Tuning in with bliss means tuning in with nature. The inner peace that gets activated is paradise. However, it takes a bit of discomfort and surrender to get into the rhythm.

Connecting with nature can be as simple as paying attention to the rain, noticing the trees that line your street, walking through a plant shop. The options are endless.

Just be with it until all other preoccupations dissipate. Once that happens, you’ll find yourself in complete love and gratitude for whatever is being gifted to you by the natural world.
