Tell me what you've experienced. I'm just going to read one of them here from Vicky who emailed us. Hi Charlie. Is it a coincidence that 12 days after my daughter got her second Pfizer vaccine, she went into severe preeclampsia and had a premature rupture of membranes, water breaking. At 33 weeks pregnant, her OBGYN convinced her the vaccine was safe. However, she delivered a three pound baby by emergency C section and both almost died. Our grandson is now two weeks old. But who knows what the future will hold at the cost of almost both their lives? Who knows how many hundreds of thousands in medical bills and babies are still in the nciu. Pfizer gets a free pass. I'm quite sure the OB GYN didn't report this to the VAER system. How many other young women is this happening to? And where are the investigative journalists looking into this? So we have at least a couple hundred emails exactly like this that it is at a, at a very disturbing rate. And I could go into some more of this here, some more details here, but I want to get into this idea of forcing the vaccine. If you believe it's the best decision for you, then so be it. Then that is a medical decision. But it's really interesting. When I grew up, I was always told that the conservatives are evil because when they take over the government they are going to force you to do things against your will. The left always used to say, my body, my choice, I can do whatever I want with my body. But now it's get the vaccine or else. In fact. Cut 64 CNN medical analysts Dr. Reiner says it's time to start mandating vaccines. Let's play cut 64.
B
I do think it's time to start mandating vaccines and I think that private industry and private organizations will do that. You know, at GW University where I work starting this fall, you can't be on campus unless you're fully vaccinated. There are many jobs perhaps that can prevent you from working if you decide not to get vaccinated. So I think we need to be more proactive and I think we will see industry take the lead in this.
A
According to Dr. Naomi Wolf, this is a study that she published in the New England Journal of medicine, quote, 82% of pregnant women who got vaccinated for the COVID vaccine during the first and second trimester suffered a miscarriage. This is the New England Journal of Medicine entitled Preliminary findings of the MRNA COVID 19 vaccine study in Pregnant Persons. It says that a table published as part of the study shows that the vast majority of pregnant women who got injected never upped, never ended up delivering the baby. That is according to the New England Journal of Medicine. And so this idea of forced vaccinations is coming to campuses and high schools all across the country. And then you have people coming out, they say, well, of course, it's a legitimate role of government to go knock on doors and to make sure you are vaccinated. I wanna try to find the cut here. I think it is cut. Yeah, it's cut. 57. Becerra, who's one of the cabinet members for Joe Biden, says it's absolutely the government's business to know who's been vaccinated, who isn't. We are gonna knock on your door, we're gonna find you, play cut.
B
Brianna, perhaps we should point out that the federal government has had to spend trillions of dollars to try to keep Americans alive during this pandemic. So it is absolutely the government's business, it is taxpayers business if we have to continue to spend money to try to keep people from contracting Covid and helping reopen the economy. And so it is our business to try to make sure Americans can prosp. Can freely associate. And knocking on a door has never been against the law.
A
Knocking on door has never been against the law. Yeah. What's wrong with a government bureaucrat just showing up to make sure you're vaccinated? Now let me be very clear that if the federal government is now involved in mandating whether or not you get an experimental MRNA vaccine, that is a massive overreach of government. Now, interestingly enough, you're not seeing very many Republicans or state legislatures push back against this. Some people are saying here, Charlie, what can I do? In fact, we have Robin that emailed us saying, like, what can I do to be able to push back against this? And look, unfortunately, if you work for a corporation that is now mandating it, then you're going to be in a very, very tough position on a college campus though, especially with. Especially if you are in a public university, you might be subject to some exemptions. And this is part of the program that we're doing at Turning Point USA and people can go to tpusa.com and check it out for no forced vaccinations and especially for young people. I'm just saying take a pause. If you, if you want to take it, then so be it. But here's a good question. Do you know that 50, according to Dr. Fauci, only 53% of CDC and NIH employees have got the vaccine, which means that a lot of people that work for the CDC and NIH are not running to go get the vaccine anytime soon. And again, I'm not professing to be an expert on this, but I think it's very interesting that Dr. Malone, who's the inventor of the MRNA vaccine, along with Brett Weinstein are speaking out against this particular vaccine and some of the adverse side effects around it. That answers your question, and I'm happy to get into that even more. And there's, this is what a lot of people are saying here. And so, you know, one punt says, hey Charlie, I spoke to my doctor a week ago about the effects of the vaccine. I want to know whether there are any long term effects. He mentioned the vaccine was largely safe and that he would recommend taking it. I listened to people who mentioned talking to their doctor again. Maybe your doctor knows that or maybe your doctor should just look through the 7,000 emails I have in front of me of people that are saying, I took the vaccine, my daughter took the vaccine, and next thing you know, they are having all these unusual health events. Another example that I use is the Northwestern University student. This young lady, she was 18 years old, she got the vaccine and she had a heart attack almost soon after. Perfectly healthy, a black lady, actually, I think she's 19 at Medill School of Journalism. Lots of good questions that we have received. This is a good question. They say, charlie, I understand that Tucker Carlson as a national audience, but what do we do if we would experience the same thing as Tucker? This is why we have an open line of communication with all of you. We want to platform as many stories as possible of overreaches and government abuse. Is that one of the things that we want to do here on this program is try to be an ally and try to be a partner for all of you that might be experiencing the same sort of thing, whether it be intimidation at your job, at your university, in your school, or with friendship. This is Vic that emailed us freedom charliekirk.com and one thing that Tucker has done a really good job of is trying to open up his show. For example, a couple nights ago he had two parents that came on his show that opposed Critical race theory being taught in their schools, which is a heavily racist curriculum, teaches people to care about skin color, not on the quality of, not on the content of people's character, but on skin color. And they expelled their students, their kids from that university because they spoke out against it. So instead of punishing the parents, they ended up punishing the students. And Tucker gave, you know, national attention and exposure to this. What I'm getting at is if these things happen to you, we read every single email that you guys send us at freedomarliekirk.com, send it to us. We're not gonna be able to help every single person, but we will be able to help a lot of you. Charlie, would you please explain why all these Democrats and anti Trump people want a country that will soon be fundamentally wrecked by all the damage they're doing? I mean, they have lived here too, and their kids and grandkids. Why would they want this? Thank you, Melissa. Ah. Why would people want to destroy something if it also might affect them? Well, some people, Melissa, want to be king so badly. They want to be king or queen over the ashes. They don't care what's around them. They just want to be in control and in charge. They don't care about the crime, they don't care about the looting. They just want to be the people that get the parades, the titles and the chauffeured cars. In our fast paced world, it's time to make reading a priority. At least it used to be. A new app called Thinker you guys have heard me talk about@thinker.org Charlie. T H I N K R has solved that problem by summarizing the key ideas from new and noteworthy fiction, giving you access to an entire library of great books in bite sized form. Reader listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, including old classics like Dale Carnegie's how to Win Friends and Influence People. If you want to challenge your preconceptions, expand your horizons and what become a better thinker. Go to thinker.org Charlie that's T H I N K R.org Charlie to start an extended free trial and put your mind in motion. I want to finish this question that Melissa asked and then we'll get to the next question here. What motivates these people? This is, this is one of the top questions I get from conservatives and what, what is, what is the motivation to want to control another human being? And what I tell conservatives or people in the center right or Christians or if you're just not a control happy person that you have to put yourself in a mindset that they do not believe that the country is worth preserving. They do not have a lot of internal peace amongst themselves. They are not in a place of serenity in the like. What do I mean by that? Like, they don't. They're not at a place where they are content with their own place in the world. And because of that, they want to just disrupt everything around them and then control. Do you think that Gretchen Whitmer, JB Pritzker, Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, Andrew Cuomo, Maxine Waters, Alexandria Ocasio Cortez, Ayanna Pressley do you think that they have a strong sense of inner peace? Do you think they are happy with governing their own life and building something that is meaningful and that is beautiful and that is rooted in eternal order? Of course not. At the root of a revolutionary is a desire to run other people's lives. Is there is this autocratic and totalitarian bend to all of this. And that's a hard thing for those of us that love the nation and believe in liberty and believe in freedom to understand. And even I go through this sometimes. What is driving you to want to say in San Francisco that if you steal less than $900, you're not going to go to jail? That's it. They do not prosecute for it. What is driving you all of a sudden to say that in the town of Cambridge, Massachusetts, you're going to have a polyamorous marriage where three men can be married to each other and adopt a child? And a driving force behind a lot of this is this commitment to disorder over things that work. And that's a hard thing for a lot of conservatives to grasp and understand, but it's rooted in a lot of that. Okay, let's get some more questions here. Freedomarliekirk.com I want to think we're getting a lot of questions here and let's get to some right here. Anthony said in 1776 is when the Declaration of Independence was written. I take it that's when the US Was formed. Since that's when we were told England, we were breaking away. One of the reasons is for taxation with representation. Now, anything prior to that, including the 1619, we are still under England's rule. My question is, do people understand that everything. Boris, we actually answered this last week from Anthony. I'm going to answer this in a different way because it's this idea of what is America's founding. We mentioned this in our AMA last week, but it's actually really important, which is why is it that we say the 1776, July 4th, 1776 is our founding. We didn't have a president, we didn't have a Supreme Court, we had a Continental Congress, but we didn't actually have a system of government. It's because at that moment we decided to act on an ideal of self governance, that we decided to act on this idea that of a couple moral truths of how we deserve to be governed. 1776, as pointed out by Abraham Lincoln in the Gettysburg Address where he said four score and seven years ago, he said, not 1787 when the Constitution was was signed and ratified, not 1791 when the bill of Rights was signed and ratified, but until 1776. And if there's this divine connection between the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution that says that human beings have a moral right to be able to have a say in how power is distributed, it's not based on bloodline, it's not based on how much wealth you have. Instead it's this idea of the representation of government, an independent judiciary, of checks and balances, of the consent of the governed. This is a massive and fundamental step forward that otherwise did not exist. And so I have to say that this was boiling up into the summer of 1776. It wasn't just in that particular year. Lexington and Concord was in 1775. We had a lot of, we had extensive writings from John Locke in the years prior that talked about the natural rights that every human being has to life and liberty and property, pursuit of happiness and consciousness. But in 1776 was the year Thomas Paine wrote Common Sense, Adam Smith wrote Wealth of Nations, George Mason wrote the Virginia Declaration of Rights, and Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence. And that year was the year that all of a sudden human beings decided to separate themselves from a hereditary blood right style of government to saying that we want a say to be able to have participatory and citizen led government. Which is why we say that 1776 was America's true founding and was the beginning of the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the world. Okay, I know what you're thinking, where's my next meal coming from? You see, a lot of people are saying, charlie, I gotta eat, but how do I eat patriotically? Well, what if I told you that so many companies hate America? You know this the woke industrial complex is in food as well. So maybe you like meat, which means that you're an American. Maybe you want to make sure you get all the best meat at all times. Did you know that you might be eating Chinese meat? That's right. You might be eating meat from Wuhan. I'm not kidding. It's a real thing. But I have a solution to all of this. It's called goodranchers.com their product is 100% American. And I turned around, I said, goodranchers.com Charlie and I said, get out of my office. I'm kidding. I wasn't that mean. But I was very protective of the meat because it was so delicious. You go to goodranchers.com Charlie get $20 off and free express shipping. 100% American beef and chicken. Chicken is 100% all natural. No antibiotics ever. And it's safe and convenient way of shop. And if you do, I'd love to meet you. Email me freedomcharliekirk.com in fact, the person with the most amount of children I'd love to meet you that listens to our podcast. But Good Ranchers is great. They love America. Goodranchers.com Charlie the question is, can I ever trust elections again? Well, New Evidence out on the Federalist.com shows that the Georgia election was so interfered with that it very well might have been enough to tip the 2020 election results. Federalist.com by Marjo Cleveland says here that under the COVID 19 measures covered COVID 19 measures, Georgia, like many other states, flooded residents with absentee ballot applications. Also, like sister states, Georgia ignored various legislative mandates designed to prevent fraud and to ensure the integrity of the vote. These facts, coupled with the closeness of the presidential contest in Georgia and other states, led to a flurry of accusations and litigation with new evidence shows that the data, according to the new NCOA database, shows that anywhere between 35,000 and 40,000 people voted illegally in the state in the counties that they did not live in shows that 10,300 illegal votes were certainly cast in Georgia in the November 2020 election and possibly exceeding the vote margin that Joe Biden won by. And almost assuredly enough that would have made David Perdue not have to go to a runoff and the Republic, the Senate, would be in Republican hands right now. So what are we supposed to do about that? Well, we have audits underway in Arizona. Not trying to tell people to get their hopes up too much on that audit. We'll see what happens. Hopefully some audits are going to happen in Pennsylvania and Michigan. But as I read the sequence of what's been happening here, the fact that half the Republican Party in the leadership class seems totally uninterested in finding the truth from the 2020 election goes to show that they are not willing to pick the toughest fights and the most important fights to protect the Republic. Now what? I encourage everyone to go back and reread the Time magazine article. The Time magazine article, published, I think it was in January or February, said that this was a conspiracy to win the 2020 election on behalf of Joe Biden from mail in balloting, the protests in the streets, the big tech censorship. So if you feel as if that this election was tampered with, interfered with, you believe something that is true. And so this, by the way, is not a reason to never vote again. We should contest for the truth of the 2020 election. We should try to find out what happened and hold people accountable. But that is not a reason not to go vote. It isn't that the risk reward ratio of you not voting, you not voting is 100% certain that your vote won't be counted. You voting at least has some percentage change. If we get the right traps and measures in the Time magazine article is the secret history of the Shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election. And in fact, I think they changed the article title. It started with the secret conspiracy or the clandestine conspiracy that got Joe Biden elected of outside groups that colluded together to interfere with the 2020 election. And now instead of actually governing. And we got a lot of questions about January 6th. And I want to get into all of this. The Democrats are focused on one thing and one thing only, which is now gaslighting the American public. Now, let me tell you what gaslighting is, because we talk about this a lot. And I have emails here from Mark and from Isaac and from Steve and from cynthia all about January 6th, what's happening to the January 6th protesters? Where are they right now? So let me just first tell you what gaslighting is. Gaslighting is a well documented psychological manipulation tactic. It comes from a play where there was an abusive boyfriend and it would took place in London that used to come into their flat or their apartment and every night would turn down the light a little bit more. And his girlfriend thought she was losing her mind saying, is it getting darker here or am I losing my mind? And the boyfriend being abusive said, oh, you're losing your mind. That is what the media and what the Democrats do to us. We say, is it me or was was 9, 11 not the same as January 6th? They say, no, you're losing your mind. Sit down and obey. And so we are now getting new information around who killed Ashley Babbitt. And we're going to have one of the journalists that thinks they have discovered the identity of the killer of Ashley Babbitt to come on our program. But I want to play this clip right here of Ned Lang. He's the father of one of the January 6th detainees, and he says that he has not had a haircut in six months. He's had no access to a private interview with an attorney. And it's solitary confinement, 23 hours in, one hour out a day. I'm going to play this tape here. Cut 56. Just so you guys understand the conditions that he's in. Do you guys know who Eric Rudolph is? Eric Rudolph was the mastermind behind the Centennial park bombing, which happened in the Atlanta Olympics in 1996. Was it 96 at the Olympics or was it 92? I think it was 96 where he indiscriminately killed over, I think, eight to 10 people. He also killed the police. It was 96, yeah. He also killed a police officer at an abortion clinic in Alabama. Now people know Eric Rudolph again because Richard Jewell was wrongly blamed for the crimes of Eric Rudolph. Eric Rudolph then went into the hills of North Carolina, which ensued in a multi year manhunt for the Centennial park bomber. Eric Rudolph is in what is called a supermax facility in Colorado. Eric Rudolph is cellmates or across from another man by the name of Ted Kaczynski. Ted Kaczynski is the Unabomber. You guys might have heard about. The Unabomber sent out bombs in mail packages and killed people all across the country. Do you know that Ted Kaczynski and Eric Rudolph get 23 hours of solitary confinement and one hour out a day? That is how the people are being treated that walked into the Capitol on January 6th. The same as the Unabomber and the Centennial Park Bomber. Cut 56.
B
Jake has not had a haircut in six months. Now he has no access to when Steve goes down and talks to him, he has no access to a private interview with an attorney. He has no access to the law library. It's like we're in a third world country. It's unbelievable. From what he's telling me and what I'm hearing, it's solitary confinement. 23 hours in, one hour out a day is horrible. And these guys remember, as you so well pointed out before, they are just, you know, they're charged with crimes. They are not convicted of crimes. They could take anybody off the streets and put them in the same condition based upon whatever charges they drum up. So this is really a very, very sorry and sad state of affairs for America.
A
They are charged, not convicted with a crime that they have not been tried by a jury, their peers. 23 hours of solitary confinement a day and one hour out a day. Where are the Republican politicians calling for at least humane treatment of the people that showed up on January the 6? However, if you are Antifa or BLM Incorporated and you burn down entire cities, then you walk completely free. Here is Marjorie Taylor Greene, cut61 saying how January6 protesters are being held in 23 hour solitary confinement without bond, unlike BLM incorporated rioters. Where are the Republicans demanding at least some form of constitutional due process here? I'm just curious, did the people that walked into the Capitol, many of whom were let in by Capitol police officers, are they the Unabomber? The Unabomber had better conditions before he was charged by a jury of his peers. 23 hours without a trial. Cut 61.
C
These people have been arrested, they've been charged and they've been held in jail for up to 22 to 24 hours. Solitary confinement every single day. They're not allowed to get out on bond. They don't get to go back to their families. They don't get treated like radical domestic terrorists, Antifa and blm who just got released after they've been charged or who had members of Congress or a candidate that was running for vice president and who is now our vice president president sharing bail bond links to get them out of jail. No, these people are treated like political prisoners.
A
And Laura asks us, she said, what is it that we still don't know about January6? So this is going to be a huge backfire with Liz Cheney and Nancy Pelosi and all these people that, that are doing this Truth and commission. We want to find the truth. Okay, why don't you release the 14,000 hours of footage that you haven't yet released from what happened on January the 6. Julie Kelly from American Greatness AM greatness.com run by a friend of mine, Chris Buzkirk, great person. And how this lockup of January six protesters is a humanitarian crisis. At the same time they're letting out left wing rioters and expunging their records. Now, I just want to make this point, and this is a deeper point and I got to get my words right here because this is a very big thing to say. This is not sustainable. Everybody. You can't just lock up political dissidents, spy on Tucker Carlson, leak it to journalists, kick people off of social media. This will reach a breaking point. Let's play cut 62.
C
I mean, this is a constitutional humanitarian crisis, especially for the people who have been charged and held in solitary confinement like they're hardened criminals. At the same time, the same Justice Department who has made public that they are releasing the same type of rioters, actually people charged with far more dangerous crimes, releasing them, expunging their records and you know, obviously encouraging more violence because they always get away with it. But if you're on the political right, you will not. You will be punished severely.
A
If you are on the political right and you walked into the Capitol on January 6th because someone let a door open for you, you will be treated as if you are Ted Kaczynski or the Boston Bomber. Again, there will be a point where this is no longer sustainable. We will reach a point where half the country will reach a boiling point. Where in Chicago. Let's just ask, how's Chicago doing? Meanwhile, Joe Biden goes visit Crystal Lake, Illinois. I know very well. Go meet with Lori Lightfoot in Chicago. In just the last week, 15 were shot and killed 100 shot and wounded, 115 total shot and 16 homicides. In just July we're nine days in 31 shot and killed 160 shot and wounded 191 total shot with 35 homicides. And in 2021 in Chicago there's been 363 people shot and killed, 1,768 people shot and wounded, and 2,131 people total shot and 387 total homicides. some point decent conservatives and patriots of this country are going to say time out here. You are governing us like we are an enemy of the state. Like we are enemy political dissidents. And we are running out of pathways to solve this through the constitutional framework. Why? Because you have people like Steve Schmidt that say that January 6th is more dangerous than 9 11. That's right. They're going to gaslight you to believe that January 6th is more dangerous than almost 3,000 people dying in New York City. Now the Bible clearly says do not enjoy in the suffering of others and says do not enjoy when other people have tough times. So I'm struggling with this particular biblical teaching, I'm gonna be honest, this is one teaching in the Bible I'm struggling with because Michael Avenatti is going to prison. Michael Avenatti is one of the worst people I have ever seen on television. He extorts his clients. He lies pathologically. Michael Avenatti has now been sentenced to 30 months in prison. Not long enough. I know I'm probably in disobedience by enjoying this and taking a little bit of delight, but here we are. Play cut 70. Just a little bit of the flashback. Tucker Carlson and Michael Avenatti going back and forth over the name porn lawyer. Now I have to just say one of the greatest moments in cable television history is when Tucker interviewed Michael Avenatti and he didn't know that the chiron across the bottom of the screen. Tucker Carlson's team says creepy porn lawyer joins Tucker Carlson. One of the greatest moments in television history. Play cut 70. I know you should. What's disgusting is why don't you thriving back to my client and me and stop calling us a porn star and a creepy porn lawyer. If you've got that big a problem with porn. Do you have that bigger problem? I'm not making fun of? When's the last time. Slow down. When's the last time you saw porn? Oh, you busted me. Actually maybe humiliation porn. That's why I watch you on cnn. But when's the last time you. When the last time you viewed porn? You're a little cheap even than I realize porn. You're dodging with the question that I have asked you. Let me ask you. Do you believe that people that view porn should watch your show? I'm not even sure what that question means. Here's. Here's just like a little bit of a words for wisdom for all people. Weak governors from Arkansas, people that wish to try to extort their clients. Don't go on Tucker Carlson show Bad idea. Just, just, just don't do that. It's. He's probably the most gifted orator that we've seen on cable television. He is going to one up you. It's not a good idea. And now Michael Avenatti is going to jail. I wish him well and I hope it works out for him. Okay, next question here that we got@freedomarliekirk.com is Charlie, why is the media so uninterested in stories that would otherwise get them clicks and make them money? What is driving the media? This is such a good question and we talked about this in a previous segment in a previous episode is that the motive of the media is not what you think it is because we say, oh, it's all about clicks. That's not true. If it was all about clicks, they would. They would still be talking about Jeffrey Epstein. That is the juiciest story that we have ever seen. You're trying to tell me that there's an international financier with almost no trades to his name in his office in London. We don't know who his investors are and he was flying on private jets with people of the royal family and former presidents of the United States. And the media just seems completely uninterested in it. There's a couple documentaries here and there, but nothing close to that. Let's go back into the archives. Cut 71. Remember the ABC anchor saying that she had the Epstein story and ABC killed it. Play. Cut 71. I've had the story for three years.
C
I've had this interview with Virginia Roberts. We would not put it on the air.

A

C
And now it's all coming out and
A
it's like these new revelations and I
C
freaking had all of it.
A
She had all of it. And ABC killed the story. There's an expression that money is the root of all evil. That is partially true. Worse than money is power. And that is what is driving the American media, not profit motive. If it was, they'd be covering the Epstein stories still and it would still get clicks. Instead, they're preserving their own power. Power for the allies in government, in the intelligence agencies and in massive corporations. And instead the media is not trying to hold powerful people accountable. They want to keep themselves relevant and within the circle of commanding your life and demanding complete and total obedience from you. Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
