Go to noblegoldinvestments.com I just want to share some breaking news here. TikTok lost at the U.S. supreme Court. Nine nothing. They were challenging the constitutionality of the data aspect of the law. President Trump has been signaling for quite some time. The law allows for a presidential workaround for the president to basically bring the suspected companies into the table and potentially broker a deal with the federal government. And the president has been signaling for some time that he wants to find a way to save TikTok. And based on reporting, the president is considering whether or not to do an extension to the ban cuz it's scheduled to be banned as of Sunday. And from there the president can potentially work out a deal, can bring TikTok in the room, either sell it or broker a deal with them or make sure the data is walled off, make sure the Chinese Communist party aspect that all kind of gets figured out and ironed out. All I know is this. I hope TikTok continues to operate in the United States. I trust the president to figure this out. We got over 2 billion views on the platform in the last year. Ryan was completely right. Ryan did a great job running it on our team. And I think competition is good for social media. I think it makes Meta better. I think it makes X better. I think it makes YouTube better. So I trust President Trump to figure this out. I would hate to see any interruption of service, to hate this go down, to see this go down. But I will say if the. I say this as a creator, someone who loves the platform and sees what it's capable of. If the president is able to broker a deal and keep TikTok operating, he could win support of the younger generation in perpetuity. And the Democrats just handed this to him. The Democrats worked hard and Joe Biden signed the bill to kill TikTok. And now President Trump has an opportunity to save it, while also addressing all of the privacy concerns that people might have. So that is the breaking news there. I do want to go to one of our members, though. So all hour we are doing a member dialogue, but I just need to do breaking news alerts throughout the hour. So if you are a member, you guys are able to dialogue with me directly and come on the show. Oh, Kevin has a question about TikTok. Great. Kevin, welcome to the program. Thank you for being a member. Members.charliekirk.com, what's on your mind?
Unknown
Yeah, it was specifically that TikTok question. I didn't know if this had come up today, but there is a clip that you might want to play and you probably already know about this. All the terms and conditions that are embedded in the app that we all agree to when we download TikTok are quite concerning. I understand your reasoning behind wanting to keep it. I think it's a great platform, but there's a lot of privacy concerns. And there's a video with Joe Rogan. You could probably pull it up on YouTube where he goes into a rabbit hole of TikTok terms and conditions. A lot of privacy concerns.
Charlie Kirk
I don't know as much about that. And by the way. Yeah, yeah. And so I hear that from a lot of people. I'm agnostic on that. Ryan on our team who actually deals with the app says that's all not true. Other people I trust say it is true. I will say, though, but if it is there, President Trump now has an opportunity to fix it, though. And that's what's really cool, is that the president can, from what I understand, sign an extension, bring TikTok into the room, cut a deal and address all the data concerns, get it all out of the table. What are you doing? Are you doing keystrokes? Are you doing monitoring? And by the way, while we're at it, if we make TikTok live up to that data standard, shouldn't we also bring in the other social media companies and also make them do that? Just to be clear, we are asking TikTok to operate at a higher level that we don't at other American companies. And what we're doing actually is we're driving American youth to the Chinese TikTok competitor, Red Note. So, look, I'm far from an expert on this. All I know is as a creator, I see the views people are coming up to me that never would have been supported President Trump saying I supported Trump all because of TikTok is what you did there. And so we need to kind of figure this out. And I think that I trust President Donald Trump 100% to be able to bring all the parties together, broker a deal, address all the privacy concerns, figure out the Chinese Communist Party element, because this app is likely here to stay in one way or another. It's been a great tool for us at turning point to be able to get our message out. And I will say this, there's three things that are true. President Trump will become president again on Monday. He would not have become president if it wasn't for the youth vote. The numbers are conclusive. If younger voters did not move the way they did, he would not have won. And number three, younger voters likely would not have moved the way they did if it was not for our ability to go viral on TikTok. This is the CEO's video play cut 112. It is shows video show Z choir who is thanking President Trump for finding a way to save TikTok. President Trump is going to Americanize TikTok. He has an opportunity to do that. Let's play cut 112.

Everyone is sho here. As you know, we have been fighting to protect the constitutional right to free speech for the more than 170 million Americans who use our platform every day to connect, create, discover, and achieve their dreams. On behalf of everyone at TikTok and all our users across the country, I want to thank President Trump for his commitment to work with us to find a solution that keeps TikTok available in the United States. This is a strong stand for the First Amendment and against arbitrary censorship. As we've said, TikTok is a place where people can create communities, discover new interests and express themselves, including over 7 million American businesses who earn a living and gain new customers using our platform. We are grateful and pleased to have the support of a president who truly understands our platform. One who has used TikTok to express his own thoughts and perspectives, connecting with the world and generating more than 60 billion views of his content in the process. To all American users, thank you for making our TikTok community such a rich and vibrant space for surprising and delighting us every day. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to ensure our platform thrives as your online home for limitless creativity and discovery, as well as a source of inspiration and joy for years to come. Thank you. More to come.
Charlie Kirk
Yeah, and an important element, Ryan reminds me of this. All the TikTok data guys is actually stored by an American company called Oracle. All of it is stored by Oracle and not by the Chinese Communist Party. So it's a deal to figure out. I understand all the concerns. We don't want China and the Chinese Communist Party, which is our greatest enemy, to be able to access our kids and be able to blackmail them and all that. But I saw the power of this platform the last year, and I think the President has a unique opportunity to strike a deal. We'll see what he ends up doing. Okay, let's go to Stephen. Stephen, thank you for being a member. What's on your mind? Members.charliekirk.com hey, Charlie, can you hear me? Stephen, what's on your mind? Thanks for being a member. How you doing? Yes.

Hey. So just. I've got a statement here, but first I wanted to thank you for Amfest. It was amazing. It was the first time I'd ever come and really experience that kind of energy. Looking forward to coming back next year. I want to talk about the justice system and I to me, completely broken. I grew up believing in the rule of law, the fundamental rights granted, you know, to Americans, that we have the right to a speedy trial, the right to face one's accuser. For those of us that just kind of common folk with no power, influence or wealth, what recourse do we have to push back against injustices when loved ones are incarcerated unjustly for years without due process?
Charlie Kirk
So that's a really smart question. So I recently spent a good amount of time with a lawyer I really respect. We talked about him on the thought crime. He represented me during all the January six nonsense. And I asked him a question. I said, how is AI changing the legal world? And he said, oh, it's going to be one of the greatest applications of AI. I said, why? He said, soon people without money will be able to get the best possible legal briefing for almost no cost. So here's how this would work. There's this thing now called. It's a Thompson Reuters company. It's not called copilot, it's called co counsel. You are able to upload thousands of documents. So if you have someone who is wrongly incarcerated, all of the documents regarding your potential loved ones, we're not there yet, but we're getting there. All the documents, all the inconsistencies, all the depositions, everything. And within seconds, co counsel will make a incredibly compelling argument that would otherwise cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars at Big Law to be able to advocate for your loved one to be released or wrongly incarcerated or whatever. The point being is we're not there yet, but within five to 10 years, there will be a situation where almost every American will have access to a very high quality legal representation. And that is an awesome promise that it will no longer be just a luxury item for the billionaire elite. But every person can get access to defend their rights, their freedoms and their constitutional God given right. Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here. If pain is affecting your life, I have the perfect New Year's resolution for you. Make 2025 the year of feeling good again. The year of moving better, sleeping better, feeling more alive. And do it with Relief Factor. Relief Factor is a daily supplement that fights pain. Naturally developed by doctors, it doesn't just mask pain temporarily helps reduce or eliminate pain. Over a million people have turned to Relief Factor and feel the difference it can make in your Life. Give their three week quick start a try. It's only $19.95 less than a dollar a day and it just takes a phone call. 1, 800, for relief. That is the number 1, 800, for relief and you could start feeling better in three weeks or less. And every day you feel better is a day you live better. Whether you're hurting back, neck, joints or muscles. Make 2025 the year of feeling good again. Try Relief Factor's three week quick start today. Visit relieffactor.com or call 1-800-for- relief. That is 1-800-for relief. So check it out right now, relieffactor.com Let me just kind of finish this thought here. So essentially the biggest barrier towards large scale corporate law is all the second and third tier briefs. You hire some legal assistant to read the brief and go over the depositions and find inconsistencies. That is all going to change. You bundle all of that within an artificial intelligence program. It's going to bring down the cost of litigation by 99%. Now there still will be a need for somebody to argue in front of a judge, someone to check the work of AI. But in the ideal and where we are headed is that if somebody is wrongly accused of a crime, for example, if a kid is wrongly accused of raping a girl when he's 19 years old and he has no money to be able to defend himself, potentially having co counsel AI be able to shepherd him through the process means that our inalienable rights can be better protected. There's a lot of dangerous stuff with AI that I don't like. This is one of the most exciting applications that I see. Why? Because it will allow the truth to win and eventually we'll get to a place where it is easier to defend and advocate for the truth. Truth and justice are the immune system of a society. If truth and justice are suppressed, a society gets sick. That is why these last four years we have been sick and the woke cancer and the tumor have enveloped the entire country. Truth and justice when they are active is the immune antibody response against any virus or societal bacterial infection that tries to fester. And we are right now excommunicating that tumor. And starting on Monday, we bring back truth and justice as penultimate American virtues and foundings. Virtues and values. We are going to see a restoration of our founding promise that all human beings are created equal. So there are some things that AI that I'm very excited about, some things I'm neutral about, some things I'm horrified. The idea that every human being can get high, high quality legal defense is awesome. I see nothing wrong with that and also will put a lot of lawyers out of business. So sign me up for that. Let's go to Trey. Trey, thank you for being a member. Members.charliekirk.com what's on your mind? Hey Charlie, long time no talk. How are you my friend? Great. Thank you for being a member. So my first question is, first off, how was your trip to Greenland? You know, it was balmy. I should have, should have wore a T shirt. But it was great. Thank you. That's good to hear. So first off, my main question is really because I'm curious about this. How is the acquisition of Greenland going to be feasible and would it be beneficial for America in the long run? Yeah, so absolutely beneficial from a geopolitical standpoint, from a strategic standpoint, it is a massive landmass with tons of natural resources, very hard to reach and consolidates the entire hemisphere. In the long run, somebody is going to access it. Either China, Russia or the United States, somebody is going to access it. Now is it feasible? Well, first of all, the Greenlandic Prime Minister is already wanting to meet with America. Native Greenlanders want to secede and leave their Danish masters because they are not treated well by Denmark. It can happen in many different ways, the first of which is just the good old fashioned purchase. It can also happen with doing a deal with the current Greenlandic government and turn them into kind of how we have Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico is its own kind of distinct status. But we have a lot of these kind of agreements all throughout the Pacific of American territories where you have full constitutional American rights, even regardless of them being a far off distant land. And so Greenland definitely could fall under that category and fall into that that kind of subset. But why is this a good deal? It would increase our national security. They have nickel, they have aluminum, they have oil, natural gas, they have gold, they have silver, they have rubies, they have abundant natural resources, not to mention how close it is to the North Arctic Sea. It is a no brainer Greenland. Accessing Greenland and adding it to the United States of America would be a phenomenal benefit for our entire nation across the board. Hey Charlie, thanks so much for taking my call. Here in Texas we have the worst rhino problem with our new speaker of the House. Do you think that we will be able to help with any of Trump's agenda items. And will Governor Abbott veto any of the bad bills that they try to get through? And then what do we do about Burroughs and primary everybody that voted for him or censoring him? Sorry. Thank you.
Charlie Kirk
Okay. It was a. I think it's because of a technical thing. It was a little hard to understand what you were saying. So you were talking about the speaker of the House, right, In the Texas race, is that correct?
Unknown
Yes, that's correct.
Charlie Kirk
Great. So can you actually refresh the audience? We did a whole segment on this, and we weren't covering it closely. Can you please tell us how that all ended up?
Unknown
So we had David Cook running for speaker of the House. He was in our Republican caucus. That's what they voted for.
Charlie Kirk
And.
Unknown
And Burroughs went with the Democrats, got their vote, and got a bunch of rhino Republicans to vote with him, including my Rep. Charlie Guerin, which sucks anyway. And so we now have a rhino as our leader of speaker of the House. And I'm worried about him and any of the bills that Trump needs through and if. If Abbott will veto any of the bad ones.
Charlie Kirk
So let's just thank you for that. So Dan Patrick also commented. He said this may be the first time in our nation's history where the minority party openly elected the speaker of a legislative body instead of the majority party. Look, the GOP is getting better. Abbott is politically savvy overall, and Abbott has said that he'll veto and deprioritize any Democrat bills. But we have to change this. I'll tell you what, the idea that the minority party is able to elect a speaker, even if they are the Republican, is not fully MAGA at heart. They know which way the party is going. And this is something for you in Texas. Every one of my Texas viewers and listeners, you guys have got to take back the party and change this process so the minority party cannot dictate what is happening in the great state of Texas. It is an outrage. Thank you so much for being a member. Really appreciate it. What do we have next, Daisy? Let's go to Silas. Silas, thank you for being a member. What is on your mind? Happy Friday. Hey, Charlie, how are you doing? Good. How are you?
Unknown
Good.
I just got my. I just got my signed hat, so thank you for that.
Charlie Kirk
Absolutely.
Unknown
So I was wondering, with all your experience going to colleges and debating students and things like that, what are some.
Charlie Kirk
Of your best tips for debate? So I have three that I would like to share, the first of which is there is no replacement for knowing your stuff, doing research, reading dozens if not over 100 books a year, listening to audiobooks, listening to podcasts, reading, taking online courses at Hillsdale College. Charlieforhillsdale.com There is no replacement for knowing your stuff. That is number one. Number two is ask questions. Don't tell the audience what you think, but start to ask provocative questions that can get the other side to defend their position but also can have them see things from your perspective. When it comes from immigration, for example, you can say, is there any limit to the amount of people that you would like to have come into the United States? Is there any cap that you'd like to have? That is far more effective than saying there should be a firm limit on XYZ people coming? Of course we believe that, but it's very important. Finally, it's critical to make sure that your heart rate does not get higher than the person you are debating or that you are talking to. If you get more upset, if you get more fired up with the person that you are debating, you are more likely to get a little in a frenzy and not be able to win the debate. Hope that's helpful. Thanks for being a member. Really appreciate it. Ginny wrote in, she says, what about those of us who are traveling to the inauguration? Should we come to DC now that it has moved inside? That's a good question. Look, it depends. I mean, there will probably still be people on the National Mall that want to watch it on big screens. My personal advice is, look, there's going to be many MAGA fans who it'll be a big party atmosphere, but it's up to you. It's going to be cold, it's going to be frigid, it's going to be difficult to navigate in some ways. But if you guys want to do that, it's still going to be a huge party atmosphere. And if I run into you, I'd love to see you. But just take as a cautionary note that it's not going to be for the faint of heart, but a lot of these people that are emailing us say, charlie, I live in Minnesota. This is nothing. Or I live in North Dakota. What are you talking about? So if that's nothing for you, there's still going to be plenty of festivities and activities for people to enjoy in Washington, D.C. okay, Mary, thank you for being a member. Mary, what's on your mind?
Unknown
Hi Charlie, thank you for asking me to speak or allowing me to speak. I should say. I just have a question. I have noticed there is A large swing in, it seems like younger numbers of people coming to Christ these days. And I would like to attribute a lot of that to you going around to the young people around the country.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you.
Unknown
I, you know, like I said, I grew up Christian. My father was a missionary. I was able to live around the country because of that and things like that. So to me, being able to see all of these people getting saved and coming to Christ. Do you feel like it has. There's been a big switch in the age gap of people coming to Christ?
Charlie Kirk
I think so. I think younger and younger people are starting to come to Christ, which is the most important thing that we can do is to bring people to Christ and to make Christ known. I know that young people are waking up big time, and I see this on college campuses. And by the way, we've been able to reach hundreds of millions of people with the message of God and Jesus, the scriptures, redemption through TikTok. It's just true. I mean, our top performing video on TikTok up until about a week before the election was me talking about the resurrection and me talking about Jesus. So that's something to think about. Very interesting. Also, Instagram as well has been really good for us. So, yes, I think that young people are waking up big time, both politically and spiritually. They want to get away from kind of this old gentrified way of viewing government and policy and culture, and they want a bright future and a new American renaissance. And God willing, I think we're getting that starting on Monday. Thank you. Really appreciate it. Okay, let's go to Brandon. Let's go, Brandon. Brandon's going to stop being president on Monday. Brandon, what's on your mind?
Unknown
Good morning, Charlie. So last year I was kicked out of my social work program at my Catholic school for saying men should protect women, disagreeing with pronouns, and wearing a real Women's Day shirt. They said that I was not a good fit for social work, basically. And then I've reached out to a few legal organizations and most turn me down because it's a private school. However, Pacific Justice Institute turned me down because it's a Catholic school and they don't want to look bad by suing a supposed religious school even though they support religious liberty. So my question is, how do we keep or make religious institutions religious again?
Charlie Kirk
It's a great question. I mean, look, first and foremost, you have to take over those boards of supervisors and kind of the board of directors. And we saw this with the St. Mary's Turning Point USA chapter and we've had huge issues on our end. I'm curious, can you tell the audience more about what happened when you decided to stand up? Did it make you tougher? Did it make you stronger throughout that entire process?
Unknown
Oh, oh, yeah. You know, I found you and politics last May, you know, which reinforced my beliefs. And I decided, I knew that social work was liberal and I knew going in it was going to be tough, but I couldn't give in. It just doesn't make sense. And going through the process of being kicked out, it was a month long process, roughly little longer with the appeals. But that's, that's one of the main things that brought me closer to God. And now, you know, I'm reading the Bible every day in Bible in365 with your, your wife's help. So I appreciate that.
Charlie Kirk
But yeah, that, that whole situation.
Unknown
Oh, yes, it is. But that whole situation is probably the biggest reason I've come back to God.
Charlie Kirk
Well, praise God for that and thank you for that testimony. And I'll tell you, you have to challenge these, these institutions that fall from prowess and fall from, from their, their once great place. And God bless you for that. Hey, everybody. I'm here. Sorry, I had to unmute. So I just have a question regarding California. So I'm a part of a five eleven Media Group. It's a new grassroots organization and we're trying to do what you guys did and, you know, across the nation, what Scott Pressler did in Pennsylvania here in California. And you know, we're hustling, we're talking at organizational meetings, we're doing all the things. But I know California is a different animal. So I was just wondering, with your expertise, what things do you recommend that we need to do different here as opposed to different states in the union?
Charlie Kirk
You got a lot of work to do in California. Look, the first and foremost thing I tell all of our amazing California patriots understand, you live in paradise. They have destroyed paradise. You need to take back every square inch you can, starting with local. Start with your mayor. Start with your water municipality. By the way, you know, we used to make jokes. Oh, what are you on the Water reclamation Board? Pretty important. We used to make fun of the Water municipal review board. Pretty darn important, right, Adriana? That is a pretty important job. Oh, what are you on the mosquito abatement thing? Well, that's actually important too, for West Nile and Lyme. No, seriously, that's a big thing. Jack Posobec agrees, by the way. And so try to start local. School boards are very important. And also I imagine you are a person of faith or at least akin to, you know, believing in God. And if not, I encourage you to do that. Making sure you have a strong church community and mobilizing it for greater good and for higher purposes is incredibly, incredibly important. Remember when we were in the dark night of the soul? This is very important. When we were in the dark winter of 2021, February, March and April, where did our movement focus? On school boards. We focused on school boards all through 2021 and 2022. And in some ways it was kind of a good restart. We started with parents, we started with kids. It was a great restart for our movement when we were in oblivion and it was a bottom up reset and we helped rebuild the entire movement in a very positive way. Where are here we are now, you know, four years later, taking back the White House. Love California. Have a heart for California. Thank you so much.
Unknown
Thank you.
Charlie Kirk
Last question. A member question from Elizabeth. Members.charliekirk.com what's on your mind? Oh, hi, Charlie. Can you hear me? Yes, I can. What's on your mind? So it's a little bit nosy and I apologize, but I had heard you on Thought Climb and they had mentioned that you and Erica possibly met at the very first Trump rally and only with what you're comfortable Sharing.
Unknown
Can you go over that story?
Charlie Kirk
I would love to hear it. No, we did not. So Erica was a Trumper before I was, and that's. She's far more conservative than I am. If you think I'm conservative, you gotta meet Erica. She went to the very first Trump rally. We did not meet there, but we met a little bit later, about a year and a half later. And yeah, look, she was at that first Trump rally organized by Tyler Boyer in Maricopa county. And that was President Trump's first rally. So we hosted President Trump again at America Fest for his only transition rally, basically. Is that right, Jack? The only rally he did during transition, basically, was America Fest. Yeah, this time, last time was. Yeah, all over the place, so. And very important to understand that. And I told President Trump after I said, you know, this was your first ever MAGA rally. And he was very, very touched by that. And Tyler told the entire story in our livestream, and it was really remarkable. But, yes, Erica was right there at the first ever Trump rally. And then Erica and I will be here as he takes the oath of office the second time. Pretty amazing. Thank you so much. All right, I want to just close out, everybody, by making sure that you guys remain this weekend in prayer. Prayer for the safety of our country, for the security of this event, for everyone that is working it. There are hundreds of thousands of people involved in all this. And also be grateful your Liberation Day is coming on Monday. You guys fought for it, you guys asked for it, you guys prayed for it, you guys fasted for it. This has been a spiritual struggle, and you are right there. We have 48 hours, basically. Let me think about that. No, I'm sorry, 72 hours. Yeah, it's one more. It's one more interval. It's 72 hours, everybody. Friday night. Saturday, you have only three more times you have to go to bed for Donald J. Trump is back in the White House. And say thank you, Lord, for your grace, your goodness, and your mercy. Monday is it. It's Liberation Day. Glory be to God. Thanks so much for listening, everybody. Email us. As always, freedom. Charliekirk.com thanks so much for listening and God bless. For more on many of these stories and news you can Trust, go to charliekirk.com.

Breaking News on TikTok's Legal Status ([00:40] - [07:34])
