We just contributed to the first people to do podcasts.

We get to ask other people questions. Cause we're sick and tired of being asked questions.
Nick Jonas
Well, sick and tired is a strong way to put it, but you know, tired and sick. Tired and sick.

Amy
Had a friend call me yesterday and go, hey, I'm gonna bring some food over. And I was like, for what? Am I doing potluck or anything? He's like, no, I just wanted to wait till kind of calm down. But I'll bring some food, and if you need to, I'll just drop it off the door. But it's gonna be hot, so be sure to get it. And so I was like, oh, great. So I brought it for the baby. And so he brought, like, a bunch of steak and sweet potatoes, and he was just going to drop it off. I was just getting home, and I saw him, and I was like, he came inside for, like, five minutes. Love the fact that he knew and I knew, we both knew that neither one of us really wanted to spend a lot of time there. And I really like this person, but I had baby to take care of. He probably had somewhere to be, but I thought it was super nice.
Caitlin
Like a guy guy all on his own. Does he have a woman in his life?
Morgan
Why?
Lunchbox Man
I really wouldn't think of that.
Amy
He cooked it himself.
Morgan
That's interesting.
Caitlin
Okay, see, this is where I'm getting, like, this is pretty cool.
Morgan
He's a single dude.
Amy
No, it's Kevin Klug, who I trained with for a long time.
Caitlin
Hold on. He just had a baby.
Amy
He did. I know his third. And so when they had the baby,
Caitlin
how does he have time?
Amy
Well, and this is what he said, too, when they had the baby. My new thing is, somebody has a baby, I send him an UberEats or a door Dash gift card, because whichever they use, I send it to them. And go get the food on your own time, because I know times are weird. So I sent it to him as soon as he had the baby. And then the next day he was like, we didn't do anything for you guys. I promise it's not because you sent that, but we're going to cook you dinner. And he also knows what I like to eat and what Caitlin eats because she has to eat super clean because of her autoimmune disease. And so he made a bunch of steak, chopped and sweet potatoes, and just dropped it off. And he's like, hey, I'm going to be a little later. I'm not done with sweet potatoes yet. So he was cooking the sweet potatoes himself.
Caitlin
No. That's cool.
Morgan
So what were you thinking?
Caitlin
I was thinking sexism.
Amy
What?
Caitlin
No, I didn't lunchbox is the one that interjected and said there's no way he's thinking of it if he doesn't have a woman in his life. And that wasn't where I was going. I was just curious because I was going to give him props if he also didn't have a woman in his life. And he did that anyways.
Amy
He has a woman, but she's focused probably on the three kids now and the new baby.
Caitlin
Like, he has a woman and baby.
Amy
So he got a woman.
Caitlin
He knows what it's like. Similar to you. Like, you didn't really realize what it was like until you got a woman and a baby.
Amy
I'd also like to say the fact that he was going to drop it off on the porch. A plus.
Caitlin
Yeah.
Amy
And then when he came in. Five minutes.
Morgan
Did you enjoy the five minutes of community time?
Amy
Yes, because I knew there was a limit on the five minutes. We had discussed that as he was
Caitlin
walking inside, you were like, I'm setting a timer.
Amy
Trust me. We have spent many hours together, hundreds of hours together. And so he was getting there, and he goes, I. I won't be long. I was like, I got five minutes. And he was like, great. So I go back, and luckily, Billy was eating in the bedroom. And so I went and I grabbed her. I was like, look at the baby. Took her back. And he was like, dang, that's a lot of hair. And then we talked for a second about his. And then it was like, all right, good to see you. And away he went.
Caitlin
Perfect.
Amy
A plus. Couldn't have. Couldn't have happened better. So that is mine. What do you have?
Caitlin
Well, so I had my little road trip yesterday, and I got this tire notification that popped up as I'm driving, and I'm thinking, what? I just got four new tires. Luckily, I took a screenshot and then I Googled it, and it was like, just this one thing. I had to switch, and the notification went away. Everything was fine.
Amy
Is the thing you switch. Turn off. Just turn off all notifications. Because you can turn them off even if you don't fix it.
Caitlin
No, I just had to go through and, like, adjust it. It said something about, I don't know, I have a photo. But I also sent it to the guy that did my tires.
Amy
And.
Caitlin
And then. But after I sent it to him, I was like, oh, I'm just gonna Google it. Cause that's probably annoying. People probably text you tire stuff all the time. Uh, but I was just thankful that nothing was wrong. And the road trip, like, nothing no, nothing shady happened. I was trying to both hands on the wheel the whole time. I kept having these visions of accidents happening. Just. I was like, is this preparing me for something? And then. No accidents happened. Tell me something good.
Amy
All I think about is final destination, where they think.
Caitlin
Do you ever think, like, what if that car in front of me, like, swerves or a tire flies off? Or, like, I kept having visions, or this car runs into that car? Like, what's going to be my move?
Amy
Amy, have you heard my thoughts on the two yellow lines in the middle of the road?
Caitlin
Yeah.
Amy
Any car at any time, halfway distracted, could swerve over and kill all of us. And the only thing that's keeping it from doing that are two painted yellow lines that don't stop anything. So, yeah, I've had that.
Caitlin
Yeah. Okay, so it wasn't like, there's four lanes.
Amy
Like, two go on one, two go on the other with yellow lines in the middle. I'm in the far right lane. I don't ride the middle.
Caitlin
What do you do on the highway? I mean, I know there's not oncoming traffic.
Amy
Yeah. No oncoming traffic. I don't care. You know what can stop cars? Those barriers in the middle.
Morgan
Yes.
Caitlin
But I didn't know if you had a preferred lane, because you do drive slow.
Morgan
You drive slow.
Amy
All you guys can, like, kiss me.
Morgan
No, no, no. Relatively slow compared to everyone else.
Caitlin
So I didn't know, Like, I think you're supposed to stay in the right lane.
Lunchbox Man
Yeah, the slow lane.
Morgan
We prefer you on the right lane.
Lunchbox Man
Yeah.
Amy
I don't always drive slow, but if I don't have somewhere to go and I don't need to hastily arrive, I will drive the speed limit.
Caitlin
When is the last time you ever hastily arrived? Anywhere. And I'm not. I'm not being. This is actually a compliment.
Amy
There are times probably, when something happens in traffic. I've been really good about leaving earlier with the baby. If we leave to go somewhere, like,
Caitlin
you leave with enough time to probably get a flat tire.
Amy
Most of the time I do, but there are times where I do, because if there's traffic or if there's an accident, that does slow me a bit. I'm human. Watch me. I'm gonna make myself bleed. Watch. No, no, no, no, no. Don't do that. Oh, I was gonna.
Sanjanah Bhasker
We believe you.
Amy
I was gonna stab myself with a pen. So you guys believed it. Yeah. Again, I'm not traditionally known for being late, but it. Stuff happens. But on the highway, I usually drive in the right lane. Unless slower. Unless I get a pass. But you're supposed to do that, you know, it's not slower traffic.
Morgan
Yeah, yeah.
Amy
No, you ride in that lane until you need to pass. That's it. And then you pass and you get back in the right lane, right?
Caitlin
No, I don't ever ride in the right lane ever. Ever.
Morgan
So you're always going really fast.
Caitlin
I mean, I might be in there for a minute if I'm trying to get over, but if I'm in the right lane, I'm trying to get to the middle or the.
Morgan
Do you ever look in your rear view and see like 80 cars behind you? Really upset?
Caitlin
I know, I'm like, oh, I better move.
Amy
Why would you say I don't ever drive?
Caitlin
I don't ever.
Amy
I mean, unless you're passing cars, you should always be in the right lane.
Morgan
That's true. That's the rule. Yeah.
Caitlin
Okay. Eddie and I have similar routes to work. The similar route to work and it's on the highway for quite a bit.
Morgan
Do you see me sometimes?
Abby
I do.
Caitlin
But like, would you like you get in the right lane when you're on your way to work?
Morgan
No, I'm always on the left lane.
Steve
See?
Amy
Same if you're passing cars. Great.
Morgan
It's just there's never anyone in the left lane. So it's perfect. It's like it's all yours.
Caitlin
It's also carpool lane, no. Uh huh. Isn't it?
Morgan
Yeah, it is here. Yes.
Amy
If you're not carpooling though.
Caitlin
I know, but you just take your chances.
Amy
But okay.
Morgan
She has one of those blow up dolls in the passenger seat.
Caitlin
Yeah, I just. Wow. I didn't. I'm gonna have to give that a.
Morgan
The right lane.
Amy
The right lane is where you're supposed to drive. Unless you're passing and then you get over back in the right lane.
Abby
Okay.
Lunchbox Man
What about the middle lane?
Caitlin
Yeah.
Amy
What are you talking about? We're talking about two lanes on each side.
Lunchbox Man
Oh, she's talking about the highway. She's talking about the highway.
Amy
Okay. But on the highway, unless you're taking like a left exit, you should always be in the right lane. Unless you're passing
Caitlin
that.
Amy
That's the general rule.
Caitlin
I feel like it would take me forever to get to work. Also six miles down the road, I got to exit left.
Amy
Six miles.
Caitlin
Yeah, I want to be in the left. So when it's time for me to exit, I'm not like, excuse me now
Amy
I want to make myself bleed. Just because of the segment. It's not even that. I want to show you I'm human. Okay.
Caitlin
Wow.
Amy
Lunchbox man.
Lunchbox Man
Today's a big day for me, you guys. I mean Amy surprised me with Dr. K coming in here, the Titans doctor looking at my midsection. And today at 2:00 clock I have an appointment. I will be going to his office and laying down on the table and hopefully he will be fixing me.
Amy
Well, I wouldn't put that expectation.
Lunchbox Man
I'm just hoping, is it hopefully that
Amy
you go in and get fixed though today? Even though hopefully I would hope you go in. He can address it and it is a slow process to being fixed.
Lunchbox Man
That's what I mean. Also is like he's going to be able to say these are the steps, let's start doing it.
Amy
And what do you miss your pregnant women?
Lunchbox Man
Let me tell you, I had to break up with my physical therapist.
Morgan
Oh, that's awkward.
Lunchbox Man
And it was, it was weird.
Caitlin
Like, did he advise that?
Lunchbox Man
Yeah, he was like, yeah, I would hold off on physical theory physical therapy for now. Maybe I'll send you back. But let's wait. So I called her and I was like, hey, you know I'm not going to be to make it in today and I need to cancel my future appointments because I went to a new doctor. And she's like, so how long are you going to be out? I was like, no, no, like this
Amy
is it, it's not you, it's me.
Lunchbox Man
And she was like, oh, so like maybe a couple of weeks you'll come back? I was like, maybe a couple months. I'm not sure. She goes, oh, so what to close like your case file?
Amy
Okay. She was getting all sad talking like that.
Lunchbox Man
Oh no, she was, she was.
Amy
Oh no.
Morgan
And then like only a couple of weeks, right? No, no, I'll see you again.
Amy
You're right.
Caitlin
She sounds devastated.
Lunchbox Man
No, she was. No, she was. It was very, it was, it was a weird, awkward conversation and I think maybe she was a little sad that I didn't do it in person. Like I didn't come say goodbye or whatever. I just called. But at that point it's like, do I really need to drive over there and tell her? So I did it over the phone.
Amy
So no more pelvic floor class.
Lunchbox Man
No more pelvic floor class with all the pregnant women. Yeah. So all the pregnant women have just disappeared. They're probably like, what happened to that guy? Did he just pass away?
Caitlin
Because that's medical. And you go in and you're probably using your insurance. I don't know. But do You. Are you Daniel there?
Lunchbox Man
Nope.
Amy
Is that who she misses? Daniel?
Morgan
Yeah, that's a good question.
Amy
That makes sense. He really likes Daniel because he's so like him.
Morgan
He's a nice guy.
Lunchbox Man
No, no, no.
Steve
So you.
Caitlin
You go there as Lunchbox.
Amy
Yep.
Morgan
That says. It says lunchbox in your medical card.
Lunchbox Man
Yep.
Amy
Does it say lunch space, last name, box, or lunchbox?
Lunchbox Man
Lunchbox.
Amy
And then what's the last name?
Lunchbox Man
That's it. There is no last name.
Amy
Sounds like share.
Lunchbox Man
It's like McLovin.
Morgan
Okay, bomb.
Amy
Got it, got it, got it, got it, got it. All right, cool. Eddie, tell me something good.
Morgan
Yeah, dude, you were right. So I went to the dentist yesterday to get my crown. I had a temporary. Amy was like, I got a root canal, but they put a temporary crown on there, and I had to go back to get my permanent one. And, dude, you're right. It was 20 minutes top.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Nothing.
Amy
Nothing.
Morgan
Yeah, like, they didn't have to. The. The mold that came in was exactly perfect. Like, it fit great. They sealed it, which. I don't understand the ceiling thing, like, because the temporary. Beep. Yeah. And the temporary one, they just, like, grabbed it and pulled it off. Like, that was it, like.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Oh, yeah.
Morgan
It was barely just. It doesn't really. It just kind of snaps on. That's it. But the permanent one is like a seal with a little light on it, and then it's supposed to stay on there forever, and it does.
Amy
He was nervous yesterday during the segment because he was going in to have that final from his root canal. He said, I gotta go in again today. And I was like, oh, it's much easier. They've already ripped the root out. Now they just put the temporary on. So it'll be quick.
Morgan
The permanent one.
Amy
Yeah, yeah.
Morgan
But also, too, like, I thought they were going to numb it, which they didn't have to numb it. It's very easy.
Amy
So the seal is weird. They treat it. I think that's what they say. They take that thing go.
Morgan
It's like some liquid they put on it, and then a blue light that's supposed to seal it forever. And I'm like, how does that work? That's crazy.
Amy
Congratulations on your tooth. It's a good day, Morgan.
Steve
Well, so I thought that I potentially broke my toe, but I. It seems to be recovering now, so I'm really excited that I don't have a potential other injury.
Amy
A broken toe is like a broken rib. If you've ever had one or both, there is nothing you can do about it except just pray that it feels better soon and let it heal, because with a broken rib, you can cover it so it doesn't get hit again, but you can't really, like, reset it. I've broken a cracked couple ribs, I've broken a couple toes, and nothing you can do except cover it. They don't do anything.
Morgan
They're just like, yeah, could her toe, could that have been broken?
Amy
Not if it feels this good this quick.
Steve
Yeah, it was so. It was really bad. When we were playing sand volleyball, I had got, like, what they call, like, a sand monster, which is a turf toe in sand volleyball, and I had, like, got my toe stuck underneath sand, and it was painful. You would, like, genuinely, you would have thought that I, like, broke my ankle, and I was in pain for 48 hours. I was barely walking. I was limping. I looked like a little penguin trying to stumble over places. And now, like, today I woke up and it feels a whole lot better than it did. So I'm, like, hopeful that it's not as serious of an injury as I thought it was.

Nick Jonas
We just contributed to First People to Do Podcasts. Pretty yeah, pretty wide range of podcasts, but this one's extra special.
Lunchbox Man
So how did we.
Podcast Promo Voice
How do we actually come up with the name hey Jonas? Guys, I honestly don't remember.
Sanjanah Bhasker
I think it was on a call
Podcast Promo Voice
about what we should call it and, well, we were thinking. I'm originally calling it one of the early names of our band before Jonas Brothers was.
Nick Jonas
This is how you guys remember it going down?
Podcast Promo Voice
Yes.
Nick Jonas
I have a very different memory of this. We were talking about a thing a
Amy
bit for the podcast.
Nick Jonas
People could call in and say, hey Jonas. And then I wrote down on my little notepad, hey Jonas and offered it up as a potential title for the podcast. But thanks for remembering that.

Doug
Humor me. I need some jokes to make me seem funny.
Amy
Hey Ray. Violo. Do you want to tell me something good for you that I have for you?
Joe Jonas
Sure.
Amy
So it's mostly telling me something bad for Eddie, but in comparison to Ray. So I got Ray into Kane's Thursday night grand opening.
Caitlin
Oh, Kane Brown.
Amy
Oh, yeah. Which Kane do you know?
Caitlin
The wrestler you think I was talking
Amy
about Undertaker's brother Kane raising Kane's chicken. Yeah, sorry, Kane Brown.
Caitlin
Yeah.
Amy
So got Ray into that. And yesterday he was saying he's gonna go, but Bae's probably not gonna go. He's gonna go by himself because her job. And then Eddie's like, I got invited too. But Eddie got invited. The Friday night one.
Morgan
Yeah, I got an email, dude. VIP baby, Friday night.
Joe Jonas
I'll let you know how it is, though.
Amy
Hey, no, no, Friday night. That's. That's for nothing. What is.
Morgan
What is Friday night versus Thursday night?
Amy
Well, Thursday night's like close circle.
Lunchbox Man
That's the industry night. That's when all the stars will be there.
Morgan
Oh, so I got invited to, like, the one where the media just shows up.
Lunchbox Man
Yeah, that's the one.
Amy
There'll be some people there too, because they want to look cool for the media. But Thursday nights, like close friends. Close friends and family.
Morgan
Okay, so that is. Tell me something good for Ray. Yeah, that he got to the close one. He got to go to the close
Amy
and tell me something bad for Eddie that he got.
Caitlin
So you're gonna go, Eddie?
Morgan
I don't know.
Lunchbox Man
You want to go? Dude, I got the email too, and I was like, dude, we got invited. I didn't realize we were the wrong night too.
Amy
No, no, it's still a good night.
Morgan
Do you want to go?
Lunchbox Man
But it's not the. The night night.
Joe Jonas
Well, that's such a bad look going a day after I was already there.
Abby
I know.
Lunchbox Man
Ray already has all the stories and he has all the pictures with the celebs. And we're going to be there and it's going to be common.
Robert Smigel
Right.
Morgan
You could just tell us what to do. Like, what. What is good there? What drinks are good.
Amy
It just won't be as crowded on Thursday night. And it's probably like people close to Kane. And you guys come with, like, who
Lunchbox Man
are some of the artists that are close to Kane?
Amy
No idea. I'm just trying to think of, like, show up. Because on Thursday night, artists will probably. A lot of them will still be in town Friday night.
Lunchbox Man
Oh, they're touring, man.
Morgan
It's a good point.
Lunchbox Man
Damn. We're gonna go and there's gonna be no one. It's gonna be covered.
Amy
I bet you Kane's there both nights.
Morgan
Okay, I was gonna ask you that. You think Kane will be there both nights?
Amy
Probably.
Joe Jonas
Okay, but I mean, I'll already have seen it.
Morgan
Yeah, but yeah.
Lunchbox Man
You think Kane have a drink with us?
Morgan
We asked him. Probably right. A shot.
Caitlin
Why are you being weird?
Morgan
What do you mean?
Caitlin
I don't know. That just feels like a weird. You think Kane will have a drink with us?
Morgan
He's a big Kane fan. Which Fox loves.
Lunchbox Man
Kane rap. No, no, it's just cool. Like if you're at the grand opening of his bar to say, man, when that bar opened, me and Kane sat down and had a drink, talked about life.
Morgan
What a process.
Amy
The second day after it opened, because Ray did it the first day, but on the opening.
Morgan
That's what I'm confused about.
Amy
Probably. Mike, would you pull up that email? Maybe Friday night? Because that could be the opening. Yeah. Opening doors 5, 22, 26. Is that Friday? Yeah. Oh, so you guys are going to the night?
Morgan
Actual day. The bar, everyone?
Lunchbox Man
Yeah, Normal people will be there.
Amy
Oh, yeah. Join us. Okay, let me read this. This is the email you guys got?
Lunchbox Man
Yep.
Amy
Let's see. Kane Brown's bar on Broadway's opening Friday. I wanted to invite you if you're interested. Be sure to RSVP we. Scroll down. Opening 5, 22, 26. Opening our doors. Join us for the official opening of Kane Browns on Broadway. Present this for priority access. So you probably just cut the line. Ray's going to, like, vip.
Morgan
Dang.
Amy
You guys are going to pee and
Morgan
Ray's really gonna go, right?
Amy
I don't know.
Morgan
Okay.
Amy
He said he was.
Morgan
I did.
Lunchbox Man
I called him.
Amy
Was like, hey, can Ray get in? Ray and bay get in 100. So he's VIP Europe.
Morgan
Damn. We're just peeing on the day that it opens for everyone.
Caitlin
Friday. There's no. Did you say 26th?
Amy
22nd.
Caitlin
22nd. Okay. I was about to say there's no 26th.
Amy
We send them a day that's not even open.
Morgan
We're knocking the door.
Amy
Hey, you want to have a drink?
Morgan
I got the email. Yeah.
Caitlin
That's so weird. I don't know why I heard the 26th.
Amy
I probably speak real fast, and you probably heard it because I don't speak very well.
Caitlin
I don't hear very well. It's me.
Amy
I don't speak well. You don't hear very well. Where they hear no evil, see no evil. You guys ever see that?
Morgan
Yeah.
Liberty Mutual Voice
Yeah.
Amy
Yeah. Raymondo, do you ever tell me something good? Yeah.
Joe Jonas
My wife, she'll occasionally, because we live completely different lives. So I'll go to bed at 5. She stays up till like midnight. So sometimes she'll order food, and if she does, she'll order extra and put it in the fridge for me. So whenever that day happens, it's the best ever. I open the fridge, quesadillas from O Charlie's. I mean, what an amazing start to the day. I'm just like, thank you, Bazer. That's why I married you. That's my wife.
Morgan
That's why I married you.
Joe Jonas
No, she thinks of other people. That's one of the reasons.
Amy
Yeah. It was bigger than the quesadillas.
Lunchbox Man
I thought it was because she got left quesadillas in the fridge.
Morgan
I Was like, wow, this is why we. We got married.
Amy
Hey, Abby, I see you have your headphones on. Do you have anything? Think back. Think all day yesterday.
Abby
All day yesterday. Oh, well, I have a massage booked for tomorrow, so. That's exciting, because.
Amy
Dang, she's addicted now.
Abby
I used to.
Morgan
Not yet.
Abby
I used to think I would never get one again.
Amy
Why would.
Morgan
What happened?
Amy
The first time that she went. I think they, like, licked her neck or something.
Abby
Oh, my gosh. Now, that pain.
Caitlin
He was breathing on her.
Abby
He was moaning.
Caitlin
Oh, he's moaning and heavy.
Morgan
Every time he would, like, rub your back, he'd moan.
Abby
Yeah, he enjoyed it more than me. Let's just put it that way.
Morgan
I bet he did.
Amy
Maybe it just was hard for him to push.
Morgan
Why are you moaning, dude?
Amy
Well, because maybe it's like, if you lift away, don't you go, that's a grunt. Maybe he was grunting.
Morgan
How was he doing it?
Abby
Abby, why do you ask me to do it? Like, he's like, I can't do it. He's like,
Morgan
that's not a grunt, man. It's not good.
Lunchbox Man
We can't be doing that.
Abby
We can't. I hope he's not still there. Same place, time ago. Yeah. No, no, no, sorry. It was in. That was in Kansas City. I'm just saying, for that spa. I hope he is not there.
Caitlin
Like, for the other women's sake.
Abby
Yes.
Amy
I mean, the perfect circumstance would be. Abby goes, gets there, got a massage. All right, your masseuse will be in soon. Your massage therapist, I should say, comes in, sees the feet. Cause she's got her face in the circle. They start to rub. And she goes. And then she's doing a little small talk, and she's like, where are you from? And he's like, well, I just moved here from Kansas City.
Morgan
Oh, no. Her eyes get really big. That's him.
Abby
I'll be like, I'm done. Okay, bye.
Caitlin
I'm getting out of here.
Abby
No, I won't go to males anymore. Remember, I'm just doing females.
Amy
Well, they could have transitioned.
Morgan
Screw.
Abby
Wait, that could happen.
Amy
What?
Caitlin
Okay, that's interesting. Hadn't thought of that.
Amy
Hey, trust me, nobody has. Not that whole scenario.
Caitlin
No, I thought of that because, like, okay, I don't know. Should that be disclosed from massage therapist?
Amy
No, I don't think that's part of it.
Caitlin
Okay. I don't know. I had not thought of that.
Amy
You pick man, woman, what you don't want, then what? You can pick a racist, too? I don't want a White person.
Lunchbox Man
Oh, my God.
Amy
Can you give me anything but a white person, please?
Caitlin
No, I just still don't know. I don't know. That's an interesting thing.
Morgan
Yeah.
Amy
Yeah. There you have it. It's live, man. That's where we're at. Scooby, Steve, Scuba. Do you have anything you don't have to, man.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Yeah, I really don't have anything. At my daughter's graduations tomorrow, graduating preschool, going to.
Amy
What were you talking about, though? That was like, you can't share, but it's big news.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Oh, you know about it. But that hasn't officially happened yet.
Amy
Oh, got it.
Sanjanah Bhasker
I was just teen it up.
Morgan
And your daughter's graduating. Preschool.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Preschool, yeah. Going into kindergarten next year, which is crazy.
Morgan
Congratulations, man.
Lunchbox Man
Was.
Sanjanah Bhasker
It's actually really cool, I guess, in a sense of. She was one of those kids that was. Didn't communicate. She only made sounds and noises. I think Eddie experienced that. Or maybe Lunchbox saw it.
Amy
No, Lunchbox does that now.
Sanjanah Bhasker
But she would never. She wouldn't communicate with words. But it was crazy because when she would make the sounds that she made with her mouth, the inflection was her mood or what she was trying to say. And she's transformed so much between the age of two to three and now four. Now she's five. And it's just. For me, it's an emotional time to see her grow up and. And change, which you'll experience this, Bobby, as your daughter gets older and older and older. It's just like. I mean, for lack of better words, it's a mind f. Seeing them change and blossom into these humans.
Harvard Yardbird Member 1
It's.
Sanjanah Bhasker
I don't know.
Amy
I have a feeling Eddie was going to make fun of you for the graduation.
Morgan
I wasn't gonna make fun of him.
Sanjanah Bhasker
I saw his face.
Amy
Yeah, I know. I saw him too.
Morgan
Her graduation. It's the preschool graduations. Like, we gotta chill with all that. Like, every. Every grade is like a graduation. And then people show with flowers and balloons and they have a party of, like, it's just preschool.
Sanjanah Bhasker
And I thought that too. My son graduated kindergarten. That was stupid. But then when I got. Went there and immersed myself in the experience and just shut everything off and just enjoyed it. It was actually really cool. And it was a pretty cool moment. And they don't know any better. They're having so much fun. That's really what it's about, is them and their experience. And you're just there to watch their experience.
Amy
Yeah, dude.
Caitlin
Yeah.
Morgan
Like, my son graduated twice because we held him back you know, he had two graduation kindergarten graduations, and they asked the same question. What do you want to do when you grow up?
Amy
You say change both times.
Morgan
And before the graduation, it's got. They got it up on the screen. And it's like last year, I think was he wanted to be a police officer. This year, he wants to be a professional baseball player.
Amy
Like, okay, but he got a year older. And you're more of living life.
Caitlin
Things change.
Morgan
So that means that if one just does it one time, they're not going to be that. They'll probably change it next year.
Amy
But they're also. They're probably going to change it every year, even without a graduation.
Morgan
Yeah. It's funny to see it back to back. Like, not even close.
Robert Smigel
I thought Eddie is such a hater of it.
Amy
Like, now he's, like, attacking his own kid.
Morgan
I thought he'd be police officer twice. Then they'll be like, I know your
Lunchbox Man
interests change in a year.
Amy
It's not about kindergarten or graduation. It's just, you get a year older, you're exposed to more things.
Joe Jonas
Then.
Morgan
Let's just kill that question.
Amy
Shoot.
Morgan
Let's just take that question.
Amy
So now it's not even graduation, just a question of stupid.
Morgan
Yeah.
Amy
Okay, Scooby, that's cool. Yeah, man.
Sanjanah Bhasker
Thank you.
Robert Smigel
All right.
Amy
That's what it's all about.
Kevin Jonas
It's time for the good news with Amy. Tell me something good.
Caitlin
A mom and a son just graduated college together.
Amy
Good one.
Caitlin
Isn't that the best? Reverend Dr. Carla Hunter Ramsey, 56, dreamt of attending Howard as a teenager in Queens, New York, but couldn't afford to enroll at the time. She later returned decades after to enroll in the doctorate program. Doctor of ministry. And she was there while her son was. So they were able to graduate at the same time.
Amy
I got it.
Caitlin
Her son is Wesley Ramsey the Fourth. He's 22.
Amy
I got it. This is what Lunchbox is waiting for.
Caitlin
Oh, to graduate with his son.
Amy
With his kid. He's three hours short. So he's just waiting for his kid, and they're going to graduate from UTSA and San Antonio together. Lunchbox Man.
Lunchbox Man
That'd be great. If the news would cover that, then I would do it. If they are willing to put me on the news for graduating with my son, I will go back when my son goes.
Caitlin
So that's in many, many, many years. Many.
Amy
It's better than never going back at all.
Caitlin
Unless your son's gonna graduate college early somehow. Is he a savant?
Lunchbox Man
Probably not.
Caitlin
Okay.
Morgan
And then you Got to make him go to utsa.
Amy
That's that point.
Morgan
So, like, gotta work on that now, that part.
Amy
Thoughts, Lunchbox?
Lunchbox Man
I didn't think about that, but, I mean, usually you want to go where your parents went, right? You want to carry on the legacy. Oh, you. You hype up the school so much when they're growing up that that's where they want to go. So I'll start planting seeds.
Amy
Did you have a legacy there?
Lunchbox Man
I do have a legacy. I'm on a building there, actually.
Abby
No.
Caitlin
No. Who. Did you have a legacy there?
Lunchbox Man
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. My parents weren't.
Amy
Oh, no, I just meant, did you leave a legacy there?
Caitlin
Oh, I thought you meant did he go there because.
Lunchbox Man
Yeah, I left a legacy for sure. People know me. They put a mosaic of me up on one of the buildings. I mean, I am known at utsa.
Amy
So people recognize your face from that building, correct?
Lunchbox Man
Well, I don't know if they recognize my face, but my body is on that building.
Morgan
Your face isn't on it?
Lunchbox Man
No. So they. They went around campus and they were taking pictures because they were building a new building, and they were going to do mosaics of students, and so they took a picture of me, and out of all the students on campus, they decided to use my picture. And when the new building got built, I'm in there, but they cut off my head.
Caitlin
So it's like, his body. No head.
Morgan
Dang.
Abby
You're like, that's me.
Amy
Dang.
Abby
Yeah.
Amy
It's a good one, Amy. Good story. That's what it's all about.
Kevin Jonas
It's time for the good news with Lunchbox. Tell me something good.
Lunchbox Man
Logan, Cody, and Brody are all high schoolers. They live in Florida. They went on a little fishing trip, catching some fish, and they're like, all right, let's go get something to eat. And they're driving down the road to McDonald's when they see a guy on the side of the road with a flat tire. Like, man, let's help this guy out. He looks a little older. We'll go help him out. And they start walking up and they notice that he's laying on the ground next to the flat tire because he's had a heart attack. And they call 911 and say, hey, man, you gotta get here. This guy's got a flat tire and a heart attack. Paramedics arrived, saved his life.
Amy
You think they called in the flat tire to 911 or just the heart attack?
Lunchbox Man
Ah, just a heart attack. I just wanted to add that Player for the dramatic.
Amy
Okay, okay. Okay. Yeah, good. Like they were actually stopping to do something good, and in the end, they did something great. That's a pretty good one. That is what it's all about.
Kevin Jonas
That was Tell me something good.
Doug
