With that good, good feeling. Hey, it's Kathy Heller.
Welcome back to the podcast. I hope you had a beautiful weekend. I've actually been in Paris for the last week, and it was so epic to spend Mother's Day in Paris with my three girls. We've had so much fun. We went kayaking, we went bike riding. We went out to Monet's Garden in Giverny. We've eaten the most amazing, delicious foods, and we've met amazing people. And I am just really pinching myself because every single moment I am savoring, I just am so grateful. You know, last night we went to a cafe where you go and write a letter to your future self. And so you write a letter and then they stamp it with, like, that wax seal and. And they mail it to you in a year, and then you write another letter and they mail that to you in five years. And it's such a powerful experience to go with my three daughters who are 9, 12 and 14, and think about where we're going to be in a year from now, in five years from now. And life is just. It's everything. Just. This is the special occasion, being alive. And so it was just the most amazing Mother's Day and such an incredible week. And I will share more about my experience in Paris because I've never been here, and it's just been an amazing trip. So today I wanted to share a clip with you from the last live event that we did. And it's really hard to put it into words, but I love doing live events. I can't really explain it, but when we're together in person, I mean, you can imagine if you've been listening to this podcast, you. You could imagine what it feels like to be in the room together and to be in the room with other people who share similar ways of seeing the world. It really is just medicine. So I wanted to share this clip with you today from one of our last live events so you get a little taste, because I would love for you to come to our next live event, which is happening in Los Angeles, August 2nd and 3rd. It's going to be epic. We're going to have incredible conversations, and we're going to be talking about how you can have those divine winks in your days and how you can start to feel that you're living on the level of the miraculous, because it is here. When we tune in. There is a way in which we start to have the kind of life that we've always known is available to us because we're literally having a conversation with the divine all day long. I would love for you to be there. I. I'll share more details later, so just stay tuned. And at the end of the show, I'm also going to give you an update on some new fun things that we're going to be doing with the podcast. There's lots of fun happening today, so let's dive in.
So the first thing we did this morning is I taught everybody a morning practice, which when you talked about plugging in and calibrating, we're going to do more of that today. But we talked this morning about a practice that is essential. Right. And you can. And some of you already have your own, which is great. But I gave you one that I find really gets the job done. So, first of all, we need to remember that every single morning, before the world tells us who to be, we need to take a beat and meet with our soul and have a meeting with God. God is your cfo. The divine wants a relationship with you. And we remembered that if we don't plug into that, we'll be operating from the level of our mind. There's no answers in the mind. There's no wisdom in the mind. All the answers come from where? From consciousness? From your heart. All the answers are in the heart. In fact, they recently did a study where they did fmris on a bunch of monks, and they found very little brain activity. Why? They're very alive and they're very, very brilliant. Because wisdom is not in the mind. It's in the heart. It's also in the gut. We talked about the chakra system, which in Kabbalah, we call it the spherot, which are the same energy centers. And Kabbalah goes a little bit deeper than the chakras, A little bit. But mostly they're parallel. And we talked about opening up every single one of those chakras. Right. So talk about calibration. If in the morning, this third eye isn't open, what are you perceiving all day? Your phone. Is that the world you want to look at? Open this up. Right. When you have your eyes open, are you often seeing? No. You're often not seeing because you're seeing from a perception of the level of mind. When you close your eyes, how much further do you see? Infinite. So you want to miss a morning. Were that chakras closed? I don't think so. Right. Everyone's out here operating from a program in the mind. You want to move into opening up. So this third eye. Right. In Hebrew, we Call it the keter, which actually means crown. And sure enough, what is the chakra system called? Crown chakra. Did they have a zoom call about that 4,000 years ago? No, but the truth is, the truth is the truth. How cool is that? So this has got to be on tap, right? And it's not plugged into the level of mind, the loop of old thoughts. It's plugged into an antenna which operates in the field. And what is the quantum field? God oneness, the ein sof, as the Hebrew says. The endless light. That is God. It's an electricity. We are electromagnetic and we're not plugging in when we're not plugging in. So why would you want to spend an entire day or a week or a month with the lamp unplugged from the electricity? Does that sound like a good use of your day? So that's what we're doing when we're not plugging in in the morning. So it just starts here. Then what opens up this? And what's in this chakra? What are you actually supposed to say today? What's actually true? So when you have a morning practice and we could go chakra by chakra, here, here, here, here, right? I feel like today I'm really all open. My daughter was like, where this mom. And I'm like, oh, giddy up. Okay, we're like fully open today. And it's. It's so good, by the way. Like, I realize that, like, sexuality, I mean, all of these. In Kabbalah, we say that your sexual chakra actually is where desire begins, which is so holy and healthy. Because desire, right, you get turned on no matter what it is, even if it's not a sexual thing that you're in. You're like, I'm so turned on by this idea. That's important. That's really good. And when we're shut down, when we're blocked, you're not going to create so fast. You're not going to move time and space. You're going to be operating from a linear plane. When all your chakras are open, open, you're collapsing time and space. You're on God's timeline. You're in the quantum realm, right? So we want to open all of this up. So we talked about this morning how you're going to create a morning practice. But we decided we're not just going to kind of do it because you know how sometimes in your life you do a little bit and then you just get a little bit. And other times you're like, no, I'm going all in. But do it. Don't leave yourself on red every day. Text yourself back, get the download right. Most days, everybody's scrolling, looking for wisdom. Where? Outside of yourself, where's God looking to have a conversation with you? Within. Right here. And so in the morning, here's the practice. The first thing you do before you pick up your phone, please, God, before you start running, to be in the old program of the old identity, which, by the way, if you were so happy with it, you wouldn't be here right now. You're ready to zip that thing off and, like, change it up, right? And we also talked this morning about who are you really? Right? I can say I am Kathy Heller, but that's a role I'm playing, right? The I am is who I am. And every one of us we talked about this morning is a unique aspect of the divine. So in the morning, before you become that old role that you're so sick and tired of and you feel trapped in, and you're able to change the script for that character, right? And when you change the world within yourself, the whole world around you is going to change. You're just going to bend that 3D reality just like that. And you know it. You know it. That's why you're here. You've been teaching it. You've been. You've been seeing evidence of it in your life, but you're ready to go all in, right? So we talked about before you go back into that role, in the morning, you're going to go find a little sanctuary of time for yourself. Yeah. You're worth that. If you don't have 10 minutes like that right now, what the is your life? No, honestly, if you don't have 10 minutes to have a meeting with God, who's your CFO, you blew the day for you. Nobody gets the award for I'm the most depleted. Nobody gets the award for I'm the most busy. What are you really telling me? I'm totally unconscious. I'm proving myself all day long. We don't need one more of those, right? We need one more person who's in wholeness, who's in resonance. And how do you manifest from wholeness? We can't create from lack. We create from wholeness. Consciousness creates matter. Consciousness creates form. When we are in consciousness, what do we create? Boom. Quantum leap. Point being that in the morning, this is the practice, you're going to find a little sanctuary of time, and this is what you're going to do. First thing you're going to remember to remember every morning. I am someone. I'm some of the one. I'm a masterpiece. I'm a piece of the master. And you're going to let it land. Because when you let that land, you're moving out of the 3D limited story and you're moving into the quantum where all infinite possibilities exist. And now you're in the energy of the solution. Now you're in the energy of. Oh, I can create from thought alone. I'm connected to God. I'm connected to the Divine. The Divine is inside of me. I have this herald and the purple crayon inside of me. I can architect my life from thought alone. Holy shit. That's your first thought. You think that would be a different kind of day? Who's willing to try it? Okay, that's number one. Number two, you say to yourself, I can't wait to see how this day surprises and delights me. You set the expectation that you are available to have a conversation with the Divine, that you are aware that at every single moment, you're on divine gps. And every day you're at the right place at the right time. In fact, you always are. The secret is knowing that you are. And when you're available, you'll see it and you'll go, oh, my God. That was the message. Oh, my God. I was able to contribute to this person that mattered. Holy crap. I was put here to emanate this divine light and love and compassion and contribution. Most people are so caught in the mind, and the mind says, you're not enough. You have to prove your existence. So they want success, and you came for something so much bigger than that significance. You want to be on assignment. You don't care. When my dad was dying in hospice and all of his degrees are on the wall from Columbia and St. John's and whatever, didn't care, he goes, I wish I had another day to love you. Another day. I blew some of those days doing that. Now can you do both? Of course you can. Do most people balance it and do both? No. In fact, even when people usually have that career that is a purpose, they miss the day because they're so in performance mode. Somebody said to me during lunch, they're like, I love the fact that, like this morning you're, like laughing, crying. You're, like talking about how your mom brought out sex toys in seventh grade and, like, making us all laugh and like, whatever. And I was like. She said, I just love that you're so not scripted. And I'm like, well, I wouldn't enjoy today if I came here to perform for you guys. So the third thing that you do first, I am someone some of the one second, I can't wait to see how this day delights me. And third, you visualize yourself living out the day that you're about to live the way your soul intends to live it, which means you're in surrender. You're not trying to control it. You're not trying to micromanage the universe. And you know that everything's in divine order, which means you can live from truth. You can tell someone how you really feel because it's not yours to hold all the outcomes. You're on assignment. How do you know that the thing you need to say, even if it's hard, is not the thing that unlocks that other person. Just be on assignment. The rest is God's business. Just be on assignment. So you visualize yourself living not from guilt and people pleasing and shame and fear, which take you straight out of the quantum, but you visualize yourself living a day where you are certain that God's got you. And you know how sexy you look when you know that because you're not trying to manipulate or control anybody, not trying to prove yourself, not trying to make sure that people perceive you a certain way or that you're impressive. The most impressive thing is love. You can't be love when you're not loving yourself. You can't be love when you think you're in lack and you need all these things that you can get. Another thing that's cool to post on Instagram so you feel better about your like, that's just so not generous. I'm sorry. It's very selfish because it's ego. And egos are egocentric. They only think they obsess over themselves. The soul's like, I'm good. I just want to show up today and savor today and show up and emanate some light. And I'm good. And what I teach and what I talk about in the book is when you do that, what's wild is you start 3d printing other really amazing kinds of abundance. And we talked about it earlier today on the stage. We talked about. My friend Jenny got up here and talked about how she had $10,000 total in revenue from her vegan deli business and just from like all the goodness she was talking about, all the Kabbalah she learns and all the ways that she's constantly going out of her way to do a kindness and like thinking about like how she could really, like make the best of the day by just being closer to her soul. She gets on the stage and Mark Cuban makes a huge deal with her and she turns that $10,000 into multiple millions of dollars. And really it's all she said, a footnote, because still all she wants to do is just really show up for what her soul's assignment is. And he said to her, after he gave her this, like, he gave her more than she asked for. And he, he was like, there's just something about your energy. Energy is your strategy. The best compliment anyone will ever give you is you have really good energy. You want that compliment because that compliment is a reflection that you're in wholeness. It's a reflection that you don't walk into a room needing anything. You came here to give something. And what does anyone need you to give? Wholeness, authenticity. No one needs you to be perfect. People need you to have already taken care of your own energy. That's what this morning practice is. So then when you visualize that right after that, you're going to pick up a pen and journal. We're not going to do that again. Now. We did that this morning, so we're going to keep going. Okay, you ready to now dive in a little deeper? So one of the things that I teach in the book is an amazing metaphor that my teacher, Rabbi David Aaron, who lives in the old city of Jerusalem, and I was so blessed that again, things didn't work out the way they were supposed to. So I wound up on a three week trip to Israel and then stayed for three years. And I've been learning with him for the last 20 something years. I'm really bad at math. I was 26 years actually. It's not that hard. Okay, there we go. So one of the most amazing things that he teaches and I talk about him in the book, is when I was 20 and I wanted to learn as much as I could about the universe and how it works. He said, kath, it works like a radio. And it's such an amazing concept. And I'm going to tell it to you and then we're going to actually, like, find the radio within yourself. Okay, so why is the radio such a powerful metaphor? It's because if you turned a radio on right now and my three children are like, what the is a radio? Like, does it stream? Like, where what? And I'm like, oh my God, like, it's insane, right? So, but if we did get a radio, we would turn it on. And right now Literally, we'd hear music. We'd find some music. Now, where on earth was the music before we turned on the radio? Well, it was hidden in plain sight. It was already here. We just had to access it. The radio turns on and something that's already here is made visible. So the concept of manifestation is. It's all done. It's all in estro. It's already here. How do you experience it? Turn the radio on. Now, here's the thing. When you turn a radio on, there's multiple radio stations, right? My girls. Oh, my God. The songs they listen to. I'm like, this is the most vile, vulgar. But they love it. I'm like, get it with your rap music. Oh, my God. The thing about rap music, though, is the beats are so good. You know what I mean? But the language. The language, right? I'm now totally into it, by the way. But you could hear anything on that radio. You can hear Kendrick Lamar, you can hear Celine Dion. Now that's oldies, by the way. What happened? What happened to us? How was that oldies? Oh, my God. Titanic. I don't get it. Like, my youngest was born in 2016, and we're like, 2016, what? When I meet someone born past 2000, I'm like, that's not possible, right? Anyways, so I grew up in the 80s and 90s. So you turn on a radio, you can hear Celine Dion, you can hear salsa music, you can hear a baseball game, whatever it is. So what that means is all of it is here, right? And the idea that God is the ein sof in Hebrew, by the way, learning in Israel and studying the text in Hebrew is so helpful. Because, by the way, did you know that there's 70 different names of God, right? Like these. The people who came down with this technology, like, we've Mickey Mouse so much of this that we don't know how to access it anymore. Like, so many people use the word God, but they mean totally different things, right? But, like, the nuances, when you're studying hawala, of what these words mean and what these names mean, you're like, that. All of you. That would make sense to, like, even friends of mine are like, I'm an atheist. They're like, no, that makes sense to me. I'm like, because this you get, right? You get it when you get it, right? So anyway, if God is actually infinite, right? The ain't so means the endless, infinite light, okay? That's where God. That's God. That literally means infinite is infinite. So, yes, there's all these Radio stations. There's all these different channels. And on a radio, if you walked in and you heard me listening to Tate McGray, which does happen. Oh, my God. Anyway, if you heard me listening to this song, if I said to you, I don't like the song, what would you say? Change the channel, Right? Just change it. So what we do is we're listening to a song, and you know what we say? No, it's the only channel there is, and I don't even have choice over it. This is the one that was put on for me, okay? So that's not how it works. Because I can take a radio and I can change the channel. And whether we're aware of it or not, every single day, every one of us and everyone that we meet is choosing the channel they're on. That is the essential message of Dr. Edith Eger's book, the choice that is Viktor Frankl. Right? And as soon as someone walks in a room, you know exactly what channel they're on. And what does it mean? It means that every morning, if you're tuned to the channel inside of you, a possibility, you're gonna have a great day. The whole world will mirror the evidence of it, and people will love being in your energy, and you will actually open up and expand their energy because energy is literally electromagnetic. How cool is that? Resonance is resonance, right? I used to play music full time, and if I took two guitars and put them on this table, and even if they weren't on the same table, they were on two different tables, and I played the C string on this guitar, that other guitar vibrates on the same note because it's resonance. So your being in tune is very generous because what are you doing to other people, turning them the on. And that's why people are like, I love your energy. What did you just do? You literally turn them on. You change their channel for them, they move into what's called resonance coherence. So the highest vibration in the room wins. Now, sometimes you go to Thanksgiving dinner and somebody in the room has a really low vibe. You don't have to tell us who it is, okay? But we know. So that's a choice. That's a choice. Right? So we talked this morning about how there's two levels of mind. There's mind, which is thought, which is a program, and it's a cocktail of cortisol, mostly. And then there's consciousness, which is where your real wisdom is. And we mentioned it earlier, even now, right? That's where we're moving into. And that from that place, you can select any possibility from the quantum field. So that's what you want to do every single day, right? So that morning practice kind of gets you into that. So this radio metaphor is really powerful because there's so much about it that actually tracks the resonance, right? And the word Kabbalah means you could all say it in unison if you've read the book. To receive, right? Le cabel means to receive. So it means to receive. So what does it mean? It means you're a radio, you're a receiver. Another word for a radio is a receiver. So it means, what station are you tuned to? And as Rabbi Aaron would say, you'll know when you're on the station that's going to put you in flow state, when the song, so to speak, the radio station you're on is a love song. Because when you're tuned to love every single day, what will the whole world mirror to you? Love. What will you demonstrate? Love. And love is so powerful because it allows you to be authentic. Because when you're really coming from love, you can tell the truth because you know that everything's always in divine order, right? And you're not responsible for other people's. We call it a tikkun. In, you know, other languages, they call it karma. But everyone has their own tikkun, which means your soul came on an assignment. It's not your job to get in the way of somebody else's. You don't know if somebody needs to hit rock bottom so they could actually get the lesson that they came here to learn. Why are you getting in the way? Just tell the truth. People who love you tell you the truth, right? And the truth is all kinds of things. And it's. When it comes from love, it's the best, right? It's powerful. So when you want to manifest, right? People talk about manifestation. Rabbi Aaron says most people call it the law of attraction. He's like, it's so much more immediate than that. He's like, call it the law of reception. Because the idea of attraction is kind of like you walk into a bar, there's somebody hot over there, and you want to have this magnetic pole to pull from over there to over here. That's attraction, right? And we've seen it with magnets. Reception is. It's right here. Just receive it like someone's literally handing you a gift. Do you receive it? It's right here. It's in escrow. It's done. Do you see how that's even more immediate? So the Idea is people come to me and they'll say, I want to learn. Then tell me how do I manifest? And I'll be like, make a list. What do you want to manifest? Okay. And I'm like, be really honest. Give me all of it. I want to manifest a gold rage revver. Cool, I just bought one. I, I go get it. Enjoy that era. Love it. What else I want to manifest? This house, this relationship, this sex. Like great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great. And what I want to say is yes, and because the truth of the matter, and we just said it earlier and I'm just going to bring you back to it because it's so easy for the identity of the mind to get you needle off the record. And you keep living your life trying to build something with a ladder on a wall. You don't even want the essence, and we talked about this at the beginning of the day as well, of what you want to manifest is a feeling of wholeness inside of yourself. What you really came for. You have way bigger dreams than piles of stuff. What you really want to manifest is a divine conversation all day. What you really want to manifest is the feeling of sovereignty. What you really want to manifest is feeling in flow state. What you really want to manifest is being able to just download from your creative, most inflow inspired, quantum minded self. That's abundance, is it not? Now that is available every morning. And when you move into that, you turn the radio on and what happens, you 3D print that. So that's when way more than these lists of things. You know how boring it is if you were actually given that list and that is the ultimate, you'd be like, this is so boring. What else? What else? What else? Right? Okay. So yes, all of those things. Enjoy it. Have really nice towels. Eat really healthy food. Have an amazing, awesome, expansive community of people and a great partner and a great sex life. Enjoy it. But ultimately, happiness is an inside job. Ultimately you go to sleep at night with yourself and God, that's what you got, right? And ultimately what keeps you tapped in and turned on is something moving through you. Not out here, not in a car, not in a person in here. Is it true or is it true? So what do you want? The ego, the mind goes, I need this thing outside of me to prove some things, to make me more whole inside of me. Is that true? No, it's the opposite. This is what happened to every single magical person I know, right? And I'm one of them. I've now interviewed over a thousand People on my show and anyone who comes on my show, the curriculum is like, you're a vibe. And you've also manifested the most fulfilling part of your destiny, right? Like, you're feeling it, you're lit up. And therefore you're an overflow. And you're giving that inspiration to other people, okay? And all of those people, including myself, like, having this conversation, it all works the same way. And what is that? What is. I was living in Jerusalem. I was spending three years, like, studying all these quantum realms, like, totally in overflow. Like, I was literally like eating pita and hummus. But, like, I felt richer than I was. Like, my. My ability to perceive was turning me on so much that, like, what else do I need, right? And I'm like talking to my friends. I'm like, what are they doing? You know what I mean? And they were not having that experience, let's just say. So I moved to Los Angeles and everything's in Technicolor because I'm having a divine conversation all day. You ever sit on a park bench and it's a beautiful, perfect day and somebody's just in a shit mood and you're like, I wish you could experience the day I'm having on the same bench right next to you. But you're not here, because where do you live? Whether you live in a 1400 square foot house or a 9000 square foot house, you live in here. This is where you live. What you're looking for is equanimity. What you're looking for is peace. What you're looking for is to get closer to your soul and to the divine every single day. And when you have that, what happens is you become such a tuning fork that all the 3D comes with it, but it's better because you didn't need it. And why is it that you wind up with the really cool house and the really cool opportunities? Because you don't need it. Because we manifest from wholeness. Consciousness creates matter, energy creates form. When you're that lit up and you're that turned on and you're that in wholeness, what do you think you're able to do? All that stuff? And do you think you care that much? No. It's kind of nice. But what you really want to get back to is the conversation you just had with God. And you want to get back on that walk in the woods, because that's where it happens, right? And then what's so fun is that we were each asked. Each of us is like a light bulb and You've heard me say this. Some light bulbs hold 45 watts. What if the light bulb holds 100 watts? We just called a guy, actually. He came to my house. I'm doing it again. And I said, when I get back to our Florida house because we're by Coastal, I was like, I want the whole house lit up for Christmas. And so we went over what it's going to cost, and he showed me the different things and. And then my ex, who's now my, like, still a soulmate, but like my. My ex, he was like, make sure he checks the breaker this time. Because the last time I did this, we blew the circuit. We didn't have enough power to hold the amount. I was like Clark Griswold. It was hilarious. I got it. And I had all the blow up things in front of the house. And I'm a Jewish girl too, so the whole thing is hilarious. But I had the whole thing. And I had the Will Ferrell elf thing blown up, and then I had. And he was all shriveled on the ground. It was like, so sad because the breaker literally couldn't hold the charge. It's just like, so sad. So this time I tell the guy, I'm like, okay, I want this and I want orbs in the trees. And he's like, okay, gotcha. And I said, can you just make sure before you do it that this new house has enough on the electric panel? He's like, yeah, we'll set it all up and make sure. I'm like, great. But the point of it is, every single day, everything I just said, as good as all of it, was, even the spiritual stuff, it doesn't even come close to what you actually want. Once you're totally in the zone, which is your light emanates into the world and your light lights up the room. Because what does a light bulb want to do? It doesn't want light for its own sake. It wants to be the light. What does a cello want to do? Does it want to collect dust in the corner? It wants to be played. Why? So that everyone receives from it. What do you actually really want to do more than have stuff for yourself, which is what the ego tells you all day long it needs more of because it feels so in lack. You actually want to light up a room. You want to make a room better because you were there. And that's actually the thing your soul really desires.
We're gonna get right back to this in just a second, but I just wanted to ask, are you feeling like there Is a next level of your life kind of waiting for you. There's this way in which you've just always known you're supposed to be living your life. And you kind of know that it's time to plug into that. That's exactly why I'm inviting you to join me at the summit I'm doing in Los Angeles. And it's the Kathy Heller live divine receipts, August 2nd and 3rd. It's a transformational two day experience, and we're gonna be talking about how do you tune into synchronicity to divine guidance, to the station of miracles unfolding all around you. We're gonna deep dive into how you can release anything that's been keeping you stuck so that you can really clearly connect with what is really aligned for you and deeply understand how to use the tools of manifestation so that you can open yourself up to miracles that are trying to find you every single day. Some of my amazing friends are going to be there, like Rudy Ricksteins, Craig Siegel, Mignon Francois, Samantha Skelly, Alyssa Nobriga. We're going to have amazing conversations to really help you create the most miraculous life and to make all of it inevitable.
I know that your soul has already bought the ticket. You just need to show up. So go over to kathyheller.comsummit right now to grab your seat. All right, let's get back to the episode.
I'll tell you a quick story. Some of you heard it, some of you may have not heard it. I told it on the podcast. So a rabbi friend of mine, very deep spiritual guy, he was talking to one of his congregants about, like, how, like, it feels so good to do good. Like, it just feels so good to do good, right? Like, my kids and I have a game that whenever the gardeners come, which is like, I don't know, once a week or something, who's going to run out first with the cold, icy water because it actually feels good. And then they get like, I want to do it, I want to do it, you know, and like, whenever we find an opportunity to do that, like the other day, Kim and I love you so much. We were driving back from Santa Barbara and I was like, can we go get massages? And she's like, you're taking me for a massage. And I'm like, of course I love you. And then I asked if my person. I called early and I said, could you stay? And so my massage therapist stayed for me. She was supposed to go home. She stayed. And so when I went to the Desk at the end. I said, could you double her tip and give her 40%? And. And she told me later she was like, crying, and I was like, why are you so touched by that? Of course, like, you stayed for me. Like, meaning I was the recipient. When you do something good, you're the first one who receives from it, right? So doing good feels good. So this rabbi friend of mine was telling me he was talking to this congregant, and she's like, you know what? I just. I've been so in a slump. I'm feeling so low. I want to do something good because it will make me feel better, so look how good the universe is. So she says to him, okay, I'm going to make a promise to you that the next opportunity I see to do something good, I'm doing it. Whether it's somebody needs a dollar on the street or an ex, you know, one of my kids friends needs a ride home, I'm doing it. Great. That sounds totally doable. So as she's then walking out of. I guess they were at like a Coffee Bean kind of a place, like a coffee shop. There was a bulletin board, and she happened to look at it, and on the bulletin board, it was looking for volunteers. So she goes, oh, let me read it. And it was volunteering, since it's very serious to show up for people who have no friends and family who are dying. And it was called no one dies alone. Like, call this number. And she was like, oh, my God, I just said I was going to. Okay, I guess, like, I'm doing it. So she rips off a number from a corkboard of a random place, right? Calls the number. They're like, oh, that's so nice of you. We'll. We'll assign you somebody. And she's like, oh, my God, I can't believe I'm doing this. This is like just such an intense thing, but I'm doing it. And a few days later, they're like, we have someone for you. He's an older man, he doesn't have kids. He doesn't have any friends or family visiting him, and he's dying alone, so you could. You could be there with him. And she's like, oh, my God. And she goes, and he's like, literally in hospice, so he's like barely conscious and opening his eyes a little bit, but she's just there to like, hold his hand. Sometimes the nurse is like, he might want ice on his lips, whatever, water, whatever it is. And she's there. And after about two Weeks, he passes away, and she found herself weeping because she fell in love with this man, and she felt so much for him, and he didn't have anybody. He was alone. And she was there. And the morgue came, and she was there, and she was like, what an honor that I got to do something for someone that. Who am I to do something this big? You know, it's funny. We always say we have imposter syndrome. Who am I to like? It's like, who are. That's what you think you have to imposter syndrome for? What about doing the biggest gift for someone's life, that it gets to be you, that you got to play that part, right? That's such a reframe, right? People are like, who am I to start an Instagram account? It's like, really, that. Who am I to write a book, right? Like, I was pulling into the hotel today, and the guy was like, oh, congrats. Because that. We had, like, a couple boxes of book. I'm like, you know how many books have been written? Like, to me, it's more like, did I leave a legacy for my three daughters? Did I implant anything into them that actually lasts the generations, right? It's not about, like, a bestseller, right? It's like, what's my bestseller? So get this. She's working with this guy. This guy passes away. She's weeping. She calls her mom. She's like, in her 30s, you know, she calls her mom, like, checking in, and she goes, mom, I. I didn't tell you. I've been, like, visiting this man. And her mom's like, what a beautiful thing to do. And she. Her mom says, what's his name? And she's like, I mean, what does it matter what his name is? And she's like, I don't know. Just, what was his name? So she tells her mom his name, and it's silent on the other end of the phone. And her mom starts crying, and she goes, mom. And she goes, honey, she goes, that man is the OB GYN who delivered you. She goes, I never told you this because I didn't want to scare or put this in your head, but she said when you were born, you went straight to the nicu. It was such a fight, and he saved your life. And she said, when we moved towns like your brother, I had a different ob. And I never told you that story because you were so weak, and I didn't want you to think of yourself like that. So she says, so of course he did this big gift. He saved you. And Brought you into the world. So you walked into the gate because God's running the world. And all day long, what does the ego do? Edge. God's out, right? That's what we say. It's like, all day long, you think you can see. You can't see shit. You think you know. Your mind knows nothing, right? And then you do this wild thing and you decide to operate your day. Not from, how impressive can I be on Instagram? Not from my mind tells me I need to make money. Make money, make money. You do this really other kind of thing where you're like, for the sake of my soul, I'm going to do something good. And then God goes, boom, here's a miracle. Boom, here's a quantum leap. Oh, this one, she's available for a miracle. Let's fucking go. So she thinks she's just walking past a corkboard. I got you. Let's go. The amount of stories that I could sit here and tell you that are just like that, you would literally weep the way you are now. But you get it. In one story, the first thing that God says to Moses, Moses is standing in the desert. You know that he left, right? He left Egypt for almost 80 years. He ran away. He didn't want to do the job. You know how many times you hear this calling, like, write a book. You're like, no, right? Or you hear this calling, like, it's time. You're going to have another baby. You're like, I'm not ready. Who am I to be a parent? You know those moments, right? So he ran away from his assignment, and the first thing that God says to him is, ayeka, where are you? Do you think God doesn't know where he is? What's he really saying? Where are you? No, no, where are you? Actually, most of the day, when I tell you a story like this, you go, where have I been? Where am I? The reason you're here right now in this room is because your soul's very awake, more than most people, and you don't want to do that anymore. You're like, oh, my God, I've been in a program. I'm working so hard to prove myself, to be impressive to. And I'm. I'm missing this whole other dimension of reality called my soul. What I really came here for, and letting the whole day be a conversation with God, with the divine, with the mystical. So this whole idea as, like, cute as people say, like, I want to manifest, it's like, I don't usually get involved in that conversation. Which is why I kind of do my own thing, because it's so thin compared to what you really want. And we're going to talk later today about one of the aspects in my book as I sort of like, deprogram you around money. Because part of the reason this gets such a hold on us is because we have so much around money that we're constantly thinking there's not enough fit, so then it uproots us from everything we really care about. So actually, I think it's sometimes important to talk about it, because when we actually get it, that's just wanting to come in all the time. You don't even need to prioritize it. It's just trying to flow in. And we'll talk about it later. But it has a lot to do with actually, like, circulation and tithing, and it's so beautiful. And then you become a steward for it, and it's no problem. But what you want to manifest is not piles of cash, right? King David was one of the richest people that ever lived. He was unimpressed by that stuff. He wants to write Hallelujah. He wants to leave this world having gotten to something deeper. So do you, right? But the truth of the matter is that this radio station, if you don't plug into this every day, don't think that just by chance, walking down Beverly Drive, you're just going to come right back into this. Because most things around you. Here's the thing. The body, okay, has a mind of its own because the somatic body has been imprinted and imprinted with a certain level of consciousness and story that it doesn't feel safe to manifest everything I just said yet, right? Because, for instance, you could get really inspired, really excited and talk to somebody who's like, let's say you have a friend and she really wants to start dating, okay? But if on a deep, somatic level, she had some really scary relationship with her father or with somebody once who really broke her heart, you think she's going to let that in? No. Because until she unlocks it. Here, it's here, right? And as a protection, your body's doing its job. So you can have all this consciousness and all these spiritual insights. But now we got to work with the nervous system, right? And I've been doing this part my whole journey. So after I lived in Jerusalem, I came to Los Angeles, and again, through a total circuitous route. I was writing a song for the Jim Henson Company, and I met Lisa Henson, Jim Henson's oldest daughter, and she's like, Come with me to a meditation retreat. And I was like, that sounds so great. I'll put on Lululemon and we'll, like, be, like, cute. We'll go to Erewhon. We'll be cute. Oh, my God. This was in 2007. And I was like, this is the hardest. And all I'm doing is sitting still and I'm gonna die. I was like, this is the hardest work out of my life. Anyway, I decided that I needed to, like, really look into that. And so I leaned all the way into learning meditation. I got certified in teaching meditation, which, because I needed it, right? And it was amazing. And now I kind of weave it in with, like, the spiritual stuff that I do. And many of you have meditated with me. We did it this morning. But what I realized in those years was that my body didn't feel safe to let go, right? And so your mind, not your consciousness, but that mind, that, like, mind is still feeding off of what the body's holding, right? And when we hold on to trauma, we're like, my hips really hurt. It's like, yeah, because we've just not found. Felt our feelings, and we've not processed certain things, right? And so this is why, like, people do Kundalini breath. And it's like, by breathing, breath, work, all these things. It's like moving. Literally move it out of the body, right? Because we manifest at the speed of safety. And that's my friend Tracy Litz. Quote. I want to give her credit for it because it's so good, but she's. It's such a good way to say we manifest at the speed of safety. So when the nervous system is regulated, because how many times have you actually manifested something cool and then you sabotage it because you're like, I hit my upper limit. I, like, literally don't feel safe, right? I had an experience when my ex and I first got. And he's, like, so sweet. He's still such a best friend to me. We got engaged, and he bought me a car. And I tell this in the book. He handed me the keys to an SUV in Acura, and we weren't even married yet. And I begged him to return it. I was like, what do you mean? He was like, I didn't see it going this way. What's happening? He. And I was crying, like, snot coming out of my nose. I was like, you're not buying me the car. Like, I need to buy. Because I've been on my own since I'm 12. My dad left when I was 12. No one bought me a car. No one paid for my college. All of a sudden, it was like alarm bells. Like, I'm going to trust you, Then what am I obligated to do? And I don't feel safe. And it was totally beyond my upper limit. You just spent $54,000 on a. What are you doing? Like, that's not in the program, right? And also, by the way, so much of my marriage, like, he's like, see, I helped you rise like a phoenix. Like, I. Part of why I wanted to generate millions of dollars was so that I didn't have to need someone. It didn't feel safe. And so I say to him, maybe you're the better manifester because you were able to manifest me going and receiving and you could receive it. Like, he's like, yeah, I just sit here and you make all the money. It's great. It's interesting. No, because it can come in any way. And I'm like, I will do it. Okay, you do it then. The. The thing is, I don't know if you ever saw. You should go back and watch it. There is a video, it's on YouTube, where will Smith meets with George Wallace. Have you seen this? George Wallace is, like, a great comedian. He's, like, older, and he's like a comedian's comedian. They have a conversation. This is like two, three years before this lap, right before the Oscars. And he says to Will Smith, he goes, just be careful, because when you hit the peak of what you really want to manifest, you'll probably sabotage it. He goes, because I did that. And we typically hit an upper limit. And you're like, I'm in the moment. I win. And then I'm going to ruin it for myself and totally punish myself because I can't handle what I actually want to receive, right? And so now I feel like we couldn't even talk about this for, like, a year because it was so tense. But now that we feel like, I feel like Will's come out and had so much real conversation about his own. Like, we can now take the lesson. And he's like, oh, my God. Like, I was just not okay. Like, something was. You know what I mean? But. But on a. If you look at the up, the big leap, right? If you look at Gay Hendrix, if you look at the work of the somatic work, or you look at this consciousness work, that was so predictable. And my friend Susie Moore, like, in real time while the Oscars, she was like, he just hit his upper limit. I'm like, huh? Because King Richard was amazing. I was like, this guy's gonna take home every award. He was so good, right? And he couldn't receive a moment where he's like, I'm. I did it. Look at me. No, I'm gonna ruin it for myself, right? Because I can't hold. I can't receive it, which is the ego, because the soul is like, I can receive all of it because I can just give it all. But if anything in the ego is like, I needed that to validate me because I'm still afraid and all of that stuff, we sort of like short circuit it and we'll talk later about money. But when money is not for the self alone, when it's not for the ego, but it's actually for the soul, you'll let yourself have a lot more of it. You'll trust yourself with it because you're going to be a steward of it. And it gets real clean over here. It's the intention, right? It's like Wayne Dyer says, the power of the intention. So I thought it would be cool and maybe we can do it as a group. I want you to close your eyes for a second, because you came here to get what you came to here to get. So let's go get it. Okay, so we just talked about turning the radio on and really allowing all the chakras, all the sphero, all the energy centers to open up so you can do this thing called Kabbalah. You can receive, and you can really receive from the quantum field, right? And just, I want you to notice for a second, just like, what does it feel like to turn that radio on? And now you are beyond time and space. You are in consciousness. You're connecting, right? God, the divine wants to pour through you. You're not 45 watts of a light bulb, you're an infinite amount of watts. And just feel it, okay? This is where you collapse time and space. And now you're going to be able to summon the miracles, and you're going to move so much energy through you that as you walk through the world, you're just going to allow all the stuff to come right out of escrow. The best relationship, the most amazing opportunities for work, the most incredible ways that you can be a light in the world, all that. Feel that? Right? Okay. Now if you're being honest and aware, because this is, again, how you're going to be able to have a breakthrough. If there's any part of this that starts to feel a little bit resistant, notice where you feel that in your body? Is it in your chest? Is it in your stomach? Is it in your legs? Just notice that the old identity has been conditioned on a cellular level. And in order for you to expand, to receive more, that old identity has to go through an ego death. It has to let go because it's holding a more constricted amount. It's not open yet and it feels scary as hell. It actually there's a name for it in the somatic work. It's called disintegration. Anxiety. A part of you, a part of you that was believing that survival meant guilt or shame or doubt or dimming or deluding or self abandonment. You're knocking on that door and you're updating the software with a whole new operating system. And so the old operating system, feel where that lives. Feel the edge of it. Okay, now open your eyes.
So I hope you enjoyed that. Here are the takeaways. Number one, the divine wants a relationship with you, so have a meeting with God every day. God is your cfo. Number two, the real wisdom is in the heart. Number three, set the expectation that today will surprise and delight you every single moment you're on divine gps and every day you're at the right place at the right time. Number four, you're not here to prove your existence. You came for something so much bigger than that. It's significance. You want to be on assignment. Number five, your energy is your strategy. Number six, what you really want to manifest is being able to just download from your creative, most inflow, inspired quantum mind itself. That's true abundance, guys. Thanks for bearing with me. I have a little bit of a cold, but it's been so much fun to hang out with you today. If you enjoyed this episode, it would
mean the world if you left a review.
And I'm also really excited to tell you that this show is evolving. We're taking the podcast in a new direction. A little up level that feels alive and honest and playful and even more connected. So moving forward, these conversations are going to be sometimes interviews and sometimes a little bit more of that behind the scenes, a little bit more of that fun. Episode Title: How to Crack the Code to Your Abundance: Morning Practices, Heart-Centered Wisdom, and Shifting Your Identity
Podcast: Everything Is Energy with Cathy Heller
Host: Cathy Heller
Date: May 11, 2026
Cathy Heller dives deep into the spiritual principles behind abundance, drawing from the wisdom of Judaism and Kabbalah. She guides listeners through practical morning rituals, the importance of “plugging in” to the Divine, shifting limiting identities, and embodying heart-centered consciousness. Cathy’s message: The miracles and abundance you seek are already available—you simply need to open your vessel to receive.
Plugging In Before the Day Begins: Cathy emphasizes starting each day by tuning in before the outside world shapes your identity or expectations.
"Every single morning, before the world tells us who to be, we need to take a beat and meet with our soul and have a meeting with God. God is your CFO. The divine wants a relationship with you." – Cathy [03:15]
Wisdom Doesn't Live in the Mind: Scientific studies on monks show wisdom is accessed from the heart and gut, not the brain.
Opening All Energy Centers (Chakras/Sphirot): Energetic alignment, especially opening the third eye (Keter/crown), allows you to perceive infinite possibilities rather than limitations.
"Everyone's out here operating from a program in the mind. You want to move into opening up—so this third eye. In Hebrew, we call it the keter, which actually means crown... The truth is, the truth is the truth. How cool is that?" – Cathy [05:23]
Your Morning Sanctuary: If you don't have 10 minutes for a Divine meeting, you’re missing the foundation of your day.
"Nobody gets the award for 'I'm the most depleted.' Nobody gets the award for 'I'm the most busy.' We need one more person who's in wholeness, who's in resonance. And how do you manifest from wholeness? We can't create from lack. We create from wholeness." – Cathy [10:47]
Release Old Roles:
"I can say 'I am Cathy Heller,' but that’s a role I’m playing. The I am is who I am. And every one of us… is a unique aspect of the divine." – Cathy [15:58]
Consciousness Bends Reality:
When you change your inner world, you “bend that 3D reality just like that.”
"When you change the world within yourself, the whole world around you is going to change." – Cathy [16:18]
Manifest from Wholeness, Not Lack:
Focusing on validation and busyness is a distraction—true creation arises when you’re full.
Reality as Radio Stations:
The abundance and miracles you seek are “hidden in plain sight” like radio waves—already here, waiting to be accessed.
"Where on earth was the music before we turned on the radio? Well, it was hidden in plain sight. It was already here. We just had to access it." – Cathy [20:50]
You Always Have a Choice:
Just as you can change the radio channel, you can change your energetic “channel” and reality.
"Every single day, every one of us… is choosing the channel they're on. That is the essential message of Dr. Edith Eger's book, The Choice. That is Viktor Frankl." – Cathy [22:36]
Energy is Generous by Nature:
Resonance between people “turns on” their energy too—your frequency impacts others.
"Your being in tune is very generous because what are you doing to other people? Turning them the on. And that's why people are like, 'I love your energy.' What did you just do? You literally turn them on." – Cathy [24:19]
Receiving Rather Than Attracting:
Rabbi Aaron teaches: Manifestation is more about being open to immediately receive what's already here, not magnetically pulling things from "out there."
"Most people call it the law of attraction. He's like, it's so much more immediate than that. Call it the law of reception… it's right here. Just receive it." – Cathy [27:50]
What You Really Want to Manifest:
Beyond material “lists”, the deepest desire is for wholeness, divine connection, creative flow, sovereignty, and ongoing divine conversation.
“What you really want to manifest is a divine conversation all day. What you really want to manifest is the feeling of sovereignty… That's abundance, is it not?” – Cathy [29:12]
Your Soul Seeks to Shine & Serve:
Using a light bulb metaphor, Cathy illustrates: Your light is meant to be shared, to illuminate others—not hoarded for yourself.
"What does a light bulb want to do? It doesn't want light for its own sake. It wants to be the light." – Cathy [34:59]
Abundance Flows to Those Who Give:
When you focus on being the light rather than gathering things, abundance flows “because you don’t need it.”
Miraculous Stories:
Cathy shares a moving story of a woman who volunteers at the bedside of a dying stranger, only to learn he was the doctor who delivered her at birth—a profound demonstration of synchronicity and the “Divine GPS”.
"All day long, you think you can see. You can't see shit. You think you know. Your mind knows nothing… You do this other kind of thing where you’re like, for the sake of my soul, I’m going to do something good… And then God goes, boom, here's a miracle." – Cathy [38:58]
Imposter Syndrome, Legacy, and True Significance:
Rather than striving for social validation or career performance, the deeper calling is leaving a true legacy—generational impact springing from love and soul-alignment.
Manifest at the Speed of Safety:
Somatic blocks—old traumas and unconscious patterns—limit how much abundance and love we let in.
"We manifest at the speed of safety." – [44:15]
Example: Cathy’s inability to accept a car as a gift, and Will Smith’s public “upper limit” sabotage at the Oscars, illustrate how the ego can block receiving.
Critical Role of Intention:
When resources (like money) are intended for the soul’s purpose and contribution, receiving them becomes easier and cleaner.
On being your own vessel:
"I am someone. I’m some of the One. I’m a masterpiece. I’m a piece of the Master." – Cathy [12:14]
On making sacred space:
"If you don't have 10 minutes to have a meeting with God, who's your CFO, you blew the day for you. Nobody gets the award for 'I'm the most depleted.'" – Cathy [10:47]
On resonance and energy:
"The best compliment anyone will ever give you is you have really good energy. ... That compliment is a reflection that you're in wholeness." – Cathy [18:38]
On manifesting from wholeness:
"You don't live in a 9000 square foot house; you live in here. ... When you're that lit up and you're that turned on and you're that in wholeness, what do you think you're able to do? All that stuff. And do you think you care that much? No." – Cathy [32:04]
On the Law of Reception:
"Reception is ... it's right here. Just receive it like someone's literally handing you a gift. Do you receive it? It's right here. It's in escrow. It's done." – Cathy [27:50]
On service and assignment:
"You actually want to light up a room. You want to make a room better because you were there. And that's actually the thing your soul really desires." – Cathy [36:38]
Cathy’s teaching style is vibrant, loving, humorous, and direct. She shares personal anecdotes, spiritual wisdom, and heart-centered exercises with warmth, authenticity, and encouragement. Her aim is to help listeners attune to their divine identity, become receptive vessels, and live lives of resonance, contribution, and miraculous abundance.
This episode is a practical and mystical guide for anyone seeking abundance—not just in wealth or achievement, but in love, clarity, purpose, and connection with the Divine. Cathy shows that transformation is less about striving and more about shifting your consciousness, regulating your energy, and opening your heart each day. If you want both inspiration and actionable steps toward more miraculous living, this is essential listening.
