Hey CEO teachers. Welcome back to the show. Happy New Year. We have just come back from a two week vacation. We decided to go on vacation just like teachers do and it was the best thing ever. We are relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to jump forward into what we are calling the new vision of the CEO Teacher Podcast. So when we first got started, I did a lot of storytelling, but the heart of what we did was just marketing. And as the years have kind of gone on, we've grown a lot. We went to just storytelling, we went to more mindset, we went to marketing, we went to all business strategies. And what we found as we've gone back through all of the data, dug through it, asked you guys questions, was that you just love where we started, which was all about marketing. But I'll throw in a few stories every now and then as well. So today's episode is all about the five Step Flow to activate your CEO teacher vision this year. So, so what we're going to be teaching inside of these podcasts are parts of our membership. This is framework number 38 you're going to learn about today. It's called the CEO Teacher Flow. Quick Start Today Myles Monroe said I think that the greatest gift God ever gave man is not the gift of sight, but the gift of vision. Sight is a function of the eyes, but vision is a function of the heart. And that's the key promise here today that we're going to learn inside of the five step flow to help you activate your teacher vision this year. It's a new year and I want to ask you have you taken inventory of these three things? Have you taken inventory of maybe who your audience is that you want to sell to online? Have you taken inventory of trending topics inside of your specific niche? And have you taken inventory inside of relevant topics, keywords? Meaning really done a lot of research on exactly what it is people are looking for and how exactly you're going to sell it? And then I want to ask you a question that is a tale as old as time and you might eye roll here and think this is not important, but it is. Have you revisited your vision board in a while? Have you really thought about how your vision may align with your overall plans? Things that you're working towards, maybe things you want to achieve or purchase or find? And are you working towards bigger stepping stones that'll help you get to that goal? Or are you perhaps like I was last year, stuck in a holding pattern? Is it a struggle to get past just content creation? Every single day feels like a chore. If so, it may be time to revisit your larger goals and get into your CEO teacher flow for 2025. Now let's talk about what this framework looks like. So the CEO Teacher Flow. It starts with visualization and this is probably where you may have not done as inside work as you need to do. Think about what you really want for your future because in order to get there you got to know exactly where you're going. And the more you know where you're going, the better off that you'll be. That's where you begin to build the second step inside of the CEO teacher flow, which is confidence. Confidence takes a lot of repetition and it really just grows over time. As you begin to develop your confidence, then and only then can you really start to find the desire. Step 3 Inside of your heart to make sure that all of your visions come to life. So step one is visualization. Step two is confidence. Step three is desire. Step four is then making everything that you have dreamed of become your reality. And step five is action. That's really the secret is you have to take massive action to make sure that everything that you want happens. It doesn't just happen for you overnight. So I want you to ask yourself, what goals did you accomplish over the last year? For me, not very many. No matter how big or small, I want you to take inventory on your current business, your work systems, and most importantly, your vision. Remember, big dreams are an essential component of big success. There is always going to be those people who think that your dreams are crazy and allow them to feel free to do so. What we are going to do this year inside of the CEO teacher is activate your visions. And if the naysayers want to show up, then that's on them. Remember, what someone else thinks of you is none of your business. I want us to put our blinders on and really get focused in on what we desire as teachers. Let people have their thoughts because you're going to use a proven framework to make your dreams and ideas work. Okay, so I want to get into a little bit of those steps that we talked about, those five steps of CEO teacher flow to help motivate you and get your system set into place. The first one I said was visualization. So what do you want your business to look like? And this is where your vision board of ideas comes into. I like to have a personal vision board and then a professional vision board. Meaning here are all the things that I want to accomplish personally. Maybe like run another marathon, take my family to the beach for a week, be happy and content most days of the week, be able to travel as much as I can. Those are things that are going to be on my personal vision board. But for my professional vision board, the team and I have already met to talk about what our goals are for 2025. And so this is where it's important to know exactly where you're going to help you gain clarity so that you can really start moving forward. So what are your big goals and your dreams? I want you to write down a three month goal, a six month goal, a one year goal and a five year goal. I like to do like really pretty visual boards. You can do things like that in Canva, but the choice is absolutely yours. Step two is confidence. Remember I said the more you do things, the more confident you're going to feel. The repetition is what's going to help you feel confident. Your ideas are needed in the online space. I want you to speak your teaching gifts into the world and don't let the negative Nellies and the voice on your shoulder deter you from making this life work for you. Mindset shifts are a big part of the entrepreneurial journey, whether around money worth or time management. We love suggesting books here on the CEO Teacher Podcast. You can now find our 2025 book selection by going to Casey morris.combooks. i will just give you some of my favorites that I shared with the team. I just recently began reading the book the Unforgiving Race to Greatness called Winning by Tim Grover. He was Michael Jordan's personal trainer and it's just so good. It's in your favor. I kind of like it that way. I kind of needed a little bit of a boot kick this year, so I've really, really enjoyed it. Okay, step three to activate your teacher Flow is desire. Remember, a burning desire is the only way that you can reach your goals. Napoleon Hill talks about that inside of his book Think and Grow Rich. And so what do you want out of your business? Is it freedom? Is it location freedom? Is it money freedom? How are you going to make it happen? Maybe you need to reorganize your schedule to begin making more forward progress. For me, I am going to be showing up here to work as much as I can this year. I kind of just worked when I wanted to last year. But Monday through Thursday I'm going to be on the grind eight to four. That's important for me to help cultivate that desire to want to achieve more in life. And do you need to set limits on some of your commitments in order for you to grow? Maybe you don't say yes to that after school program or tutoring where you don't get paid anything extra so that you can work on your business. Or maybe you instead of coaching for your child this year, you just decide to be an active participant and you'll show up to all of their games and activities. Next is your reality. Remember, once you have your vision, you begin to build the confidence. And from there you can cultivate desire so that you can then turn your dreams into reality. But the reality of reality is that you have to put in the work in order for this to work. And I think people forget that, myself included at times. You have to make your systems work so that you can put everything into action. And that leads us into our last piece of the CEO teacher flow, which is action. So here's how you take massive action. I say this all the time to our students, is that action brings clarity and clarity produces results. But you're never going to be clear on where you want to go unless you take action. Sometimes you have to take action in the wrong way in order to figure out how to go the right way. So what will you tackle first to make a significant change in your teacher business this year? What systems will you set into place to help you realize your vision board items and start checking them off so that you can dream even bigger? One thing that we do that helps us take massive action is that we create quarterly calendars, meaning every three months we have a very detailed structured system around what's going on inside of those three months. Creating content to follow during each quarter of the year is so important. And get this plan into place with your heck yeses and your have to's so you can fill in the gaps with things you want to do and topics that spark excitement and growth. So is this year a year of saying yes to online professional development? Or is this year looking more like showing up in person education workshops and getting your name out there? For me, I'm going to do both. This year I'm going to be out and about. I hope to see all of you at some of our events. We're going to be hosting two live Mastermind events for those that are inside of our Mastermind. And I hope to be able to join you inside of the TPT conference this year for the first time in a very, very long time. And maybe this year is your year to finally launch your coaching business or your online course or your online membership. Whatever your dreams are. Just remember, it all starts with a plan. Now here's some little bonus tips that I wanted to give you that are going to help you activate that CEO teacher vision. One that we love is a good project management system. We used Asana. There are many out there such as Trello, Airtable, Google Drive and so much more. But Asana is going to allow you to create tasks that you can check off for yourself. I also love a good planner. I just repurchased the Erin Condren Planner and I am so stoked to make sure that I keep all of my goals in align. Next is you got to have good SOPs. Those are standard operating procedures. Maybe if you're unable to do something this year, you could hand off something, a good workflow and have someone do it for you. Do you have a workflow that you follow or do you start from scratch every single time? If you do, that's really a time suck and you don't realize it, but it's taking up so much of your valuable time. And then finally another pro hack is making sure that you have CEO Teacher product lines. This is where you don't recreate the wheel. The New year is a great time to simplify exactly what is working, find what is working and put it into production. If you will, use templates to streamline your content so that you're just able to plug and play. For me, one of my best selling things on Teachers to Teachers are historical figures. I have an entire system and product line around it and I just plug and play and upload. It's that simple. So write a core piece of content such as historical figures or something that there's 25 pages inside of those lessons and then turn that idea into product lines. Joel A. Barker said, Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world. Now, although our membership is not open right now, you can learn more about product lines, templates and systems inside of the CEO Teacher membership that will be opening very soon. What actions will you take inside of the New year? I want to hear em come reach out to me on Instagram. We're going to be back in action on the IG and in case a TikTok ban happens in the next couple of weeks, we hope to find all of you back on Instagram. Acey Morris or at the CEO Teacher. As always, remember your best is yet to come. I'll see you right back here next Wednesday.

Release Date: January 8, 2025
In the kickoff episode of the new year, Kayse Morris, the visionary behind The CEO Teacher® Podcast, unveils a transformative framework designed to empower teachers to transition into successful small business owners. Titled "The 5 Step Flow to Activate Your CEO Teacher Vision This Year," this episode serves as a comprehensive guide for educators aspiring to amplify their impact and income through strategic business practices.
Kayse begins by reflecting on the podcast's evolution, highlighting a shift from primarily storytelling to a more robust focus on marketing and business strategies. This pivot aligns with feedback from over 3,000 members of the CEO Teacher® community, who expressed a preference for the original marketing-centric approach.
Kayse Morris (01:30): "When we first got started, a lot of storytelling was intertwined with our marketing efforts. Over the years, we've expanded to include mindset and comprehensive business strategies. However, our audience's love for our marketing roots has inspired us to return to that core focus."
At the heart of this episode lies the CEO Teacher Flow Framework, a five-step process aimed at transforming teaching passion into a thriving business. Kayse introduces this framework as Framework #38 within their membership offerings, emphasizing its role in helping teachers realize their entrepreneurial visions.
The journey begins with visualization, where teachers are encouraged to clearly define their business aspirations. Kayse distinguishes between personal and professional vision boards, urging listeners to articulate specific goals across different timeframes.
Kayse Morris (05:20): "Think about what you really want for your future because in order to get there, you have to know exactly where you're going. Start by creating both personal and professional vision boards to gain clarity."
Next, confidence is cultivated through consistent action. Kayse underscores the importance of repetition in building self-assurance, reassuring teachers that their unique ideas are valuable in the online space.
Kayse Morris (09:45): "Your ideas are needed in the online space. Speak your teaching gifts into the world and don't let the negative voices deter you from making this life work for you."
A burning desire is essential for reaching business goals. Drawing inspiration from Napoleon Hill’s "Think and Grow Rich," Kayse prompts teachers to identify what they seek from their businesses—be it financial freedom, location independence, or personal fulfillment.
Kayse Morris (14:30): "A burning desire is the only way that you can reach your goals. What do you want out of your business? Is it freedom, financial stability, or something else?"
Turning dreams into reality requires practical steps and robust systems. Kayse stresses the necessity of putting in the required work and establishing efficient workflows to support business growth.
Kayse Morris (19:05): "You have to make your systems work so that you can put everything into action. This is where the transformation from dream to reality truly happens."
The final step, action, is crucial for executing the vision. Kayse advocates for taking massive, consistent action to achieve desired outcomes, noting that clarity and results are byproducts of proactive effort.
Kayse Morris (23:50): "Action brings clarity and clarity produces results. You're never going to be clear on where you want to go unless you take action."
Beyond the main framework, Kayse shares additional strategies to streamline business operations and boost productivity:
Project Management Systems: Utilizing tools like Asana, Trello, or Airtable to organize tasks efficiently.
Kayse Morris (27:15): "A good project management system, such as Asana, allows you to create tasks that you can check off, keeping your projects on track."
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Developing clear workflows to save time and ensure consistency.
Kayse Morris (29:40): "Having good SOPs means you don't have to start from scratch every time, saving you valuable time and reducing stress."
Product Lines: Building scalable product lines using templates and proven systems to simplify content creation and sales.
Kayse Morris (32:10): "Use templates to streamline your content so that you're just able to plug and play. This method has been incredibly effective for my historical figures product line."
Concluding the episode, Kayse reinforces the symbiotic relationship between vision and action, quoting Joel A. Barker to encapsulate the essence of their message.
Kayse Morris (34:55): "Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world."
She encourages listeners to embark on their entrepreneurial journey with a clear plan, leveraging the CEO Teacher Flow Framework to navigate the challenges ahead. Kayse also invites teachers to engage with her on social media for continued support and announces upcoming mastermind events and conferences aimed at fostering community and growth.
