The nostalgia of it is amazing. And it's one of those classic albums from top to bottom. Like, every song resonates. Every song means something in some way. And sometimes it's not even about the music. Right. It's about the story. It's 30 years of his first album that laid the foundation for everything.

So we know what it probably means to him. So being that it means so much to him, that just means the show is gonna be.

Let me just say there's a point to what I'm saying. And I saw the show, and I was like, yeah, the show is great. And I went up to. And I was like, hey, man, the. You know, a lot of times there's certain music, you know, that for whatever reason, when you watch it in concert, especially in, like, an arena this size, it just doesn't translate. The musical experience isn't there, especially if you're not having live instruments and some of these other things, they're, like, really, like, kind of exciting. I think one of the smart things Jay did earlier his career was, like, the Rock Nation Orchestra. Do you remember that? Having the live instruments build the rooms, Was that the roots?

So, like, the live instrumentation like, changed something. Like, it was. And I. I listen. So I asked him about it, and he's like, you know, it's interesting. It's like, when I'm making the music, Travis said, I'm making it for this.

I noticed that yesterday when I was performing, I kept screaming. And that's because I really felt like I couldn't. I felt like y' all couldn't hear me. Like, performing in a stadium is definitely different than performing in the arena, honey. But that's gonna be my goal. I'm gonna make that as a goal. One of my goals is to have a show, a Cardi B show, a real Cardi B show at a stadium. I don't know if I could do it, but I definitely see the difference. Like, God damn. I felt like nobody could hear me. Everything was echoing. But next time I ever perform in a stadium, I know the trick.

In some ways it's easier to be in environments that you're familiar with because they're part of long term memory.

So usually with get like with my dad, what gets attacked is short term memory. So it's harder for him to like, stay, invest in a conversation or watch a story or a movie or these types of things. Things long term, he remembers the things because long term and short term memory are like different components in the brain. So what turns something from short term to long term is just repetition, right? So it's like knowing your neighborhood. This is long form. If you took him to a brand new neighborhood he'd never been before, all of a sudden that map doesn't really exist in his brain. And it would take so much repetition at this stage in order to bake it in. It might not get baked in at all. So that becomes more dangerous.

I mean, the coolest thing my mom ever did for my dad, I don't even know if she realizes it, but like she had an 80th birthday for him that we threw here and he was with like all these people that he's known forever, right? Like, since he was young, since he had a memory. So, like, for one night, he was existing in long term memory. So for like, one night, he kind of had his memory back.

And he, like, had conf. You know, he was just talking to people. He remembered kind of who they were. Like, he was just this amazingly charismatic, awesome guy.
