This summer. Don't just recover, reinvent. If you're a teacher who's counting down your days to summer break, not just for rest, but for relief, then this one is for you. I know you don't need another professional development session. You just need a plan, a permission slip to build something that gives life back to you. That's why I created the Lessons to Lasting Income Summit. It's a free online event for teachers who are done waiting for a raise and ready to create consistent, reliable income on their own terms. We're bringing together the best teachers in the business, educators who built memberships, digital products, coaching programs, and brands that pay them every single month without sacrificing their sanity and their calling. This isn't about quitting the classroom tomorrow. It's about finally having options. It's about saying yes to baseball cleats without stressing out over your bank account. It's saying yes to summer camps, weekend getaways, and tithing with a cheerful heart. It's saying yes to a life that feels as good as as you've helped others feel for years. The Summit is happening May 18, and it's totally free to attend. Come learn how real teachers are turning their lesson plans into lasting income and how you can do it, too. Go to Casey morris.comsummit to get registered today. That's K-A-S E M-O-R-R-I S.comsummit to register today. Because this summer, don't just recover, Reinvent. Your lesson plans have changed lives. Now it's time to let your income do the same for you.

Hey, friends. Welcome back to another episode of the CEO Teacher Podcast. I'm Casey Morris, and today's episode is not for the faint of heart. We're cutting straight through the fluff and talking about one of the biggest mindset blocks keeping teachers broke, burnout, and stuck spinning their wheels online. And it all goes back to thinking small. Whether you've been selling on tpt, trying to grow your Instagram, potentially growing your coaching business, or dipping your toes into online courses and memberships, this is now your time to take massive action. And this is your sign that it's time to go bigger. Because your business, it can only grow as big as you believe it can. So here are a few things that are keeping your mindset small. When it comes to your teacher business, the first is that you think to yourself, this is just a side hustle. And the side hustle mentality is keeping you small. So let's start with a little honesty. Most teachers I meet, they don't lack strategy. Actually, they. They actually know what they're doing, and they can talk the talk, but unfortunately, they really struggle with walking the walk. And I think that they're looking for permission. Sometimes they come to me to look for permission, sometimes they go to other people. And while we teach them every single strategy that they could possibly learn, at the end of the day, they haven't put into action the hard work. They lack the permission for themselves to say, you know what? I gotta just put my head down, put nose to the grindstone and get this done. Because when you give yourself that permission, that permission to dream bigger than just a $5 product sale, something in your brain flips. It's permission to not apologize anymore for working really hard and maybe wanting to leave the classroom. It's permission to say, I want more. Without the guilt or the fallback of whatever your subconscious mind is telling you that you just aren't ready, or this won't work for you, or this only works for a few people. All of those things are just keeping you in the same cycle, which has not gotten you to where you want to be. And so I just want to challenge you. Today I was reading Joe Dispenza this morning, who is a friend, Freak of nature. If you've never read any of Joe's stuff, They're very scientific, but he's an expert in the quantum field. I'm a very religious person, but I am obsessed with understanding frequencies and how people are so magnetic. And Joe Dispenza, he goes into great detail. And today I was reading one of his books. I can't remember the name of it. It's something about your. I think it's rethink yourself or something similar to that. But he was just talking about the switch that people have to flip. And. And it sounds easy, right, to say, you know what? I'm just gonna decide today that I don't wanna live in the same life that I wanna live. But it actually is a conscious effort through every single thought of your day to reprogram whatever story your brain is telling yourself. Because that's just your ego telling you you can't do it or it won't work, or you're too tired, or your life's too stressful. With four kids and you are helping them financially. And mentally and emotionally, you just can't do it. And today I was challenged with that after listening to Joe. And I was like, you know what? Every time that I fall back into that mindset of it's just too hard, I'm going to tell myself, it's just this easy. It's just this easy. And whenever I didn't want to work today, I would pick up my phone and I would say, it's just as easy as putting your phone back down to get your work done. So I know you've been taught to play small, and that's not your fault. We're programmed that way. We are preconditioned that way since childhood at times to not go out on a limb. And. And sometimes we walk by fear rather than by faith. And so I want you to remember, for the most part, is that you gotta be grateful. But if you don't rock the boat, you just stay safe, and it's okay to be grateful and rock the boat. But playing small won't create time freedom, you know, it won't create a legacy of wealth, and it definitely won't create a scalable business that works while you rest. So here's the truth. Your business won't grow until your belief in it does. Until you say to yourself, no, this is the business that I have. I actually walked into Publix today, and I envisioned my life, what it should look like a year from now for the first time in a really long time. And it made me feel so happy. I kind of went back to when I was in the $20 mindset. And I reminded myself, you know, you don't build a multimillion dollar business with a $20 mindset. And so I want to break that down for you today. If you want a business that gives you time freedom, financial stability, impact and influence, if you want stripe notifications dinging on your phone every hour while you're at the park with your friends or your kids, and you want to stop relying on Sunday sales just to make it through the week or 50% off bundles on the next TPT sale, but you're still making decisions, like, I'll just Keep listing a $3 product and hope something hits. Or I'm really scared to invest in a new program or a platform because what if it doesn't work? Or I don't want to bother people by selling to them. Or I'm not sure I can charge more than $19 a month because what you're doing there. Friends, that's a $20 mindset. Trying to carry the weight of a multimillion dollar dream. If that's your dream, if you're like, I don't care about making millions, that's fine. If you just want enough money to make it through the month in a happy way, that still won't work on a $20 mindset. And here's the hard truth. You can't expect big results from small thinking. That doesn't mean you need to spend big money or go all in tomorrow. But it does mean that you need to start thinking like a version of you that already has the business that you want. So let me ask you this. If you already had a thriving membership with hundreds of paying members, would you.
