Hello CEO teachers. Welcome back to the show. Today I am recording from my house. It's been a long journey. It's actually a little bit bittersweet, if I'm being honest with you. I moved my little small business to an office probably 2016 and I left the classroom in 2018 and then I switched over to the office that you guys have seen for years and years. For six years I have been in an apartment. It's been a one bedroom apartment with a kitchen and all of that. And it's if I'm being honest, I moved it for the reason of I kind of had to get out of my house and get to a place where I could think and where I could process all of my ideas. And it was such a dream of mine to be able to move into an office. But things have changed. I actually thoroughly enjoy my home now. I love the energy here and it's so nice to be able to record with you guys and then go pick up a kid or do some dishes or do some laundry or whatever it is that I need to do here at my house. I moved to this home about two years ago and I actually have space now. I have great Internet and I am happy to be right here in my home. So welcome to the CEO Teacher from Home Edition. I have had again the privilege of speaking to almost every person you're going to hear about today. One on one in the last week I said I want to talk to these people again. I want to get on a call with them, I want to see their beautiful faces, I want to hear their stories and I want to get on fire for what I do again and find my passion and be able to see how much success they have had. It really is okay to take a break from the traditional classroom teaching mentality where every minute is accounted for, every minute is over scheduled, every minute is filled with to dos and create a schedule that works best for you. Especially in the season of life that you're in. Which is why I wanted to share my story about moving my office here to my house. Because this is the season of life I am in and I am so happy about it. Teacher Coaching Friends is a brand new generation of teachers that support other teachers and parents and students online. Whether your teaching career doesn't sync with your current season of life or you're working toward the next milestone within your existing teacher business, I want you to know that you have a heart of service. And the great news is is that you can help more than just the teacher down the hall. In fact, you can help teachers all over the world, all while finding a lot more balance and A lot more joy. You know what coaching unlocked for me was a time and location freedom that allowed me to ditch that classroom hamster wheel of I've got to always be going and doing and fixing and trying to make things right. It's one that I get to do whatever I want to do whenever I want to do it. Empowering other teachers allows you to say goodbye to the limitations of whatever that teacher pay skill is that they promised you. You can ditch the classroom walls and really work from anywhere, whether it's beachside or in a cozy coffee shop or in your house. The choice is yours. I just want you to design a life that fuels your passion and lets your light shine bright. You've already mastered the art of teaching. So what if your expertise could reach even more than just teachers? Coaching online lets you scale what you do by sharing your insights again with a wider audience. But I want you to think of it as like a ripple effect when you throw a rock into a pond and you watch the ripples just go on and on and on. What you're doing as an inspired teacher could then inspire 10. And then together you can really transform the way that education works. As I was chatting with these teachers last week, I was talking to them about the significant change that's going to have to happen within the world of education because our happiness within the workforce just no longer exists. Very few teachers go to work 40 hours a week and come home and go, man, that was the best day ever. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. We're struggling. And so being able to coach teachers is a new way that even you can get into school districts to have people be happier in the workplace. I said, you know, Google lets people go down slides and they pay for their lunches and yeah, they work 90 hours a week, but they have fun while doing it. That's what we're looking to do with teachers. So our coaching certification program has so much to offer. We just wrapped up our first year of our pilot program and we learned a ton. We found out ways to connect with the perfect people. We created an entire teacher directory that is coming together to support coaches, teachers, and mentors everywhere. Everywhere. I'm actually setting up a new vision board for myself right now that includes a dog and chickens and goats and living on a farm and making sourdough bread. And it's like so funny how my mindset has shifted from I was really into the material things that money could buy whenever I first started into this business world and now I'm more into what can I do to buy myself true happiness. Nothing that's going to fizzle out whenever I go ahead and grab it. I want real things that are going to last forever. So I want you to know that I want you to do that too. And you can use those teaching skills and heart of service to have anything that you've ever wanted in life. The truth is, I know you were born to teach and it's my absolute mission to help you use your teaching magic to finally make what you're worth. Because the truth is, you deserve more than a life that has to fit around the endless demands and mental load of being a classroom teacher right now. And friends, just a quick reminder.
