And I want to like begin by just going through a people's history of how bad things have gotten for libs because libs insist on using state power, illegally breaking every rule, never getting checked, having the institutions protect them because that protection racket is now crumbling. They're having to live in the world that we've had to live in where like if you lie on your taxes, you'll go to jail, if you don't pay your parking ticket, the fees and fines accrue. You can't just go to your buddy's private island anymore, right. And do whatever you want with the kiddos. You can't do that. That's what Democrats were used to doing. Reid Hoffman, Democrat. Bill Gates, Democrat. All of Jeffrey Epstein's buddies, Woody Allen, Democrat, Dershowitz Democrats, all of his best friends, all of Jeffrey Epstein's best friends, all of them are Democrats. Jeffrey Epstein, Democrat Jeffrey Epstein trying to get Donald Trump impeached. This, this was a Democrats play island. Jeffrey Epstein's island was like a incubator for the way the entire country ran, where he had a protected class that could do anything they wanted. Any despicable, illegal thing that they wanted. 2018 when they didn't have a blue range, 2019, the economy came back. And then in 2020, Donald Trump pretty polling numbers. Then they had a couple of years where they didn't scream no as loudly because they rigged an election and they stole it and they stole it through their use of institutions. And we all know this. And so they weren't actually happy about that by the way. Like when, when you have ill gotten gains, when, when you, when you've stolen something from somebody, it doesn't make you feel better, you end up feeling worse. You know Some of the most miserable people on earth live in very big mansions and have very nice things and they're, you know, they, it's bad for your soul. And Democrats weren't happier. Were Democrats happier in 2021, 2022? Were they a happier party? Were they better people? Were they like happier people? No, they were not. No. So then in 2023, Donald Trump doesn't get put in prison for 400 years. Then in 2024, Donald Trump doesn't get shot in the skull and die. Then in, then in 2025, President Trump is inaugurated again in a historic landslide in 2026, six Libs are losing everything. And it's really fun to watch. It's been really exciting to watch this. 10 years now, 10 years of a doom loop, doom cycle for Democrats as they assumed that the country that they would control forever, they assumed that Obama would bring in a hundred years of Democrat control they just handed over to Hillary Clinton. They'd import as many third worlders as they needed to rig every election. We would become a total and complete globalist UN refugee camp, hellscape and it would all go our way. They'd pack the court, there'd be three conservative justices, it'd be a 3, 6 decision every single time in favor of transgender wheelchair rights for every single Guatemalan sub 70 IQ Somali daycare worker. That's what they thought, right? That's what, that's what they were, they, that they, they just had so much hubris. Pride cometh before destruction because they didn't do the work. And I think probably because they have no faith in God and because they are a God, truly a godless movement, as all Marxists are, they took that arrogance, the American people rejected it. Because we are actually a godly people. America of developed countries. America has one of the single highest beliefs in God and a creator. We know that the government is in God. We as a people know that. Democrats don't know that. And we act like it, we vote like it. And now we have a 6:3 majority on the Supreme Court. I'd like for it to be a stronger majority, but whatever. And here we go. Supreme Court just bodies Alabama. Well, bodies libs who are trying to rig the Alabama race. Yesterday they wanted Alabama to keep their racially gerrymandered ghettos, congressional ghettos and their congressional DEI districts with some of the single dumbest members of Congress, right? And the Supreme Court just like took their gavels and shoved it up sideways. Court clears way for Alabama to use congressional map blocked by lower courts in race in racially discriminatory districts. Oh. Oh, this is amazing. The libs descended. Who cares? Alabama can now use their exciting new maps. That could easily be an Alabama redraw of all of their districts. As you can see here, Alabama districts, there are two Democrat districts in Alabama. President Trump won Alabama by double digits. I believe it was 22 points. Alex, can you please check me on that? And Alabama can and should bring you a. Well, this is the map. This is the map that they are are fighting over right now. Alabama can and should give you a 100 red map. This is what that map would look like again. When Republicans gerrymander, it looks like nice little red squares, contiguous and geographic interests contained therein. When Democrats gerrymander, it looks like you took a crackhead from underneath a bridge in skid row in Los Angeles, gave him a speedball, gave him a four loco mango flavored, put him in a shopping cart, shoved him down a hill and gave him a crayon and told him to draw the maps. It's a nice map, honestly. But anyway, the Supreme Court bodies Democrats once again and rules that Alabama can redraw their maps. Beautiful thing. Holy smokes. Is that for real? Alx, Alex. Alx says it was 30 points in Alabama. A 30 point electoral victory for President Trump in Alabama. Let's go ahead and check the. Let's check the tape, shall we? Look at this. Kamala Harris looks like she won five, six counties in Alabama. Donald Trump won every single other county. President Trump got 1.4 million votes and Kamala Harris got 700,000. How many of those were fake? You never know. 64 to 34. A devastating blowout unlike anything you've seen across the country. Except for the reddest of all states. All electoral votes went to Donald Trump. So why, why aren't all the congressional districts going to Donald Trump? They get nine electoral votes. Well, then the congressional districts should go for Trump as well. It looks like there's just like a very small blue ribbon of rigable counties in Alabama. Maybe pass a little extra voter security and you'd have no blue counties. We know how Democrats roll. Nonetheless, this is a massive ruling. They did the exact same thing in Louisiana. Louisiana asked for emergency relief is what it's called. An emergency relief, ladies and gentlemen, is we have racially gerrymandered congressional ghettos. DEI districts. They're illegal. And we don't want to have elections with these illegal districts because we'll send illegal people to represent us. So 100 of Alabama's blue seats are racially drawn Supreme Court nullified all of them and now we can get a fair map in Alabama. So we are encouraging and demanding that Alabama Republicans do the right thing and draw yourself a 7o map. Please do the right thing and draw seven. Oh, here's President Trump on the ruling. you know, didn't make much difference. Yeah, I would say they would do that. Redraw the maps. Do it now. Supreme Court demands it. Your voters demand it. Potential Republican map supported by the Attorney General, who I'd love to get on the program. Let's go hard in the paint and paint the state red. Why are we giving a congressional seat in this state to Democrats? This is a state that went for 30 points by Donald Trump. Are there any 30 point states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points? I'm sure there are. I'm sure there are states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points or double digits at least. Okay. Are there alx though? I guess like didn't, didn't she just win New Jersey by like two points and Virginia by like a point. But like Alex, are there any states that went for Kamala Harris by 30 points? Do Republicans represent any part of that state? I don't think so. No, I don't think so. So redraw the map. Be strong, be smart. Don't get, don't get Indiana cucked, as we say. And look at us winning the WIE districting war. Look at that. Would you look at that? Just beautiful. Ohio standing up strong. Look at Indiana. Indiana completely failing, Completely failing. The Republican hang your head in shame. Indiana should have been two extra Republican seats there. Missouri, Louisiana doing the right thing. Florida obviously coming in strong. Texas coming in strong. Got the North Carolinas and Democrats got this right here, this little blue district. We all know what they did in California. This little blue district pisses me off. This makes me so angry. Alex, before we get to Owens, I want to talk about that judge, that corrupt judge, just to preview this. So can you grab me an article or two on that? That corrupt judge who was literally in bed with the prosecution here. Give me a good solid article. This is what Virginia Democrats are doing. Virginia Democrats, you'll notice on our handy dandy map here that Virginia there is no Virginia Redistricting added here. This again. This again looks like Republicans are going to have not only a massive advantage in the redistricting war, but also a massive advantage in who will win the Senate. Who will potentially win the Senate. Look at this Republican Party now spiking as chances to keep the Senate. And the odds are completely even when it comes to who's going to take the House. There are just a handful of swing seats. This seat in Utah should not have been one of them. Burgess Owens represents this area and this was a total and complete rig job and it pisses me off. Just really quick detour here. Democrats in Virginia are now asking, begging for the Supreme Court to to overrule their Supreme Court on their raped maps just in. It is now being speculated that the US Supreme Court will laugh out Democrats after they just filed with SCOTUS to reinstate their draconian 101 Republican, 101 gerrymandered map. Democrats want federal court to nullify their own state supreme court and constitution. John Roberts says that the Supreme Court probably won't even take this up because it's such an absolute joke. Rather found that the Democratic controlled legislature violated the Commonwealth's constitution by not following clear and simple rules for a public vote on a constitutional amendment. It's unclear tonight whether the Supreme Court

Duh, says Laura Ingram. Supreme Court won't review a case without a federal cause of action. Go back to law school kids, the states and some of this, sometimes it's maddening because some states make insane rules like you don't have to show your ID to vote and you don't have to be a citizen to vote. California is a good example that pretty much every single state that Kamala Harris won is no ID to vote. You don't have to be a citizen of America to vote. You can just every single Chinese communist and Guatemalan drug druggie can just go in and cast a ballot. Doesn't matter. That's actually who they want to fill all of our states. They want just communists and drug addicts from South America and some refugee slums from Somalia. And that's just that that's a vision actually Minneapolis St. Paul is a vision of what Democrats want. Point is that these are, these are the laws and states do have enormous amounts of control over how their states are governed and how their elections are run. And that was actually some of the, you know, the save act, that was some of the like principled constitutional argument against it anyway. This is exactly how federalism is supposed to work. The Virginia Supreme Court says you broke Virginia laws and therefore this doesn't work in Virginia. In Florida we did it, but we did it by Florida laws. And in Texas the same thing. And in Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina and Tennessee. In Ohio and a bunch of other states like Missouri, they kept the law. They, they were, they funct we redistricted, but we did so via the law in Virginia. They broke the laws. The Virginia Supreme Court shut them down. Democrats are calling that court illegitimate and now they call the Supreme Court illegitimate. So they're going to the other illegitimate court to try and strike down the other illegitimate court. And it's hilarious. There is no federal cause of action here. The Virginia Supreme Court did nothing wrong. And oh by the way, look at this. This is the actual petition to the Supreme Court. The dumbasses, the dumbasses said the wrong court on the petition. Do you see this? You seeing this? They wrote it. Emergency application to the Supreme Court of Virginia. No, you're, you're sending this to the United States Supreme Court. They put in the wrong court. At least they spelled Virginia right on this one. They spelled Virginia wrong and the word senator wrong on the last ones. It's amazing thing, Clarence Thomas laughing all the way to the bank. Democrats are literally arguing against themselves so they can hold on to what little power they have left. It just proves Virginia Democrats aren't really working for Virginians. A huge waste of time and money. They've already lit, I don't know, $100 million on fire with this thing and they're getting desperate. Federal grounds of. I don't like it. There's a legal version of asking dad because mom said no.

Ladies and gentlemen. We're really excited about versus Owens being on the program. House Republicans sued to block Utah congressional map that favors Democrats. Representatives Burgess Owens challenged the court imposed map one drafted by advocacy groups. This is something that should never happen in a dark red super majority Republican state. Utah Supreme Court justice who made this rigged map possible Right here, the Longhouse. And is there anything more damaging to the republic than left wing white guilt? White liberals, psychotic like you can see, you can almost sense the SSRI is like pulsing through her veins anyway. It's like, really bad. Utah Supreme Court justice has resigned now amid a probe of allegations that she was sleeping with the attorney who worked on the redistricting lawsuit. Justice Diana Hagan appeared to reference the investigation and the toll that has taken on her loved ones in a resignation letter to Spencer Cox obtained by Fox News Digital. The resignation was effective immediately. And Hagen was accused by her former husband of sending inappropriate text messages to the attorney who helped challenge a Republican friendly map and maintained four red congressional seats in Utah. So she was literally in bed with the prosecution in order to give them a blue map. It's a despicable thing that has happened and it needs to be ameliorated immediately. Okay, so I'm like, you know, you don't, you don't have to frame it or classify it the way that I do, but I, I'm sickened by what happened to your district in this total rig job in the Utah Supreme Court. Can we zoom out a bit and can you perhaps like, lay down the architecture of what happened and how Democrats were able to cheat a seat and, and, and then effectively try and kick you out of Congress? I thought they were for black representation, Burgess.

Well, I'll do that, but let me just start off by saying we are so blessed, Bunny, that we are part of this generation, that as our country is about to go over the edge, we have been chosen to be part of this fighting back. So I appreciate what you're doing. Everyone now is involved at this point in time. We're getting our country back. We're getting back to good old fashioned faith, family, free market education. And we now know what the left truly looks like. We know Marxists hate everything we stand for and we see how devious and how crafty they are. So we did it. We're going to be educated now and moving forward. So congratulations. Our country is a great place now in terms of Utah. Utah's a beautiful, beautiful state. When you talk about those, those tenets, faith, family, free market education. The reason why we're growing as fast as we are, the reason why we keep our kids close while they're educated, we get it, we understand it, and sometimes we get into this little freedom bubble, all of us, you know, we do our things like we have our occupations we're going for, we have our time with our peers, memories. We sometimes get in our little freedom bubble and forget on the outside of that bubble is true evil. It's called Marxism, something that hates everything we stand for. We sometimes don't get it until Covid shows up. And then all of a sudden we start saying, wait a minute, let's kind of pump the brakes. Maybe I need to get more involved. And now we have this going on across our country. We see it's all about the Democratic Party as we as passionate about patriotism they are, as a passion about power. Anything, they don't matter how it comes, how they get it, how much pain have to do to make happen to get that done, how many lives are being lost. So we see that now and understand finally that there's something called evil. So with Utah, you look at the map and you'll see this little tiny eeny weeny little bit of a blue dot. That's the district that has now been carved out for the Democratic Party and is over time. I think we have to understand that we have a judiciary process. Sometimes, first of all, they're not held accountable. They're very much into an elitist process because they don't. They're not put in front of the people like the legislative body or the executive body. In this case here in Utah, we have judges, Supreme Court judges. After they get through the first three years, they're in for 10 years and then they get on a ballot and the ballot has nothing to say at all about their background, how they've been judging people. And in the process, they just continue to move on. So we're now beginning to first of all push back on the fact that we cannot have judges that are anonymous, that are leftists, that are doing everything they can to not stay true to our constitution. And we're going to make some changes as we come into first particular coming November, we have a retention vote. We're going to get rid of one of these Supreme Court judges. The other one just resigned. And a district judge I call a run out the clock Gibson that played games entire year, last two years, to make sure that our legislative body did not have a chance to step in and do their job. So we're learning from this. It's going to all turn out just fine. We have to go through these tough times to realize that we've got to wake up, we got to hustle and we Got to fight for our constitution and our great culture.

Okay, so we, to put the map up here and I want to like, we've been really nerding out on these maps and I want you to like, potentially, if you wouldn't mind just explaining to our audience what happened here because again, Utah is a super majority Republican state. Klein, please pop up the map and I want to like, I want to like this. So this is like the Salt Lake area and they just carved, they carved up. This was an advocacy group map that was designed in order to put a single Democrat seat inside of this super majority state that President Trump won by double digits.

Let me start off by saying we are a republic. We, we believe in the idea that ignorant and free can never be. So we have, we educate our, the populace so they can know and have the right representation showing up and voting for them. So in the past, for all these years, we've had four districts and those districts represent urban, suburban and rural. So everybody, all four of us come ready to understand the entire state. So we represent our entire people, our people population and know that we have to be accountable to every fact, every sector of that. So what these guys did is they decided, they decided to put a together initiative. And you hear that the term we're going to be a democracy. No, we never have and never will be a democracy. We have always been a republic. We were there on purpose. Now if you want to go to democracy, look at the French Revolution and you see the guillotine. Because that's what happens when people are ignorant of the issue. They can become fearful or emotional and that's what the Democrats want. So they have right now that little teeny weeny blue spot is Marxist leftist. Now there's actually somebody that might win that, that is a true Marxist. It's a Bernie Sanders Marxist. And that is in the heart of Utah. Now what happens with this is that the rest of Utah is not represented correctly. All the other we're going to have, first of all, one of our votes will be negated every single time. And we don't have the entire state being represented the way it has been in the past. So we now understand it. I think the biggest lesson of this is that we realize now we have a judiciary that people, if they're anonymous, if they're not held accountable, if we don't know what they're doing, there is a tendency of being very entitled and just very cocky. And our judiciary in Utah, we cannot allow that to happen from this point moving forward. So I'll say this, it's been a tough thing for Utah and I think we're going to end up because what's going across the country not be counted against our country the way it would have been. But in the day, Utah is learning from this and we're going to make sure we get the right type of judges. I hope our legislative body will also find a way to have everything transparent parent so we know who they are and we can get them out. We can, we have our retention vote in November. The idea and all your times vote no for Pullman and vote note for run out the clock Gibson. If we can do that, then moving forward, every legislature, every judiciary from this point realize that our eyes are on them. They'll be held accountable and we'll make sure we uphold the constitution of not only our country but of our great state.

So you say that these Supreme Court justices that passed this rigged map drawn by left wing advocacy group that, that Utah will have a ability to get to effectively write that court and choose to not retain these other judges. Is that what they're going to do? Is that what the state is going to do?

They're going to flip the terms of power with the court.

Yes. Well right now the, the, the, the, the map is what it is. So we have to deal with that. We're going to have a Democrat and three Republicans that are four Republicans. But moving forward as we now know that we have a chance to put our voices forward in November. In the past this has not been an issue. The maps, I mean the ballots show up, we see the names, we don't know nothing about them. If we keep it blank or just we ignore it, not realizing that this is how these people stay in power with the Supreme Court. It works this way. Pullman was brought in three years ago. If she passes this time, It'll be another 10 years before she'll be held accountable again. And so that's the way these guys work. They put on the black robes, they become legislators and think that nobody's going to touch them because we don't know who they are and what they're doing. This will change with first of all our governor putting in good solid conservative America First Utah, first Supreme Court judges and our Utah constituency understand who they are and how hold him accountable every, every three to ten years.

You're, you're, you're nearly. Unfortunately, it is what it is. We have gone from four solid, good conservative districts to three and one Marxist district. And can I say this, Benny, as tough as that is, and particularly you see what Utah has always stood for. We have that little spot which says they're trying to turn us into California. But now that we know it, the upside is now we know we can do something about it. So I'm excited about that part. And because what's going across the country, Utah, would not have the impact that these people wanted them to have. They wanted our one seat to be part of this math, this changeover, this change of power. It's not going to happen because of everything that's going on right now across our country. And this remarkable Supreme Court ruling just recently that we cannot segregate people get that we cannot segregate people based on color. Those days are done Democrats. So we're back to moving forward big time.

I want to get to that, I want to zoom out and get to that decision in just one moment. Because you, Congressman, stand of course, as a perfect example of the kind of representative like the, you stand as like the silver bullet to all of the talking points here, because they do want to take your seat away. They do want to rip power away from you. Not because of your skin color. Has nothing to do with that, has everything to do with your morality and how you vote and your worldview. But very quickly here, I can't get my mind off the story of this Supreme Court justice who had this relationship with the attorney that was arguing to get rid of your seat, to deprive you of a seat and to kick you out of Congress. And the Supreme Court justice effectively was sleeping with the attorney that was doing this, the left wing attorney that was, that was representing these advocacy groups. And you know, she's now, she's now resigned. And I do wonder, what do you think of that? Do you believe that that might potentially be cause for such lack of jurisprudence and such open criminality on the court? Because of course, you can't do that. There are rules, there are laws against these kind of things for good reason that you could get this judgment thrown out. What's your take, Congressman?

I don't think that's going to happen. You know at the end of the day she resigned. So that chapter is closed at this point. We are now in the middle of our primary. It is what it is. And the point I'm making, sometimes we have to go through these real tough times. We all know what that looks like. It's time to reflection. It's time for us to sit back and say what can I do to make sure this never happens again? For Utah, we needed this. Utah needed it. In this one way we are a remarkable state that just takes so many good things for granted because we surround ourselves with other people like ourselves. Faith, family, free market education. We, we want our kids close. We want to take chances and go out and build businesses. We want to draw other people of all backgrounds into our state and have these conversations. So that's the culture of Utah and we didn't know that we're under attack until this happened. So we're going to have to go through this next two years dealing with a Democrat district. We give the power back to the legislative body which is our constitution says that our legislation body is, is what draws the map, not a judge. A judge can't go and pick out this group and says I'm going to go with your map versus and negate everything else the legislators are doing. So we're learning a great lesson and we're going to be much stronger in another two years once this is all turned back around. In the meanwhile it is what it is.

No, I'll say this. This has been the greatest six years in terms of impact, in terms of being able to understand the greatness of Utah. Benny we were able to pull aside, we did something that's going to be so impactful, kids. And I'm just so glad to be here with President Trump. We have choice, school choice across New York state, just bought in, just signed into the federal choice process. We're going to have our kids so smart. We have the Trump account where kids are going to by age 18 can have income, they're going to have property, going to understand financial literacy. So I'm just so thankful that the last couple years I've been part of this remarkable shift toward getting our country back as our kids are getting more patriotic. So this, I think that, you know, my time has been a great time. I'm glad I'm here. I'm an entrepreneur at heart. So I'm looking forward to seeing how I can continue to have our educational process moving and improving, getting our kids to be the smartest, most hopeful, patriotic in the history of mankind. There's never been a better time to do that with than with the Trump effect right now. So I'm excited about being part of that and look back on it in a very positive way.

The key to is from the very beginning we've had certain things, one of which is becoming for a more perfect union and a more perfect union. I grew up in deep south. I was 16 years old before I had contact with white Americans. But I had a remarkable, exciting, patriotic business run community that believed in our country and we believed in education and we were excited about the fact that we'd finally get to a point where we can see each other inside out, not outside in. Who does it the opposite. It's Marxists. Marxists want to divide us in any way they can. Marxists want blacks to feel that they are not worthy or their background makes them unequal. And that is not the truth. So at the end of the day, we're at a point. I'm so glad it's been way too long that Democrats have gotten away with this, whether it be dividing people up, putting segregated groups of blacks and then make them so miserable, so uneducated that they can control that process. In Tennessee. Think about this. Tennessee has a district, last 19 years a white liberal has been running this all black district. That's, that's how crazy this is. But we're at a point now we're getting back.

We then lean in hard to our faith and our families, education, the things that the Republican Party has always said, this is for you. You can do anything you want to, to dream big enough and overcome the obstacles and never feel as if as a victim. So that's where we are. And it's driving the left nuts because they came so close. They're on the five yard line bringing all these folks in that could care less or no matter our country because they're going to get their votes too or get, get the number more, more representatives because of illegals in an area. All that's coming to an end. And so they are going nuts. The come so close and then here comes Trump and all of a sudden and American people. So we're in a good place. I tell you. I'm excited about that for sure.

We had an opportunity to bring us together. This is the time that America said we want a voice to show that we're not what we were in the past. And he comes in, he changed our education system, brings his mars ideology. He devises like no other time in history. We're now back in a sense of people feeling so divided that we're back in the 60s and we were so far past that. So sit this one out. We have President Trump now. We're going to leave our country in a much better place for our kids. Cleaner, safer, more prosperous and more excited about being American. So thankfully we've turned that chapter and Barack is going to be seen for who he is and what he did.

It's, it's been a life's goal and mission of mine to get you on this program to answer some questions because we've had some real characters on this show who I'm not sure know as much as you or at least spent your life trying to understand the, the phenomena that, that we, that we can witness, see, sense and feel. And they've popped off and they've said some crazy things. Like Matt Gaetz told us that there are alien breeding programs and that went pretty crazy. J.D. vance told us that all the aliens are demons. And President Trump and Barack Obama have both sort of popped off on aliens. And then they did sort of a document dump just a couple of days ago. And so given all that, could you please landscape for us what is happening right now when it comes to the intersection of the federal government and disclosures of UAPs?

Right. I mean, so if people have been paying attention, it's a historic time. There's been a fight for a long time to get people to be able to testify under oath and whistleblowers to say what they've seen, what they know. It is clear now with this document dump, it was clear before, but now to the average American, it is clear that there has been a cover up, that there are machines that fly with impunity in our restricted airspace, outpace, outmaneuver and outperform anything that we have. And this has been going on a long time. And for, you know, 75, 80 years, the government's saying nothing to see here move on. All of a sudden we see all these documents that are, you know, contradictory to that. Now people that have been paying attention, you know, they'll know the work that George Knapp and I have done. You know, we brought forward military filmed footage of what they designate as UAP doing extraordinary maneuvers, things that nothing in our arsenal can do. They've excluded China, excluded Russia, excluded our own government. I'm not sure what that leaves remaining. So the UFO Phenomenon is a, a real physical hardware issue. But, you know, if you listen to people that testified in Congress, like David Grage, there were biologics, bodies recovered of beings that were operating or piloting some of these craft. And so this has been going on a long time. Anybody that tells you they know the full answer. Bs, right?

This is such a mosaic. It's a complex issue, but there are some facts. And we're starting to get some of this information coming out, you know, standing from where I am, it's, you know, low hanging fruit. What, what George Knapp and I have been exposed to. That's what we've been trying to report on. That's what we've been trying to bring out to the public, and we've successfully done so through our journalism. You know, last I checked, this is America. We have freedom of speech, freedom of press. That is a protected right here in America. And, you know, I'm really glad to see the government now doing its work. I, I do think this is a historic time, and I do think it's an opportunity. Nothing is, is given in this fight. Never has been. Every millimeter has been fought for. It's been provoked. And, and so, you know, Sleeping Dog coming out at this exact moment is pretty astounding. You know, our premiere was on the day of, of this historic, you know, disclosure by the United States government. It was pretty cool.

I'm just convinced now and then, you know, the moment Obama says that aliens are, you know, aliens are real, but they're not at Area 51, then I. Then the brand new trailer for Steven Spielberg's disclosure day drops the next day. Got it, guys, your timing is impeccable, but here it is. Here it is. Jeremy, this is your time to tell us you're a fed. You know, your timing's incredible.

It's super personal. It lets people into my life, and I wasn't sure I wanted to. To do that, but everybody kind of convinced me. You know, you have to show people your process as a journalist with George, what it is that you've been doing, how you've gotten there. So the movie itself, to me, is really about Journalism, First Amendment, freedom of speech, the suppression of the voices, the manipulation by intelligence agencies, or the attempted manipulation on journalists, the threats that have come to whistleblowers, and including myself and George. So we wanted to put it all on the table, all the cards on the table, and just say, look, this is what we do. This is why we do it. This is an issue of great importance. It's the biggest story in human history. If our government really laid out for our people what it is that's been going on, there's nothing to fear with it. It's part of nature, it's part of the natural world. So this documentary is to provoke. I mean, you see in this documentary eight glimpses when I show some of the process of how George and I keep whistleblowers and data protected. You see me digging out in the desert and you know, essentially what, what you get from this is eight clips of things the government did not release, yet has not released. Now, just from a political standpoint, there are 46 videos that Rep. Luna and all of Congress wrote this letter to Pete Hegseth and, and said, look, we want these specific videos. George Knapp and I did provide those file names and file links, you know, to Congress. But, but we also provided them a whole lot more. So now there's kind of this call and response opportunity right now because if they give those, you know, 45 videos, because actually George and I in our reporting released one of them called Instantaneous Acceleration. So if you look at the list, number two is already out. So it kind of gives you a hint, right? This is going to provoke. It is time to put these videos out to the American public, and Congress is dedicated to it. But the movie's not just about videos. It really shows that the fight for transparency, freedom of speech, which really means freedom of thought, because if we don't have the data, we don't have the information and we can't talk about it, then, then we're not going to understand this fabric of reality that we, that we're living in.

I liken it because we have a lot of people of faith on this channel, and I'm one of them. And then I liken it to, I'm not scared of what I find at the bottom of the sea. Every time James Cameron sends down a damn submarine down there, a submersible, we find a brand new creature, we find brand new. We don't find hundreds sometimes of brand new fish and things that we didn't know existed. And they literally are living on this plane in this Water on this earth with us. I swim in the ocean. You swim in the ocean. And they're in the ocean too, right? And we find them and they're brand new. And we've been here thousands of years. And they've been here thousands of years. And that is, you know, that's, that's not scary to me. It's very interesting. In fact, it's fascinating to me.

It's not, it's not countervailing to my belief system. Right. In no way does it threaten my belief system. And so that's something that I, I love your point there. I love your calming point that, like, this is just the natural order of things. If you wouldn't mind, for us, could please frame up at least could you bring into focus a bit like, what are we going to see in these 46 videos that everyone keeps banging on about?

Right? So the 46 videos is just something that we know that the public can see and it would change the conversation. Imagine this secrecy that's been going on. Like, why the secrecy? You know, back 10 years ago, people didn't. It was a matter of belief. UFOs are not a matter of belief. It's either true or not true. Happens to be true. You know, what they are, where they're from, what the intent is. Why so much kind of surveillance and interaction with human beings throughout history? We don't really know. So these videos, they're kind of a starting point in this way. The secrecy was created because of weaponization. Because when you, when our government found stuff that we didn't understand, and they're like, whoa, whoa, whoa, hold up, can this be weaponized? It became this secret race to try to figure out exploitive technologies, derivative technologies, through exploitation of these craft. And again, it's not just me saying it. We had the head of the DIA's UFO program on our show, George Knapp and I did, called Weaponized, and he admitted that we had an NHI non Human intelligence craft that they've been exploiting and they breached the whole of. I mean, look, the jig is up. The truth is out there now, but what people will see is data. And that's been the problem with secrecy. I understand old school Cold war, keeping the secret till we figure it out, but because people now understand that this is going on to some degree, that kind of excuse is, is out of the way. So the scientific community has not been able to, to look at this information to really help out. You've had a certain very select number of minds on this. When, when these videos are released, they're going to engage the really smart people around the world. The Internet is going to win again.

They'll be able to help define and look at these technologies. So that is kind of my hope, is that that's the beginning process. But ultimately, okay, videos of craft. If we get really clear video of one of these craft, great. But our government has been exploiting this technology. They have documents, apparently, autopsies, bodies. So now we're going from okay, UFOs are real, to like, how much can and how much will they show? Are they even getting the data after the presidential order from the CIA and all these intelligence agencies that show the best data, I'm not sure. But ultimately, if we are given this, you know, full disclosure, in some way, it just shows that we're part of a larger ecosystem that we were unaware of. And that is extremely exciting. We don't know what it means to be a human being if we don't know what we're part of. And so for me, it's. It's not scary at all. Whatever the truth may be, wherever the truth lands, I think it's really important as being a human just to understand our place in the universe.

So you believe that the tranche of files that was put out by the Federal Government@war.gov. uFO, you believe that that's just the first round. That's just not even an appetizer course for what's really.

I got a call right after directly from within the White House and then also from congressional members telling me that's why I kind of broke the story on X, because I was like, okay, it's coming tomorrow and there's going to be more. So they're saying things like, you know, in a few weeks there'll be another dump of information. You know, I believe that to be true. President Trump ordered it. Obviously, this declassification process works. People aren't freaking out, they aren't panicking. And, and I believe if they continue on this path, they should be putting out more and better data. But again, journalism will do the job if they don't. And we are going to provoke as much as we can truth to the American public.

In your lifetime of research this phenomena, do you have any instincts of what is actually happening here? You seem to have been, like, sort of bolted down on, you know, where your gut says as to what, you know, what this is. Which are, which are, is an advanced, an advanced species that has machine. You call the machines machine crafts that are sometimes Flown and sometimes crashed here into our orbit and our Earth. Is that correct or am I way off there?

Jeremy Corbell
They could be crashed or they're as odd and strange as it sound sounds. It's been reported by people within intelligence agencies under oath that there's been some sort of technological agreements. I have no idea. As a journalist, right, I try to go for the things that I can prove. I find the documents, I find the videos. And if they're a public interest, George and I put them out. The big questions, you know, how many species are there? Where are they from? Had they just been here a long time hiding from humanity? I doubt that. I mean these machines are so advanced, our government, when we've been trying to reverse engineer them, have made very little progress over the last 75 years. So if you're asking me the big question, anybody that tells you they know, they don't, they're guessing. I can't really guess here. I just know that, look, why would you make a Ferrari if you're not going to drive fast? When they've pulled these craft apart, they clearly have a propulsion system that is non reactionary. So like rockets to roller skates, you push something out the back and it goes forward. These craft have utilized a different aspect of physics in order to propel. So why would you make something that is possible of traveling amongst the stars if you're not going to do it? So that gives me some insight into my understanding of, of maybe what we're dealing with.

What about. And I never regret ask, asking this question, what have you seen? Can you please color. What have you seen that has sort of made you stand with your jaw a gape?

There have been some, some shocking moments in my investigations. I think that if what I have seen is put out to the American public, I, I believe it will be initially shocking. I, I do think that it is so hard to trust right now. It is so hard to trust your own eyes and what you hear from people. I, I think there needs to be a large amount of evidence that is put forward to the American people in order for it to really sink in. You know, I've been exposed to a lot, Benny, when it, when it comes over the years of my work and some of it you can't trust. But I have really good sources and so does George. We've verified a lot, a lot of it you can trust. So I guess the short answer to your question, if you're asking, you know, what have I seen? I've seen absolute convincing evidence that we are being visited or that there are others that are here and the intent where they're from. I don't know those answers but I, I, I know that some people do and I know that within our government are some of those answers. And the American people don't have just like a right to know. I think at this point we have a need to know they're here.

Meaning that they didn't just accidentally crash land and this wasn't some gas station stop that they're here on purpose and they're, they're living amongst us. Jeremy.

You know, I don't know that is something that people claim, you know. Let me give you an example. In 2004 the Tic Tac UFO event became very, very famous. A good friend of mine, Commander David Fraver, he chased a UFO for the United States military. Now these things were, were above 80,000ft. So you know, that means essentially space and they were dropping down to sea level like that, less than a second, no sonic boom instantaneously. But they weren't just dropping down. They were the words given to me were docking with, somehow docking with something under the water. Within intelligence agencies this is a known secret. So they're doing something that was some sort of operation. So whatever is going on with these non human intelligence, with these craft of unknown origin, there is a purpose. But what that purpose is I just don't know.

I, I excited, you know, I'm excited over it and I, I do think that this is something that we do have a, maybe a historic opportunity to reveal what the government has been doing. So you know, I've never been briefed into that. You know, there's a lot out there in the lore of, of UFO and what's been going on. It's been so stigmatized for so long, I'm, I'm really going after the nuts and bolts and trying to build upon that. Every option is open until we have the core understanding. That's what I mean by freedom of thought. Like if we don't have the information, we can't have debate, we can't have speech, we can't have the scientific community looking at all of this. You know, what's happening right now is they're saying we can't have our government overthrown. People can't know this. If they know this, then they'll know we're not in charge and we're helpless to stop them. And then the illusion of security will go away. And so we can't do that. Right. It has to be that. We can destroy China at any time, we can destroy Iran at any time. We're the world's warlords. But if we show them this technology or these other beings that can do this and we can't do it, it means we're subservient to them. Therefore, we lose our power. And that's, of course, how power structures are built institutionally and always have been. And so what, you know, what happens next? What's your. What's your word of advice to somebody making that decision right now?

Yeah, my simple word of advice. It's very logical, which is that people are ready to understand this truth. I understand the secrecy. I understand why this was held secret for so long. The United States Supreme Court's going to probably laugh this completely off their docket. And this is nothing but face saving, Sean. This was a utter, complete humiliation for Akeem Jeffries and Virginia Democrats. They just burned $70 million, $10 million of taxpayer money, $70 million in campaign funds. And listen, if they had just paid attention to the attorney general's opinion I issued last fall saying this is completely unconstitutional under the Virginia Constitution. And so, no, the Supreme Court, this is nothing but window dressing for them to try to save face with their donors. This is going to get laughed out by the Supreme Court. This is a last desperate gasp. But now what they're trying to do, as you reported, you have this scheme where they essentially want to unconstitutionally remove justices in Virginia. The Constitution of Virginia says you can only remove justices by impeachment in Virginia, in this case, by arbitrarily lowering the retirement age. It is an unconscionable scale scheme. It shows how little in the rule of law that they've been paying attention to.

Ladies and gentlemen, the man who also held the title of the attorney general of Virginia, a man who has been on our program correctly predicting this, calling that shot way out to the outfield, is Ken Cinelli. Okay, so you can't plan for which court you're appealing to, the Virginia Supreme Court or the United States Supreme Court. You can't plan on having to spell the word Senator. Nobody knows how to spell that. Or Virginia. I mean you can't expect these people to do that.

Oh my gosh. Or a Tony General got that one wrong too. And I mean for your listeners, the misspelling Virginia and stentiter stentiter instead of senator was in a two page briefing that they slaved over. So obviously they were working too hard to pay attention to spell check. I'm not a big Bill Gates fan, but he can spell Virginia and he can spell Senator.

Attorney general. Okay, so a billboard for DEI hires here. What is, what are the chances of the Supreme Court reinstituting this map?

Zero. Zero. Not you. You're so far down the road they aren't even going to entertain this. So you know, I, I watched Jason say there on the Hannity clip you showed, they'll laugh it out of court. I, I know what he was saying. But they won't even get to laughing because the Chief justice who sits over the 4th Circuit isn't even going to advance it onto the full court because they don't have jurisdiction. And you didn't need to go to law school to know this. You just need to remember your civics class from high school. State supreme courts are the final word on state constitutions and that's what this decision was. And they're trying to desperately say, well they, they referred to federal cases and for the non lawyers, we refer to cases all over the country that talk about similar subjects that might have useful thinking. That doesn't mean they govern the outcome of the case we're in. And that's, that's the situation here. And so they're hooking on to the fact that they talked about federal cases to suggest to the Supreme Court that there's a federal issue, federal question that they have jurisdiction over. And of course we have a, a Supreme Court of the United States that has actually been very particular about not exercising jurisdiction where it does not have jurisdiction, unlike most of the rest of yours in my life from the US Supreme Court where they just took everything in and it was very political. That is not what this court does. And of all justices, I suppose you could get the hardcore conservatives, but the Chief justice is persnickety about that. And I say that favorably. I don't always say favorable things about the Chief Justice.

Where does this leave Democrats other than a humiliating. As sheep? It's been so embarrassing. It's been a demoralization.

Process. It's been a doom loop. It's like, why even do this? It's amazing. I mean, if you were to script it, you couldn't come up with something worse. I don't know who the dark arts master is. Maybe it's you, Ken, who like convinced Democrats to spend million in dark money in Virginia. Lighted on fire right before the midterms. What a black pill.

They spent more on this referendum than they spent to elect Abigail Spanberger governor of Virginia.

Which is incredible. Just incredible. And I mean if you're one of their donors and the next time they come to you and say, hey, we've got this great creative idea, we just need you to give us about 20 million, what's your reaction gonna be? Yeah, get me the, give me the gasoline, Eddie. Yeah, I'll just light it on fire right here. Oh my gosh. And, and you know, you mentioned the state taxpayer money, but in Virginia, I don't know what other states are like, but in Virginia the local governments are forced to fund the election in their jurisdiction. So 5 to 10 million dollars of taxpayer money is over only the state part. The, the majority of the spending here is local governments who had no say in this unconstitutional trampling and they have to run an election for 45 days. Another gift the Democrats have given us is the 45 day election. What's very funny though is they did get hoisted on their 45 day election petard here. If the election had only been 15 days and they moved up there, the start of their shenanigans, two weeks, they would have pulled this off.

The Supreme Court retroactively, which I thought is genius. I was like, this is brilliant. This is brilliant. It's amazing. Every man could do this in his marriage right now. Age limit's 30 now. Like every. Every single. Like you could do this in Congress. Age limit is 40, right? You wipe out the entire school squad. Ilhan Omar, aoc They go packing. You can do this. The Biden presidency. The age limit is 81. Right? And Biden's no longer president. It's so smart. It's so. You know, the age limit is. You have to be sober. And Nancy Pelosi is no longer. Speech of the House. It's perfect, Ken. It's perfect. I love it. It's a genius move. I don't know why we don't do it. It's so smart. Is it gonna work? It's gonna work. Yeah.

It's not going to happen. It could work, but it's not going to happen. And first of all, they need a special session. And there's only two ways to get that. Two thirds of the General Assembly. That's not happening because the Republicans won't do it. Or Governor Spanberger, who, speaking of lighting things on fire, pretty much lit herself on fire in all her political capital. She has cratered her honeymoon numbers faster and farther than any governor of either party in modern Virginia history. She is. She has lost her popularity in political capital so fast on something that she probably didn't really want to do in the first place. But once she jumped in, she got in with both feet and she pretty much lit herself on fire. It's like dropping the Molotov cocktail on yourself, yourself before. Before you throw it. And politically, that's what she's done. There's no way they get her to call a special session to do something that is even crazier than court packing. This is court trashing. We're going to throw the whole thing into the trash and start over. Yeah. Not happening in Virginia.

Okay. It is okay. It is amazing because what you've done now is you've taken this. Is it fair to call Virginia a 50. 50 state? I think it's like probably the single most purple state in all of America leans.

It leans blue. And we have Washington, D.C. bipartisan overspending to thank for that. We used to be a red state, but you keep growing the federal government big Government people come. They don't want to live in Maryland. Maryland stinks. So they live in Virginia and they keep voting for big government and they keep pushing us farther to the left. It's a unique political problem in the United States. And until we get a balanced budget requirement, Virginia is going to keep creeping farther to the left because of the population of Northern Virginia brought in to run this federal government.

But you elect, you just elected a very popular Republican governor. You served and you served, obviously, and ran for governor. Republicans can win in Virginia and do. And they become.

Totally. Right. There's a lot of places where Republicans are just a joke. Right. And they're out of the game. And so I guess like you brought up Spamberger and it's like you've just proven to millions of voters what you will do with a scintilla of power, with an ounce of power, you will disenfranchise them. You know, you will gut your Constitution. You will light all the money on fire. You'll do everything you can to steal every right that they have, which, I mean, they've done a number on Second Amendment rights, but really the right of like representation is what they were stealing here. And that's, I think, even more universal and more bigger crime to take from somebody because it's so fundamental. And so, yeah, like, it just seems like the dumb, the single dumbest political play this side of like maybe Biden's pull out of Afghanistan. This is like the biggest political backfire I've probably ever seen because you showed your cards for absolutely nothing and then pissed off everyone motivated every Republican or independent voter in the state against you.

Yeah. So I think that Americans are, including my fellow Virginians, you know, we don't have these long memories. I'll set aside the Joe Biden jokes here, but the. I don't know that it's going to motivate a ton of people on voting come November. But I will say this. If they want to try it again and try to do it correctly, they're going to have a lot of their own folks to overcome who don't. Who felt like they had to take a shower after they went and voted for this Trump derangement syndrome effort. And they're just not going to do it again. They're just not going to do it again.

Maybe. I mean, you do talk about short term memory loss. That's something that you get when you smoke too much weed. Apparently Luis Lucas has been smoking tons of weed and is.

And Selling it, right. Yep, that's right. Dime bag straight out of the congressional office. She got herself an FBI raid after, you know, thumping the whole 101 right F around find out kind of thing. And your take on this, what's going to happen here? What this, this story is like the story popped and then I haven't heard much about it since.

Yeah. Which is classic for investigations, that. Investigations. One of my frustrations when I was the Attorney General is how slow they can often be. This one started in the Biden administration. So lest anyone think that Donald Trump is out to get Louise Lucas, Louise Lucas more or less invited the attention on herself. And, and I served with Louise when I was in the Virginia State Senate. She's been there a very long time. She is a very thuggish legislator, and I think you've seen that with her T shirt sales and, you know, and, and everything else. And, and what I will say I've enjoyed is watching her lay in to Spanberger publicly. I mean, talk about no honeymoon. Louise was on her in like two months, publicly trashing her and treating her like dirt. And Spanberger is just trying to smile and grin and bear it. So she's a, she's a real gift to the Republican Party. I gave her Republican of the Week last week. With the, between the FBI investigation and, and her incompetence in bringing forward this gerrymandering effort, I thought she really deserved Republican of the Week. I couldn't think of any Republican that served Republican Republicans better than Luis Lucas had last week.

And, and I think based on my experience, and now I'm sort of putting my prosecutor's hat on. The FBI doesn't move forward. They have a 95 conviction rate. They don't move forward unless they're very confident of what they have. There have already been arrests made, and I expect to see some rolling up, which is the usual prosecutorial approach. And she is up the chain from the people who were initially busted. So. And her business partner has been been being investigated for a while as well. So things don't look really good right now for Louise Lucas. And, but, you know, if you're her lawyer, you're about to make a lot of money. So. And, but I know where she should not go to get a lawyer. And it's the same people who advise them that this referendum was a great idea. And frankly, one of the fun things I've been doing is, you know, the Senate majority leader, not Louise Lucas, guy named Scott Serville, has been. Well, dozens of lawyers told us this was Perfectly bad. I'm like, name them, name them, name them. Of course, Scott's a lawyer himself. He's not a very good lawyer. But. But I have a funny feeling none of those lawyers live in Virginia and that they may be easily found on the Mark Elias who we Are webpage of that law firm. So. But Louise. Louise should look elsewhere for counsel for her personal requirements going forward. I think that would be very advisable for. For Louise.

My one criticism of Your commentary there, Mr. Attorney General, is that in the state of Virginia, they're not called lawyers, they're called attorneys. And so please use the correct pronouns, because that's offensive, right? Please use the correct pronouns. For a legal professional, it's an attorney. And Louise Lucas is as a senator,

I'm not sure they really need to, but they will, because when the Chief justice asks you for a submission, you provide it and then look for the application to simply be denied on Friday. Friday.
