Who am I to write a book? Who am I to start a podcast? Who am I to become a mother? Who am I to go through ivf? Who am I? Of course, scary. But then you know what I remember? There's a part of me, that little girl, you know what she says, you got this. You came here ready, you're over ready. And that's the thing with 99% of the people I meet. You're not ready. You're over ready.
Hey guys, it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to Everything Is Energy. Today I'm sharing something super special. It is an excerpt from Born for this. Born for this is this eight Day Live experience that is happening right now. There's still a few more days and you can join us. You can go to kathyheller.com born. You can get the replays to the first few days. You could be live with me for the next few days that are coming up. But what you're going to hear today is an excerpt from the first session where I got into really helping you crack the code on how reality actually works. I think you're going to absolutely love this. We're going to talk about abundance. We're going to talk about how you can start making life feel the way you've always known it's supposed to feel. I want you to dive into this and let me know how this lands for you.
Hi everybody. Welcome. How are you guys? I love that you're already chatting it up in the chat. So good. So Los Angeles is here, Boise, Idaho is here. Minnesota is here. This is so much fun. I've been really looking forward to this. I love you guys. You are my people. I often say that I wish I knew all of you in seventh grade when the girls were not that nice. But welcome. It is so good to have you here and I want to know more than just where you're from. First of all, tell me in the chat, type A1 if you've been hanging out with me for a long time or for a little While and type A2 if this is your first time ever hanging out with me. So most of you are OGs, but welcome. If you're new to this, then welcome. It's so cool to be together. I love that we get to do this and we're going to dive in. So first of all, let's start, as Stephen Covey would say, let's begin with the end in mind. What are you going to do at the end of day eight to celebrate yourself for taking the time for you taking the Time to invest in your dreams, to invest in this idea that you kind of have always known that there's this bigger life for you. What are you going to do at the end of eight days? I want you to tell me right now. Because by spending this time, I mean, we get so distracted. Isn't it crazy how distracted we all get from what really matters? Right. Which is spending the time to see through a wider frame, spending the time to tap into the whisper inside of ourselves. And so it's pretty impressive, and it's pretty amazing with all the distractions and all the notifications and all the things that everyone is just so busy. Isn't it interesting that we have all these modern conveniences and people are busier than ever? Like, we. We have things like washing machines and cars and microwaves, and yet we're busier than ever. It's fascinating, but we're. We're somehow too busy for what actually really matters. So I want you to tell me what you're going to do to celebrate yourself at the end of eight days. Because it's really pretty huge to stop and pull the car over to the side of your life and say, what are the dreams that I've been keeping on a shelf? And is there an easier way for me to quantum leap? Is there a better way for me to wake up every day and feel plugged in and connected to the truth of who I am? And so I want you to celebrate that. So what are you going to do at the end? You're going to get ice cream and enjoy it? What else are you going to do? You're going to celebrate by walking five miles? You're going to what? What else are you going to do? Maybe go get a massage, Go to your favorite place for dinner, Book a trip somewhere, Swim at the beach. Yes. Buy some sparkly sneakers. I love. Okay. So beautiful. I also. Because I really want to get to know you. And even those of you who I know, I always feel like each of you is like unwrapping a Christmas gift. I love to get to know more about you. It's just my favorite thing. I think that's probably why I host a podcast, because some people say, I'm a dog person, I'm a cat person. I'm like, I'm a people person. I love people, like, every single person. I'm like, I want to know your whole story. I just find that people are so much more magical than we give ourselves credit for. So, because I want to know more about you, I feel like I was Thinking about it today, and I'm going to show you some show and tell. I feel like Mr. Rogers used to bring, like, a brown paper bag. Do you remember? He'd, like, pull something out and sit on the bench and then tie issues. So I was like, I want to bring something to share with you, more about me. And I thought, what am I going to share? And I had an idea, which is to bring books. Because I feel like I want to show you these in a second. But I feel like of all the things that could possibly describe me best, right? It's like the books that have changed my life. Do you guys agree? Like, I'm so curious if you had to name the three books that have changed your life the most. And I know that's really hard, but what would be three? What would be among three of the books that have changed your life the most? Because I'd love to know. You are a badass. The Abundance book, the Four Agreements, Siddhartha was my first favorite book. I remember reading it in college and being like, that book is amazing. Herman Hess. Many of you just said, the Four Agreements. Big Magic, A Course in Miracles, The Audacity to Be a Queen. The Power of youf. Journey of the Souls. The Untethered Soul. Oh, my gosh. Michael Singer, he's amazing. Power of Now. Incredible book. The Alchemist, of course. I read the Big Leap. Gay Hendrix. I've had him on my show, like, three times. He's incredible. So brilliant. The choice, Edith Eger. Incredible book. She just passed away. I knew her personally. What an amazing giant. Very, very small in stature, but giant as far as souls go. Atomic habits. Amazing. Okay, so good. Many lives, many math. You guys are so many people. The best. We should have our own book club. Be amazing. Okay, so I brought books because I thought the best way for me to tell anybody about me is like, what are the books that have changed my life? Okay, so I brought. I brought you. I really had a hard time choosing, so I wrote seven books that I whittled it down to four, but then I grabbed an extra one, which is a fifth book. So I will just say the two main books I would say that have had the biggest impact on me are. Anyone want to guess? You're like Roald Dahl, Willy Wonka and the. Talk about that's not so far off. I did love that book as a kid. But by the way, reading James and the Giant Peach, do you remember reading that and being like, you could eat it. You could taste it. He's such a good writer. Okay. Oh, my gosh. So Esgy knows me really well. Well, obviously, she's been working with me for five years. Yes, yes, yes. Katherine, you get it. Endless Light. Absolutely. Okay, so I brought two books, okay? Rabbi Aaron's book, which is Endless Light. Highly recommend. Do you know that I always have 10 copies of this book and 10 copies of this book. Why? Because I buy them and people come over. I give them these books when they leave. You know, some people, you know, they leave you with Tupperware. My food, my cooking's okay. But I. I say to people, you want to take something home? Take this book. Take this book. Okay, so this book by Rabbi David Aaron is all about how we understand, how we put on glasses to see the world through the divine lenses. And this completely changed my life. Many of you know that I spent three years living in the old city of Jerusalem, studying with him personally, and I've been learning with him for 20 something years. I don't know where the time goes, but this book completely changed my life. Okay, second book that completely changed my life is this guy, John Kabat Zin, wherever you go, there you are type of one. If you've ever read this book. Actually, I've read all of his books. He has a book called Full Catastrophe Living, which is such an amazing name for a book about mindfulness. Full Catastrophe. You're like, this isn't making me feel relaxed. But really, this book is about how do we meet life with equanimity. And this book changed my life. And why I bring these two to the forefront is because I spent three years. This is so interesting, right? When you. When you're in the middle of your journey, you don't always know how all the building blocks make sense. But when you look back at the journey, doesn't it make complete sense? It's unbelievable how it makes sense. So I took a hard left turn. I was supposed to be in Jerusalem for three weeks. I stayed there for three years studying with this human being. Then I had this whisper in my soul telling me to go to Los Angeles because I wanted to use my voice. And, you know, sometimes you just get the next half step. It's like God is giving us a scavenger hunt. You ever feel like that? All you get is one clue and you're like, what do I do with this? And you just like, go. So I went to Los Angeles with this idea of using my voice, and lo and behold, I wind up writing music for TV and film, and I write a song for the Jim Henson Company next Thing I know, I get asked by Lisa Henson, who's Jim Henson's daughter, to go on a mindfulness retreat. I'm like, what the heck is that? And I wind up spending three years studying mindfulness meditation. And then I met this amazing teacher, Susan Kaiser Greenland, and she was certifying people to teach mindfulness to kids. And I was like, I want to learn that. And so I spent six years with these two sort of modalities or. Or instruction manuals, if you will, and completely changed my life. And I've been working both of those sort of things all this time. So a couple decades. But then I wanted to bring in another book because in 2007. Oh, my gosh, I cannot believe that's 19 years ago. Actually, the truth of the matter is 2006. 2006 was the last time I had a job working for someone else. And then I quit my job because I believe that our dreams are actually guidance and we are given the capacity to get paid to do what we love. And so then I found this guy. Anyone know who this guy is? This guy right here? And he became one of my mentors. His name is Seth Godin. And you know what I love about this book? If you look closely, what is the subject? The subtext? Why am I saying subject and subject? I mean, the byline of this book. What do you say? What's the name of that? What's the name? Why wouldn't I know the name of that? Anyway, that second line tagline will go. It's subtitled. Thank you, guys. Carmen Chase, you get a taco, you get a car. Subtitle. Okay, what's the title of the book? You can't be seen until you learn to see. So what I tell people, first thing, first mic drop from this book. You know what he says? You know what he says about business? He says, business is two words. Ready? Radical Empathy. How amazing is that? So you pick up this book thinking, this book is about business and marketing. And it turns out this book is about seeing other people, making people feel truly seen. And so he became a mentor of mine because I realized that it just makes sense, right? And the truth is that the best brands, they are the best ideas that reshape humanity, right? Like Apple isn't just selling. It's not even really software. It's hardware. It's the idea that there's a genius that lives inside of you. And just the idea, just the idea alone reshapes us as those of us who are connected to that concept. And then I brought one more book. Because I couldn't stop there. Which is Dr. James Doty's book. Type I. If you've ever read this book, into the magic shop. Dr. Doty passed away not that long ago. An incredible human being. He actually wrote something for my book, which was incredibly generous. But this book is amazing because part of what we're going to do over the next eight days is I'm going to teach you my version of the magic lessons. But he learned this magic and kind of in the middle of nowhere. This book is incredible. Highly recommend. And then you know what I did? I was going to stop there, but then this is on my shelf. Okay. This is just a book on flowers. And every page is like another something that's just so beautiful. And why I decided to show you this is because we curate. We get to curate what we look at every single day. And the world that we're looking at is actually a reflection of the world within you. And so I brought that because I think one of the things for me is that I am just so in awe of the world. And so if I do my job well, by the end of today, by the end of the eight days, you will see yourself better, clearer, and you will see the universe, reality as it actually is, with a capital R, and not through the subjective lens of the mind. So I'd like to give you your first assignment. Okay. You're like, homework. We already have homework, but it's going to be good. So on my desk. Okay. This is so interesting because my daughter put this on my desk. Do you know what's on my desk that she found in a box? This. You know who this is? You have a guess. Okay, this is me. So cute. What am I holding, like a bracelet or something? That is a dress that I'm sure my mom or my grandmother sewed for me. So my daughter, about a month ago, found that in a box and put it on my desk. And I didn't really, like, notice it. Really. I wasn't giving it much attention until I realized how. And those of you who are people who have been with me for a while know that I used to do this. I used to start every workshop. And tell you what I'm going to tell you now, which is I want you to find a picture of yourself as a little kid. And anytime between, let's say, two and eight years old, I want you to find a picture of you and I want you to put it wherever you're going to be watching this, I want you to have it with you. Until this is over. Because we lose sight of ourselves. In fact, I just posted one second before I came on here. I saw it and I reposted it. It said, dream the way a little kid dreams before self doubt creeps in. But I say this to you because I think the reason that you're here this week, I think it's because you know that you've outgrown the life that you're living. There's a part of you that feels like, you know when a plant has outgrown its pot and you're just ready to be repotted. And often what we do is when we feel that feeling, it's uncomfortable. So we kind of want to actually, like, shove that feeling down and look for some way to actually numb ourselves from that feeling. But what if that is actually guidance? What if it's your soul instructions? What if it's because there's a part of you that knows how powerful you are and you've been kind of shrinking it and dimming it and that. That's actually the thing that's bothering you, Right? And if you could just allow yourself to say yes. And so you know what else I have on my. You're like, how big is your desk? It's like Mary Poppins bag. It just keeps getting bigger. So I pulled these things out. By the way, these are real flowers. Isn't that cute? A friend. I was like, what should I put? This was a few months ago and I was sitting at my office. I was like, what should I put behind me? I don't need to put, like, I don't know, random, like knickknacks, like, obviously put my book. So, like, okay, people know, like, they can get that. Because I really do feel like if I wrote a book, it means there's something good in there that you might want. So I put the books. Okay, fine. And then these are two actually planters with real. They're real flowers. So I keep watering them and then take them into the sunlight. It's a little bit of effort, but they're real. Anyway, I used to have there, these two beautiful paper cups is what we call them. And one of my former students made them for me. But I want to give you this as something that you're going to do throughout the eight days. Okay. Which is this. Can you read this? Maybe it's backwards for you. But it says yes. I feel like it's backwards. So I feel like, how do I get you to read it like that? Just kidding. So it says yes, I know it says yes. And then this other beautiful thing. So this also is going to be backwards for you, but it says, let your colors shine. Okay? So I have a song called let your colors shine, which we would play for you tomorrow. And because I used to write music for TV and film, it was in a bunch of things, that song. It's such a fun song. But I put these two things on my desk to remind you of what we're really doing here. Okay. And why I want you to have a picture of you as a kid is because your mind is really not your friend, okay? Your mind is a liar, okay? And it's not wired for prosperity or for potential. It's not wired for you to thrive. It's not wired to be in alignment with your soul. It's wired for one thing. Survival. That's it. And so all the mind does is say no. Okay? All it does is say no. It's like, picture the most nervous, cautious helicopter parent you could ever meet. That's your mind. And your mind's like, no way. These are all things that could go wrong. Don't you dare do that. Right? Your soul is always. And I'm going to pick it up again, even though it's backwards, but your soul is always saying the opposite. Your soul is always saying, yes. You've got this right. In fact, even when something is potentially going to be challenging, what does your soul say? It still says yes. Why? Because nobody actually wants to stay in this place where we have yet to evolve and expand. And the things that are a little sticky, Right? Your soul knows that they've come to actually crack you open to the greatness within you. Right? And so when you play chess against someone who's better than you, even if you lose the game of chess, what happened? You became a better chess player because you played against someone better. Because the truth of the matter is that you know on some level that you're way more powerful than you have allowed yourself to be because your mind is getting in the way. So what we're going to do over the next eight days is we're going to. I'm basically going to hand you the instruction manual. Okay? And I wrote about this in abundant ever after type of one. If you've ever read this book, I think right now I might be wrong. I think it's 10 bucks on Amazon. So this book came out and I was so grateful that people really received it and got it. And it's so cool that you can write something. It's like sending a message in a bottle. And People go, oh my gosh, thank you. So I feel like when I wrote this book, my idea was to give you back the instruction manuals. Now, I don't know about you, I don't read instructions. Do you ever do that? If my kids get a new game or a hoverboard, I just dive in. I don't have patience to sit down and read the instruction manual. And then I find out like, whoops, I gotta go back because I put the leg on the wrong side or whatever it is. But for me it's better to just dive in and I'll figure it out as I go. But one thing that's interesting is I feel like us as human beings, we actually came with an instruction manual, but instead somebody gave us the wrong instructions. And it's like we're, we're plugging it in to the wrong outlet. Okay. And it's not working. And we're wondering, why doesn't this work? In fact, how many of you are a little bit going crazy with the different like cords, right? Like right now, like I have like a newer iPhone, so it has this one and I can't use the old one. You know, I'm talking about, I know what they're called. One's like a USB C and what. You know what I'm saying? Okay. So imagine that your whole life you have one, you have, you have one outlet that you can actually utilize and plug into, but you're using the wrong cord. And what I mean is, well, meaning adults who you grew up around, your parents, people around you, teachers, whoever it was, they maybe I think I'm just going to give benefit out. People mean well and they don't want you to get hurt. And so they give you instructions and they tell you that life is hard and it's all about working hard and it's all about really like doing your best to figure a lot of things out and, and then you will kind of make do with what you get. Sound familiar? Right? So the truth of the matter is that what I wrote about in the book is what I'm going to teach you over the next eight days is that it's wrong and it's like, no, actually not correct. Okay. Why is that? Because life, okay, is actually meant to work through flow. Hey, quick pause.
You're sitting on gold right now. Like you're actually this second you've been sitting on gold. Most of us are so busy trying to really figure everything out and we don't realize what's already here. I know this because I Used to do this. I used to chase things. I used to constantly try to figure things out. But when I finally realized it's all here, I wound up stepping in to my linen closet and I recorded a podcast which became 50 million downloads. I started making millions of dollars licensing music for TV shows and doing the show and writing books.
This is not a hustle story.
This is about energy. This is about frequency. This is about resonance. This is about tapping into the spiritual technology that, that God has given us. You don't have a strategy problem. You are being blocked because you don't realize what you're sitting on. I want you to come join me for 12 weeks. We are going to unlock the wealth, we are going to unlock the abundance, the opportunities. We're going to help you master manifestation and actualize real abundance in your life by becoming the version of you who is a 3D printer, whose resonance, whose energy, energy is so coherent that it can't not bend everything around you. You are never behind. You're not broken. You've been sitting on gold the whole time. We start June 29th. The link is in the show notes. I want you to receive what's already yours. Come and join us. If you want the entire eight day live experience, I just want you to know you can still join it and get the replays to the first few days. Go to kathyheller.com born I would love you to join us in there.
How does a person wind up creating the most abundance in their life? Whether it's in a relationship, in their work, in their career, with their craft. It's being in flow, right? What does that mean? It means tapping into, plugging into a power greater than you that moves through you. And when you do that, what starts to happen? Your resonance changes. You become magnetic. Okay, so the first thing I'm going to tell you is you, you came here today and maybe there's a part of you we're going to, we're going to keep just kind of like getting. It's kind of like taking a lens and putting it into focus. Okay? You set out every day and the instruction manual that you've been given tells you how to acquire things that are outside of you, how to acquire more approval, how to acquire more money, how to acquire more things, right? And it's kind of like this maze of how am I going to figure out how to work hard enough to attain the things that are outside of me so that I have more, whatever it is, more knowledge, so I get more degrees, more abundance. I'll get More money, get more stuff. Okay, type of one. Anyone following me? Type of one. If that is that, it's a little familiar. Okay? So then people, they do goal setting, right? People start looking at strategy, they'll start wanting to understand how they're gonna figure things out. It's all about figuring things out. Okay, so what if I told you that the truth is that you are so much more powerful than you let yourself know? You actually kind of know it, but you don't let yourself know it. Okay? And when you stop trying to plug into an outlet outside of you, and instead you plug into what is inside within you, things start to change. Okay? So first of all, okay, we're going to go through a few things today, so I hope that you have a pen and paper with you. But first things first is that when you wake up in the morning, the mind is very noisy. Lot. Lot going on in there. Okay? And we've come to find out what's amazing about the time we live in now in 2026, is that we don't only have intuition, we have a lot of intuition, but we also have a lot of data. We have a lot of science that backs up what we kind of already knew. And what we've come to find out is that there are no answers in the mind. Okay? Wisdom lives not in the mind. Where does it live? It lives in the heart, okay? The answer is in your heart. It's in your gut. In fact, each of us, right? I had acupuncture yesterday. Acupuncture is ancient Chinese medicine, and in the Eastern traditions, we talk about the chakra system, all these centers. What are these centers? It's like. It's the way that the body's antenna sort of like, picks up information. Wisdom, intuition, insight. Okay? You can kind of feel it. In fact, we now know. I've had multiple people on my podcast that talk about this in different ways. We now know that the brain, Dr. Lisa Miller talks about this. Dr. Lisa Miller is a professor. Professor who's incredibly brilliant and kind and wonderful pattern on several times. She's a friend of mine. She's a professor at Columbia, and she says the brain, the entire. The purpose for the brain is that we now know that in the center of the brain is an antenna. Okay? That's not there to pick up information from the mind, but actually to download insight and intuition from the quantum field. How amazing is that? Okay, so they did MRIs and FMRIs on monks, and they found that there's very little brain activity. And they come out with Incredible clarity and wisdom. Why? Because they're bypassing the noise in the brain and they're going straight to the source. They're downloading it. It's a knowing, okay? Now, the problem is that we are all that intuitive, but most of our life, we kind of like, scoff it off. Like, no, I'm going to ask somebody else. I'm going to listen to another podcast. I'm going to keep scrolling. Rather than having a meeting with your soul, having a conversation with the divine that wants to speak to you all day long, you could pick up the phone all day, you could have a conversation with the divine, with the Creator of the universe. So one of the biggest things that I learned, and many of you know this because you've heard me say this, but one of the probably greatest, most impactful lessons of my life was when Rabbi Aaron taught me two things. Number one, he said, you're a masterpiece. You're a piece of the master, okay? So we have to understand that every wave is a piece of the ocean, okay? There's no place where this wave ends and this wave begins. It's all oneness. So we're all connected in this one energetic, one quantum field. Connected. He said it's like this. He said, if God was like the sun, you'd be a ray of that light. Okay? So we have to plug into that conversation, and the next thing to understand is that. And he taught me this. And now I see a lot of people teaching it in different ways. It's such a beautiful metaphor. And I talk about this in my book, that the world works like a radio, okay? And for many of you, you've heard me say this, but I actually think when things come through repetition, it's actually good for us because the more we hear it, the more we begin to embody it, right? Because words don't really teach. We have to really, like, connect to the part of us that implements that actually starts to feel it, not know it, but feel it. So I'm going to teach you this analogy. For those of you it might be, some of you, it's new. Some of you, it's a repeat. But essentially, we said earlier, I said earlier that people tell you that things are hard and you have to figure it out. And whatever you want, it's somewhere, it's someone, it's at some other time in some other place. And you have to figure out how to get to that other place or that other time in the future. And then you'll. You'll maybe somehow find it, whatever it Is that you want. But it's out there. Okay, but what if it's in here? And what if it is so in here that when you find it in here, it actually shows up out here. So I'm going to explain what that means. So if you took a radio and you turn it on right now, as we speak, not woo woo, but actually literally, if I turned a radio on in this room right now, immediately, what would happen? Immediately, what would happen? Tell me in the chat, if I turned on a radio right now, what would we. We'd hear music. Exactly. We'd hear it. Now if there were four of us in this room and we turned on radios, would we all hear the same song? Not necessarily. Because there's a lot of different stations and we're all playing a different station. Why? Because whatever we are tuned to is what we'll play. Let me say that again. Whatever you tune to is what broadcasts. So most people go through the world thinking that the life that they're living is happening to them. And this is the broadcast, this is person was rude. This thing feels frustrating. They feel whatever you name it is happening in their life. Okay. And they're not necessarily realizing that they're actually choosing what they're tuned to. And then the world is playing it exactly as it's tuned. And something that's interesting, right, is to think about the difference, the drastic vast difference. And I'll give you a good example. Where I grew up, which was in South Florida, there are two stations that I had pre programmed into my Volvo 740 gle. That was my first car. It was a hand me down from my dad in 1987. Volvo GLE. And two of the stations, one was 102.3. That was like alt rock, I think it was called Jack FM at the time that, that was like Third Eye Blind. And I'm just trying to think when I was in high school what was going on. Maybe, maybe. What's this? I'll practice Santeria, sublime, whatever that was, that was 102.3. And then I had another station programmed in my car, 102.7. Interesting, right? Because they're not that far apart. Then I had another station, 100.7, which is Y100, that was like this, that was like Justin Timberl. It was like this stuff right now, do you notice these are tiny degrees apart, yet they played completely different songs. One's playing alternative rock, one's playing Celine Dion. And at the time that was like mainstream. Okay, so what I'm saying is that Every single day you're offering a certain broadcast to the world. And most of the time, the mind is such a liar that the broadcast you're offering, it's lack. It's a feeling of lack and frustration and self doubt. And it's a feeling of, why even bother getting out of bed today? Because it's going to be the same Groundhog Day that I lived yesterday. True or true, Right? In fact, this is why I love that movie, Groundhog Day. I think it's an amazing movie. I showed it to my kids before we turned it on. They were like, I do not want to watch this. These old movies are so slow. Then they turn it on. They're like, this movie's so good. I'm like, right. What happens to Bill Murray in that movie? He realizes that when he changes what's going on inside himself, everything's different. He's in the same town, living the same day. All of a sudden, it's Andie McDowell, right? All of a sudden, she falls in love with him. She thought he was grumpy and annoying. Same guy, same hairline, same receding hairline. Next thing you know, she loves this guy, right? Because instead of going out there and looking for something, you're putting something in the world. Instead of coming into a room and saying, here's what I need. Here's what I'm missing. Right? You're coming into the room saying, here's what I have to give. Okay? So I would like to go through some. Some journal prompts with you, and I'd like to go through some declarations with you. Because I believe that each of you honestly, like, this is the truth of the truth. I would love to sit with each of you for hours and uncover that whisper and the gifts and the kindness and the love. You know what the most impressive thing in the world is? It's not how you dress. It's not your iq. It's love. It's wisdom. It's kindness. When somebody comes in a room who's loving, everybody else feels it. And you know what happens just by being around you. They say, I had better ideas. Just being in your presence all of a sudden, you bring people to life, right? And so here you are thinking about all the things that you're missing or all the things that you wish that you could figure out how. But I want to tell you the next cool thing. This is what's insane. This is what's amazing. This is the way the universe was created. Always, all the time. When you get to that station, that 102.7 or whatever it is that, like, the music comes in clear and there's no static. And you just feel so good. And you're like, hello, everybody. You're, like, going out for the day, like, saying hi to everyone, buying the guy in the Starbucks behind you in line. Just, like, feeling so excited about who you're going to meet and who you're going to be there for and what lessons you're going to have. It's amazing. What happens is all of a sudden you realize you're at the right place at the right time all the time. All of a sudden you realize the synchronicity was just waiting for you to turn the station, that you didn't have to get in a plane. You didn't have to go across the country. You didn't have to become someone new. You didn't. You didn't have to get a PhD. You didn't have to change anything about anything outside of you. You just had to tap in right to the. To that place where the broadcast is clear, where the signal is clear. And you have something called absolute certainty. And it's the certainty that everything's rigged in your favor. It's the certainty that you wouldn't have been given the gifts you've been given if there wasn't an exempt path for you to be able to show up and be in your potential. And that if you're an acorn, you were designed to be an oak tree. And you've come to realize, oh, my God, I've been like, fighting it, like, I shouldn't want to be an oak tree. What's wrong with me? Other people aren't. They have their acorns, but they're not letting themselves be oak trees. Who would I be if I was an oak tree? Oh, my God, I have imposter syndrome. It's all of that stuff. What starts to happen is you realize every single one of us was put in this orchestra to play our notes. Some of us are brass instruments, some of us are wood instruments. And it doesn't matter if you're a triangle or if you're a cello. The idea is like, you were meant to be at your fullest, brightest capacity to play the notes that you were designed to play right? And the greatest feeling of abundance is feeling like you are fully expressed, fully in tune and fully just waking up every day. And instead of being in laugh, you just get to offer the gift that you are meant to change the world for one person every day. And you can all do that. And then what starts to happen is you're led to the most amazing, inspirational, crazy, blow your hair back things. You're like, I could never have figured out how that was going to happen. But you were tuned in, right? And very few people are tuned in all day long. But what if you work? Okay? So we're going to start to have some fun. We're going to start to play with this. And the reason I want that picture of you as a little kid on your desk is because she knew that she knows how to do it. She knows how to do it. You know what happened at the age of seven or eight or nine, she got her heart broken. She started seeing things in the world that made her feel bad. She started collecting evidence against herself. And she said, you know what I'm going to do? The best way for me to not get my heart broken is just to have a smaller desire. Because if I want for less and if I shrink a little bit, and if I tell myself that none of it's possible anyway, then maybe I won't get hurt. And instead, the truth is that you were put here because you're needed here. Every single one of us. Every day that we're here is proof that the creator of the universe said, I need you here. You exactly as you are. You've been assigned, and it matters, and it's important. And each one of us is a different puzzle piece. And if each of us doesn't click that puzzle piece into the puzzle, there's like that feeling when you finish a puzzle and there's a piece missing. You're missing, and you know it. And when we stop letting ourselves hear the desire, which is really soul instructions asking us to build a bigger vessel so we can download more light, okay? What happens is life gets pretty boring pretty quickly because you didn't come to consume a pile of things. It's not that interesting, right? Like, I wear this. Anyone who knows I have these pair of earrings? I wear it every single day. How many pairs of earrings do I need? I need this one pair. I like this pair, right? I wear like this every single day. I wear this every single day. It's like, I have one car. I don't need five, and you have one. It's not that interesting, right? And what's more interesting is how much of me can I give? That's way more interesting. And every day, how much more of me can I find that was sitting there waiting to come through? That's more interesting. That's more compelling, and that's why you're Here is to remember that actually we are each like a 3D printer. And the more that our whole being becomes coherent. It's like you walk in the room and there's this resonance. It just casts an imprint into the whole room. The more that instrument becomes in harmony with your soul. And it's not the chatter of the mind. Your literal electromagnetic frequency starts to create. It starts to put other people into coherence. People want to be around you. Ideas pop in your mind that you can't even believe you just thought of. I just went to see Charlie Puth this weekend, and he said, never once in his life, not one time, has he sat down to write a song. Never happened. He goes, instead, I'll be driving or I'll be in the shower. And I'm like, how long has this been going on? Right? It's like, download. Okay. Download. So what does it mean? It means most people cannot see. They're blind. Why? Because they look with their eyes. And where does vision come from? Insight comes from within. So every day, people go, here's me scanning for what I see, and here's what I'm lacking. And it's really about looking through the eyes of what's within that sees. Right? Walt Disney, he was flying over Anaheim in a. In a helicopter, and he started crying. And the pilot says to him, why are you crying? And he goes, you see it? He's like, I see swampland. He goes, no, you didn't see it. I can hear it. I can taste it. And he's crying in the helicopter. And he took that vision and he sold it and sold it over and over again until he had enough investment to build what he already saw. So all day long, we're looking outside of ourselves, and we go, gosh, it's cool. I get it. It's interesting. But I don't see it. Because you're not looking through the right lens, right? That's why every day I say, before you do anything, you have to have the most important meeting in the day. You have to meet with your soul. You got to meet with God. You got to close your eyes and say, show me. Open my eyes. Help me see what you would have me see. Show me how it's rigged in my favor. Show me the downloads. Show me the gift. Because I'll tell you, here's the thing. Einstein, Walt Disney, Charlie Puth, Jim Henson. Name the people. Okay? It's a whisper. You have to listen. The mind is loud. It's shouting. The soul is that voice that's so quiet, but when you finally hear it, it's the only thing you hear. And you never unhear it. And then you always know the difference because the ego has to shout. You ever see two people? It's like that King Solomon story where they bring the baby and two mothers are like, deciding. You know, he's going to decide who's the mother of the baby. And he's like, fine, I'll cut the baby in half. It's a horrible story. And the mother who says, take it, she can take it. I don't want the baby to be cut in half. He's like, that's the mother, right? The ego has to scream. It's trying to drown out your truth. So it's yelling. It's screaming at you. The mind is loud. The soul is just that one clear mic drop. The problem is that all your life, people around you have been telling you, we don't listen to that. That's dangerous. That's going to lead you to a really scary place. Why? Because the mind wants to predict. Because I'll tell you, the scariest thing for the mind is what? The unknown. Because if something is unknown, registers in the body as unsafe, unfamiliar. But the soul says, take that one clue and keep going and don't stop till you get there, right? Because the soul isn't afraid of the unknown. It came for that. It wants it every morning and night, wants an adventure. It wants a mystical experience. It wants to go through the labyrinth, the Alice in the Wonderland. Like, hello. That's what we came here for, right? So we wind up moving away from everything that's in the treasury for us because our mind is afraid of the unknown. Can you believe that? That's the truth. My daughter started a new high school today. You're like, why today? It's June. Because they had a week that's called High School 101. It's a preview week, okay? Then they actually start in August. This child, last week and leading up to this whole last week, she's like, I have chest pains. I did it. I'm like, normal, normal. Your body's like, new school, new grade, new things. And it's. What is it? The mind is equivalent to Stephen King, okay? The mind is like, hey, you want to know worst case scenarios? I've got you, girlfriend. Here are the worst things that could happen. And then it tries to sell it to you, but it's counterfeit. Because what did I tell her? I said, you know what? It's going to reveal to you who you really are. Because when God wants To make you David, he sends Goliath. And you look at that and you go, you got nothing. Because it's cracking open every time, right? And here's the thing. Goliath works on behalf of the divine. It was set there by God as a test that you should know better. You got this. So what is it all about? You don't know your greatness. That's what it's all about. So for me, gosh, there were so many things. I get it. There's so many moments. I'm like, who am I to write a book? Who am I to start a podcast? Who am I to become a mother? Who am I to go through ivf? Who am I? Of course, scary. But then you know what I remember? There's a part of me, that little girl, you know what she says, you got this. You came here ready. You're over ready. And that's the thing with 99% of the people I meet. You're not ready. You're over ready. And that over readiness is becoming like grief, because you've been ready. You're so ready. Except the people you've been spending time with, you want to belong to each other. And you're afraid that if you stepped into your power, this one's going to comet. If you step into your power, this one's going to exit. You step into your power, this one won't like it. Except that, as Rabbi Aaron says, oneness, because we're all one. We're all one, but oneness is not sameness. We're not meant to be a copy paste of each other. We're meant to have this way in which each of us shares our gifts, right? One of the reasons was hard for me to leave California is because something else to see a mountain jutting into the ocean, right? The juxtaposition of the diversity of things, it's so special, right? And so when you look at a garden and you see lavender and eucalyptus, and then you see red flowers and purple, it's like the. The beauty is that they're. They're all one, but they're all different expressions of this one divine intelligence, right? And at the Charlie Puth concert, he had this one moment. Oh, my God, so beautiful. He's saying, see you again. And he said, if you have a phone, turn on your light and you look out. And it's the most amazing feeling because all these strangers become one. We just all have the light on and you just feel it. You feel how there's thousands of people there and all of a Sudden all your hearts are literally in sync. There's literally this coherence in the room. And by the way, we now know that actually can heal other people. When people have that coherence where they just drop the ego and they find the oneness. And everyone in there is different. We like different books, we have different tastes, we have different tastes in food, music, friends. But when the hearts connect and we know that we're one, we can literally change the molecules, we can literally update biologically. We can change the way a plant grows. We could change cancer cells. It's amazing, the heart coherence, okay, of that oneness, but we think that actually being individuated and being ourselves and being who we are fully is somehow the opposite of oneness. Because what we thought, what we were told in seventh grade, is that the way to belong to each other is to be the same and don't be more powerful than somebody else and don't be shining so bright and don't use your gift. And if this person's not using her gift, don't you use your gift, right? So every time one of you comes into my world, I'm like, oh my God, I can't wait to light you up. Because the more you come from this love and you're fully, unbridledly unleashed and you are just singing your notes, you actually inspire other people to give them the permission to do their notes, right? And then it gets really good. Okay, so get out a pen and paper. First thing I want you to do, we're going to do five quick things. First thing, I want you to decide something. I want you to decide something today. Okay? And by the way, light, I always say is in pencil has an eraser at the end. You get to throw spaghetti at the wall and you get to keep iterating. Okay, everything's in beta. But I want you to make a decision, right as Harry Connick Jr. Said to me, he goes, I write a song and I give myself something to edit the next day. Because they just get started. Just get started. You can always go back and edit it, but let's decide, let's start. Let's get that dot, the first dot on the page. Okay, here's a question. When you ask yourself, what have I been putting in the maybe someday folder that I'm actually ready to move into a declaration? This is mine. What is something that you've been hedging on that you've been putting off? Is it a relationship? Is it work related? Is it who you want to be? Is it your health? Is it money that you're ready to steward? What is something you've been putting off that you are ready to declare that this. You're no longer hedging. This is what you're choosing. You are choosing this. You're going to choose this kind of relationship. You're going to choose to call in and manifest this level of your career. You're going to choose to call in this kind of health, this kind of body. Make a decision. What are you choosing? Declare it. What are you choosing? Wealthy retirement? Your show?

Host: Cathy Heller
In this episode, Cathy Heller leads listeners through a deep exploration of spiritual abundance, self-worth, and the mystical roots of alignment from the perspective of Jewish wisdom and Kabbalah. She emphasizes that we already possess everything we seek—clarity, love, abundance, creativity, and miracles—within ourselves. The real work is tuning into a higher frequency, clearing self-doubt, and expanding our “vessel” so the Light (divine energy) can flow into our lives. The episode is framed as an excerpt from Cathy’s “Born for This” live workshop and is a mix of her teaching, storytelling, practical prompts, and spiritual guidance.
Cathy’s Five Reflection/Declaration Prompts (54:45+)
On Soul and the Mind:
“Your mind is a liar, okay? And it's not wired for prosperity or for potential. It's not wired for you to thrive... It's wired for one thing: survival. That's it. And so all the mind does is say no... Your soul is always saying yes.”
(14:54–15:40) — Cathy Heller
On Divine Identity:
"You're a masterpiece. You're a piece of the Master. So we have to understand that every wave is a piece of the ocean..."
(26:48–27:00) — Reciting Rabbi David Aaron, shared by Cathy Heller
On Frequency and Reality:
"Whatever you tune to is what broadcasts. ... Most people go through the world thinking that the life they're living is happening to them... but they're actually choosing what they're tuned to."
(28:20–29:40)
On Certainty & Miracles:
“When you have absolute certainty... it’s the certainty that everything’s rigged in your favor.”
(33:10)
On Permission to Shine:
"The reason you’re here this week... is because you know that you’ve outgrown the life that you’re living. ... There’s a part of you that feels like... you’re just ready to be repotted."
(11:10, paraphrased)
Cathy Heller reminds listeners that alignment with the Divine, curiosity, and remembering our own innocence and power is the way to unlock everything we seek. The journey is about expanding our vessel, clearing doubt, and stepping into coherence so both individual and collective miracles can unfold. She closes with actionable prompts to turn reflection into intention, anchoring the teachings in real-world change.
