This is a very special one because this is the announcement and the launch of my new solo YouTube channel which is going to be launching on the 5th of February 2025, also known as Book Direct Day. It's called the Mark Simpson Business Channel and on there I'm going to be talking about all things business, but obviously going to still be tapping into my short term rental route. The first video is ready to go. It's going to be going live on Wednesday 5th February and then every Wednesday was going to be a new video. It's going to be me coming out of this office. It's me going to be going and traveling around, focusing on short term rentals, talking about business, AI and all the other things that I want to talk about that I don't get a chance to on this channel.
