting. Text Benny to 85545 right now. Text Benny to 85545 right now. All right, so I want to, like, begin by talking about my friend Rudy Giuliani. Rudy's been a regular on the program. Rudy's somebody who I adore and actually, you know, I've been texting his people all night to try and figure out what's going on. And I haven't really heard much from, frankly. We just know that he's in critical condition in the hospital. We were just with Rudy Giuliani a couple of days ago. Last Saturday, I was at the Metropolitan Republican Club in downtown Manhattan and I was sitting just a few tables over from Rudy. Rudy accepted multiple awards, gave an hour's worth of speeches and commentary and was quick as a whip, was cracking wise, had his full faculties with him in spite of the fact that he broke his back last year and broke his knee. Rudy's 81 years old. That's no fun. Of course, at any age, but at 81, you're in a really bad spot. You know, we were at this award, my wife and I had the honor of getting an award as well at this event, the Ronald and Nancy Reagan Award. I don't know, what do they, what do they think? My wife's a Lib, what do you call my wife Nancy Reagan for? How dare you? How dare you. I'm just kidding. We were honored to receive this award and we had a wonderful evening with Rudy. I didn't get a picture with him because the guy was mobbed all night. I didn't, I guess, want to be rude or anything, but we love Rudy. You know, he's been a regular on the program and just sort of covering off the top here. I want you to pray for America's mayor. He's been a friend of the show. He's spoken quite regularly and consistently with this audience, filling you in on, well, the important work that he's done with the Trump administration. Let's do we have that clip of him talking about the ballot factory? I know we have Jerry's ballot factory meme. That's why I miss our memes. Honestly. I'm going to reference them, but I'm sickened by the fact that, well, Jimmy Kimmel's once again made a joke mocking Rudy Giuliani's health, saying he rose from the grave just days before he was rushed to the hospital. This is why you can't give quarter to anybody like Jimmy Kimmel is why you shouldn't, you shouldn't allow opportunities to pass you by when you get a chance to actually expose, to punish someone like Jimmy Kimmel like we had, you know, I've spoken pretty loudly and called people out by name, particular commentators like Ben Shapiro and Ted Cruz who attacked me when I said that Jimmy Kimmel shouldn't be making fun of Charlie Kirk and his assassination and that actually what he was doing is painting a target on all of our back for there to be more assassinations by victim blaming Charlie Kirk, by hiding the motive of the assassin, by attacking the movement that Charlie built, saying the assassin was maga. That's what Jimmy Kimmel did. And then, lo and behold, we've had nothing but new assassination attempts since then. That's why you got to cut out cancers like this. I don't know why Rudy Giuliani is in the hospital. I just know that the power of prayer is real. The power of evil is also real. Here's Jimmy Kimmel talking about how Rudy Giuliani is rising from the dead, I guess wishing further pain on Giuliani, his family, after everything they've gone through, which has been extensive. From the left, here we go.
Mike Davis
Tonight, America's mayor Rudy Giuliani rose from
Luke Rosiak
the grave to weigh in on the
Mike Davis
ongoing drama involving me.
Byron Donalds
Dad, I want you, if you don't have It I want you to dig out the, the one from, from maybe, maybe one of the most distasteful human beings in this country, Jimmy Kimmel.
Benny Johnson
What was that?
Byron Donalds
Saudi idiot.
Benny Johnson
Okay, you know what I'm going to say here. And it's going to be the same lecture that I'll constantly give. And maybe I'll give it till my dying day. And I don't know exactly when that is. If the left has their way, it'll be as soon as possible. They are a movement that is entirely captured by demonic energy and forces that wish to steal, kill and destroy. This is the nature of Satan. The Bible's very clear about what the nature of Satan actually is. So if you're stealing from people, it'd be like stealing me or Charlie from our children, families, wives. If you're killing, they're physically, literally trying to kill the President. They're literally trying to kill you and me and destroying. Right then destroying the legacy. And that's something that of course I have major problems with the people that are attempting to destroy Charlie's legacy of a uniter in this movement as somebody who brought factions together instead of atomizing them apart. And there's an enormous number of people in this movement that have used Charlie's death to bring break us all apart. And that is definitionally evil. And so that's why we're doing our level headed best to honor my friend and just keep building, keep up the positive energy. Even though it's been tough. We're going to talk about Iran in just a moment. You well know, much like Charlie, I'm frustrated. You know, I, I just want the focus to be here domestically, that's all. We do have some, actually, some good news out of Iran. I can't believe it. But nonetheless, I'm not going to black pill, burn my MAGA hat, torch this audience. Lie to you, deceive you, black pill. You try to manipulate you against our President. This is the best shot that we have. This is the President that ended gender mutilation, surgeries on children. That is prima facie good, not evil. That is a net positive to the country. Stopped the overflow of this country, criminal, alien, migrant rapists and murderers. That's a good thing for us and our people. You gotta judge someone by their fruits. There's no such thing as a perfect man. But I would measure this a very successful presidency versus what it could have been with Kamala Harris. And we're just getting started. Okay, so, ladies and gentlemen, sorry for the tangent. Why is Rudy being so attacked you know, like, what. What's going on here? Rudy Giuliani is somebody who spent sort of the. The sunset and golden years of his legendary political life helping the president prove fraud. And he talked about it in a very bombshell manner on this program. Just a few short weeks ago, Rudy Giuliani was saying, listen, I know that there was a ballot factory. My suspicion is that there was a ballot factory next to the Fulton county processing center for their votes. Ladies and gentlemen, here's Rudy saying just that. And you can see why the left attacks him in such a vile manner. Would you give us the evidence? I mean, would you like, tell. Like, elucidate for us? How do you. There's a factory that was printing ballots.
Byron Donalds
That is not. That's an allegation. We were never able to prove that, but that's an allegation we had from four or five witnesses, and we wanted to get a warrant. But. But do I believe that one is one I probably believe is true. And I also believe that the ballots are phony, because if they weren't phony, they would have turned them over to us on day one. They wouldn't have fought 20 battles to keep in front of front of us. They wouldn't have thrown our. Our expert out when he showed up there with a machine that scared the hell out of them. It was a machine that would tell you if. If the same stationary it was used. There was one stationary that was approved as the ballot. This machine could take all the ballots, put them through, and it could spit out the ones that were different stationary. And some of the reasonable people in Georgia agreed to that. And we were all set to do it in the morning. That Pulitzer showed up. The guy who was going to do it, they had the state police there. I think the governor sent.
Benny Johnson
Wow. Do you realize what Rudy Giuliani is fighting? Do you realize the battles that he's fighting? You realize the demons that that man fought? And they destroyed him for it. Of course, they gave him a mug shot. Fanny Willis came and locked him up. And I think that a lot of that, obviously a lot of stress later in life potentially might have led to some major health problems for Rudy. So, anyway, just prayers. We love the guy. He's been a regular on this program. He was attacked by Jimmy Kimmel viciously. We should have taken that opportunity to rip Jimmy Kimmel off air. I would argue that time and time again. Jimmy Kimmel, of course, has a right to speech. He just doesn't have a right to use my tax dollars to foment assassinations against my friend and my president. So it's a pretty consistent worldview. Here's also a consistent worldview. The consistent worldview that we want President Trump to win, and so we're happy that he's winning. We want this administration to win. At the height of everybody crashing out over the Iran war, I gave an impassioned plea, screaming at everyone, please understand, you weren't elected president. I wasn't elected president. I didn't get shot in the year in Butler. I didn't go through 400 years. I probably will at some point in my life. Potentially going to federal prison because of Democrat lawfare. The President of the United States did. Donald Trump did. Donald Trump endured pressures that would kill a man dead. If you were to just simply teleport into his body, most likely. Right. Like, you would just. It'd be over. Right. No one could withstand. I don't know. I don't understand. He's. He's like just one of those creatures that can withstand the enormous amount, the enormity of what's going on. I feel like if God was done with America, that Trump would have eaten a bullet. And Butler. I think that Trump saved President Trump. I know that. I feel it in my bone that Trump was saved by God. And it's for a purpose right now. And so please be humble. You know, I don't really. There's a lot of things that I don't like that are going on in the country. So why don't I run for president? Like, I should run for president, actually. You know, like, one of these days, if you get upset enough, you go run for president. And that's exactly what Trump did. And. And so he deserves respect for doing that. He deserves the obligation and good faith from the movement that brought him here in order to engage in good judgment. My harshest criticisms have been when people have openly and knowingly lied to the President about the lead up to the war to Iran. And some of that has been well documented and well written out and. And reported on. And that's what has made me very angry. I want my president to get good and accurate and thorough information to make decisions that could cost American lives and has cost American lives. But I want Trump to win. I want my side to win. I will never tell you that MAGA is dead or that the Democrats are somehow going to be better or more merciful masters. They won't. They'll be worse in every conceivable regard, and America will be over their vengeance, their bitterness, their anger is at A boiling point right now. And they know that if we're gonna, if we, if we run it back for just the next few years after the 20, 30 census, they'll have no path to electoral power nationally ever again. That's just the way it's gonna shake out. They're already set to lose potentially 27 seats after the RVA ruling by the Supreme Court. And now they're set after the census to lose, I don't know, 20 more, 30 more seats, because these are net swing seats. If Republican states gain 15, that's a net swing of 30. Because we have 15 more votes, they have minus 15. It's a big net swing against the party infrastructure that has been entirely built around lawsuits saying there's not enough black people in every congressional district and so on. The point is, is that it's existential right now. And so you need President Trump to win. That's what you must have. The alternative is unthinkable. They've told you what they're going to do. And so please understand that it's not a perfect system. It's a binary. What's going on with Trump, not only with the Iran war, has it worked out actually kind of well. But, but, but it's working out with the American people. And this is kind of what matters. In the midterm elections poll, a majority of the US Think that winning the war in Iran, that we are winning the war in Iran. This is from a far left wing pollster, Harvard Harris poll. This is 74% of all United States voting aged adults, 60% of Democrats. So an absolute majority of Democrats believe that we're winning the war in Iran. 91% of Republicans and 70% of. What have we always pegged this to? I want to win. It is tough to run on $4 gas. I don't want that to be the messaging point into the midterms. That's bad. Groceries are very expensive. Homes are way too expensive. And these are the kind of things that you need to get under control in order to win. Because Americans vote based on the economy. And that's just a matter of fact. It's always been that way. But I do believe that with sentiment like this, it allows President Trump a lot of leeway in order to get the job done and get it done correctly in Iran. And what did we see yesterday? Iran folds. The Islamic Republic Ministry of Iran's Foreign affairs puts out a video saying, okay, okay, you can take our nukes, effectively saying, we, you can take our nuclear bombs. We won't enrich beyond a state where the uranium could be weaponized. We will approve of inspectors, we will approve of the downgrading or deregulating or wholesale confiscation of our currently enriched uranium. This is huge. The, like the oil markets actually crashed based simply on this news and, and on the news that President Trump announced yesterday that he is going to be escorting foreign ships peacefully through the state of Hormuz in a humanitarian gesture, says Donald Trump. Right after that, he posted a meme of him holding up all of the cards. I have the cards. I have all the cards. It says Donald Trump with his Uno reverse wild cards. Right? So big old UNO reverse. What did President Trump do yesterday? He posted this sort of very long explanation that he's going to be engaging in a brand new operation, Operation Freedom. And what he's going to do is he's going to, he's going to take out of the Straits of Hormuz, using the United States Navy and our military strength, an enormous number of ships that have been blockaded in there. What you can see here in the Marine Tracker right here, which is my new favorite app, sorry to nerd out here, but it's fun and I hope you enjoy this as well, is that all of these ships, of course, have been stuck. There's a lot of ships stuck inside of this Persian Gulf. And they're stuck because you can't travel through this area without assuming you'll hit a mine or a rocket. You'll catch something very bad. And then there's a ton of ships that are stuck out here. Meanwhile, by the way, if you're looking to really see something interesting, you'll zoom over. Sorry for the scrolling over here, but you'll zoom over and look at the. So look at the total global traffic. So the red, the red dots are massive tanker vessels. Okay? These are what the red dots are. There's a lot of ships out at sea. The red shot, the red dots are going to. Let's just find a random one here. Okay. The massive, these are these massive oil tankers, right, that carry hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil tankers. What you'll notice is that these red dots are flooding the American Gulf. Okay? Very, by the way, very offensive. This app still says Gulf of Mexico. That is not the preferred pronouns of our Gulf is Gulf of America. Do not misgender the Gulf of America. You'll see that these ships are heading in directly to Houston and these large oil bearing and oil producing ports, in fact, the most single most sophisticated oil refinement refineries on Earth are right here on the American coast line. And you'll note, look at this. Look at the. Remember the red. The red ones are what you want. They're all ships. The red ones are what you want to pay attention to. They're all these massive oil tankers, right, These famous oil tankers, the ones that can't get into Hormuz. You'll notice the entire globe is in a beeline to America. Look at this. Look at the congestion there in our gulf. This is. Why do you think Cuba, by the way, is so important in the grand scheme of all this? Why do you think Cuba is such a critical asset now? So you can see those tankers are going like it is a superhighway, an oil superhighway straight to America, by the way, and straight through the Panama Canal. Look at how important the Panama Canal is, right? To eliminate this from China. So we were able to effectively kick the ChiComs out of the Panama Canal. Look at this. So Trump has absolutely remade the world. Now, why is this new move with Hormuz so important? The ruler of the world and the ruler of the future will be the nation that can control commerce, the nation that can control the unit of commerce that matters the very most. And what is that? That is energy. Energy equals dollars. Energy equals compute. Compute equals AI drone swarms. Which AI is controlling all of your little robot armies in your moon base? That's the future. It's already here. 91% of all casualties in Ukraine on the Ukrainian front, between Russia and Ukraine are drone casualties, unmanned aerial, Unmanned vehicles attacking men in trenches. It's horrifying. The future is here. Who has the strongest AI in order to battle those fights and win, you're going to need energy. Those data centers don't run on unicorn dreams. Those data centers run on cold, hard electricity burned and generated, generated through burning fuel, coal, oil, and so on. Now, if Donald Trump opens the Strait of Hormuz, if Donald Trump says, we, the US Military, are now the viceroy warlord of the Strait of Hormuz, and we will escort ships into and out of this area as we please. If President Trump says that, then he controls then a third of the global economy, the third of the global economy is actually traveling through this strait. It's funny how that all works. It's a geographic nightmare, but it is what it is. If President Trump is able to say, this ship will go in and this ship will go out, that means he's in charge. That means he's in control. That means Donald Trump is the one in control of the global economy in the future. Now he's already taken over Venezuela. We don't talk about it enough. What's happening in Venezuela right now is that Maduro loyalists are being purged from every single level of government that the current regime that is in charge there is pro Western, pro America. You didn't have to have some type, you didn't have to put some more on and charge some like low level. You have to change everything. They just had to strategically work with a number two that was going to be pro, that was going to understand the way things were going to go. China could never project the kind of. It was just visceral hatred of America that was running that country. Country exists right off our coast and we don't talk about it enough that it has the largest proven oil reserves in the world right here in Venezuela. And while its infrastructure has been gutted and rusted out, it is a country that could be the strongest American ally. It's not even that far away from America. American Airlines just resumed service to Caracas along with Delta. And the government, while ridding itself of communists, are now wholesale going full speed ahead 900mph with American developers, oil companies, in order to secure an American future, which is an energy future. In this corridor, we straight up swagger jacked China's girlfriend. We stole your girl. Xi. President Trump is traveling to China either right now. When is he traveling, Alex? He's traveling one of these days to China. It's going to be this week. Donald Trump goes to China and he just stole all. He just stole Xi's girls. Xi had these like really ugly side chicks. Venezuela and Iran. The reason why it was important for China to invest there is because those side chicks controlled all the oil. And now by declaring that this is a humanitarian zone and the American naval might will decide who enters and who exits the Strait of Hormuz. President Trump has declared himself the viceroy and warlord of the state of Hormuz because the person who decides who can come and go is the one in charge. That's dad. That's discipline. Trump wrote on truth. Social countries from all over the world, almost all of which were not involved in the Middle east dispute, going on visibly and violently for all to see, have asked the United States if we could free up their ships which are locked in the Strait of Hormuz. Something that we are, that we have absolutely nothing to do with. And they are neutral and innocent bystanders. And for the good of Iran, the Middle east and the United States. And we have sold these countries that we will be guiding their ships out safely the restricted waterways so they can freely and ably get about their business. This is President Trump signaling right before he goes to China. Who's daddy? Who's in control? Who is it? It's Trump. That's what this move is. This process called Project Freedom will begin on Monday morning. This morning, Middle Eastern time. I'm fully aware that my representatives are having very positive discussions with the country of Iran. These discussions could lead to something very positive for all ship movements is merely meant to free up people, companies and countries that are victims of this circumstance. And this is what President Trump posted yesterday saying, I'll be reviewing the plan that Iran sent to us, but I can't imagine that it'll be acceptable in that they have not paid a big enough price for what they've done to humanity in the world over. So Donald Trump just. Just smash. Talking smack, talking. I don't. I don't know. Okay, May 14th through 15th. Yeah, thanks. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
Byron Donalds
You know
Benny Johnson
my thoughts on this. There's been some skirmishing. There's been some potshots that have taken place in the straight this morning. Obviously this is something that's going to have some strategic friction, but we're going to see, I think, a massive victory here. And I think that the doomers are going to be incredibly wrong on all this. And I want these wins because we have to. We have to have these wins. We have to keep states like Florida red. We have to keep the country moving in the direction that is against race communism and atomization, open borders and the destruction of our empire. And the only way to do that thermodynamics is to build empire. You're either a declining power or you're an ascendant power. There is no such thing as stasis. That is the one thing that history has taught us time and time again. So as a representative of the Red Kingdom, ladies and gentlemen, the man far and away leading the polls for the next governor of the Red Kingdom of Florida, Byron Donald's congressman and future governor of Florida, joins our program live right now to talk about all of these very interesting happenings. Let's go, Byron. Welcome back to the show. What's up, man?
Byron Donalds
Good to be with you. Benny, how you doing?
Benny Johnson
Very Florida background you got there. This is good. You in the Everglades. This is great. You. You're python hunting?
Byron Donalds
No, not today. Actually in Fort Lauderdale right now. After you. Continuing my day talking with voters throughout the state of Florida.
Yeah.
Benny Johnson
All right, so a Lot of big news that happened over the last 48 business days. 48 hours in the business days. The just the just absolute gutting of the Democrats ability to racially gerrymandered. Ryan Reynolds here from Mint Mobile with a message for everyone paying big wireless way too much. Please, for the love of everything good in this world, stop with Mint. You can get premium wireless for just 15amonth. Of course, if you enjoy overpaying, no judgments. But that's weird. Okay, one judgment anyway, give it a try@mintmobile.com Switch upfront payment of $45 for 3 month plan equivalent to $15 per month required intro rate first 3 months only then full price plan options available t taxes and fees extra. See full terms@mint mobile.com or create congressional ghettos as I call them throughout the south and throughout the country actually, because there's like a hundred different districts that have been sued because there's not enough people of a certain skin color in the district or whatever. There's not enough section 8 housing is insane. The Supreme Court threw it directly into the garbage. And now we're seeing some major moves out of the state of Florida, state of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee. I want to get your take on all of this off the top.
Byron Donalds
Well, the first is the Supreme Court did the right thing by ending racial gerrymandering in the United States of America. I think for everybody listening, the first piece is understanding why the 65 Voting Rights act was written and signed into law in the first place. And that is because of the Democrat party at the time, especially in the south, who were racially gerrymandering districts to disenfranchise black voters. That's actually the history of why the 1965 Voting Rights act was created. Today what we see is that the same party now uses racial gerrymandering for its political purposes. And the Supreme Court said, no, you're not allowed to do that anymore. And now you see states responding in kind. I posted about this when the ruling came out. And just so people understand, be very clear, the Democrats before the civil rights movement, they use racial gerrymandering to disenfranchise black voters. And since the passing of the 1965 Voting Rights act, especially in the last 30 years in the United States, they have used racial gerrymandering for the purposes of creating Democrat power centers where they knew they didn't have the ability to have those power centers. For the Democrats, it's always about political power. It is actually not about black voters. Voters. It is not about black representation. And Benny I got another example for people who, who would say, Byron, we think you're not right, or we think, we think that. We think that you're wrong or you're lying or whatever the case might be. Exhibit A is Burgess Owens, member of Congress out of the state of Utah. Burgess is a Super bowl champion. He's a Republican member of Congress. He's also a black man. You had Democrat front groups who sued in the state of Utah to pressure a judge to, to force them to read, to change his congressional district, essentially gerrymandering it into a Democrat stronghold. And now Burgess Owens is retiring from Congress. So I'll tell people all the time, the Democrats don't care about black representation. They just care about power. And they were using section 2 of the Voting Rights act in order to have that political power in Washington, D.C.
Benny Johnson
so I want to go state by state here, but the state of Florida immediately, I think within 24 hours, redistricted and got that map on DeSantis's desk. Now, that is the map in Florida. There's going to be legal challenges to it. Are, are you in favor of this new map? As governor, what would the maps look like? Because there's going to be another redistricting in 2030, right?
Byron Donalds
Yes, sir. So one, yes, I do agree with Governor DeSantis and what he did, that the legislature moved very quickly to pass those maps. The governor had already made plans to redistrict. I think, coincidentally, the, the decision from the Supreme Court landed the day after Florida voted out those congressional maps. But that's to the credit of Ron DeSantis. Once again, he's done a great job leading our state. And yeah, there'll be challenges, but I fully anticipate that we're going to win those challenges in 2030. After the next census, Florida will be back at redistricting again. And we will continue to look at those that those maps. First, we're actually going to get the congressional seats that we were, frankly, that were stolen from us by the Biden administration from the last census. So we're going to be able to add more congressional seats into Florida because of our population growth. There's no doubt about that. And then we'll further make sure that those, those districts are actually represented, representative of the areas as opposed to racial preferences in Florida. We will be respecting our communities. We'll be respecting the political voice of our voters. But race will not be a qualification for that.
Benny Johnson
Yeah. I mean, it's just so refreshing to have a state that wields power.
Luke Rosiak
Right.
Benny Johnson
A party that wields power. I think that's why people respect Florida so much. I was just in Texas and the Republicans in Texas were saying they just how much they respect the way that Republicans move in the state of Florida. Because we, we preserve power and then we use that as a will to power in order to ensure that the godless communists don't take over. Because that's bad. And this is the point. Right. And so would you be doing that like so in the, in the. I know that it, I know that it's illegal to redistrict based on political preference or whatever the law explained to me by the General. But, you know, what about making sure that the millions that moved to the state of Florida, I think it's been a net. Net plus 2 million people. Maybe you could correct me on that. That they aren't. Yeah. That they aren't disenfranchised. The same thing that happened in the last census, that that's not going to happen again. Perhaps you could explain that.
Byron Donalds
Well, there's two pieces of that. First, we're going to make sure that our congressional district lines are representative of the political culture of our state. That's what we're going to do. And I think that's how you should apportion. You should make sure that the political will of your voters is expressed through their representation and expressed in the House of Representatives. We're going to do that. Number two, with our population expansion, Florida is going to gain easily, in my view, another two congressional seats. It could be more. And so we'll see how that math plays out when the next census is done. That next census will be done in 2030 under the next plan, presidential administration. That's why 28 is just going to be just as crucial as 24. But we look forward to those numbers being in Florida's favor, and Florida will make sure that the people of our state are represented properly.
Benny Johnson
Moving to other states like Mississippi, where somebody who shares my namesake, but not the same spelling of my name, Benny Thompson. And it's been very. It's been a hard road. I got to tell you, Byron, because the President has not once but twice called Benny Thompson, Benny Johnson during White House press conferences and then railed against him. Right. Because this is the guy who brought you January 6th, Committee Fraud, you know, and he just, he makes up the name and it sucks. Those days suck for me. Right. Because then Trump's like going, score, shirt, got the wrong guy. I don't, you know, he's got. That guy's like, probably 600 pounds. You'd have to, like, lose quite a few IQ points. This is not the same Benny Johnson. This is not even the same name. But anyway, it's been tough, and I would love for that guy to lose his seat. It sounds like he's going to. Sounds like actually Southern states are going to follow the DeSantis model and a lot of them are going to redistrict. As somebody who is going to be a governor of a Southern state here, like, what, what's. What's your message to them about redistricting in the Deep South?
Byron Donalds
Go right. I would say go right ahead and make sure that your districts represent the political culture of your state. I think that's important. And let's not live under any ignorance here. Look at Massachusetts. Massachusetts, there is not one Republican that represents any portion of the state of Massachusetts. Why? Because Democrats are very aggressive about gerrymandering. Look at Illinois and Illinois. In south southern Illinois, the Democrats gerrymandered some snake district into southern Illinois after the last census to force two Republicans to run against each other. I mean, this is what these states have done. So I would. I would tell Republicans in some of these Southern states, these Southern governors do what's right on behalf of your people.
Benny Johnson
So should Benny Thompson lose his district?
Byron Donalds
Yeah, he should. It's time.
Benny Johnson
Marsha Blackburn, she's trying to do this in Tennessee as well. They're throwing a fit about it. You know, how do you think that this final map will. Will. Will shake out for Republicans ahead of 2026?
Byron Donalds
Look, I think ahead of 2026, I think you'll see some net adds to Republicans. The other thing that's also occurring in Virginia, it looks like the view of it right now in Virginia is that their state Supreme Court could strike down what Abigail Spamberger did to Virginia. And that's very possible. It's. There's been two judge panels now. They had the original district judge, the app, the appellate court level, all. Both said that the new map is unconstitutional in the state of Virginia. We'll see what the Supreme Court says, which is one of the reasons they ran to try to go get a ballot initiative so they can have some support for. For what they did. But it could very well turn out that the Virginia map is found unconstitutional. So I think when all this is said and done, I think Republicans are going to come out ahead when it comes to the redistricting effort, and then it'll be up to the voters this November.
Benny Johnson
Okay, so November, how's it. What's the over Under Byron, you've been winning consistently in the state. What, like how you've been reelected in, like, landslides for four or five terms. And so you're pretty good at this. What's gonna happen?
Byron Donalds
Look at Florida. I think we're gonna be just fine. Look, our number one thing is making sure you get people to the polls, make sure they vote. The second thing is also, you know, we've been a Republican state now for, you know, about 20, about 28 years, obviously, under the governorship of Ron DeSantis, who's done an awesome job. And I think it's important for the voters to understand that, you know, if you have a Democrat come in here, what they're gonna do is unwind everything that Governor DeSantis has done the last seven years and more. I think they would try to undermine the work that Republicans have done in our state around law and order, keeping you safe, a low tax environment, a low regulatory environment, obviously no state income tax, and really a common sense state based upon conservative principles. A Democrat would come in and change all of that overnight. So I think the voters of Florida who love our state, the people who've come to Florida, who've chosen to live the Florida dream and live the Florida way, I think we're going to be just fine in our state. I'm not going to handicap it. I just want to make sure we get out there and work hard every day. See the people of Florida, talk to all of our voters, Republicans, independents, Democrats, and explain to them that my vision of preserving Florida's dream for the future and making sure we remain the best state in America is something that unites all people. It unites all parties. Parties. It's about what's best for the state of Florida. And I think we're going to get that job done this November. But before that, August 18th. Got to finish the primaries. Got to make sure that job gets done.
Benny Johnson
Ron DeSantis is terminal, so he will be out. A lot of people are looking at Ron DeSantis potentially as a Supreme Court appointment, Attorney General, DHS or the Pentagon. Do you know anything? And President Trump has obviously said, I love Ron. He was just asked this at the White House. He says, I love Ron DeSantis. Can't wait to see what he does next. Like, wink and a nod. What's gonna happen?
Byron Donalds
I honestly don't know. That's between President Trump and Governor DeSantis. You know, I don't get a chance to talk to the president much about that. I think when he starts thinking about potential jobs into the future for people. He likes to keep that pretty close to the vest. And so it remains to be seen. We'll see what happens. But, I mean, look, make. Make no mistake, Benny. Governor DeSantis has done a great job on behalf of the state of Florida, and we know he's going to be successful no matter what he chooses to do.
Benny Johnson
Would you want to see him, though, serve in the administration?
Byron Donalds
Yeah, I think so. I think it would be good, but, you know, it's. That's a. That's a ways away from now. Okay.
Benny Johnson
Would you want to say, do you have any idea? Like, I mean, you obviously know the state. You know DeSantis record as good as anyone. You've worked hand in glove with him. Where would you want to see him if, you know, where would you push?
Byron Donalds
I mean, that's tough. That's a tough one. I think he actually would make a very good attorney general because, you know, knowing Governor DeSantis, he will make sure that he, you know, looks through everything with a fine tooth combination to hold people accountable. And I think that's a spot he could be incredibly well suited for. But there's so many different opportunities. Plus, the other part is we're just not sure what's going to happen with the current officials in the. In the president's cabinet right now. Todd Blanch is the acting attorney general. You know, by all accounts, even though it's very, very early, he's doing a very good job in that role. You know, so we'll see what happens. You know, there have to be job openings first before you can talk about who's going to go in.
Benny Johnson
Sure. Okay. Final question for you, Byron. The leading candidate for the dnc, depending on which poll you're looking at, but it's going to be Kamala Harris or Gavin Newsom. So all of the banging on that you've done on the show about the state of California is all going to come circle right back around, and California is going to be running it again, running it back again in 2028. And so commentary here on this. Kamala Harris running in 2028. She's out doing gas station videos and book tours and things. What's your breakdown, Kamala's chances?
Byron Donalds
I don't care, to be honest with you. I wish I could run on the ticket together because they're both terrible. Gavin Newsom's the worst governor in the country. We already know what Kamala Harris is. So, you know, if I were going to just say who should. Who should we have? I say have both of them. You know, have both of them be on the ticket together. They can pick who's on top. I don't really care because they're both terrible at their job. And, you know, I think the American people see right through it. And look, if you want to make a case against Gavin Newsom, more people have fled the state of California than any other state in the country in the last 10 years. That just demonstrates how good of a job he's done that people are fleeing. I mean, he's a terrible governor. We all know it. She was a terrible vice president. We all know that. So just put him on a ticket together. That way we can just go win in 28 and keep the train moving.
Benny Johnson
I don't know if you saw the saxophonist on stage falling asleep during her last speech. Do was like, passed out. I was like, man, I. I feel. I feel for that guy. Okay, final parting question. Hakim Jeffries.
Byron Donalds
Yeah.
Benny Johnson
Are you really scared? Are you scared of Hawking Jeffries coming down to Florida? You must be. You must be shaken in your boots.
Byron Donalds
Do I look scared? Absolutely not. You know what? He probably would help us out a lot if he came down here because it would be a reminder to independent voters, Republican voters, obviously, of how inept the Democrats truly are. I mean, these guys talk. They talk a big game, but they never get anything of substance accomplished. What they get accomplished is really to the detriment of the American people. I mean, the President, I was with him at the Villages a couple days ago, and the President said it best. These are the people who created the worst economy, the worst inflation in 48 years. And if you look at the last president that created terrible inflation, that was Jimmy Carter, the second worst president of the United States. So these guys, when they have full control and they get. They get a chance to put their entire agenda in, is to the detriment of the American people. Not Republicans. The American people. Everybody suffers. So a guy like him coming down here to. To say what, to talk, to do what, to say. He's focused on affordability. Again, that's a fraud and a scam from the Democrats because the Democrats created the affordability crisis. It was their policies that did this. And now they're going to come down and lecture us. And with what policy, Benny? The Democrats voted against no tax on tips. They voted against no tax on overtime. They voted against no tax on Social Security. They voted to raise the taxes of small business owners all through the United States. The Democrats are against drilling. They're against cheap and readily affordable Energy. The Democrats are the ones. The reason why housing. I heard you earlier. The reason why housing costs are so much higher in our country is because the Democrats support terrible regulatory policies that make it harder to get raw materials and make it harder to permit the building of homes so you can build them quickly and more cheaply and more efficiently. The Democrats are opposed to it, so they can talk a big game about using the word affordability, but their policies have always made life more expensive for the American people. Donald Trump's doing the right thing, actually. We've been able to stabilize this economy. Wages adjusted for inflation are up in this economy. There are record tax refunds in America today. I saw you talking about the straight of Hormuz. The president gets this thing under control, and I have no reason to think that he won't. I think that he will get this under control very, very quickly. You're going to see oil prices plummet on the world stage. And when they plummet, gas prices will be coming down as well. And so, look, I think the president has always had the recipe for success, especially the economy. The Democrats, they just talk tough or hold a baseball bat, like this guy's doing right now. But the truth is they have no real policy that impacts the lives of the American people in a positive way. And that's why they continue to flounder. That's why they continue to lose.
Benny Johnson
I just love Trump just posting the photo of him with the baseball bat. Dumbass photo. Trump posted this. No comment. He said, Jeffrey, he said he should resign yesterday, but I don't think. I don't think he. I don't think Hakeem Jeffries, like, truly understands the smoke, man. I don't. I don't think he. I don't think he does. Ron DeSantis is going pretty savage, Adam. Yeah, that has a pretty good Hakeem Jeffries impression. And, and now, now he's. Now the president is, like, gone full attack mode. I think it's going to be a bad day for Jeffries.
Byron Donalds
Well, he thinks he wants to. Look, he wants to be speaker, but he's just going to be the minority leader again after this November. But that's really to the American people, because, folks, everybody needs to remember three years ago, what did America look like? What did it look like? America? We were. We were in a bad spot. Hakeem Jeffries and Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schultz Schumer and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, they were getting everything that they wanted. The country was a disaster.
Benny Johnson
Yes.
Byron Donalds
We don't Want to go back to that?
Benny Johnson
No, we don't. We want to preserve what we have built. And that's why we vote. Ladies and gentlemen, vote for Byron Donalds. In the August primaries here in the state of Florida, the Trump endorsed candidate. Charlie Kirk endorsed candidate. Musk endorsed candidate. And make sure, ladies and gentlemen, we keep the red kingdom red. Thank you, Byron. Godspeed.
Byron Donalds
Take it easy. See ya.
Benny Johnson
Joining me now, ladies and gentlemen, the reddest of the red kings. That would be Mike Davis from the Article 3 project. Let's go. So racist, dude, it's so racist. So offensive. Like, you know, you Scots, Irish, you don't have any, you don't have any special interest groups to protect you.
Mike Davis
So I, I, Ben, we've talked about this. I've told you the national association for the Advancement of Ginger People, the NAA gp because sunscreen is a terrible thing to waste. So we are, as I say, we are the lowest on the social totem pole, much lower than trans. We are, we are at the bottom.
Benny Johnson
Okay, okay. So let's go to the very bottom of the basement, bottom of the barrel. The questions that I want to ask you about and we'll tear it up. James Comey. There's a lot of, there's been a lot of breadcrumb trails about people asking Todd Blanche, Cash Patel and various agents of the administration. Then some John Solomon reporting that it's not just the Instagram post, that there's something much bigger that had been, that's been architected around the James Comey indictment and charges. Do you have any illumination into that, Mike? Could you, could you accelerate maybe that theory?
Mike Davis
Well, obviously I wouldn't know what was in the grand jury because that would be illegal, Ben, but let me just give you my suspicions. You have a former FBI director, a former deputy attorney general who's the number two in the Justice Department, a former U.S. attorney who is posting coded messages, not very coded for political violence. Well, guess what? James Comey actually wrote the book on this. His, his novel is about Coditz political violence. He knew exactly what he was doing. This was after two assassination attempts against then presidential candidates Donald Trump. Trump survived by a millimeter and a millisecond in Butler the hand of God. This is just a few months into Trump's second term and Comey is saying to 86:47. What could that possibly have met? After Trump won a broad electoral mandate with, you know, 312 electoral votes, all seven swing states, the popular vote, he kept the House, won the Senate comfortable margin, it brought electoral mandates a lead. Comey wasn't talking about Trump resigning or getting impeached. He was clearly messaging that he wants President Trump assassinated. That is a crime. It's a federal crime to threaten the president of the United States. That's a felony. It's also a federal crime to transmit that threat online. That's a separate felony. And that's exactly what happens. That grand jury, that the grand jury of fellow citizens in the Eastern District of North Carolina found probable cause that he threatened the life of the president and he, he transmitted that threat online. So there, there's certainly evidence that this happened and there's certainly probable cops.
Benny Johnson
So here's what Todd Blanch, I know you're very close with Todd and I know that you are supportive, obviously, of what Todd is doing as acting attorney general. This weekend. He made a lot of news saying, no, no, this isn't just about a single Instagram post. There's a giant body of evidence that we've been collecting over 11 months. Then we hear from John Solomon that the DOJ is considering reigniting the James Comey lying to Congress Virginia case. Can you talk us through the architecture here? Like, what does the landscape look like legally for James Comey here?
Mike Davis
I would say to James Comey that you are in serious legal jeopardy, and you should be, because there is very clear evidence that James Comey has politicized and weaponized the FBI to go after Trump, his top aids, and allies like General Michael Flynn, who James Comey set up and took out as the incoming national security advisor in 2017. This Instagram post is just the beginning of his troubles. They can bring a new case in the Eastern District of Virginia. They had uniparty judges in the D.C. suburbs protect him when prior U.S. attorney Lindsay Holigan brought those charges. Todd Blanch as the acting attorney general, can bring new charges and he should. Todd Blanch is. I'm a huge fan of Todd Blanch. He is a bold and fear fearless warrior for the Constitution. People need to remember that Todd Blanch gave up a lucrative law practice and put everything on the line to, to protect, to defend, to win the lawfare brought by the Democrats against President Trump in several trials in several states over several years. This guy, he saw how damaging this lawfare is to our republic and Todd is going to make sure people are held accountable. I think the biggest legal problem for James Comey and the other lawfare Democrats is down in the Southern District of Florida in the Fort Pierce Division or the grand jury, according to news reports, is looking at the grand conspiracy against Trump and Jason Redding Quinones, my good friends and fellow warrior, brought on another good friend and fellow warrior, Joe DiGenova. And that is, that is where the lawfare Democrats will be held accountable.
Benny Johnson
Please, let's zoom that out. So, so this is, again, it's been very mysterious, been shrouded in secrecy via how these things materialize with secret grand juries. But there have been a lot of rumors about this one and there's been a lot of hat tips, nods and winks about what's going on in Fort Pierce in Florida and that it involves the grand conspiracy in order to entrap Trump via Russiagate and then to spy on him and his campaign. Do I have this correct, Mike?
Mike Davis
Yeah, it's what we've been talking about on your show, Ben, for almost four years since the Mar A Lago raid. I have very, very publicly called for this and I have very publicly advocated for this, including pushing President Trump to hire Jason Redding quinones as the U.S. attorney in Miami and pushing Jason to hire Joe DiGenova. I've said this very publicly. You saw there was a grand jury set up in Fort Pierce. That's a court filing. That's public. You see, when these subpoenas go out to these lawfare Democrats, they run to their Democrat friends in the press and talk about that. And so you've seen the public reporting on these grand jury subpoenas. You saw the public announcements by Todd Blanche and Jason Redding Quinones to hire Joji Geneva. What's great about Joe is He's a former U.S. attorney in D.C. i think he's like 81 years old. His kids are raised, he doesn't need another job. And he is a bulldog. And he is going to make damn sure that welfare Democrats are held accountable for the grand conspiracy. Going back to the Russian collusion hoax in 2016, where the Democrats made up the Russian collusion hoax to protect Hillary Clinton and her corruption at the Clinton foundation and to hurt then candidate Donald Trump. And when they, when Trump won the the upset victory in 2016, it became the president's. They tried to sabotage his presidency. They did not want it to come out. What they did in the 2016 campaign, where they weaponized the intel agencies and law enforcement to take out Trump and to help Hillary and cover up her corruption. And this has been an ongoing criminal conspiracy for years. It's still ongoing. They're covering up the conspiracy, which continues the conspiracy. There's no statutes of limitations problem. And the hook in Fort Pierce is that's where they did the Mar a Lago raid to go get back the crossfire hurricane records that Trump declassified that exposes this conspiracy.
Benny Johnson
So tell me if I have my legal bearings correct here. The President has immunity for his actions while president, not afterwards or not before, but while president. Somebody like Joe Biden does not have immunity and he was involved in this. Somebody like Hillary Clinton of course does not have immunity. She was never president, never will be. So you could see potentially some very big names brought down in this. That's correct, Mike.
Mike Davis
Yes. And presidential immunity applies to your official acts. If you investigate Barack Obama, he can litigate whether it is an official act for him to set loose the Democrat National Committee, the Steele dossier, to work with his Justice Department, with his, with his FBI, with the CIA, to, to orchestrate the biggest scandal in American history. To use your law enforcement and intel agencies to help a presidential candidate of Hillary Clinton and hurt a presidential campaign, excuse me, campaign of Donald Trump. And that's exactly what they did. Barack Obama, Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Clapper Brennan. There were so many bad actors in this and they, they the lawfare against President Trump to take them out afterwards with the prosecutions for prosecutions for non crimes, trying to bankrupt Trump for non fraud several times trying to take him off the ballot unconstitutionally. And several states tried to take off his head by underfunding his Secret Service protection. And Biden saying Trump was a fascist and the gravest threat to democracy. And to put a bullseye on these lawfare, Democrats must be held accountable so this never happens again. If they're not held accountable, it's going to be very ugly the next time they're back in the White House and they run the Justice Department and the CIA.
Benny Johnson
So hold on, Mike, I have to dig down on that answer. So you're telling me that Barack Obama's actions, even as president, if they were illegal, it could still be charged. So Barack Obama could potentially be charged here as well.
Mike Davis
Presidential immunity is an affirmative defense. You, you, you can charge him, even charge him as an unindicted co conspirator. I'd charge him, but you know, I'm, I, I'm a little bit more bold and fearless than most. But then you let Barack Obama litigate whether he has presidential immunity. Barack Obama is the most demonic force in American politics in decades. He is an evil man who, who is a Marxist Trojan horse who was the worst actor in politicizing and weaponizing our intelligencies and law enforcement to go after your political enemies. This guy is a fraud. He is a Marxist and he is subversive. He's the Trojan horse for the Marxists. And he absolutely was and is trying to destroy America from within. He tried to create so much, so many racial grievances, racial tense tensions, sicking the, the intel agencies and the FBI, the Justice Department after your political enemies. This guy's a monster and he has to be held accountable.
Benny Johnson
Yeah. What about Eric Holder? You know, Mike, I don't know if you've sent over an Edible Arrangement or if there's a Hallmark card for the destruction of Eric Holders creation of congressional ghettos all around the country. So much of these racialized lawsuits were brought by Barack Obama and Eric Holder and their Fair Districts organization. And they have got to be on life support right now.
Mike Davis
Yeah. I would just say this to the Democrats. These Democrat politicians, particularly these black Democrat politicians who run these DEI districts, have kept poor black people trapped in fatherless homes, crime ridden neighborhoods, the government, school monopoly and intergenerational poverty for decades. So let me ask this of black voters. Would you rather have a bold and fearless warrior like Byron Donalds, a conservative black man representing you or would you rather have some DEI left wing loser who's going to make a lot of money and keep you trapped in poverty?
Benny Johnson
Yeah, we saw that in Florida where sure, fly less McCormick embezzled $5 million of FEMA funds meant for her district. Great. You know, great job everyone. Yeah, it's bad. Okay, so Eric Holder and Barack Obama are not going to like the new news. Last question I have for you, Mike, is Harmeet Dillon, of course is a favorite of our show. I invite Todd Blanch on at all times. I know he's been very busy. I would love to have Todd on the program, but Harme's been on regularly. She says that she's going to be suing in order to ensure that there are reparations for hardworking Americans who have been disenfranchised through Eric Holder and Barack Obama's racism in creating congressional ghettos and DEI districts. Your take on that. How should Harmony Dillon make sure that the maps are as fair and equitable as possible for the 2026 election?
Mike Davis
I love hard meat, Dylan. And I always say this. My favorite Americans are women and minority conservatives because they are absolutely the most bold and fearless people on the planet. They're great. And whether it's Byron Donalds or Harvey Dillon, these, these are the types of people who I want in these offices. People who are going to fight every day for, for America, for the west for our way of life, for our Judeo Christian traditions. Harmeet is phenomenal. She's, she's been, she, she has the most important job in government as the head of the civil rights division because that's where Joe Biden and Barack Obama went after parents and Christians and political opponents and just made their lives living hell. Harmeet Dhillon is cleaning that up and holding these, these lawfare Democrats accountable. The best thing about Harmeet, the best thing about this, this new version of the Trump administration is prior Republicans, George W. Bush Republicans and I worked in the George W. Bush White House. We were. Those Republicans were so scared of being labeled as racist or so sexist or homophobe or transphobe or whatever phobe the Democrats come out with. And my response is for conservatives to say to those Democrats, go to hell. You're not going to be able to use your Marxist division and cowas like you've done in the past. We are the party of opportunity for poor black people trapped and these Democrat ghettos in these DEI districts. Democrats want to keep minorities trapped in intergenerational poverty. They want victims, they want misery because that's the Marxist playbook. So people like Harmeet Dillon, people like Byron Donalds, they are the all stars.
Benny Johnson
So Harmeet should go full speed ahead in bringing the full force of the federal government against these DEI districts and lawfare Democrats who want to sue in order to create these congressional ghettos.
Mike Davis
Absolutely. The Supreme Court just ruled that you can have political gerrymandering, but you cannot have racial gerrymandering. It was a brilliant opinion by Justice Sam Alito. And Harmeet can go after every one of these districts, these House districts, where these Democrats in these blue states intentionally sliced and diced the population to have a DEI district, to have some loser Democrat minority be the House representative and go grift and make millions of dollars and do nothing for their, their poor black or poor Hispanic constituents.
Benny Johnson
Yeah. I'm sick of having a guy whose name rhymes so much with mine, Benny Thompson. I'm sick of that. I'm sick of having that guy in the House. I will go. I will go and campaign against him. I think that Mississippi is going to redraw their districts. I think they've all but guaranteed it. So, yeah, like, thank you. Thank you. Final question for you, Mike. Really quickly Here is on Dr. Foushee. Rand Paul is demanding that there is some type of prosecution against Foushee. The limit, the limit is up in seven days that the statute of limitations. He lied to Congress. Rand Paul has been on banging on our show constantly that the DOJ should be charging him. Can this happen? Does the, does, does the pardon extend to Dr. FY? Is there a way around that?
Mike Davis
Well, the pardon is going to be a tough issue. I mean, again, pardon's an affirmative defense that you would raise after you're indicted. So I'd indict him and then let him figure out whether the pardon applies, just like I didn't date Obama and figure out whether presidential immunity applies because like Democrats, I'm not principled and I, I would give them a healthy dose of their own medicine. I'm not highbrow or principled in any way, shape or form, as you know, Ben. But I would say maybe another way you get Fauci is you call him back, Rand Paul, call him back before your committee, make him testify again, and when he obstructs your investigation or purges himself again, then that's when we can indict him.
Benny Johnson
Very smart. And you can see why Mike Davis has established the Supreme Court that leads to these rulings. Everybody needs to have massive, massive appreciation and thanks and gratitude for Mike. Without Mike and his rock ribbed defense of President Trump's selections to the Supreme Court, we would not have had this ruling with the Voter Rights Act. And so thank you, Mike. Thank you to the Article 3 projects. Mike has 500,000 subscribers here on X. Make sure that you are one of them. So you're fighting with the people who fight for us. Godspeed.
Mike Davis
And thank you, Ben. And thank you to Media Matters, who's going to report every word of this interview again.
Benny Johnson
So that's great. Can't wait to see the Congressional Ghettos headline.
Byron Donalds
Yes. Yeah.
Luke Rosiak
Thank you.
Benny Johnson

Luke, thank you for your patience this morning. I'll apologize, I know that this was breaking as of this morning. I haven't gotten a chance to read your article. We're going to pop it up on screen here and let's go through a summary if you don't mind about what you found in this month long investigation into fraud in America.
Luke Rosiak
Hey Benny. Benny, thanks for having me. So home health care basically, DOGE released a database a couple months ago which was a huge move. I think it's one of the most important things they've done. Because Medicaid was previously a black box. We didn't know what it was going to. You were led to believe it's just doctors. There's nothing you can question in there. But it's totally fraud ridden, particularly a lot of what we hear in Minnesota, that's Medicaid stuff. But Ohio too, a number of other states, including red states like Ohio. So one of the waivers that they have that lets you do Medicaid use Medicaid funds which come from all of us and the whole government, they're federally funded but state administered. They basically give free butlers to immigrants. They're home health care aides. But then it's been expanded where they don't actually have to do health. They can just be your aides. They can clean your house, they can cook you food and you know, you don't a lot of times it's actually the, the people's own relatives who are getting paid to hang out with them. And so I went to Columbus and you see all these buildings that are advertising these services and they're like you can get paid to provide, quote, conversation and companionship to your own family members. And so this is what you know, we've come to in in Columbus there's a whole immigrant portion of the city where you drive down the road and you do not see any business other than these home Health care scams where people are billing your money to hang out with their own relatives. It's, it's erased everything else in the whole economy and it's, it was very jarring to see. It's almost post apocalyptic there in Columbus where the Medicaid schemes have displaced the entire economy.
Benny Johnson
Why would anybody, how could this possibly be legal? This isn't a real job. Why would, who can. Nobody would ever vote for this, Luke. No, no Amer, no person, no human being in America. I don't care how far left wing you are, whatever. Vote for like free money for just sitting around, you know, with your grandmother.
Luke Rosiak
Yeah, I mean, they started saying, you know, nursing homes are very expensive. So if somebody were qualified in needing to be in a nursing home, then maybe we could just send people to their house to take care of them and it would be cheaper. The problem is you're not really going to fake being sick to like get into a nursing home, because nobody wants to just go to a nursing home if they don't need it. But there are, it turns out, a lot of people who will fake being sick if you just get to still chill at your house the way you normally would. But now, you know, your, your son gets a free, a free extra welfare check for hanging out with you. And this has happened almost exclusively among immigrants. Somalis, Ghanan, Sierra Leone. But Columbus is the number two epicenter of, of Somalis after Minneapolis. And so I think what you have is this well intentioned program that was always vulnerable to fraud, but Americans didn't really exploit it that much because it's wrong. And we don't try to get paid for doing normal family things like taking care of our family members. But when you combine generous trust based social safety nets with mass immigration from third world low trust societies, that's when the, that's when the bomb explodes. And that's really what happened here in Columbus. And you've got people running these businesses that are basically middlemen. So if I want to get paid to hang out with my mom, I become an employee of this business that takes a cut and then they bill Medicaid. And so you've got Ahmed Mohammed and Mohammed Ahmed and Omar, Omar and, and everybody's got their own business. And you look in public records, their birthdays are listed as like January 1, because nobody knows when they were born. They, they may not know when they were born. They spell their own names different ways, even within like one contract. And so I spent a lot of time in the Capital Research center helped me. They have Great investigators. We really went deep on this and we found a lot of crazy things. We're going to be rolling out every day at the Daily Wire over the next week, week. But the bottom line is it was really hard to track who's really behind these things. And I'm certain that the government isn't doing it. The government doesn't know the difference between Muhammad Ahmed and Ahmed Mohammed. Nobody knows where this money is going. And it's a billion dollars a year just in one state of your money.
Benny Johnson
A billion dollars of Medicaid funds to
Luke Rosiak
Ohio just for this home health. And you know, personal services is like the super, super nefarious kind of home health where it's just like personal butler. It's not even health.
Benny Johnson
Okay, so you've laid out how despicable this is and how. I mean, I'm getting. My blood is boiling here just listening to you talk about it. How should JD Vance and Dr. Oz and RFK who oversees all this, how should they shut this down?
Luke Rosiak
So I think that I'm kind of aggressive here on this. I'm kind of been red pilled after seeing it in person. I think you got to take away, I think you got to shut down the program because it's whack a mole. First of all, it's hard to prove you, you can kind of see the, the massive telltale signs of fraud when you go there. But being able to prove it in court is a long and difficult process when they're giving services behind closed doors in their own house. Like how do you prove unless you've got cameras on everybody's house. So my main thing is we can't have programs where fraud is this difficult to prove when it occurs. You just have to get rid of the programs. And maybe this is a choice that, that we made when we decided to bring in immigrants from low trust societies. Maybe we would have been able to have nice things and now we don't. But I think they have to take away the waivers for personal services and possibly all home health care aids and because we just can't have. If somebody really needs to go to a nursing home, fine, go to the nursing home and sit with your applesauce if you really need it. That'll be something you do. But we can't take your word that you need somebody to come like hang out with you every day when it costs. It's going to bankrupt America. I mean, Ohio Medicaid is like half of Ohio's budget and the Medicaid spending has doubled in the last Couple years. I mean, this is totally unsustainable. And you look at these Somalis, a lot of them have like, tax debts. Like, they'll get one to $10 million from federal government and then they don't pay their taxes. And it's like, wait a minute, the money came from the taxpayers. You're super rich, you're a business owner, you're the 1%, and you won't even pay a little bit back to Uncle Sam. And that is makes. That makes you wonder, are they really using this to just destroy our country because we simply can't pay people to hang out with their own family?
Benny Johnson
No, no.
Luke Rosiak
Society can afford it.
Benny Johnson
No, no. And of course it is corrosive on such a deeper level than just the national debt, which is bad enough and that nobody will ever be able to service. It's corrosive because you have a zero trust society by proxy now. So we've brought that cancer in on ourselves. There's no such thing as leave a penny, take a penny. If everybody's just taken a penny. Right. Like, there's no such thing as, like the high trust Amish farm stand where it's like, whatever you take, just put the do. Here's what the prices are, just put the dollars and there's nobody at the table. That all goes away.
Luke Rosiak
Yeah.
Benny Johnson
Like, I was raised in Iowa. I was raised around stands like that. There was one on every corner where if you wanted some corn, you just walk up and you put $5 in, you grab a basket of corn. But that can't exist here anymore. And so that is the. That that's something you'll never get back. And it's like such a high. It's like the highest cost. It's so much, so much worse than like the money we lose in the national debt because we're losing something that is actually who we are as a culture.
Luke Rosiak
I think that's exactly right. And I've used the farm stand analogy myself. I mean, it's the biggest tragedy. But you look through these names, there's not a single American on these lists. I mean, there's one building in Columbus that has 94 different home healthcare companies in it. And I went there and they're all empty. It's just these creepy long hallways with these like, weird Somali, like 8 and a half by 11 sheets of paper taped to the door. That's like, it's this and that. Home Health Care llc, this or that, Home Health care. They're all just like. There's nobody in any of them a Lot of times they claim to be at lunch and you can tell, like, mail's been piling up. They actually haven't been there for, for months. They're manipulating us. They're draining our, our, our, our resources that we needed for old ladies. And now the old, the real old ladies aren't going to have any services. I think it's so nefarious. And when I ask them things, they immediately go to, I'll just tell everybody you're racist if you try to ask me these questions. And it's like you came from Somalia and then you got $10 million in a year. You can't think that's normal. You can't think that that's not a topic that somebody could, could ask you about because it's, it's so notable. I know that I have never made $10 million a year. And I'll tell you, if anybody wants to give me $10 million, I'll be happy to then discuss it with everybody. You know why? Because I'll have $10 million.
Benny Johnson
What do you have coming next? Can you give us a little, little hat tip to what's, what's going to, what are, what are, what are going to be some of your next. You said you're going to have one report out per day, is that correct?
Luke Rosiak
Yeah. So we're going to do, like, case studies on these crazy Somali millionaires that are, you know, and one of them's a run for. He's a Democrat politician who founded a home health care business that got $11 million. He's running the business on the side. Another lady was a janitor who renamed her janitorial services to be Medicaid adjacent. And then she got, you know, $100,000 a month immediately. There's a landlord that's buying private planes because he's got so much money coming through this Medicaid racket. You know, I talked to a criminal, the 30 year, you know, 30 arrests, and he tells me I was just too dumb. I didn't even know what the law is. I don't know. And the final example I'll give, and you'll be able to see all the details later this week on all these things and more. An accountant who lost his license for stealing public funds. His wife had a daycare shut down. And then he opens a $7 million Medicaid company using the address of a convicted money launderer's teenage son. And the state of Ohio is just like, yeah, it's fine. Let's just pay him 7 million bucks.
Benny Johnson
You know what? You're exactly right. It comes from the states. Something that I've learned as we peel the onion layer back here is that the actual layer of accountability has to be with the state. And the state just bills the federal government and there's too much going on and the federal government just strokes the check. But it's actually on a state level that they need to create these barriers and they don't do it. And it's enraging in a nearly super majority red state like Ohio that it doesn't happen.
Luke Rosiak
I think that's exactly right. It's the other people's money problem. So in Ohio, Medicaid is like 70% paid by the feds. And I think Tim Walsh had this same philosophy, which is like, it honestly doesn't even matter if the money is just wasted because it might help our economy in some indirect way. And at the end of the day it's basically free free money. And so you got to have skin in the game. And when Medicaid, other states, there's a couple states that let you do these personal services. New York is a big one, a couple others. But if they're. You can't. The point of a Medicaid waiver is that one state gets to do like special things that others don't. And I think we've just got to kill these waivers because if, if Ohio wants to pay people to spend time with their own family, then they can do it entirely with their own money. And then maybe they'll decide that it's a bad idea. Because I'm telling you, I would love to like take a field trip of liberals to these buildings. I guarantee you, anybody who saw what I saw in what Parker Thayer from the Capital Research center saw when we spent all this time in Columbus, Ohio, would be mega red pilled, if not black pilled. It is not normal and it's not right what's going on there.
Benny Johnson
Thank you, Luke for your reporting. You can find it at the Daily Wire. Luke, I've known him for years. He's just one of those guys that when he goes into his cave, you know he's going to cook up something that is going to be just critically important for our body politic and for people to read.
