Members.charliekirk.com Anthony, thank you for being a member. Great to hear from you, my friend. What is on your mind? Good morning, sir. I have a question regarding the topic. How do we identify candidates that are true to their word? You know, when they run for office, when they're in office because they're starting to show themselves that they're not really who they are. Without a doubt. And so the Thom Tillis case is so frustrating because he uses our need to hold on to the North Carolina Senate seat against us. A valuable tell is it's good to have people with a real state level record. Rarely do they have a good state level record and then they become a complete disaster in D.C. it does happen, but rarely. Let's take a senator that isn't talked about enough and he comes on our program, Senator Eric Schmidt from Missouri. He was phenomenal. He was the former attorney general of Missouri. He had a great state level record and he's ended up to be a fabulous U.S. senator. Let's take Senator Rick Scott, who comes on this program quite a lot. He was a great governor of Florida. He ends up being a great United States Senator. It's when they kind of come from unknown places or their state level record is not as good. I would also say you could tell a lot based on the types of folks that are praising, raising and contributing. What do I mean by that? They're praising the person. So for example, if the, if it's the Karl Rove, Paul Ryan wing of the party that is praising the candidate who also who is raising money for the candidate, who's hosting fundraisers, who is trying to raise support. Thom Tillis is supported by all of the ruling class elite. Thom Tillis has always been supported by the neoconservatives, by the Romney wing of the Republican Party. And then finally, who is actually donating the money itself, not just raising it. And again, Thom Tillis is not widely supported by the grassroots. I will say this though, one of the structural problems, and we've talked about this repeatedly on this program and I do not know a good solution to this. Rarely do I present wide ranging problems without a solution. I don't know how to get the conservative grassroots such as all of you, more serious about giving small dollar donations to candidates. Now we've covered this before and I will reiterate this, and this drives me insane just literally in the last hour. This is again, this is@freedom charliekirk.com I got this at risk your 5k doge check from some pac that I never gave money to. Mike. I love Mike Lee. New update. Urgent Save act update. It's not dead. Click here for an urgent update or Donald J. Trump here. Charlie, is that you? I'm trying to get your attention. Tom Cotton. If Democrats flip my seat again, this is malpractice. Can I put this up on screen again? I'm not trying to pick on Tom Cotton too much. I think he's been totally wrong on so much stuff. I got to put this up on screen. Tom Cotton is not going to lose his Arkansas Senate seat. It is not going to happen. Okay? And so here he is raising money from me. If Democrats flip my Senate seat in Arkansas, we can say goodbye to Republican Senate majority. Listen, Tom, if you lose your Senate seat in Arkansas, we're losing like 20 Senate seats. Okay, let's just be very clear. We will have lost the Senate majority in the most significant way since Franklin Delano Roosevelt. And here you are sending me unsolicited email. You know, I need money. I need money, I need money. We abuse you in the grassroots. Those of you that are listening on the Salem Radio Network and watching on wonderful real America's Voice. It loses impact when you get dozens of these a day. So why does that matter, Anthony? Because you asked a various question, how do we get better candidates? You get better candidates when they are able to be funded. And they are. They are adherent to you, the grassroots, not to the major ruling donor class. And I say this as somebody who raises well over $100 million a year. There are some amazing donors out there. There are some amazing supporters. Guess what? They're not actually the ones that are always contributing to these U.S. senators. There's two types of donors that typically give to people like Thom Tillis, the first of which are those that want to go to like a fun weekend at the Ritz Carlton in Naples, get their picture made. They pay 25 grand. Okay. The second type is much more insidious. They want something. They're a lobbyist from a tobacco company. They're a lobbyist from a pharmaceutical company. So the people actually financing Thom Tillis are not the people of you guys in this audience. And they're actually not even the donors at Turning Point USA or Turning Point Action. Our donors are so over this whole program that they're no longer giving to that. So, Anthony, it's a longer term issue. I hope that helps solve it. And we need to better screen candidates as well. Thank you, Anthony. Have a great, great weekend. Let's go to Bob. Bob, what is on your mind? Thank you for being a member.
Bob
Charlie, could you and your legal team look into whether the naturalization oath of allegiance to the United States of America could be a way to start cutting back on the number of people coming into America who are hostile to us and its foundational values in regard to the clause, the specific clause in the oath that requires a person to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state or sovereignty? Charlie, I think that's. An honest Muslim could not take this naturalization, though. If it is required for any person to become US Citizen. This is about becoming US Citizen. Could it also be extended to other categories like guest workers, student visas and those types of things.
Charlie Kirk
That's a great point. I can tell you this, Ilan Omar, when she took that oath, she was definitely lying. In fact, let's actually pull up that oath. I think that's really great. Let's pull it up for our audience right here so I can read it. And again, this goes back to a recurring theme, that Islam is incompatible with Western values. Here is the oath. Let me read the entire thing. Thank you, Bob for drawing my attention to it. I hereby declare an oath. And everyone in the audience, you be the judge, email me freedom charliekirk.com and Bob, I'm going to read this on air. I hereby declare an oath that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, state or sovereignty of whom or which I heretofore been a subject or citizen. That I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by law. That I'll perform non combatant service in the armed forces of the United States when required by law. That I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by law. And that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion. So help me God. Bob, that is a very beautiful statement. And it's like that's tightly written. I got to be honest, a lot of these Mohammedans that are coming into America are in violation of that oath. I do not believe those that are adherent to Sharia law. Is that consistent with that statement? I'll just be very honest.
Bob
No.
Charlie Kirk
That said, it's also fraudulent to obtain citizenship while having committed crimes which we believe Elon Omar did. And the Trump Department of Justice should get to the bottom of whether or not Elon Omar committed citizenship fraud and marriage fraud with her brother. Great point, Bob. And again we here on this program, despite all the hate mail we get and all the backlash, we're going to stay very morally clear about the rise of Mohammedism in the West. In fact, I had this conversation with Frank Turek at dinner and I'd love your guys thoughts. Freedomarliekirk.com I'd also like Blake and Andrew's thoughts. What is a greater threat to the West, Mohammedism or Marxism? I don't know the answer. I'd Love your thoughts. Freedomcharliekirk.com that is freedomarliekirk.com Mohammedism or Marxism? Freedomarliekirk.com Making America Great Again starts with Making America Healthy Again. Charlie Kirk here. I lost 40 pounds with the PhD weight loss and nutrition program and two years later I haven't gained a pound back. I started the PhD weight loss program because I need to be healthy to keep up with my crazy schedule. Most people start a weight loss program to get healthier, so why is Big Pharma spending millions to convince you to use their weight loss injections that do just the opposite? They have harmful side effects and lifelong dependency. Take a natural approach that isn't connected to a Big pharma bottom line. PhD changes the way you think about food. They custom design a plan that is simple and works with your schedule. You'll learn to quiet cravings and finally release the unhealthy belly fat. You won't be hungry and you'll never take medication. Call 864-644-1900 to schedule your one on one consultation or visit myphdweightloss.com to that is myphdweightloss.com 864-644-1900 I have to complete this. By the way, we're getting lots of emails. Freedom charliekurt.com Craig, who's a member, says Mohammedism would be my answer to the poll. Both are a serious threat, though Andy says Marxism. Of course they're both serious. I'm not in any way discounting Marxism. I actually think Marxism is probably a greater immediate threat. But remember, it's the red green axis. Can we get Zoody Jasser on the program next week? Zoody Jasser is great. He is my primary care doctor and a Muslim who agrees with what I am saying. He is a Muslim who actually says, guys, you understand they're taking over the west and he's a faithful Muslim who says this? This is not about your Muslim neighbor who is a good person. I know those Muslims and I I think they're great. They can be good citizens. It is about Muhammadism as a whole, as an ideology. What does it look like in the macro and the aggregate? It is a it is a fool's errand. It is a separate argument whether or not there are individually good Muslims. I know them, I trust them with my health. I get it, I know it, I see it. And they try to distract the conversation about so let me just give you two examples here. This is one of them. This is a Muslim MP in the UK lecturing that free speech supporters think that they have the right to offend Muslims. When he says they don't. When you have too much mass migration. Islam is incompatible with freedom of speech. It is. Islam does not have a robust marketplace of ideas. You can say whatever you want about me. You can call me whatever name you want. You cannot have unlimited freedom of speech and Muhammadism. It does not exist, period. And finally, let me play this. This is 462. Remember we did a whole program on this and I got a lot of emails about it. But I will stay morally clear and consistent about how Muhammadism is trying to infect and go into the West. I feel as if we in the conservative movement are ignoring this. We're acting as if like oh, the Islamic countries are really based like hold on, come on, stop it. This is the Islamic. If you did not know about this, these are the Islamic developers of the so called epic city. Remember the East Plano Islamic Center. They snicker and brag to each other about how their planned village community will have streets named after Muslim conquerors. And 75% of the HOA fees go to support the local mosque as a way to keep non Muslims out. This of course is the next step in the invasion. So I'm about to play 462. And before I do though, I just have to repeat one more point here, which is I sat down with a couple from Dallas, right near Plano. They live in North Dallas. So it's like 20 minutes from Plano. They had no idea this was happening. They had no. They said what do you mean there's a Muslim city being planned? No clue it was happening locally and they had no idea. This is 462. This is how they take over the West. Islam is a conquering ideology. It is an enveloping strategy. Politics and Islam are one in the same. They are called to take over governments. They're called to enforce and implement ply cut.462.
Unnamed Speaker
So we're still debating on the name, but it's going to be something Muslim name and a village attached to it, right? The names of the streets. Khalid IBN Al Walid, Tariq Bin Ziyad. Like all the great conquerors. Like people need to google those conquerors. And then we want to have different sections like Andalusia, this, that, like all our past glories and we want to bring it back the way what we're doing, brother, like you cannot make it exclusive. Like non Muslims not allowed. Kuffar not allowed. What we're doing, there's something called association fee I don't know what it's called in Dubai. Like your maintenance fee that you pay yearly cutting. The service fee to cut the grass, to remove the snow and whatnot. So that service fee will put there 75% of the service fee you're paying goes to the masjid, brother. We're putting an application now where we're selecting the names of the streets in United States of America.
Charlie Kirk
They are laughing and bragging how they're using our own laws against it. That's in East Plano. That is not in Birmingham, uk. That is not in Munich. That is not in Dublin. That is in Plano. How they're bragging and laughing. They mention an area of their town named Andalusia. That's a name from Spain when it was ruled by Muslims. It's a name aspiring to conquest. And notably in the west, we actually admit the most extreme Muslims in many cases. Pakistanis will tell you that Pakistanis who moved to the United Kingdom and America are the most backward, the most fundamentalist ones, the least reformed. An epic city will give them a foothold. And we're all just kind of looking at it, saying, oh, you know, wow, that's really great. Religious freedom. I would make a provocative argument. When the founding fathers talked about religious liberty, I don't think that they wanted to see Muhammadism, Islamic sharia law, cities on the turf of America. It's coming to your neighborhood. Mass migration. You invade the world, invite the world. It is an assault on Western civilization. And they're bragging about it. They're snickering about it. It's coming. The world is waking up to the power of gold. National banks are scrambling to secure it. According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1,000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying. They understand what many investors don't. Gold is real money. Visit noblegoldinvestments.com that's noblegoldinvestments.com the world is turning to gold. Shouldn't you be looking into doing that, too? I have to clarify that clip. We just played was actually about the Michigan similar, not the Plano one. Same idea, same concept, same worldview, same attitude, same smugness. Same the reason I Blake checked, I said, wait a sec, they're talking about removing snow. That doesn't sound like Plano. Same template. It all still applies in Warren, Michigan. In Warren, Michigan. Email us as always, freedomarliekirk.com and subscribe to our podcast. Okay, we took a little detour there. That was definitely warranted. Let's go to Dawn. Dawn, thank you for being a member. What's on your mind? Hey, Charlie, I kids who are homeschooled is 11 and we're DC in October and it's the first time for my husband, me since eighth grade. So we're excited. But I wanted what are some things like our must do while we're there? We're going to be there. I'm trying to squeeze in. Great. So you're cutting in and out a little bit, but I do have your question here. Let me repeat it for the audience. Your homeschooling family, you're taking your four kids to D.C. along with two other kids. They're in middle school and high school age. Be there for seven days. What do you recommend is must see while you are there? Okay, so first of all, the Capitol Rotunda. Amazingly, the first time I ever was inside the Capitol Rotunda was for the inauguration of President Trump. It's pretty amazing. I've been to D.C. so many times for a decade. It was the first time I actually got to see that you're going at the right time of year. So the National Portrait Gallery is really great and it's a mixture of art and American history. All the Smithsonians are amazing and free of entry. So I would definitely do that. Apply for a White House tour. It's worth trying. You might not be approved, but it certainly is something that you should try. The American history, the Natural History, National Gallery of Art. And then also I would encourage you guys for one morning say, hey, we're just going to walk. We're going to walk from the World War II memorial to the Capitol to the Jefferson Memorial. We're going to walk to the Lincoln Memorial and just spend a whole morning walking to the outdoor sites. It's totally worth it. The weather will be beautiful. I encourage you to actually go see the US Constitution and one that people might not have actually plugged for you, dawn, which is the Museum of the Bible. The Museum of the Bible is right there. It is gorgeous. The Green family did a wonderful job with it and I really encourage you guys to go check it out. By the way, the Constitution is in the National Archives. So that's just some of the sites that I really encourage you guys to see. And by the way, I'm so glad you are homeschooling your children. I would also say something they'll never forget is going to the Arlington Cemetery, the Arlington Cemetery in Northern Virginia for the changing of the guard. It is overwhelming to see all of the crosses at Arlington Cemetery of all the people who died for our country, for our liberty. It's very humbling. It's very sobering. So those would just be some of my immediate ones. Okay. Don, thank you for homeschooling your kids. Have a great time. Let us know how it goes. Okay, thank you. Thank you. All right, great. Nicholas, thank you for being a member. Members. Charlie Kirk Dot com. What's on your mind? Hey. So I was wondering about the India Pakistan conflict. I was wondering if you had an opinion on what America should be doing, whether they should get into it at all or whether we should be taking in refugees or not. Just basically your whole opinion on the best course of action. We should stay out completely. We should stay completely and totally out. We should stay out of the conflict. Again, I always show this video here of the high stepping. Look, if it gets to the place of nuclear weapons, we should try to mediate. We should always be involved in brokering peace, but no weapons, none of that stuff. We should try to defuse the conflict. We're not going to send troops. We're not going to send armaments. This is an old, old, old conflict and people are going to get mad if I say this. Pakistan's largely to be at fault here. I'm sorry, it's just the way it is. It's just. I don't mean to get into the details, but let them fight it out if they want. I hate to see war. War is terrible. I actually don't think it will be nuclear weapons because I think nuclear weapons. Both sides have nuclear weapons, both Pakistan and India. So I don't think we'll come to that. This could not be further from our responsibility. This is the opposite of our scope. Don't get involved. Don't send weapons. Resist any temptation to do so. One more thing, one more thing. Do you think this could affect the trade deal in any way if it escalates, or is it just completely not there? Potentially, yeah. I mean, look, again, I think that India is a much more important partner for us than Pakistan. Let's just be very honest. India Might want to build up relations with. Build up relationship with us, actually. So if anything would actually make us sweeten the trade deal, it might make it more urgent again. The solution to a lot of things, China is India. India is much more of a value system like ours. They actually have elections. There's a lot of problems in India. They have the caste system. They got very, very militant Hinduism. There's a lot of Muslims that also live in India as well, but they have them somewhat quarantined. But it's not a Muslim majority country. But there are Muslims in India. But it is still a democracy and they have a little bit more. They don't have total freedom of speech. There's pastors that get all in sorts of trouble if you go after Hinduism there. But it's a much freer society than China and one where American and Westerners can get a lot. We can get along with India a lot better than China. And India is a very interesting test case about the power of fossil fuels. India still has like 600 million people in their country that live in abject third world poverty. Abject third world poverty. And India's number one priority is how do we get 600 million people to have toilets? I mean, that's like a real concern there. And they're doing a good job of it. And that's because of the liberalization of their economy. Look, neoliberalism is good to lift you out of poverty. Nobody, nobody denies that free trade can absolutely get you out from the third world to the second World. Free markets work in that way. And they should. They should employ them and they should embrace them. Nobody ever debates that. The question that we're having here is whether or not once you're in the first World, should we continue with this unfettered free trade practices? Okay, thank you. Let's go to Olivia. Olivia, what's on your mind? Thanks for being a member. Hey, Charlie. I had a great time to seeing you at the University of South Carolina. My question is, what daily habits or practices have helped you stay grounded in your conservative beliefs, especially when facing constant criticism or pressure to conform? Yeah, that. Great. That is a phenomenal question. So it was great. I'm sorry The University of South Carolina event couldn't have been longer. It was raining like crazy. And then we had lightning and we had to. We had to leave for everyone's safety, which I was fine with. So what daily habits? Honestly, the best way that I stay conservative is you stay Christian. If you put God first. Your conservative views and your conservative perspective kind of just falls in line. To be perfectly honest with you. You have to work really hard. We as human beings are meant to struggle. We are meant to aspire towards something. We do not try to have a life of comfort. And so the question I get all the from a daily habit standpoint, look, I think it's important not to drink and not to do drugs. If again, if you want to drink, it's fine. I don't need a moralist about it. But there is something to this idea that I am going to make my life a little bit harder and I'm going to forsake ease and comfort, build a family and a work routine that keeps you normal and helps you return to your family and to your faith is incredibly important. And you will remain more conservative if you have something you want to conserve. You remain more liberal if you think you need to be liberated, like women's liberation. So you think about it, if you have kids, you want to conserve them, you want to protect them. And so having kids makes you even more conservative. Having Turning Point USA and running Turning Point, you say I want to conserve it. We want to protect the best. We want to protect the best of all things. And we as conservatives want you actually to embrace a harder meaningful life, not one of just ease and comfort. There's a lot that divides the liberals and conservatives. Deep down libs want an easy life and they want to be lazy. There's not every lib but a lot of libs. Basically they're always complaining that they have to work. What an awful existence. If you don't have to work now, work should not be everything. You should rest for an entire day of the week. But imagine a life without struggle. What is the purpose of all that? You want to try to leave the next generation off. You want to try to hand something better. It was in a certain circumstance and we improved it. And then yes, of course, faith make, make your relationship with God, with Jesus your top priority. So I hope that helps. Thank you, really appreciate it. What does a mechanic and auto shop owner in Georgia and a taco restaurant operator in Arizona and a life saving medical innovator in Tennessee have in common? They're all small business owners and they're all thriving on TikTok. Across the US over 7.5 million businesses from family owned shops to entrepreneurs are using TikTok to compete and grow. We use TikTok all the time on the Charlie Kirk show. In fact, 74% of businesses on TikTok say TikTok has allowed them to scale their operations Increasing sales and expanding to new locations. And that growth means jobs. Today, there's over 7.5 million US businesses on TikTok, employing more than 28 million people. And that number keeps growing. Small businesses thrive on TikTok. Learn more about TikTok's contribution to the US economy at TikTok economicimpact.com okay, we have two more questions remaining. Lester, what is on your mind? Thanks for being a member.
Gentry
Hey, so hold on.
Charlie Kirk
Let me pull this up really quick. So.
Gentry
Hey, Charlie. I ran for student government president at UCF this past semester. I was very openly a MAGA conservative during this race, and so that was met with a lot of intense backlash. I faced over, like, 10 death threats, election interference hearings that got me disqualified, and the Republican Party club at the UCF University endorsed the liberal candidate who advocated for DEI policies, and that candidate ended up winning. They disqualified me while votes were still being counted, and I couldn't campaign for over half of the month that they campaigned. That was basically the time that was set to campaign. What can I do to get the story out there so this doesn't happen to anyone else?
Charlie Kirk
Well, we would love to help get that story out there. And what you're illustrating is unfortunately very normal. Yeah, our students get death threats all the time. Our Turning Point USA students are under constant threat of retaliation and reprisal. So nothing new there. But, yes, to your point, we'd be happy to work with you at Turning Point USA and help get that story out. And this is why I think the Trump administration needs to broaden its scope of its critique of these universities. It's not just anti Semitism that's happening on these campuses. Again, this gets no coverage, but every day, these kids are just getting assaulted just for being pro Trump, for being pro America. So let's. Let's get that. Let's get that story out there. Okay, Charlie, before. Last question.
Gentry
Can I say one more thing?
Charlie Kirk
We got to get to the last question. Running out of time. Gentry. Gentry, what's on your mind? Yes. Hey, Charlie, how can we create more unity in the body in November? It seemed like we were very unified, and now it seems like we're infighting more. I think it's maybe because we don't have an adversary yet, because no one's running the Democratic Party. What do you think about that? Very smart. Gentry, you're a very smart man. Yes, I mean, we've been talking about this. There is a. I don't want to say a civil war, but there's all sorts of many Little conflicts that will come to the surface. Part of it is very normal, though. We put together a unification governing coalition of maha, of neocons, of isolationists, of libertarians, of crypto, people, of. And so when you govern, all of a sudden people are gonna say, but my topic is not being properly represented. To President Trump's credit, he's done a pretty good job of satisfying all those promises. Differences are papered over to win the big battle. Now we have competing interests and priorities, and that's totally understandable. I want to try to calm it down. I'm intentionally not engaging in any of it. People are calling each other names. They're doing all this stuff. We got to call. We got to bring down the temperature because we need to form coalitions to win. But there are important moments where you're far out from an election. We got to figure out what we actually believe. As a movement, I've always taken the high road with this stuff. I don't engage. If you go on social media right now, it's one conservative influencer attacking another. It's just like, geez Louise. And you can't build anything that way. I find people that spend all of their time attacking other conservatives, they rarely have built anything of significance. It's really hard to build stuff when you're worried about what somebody just said in your Twitter comments. It's hard. And so I try to rise above it. I try. Okay, fine, I'm attacked. I'll text people privately. And we need builders. Builders are important to a country, a society, and a movement. And those that are always involved in he said, she said, persnickety little infighting. I don't know if you could ever construct something at scale with that behavior or attitude. Podcast Summary: The Charlie Kirk Show
Episode: Ask Charlie Anything 223: D.C. Tourism? Mohammedanism or Marxism? Indo-Pakistani War?
Release Date: May 12, 2025
Host: Charlie Kirk
Introduction In this episode of "The Charlie Kirk Show," host Charlie Kirk engages with his audience in an interactive "Ask Me Anything" format. Addressing a range of topics from political candidacy and national security to family travel and personal conservatism, Charlie provides his insights with his signature no-holds-barred, unapologetically conservative perspective.
Timestamp: 00:00 - 07:19
Charlie begins by addressing a listener’s question about recognizing candidates who stay true to their word both during and after their campaigns. He emphasizes the importance of a strong state-level record as an indicator of a candidate's reliability.
He contrasts successful politicians like Senator Rick Scott and Senator Eric Schmidt, who maintained integrity from state to federal levels, with others like Thom Tillis, whom he criticizes for being supported by establishment elites rather than grassroots donors.
Timestamp: 07:19 - 15:29
A listener named Bob raises concerns about the naturalization oath of allegiance and its compatibility with Islam, questioning whether Muslims can truly renounce allegiance to foreign sovereignties.
Charlie responds by scrutinizing the sincerity of Muslim citizens, specifically mentioning Ilhan Omar, and challenges the compatibility of Islamic beliefs with the U.S. oath. He segments the discussion by quoting the oath to highlight his points.
He further argues that adherence to Sharia law is incompatible with Western values and emphasizes the rise of Islamism as a threat to Western civilization.
Timestamp: 15:29 - 28:40
The conversation shifts to a poll where listeners weigh in on whether Mohammedanism or Marxism is a greater threat to the West. Responses are mixed, with some leaning towards Islamism and others towards Marxism.
