During an online War Room with Daniel Hill, Umesh gave a simple brief: Find me a deal. Up to £500k cash. Pull all my money back out. Cashflow positively. Within minutes, they found it live in the room - a block of five apartments on Rightmove. That was Thursday at noon. By Friday at 16:29, contracts had been exchanged. A deal sourced, assessed, funded and secured in just 28 hours. But this story is about far more than one deal. When Umesh joined Property Entrepreneur in 2022, he had already founded Moneyrow Properties. He had a product and a brand, but he didn't yet have the Blueprint for how to build and scale it. In this episode, Umesh shares the hurdles he had to overcome, from finding the right market strategy and building the right team, to surrounding himself with the right peer group and learning how to create a more balanced Life by Design.
