B
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kir.
A
Charlie Kirk's running the White House folks.
B
I want to thank Charlie. He's an incredible guy, his spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point usa.
A
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Did you get hit with a big tax bill you weren't expecting? With rates still being very low and home equity being high, it's the perfect time to refinance and get some cash out of your home. If you have to take out a loan, don't go to the big banks where you know they don't share your values and at any time they might kick out conservatives from using their banks. Remember Tucker Carlson revealing that bank of America probably unconstitutionally and maybe outside of the law, who knows, handed over depositing information, credit card transactions to the federal government to try to target conservatives. That's right. The big banks are siding against us. So if you are going to try to borrow some money and you don't know what to do, then talk to a human being. Talk to my friends Andrew and Todd. It's Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian and andrewandtod.com they are with Sierra Pacific Mortgage people I know and trust and like working with them and you should too. Just go to andrewandtod.com and take a 30 seconds to answer a couple questions. This gives them all the info you need. Andrew and Todd are not brokers. They're bankers and human beings. It's not like talking to an automaton and you have to borrow money and give money to BLM instead. Andrew and Todd are real people. They'll joke with you. They'll pray with you. They'll sympathize with you. They'll give you honest advice. They're good people, especially when you make one of the most important decisions in your life. Don't go to one of the woke Wall street banks where they just all their money goes to the destruction of America. Go look at the contributions. Do you know that one of the big banks says they will not give money to Republicans anymore? Then why take out loans with them? The answer is because you probably didn't know that there was a competitor. You didn't know that there were a couple Christian guys in California that want to do right by you. I know they've done a great job with producer Andrew. It's andrewandtod.com super easy. Andrewandtod.com call 88 triple 81172888 triple 81172 and by the way, you might be working through a loan with a big bank and you might be up to your neck in paperwork and it's not too late to pull the cord and transfer that over to someone who loves the Lord and loves the country. Andrewandtod.com 888-11-72 look, we're partnering with them. You're going to hear me talk about them a lot on this program. Let me just end with this with Andrew and Todd. Is that a lot of you say, charlie, I want to buy Kot. I want to stop supporting companies that don't share my values. Well, then why would you borrow maybe even six figures, maybe seven figures with a bank that hates you? Answer you shouldn't. Andrewandtod.com 888-1172 Tell him Charlie Kirk sent you. You'll be met with a smile, a warm greeting and a real human being. Andrewandtod.com hey, everybody. Welcome to this episode of the Charlie Kirk show. With us today is Congressman Andy Biggs from the great state of Arizona. And if I have anything to say about it, we're gonna turn that place around. Congressman, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
B
Charlie, thanks. Good to be with you.
A
It's too bad what's happening to Arizona politically. We'll talk about that in just a second. I want to get into some of the breaking news. I have had more people send me this story over the last 24 hours and ask questions about this. Around Tucker Carlson's monologue, around this accusation that the government was involved in the events on January 6, that there were paid government FBI agents allegedly amongst the midst. Congressman, these are very serious charges and accusations it's pointing to. Look like that's the case. What are your thoughts on this?
B
Well, we just had Christopher Wray come and testify to us this week. He testified in front of a judiciary last week, and to hear him speak, you would not have gotten that impression. But I am starting to see the same information that you are. And it demands answers. I mean, it truly demands answers. In fact, one thing that Christopher Wray said to us both last week and yesterday was that they were investigating people before January 6, but none of the people they were investigating even showed up on January 6, and none were arrested. None participated in the January 6 breach of the Capitol. So it is actually very troublesome to hear what's out there, and we need to get to the bottom of that.
A
Yeah, so. And Congressman, if there is truth to this, I think you need to start the Biggs community just like we had the Pike Committee, you know, because back in the 1970s, you remember this, this was a big deal where we were revealed. We had to say, slow down, Intelligence Committee. And that's where we found out about Operation Artichoke, Operation Counterpro, all these different operations, and it ended up reforming the Intelligence service for the better for the following decades. I mean, these are some very potentially serious accusations that the Bureau was in the crowd amongst this and they didn't do anything to stop it.
B
Yeah. I mean, if that's the case, I mean, it's one thing, there's always been allegations of the, the media being in there. Right. I mean, and we've seen some evidence of that. But if you have law enforcement that's there that could have stopped, thwarted, whatever, and they didn't, that's a problem. But moreover, Charlie, I mean, think about this. The FBI director said that the vast majority of people there were peaceful, peaceful protesters. Just, they were rowdy, but they were peaceful. And were they infiltrating a peaceful protest? I mean, why. To what end would that be? So right now, we kind of, we're talking hypotheticals based on some reports and information that are coming out. We need to actually get to the bottom of that because we need clear answers. We need clarity. And where necessary, there needs to be reform, but also, if necessary, some discipline.
A
Right. And in addition to that, Congressman, were they instigating, were they revving up people to try to incite, I Don't know. And maybe I'm naive, but when I find out there's as many 20 FBI agents in plain clothing amongst in a political rally for Ake's current president, you think about this, Congressman, this is not some sort of far off thing that's happening in, you know, just some small gathering in the hills. This was a rally for a sitting president. And so I'm glad that you share my concern with this. Christopher Wray, I think, has been lying about this for quite some time. And this might be a thread that actually unfolds something a lot deeper and a lot more unfortunately sophisticated of what our government's been potentially doing to infiltrate political groups. And Congressman, I gotta also ask, have we ever actually been able to get any assurances the FBI's been reformed? They did with Peter Strzok and Lisa Page and James Comey. Where is Durham? And I know that you've been on this case. Do we have any answers to provide our voters?
B
Well, well, before you leave, the next topic, and then let's come to this, I would just say I want to know if there were 20 FBI agents and they were not there for security for the President, why were they in that crisis?
A
That's exactly right, yeah.
B
I mean, because I would expect there to be some security for the President, maybe in plain clothes to make sure that the President is safe. But if they're there for any other purpose, then that's problematic. Okay, so we're. Where have there been reforms? I mean, I specifically asked questions of Director Ray last week about FISA abuse. And he said, oh, yeah, well, we've got our own internal auditor. Now wait a second. Your own internal auditor? That's like the hen garden, the fox garden, the hen house. Right? Isn't that right? I mean, a little bit. So I want the Inspector General to be there and to be looking at this thing. And when the Inspector General has looked at it or when the FISA court has looked at it, and fisa, that's how they spy on Americans, right? They have said that there's widespread abuse of the FISA system and the fisc, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. I don't know if there's been any reform. We still. I was, I'm glad you brought up Durham. I literally, this morning I was looking at a report and I found myself saying, where's Durham? Whatever happened to Durham? Supposedly he was kept on after the Biden administration. My guess is that the Biden administration has pulled the plug on whatever he was supposed to do. But how about at least Giving us the results of what you had done prior to the change of administration.
A
Seriously. And, but just I know that I'm not into this like you guys are every single day. Is he still doing his thing or did he disband his office or is he. Is this kind of like, kind just like a multi decade excursion? Like I'm gonna, I'll get back to you in the2040s.
B
Well, you know, ostensibly, my understanding is that ostensibly he's still tasked with this special prosecutor mission. But over a year ago, Charlie, I, I was told, yeah, this Friday they should have something.
A
I know, me too.
B
And it kept going. Every Friday they'd say it's going to be out Friday, it's going to be up. And what it never came, came to be. And so I find myself go, well, whether he is still doing it or not in some ways is totally irrelevant unless it just pops up out of nowhere and gives us some information that is a particular clarifying. And so far I doubt that's gonna ever happen.
A
Who's your wireless provider? AT&T, Verizon or T Mobile? What if I told you PureTalk uses the exact same network as one of those carriers? Same towers, same exact coverage, but it literally costs you half? I know it sounds crazy, but when I first heard about peertalk I thought this is too good to be true. But then I looked at some of their customer reviews. Sarah from Albileen says, quote, the service is amazing. Love the price, the speed is quick, the reception is perfect. Angela from Midland says, quote, the absolute test was visiting my parents who live out in the country. I've tried to use AT&T, sprint and Verizon. None worked until I went into town. PeerTalk worked excellently at their house. I was so excited. Eugene from Granbury said, quote, good service, haven't any problems in our travels at all. Switching is so easy. You can keep your phone and they'll just send you a new SIM card. It's literally just a new SIM card. So you can get the same great service you have, but half the price. Listen to this. Unlimited Talk, text and 6 gigs of data for just $30 a month. The average person is saving $400 a year. So here's the deal. Unlimited talk, unlimited text, plus 2 gigs of data for just $20 a month. All you have to do is grab your mobile phone and dial £250 and say keyword Charlie Kirk. That's £250. Say keyword Charlie Kirk. And when you do, you save 50% off your first month. Well, it's this theme though, Congressman, and this is why I think Republicans have got to take back the majority because there is no oversight of the intelligence community right now. And this is what so frustrates me about the Senate. We never should have lost the Senate. But Lindsey Graham didn't do his job. He just didn't. He had a chance when he was Judiciary Chairman and he was over whatever he was in the Senate last year to really get the security apparatus to heal and to get them in line and get some answers. And Congressman, we're seeing this theme. I mean, Peter Strzok is teaching college courses. Meanwhile you have guys that walked into the Capitol and took selfies on January 6, not defending it going in the Capitol. It's not. Not minimizing walking to the Capitol. They're in solitary confinement, literally. And so we have a very scary situation here. Congress and you and I both share a love for liberty, the ability to pursue virtue, which means we also are really fearful of the abuse of power and especially from the security apparatus. Can you help me navigate this? Is my fear unfounded? Is there another side of the story here or what's going on here?
B
No, your fear is totally justified. I share the same fear. I mean, look, we have members of Congress who were referred to the Department of Justice for investigation by Democrats because of January 6th. I mean, think about that. That's ludicrous. We have the FBI is reportedly was geo fencing members of Congress cell phones to see if. I mean, you start thinking about that that is an attack on the Republic of the United States of America. Then you look at the double standard that we've seen where we've spent all this time in Congress going back and relitigating January 6th and white nationalism and domestic terrorism and it's all conservatives, right? They're domestic terrorists and it was an insurrection. Well, I will say thank goodness for Christopher Wray, at least clarifying that he said it was. You can't use the term insurrection because it actually has legal meaning. Right. And the Democrats keep using it. But you know where the real insurrection is? It's in the riots that have been going on for over a year by BLM and Antifa that have through a three week period last summer, over $2 billion in damage, dozens of people killed, others injured. And, and their purpose is legitimately, as they have said, to change the government to a Marxist socialist government. So yeah, it's a legitimate fear. I'll tell you when I found out I've been referred to doj. I don't know if it's still going or not. You just go for what? Because some yo yo puts out in a tweet that I planned the riot and guess what? We don't even know if I've ever met that guy. You know, but because there's a tweet out there, they're going to investigate members of Congress that are conservatives, but they're not going to investigate these people torching federal buildings in Minneapolis and Portland.
A
Even worse than that, Congressman, you have first degree murderers that are out on bail by afternoon the next day in Chicago, first degree murderers. And then you have someone that comes in who takes a selfie in the Capitol Rotunda and they get treated as if they're Eric Rudolph or Ted Kaczynski. And I'm glad that you're focusing on this. And I mean, there's a deeper game at play here. And this is all about political power. So, Congressman, there's a lot of things I want to ask you about. I really want to get into Arizona. I want to get to the audit. I'm super interested in that. Can you just give me some assurance that HR1 is practically dead? That's been a big concern of mine. Are we able to just say goodbye to that?
B
Well, I wouldn't say goodbye to it just yet because I would say that it is almost dead, like they would say in Princess Bride. Mostly dead. It is mostly dead. And the reality is as long as Mansion and Cinema hold firm, it is going to be dead. But it is a dangerous, dangerous bill. And I was so pleased to hear Senator Manchin say that he does not support the tenants of HR1. And that was good. So I'm confident I would not go to sleep on it, though. These folks, nothing is dead here until 2022 comes and goes.
A
I agree with you. And I was glad to see Manchin not just say that he wants to hold the filibuster, but also say he doesn't like the actual parts of the bill. And you know, on this program we'd say we call things as they are. I mean, Kirsten Sinema, she's nuttier than a fruitcake. But I got to give her credit for at least holding the line on the filibuster. And I do give her credit for that. Mark Kelly, I've not seen, you know, it's really interesting. I haven't seen him on tv. I haven't seen him anywhere. Nothing. I mean, cinema, she has a way to always get in the headlines. Any thoughts on cinema? Holding the line of the filibuster obviously you served in Congress with her. She represents Arizona. We don't agree with her on a lot of public policy, but I think her stance on the filibuster deserves to be praised.
B
Yeah, no, I've known her for 20 years. She's actually, Charlie, she's a very good friend of mine and I will tell you, she's had this position on the filibuster for two decades. And so she's tough. And she's very tough. And I will tell you, they are trying to go after Manchin and Senator Sinema when I say they, the left, the Democrats, because the filibuster is basically holding up the whole socialist, neo fascist left wing agenda. And so I tell Kirsten all the time, you know, first of all, thanks. Second of all, it takes guts. It takes.
A
Yeah.
B
Seriously, they're going to start putting a squeeze on her and her family. They're going to run ads. They've already been running ads in Arizona and West Virginia and they want people to come. You got to start seeing billboards all over the Valley, Me, Valley of the Sun, Phoenix. Basically trying to castigate Kirsten Cinema. But she's tough. I've known her. She's strong willed. I think she's a bright person. We disagree on policy a lot but, but she's a dear friend and good for her. Good for her.
A
I totally agree. And the ads they're running are terrible. They show that like, oh, Kirsten Cinema has run like 95 marathons and she doesn't have time to go vote. I was like, I kind of like her more after this ad actually. So thanks so much. It's like, oh, she's too busy running marathons. I was like, you know, we need more politicians runs marathons. I totally agree. So Congressman, what is going on with the audit? There's been a lot of energy around this, a lot of coverage. Hard to figure out where this is headed. And we've been telling our audience things as they're happening. What can we expect? And then also just walk us through the importance of this audit.
B
Well, I'll just give you the timeline first, Charlie, I've been told that they think that you're going to have most of the audit completed by the end of June and they'll have the report out sometime early to mid July. Now what will that, what will the results be? I don't know. I don't know. Isis. I have suspicions, I have ideas. I don't know if it's a nothing burger. Hey, it's a nothing burger. If they Find violations and anomalies and problems, then that's important as well. We need to know that. The bottom line is I have confidence that they're doing a good job on the audit. I really do. I hope they justify that confidence. And I just want the truth. I think that's the bare minimum you can ask for. Any audit that deals with the most important institution in America, which is the franchise, you expect just the truth. That's all you want. You want clarity in the truth. And if there's. It's hard for me to believe that it's perfect. Nothing is perfect, really. And let's see how it went. Well, the problem for me is that what I see is this antagonism toward the audit, which has been unjustified, in my opinion. And speed sticks have been thrown down. Lawsuits have been filed repeatedly. There's been every effort made to stop the audit. And I have found myself wondering about the motivations of people who want to do everything in their power to stop an audit that basically, like I said, this is an important institution in this country. But we do audits on private businesses, private trusts, all kinds of things all the time. Not just a recount. Recount is not going to detect any kind of flaw or fraud. In fact, a recount better be the same. So you could have spoiled or illegal ballots, and you better get the same number of illegal ballots the second time, because that's the count. But when you do an audit, you're looking for mistakes. You're looking for errors. You're looking for, in some cases, criminality. And that's what they're doing here. I'm hopeful that we'll get some truth, truth by sometime mid July.
A
And now the Department of Justice, Merrick Garland, is trying to interfere with this. It's kind of, this gets back to this whole idea of this kind of security apparatus. We control law enforcement. What are your thoughts on the federal government now coming into Arizona trying to intimidate state lawmakers? Last time I checked in the Constitution, states have their own right to conduct elections as they see fit.
B
Yeah, I think that is clearly an overreach on the part of the, the Department of Justice. I think it's abusive power. But that's, you know, that's something we have seen under the Obama administration and under the Biden administration already. So it wasn't necessarily surprising. But particularly vexing, Charlie, is that the administrator, the law, the assistant to Merrick Garland who sent that letter is the. Is so biased. She's the head of the Civil Rights division of the DoJ, she's the same lady who testified in our committee here, made fun of Barron Trump's name. A child of former President Trump. She has basically put out some of the most hateful and nasty tweets and information. I was at that hearing when she made that statement and issued her very half witted apology. That was no apology at all and not even a justification. She hates Donald Trump and she hates people who support Donald Trump. And so you're seeing the weaponization of the police apparatus of the state and that's what's fearful. Charlie, you mentioned intelligence, but you couple the intelligence apparatus with the police apparatus at the highest levels being corrupted by political purpose and that's what should put fear in our hearts and help us work harder to clean up this the government.
A
Hey guys. You guys have heard me talk with my friend Kelly Shackelford before. Kelly Shackelford from First Liberty is a good person. Look, we've talked about court packing. It's the tool of left wing authoritarians. Hugo Chavez packed Venezuela Supreme Court with his socialist cronies and paved the way for his tyrannical regime. But now Joe Biden and American socialist radicals want to pack our Supreme Court with four new liberal justices. Court packing isn't some policy idea to improve our courts. It's a coup. A coup to take away your constitutional freedoms and turn America into a socialist country. That's why First Liberty Institute, the largest legal organization in the nation dedicated to defending religious liberty in America, is doing something about it. First Liberty recently launched supremecoup.com that's supremecoup.com to serve as a one stop shop in the fight against court packing and help patriots like you learn the truth about what's happening in the courts. But more importantly, there's a big take action button so you could do something to stop the Supreme Court couple. So do me a favor, support Kelly Shackelford in this and get involved. If you want to defend our God given freedoms and stop the left's court packing scheme, head over to supremecoup.com Kirk that's supremecoup.com Kirk S U P R E M E c o u p.com Kirk so Congressman, you probably remember a time in Congress when Democrats actually cared about abuse of power from law enforcement. Now they just seem completely uninterested in that. Can you talk? There's a couple other things I want to explore with you in regards to Congress and I'm going to talk about 2022 and what we have to do to take back the House because we just need political power, then we need to be willing to do something with it. Can you, can you walk through how Congress has changed? Do you guys have committee meetings anymore? Are you marking up bills? Are you, is bipartisanship happening at great levels? Are you seeing Democrats yield to you on things? Or are those days over there?
B
So Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats basically, in my opinion, have tried to change over 200 years of tradition in the House. They've emasculated the committee system. So for the first three and a half months of this year, we didn't really have committee hearings, right? We didn't mark up any bills. They were just, we'd have hearings, but they were all about January 6th and domestic violence, not domestic violence, but domestic terrorism, those types of things. Now we are marking up bills. They got all the terrible bills, not all of them, but a significant number of the terrible bills. Anti Police Bills, HR1 Quality act, you name it, they got those out early. And now what they're doing is they're going through some of the additional bills. They still ramming through. So today, for instance, they added a bill on the last minute. Some of my Freedom Caucus colleagues were trying to get an opportunity to try to amend that on the floor. So far, we're not getting support to do it. We've got Democrats that will not speak to Republicans anymore. We've got Democrats who refuse to allow us to sign on to pieces of legislation that we've worked on with them across the aisle for, for years. Some of them really believe that we intend to do them bodily harm. They have. They're the ones. Yeah. I'm not kidding you.
A
No, I know, I know.
B
They're the ones that have filed ethics complaints on us. They're the ones, you know, for, based on tweets from people we don't know or whatever. They're the ones that have referred us to DOJ for criminal investigations. All kinds of weird stuff that's gone on out there. And it's, it's been very, very different than it's ever been before. I mean, we've got a bunch of new Republicans that came in, a bunch of new Freedom Caucus guys. And I was talking to some of them today and I said, you know, it really isn't like this all the time. I mean, there are times where we can work across the aisle and try to get some things done and we don't, we don't have to walk through magnetometers to come into the floor, etc. Why, why do we do that? It's for show. It's for power, Charlie.
A
Of course it is.
B
All for power. Oh, I mean, look, I, I don't have to go through magnetometer anywhere else. I can wander all over the Capitol complex, but when I go to the floor, I've got to go through the magnetometer because the media's all gathered there, the left wing media is all gathered there to show that we're going through.
A
No, you're exactly right, Congressman. And it's this laughable thing because they're more afraid of Andy Biggs and Lohan Barber and Marjorie Taylor Greene than they are anywhere else. And I think some of it's theater, but I actually think some of it, they've actually convinced themselves of it. I really do. I think some of these people deep down actually are so afraid of Republicans that they've actually come to that so, so bizarre and ridiculous kind of realization, lack thereof. So let's talk about Arizona. Congressman, you've said maybe you're gonna run, maybe you're not gonna run, or, I don't know if you've made a decision about running or thinking about almost, maybe, possibly could be running. Anything you wanna say about that?
B
Yeah, you're talking about the. I am not going to run for the United States Senate.
A
Okay, well, there you go.
B
And I think there's, I think in the House, Charlie, I think there's some meat on the bone for me. I think there's some opportunities that we can not only take the House back, but that we can actually stop the left wing Biden agenda. And if we play our cards right, actually maybe get some things on his desk that makes it very hard for him to veto. We'll see how that works. But I think there's some stuff we can do that I can do in the House. And I'll tell you, let's be candid, Charlie. When I was at the Biden speech, I had to come to the Biden speech, the joint session of Congress, and I saw those folks coming in from the Senate, some of whom are really good friends. I said to myself, man, I would have to be in the House two more years and then in the Senate six years at least, then maybe another six. That would be eight to 14 years more in United States Congress. And I don't want to be here that long. So I said, there's no way I can. I can't imagine running and being in Washington D.C. that much longer.
A
Well, you're making a difference, so don't leave yet. You know, people say, charlie, you gonna run for office? I said, not at gunpoint Are you kidding me? I said you're doing a wonderful job, you know, Congressman, but it just is just non stop and you gotta deal with the nonsense and you got like. But it's like boarding an airplane according to. You got to go through TSA just to vote. Right? And that, that sounds terrible. And not to mention, I deal with the press and all this. Anyway, this just, just hold the line. But by the way, we need good people to run. This is why people don't want to run is because they hear about how great it is from people like you. Like, I want to get out of here. So let's talk about Arizona. How do we take back Arizona? Congressman, I'm talking to everyone about Arizona. I'm going all in. We're doing everything we possibly can to try to change the hearts and the minds and the political trajectory of Arizona. Doing that through our political arm, 501C4. What's going on in Arizona? Why does it feel like all of a sudden I'm living in San Bernardino? What's going on here?
B
Well, I mean, part of the problem is we've had so many people from San Bernardino move into Arizona. That's part of the problem.
A
That is the issue.
B
I always tell them, I'm glad you're here, but please don't vote to turn us into California. There's a reason you left. But. So I think we have to do some narrative work. I think we need to have a clear narrative. I think we need to collaborate and basically cooperate and have a repetitive narrative on the things that we know people care about. So, Charlie, I mean, we know election integrity is an 80% issue. We need to get basically. And I'm talking about voter id, verification of mail in ballots. I'm talking about how about being a citizen? You know, in California that would be helpful. They're passing laws that you don't have to be a citizen. So as we communicate, I think the message becomes clear that the Democrats have lost their mind. They've gone so far to the left. So we can communicate. That second thing, I guess.
A
No, no, go ahead. Sorry, Please continue.
B
Yeah, so the second thing I think we need to do is we need to focus on redistricting because the redistricting is so powerful. We started off 10 years ago with a supermajority in the state legislature and because of the way that the IRC Independent Redistricting Commission came in, we started losing seats every year until they're hanging on by a thread in the state legislature and we're upside down in Congress. That does not reflect the voter registration and it doesn't reflect in my opinion the center right nature of Arizona. So I think that's how we do it. The other thing, I'll just tell you, you got to reform the initiative process which is now totally co opted by California and out of state folks. And then we've got to work harder and smarter. But Charlie, I believe truly Arizona is a center right state. I'm right there with you. Yeah. And so we can't, you know, so Mark Kelly, you brought him up earlier. We got to take his seat.
A
I told you so.
B
Mark Kelly, he is so totally bunkered like, like Joe Biden was. But if you can't get Democrats who support the second amendment rights to come walk across because, because he is so anti second amendment, it's not funny. How about this one? He is a total open border guy.
A
Totally.
B
We should, we should have been totally exposing that because that is something that, that suburban moms, you know, all demographics agree. That's a problem. How about this? He is a radical abortion, a pro abortion guy. I mean late term abortions, wide open on that. You know what, we can win on those issues. We can win on those issues, but we have got to acknowledge what those issues are, find them. He needs to be stigmatized for what he really is and then we need to go forward. If we start doing that, I think we can win. Now I tell you, Charlie, the Arizona U.S. senate race, that's going to be a $250 million race between Democrats and Republicans and outside groups coming in, that's how much just for that race. And then you start throwing the gubernatorial race, which I think is going to be a 40 to $50 million race. And then you start looking at redistricted Congress congressional seats and you start looking at redistricted state legislative races which are going to cost more than ever. Guess what? You're talking, you're talking probably $400 million worth of elections next year. That makes it hard to communicate. That's why we need to be out in front of it now. And that's why what you guys are doing is so important because you guys provide narrative support. You get it out there and I'll just conclude my points on this Freedom Caucus is producing and will have. It'll be a platform that I think will appeal not just to right wing conservatives, not just to soft Republicans, but to independents partying undeclared and more moderate Democrats. There are places we agree, which is why Congress is so bizarre right now because they're so far to the left, they don't want to work with Republicans. But the reality is there's a lot of points that we can agree on. And if inflation continues, which it's going to continue because there's so much money being junked around out there, our currency is totally devalued right now. We're going to see people wanting a change of direction. And guess what? The Democrats own it. Because in a minority in the congressional delegation, they got two senators and it's five, four Democrats in the House. So they will have to own it. And as they own all their horrific policies, I think people will come home.
A
I agree. I know you gotta go vote. So please go defend our liberty and enjoy going through TSA or whatever that is. One last question, though. One last question. Thoughts on ASU mask mandates, the federal ban on the vaccine passports. Really quick, before we say goodbye,
B
ASU that they need to, that has to go away. That's reckless. It's irresponsible on their part. It's authoritarian. And guess what? They get federally insured dollars. The ban on federal vaccine passports should be anybody, any entity that's receiving federal money doing business with the federal government. They cannot have those kind of vaccine mandates.
A
I love it. So, all right, please go vote and say hi to the Democrats if they're not 95ft away and wearing two masks. Thanks, Congressman. Really appreciate it.
B
Thanks, Charlie. Take care.

"If they find violations and anomalies and problems, then that's important... The bottom line is I have confidence they're doing a good job on the audit. I just want the truth." (19:46)
"I think that is clearly an overreach on the part of the Department of Justice. I think it's abusive power." (22:34)
"Part of the problem is we've had so many people from San Bernardino move into Arizona..." (31:43)
"He is a total open border guy... a radical abortion, a pro abortion guy... late term abortions, wide open on that. You know what, we can win on those issues." (34:27)
"ASU, that has to go away. That's reckless. It's irresponsible on their part. It's authoritarian." (37:16)
"If you have law enforcement that's there that could have stopped, thwarted, whatever, and they didn't, that's a problem." (06:14)
"Where's Durham? Whatever happened to Durham?... Over a year ago, Charlie, I was told, yeah, this Friday they should have something." (10:36)
"Arizona is a center right state. I'm right there with you." (33:32)
"She's a dear friend and good for her..." (18:43)
"It’s like, 'Oh, she’s too busy running marathons.' I was like, you know, we need more politicians who run marathons." (19:11)
"Some [Democrats] really believe that we intend to do them bodily harm." (27:45)
"If we start doing that, I think we can win... As they own all their horrific policies, I think people will come home." (36:18)
This episode is a sweeping, energetic conversation focused on how conservatives should confront what Kirk and Biggs perceive as a politicized justice system, lack of government transparency, and threats to election integrity. Congressman Biggs provides updates and inside perspectives on the Arizona audit, the elusive Durham investigation, and the fraught state of Congress, while both he and Kirk stress the importance of grassroots activism and narrative control for upcoming elections. The episode concludes with calls to resist federal vaccine mandates and a staunch defense of state authority over elections.
