So I want to just start with the intention and I want to read you something that I wrote today. Actually, maybe you saw it, maybe you didn't. We all have so many things going on. I don't expect you to see all the things that I post for sure. But I'm going to read you something I wrote today to set the intention for today. So this is what I wrote. It's up to us to make our lives a sanctuary to choose mornings that feel like prayer instead of pressure to sip our tea slowly as if it were holy to let the light in before the noise to drink in the sunset like it's the last color we'll ever see, to soften into our own presence and make this moment, this exact moment, enough. No one else will give us permission to live this way. We have to choose it again and again until it becomes who we are. Because peace doesn't wait for someday. It's already here, quietly asking, will you slow down enough to receive it? So how does it even feel to hear those words? What gets stirred up when you hear that? I wrote that this morning. I woke up at 4:30 in the morning. Sometimes I wake up extra early to meditate and I thought, what do I want to say in preparation for this workshop? And that's what came out. So what we're going to talk about today is how you can manifest the life of your dreams. And I wrote this book. Some of you have it, by the way, we're going to do some giveaways today because some of you wrote beautiful reviews for my book and I really appreciate you. And I went and read many of them and they're absolutely beautiful. And I so grateful that this book makes you feel all of that. So I wrote this book and this book is really about how do we tap into the most abundant life? Right? How do we receive the most abundant life? How do we manifest the most abundant life? And the thing that people ask me all the time is they'll say, kathy, you have such good energy. Which is a really, really lovely thing to say. I also like when they tell me I have good hair. I appreciate as well. But if they say you have really good energy or oh my gosh, it's so cool what you're creating in your life. How do you do that? So the instrument is here, literally right here. And I wish that instead of what it is that they teach us in school, they taught us how to use this instrument. This is literally an electromagnetic device that literally can heal other people. It can literally change the frequency of the field around you. Literally, not metaphorically, literally. There's so much science and data on that now. And what I talk about in the book is that if you were to have a waffle iron sitting on your desk and you used it as a paperweight, that would be a little bit of a wasted opportunity. Because if you plug that waffle iron into the wall, you could get really yummy breakfast. Because what will happen? Electricity will move through that waffle iron. So what I see often is that everybody has their device unplugged. It's not plugged into the socket, and the device is in here. And when we Learn how to plug it in. Our whole life feels delicious. And we start creating such incredible days and such incredible, miraculous, mystical experiences. So what I want you to have when you leave here today is a little bit of an idea of how to turn this on. Because one of the other things that we've talked about, and anybody who you've ever read, whether it's Wayne Dyer or Esther Hicks or whoever it is, is going to say the same thing, which is, we don't get what we want, but we do get what we are very consistently. And so when we tune in, right, when we tune into what is within us, we can literally see it in our 3D reality. So I talk a lot about the word Kabbalah and the word Kabbalah, as you guys know, Kabbalah means what to receive. Exactly. The word le cabal means to receive. And what do we know about that? We know that what it means is that we are a receiver. We are a receiver. And what that means is a radio. This is a good metaphor. If you turn on a radio, there's music, but you can select whether the radio is tuned to jazz music or classical music. You can select what the radio is broadcasting. And. And so the radio, it's not random what music is playing. It's based on where it's tuned. And same thing with us. The life that we're living is not some random life. It's literally the. What we are receiving is what we're tuned to. So when we're tuned to love and wisdom and equanimity and abundance, what does your day feel like? Love and equanimity and synchronicity and the mystical, and everything feels good, even a detour. Feels like it was exactly where your soul directions wanted you to go, doesn't it? When we're tuned to static, when we're tuned to something that feels like pressure and lack and scarcity, what does every day feel like? It feels hard and crunchy and intense. So some of you know my journey, but my journey is really a combination of mysticism and mindfulness. So I spent three years studying Jewish mysticism in Jerusalem after college, which was like an incredible story which many of you know. And when I moved to Los Angeles after that, one synchronicity led to another. And I wound up at. I wound up studying from this amazing teacher, Susan Kaiser Greenland. And I also studied at ucla. They had a mindfulness center. They still do. And I started drinking up the practice of mindfulness. And all of a sudden I felt like my life was in technicolor. Because I had a spiritual blueprint for understanding the mystical. The essence of the world. That which is unseen became seen. And then I had a practice to tune in and to feel good and to feel equanimity and to feel presence all the time. And those two paths combined have allowed me to manifest. Because when we are tuned to what feels like wholeness within ourselves, what is our life become? It's whole. It's beautiful. And when we are tuned to the feeling of love, right. We move into such a coherent state that we find purpose all the time. Because we just. Our very presence helps other people feel their aliveness. It moves other people back into connection with their self. It's like we become wi fi for other people. So I want to show you this. This is something that I was trained to teach mindfulness in 2007 and 8. And this is one of the practices that we used to do. And some of you have done this with me, and I want to give you this practice because I think it's really helpful. So in front of me is water. By the way, look how cute this nail color is. Really cute. So this is just Plato water in a vase. Do you say vase or vase? I feel like they're both fine. Anyways, so this is water in a vase. Okay, now is it clear water? Yeah, it's pretty clear, right? There's like a bend in the glass, but pretty much this is like. You can even see, like, if I put it in front of this picture, you could see this picture of my daughter right through the glass. Okay, so this is clear now what's this says? Baking soda. Oh, my God. This is like an advertisement for baking soda. They don't sponsor this. Okay, so now I'm just gonna open the box a little bit. I'm gonna take this baking soda, and I'm going to take this vase with water. And I want you to just tell me what happens when I pour this in. Is it clear in here or is it not clear? It's cloudy, right? Anybody can see that. Okay, so it's cloudy. Now. Let's just do me a favor. Take your hand. Mine's wet now, but put it on your belly. Take a few deep breaths. Breathe. Feel your belly go up and down. Keep going. Keep breathing. And watch what's happening to the water as you breathe, as you're breathing. What happened to the water? It's settled. Yeah. And so is it clear now? Yeah, it's clear again. You can still see her little face now, right? So here's why I love this as an analogy, as a practice, most of the time, we don't see clearly most of the time what it feels like within ourselves is that cloudy water. Most of the time there is such a non stop train. It's like a barrage of thoughts. And those thoughts are not just thoughts because every single thought creates a chemical in the brain. So the thought doesn't stay in the brain, it actually moves into your cellular biology. Your whole body feels what you think. And when the mind is literally left to its own devices, we get really far away from ourselves and our mind and body get flooded with, you know, what chemical gets flooded in the brain and the body? If you've hung out with me, you know, and if you read a lot of good books, you probably know. Exactly. Cortisol. Yeah. Oxytocin is on the positive side. Yeah, cortisol. Now what does cortisol do to us? So cortisol creates inflammation. And what do we now know? Inflammation is associated with every single disease in the body. So when the mind is doing whatever it's doing and we don't have our own attention, what's happening, we don't feel good. Our bodies are actually not in a restorative state. They're in fight or flight. And over time, our body actually can't handle being in that ignited state of stress. The pupils dilate, the heart's racing, your blood's in your, all the blood goes to the extremities and you're, you're not feeling great when you're in that state, which is a state of dysregulation. And I would say most people sadly are dysregulated to some degree all the time. So maybe a little and maybe a lot. But there's very few stretches of actual peace, just true peace in the day. In fact, if you had to just gauge right, for your own days, in a span of a given week, what percentage of the week do you feel fully at peace? Would you say it's half the week? Would you say it's 10 minutes a day? So that means, so you're saying 20%, 70%, 15%. So when I say peace, I mean that 50% of the day. If you're saying 50%, you just feel this feeling of total satisfaction. Nothing's missing, everything is perfect. Do you feel that way 50% of your day, fully satisfied with your life? Because what's really, really intense is that most people don't feel that way. Because when you're hooked into the mind, the mind is always in lack. The mind was created to do this one thing called protect you from danger. And we have it firing all the time. And what it's doing is it's looking for whatever is the next thing it needs to be afraid of, that it maybe needs to control. That's what it does because it feels. What do people who are scared do they try to control. So what is the mind doing all the time? It's scanning for potential threat and putting you in a state of here's where the gap could be. Here's where you might want to look out. Here's where you might want to over function. Here's where you might want to be hyper vigilant. Here's what's not okay, Mayday, mayday, mayday. And then what happens? You look for all the evidence that that's true. Now your body's dysregulated, okay? So people come to me and they read the book or they take my classes and they're like, but I want you to teach me how to manifest, right? I want you to teach me the mystical technology of this universe, which is delicious and amaz, what has to happen, right? Just like if you went to Pilates, if you took Pilates class, over time your core would literally get stronger, right? It's a muscle. When you want to manifest in your life, you can talk a lot, right? You can have conversations, you can read a lot of books. But what actually has to happen, right, in order for your life to change is the radio has to turn on in here. Because we don't create from lack, we create from wholeness. We don't get what we want. What do we get? What we are when we are actually feeling the feeling of ease and peace and well being. Are we in a rush? No, there's nothing to be urgent around most of the time. And we. I had a conversation with a beautiful person this morning in our coaching program and she said, how do I drop the how? I know, I know, I know, I'm supposed to just forget about the how. And I said, different people teach manifesting differently and God bless all those people. I just don't teach it that way. It's not how. I understand it. So I said the how. Still supposes that there is something you want to have happen and you're trying to tell yourself to let go of how it's going to happen. But whatever it is that you want to happen, whether it's money in the bank or a relationship or your health or whatever, your vacation home or whatever it is, a new job, the reason you could, you could give a list of the reasons you want that. But the reason you want that is because of how you believe you'll feel when you have it. You want. If somebody says, I want $360,000, well, they're not going to walk around with it and hold it all the time, right? So why do they want it? They want how it feels to have $360,000. So I am a very impatient person. And the way that I live my life is I don't want to wait. I want to feel the feeling right now. And what's the feeling? Well, you know, what is the thing that you want to have happen in your life right now? Write it on a sheet of paper. Is it wealth? Is it health? Is it romance? Is it a new job? Is it whatever it is, different relationship with your mother, whatever it is. Why do you want that? I think somebody else just put up their whiteboard. Why do you want that? You want that because of what it would feel like, right? And what is the feeling? What is the feeling? If you had that home, what does it feel like? Peace, freedom? Well, being. So what I know to be true is that that is not something that you should delay. You should gift yourself that feeling. And most of the time, like I said, people are walking around with this plug, not plugged into the outlet. The feelings that we're looking for don't even come from outside of us. We've all had the experience of being at a beautiful hotel on a perfect day, and you've just had an argument with someone you love and you're pissed. But you're in the hotel and you have the food. Because where do you live? You live inside yourself. What do you really want? Inner peace. What do you really want? To be totally in this vibe where you're so in love with life, you are so in love with life and life loves you back, that you're so excited about what mystical thing is going to happen today that you're just enjoying your morning coffee. You're just loving taking a walk. I took a walk earlier today and I thought to myself, people will say to themselves in order to feel the feeling. I just felt for free on my walk. Oh, I looked at a brochure and if I could only get to the south of France, I could feel that feeling. I just walked around my neighborhood and I was breathing in jasmine and I felt completely and totally at peace and completely and totally fully satisfied and fully in love with life. It's available all the time, the world, right? Like I said earlier, we haven't learned how to have our own attention. We haven't learned how to work our own energy to actually make our bodies healthy and well and to actually manifest in the world from the radio within ourselves. And so I don't just randomly have whatever I'm experiencing in my life. It's coming from the practice of building a sanctuary within. And it's fascinating to me how often people are so busy they don't have time to find that sanctuary, so they just stay in that mucky cortisol all day long. And they're wondering why things are not manifesting right. And it's because the energy that's coming from them is what's coming within them, right? As above, so below, which is a feeling of urgency, scarcity. I need to achieve in order for me to feel whole. I need someone to validate this. I need money to come in. It's like this feeling of you lost sight of the treasure within you, the wisdom within you, the power within you, the mystic within you. And when you come home to that, all of a sudden you're not protecting your energy all day long, you're projecting your energy. You are a blessing to everyone wherever you go and your life. You're like Harold in the purple crayon because your energy starts to create so much, because you literally become an electromagnetic force that starts to bend the 3D. It start to collapse time and space. So when people say to me, well, how do you help me manifest? It's like, I read the book, it's like, okay, well, now we have to actually create the practice, right? So we're going to do a little bit of that practice. And this is a little taste of what's inside of you, right? And all the treasures, it's all in here. And when you come home to what's inside of you, your whole life around you starts to bloom and grow. So if you are up for it, doing a little guided meditation. And I'll tell you this, I teach meditation differently than most people. And I'm going to say that 99% of the time when I meet people, they will say, I do want to do that, I actually do. Or I've tried it. And the way they were taught it, and this is just my opinion, I think most of what is out there, not all, because I had really good meditation teachers, but I think most of what's out there makes it harder. It's actually, for me, not. It's actually not a way in. In fact, I've seen people try to find their way to the Clear water and they actually get more dysregulated because of the way meditation has been taught. So I developed my own method and anyone who's been in my programs, I teach and facilitate meditation a specific way. And people will say, oh my God, I can only meditate when I'm with you. And I kind of put together a few pieces. And this is the practice that opens the Alice through the looking glass within me every day and has allowed me to create with such ease where there's no hustle, there's no struggle, there's just this immediate everyday drinking in the well of how delicious and beautiful life is the sanctuary of life. Being here for the moments. So one of the reasons. And then we're going to meditate together. One of the reasons I think that most people have had a hard time learning meditation is because people believe a myth, it's a flat out lie that they believe about meditation. So there's this big lie out there. And every time I talk to someone who's either tried it and stopped it, or anytime I've talked to someone who like has kind of like cast it aside, it's because of this lie. What they say is what you just said, which is, I can't meditate, I can't stop my thoughts. So here's the, here's the headline. Your mind will never stop thinking. That's what minds do, okay? Your heart, as long as you're alive, it doesn't stop beating, does it? Hearts beat and minds think. However, wisdom is not in the mind, it's actually somewhere else. So the mind can do all the things it's doing. And what happens when you have a really good meditation teacher? You find your way to meditation. You let your mind do that and you observe that your mind is thinking and you're no longer in the blizzard of the mind and it's doing what it needs to do. You come back to the essence of who you are, the soul of who you are, which isn't in the mind. They don't know where consciousness is, but it's not in the mind. They recently did MRIs on monks brains and they found very little brain activity because all the activities in the heart, wisdom is in here. It's not in here. When you have intuition, it doesn't come from the mind, it comes from here. Okay? So the mind is one aspect of you, but you, who you really are, is so deep. And I want to give you one example that my teacher taught me. And then I'll move you into a meditation practice. So if You've. If you've worked with me for any period of time, you've probably heard me say this. So the ocean is such a perfect metaphor for us because if you were to look at the ocean, how would you describe the ocean? So these are beautiful descriptions. People are saying, vast, deep, powerful, rejuvenating, constantly moving, wide, expansive waves blow. Vast, life giving, healing, gorgeous waves. Constantly, powerful, full of life, wavy. Okay, so when you're looking at the ocean, there are waves. It doesn't stop moving. You ever slept in a hotel next to the ocean? People either love it or hate it, because you can hear it all night long. Do the waves ever stop? No. All night long. I actually can't stand that sound. It makes me feel nauseous. Some people love it. They're like, ah, this. I'm like, I feel like I'm on a boat and I want to go away from the boat. So for me, when we got married, my husband's like, do you want to get married near the ocean or in the forest? In the mountains? And I was like, forest all day long. But some people love the sound of the way. I still love the ocean. Don't worry, don't get mad, but I just don't like the sound of the waves. Okay? So when you look out at the ocean, you see the waves, you hear the waves. However, you guys are right, and let's really get this. If you were to go into the ocean, 5ft, 10ft, 20ft, 60ft, is it choppy down there? No. And when you look as far as you can see in any direction, it's so still. It looks like glass and it's so still. You know, there are places in the ocean you can go down a mile easily, right? That's so. I'm very claustrophobic to think about that. But it's so vast and there's more ocean than land. We know this. We know a little bit about how the earth works, right? But I want you to really become aware that the ocean is so vast and it's only the most superficial part of the ocean that is choppy, isn't it? So 99% of this vast ocean is so still and so quiet that it can burst your eardrum. So what I am saying to you is that that is a perfect metaphor for us. The mind is always moving. It will just. It takes nothing for the mind to start spitting out thoughts, right? You ever have that thought, you're home alone and you hear a sound? I posted this meme. It was the funniest. I didn't write it. I reposted it. Somebody said, like, why is it that every night my ice machine pretends it's a burglar? And I was like, dead. I'm like, right, like every your mind, it takes nothing. You hear a sound four seconds later, like, I'm going to die. That must be what it is, right? That's how much the mind responds so quickly. What do we call that? Reactive. The mind is reactive. What is the ocean doing? The ocean is constantly reacting. To what? The waves. I mean, what are they reacting to? The weather, the moon. It's constant. It doesn't stop. Right. But the ocean itself, does it react? Not at all. It doesn't move. It's immovable. It's so powerful, it's so steady, it's so serene, it's so still that it's like the heaviest thing. You could never move it even if you tried. Right? So that is actually why I love teaching people this work. Because for you to spend your life and think that you know yourself and what you know about yourself is your thoughts, you don't know yourself then. Because who you are is this depth, this sanctuary within, this ocean within. And it is what has gotten you through everything in your life. It is completely and totally capable of being with what is. And it doesn't. It doesn't get unseated from itself. There is tremendous wisdom. Why? Because you are a soul, right? As my rabbi says, you're someone. You're some of the one. From the moment of conception, there is a part of us. What did I say? The mind is always in lack. The heart is always full. There is always this part of us that's identifying with the mind. And the mind tells us all these bad ideas and makes us get involved in all these stories. And if you asked your heart what your heart wanted you to know, at any moment, your heart would say something wise. Your heart would bring you wisdom. Your heart would bring you equanimity. Your heart would bring you compassion every single time. Because that's really you. And so when we want to master the art of manifesting, it's not. It's not hocus pocus, right? I read today someone said manifestation isn't magic. What is it? It's neuroplasticity. Because your dominant thoughts wind up sculpting your reality through repeated firing, right? And your thoughts are not just thoughts. They create an electrical charge. And when you move out of this mind, these waves, and you move into this sanctuary within, this ocean within, you start to feel whole. You start to Create equanimity. And who is always the most impressive person in a room? Is it the person who's dressed the best? Is it the person who went to the best college? The person who's the most present person? Who's the most loving every time? The most impressive person is the person who's not trying to impress anyone. The person who's just there, but really there. And when we tune into that within us, what starts becoming manifest in our life? The most incredible people, the most incredible opportunities. Because everything wants to move toward what? Wholeness. If a girl goes on a date and she's really eager and desperate, is that going to be a good date or a bad date? She goes on the date and she's feeling at ease. She's a vibe. It's attractive, right? When we are in a state where we already feel abundant, because we are. We have the most amazing thoughts and ideas, and we start pulling in intuition and we start moving through, and we realize the world is always in constant wholeness and moving toward wholeness. And we start to manifest the most incredible things. And we're not holding on to the outcome. We're just responding to our heart. And things start to feel really good. So I want to do a little meditation with you, but I wanted to start by giving you that analogy of the ocean and also talking a little bit about the myths people have about the mind. Because, by golly, the first time I went to meditate, right, I was in Jerusalem for three years. I was learning all about Kabbalah and the world and the universe and God and my soul. And I was, like, so in love with life. And then I did want to start to. I was leaning into mindfulness. It was very intriguing to me, and I wanted it. And I would go to a meditation retreat and I would feel like I was being tortured. Like, the first few times, everyone's sitting quietly, and I'm like, what is this anxiety? I mean, the amount of anxiety I felt to sit with my thoughts until I realized. And Martha Beck, some of you might know her, she said that this is her analogy. She said this to me the first time we met. She said, imagine you are looking out a window on a snowy day and there's a blizzard. Beautiful. She said, it's really different than if you're walking in the blizzard, right? So when I learned that it wasn't about stopping my mind, it was just looking at the waves, looking at the snow, all of a sudden I was like, oh, I can do that. And in fact, it's really interesting and mindfulness. The definition of mindfulness is paying attention without judgment. That second part is really important. So when you're just paying attention, you're just like, wow, that's really interesting and curious. And it doesn't need to mean anything, right? Because we just said the ice machine can go off. And next thing I'm thinking is, everyone's going to die and there's going to be an apocalypse. Right? The mind is just responding, okay. So we don't have to hold on to it. We could just go. It's kind of funny. It's kind of interesting. Right? Or, oh, that's a pattern. I'm often thinking about that conversation that I didn't say what I really wanted to say. Okay. That's an invitation to create a boundary with that person or whatever it is. But imagine if we went the whole day and we didn't check in with the ocean within. Imagine we went the whole day and we didn't have our own intuition. Imagine we went the whole day. We didn't feel the feeling of wholeness in our heart. We were constantly identified with the urgency of the lack and the mind. Saying, you need more money? Oh, my God, this is so. What kind of life is that? Right? And how are we going to manifest anything beautiful from a place of lack? And when our heart is not electromagnetic and full and on and whole. Okay, so let's do a little meditation together and let's see how this feels. So, Jen, if you feel like turning on music, you can. Either way is fine. All right, so first of all, close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Put one hand on your heart. And I want you to feel your heart beating. And I want you to feel your sit bones if you're sitting down and just become mindful notice if you're feeling your right sit bone more than the left or the left more than the right. And now see if you can equally distribute your weight so you're fully seated. And just let the earth hold you. Let the earth carry you. Now I want you to put one hand on your belly and breathe in. And feel your hand move as your breath moves. And just thank yourself for making this time, because we all know how easy it is to get busy and busy and distracted. And you made this time for yourself. And so now what I want you to do is just let your body soften. Let your breath start guiding you home. And if your mind is wandering, just let it wander. Just like your heartbeats, your mind wanders. And I want you to connect to the center of yourself, to Your soul, There is a garden within you. There's a quiet, sacred space, and it's always there. And it's the part of you that is connected to the divine. It's who you were from conception, is, was, and will be. I want you to just feel this part of you is beyond time. It's beyond space. This is where your soul lives. I want you to just notice that your energy actually is extending. Just become aware that this energy goes all around you like a beach ball in every direction. Your energy is being felt in this space around you. You are affecting the field and you are bigger than your body. You are actually connecting now to the essence. I want you to feel your heart open 10% wider, and there is an electromagnetic radiance. And just pretend that you can see this, like, golden orb and your heart, there's this love in your heart, and you're feeling this love of being in connection to your own life force. And this love is radiating to everybody on the zoom call. It's changing the world around us, whether we know it or not. Just let yourself arrive. And I want you to ask yourself softly, what does it feel like to be at rest right now, even for just this one moment, just coming to this place where I don't have to do anything or prove anything, what does it feel like to feel ease? What is this sensation? Let this ease spread through your body. And I want you to ask your soul, ask your heart, your highest intelligence, what is it that you were meant to remember right now? What do you need to know? Just breathe into that. And I want you to just keep feeling the treasure that lives in you. And now I want you to picture that you're standing in a garden, and you can feel your feet in the earth, feel the soil under your feet. And you see yourself planting your dreams and the feelings that your soul is whispering to you, and they're taking root. The feeling of ease, the feeling of surrender, and just start to feel it moving inside the root of you. There's an abundance within you. And right now you're embodying that abundance. And this is what it feels like to really be connected to your soul. And I want you to picture that you are seeing yourself, and you're seeing yourself fully at ease, fully at rest. And it's a beautiful day, and you just see yourself, but you're totally at ease. There's joy, there's a lightness to you. What does it feel like? What is that version of you thinking and believing? What is available when you step in to the version of you that lives according to your heart. And I want you to just see yourself taking a walk wherever you want it to be. On the beach, in the garden. And you see yourself waving to you, inviting you, beckoning you in. And you join that part of you. And there's a whisper here. There's divine instructions. And from this infinite field you select what is it that truly belongs to you. How much equanimity lives in you. Feel the peace. Feel the part of you that is was and will be, that is directed, that is guided. Where you were always at the right place at the right time. And just ask again. What does your soul want you to remember? What do you need to know? And what does it feel like when you come home to the sanctuary within? And I want you to memorize how it feels, to start to move out of these states of being when we're connected to our mind. But just memorize how it feels when you are connected to the sanctuary within. When you are connected to the mystical truth, your divine origin, the divine instructions. What does abundance feel like? It's a river that is always flowing. Not from the outside, but inside. God is not limited. There's no ceiling on what wants to be given to you. Feel that now. You are not wanting and waiting for the world to give you the permission. You're remembering all that lives within you. You are the sanctuary. You are a vessel. You are a portal for light to enter this world and all of life. Everything you desire will rise to meet the one who remembers who she is. Let your breath be your compass. Let your stillness be your power. And now in your mind, I want you to tell yourself, I am a soul. I receive the flow that is always flowing. I am someone because I'm some of the one. My peace is not a luxury, it's my alignment. I live from the sanctuary within. I water this garden within me and I bloom from wholeness. And when you're ready, you can begin to blink your eyes open. That's just a little taste of shifting into the world within you. How does that feel? What started to show up? Feel lighter, Feel flow? Jen, I'm going to call you up. What are you seeing in the chat? Yeah. So whatever shift that is, right? It's just the beginning. It's just a taste because there's so much in you, right? There's so much in you. And my question, which I think is always a really good question, is if you could feel ease like that and peace, why would you wait for something to happen to give you permission to feel that good? Why wouldn't you make that your practice? Why would you wait for something to happen, for life to feel like a garden, like a sanctuary? Why would you deny yourself? And when we are feeling good and in flow and we are feeling at peace, what do we bring to others? Peace. Equanimity. Right? And this really is the essence of all of this work, because we could read all the things, but if we're not actually plugging into it, then it's a blip for a moment. But we're not actually realizing that the muscle lives within us. And so people ask me all the time, like, how do you manifest all that? How are you? But, but. But tell me how. How do I, you know, change this financial situation or this relationship situation or this health situation? You are literally walking around with an instrument and imagine a violin that's not in tune, right? Or a violin that's being used as a paperweight. Inside of you, there is this gorgeous world that starts to change the world around you. So this is a taste of the practice. But essentially what I teach is a combination of mindfulness and mysticism that allows you to start manifesting in your life. Because as above, so below, everything we're doing here is a divine invitation for us to excavate within us what actually has been wanting to come through. And then the world moves because we show up, right? We're always at the right place at the right time. When we are being who we were intended to be. We're not pulled out of our center. We become a force, right? There's a reason why meditation works, visualization works. There's a reason why there is energy that is meant to come into wholeness inside of you, and you become the music. And you're not looking for the music outside of you. And next thing you know, your life reflects that. So that is extremely exciting to me. And also, this is extra, extra, extra cool. You guys are gonna like this. So my birthday is coming up in June. I'm a Gemini, and That's a very obvious thing to most people. People are like, yeah, I could tell. So because June is the month of Gemini, Gemini is actually considered the biggest portal of the year. Does anyone have an idea why the month of June might be the biggest portal? Anybody know? Anyone have a clue? So these are the brightest days of the year. The days are the longest. And so kabbalistically, this is the opportunity for the most amount of consciousness, the most amount of light for you to open up to. Right? So we are so excited. I think you covered everything. It was funny because it came to me. You mentioned Pilates the other day. Some. One of my friends said to me, your posture is so good. And I was like, I've never been told that in my entire life. I've always been slouchy. My shoulders are like this. But I joined a yoga studio a year ago and my posture now is completely. My shoulders are different. So that what you're saying about you build a practice and before you know it, I didn't notice that something had changed, but something has changed about me because I developed that practice. And this is really what you're talking about because you often say, you know, you can get the water boiling and then it's continue it on. And that's, that's so much of it. So what you get to do when you join, you get to do this intensive with Kathy where it's 30 days that you're Doing this intensive. And then we keep the water boiling by staying inside of it and really building that practice and being surrounded by other people who are doing it too. I love that you said that. And the truth is that we're all guilty of this. Like, we hear something and we're like, that makes sense to me. And then we just don't do it. Why? Because it's so hard to change a habit. It's so hard. So what does James Clear say? The most important habit is what? The most important habit is who you spend time with, because you will become the people you spend time with. And so if you spend time with people who eat healthy, you'll probably start eating healthy. If you spend time with people who, like, drink beers and watch football, you're going to probably start watching football and drinking beer. So when you're in this community, even if. Right. Because we're going to send you a meditation every single day for the month of June. Even if you just did that, right. And then you show up for the call, the live calls with me and you don't do the other part of the meditation, that's a good insurance policy that you're starting to walk home to. Tolerating peace. And I'll tell you something crazy about the nervous system. When you've been on cortisol overdrive, you're actually allergic to peace at first. You actually are like, oh, my nervous system is so used to being addicted to stress and pressure, I'm not even ready to receive peace. It's like, what we. We are our highest authority. We need to actually start to change that for sure. And for the people around us and for our health. Right. In fact, all the biohacking, you can look here, there and everywhere. The greatest thing that has the effect on you is your nervous system is plugged into your immune system. And if all day long you are firing and wiring in the cortisol in the baking soda, you may, as they say, that cortisol is more addictive than nicotine. So imagine you're just smoking packs of cigarettes all day long. You just wouldn't do that, right? And if you did do it, you'd be like, I'm not really being kind to myself. When we start to, like, move out of this. I know at first it's like, who am I to, like, take this on? I'm so used to it, I don't know if I'll ever be able to do it. If you're in my Community. Maybe you can attest to this. When people meditate with me, they're like, it actually worked. I think the reason why it works is because my meditation is a combination of you connecting with your soul, right? With the divinity aspect of you as well as the mindfulness aspect and also moving into the science. Because when there's that quantum field and you can act, because when we understand something, we actually do better at it. And so sometimes you need to understand in order to do right. When your parents tell you to do something, like, why'd you tell me to clear the table? Oh, because Grandma's coming. Okay, now I'm gonna do it, right? You have to understand in order to do it. I think there's a combination. And I was just really blessed, you guys, that this was when I was in the middle of my journey. I'm like, I don't understand my journey. Like, my friends graduated from college and went to grad school or law school or started a career like Devil Wears Prada was an assistant at CIA. I was like, I went to Jerusalem for three years. Now I'm in this mindfulness program. Like, where is this going? What is this getting me? And I'm like, oh, this is what it is. I have put together what I think is the combination of some of the greatest wisdom over the last 5,000 years through a person who's very ordinary. Which is also why I think it works, because I am not a guru on top of a mountain. I'm a very regular person who is extremely just normal and anxious most of the time. And I make it make sense to you so it's accessible. And next thing you know, you're like, life's better. Life's good. And, oh, my God, I'm manifesting so much. And, oh, my God. So this feels to me like a given. Like, I feel like you should just get in this program because it was my birthday. I'm like, let's just make this something that everybody can get in. I love that we get a lot of really cool notes about what's happening, but I'm not surprised when you stop looking outside of yourself to feel whole and to feel validated and to feel rich and you find the richness within. That's how powerful you are, right? Because you are a soul, right? You are an extension of the same energy. Right? God is pouring into each of us, and there's no limit to that. And when we move and we find the greatness inside of ourself, we become a force. And the amount that we can create in the world, in our lives, in our business, in our relationships, when we've moved into ourselves and we stop being in that murky water, it's.
