Here's something that people don't fully get about money. Money comes into your life instantly when your consciousness expands. Wealth is not something you have to build over time. It's something you become available for now because God is always giving. The supply is always here. The support is always here. So the question is not whether abundance exists. The question is whether you are open to receiving it. I wanna invite you to a special live call I'm doing this coming Tuesday, March 31st, all about wealth consciousness. And I'm gonna talk about how you can stop bracing and stop trying to push and force. Because the second you let yourself feel the expansion and perceive how supported you are, that's the second that you just decided there is more for you and things move very quickly. We're gonna also do some live coaching on the call, so come with your questions and an open heart. You can join us for free. Make sure that you save your spot@kathyheller.com Wealthcall Kathyheller.com Wealthcall I'll see you there. Hey, guys, it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to Everything Is Energy. We have a really cool episode for you today, but first, I just wanna let you know that I'm doing something extra cool this week. It's called Wealth Consciousness Live. It's a masterclass that I'm giving tomorrow, which is Tuesday, March 31st. And, and it's completely free. And we're gonna talk about what does it actually mean to have wealth consciousness? What does it actually mean that your consciousness affects your abundance and can immediately shift the way that you receive money and wealth? This is going to be one of the coolest calls that you've probably ever attended and you're going to enjoy it. I'm also gonna be coaching people right there on the call who can raise their hand on Zoom and and get that coaching. If you want to save your spot, you can go to kathyheller.com wealthcall and I can't wait. It's gonna be so fun. So since this week is a Holy week, Passover is here, Easter's coming up. I just wanted to share a very spiritual conversation. And recently I went on my friend Craig Siegel's podcast, which is called the CLS Experience. And he and I had such a deep conversation. He asked amazing questions. It led to such a beautiful discussion about our faith and about all the things that I love to talk about when it comes to Judaism, Jewish mysticism, Kabbalah, and what it really means to stop betraying your soul and start living as the unique expression that God had in mind when you were created. We're also going to talk about why lack is a total illusion and how to plug back into what's always available, how to build the muscle of certainty when life feels uncertain sometimes, and how a tiny shift in your consciousness can create what feels like an instant quantum leap in your reality. Not someday, but today. This is a valuable discussion for anyone who's ever been feeling a sense of lack or feeling stuck or feeling like you're not playing to the potential that you've been given. I hope that this is like an invitation to remember who you are, because you're a vessel. You've been put here to literally bring miracles into the world and there are so many miracles already here in escrow for you.
Craig Siegel
Let's dive in on today's episode of the CLS Experience with a very exclusive tree. She's a world class teacher, top ranked podcaster and USA Today best selling author whose podcast has been downloaded north of 45 million times. No big deal. Her best selling book, Abundant Ever After Tools for Creating a Life of Prosperity and Ease is a vessel for transformation and removing lack from your consciousness, which I absolutely love. She's a practitioner of the law of reception with a deep understanding of universal principles of manifestation drawn from the wisdom of Kabbalah to guide individuals on a transformative journey toward unlocking their highest potential. And through her unique approach combining mindfulness practices and spiritual wisdom, she empowers people to embrace their innate ability to manifest abundance in wealth, health, relationships, personal growth, and a whole lot more. She is her very own genre. Please welcome back the powerful, magnetic, abundant and radiant, my amazing friend and soul sister, Kathy Heller. How you doing, Kathy?
Kathy Heller
I mean, how I'm doing when I'm with you is just surfing in the quantum. Just so good. Thank you for your incredibly generous imprint that you make cosmically everywhere you go. And thank you for celebrating me and seeing me and it's so fun. Like you are literally a brother. Like the fact that we can have the words that we don't even need to explain or even say out loud because we're literally listening to the same radio station. And it's such a blessing to know you. Thank you for that intro. That was so generous.
Craig Siegel
I feel the same about you. We got to finally connect in person Rosh Hashanah not so long ago.
Kathy Heller
Yeah.
Craig Siegel
Investing many more opportunities to do so. And it was just amazing to see you and, you know, from afar. I just, I admire this season that you're in. It's. It just, I feel the energy, it's so authentic. It's so radiant. I get the feeling that you are unapologetically 100 you. And I know that's hard to do in life, especially when I can only speak for myself, but past programming or people pleasing and maybe trying to make other people happy, but just seeing the way that you've been showing up specifically lately is so inspiring. I love it.
Kathy Heller
Oh, my gosh. Thank you for saying that. Yeah. I think that all of us growing up, one of our core needs is to belong and to fit in. And then eventually, by definition, if you want to be true to yourself, which means you're an individual, you're a unique expression of the divine, which means you will stand out. And by virtue of standing out, you won't be able to fit in. And I think that our human conditioning has a really hard time with that until eventually we stop betraying our own soul and we just report to the king. That's it.
Craig Siegel
Straight to the source. Stop betraying our own soul. I mean, let's start right there. My goodness. So, first of all, how does somebody know if they're currently betraying their own soul?
Kathy Heller
Well, I mean, I think it's unbelievable how often we are walking around, like, sleepwalking, which is most. Most of the time. Unless you've had these moments of awakening, you realize that when you wake up in the morning, you're really living Groundhog Day. Right? You're thinking what you thought yesterday, which means you feel what you felt yesterday. And within, like, 11 seconds of waking up, you have taken all possibility, which is the way God created the world and just collapsed it into one probability, which is the day you already lived yesterday. And you're projecting that onto what today is going to be like. And I think that's how you know you're betraying your soul. Because our soul has the capacity to see through the lenses of the divine. And that means that our soul knows that every single day when we wake up in the morning, you and I both know we say moza on me. Because that prayer says that we know that the divine created us. There are no extras in this beautiful tapestry. And the divine has faith in us that we are needed to imprint and impact the world. Right. And how many times have you lost sight of the fact that there might be this false sense of, who am I to change the world? But what if you're meant to change the world for one person today? Could you do that? Absolutely. And while most people are out there thinking that success is something that it's not what we're really looking for. Our soul is not chasing success, it's chasing significance. And how can we be significant in the lives of other people is by showing up, really answering to and being connected to the power within us. And I think most of the time, we are wired into the illusion that all of it is outside of us, right? The approval, the validation, whatever it is that we are in need, need of, versus. You're not walking into the day needing anything. You're walking in the day ready to give something. And when that's where you're coming from, you know that you're not betraying your soul, because your soul is wholeness. Your soul is, was, and will be. You're a masterpiece, a piece of the master, as our friend Rabbi Aaron would say. So your soul came here to be the channel for the vessel, for light and love. And it's not in lack of. And so if you're feeling lack, and if you're feeling like there is something outside of you that you need permission for or approval or validation, you are probably setting out for the day, and you are just disconnected from the truth of yourself.
Craig Siegel
Couldn't love you more. So there's that. And I'm just thinking, like, this idea of wholeness and lack. Wholeness requires absolutely nothing of the future. And this idea of lack that you just beautifully articulated, is lack real, or is it some sort of learned perception that we take on?
Kathy Heller
It's definitely a learned perception. You know, the word kabbalah means in Hebrew, that word means to receive. And so often people come to you and to me and to everyone else, and they're like, these are the things that I would love to receive in my life. Better relationships, better opportunities, more money, all of this. So then the question to ask is, how good are you at receiving currently? How much do you receive? Right? And each of us has within us the default factory settings of each of us. Many people are more familiar with, like, the chakra system, but the spherot actually include all of those energy centers of the chakras. In fact, this crown chakra, which some people have, you know, started to know more about because there's yoga, you know, center on every corner. Now that in Hebrew, the word is keter. Okay? Now, what that means is we have within us, right? That third eye chakra, that throat chakra, that gut chakra. So we could talk more about this. I'm saying chakras because it's more of a commonplace understanding than the Spirot. But the sphero goes even deeper. But It's a very similar model of these centers. Why am I talking about it? Because each of us right now, when you understand that there is a vibrational reality, the world is molecular. The world is atomic, which means everything is literally more like a radio, more like sound. That is what reality is, because atoms are 99% energy. Now think about the fact that within each of us, there is an antenna in these energy centers that can receive like a radio can receive a receiver. How much are you receiving currently? And when you check in with what is my gut chakra, that part of me? What is that part of me receiving in its intuition, what is my throat receiving as the message I am meant to share today? What is my third eye receiving in what I'm meant to perceive today? When we move into the reception, that receptive mode that we're literally made to be able to receive at that level, you immediately feel something so much more than wholeness. It's like overflow, right? Lack is this feeling of. Most people say to me, and I wrote this in my book, the things I want to manifest, I'm like, what are they? More money? A Range Rover, you know this, that, the other thing. Those are all things outside of you. We came to the world with much bigger dreams than that. We have way more that we want than piles of things. And what do we want more than any piles of things or even notoriety? We want to be a vessel for a power greater than us that was meant to flow through us, which is infinite. And when you become aware that you are a vessel for an infinite light, that the divine is just looking for what to pour through. And you know this, you live this, you teach this. How could you be in lack? It's literally the. The greatest feeling of abundance is not the money in the bank. It's feeling in flow. It's feeling like you enjoy your own company. It's the feeling of being inspired, lit up, having the most amazing consciousness. That's the most abundant feeling. And so, yes, that is not a feeling of lack. A feeling of lack is when those receptors, so to speak, are not tuned in. And we're not perceiving the jewels, the gems, right? The miracles are not things that happen in nature that shift around you. The miracle is already there. So the miracle is when something shifts within you, you're able to receive that which was already hidden in plain sight. Because your vessel expands enough to receive, to actually then know it was already right there. So there is zero lack in the universe, because all the miracles are literally already created. They're in escrow. So that's why the lack is a. It's an illusion. It's an illusion of lack of. When you're operating from separation consciousness that you're not connected or a piece of the divine, you are in lack and therefore thinking and being told and sold a lie, which is you have to acquire so much outside of you to finally feel less lack within you. But the lack within you goes away when you realize you are an instrument and God is the maestro. The divine is playing the cello, and you are the cello, a specific cello that plays a certain note that you can only be the one to play. And he, she, the divine, will play that through you as long as you are willing and receptive to be that vessel. And it'll never run out of light or music or energy. So how could there be lack?
Craig Siegel
It's amazing. And by the way, the reason I always say that you're your own genre is because you and I have a background in the wisdom of Kabbalah. And but you, the way that you articulate it is different than a typical Kabbalah class per se. And one of the things that I love about everything about you, but really what you just articulated is for everyone that's listening right now is going to catch a replay. If you want to experience a miraculous quantum leap or transformation in your life, you can actually do it right now just by listening to Kathy. Because just by a shift in consciousness, understanding that lack is an illusion and getting back to being connected and being that vessel to receive, literally, you'll experience a totally different reality connected to the miraculous in just an instant. So it's not the algorithm, it's not the next hack. It's just a shift right now. And I imagine the best way to do that is to elevate your level of consciousness or awareness so that you can see that someone has to ask you at times, because you are having a human experience, if you ever feel a little bit disconnected, what do you do practically to get back to this vibration?
Kathy Heller
So, first of all, it's a really good question. It's an honest question. I think that the way the divine creates the world is that at every level, we can still have more expansion. So we will have that contrast, we'll have that human experience, because the Talmud says that at one point God offered us a perfect world and we asked for it to be imperfect so that we could have the satisfaction of feeling as if we are part of the co creation. So as a human being, you're going to continue to have the Next level, which is going to meet you with the next level of contrast. But it's working on behalf of the Creator so that you hoping that you will outsmart it. So, yes, we're still always having those human experiences. And I think what's cool about practicing this kind of consciousness is that it literally builds a muscle. So when you move into that old program, you don't stay there that long because you become aware of it sooner. So that the periods of time, right, pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. The periods of time that you opt into suffering are shorter. And then I think what I do is I remember that every single thing is happening for me. And so if it's happening for me, what is it about this thing that's coming up that is part of my soul curriculum that I asked for? And then I look for what is it teaching me? And as soon as I asked for that, I'll give you an example. I was on a flight a few months ago, and I had a cold that day. And when I got off the plane, my ears were popped. And usually it kind of goes away, but for this time it didn't. And I kept having this issue in my right ear. And it was so annoying to feel like your ears are muffled is. Is like an annoying thing. So, yeah, they gave me. They gave me prednisone, whatever. And I kept trying these things, and it didn't go away until finally I sat down and I meditated and I said, what did you come to teach me? And I heard that there is another level of hearing the divine that I'm being asked to hear. And it started to change, it started to move, it started to go away as I asked, what have you actually come to give me? Like, why has this been brought into my life? And it's amazing how our consciousness, when we are in the energy of the problem, we actually can't access the solution. But when we move into the energy of the solution, meaning I know it's here, I'm going to become available for the consciousness that would allow me to perceive it. All of a sudden you realize what was happening was a blessing. And I'll say this. So there's two fast days, there's several fast days, but there's two big fast days in the Hebrew calendar. And a lot of people know about Yom Kippur, but the other one, that's a big one is Tisha Bab, which is an interesting day in consciousness where a lot of, like, pretty intense hard things have happened. But I heard a rabbi say this that the sages say the following. All that is possible, all the time, is that the divine is pouring light into this world for all of us. And so when we experience contrast, the only reason we're experiencing contrast is the equivalent to if there was a tremendous amount of light and you had a 45 watt light bulb and you tried to pour electricity through that light bulb. That's beyond what the vessel can hold. It will shatter. And how many times in our life are things shattering, Relationships, business deals? And there's a part of us that says, oh, this is a bad thing. But really it's because we are being called to expand the vessel, because all that can possibly happen is it's just light coming in and asking you. And very often as you go through it, you look back and you see that you're like, oh. The reason that became so painful is because I had outgrown that old operating system, and I was Ready for a 2.0 or a 3.0 update on my operating system. And so it appears as shattering, but it's actually because there is more light. I'm crossing the threshold. And therefore it's asking me to peel away this old vessel for a bigger vessel.
Craig Siegel
I mean, unbelievable. So I think of, like, this idea of be flattered by your challenges. I was met during a class at the center this week, and we're talking about this idea that we're asking the students, where do you think there's more opportunity for life for you on a day where everything goes according to plan? Or a day when there's just challenge after challenge? Because the wisdom that we study, we know that everything's happening for us. So every single test, every single perceived obstacle is just an opportunity. And so if you stay in that question, like you did with the years of, what is this trying to teach me right now? Then at any moment, all day long, you have opportunities to expand your capacity to receive and more. How cool, how exciting is that?
Kathy Heller
It's beyond. I mean, I. My dad passed away a year and a half ago, and I was with him in the hospice experience. And anyone who's been in a room like that can feel the amount of power in a room like that. And it's so interesting because my dad wasn't that young, but he wasn't that old. He was only 75. He died of leukemia. And as he was dying, while a part of me was grieving that and seeing the quote unquote, big old problem called the death experience, I knew I was being invited into and that he was gifting Me with a way to now have the capacity to see through the veil. And here's the story in a zillion ways. I said, okay, dad, you are now going to be my ambassador on the other side, and I'm going to spend the rest of my life having this connection. So now what I thought was bad is actually opening a doorway for me to have a relationship with you that never, ever ends. And here's a crazy story. So my dad left in his will his condo to my sister and I, and he talked about it over and over and over again. I want you to have this. Because he used to wrap to fill in and pray at this jetty, like, overlooking the ocean right in front of his house. He's like, this is my sanctuary. This is my synagogue. This is my temple. I want you to have it like, I hear you, I hear you. Long story short, when he passed three weeks later, the place was sold, which was not in the plans, right? So my sister and I were upset. And I said to her, dad said a thousand times, I'm going to leave you a sanctuary. And we thought it was this house, but for whatever the reason, I didn't feel called to pursue the legal route. I said, so dad's going to figure it out now. My last name is Heller. My dad's last name is Heller. Went through the fires at the same time we were evacuated from our house in L. A. And I decided to move back after 23 years and relocate to south Florida. I put an offer in a house site unseen in South Florida. I wrote them an offer, half a million less, thinking they would counter me. They came back the same day and said, this is your house. We're not going to counter you. And I said to the realtor, why are they not countering me? Is there something wrong with the house? And she said, the owners of that house, their last name is Heller, and they believe it's a sign it's your house. I come to the door, had never been. I buy the house, go through Esther. I get to the door. On the door of the house, it says, mishpocha, which means family, Heller. Heller, family. I open the door and I'm like, dad, you said you'd leave me a sanctuary. You left me this house.
We.
Here's the thing. We don't perceive the level of the miracles. And so we operate on the linear plane. But when you say, God, show me how to see. When you say, I know, it's even better, it's even better. It gets even better. And it's Truly wild. And I'm sure everyone who's listening on some level has had these kind of experiences where you realize your whole life, the well meaning people around you have told you how hard life is. Life is hard. And it's about effort and sacrifice and hard work. It's actually meant to be a path where there is ease, except it requires the hardest thing, certainty. And when you have certainty that no matter what it looks like in the 1% of the physical plane, you know that there's the 99% and there is a spiritual escrow account and there is a treasury of unearnable gifts that are yours, you couldn't earn them anyway. And God wants, the divine wants to give them to you, you start playing a totally different game. And if you're willing to play with the universe and try it, I guarantee you if you're listening to this, you're going to be met with, oh my goodness, I thought that I had to put my ladder on this wall called effort and stress and pressure. When really if I tuned in to the level of a higher dimension and a higher consciousness, it's actually all being moved around perfectly in geometric order for me. So I'm always at the right place at the right time. But it requires the hardest thing, which is to see beyond the 1% of reality.
Craig Siegel
One of the most groundbreaking tools that I've ever learned. And you and I were just jamming out on this, on your show. It was amazing. Can't wait till that drop.
Kathy Heller
You were amazing as always.
Craig Siegel
Thank you. I feel the same about, you know that. So this idea of certain, this tool that is certainty, it's so funny because when it's most uncertain is your best opportunity to flex certainty, right? Because if you can kind of see what's happening, then there's less of an opportunity to really flex that muscle. So why is it so hard for people to understand exactly what it is that you're teaching right now? And by the way, I've been there myself, but I just want to hear your words. I think, because you're brilliant with this stuff. Like, why is it so difficult to flex the muscle of certainty when you have no idea how it might turn out?
Kathy Heller
Because first of all, we come in this world very intuitive and we have a big desire. You know, you see children, they have a huge appetite to play, to connect, to eat. Like huge desire, right? They're just ready for all of it. And we see adults around us and we get the feedback that that's actually dangerous, that if we want for that much, we will be disappointed because life will not provide as much. So we should shrink our desire, right? And so our nervous system, right, we have a consciousness that is beyond the body, but then we have a physical body that has, like, a nervous system. And the nervous system doesn't optimize for your biggest desire. It optimizes for what your body thinks is safe to want and allowed to want and familiar. And so there's this study of fleas in a jar. If you put fleas in a jar, they jump out. If you put a lid on it, they jump to the lid. Now you take the lid off, they don't jump out. They jump as high as the lid because they. They now have the. The false sense of consciousness that the lid is as far as they can jump. But what's even more interesting is that when the fleas have babies, they don't jump further. So the conditioning is, at some point, you have to be willing to leave the pack. And we want to be loved, and we want to be loyal to the people who we want to belong to. And if they're looking at you thinking, who do you think you are to go beyond this, we worry. I mean, Jillian Michaels was on my show, and she was talking about the Biggest Loser, this TV show she used to do. And there was a guy who lost so much weight, and he went home for two weeks during Christmas New Year's, came back, gained 80 pounds back. And she said, what happened to you? And he said, I got home and my mom is really obese. And she looked at me like, how dare you lose this weight? Like, I was abandoning her. Like, I thought it was better than her because his family of origin, everybody sort of bought in and has this sort of lifestyle. And it's a. It's a little bit of their own victim consciousness, right? Which he was going beyond. Right. My friend Amy Purdy lost her legs from the knees down, and she's been an Olympian. She's unbelievable. She has two prosthetic legs and she snowboards. Her. The feet she built are in the Smithsonian. And when they first told her, you can't snowboard, she said, either I'm going to accept that or I'll be the first person to do it. Maybe I'm just being called to be the first one. And there are people, when she shows what she's capable of, that are so inspired by her. And there are also people who are very angry at her, right? Because it removes then what they're holding on to as the reason they can't. Because when God wants To make you, David, he sends Goliath, right? Which means we underestimate our greatness so much that when people are stuck, it's because the people around them underestimate their greatness, then look at you like it's threatening if you step into yours, when really they just don't realize how much of that they have in themselves. So our job is to at some point stop listening to and looking for the belonging and approval of those around us and answer to the real whisper within. And then you have to basically tell your body. It's called like disintegration, anxiety. Your old body has to basically have an ego death for you to have a bigger vessel and feel safe enough to expand your consciousness. And then your body can actually meet up with how much further you're willing to now play and move and soar.
Craig Siegel
To be honest here, I'm just blown away by what you just said. When God wants to make you, David, he sends you a Goliath. That's like the cheat code for life if you want to play any bigger, right? So now, like again, be flattered by our challenges. So anytime we want to leave this BS playing field, this perceived limitation, we have to consider. And that's why, honestly, when we're talking on your show, we talked this idea how we move, we act, we build. Most people never take the time to question the origin of their choices. And that's why I'm so excited about this event, Genesis, because even just this conversation we have, you just take time to what is the consciousness of my. What has it been getting clarity on that. And by the way, that doesn't demand change, but it does create an opportunity. And now consider a different narrative, a different story. What else is possible? Staying in that question. And then you have the curriculum on how you can begin to quantum leap and overcome, but only if you're willing to just consider. Why am I even. Where does this consciousness come from? I think so many people don't take the time to even question that everything that you just said is so beautiful because it creates an opportunity for people to. To experience a whole different reality. That, by the way, is so much better than we can ever fathom.
Kathy Heller
So much better. And it's so powerful what you're saying. And I think ultimately it comes back to if we have scarcity consciousness, meaning we don't see the greatness in ourself and we don't see the greatness in other people, then we hold ourselves back, we don't see it. But when we have abundance consciousness, we start to see that everything is coming into our life, to stretch us into our greatness, Right? I love when you watch someone like Serena on the court with Rick Macy, her coach. He is unwilling to see anything come out of her other than who she really is capable of being. So the people who love us the most, they call up in us the greatest. Now, the people who all of us admire. Whoever it is, if it's Serena, if it's Michael Jordan, if it's Jim Henson, Michelangelo, Justin Bieber, whoever it is that you look up to, by definition, every one of those people stands out. And if they stand out that much, they don't fit in. And I think it's primal that we want to fit in. I mean, I have a daughter who's in seventh grade. They all wear the same clothes, the same sneakers. It's literally like the biggest threat to her would be to stand out. Okay? That is the conditioning of the human experience, right? But at some point, you have to be willing to choose your authenticity and your greatness, right? Which means you will not fit in and you will stand out. But that is then what makes you the vehicle for other people to see within themselves how they get to stand out and create that possibility for other people. And then the people who stand out, the reason they belong to each other, even though they're not a copy paste of each other, is that they all were willing to walk the plank alone towards their soul assignment, regardless of what the world around them was telling them. And they chose to walk just with the divine. And each of us at some point has to stop looking around us and start looking within us. And that is a very. It's a very tough thing for the nervous system, for the anxiety of the human conditioning, which says, I do not want to stand out, and I don't want to create contrast for people. I don't want to have a point of view. I don't want to play my notes in the orchestra. But what Rabbi Aaron says is oneness is not sameness. We are not meant to be a copy paste of each other. An orchestra is beautiful because the contrast of the wood instruments, the string instruments, the bass, the treble, each of us, the oneness, the magnificence of the divine is at this one infinite field of intelligence, manifests itself in beautiful, intricate, unique ways. And that contrast in a garden, the lavender, the trees, the mountains, the ocean, that actually is what makes this oneness so beautiful, is that there's a. There's the intricacies and the nuances of how this oneness is expressed. And each of us at some point has to make the decision that we are willing to. To be the unique expression of our soul rather than getting the approval and belonging of everyone around us. That's the rite of passage. That's the hero's journey.
Craig Siegel
And by the way, that's the whole point. That's the winning ticket. Otherwise, we're copy and pasting this existence. If we're not expressing our soul or even understanding our correction so forth. You just said a couple of things that were so beautiful, specifically the way that you described. So our consciousness has the ability to be connected to the otherworldly, but our nervous system is typically in alignment with our body and our body is limited, right? So when we begin to expand, we feel that pressure or unre disregulated or. But the game is to. Is to feel safer, is to regulate it and match that with the vision, right? So oftentimes it's not about more, it's about feeling safer now to receive more of what's already here. And I see people, they. They keep upgrading the goals, but not upgrading the creator. Meaning us.
Kathy Heller
Yeah, no, that's a hundred percent right. What you just said is such wisdom. It's so good. That is. So people should go back and rewind it and listen to it again. Because you can keep creating more goals and desire, but if the vessel, does it feel safe enough to hold that which you desire, it will just keep rejecting it. You know, when people have. I've never done it, but I find it really intriguing that when people take mushrooms, the reason they love that experience is because it creates so much serotonin in the brain that the consciousness of separation and fear sort of shuts down. And all you see is this like oneness consciousness where you realize how easy it's all been. It's all been right in front of you. You feel full, you feel satiated, satisfied. You feel so connected to the trees, to everyone around you. You feel like you're all moving with one heart. Like every wave in the ocean is connected to every other wave in the ocean. The goal is to allow that ease and that feeling when we're just having a regular waking experience. And how we do that is to remember we're not our bodies. This Kathy Heller, is like a part I'm playing, right? Who I really am is the. I am who I was at conception. The soul that is, was and will be. And when I move into the equanimity, you know my friend Dr. Lisa Miller, who you would absolutely love. I don't Know if you know each other, she. She should be on your show. You should connect with her. She is a professor at Columbia and she studies a spiritual brain and what a spiritual brain looks like. She's been published in the most impressive medical journals, and she says when people have a connection to a higher consciousness, their brain looks different. She recently did MRIs on these monks and there was so little brain activity that the doctors were like, how are they alive? There's so little brain activity. It's because the wisdom is not in the brain, it's in the heart, it's in the field. And the heart is an antenna that picks up what is actually available to us. Part of what's happening is if you look at the ocean, the top layer of the ocean is like waves. It's moving. It never ceases to move. But that's a superficial look at the ocean because if you go down to the ocean, 10ft or 60ft, it's still. We are usually operating from that 1% of the top layer of the ocean, which is our mind. There's no power in it. But when we go in, we go down in to the center of ourself and we connect. To asking the truth of yourself, asking the divine, what do you want to show me today? What do you want to say to me today? There's always an answer like, where did that come from? That's the part of us that has the compass and the charts. That's the part of us that has the wisdom and the capacity to just be in flow and to be a receiver and to actually bypass. Right. That old program that feels scared to receive, that part of you does not feel scared. It's just knowing it's here to do what it's meant to do. And you know the moon, I say this all the time. The moon has no light of its own. It's effortless. All it does is reflect the light of the sun. Our job is to remember, there's no pressure to perform. There's nothing to do other than to be a vessel for the light of the Creator. When you move into. I don't have to do this. My body doesn't have to do this, really. I just need to move into the consciousness of the deeper aspect of me, which, like the moon, is a reflection of the sun. I'm just here to be a vessel for a power greater than myself. And you can feel when people, the most impressive people, are not the ones that are trying to impress you, it's the person in the room who's the most Loving. It's the person in the room who's the most present. And you're like that. Like, as cute and smart and brilliant as you are. Your greatest gift, Craig, is how I mean it, like, chokes me, is how loving you are. And you were like that when you were four years old, which is why you were such a perfect. Such a perfect person to be able to absorb the wisdom of Kabbalah. Because love is the first language. And all that we're really trying to attune to is more of that love. Right? And so love has the greatest impact, and that is you being connected to the oneness of everything. Right? As Rabbi Aaron says, how could we love each other into life? Well, because we're all branches of the same tree. Oneness, right. You're not trying to compare yourself to someone else. I know you're the kind of person like me, if someone else has something, I'm so happy for them as if it happened to me. And I'm not looking for needing something from you. I just want to love because it feels so good to do it, because I know the connectedness of all of us. I think it's important to remember that we have such an incredible tool where we can just be a vehicle and we don't even have to muscle it. We're just asking, let me be. Let me be a vehicle for a light greater than myself. And you can feel it when that's in the room.
Craig Siegel
Thank you for everything you said. I received that. I think of, like, this idea of as I continue to evolve, obviously definitions change. But when I think of, like, how big are you? How big is someone? I think there's no one bigger than you. Because when I think of big, I think of your spiritual practice to the degree that your consciousness is elevated and you're so be such a big vessel. The way that you articulate, it's so brilliant. And so I just. Even, just like. Even just like, changing definitions. Like, I'm sure you and I used to think success was something compared to what it is now. But the way that you were thinking this, it's so brilliant. And you have this new book on the never after. And I'm sure a lot of the stuff that we just dove into is in the book. I know it is. And so I want to highly recommend everybody to not just grab one, but grab a second one for somebody that you absolutely love. But just to ask you point blank, when somebody reads this book, if they're willing to fully implement it in their life, what changes?
Kathy Heller
Okay, great. Question. And thank you so much. And if you're listening to this, because I just feel called to say it. I don't think I've said this on any other podcast. If you haven't done this yet, go give Craig five star reviews. Because when you do that, more people find the show. And he is such a genuine person. And that alone changes people's lives, hearing just the resonance of that kindness and goodness. So go do that. Okay. I say at the beginning of this book that imagine if you had a waffle iron and you did not know what that is. So it just sits on your desk like some weird paperweight. And one day someone's like, this is made to make you breakfast. Like, you just plug it in and you put the batter and you're like, oh, now I can use it. I think we walk around not knowing what we are actually capable of creating and how when we just move the consciousness within us, we start to become a 3D printer. We are literally like Harold in the purple crayon, except that the purple crayon God gave us was our residence. And we find the wholeness within the love of being the soul that we came here to be, and the love of being able to just be an ambassador for a light greater than ourselves. We start being able to perceive and see and start literally, Harold in the purple crayon. Your whole life, right? It's just like the things that start coming into your life, you start knowing that that waffle iron just had to plug into the electricity. And you probably been walking around where, like, the creator of the universe, you know how hard it is. I'll give you an example. I just before I got on with you, I was on the way home from an appointment with my kids, trying to make myself a doctor's appointment for my ear, just to check it, see if everything's getting better. I was on hold for 18 minutes. And even then, she's like, the nearest appointment is March 2nd. So I go, okay, forget it. I thought, isn't it insane that it could take all these different kind of annoying steps to get certain people on the phone? But the creator is on the line right now. And how many times do you pick up the phone? How often you could literally have an audience with the creator of the universe at any moment, asking you to slow down enough to know how much you're loved, to know that you were made on purpose with an assignment, that you were so needed that the world couldn't exist without you, and that today you were meant to be a blessing to Somebody else just by being you. And the Waf Lyons unplugged all day, you're unplugged from that. That's what I hope that the book does, is to remind you that you are someone, because you're some of the one, as Rabbi Aaron says. And this king of the universe, you are the daughter and the son of a king, right? This infinite field of intelligence, you actually have a plug to plug into it. And if you could have a meeting with yourself and the Creator every morning. And I know some people are so busy, they're so busy for everything, they can't even find 10 minutes to have the most important conversation of the day, which is the conversation they have with their creator. If you could give that 10 minutes, you get your whole life back, you get your whole day back, and things just start happening for you, right? You realize that if you look out at nature, nothing's rushing, everything's being provided for because they're connected to the infinite field, right? They're not trying to be impressive. They're not looking at who has what. The redwood trees are the redwood trees, they're standing tall. The eagles are flying as tall as they need to be. We get so pulled out of consciousness. And if you could plug in that waffle iron, so to speak, every single morning, what would you make? What would you create? What is being asked to be made manifest through you? When you can plug in and start tapping into the way the universe actually functions, all of a sudden you're like, oh, my God, it moves through synchronicities, it moves through ease, it moves through consciousness. My consciousness is what allows me to have the kind of day that I always wanted. Not through effort, not through force, not through thinking. I have to control it. But plugging into an electricity that is running through everything and that already has accounted for me and wants me to succeed to my potential.
Craig Siegel
And by the way, everybody will get that and more if they're willing to implement. And everything you just said. It's funny, because connecting with, we'll say creator every morning. Nothing will give you a better roi. And yet we're too busy for just that to run into a job, right, that would replace us. Or a meeting, which, not saying it's not important, but must, absolutely must create the space to establish that connection every single day.
Kathy Heller
I want to say one more thing, which is that I remember when I was living in Jerusalem and I asked Rabbi Aaron what's the most spiritual thing I can do while I'm here? And he gave me an address and he Said, go to this place and knock on the door. And I thought it was some, like, holy, like, water reserve, like a mikvah or I don't know what I thought it was. I said, what is it? And he said, there's a woman in there, she's a widow, just asked to do her dishes. He said, you know, the holiest thing you can do every day is the next good thing you can think to do. And when we get in the habit of doing good, the amount of ways life just expands and feels good and opens up. And I wanted to say this on this note, because I talked about my dad dying about a week after the shiva. You know, you sit shiva for seven days. It's a beautiful experience. A week after that, my kids were, like, dying to go out for the day because they'd been through hospice and the funeral. I was like, okay, we're going to go out was my first night out. And I was feeling kind of delicate because I had been through this, like, death experience with him. And then this is my first night out in the city. And I was like, God, the cars are so loud and everything's going so fast. Anyway, we go to a sushi restaurant. There's this couple sitting next to me, and I was a little teary because it was my first night out, And I hear them talking, and I could tell they're on a first date. And I turned to her and I said, are you on a first date? She said, yeah. I said, can I just buy your dinner? And she's like, yeah, that's so nice. I'm like, I need this. I want to do this. She's like, okay. And it felt so good, just for no reason. So we find each other on Instagram later, and she texts me on Instagram and she says, thank you for the dinner. And I said, oh, thank you. It was just such a. It made me feel so good. I said, are you going to go on a second date with him? And she said, here's what you don't know. She said, I'm a widow. This is my first night out on a date in five years since my husband died. And I asked God for a sign that I have permission to do this, and when you did that, you don't know what you did for me. And I said to her, My dad died three weeks ago on July 3rd. And she said, My late husband died on July 3rd, five years ago. And I think it's incredible how all day long, right around you, are these little signatures from the Creator, and we miss Them because we're looking at the gum on our shoes. Like, if you knew that in every moment you could go through the looking glass just by bringing love into a room, Right? Do you understand the amount of opportunities and goodness and flow and synchronicity that starts showing up? It's unbelievable. It is literally uncanny how the universe actually works. And it's that good. It's that cool.
Craig Siegel
First of all, thank you for the awesome vulnerability. That is beautiful. And you just nailed something so powerful. Because in Kabbalah, we talked about this idea. If you want more light, act like the creator. And one of the best things that we can do in any given moment is just show up from the giver consciousness. Right? So how many people, how many times do you go to somewhere? You go to an event, you're speaking, you're offering something, you're like, what can I get out of this? Or how many people are going to be there? Right? But when you do what you just let me just give. Thank you. She thanked you. You're like, no, thank you for the opportunity. And by the way, this sounds esoteric, but this is one of the most practical things somebody can do right after listening this episode is just do something with the pure intention to just give. Help her with her dishes, pay for the bill, and expect nothing in return. And. And interestingly enough, from that purified consciousness, we end up receiving 10 times greater than we could if we were looking to receive something in the first place.
Kathy Heller
Can I also say one last thing or no?
Craig Siegel
Absolutely.
Kathy Heller
Okay. What we also don't recognize is that we have ancestors and spirit guides like our grandparents, all the and through the ages, the merits of people who came before us, the kindnesses they did there is like a spiritual bank account. Okay. That we don't realize is protecting us all the time. And there's a crazy story where a friend of mine, she did this business, she went on Shark Tank, and she met Mark Cuban on Shark Tank and they did this deal. It's like a vegan deli business. And later on, would you believe they realized that both of them had grandparents who had delis? And would you believe that Mark Cuban grandfather and her grandfather had done a deal and her grandfather had forgiven the debt, and two generations later, he met her and invested in her business? What I'm saying is we are not seeing the 99% of reality. Like, little do we know what is actually. You know, those times where you're like, oh, thank God I didn't make that left turn sooner, you know, because I did. I Got, you know, spared from this or this deal went so well. It's like you don't realize that the one time you didn't speak gossip about somebody, it pays you back over here. Or. Or you had a grandparent who maybe did something, and in their merit, in their kindness and their compassion, like, you don't realize the treasury of these gifts is what I'm saying. So when we walk through the world and we're not so worried about what we need to get for ourselves, but we know that everything is actually supporting us and working in ways we could hardly begin to understand, right? We just start to show up and to do and to. And it's amazing. It's amazing how these things, like, come back in ways that blow your mind. But as Rabbi Aaron says, if you could fit. If you could understand the divine, it wouldn't be the divine, like the Creator. You're not supposed to be able to understand the Creator, right? So it just is awesome, right? Like, how are we. Why would we be able to understand? So the thing that's the most infinite in the universe, and it just. I don't know, it just goes to show you that there's just so much that's supporting you in this lifetime. I had a friend. This last thing I'll say, she went to volunteer. There's something called no one dies alone. No dad. No one dies Alone. She volunteered to be with a guy in hospice because he doesn't have any friends or family. And it was like a really big mitzvah. It was a really big charity act. She couldn't believe she was doing it. She did it. At the end, she starts crying. She calls her mom. She's. She's like, 35. She goes, Mom, I got so close to this guy, I don't even know who he was. Her mom goes, what's his name? She goes, what does it matter? She's like, I don't know. I'm just curious. She's like, I don't know. He's an old man. She told her mom the name. Her mom says, he was the OB GYN who delivered you. And you got paired with him and paid him back a debt. Because when you were born, there were all these complications, and I never wanted to tell you that. And we moved to a different town, and we never talked about who your OB GYN was who delivered you, but you were the one who was there. You know what I'm saying? Like, we think we want a book deal. We think we want 10 million followers. What we want is experiences like that, and they're always hidden in plain sight. And when we start to just get into how much better and more fulfilling life can be, all those other things take care of themselves.
Craig Siegel
I love it. It's funny because it takes a willingness. Right. It takes courage to be brave, I guess, to an extent, just to kind of disconnect from the prior programming, but there's no better return. And so how willing would you be, listeners? How brave are you willing to be to really begin to. To flex these muscles, to be certain in the uncertain, to. To believe in something else that's happening here for our benefit, to look at challenges as opportunities for our own individual growth on any given moment. And to the degree that you're willing to do that, to that same degree that you'll begin to experience in miraculous as early as today. I believe that 100%.
Kathy Heller
I'm so grateful to you that I don't have to filter myself, because I go on a lot of podcasts and I kind of modulate it. But, you know, there are moments in your life where you feel so invited in and so seen, and it's just the best feeling to feel like message received. And I feel like you and I could spend hours doing this and it would feel like five minutes. So thank you for being that person.
Craig Siegel
Yeah. And likewise. And to be honest with you, this has felt like five minutes. Before we wrap up, first of all, where's the best place for everybody to grab the book? Do you have a preference? And what are you jazzed about right now?
Kathy Heller
What am I jazzed about? Yeah, I'm taking my kids to Paris. We've never been there in May.
Craig Siegel
Oh, you got.
Kathy Heller
That's gonna be. I've never been to Paris. Can't believe it.
Craig Siegel
I just went for the first time last year.
Kathy Heller
Same.
That's so cool.
They can buy the book anywhere you buy books. Amazon, Audible, whatever, wherever you want to find it. And I'm just excited to continue to ask the creator how much I can be of service and to just keep doing it in bigger and bigger ways. And I have no doubt, Craig, that you and I are going to be crossing paths more and more. I just feel like, yeah, it's exciting.
Craig Siegel
I know people are going to want to go much deeper with you. What are other ways in which can they go deeper with you?
Kathy Heller
So I teach this wisdom. I teach this Kabbalah and all this beautiful wisdom that I've been learning for 26 years. I have a membership, and I also coach around it sometimes. And if you listen to my Podcast. You can find all those things there. A podcast. We just rebranded it after a thousand episodes called Everything is Energy. And Craig's going to be on it in like a few days.
Craig Siegel
You are the best. Love you. So hang out for once.
Kathy Heller
You're amazing. Amazing.
Craig Siegel
Thank you so much for everything, for the juicy nuggets that you shared today and for just the way that you show up in the world. I get so much energy from you.
Kathy Heller
I get so much energy from you. To be continued. I can't wait to hang out with you again soon.
So I hope that that gave you something to really reflect on. And a big thank you to Craig for being such an amazing person, such an amazing podcast host, and for letting us share this episode with you. Make sure that you go check out his podcast, the CLS Experience, and you can also listen to him being interviewed on this podcast, which we just aired earlier this month. That was also such a phenomenal episode. But here are the takeaways. Number one. God created every single one of us. There are no extras in this beautiful tapestry. We are needed to imprint and impact the world. Number two. Our soul is not chasing success, it's chasing significance. And we can be significant to others by showing up, really answering and being connected to the power that's within us. Number three. The greatest feeling of abundance is not in the money in the bank. It's the feeling of being in flow. It's the feeling of being a vessel for the power greater than us. It's enjoying your own company. It's the feeling of being inspired and lit up and having the most amazing consciousness. Number four. Miracles are not things that happen in nature that shift around you. Miracles are already here. The miracle is when something shifts within you and you're able to receive that which was already here but prior it was hidden in plain sight. Number five. All that is possible all the time is that God is pouring light into the world for all of us.
Number six.
When it feels like things in your life are shattering, it's really because you are being called to expand the vessel and allow in even more light. Number seven. Life is actually meant to be a path where there is ease. Everything is being moved around perfectly just for us. But it requires the hardest thing, which is just certainty. Number eight. When God wants to make you into David, he sends Goliath. Number nine. We are not meant to be a copy paste of each other. We're meant to be the unique expression of our soul instead of seeking approval and belonging to everyone else. Because the truth of oneness is that we're all not the same. Number 10. The creator is on the line right now, so pick up the phone. If you could give that 10 minutes of conversation to God. You get your whole day back, you get your whole life back and things just start happening for you. Thank you so much for being here and listening. With everything that you have going on, it's truly a gift that you take the time to listen. Podcast: Everything Is Energy with Cathy Heller
Episode: How to Shift From Lack to Abundance: Kabbalah, Consciousness & Manifestation
Date: March 30, 2026
Host: Cathy Heller
Guest/Co-conversationalist: Craig Siegel (segment from the CLS Experience podcast)
This episode centers on transcending the illusion of lack and embracing a true state of abundance, deeply rooted in the mystical teachings of Kabbalah and Judaism’s spiritual principles. Cathy Heller, in a rich dialogue with Craig Siegel, explores how our consciousness—rather than external circumstances—determines what we are able to receive in life. The conversation dives into the mechanics of wealth consciousness, why lack is a learned perception, how to expand our “vessel” to receive more light, and the crucial role of certainty even when life feels uncertain. The episode is both inspiring and practical, providing spiritual wisdom, real stories, and actionable insights to invite listeners into a more miraculous, connected, and abundant way of living.
On Agency and Miracles:
“Miracles are not things that happen in nature that shift around you ... The miracle is when something shifts within you, you’re able to receive that which was already hidden in plain sight.” – Cathy Heller ([13:10])
On Facing Challenges:
“When God wants to make you David, he sends Goliath.” – Cathy Heller ([30:07])
On Authenticity:
“At some point, you have to be willing to choose your authenticity and your greatness, which means you will not fit in and you will stand out.” – Cathy Heller ([32:27])
On Giving:
“Just do something with the pure intention to just give ... from that purified consciousness, we end up receiving 10 times greater than if we were looking to receive.” – Craig Siegel ([51:26])
On Certainty:
“Life is meant to be a path where there is ease... but it requires the hardest thing, certainty.” – Cathy Heller ([23:41])
Episode ends with Cathy inviting listeners to explore the teachings further via her book, membership, and podcast, and with deep gratitude for the spiritual camaraderie and authenticity shared in the conversation with Craig Siegel.
