It should be 53 senators. However, there is something going on in the great state of Pennsylvania to try to make it 52 senators. The suspicion of the 2024 election all happened around Senate races. We at Turning Point Action and the Trump campaign run by Susie and James Blair and Chris La Salle made it too big to rig, however, not too big to rig these Senate races. Later in the week, we're going to have a full examination of what happened in Wisconsin because that just smells to high heaven. But first, we're still counting ballots in Pennsylvania. This is outrageous, outrageous what's happening. And if we had ethical and we had transparent elections, we might have had 55 Senate seats. Joining us now is Sean Parnell, combat veteran, bestselling author, host of Battleground Live. Sean, welcome to the program. Congratulations for helping Deliver Pennsylvania for the President. Sean, walk our audience through what's happening in Pennsylvania.

Oh, it's real simple, Charlie. Democrats are ignoring the law, ignoring a Pennsylvania suprem in Philadelphia county and Bucks county and center county and just counting illegal ballots. These are ballots that do not have a secrecy envelope, or these are ballots that do not have a date or ballots that do not have a signature. Any way you slice it, these ballots are illegal. And the Democrats are thumbing their nose at the courts and saying, I don't care what the courts say, we're going to violate the law right out in public in this. The great irony of this, Charlie, and this is something that I've been intimately involved with since 2020, because I was on the ballot with President Trump in 2020 in PA 17, in western Pennsylvania, in Allegheny county, and I saw them do the exact same thing. I witnessed it with my own two eyes. And so when the media says, oh, we have, you know, these are just conspiracy theorists or election deniers, I will never be gaslit into believing anything else. What they did in 2020 is no different than what they're doing today. And the crazy thing about it, Charlie, is that Josh Shapiro, then Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and John Fetterman, then Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania, are smugly out there every day attacking me, Donald Trump, Don Jr. Or any other Republican that dared step forward and say, hey, what you did in Pennsylvania in 2020 violated the law. And guess what? Look at what the Democrats are doing right out in the open. If they are willing to cheat right out in the open for the whole world to see, what do you think they will do behind closed doors? This is how the Democrats operate. It's what they've been doing in this country since 1864. And Republicans, just as you said in these battleground states, cannot back down and have to call it out over and over again because the media and the Democrats don't want us talking about this. The whole notion of if you don't study history, you're doomed to repeat it. That's why they don't want us talking about it. We've got it. The only way we reform this system moving forward is to look at what happened in the past, reform it moving forward. And that's what we did here in Pennsylvania, and we're fighting the Democrats every day to stop it.

Okay, so just a very simple technical question. New York Post Democrats confess they're breaking the law to overturn McCormick's victory. Well, then what? Who's the law enforcement here, though? Is it the current Pennsylvania Attorney General. I mean, because again, there has to be a price to breaking the law, right? That, that is fundamental to the American justice system. So we know they're breaking the law. They're doing it in broad daylight. Who controls the handcuffs in this situation?

[Sean Parnell]

Well, it would be the Pennsylvania Attorney General and the Governor, Josh Shapiro, who, by the way, wants to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2028. And here he is willingly and openly allowing the law to be violated in his own state because he thinks it will benefit a Democrat. I mean, the then Attorney General was Josh Shapiro in 2020. And Charlie, even before the election, he was already laying the groundwork to go after Republicans who, who challenged an election that was fraught with issues. He was very proactive. He was very vocal. And back then he was doing that because he knew that there were major issues with 2020, and he knew that Republicans would stand to benefit from it. But now that Democrats stand to benefit from this, he's completely silent, as is John Fetterman, who was on with Jake Tapper yesterday, saying, it's only a couple hundred ballots. Well, nothing could be further from the truth, Charlie. It's far more than a couple hundred ballot. The truth is it's tens of thousands of ballots. And the court has said, Al Schmidt, who was our Secretary of State, has said, well, you know, the court ruled on this. And so make sure you set those ballots aside, because if another court ruling comes down, like, well, we're going to have to act on that. It's like the court has already ruled on this. The court has already said these ballots are illegal. And if, and if these county commissioners in these Democrat controlled counties are already willing to count illegal ballots right out in the open, what hope do we have that any of these ballots will be segregated? Because once they're thrown in, once they're separated from the secrecy envelope and lumped in with every other ballot, the chain of custody is completely broken and you can't check anything. It's absolutely ludicrous. And so it's going to be critical for the incoming Attorney General, Matt Gaetz, to investigate this on a national level, because I don't think we have any hope of our local elected officials here in Pennsylvania.

This is legal anarchy. And I don't like using. I mean, because at some point, if everyone's in on it, if the Secretary of State is in on it and the Attorney General is in on it, and the governor is in on it, and everyone's in on it and saying they're openly ignoring the Pennsylvania Supreme Court the federal government, you know, Matt Gaetz, Attorney General, should just go arrest them. And by the way, this does not go away. Meaning it's not like we're going to forget about this. Sean, would it be appropriate by February, Matt Gaetz sends in federal marshals, sends in the FBI, conducts a very quick investigation, finds that they defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. I mean, there has to be a federal law here at some point, right?

Well, of course. I mean, absolutely, that needs to happen. There have to be consequences for this. We have had. There were so many issues during 2020. We had four years to get this right. It's not like these elections are a surprise. And I don't think that it would require any sort of in depth investigation into what happened in some of these Democrat controlled counties, some of these boards of elections and these commissioners in charge, Democrat commissioners in charge of these counties are on video saying, I don't really care about the law. And so, yeah, it would not be unprecedented for Matt Gaetz or the FBI or whoever, the appropriate investigating authority would be to come in and investigate this, because there absolutely have to be consequences here. What's maddening to me, Charlie, is these Democrats, they'll be out. Oh, we have to count every vote. Count every vote. In 2020, the Democrats sent out 30,000 plus absentee mail in ballots to wrong addresses in my district. The Democrats back then were like, count every. Count every ballot. Even the ballots that were from outside the district that they knew were illegal. Count every ballot. And when you do that, it disenfranchises an actual Pennsylvania voter. And even one voter disenfranchised is too much. And the frivolousness with which the Democrats use to disenfranchise people is absolutely ridiculous. And the fact that they've just been silent on this issue when it stands to benefit them is just. It's like you said, it's legal anarchy and it cannot be allowed to stand. There have to be consequences. Otherwise it's going to happen down the road.

Yeah, I mean, we have the cut here. We're gonna play in a second. This is the Bucks County Commission voted to count illegal ballots, defying a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling in a move that could only benefit Bob Casey. One commissioner admitted that she knows it's illegal but does not care. These people need to go to federal prison. I want these people's names. If again, if there is not again, Merrick Garland is all in favor of this. He doesn't care. Play cut 17. We reject all three categories of these ballots. Your motion is to reject or dismiss the challenges in this category in front of you.

Not going to second that. Mostly because I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country and people violate laws anytime they want. So for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.

I mean, that's one of the most outrageous statements I've ever heard. Diane Marseglia Andrew, let's tweet that out and say she needs to go to federal prison again. You can't put up with this, guys. If all of a sudden, like for example, if somebody in Pima County, Arizona says hey, I want to be able to count ballots by illegal aliens because I want to, even though a judge says I can at some point, people need to go to jail for this.

Charlie look, these are, these are just the counties, the Democrat counties that we know about. They're the ones just being open and honest about it. A couple thousand ballots across 67 counties that are illegally counted could absolutely sway an election and sway the power in the House and the Senate. There have to be consequences for it. If there aren't consequences for it, it will absolutely happen again.

Byron York tweets 13 days after the election, an extraordinary situation in Pennsylvania. Officials in Philadelphia and surrounding counties are ignoring the law, counting illegal ballots and openly defying anyone to stop them. Is it going to be Enough, Sean? Will McCormick end up being the U.S. senator. Are they just going to keep on counting ballots? What if they just say we want to count ballots from 2020? I mean, nothing's stopping them.

Exactly. I mean, exactly.

If there's no standard in place, they can count as many illegal ballots as they want. And no, that's not hyperbole. That's exactly what they're doing. And they're doing it right out in the open. The truth is, is that this election was over weeks ago. I knew on election night that there is not an honest mathematical path for Bob Casey to win. But this is what the Democrats do. I mean, do you ever notice that as ballots are counted after election day, the longer that that process draws on, it exclusively benefits Democrats? Isn't that just the, Isn't that just the darndest thing? And so, yeah, Dave McCormick is the United States Senator from Pennsylvania. And by the way, we're on offense on this, Charlie. We've got the RNC Chairman Watley has done a great job along with Laura Trump. They've got four separate lawsuits in these counties doing just that. We're also on offense trying to stop the Democrats from cheating in Pennsylvania. And we've been on offense, we've been very proactive even prior to the election. We're going to continue to do that. You know, Charlie, having been on the ballot twice in Pennsylvania and see how these Democrats operate and been on the ground with the grassroots almost every day for four years since 2020, this is very personal. And people who are listening and watching can probably tell that I get really fired up about election integrity because every single day on the ground with people, people ask me, sean, how are we going to stop the Democrats from cheating? What are we going to do about our elections in this state? I see how personal it is for people. The voting in this country is a sacred process. And we have to do everything we can to protect our grassroots, protect the citizens of our commonwealth, make sure that their voices are heard. Because they chose President Trump in historic fashion. They chose Dave McCormick in historic fashion. In a historic landslide. Pennsylvania was the first Rust Belt state to fall. And it was because of the hard work of organizations like yours. This is what this is all about. And this is why I get so passionate stuff. But at the end of the day, Charlie, Dave McCormick will be the United States Senator from Pennsylvania.

Okay, well, that's comforting. Again, I just. Can we comment on this though, Sean? Imagine if Trump was only up 50,000 ballots. They're willing to do this against. If they're willing to do this against Casey McCormick, what would they have been willing to do if Donald Trump was within the margin of 30, 40, 50,000 ballots?

Well, I'll tell you right now, if it were Republicans doing this and the situations were reversed, the Biden Department of Justice would have already intervened and started arresting. I mean, the Biden Department of Justice is still arresting people from the 2020 election and putting them in jail. So, yeah, I think that this would be a very, very. I mean, I've been saying from the very beginning that the whole concept of too big to rig is actually real. It's smart. And President Trump and allies like yourself were very smart to leverage that tagline. Just get as many people to the polls as humanly possible. But you can bet that if this was even close, the Democrats would be pulling on every lever of power to stop use lawfare against Republicans who were fighting to make sure that people's voices were heard. I mean, I shudder to think what would happen. Would the situations be reversed? It's absolutely ridiculous. But again, Trump is the winner. McCormick is the winner. It's time to put this, put this in the bank and just move forward as a country.

Where, you know, maga, America first, however you want to look at it, has been stigmatized, it's been criticized. Watching what happened there, Jon Jones coming out, whether you want to fight, whether you lost a fight, Bo Nickel all coming over to my father, all embracing America, putting America first, being actually vocal and psyched about it was epic. Then you turn on what happened on Sunday on NFL. I mean the NFL, one of the wokest places in the world, all the players we probably knew didn't actually buy into the nonsense put out there by leadership. I'm watching guys do the Trump YMCA dance in the end zone time after time. It's just incredible. I mean the left, they lost Their minds, everyone knows it. They're no longer cool. And people are embracing America first across the board, every demographic, every age group. It's just spectacular to watch in real time.

And so, Don, you've been around these fights for quite a while, and you've seen, I mean, just walk through that realignment where many people thought the Trump movement was dead to rights on January 7, 2021, and now look, four years later, it is the most popular. I mean, I'm sure, Don, you could comment on this. Friends you haven't talked to in a long time are calling, hey, Don, how you doing? You know, I mean, it's.

Everyone wants to get back in right now, talk about how that cultural realignment occurred.

Well, I mean, Charlie, you were there with me from day one, back in 2015. I mean, you did this stuff with me, and then, you know, we won. I guess. I forget what exact date. I guess it was November 8, 2015, when we won. And all of a sudden, hey, buddy, we were with you all along. It's like, no, you weren't. You didn't pick up my call for, you know, six months. Now you're with me then, as we, you and I have also discussed, you know, day one isn't actually November 8, 2015. Day one is actually January 7, 2021. Where were you on that day? Because you could be with us before, but if you sold out, if you bought into the narrative, if you said, my God, it's worse than Pearl harbor and 911 combined on January 7th, that's the new day one. And so now we know. I mean, I put up a tweet earlier this morning, basically saying, hey, Democrats, had you not been insane, had you not cheated, had you not played every game in the book, you'd be done with Trump in 60 days. You would have had the same guys in the administration that were slow rolling him, that were doing the bidding basically of the Democrat party, of the D.C. uni Party, and the swamp you'd be done now. Now you got four years where we know what we're doing, where we have a chance to start from scratch with people who we know are absolute warriors for the movement. Now, you're stuck with that for four years now, as Billy Madison would say, now you're all in big, big trouble.

I love it. And so, you know, in the mob, there's this thing. If you think someone is an informant, you make them take a little drugs. So I have to say, put 19 up on screen here. Don, you got to explain to me how you got Bobby Kennedy to eat McDonald's? He looks less than thrilled, by the way, at this 2am fast food initiation. So, Don, what's going on here?

Listen, we're just having fun. We got done from the fights. I mean, it's the third all nighter I've seen my father pull in like two weeks since he won when he did two all nighters in a row. But we got back on the plane, he's like, we don't need to stay in New York. Let's just go back home. We got a lot of work to do. So that was a 3:00am McDonald's run. You know, Bobby did have some McDonald's. We definitely had some fun with that one. The memes about it, I mean, yeah, he definitely looks like he got his hand caught in the cookie jar with that one. So we sort of joke Maha starts on Monday. Like all good diets, you gotta be able to have a cheat day every once in a while. So it was pretty funny. I think that's like my most viral Instagram post probably ever, actually. People just had a good time with it. But just sitting there with Bobby, sitting there with Tulsi on the plane. Prior to that, she stayed in New York. He came back with us and Elon talking about the things that we're going to do. I mean, that's where the Democrats have a real problem. You would never have had this kind of buy in from people with that level of expertise again, whether it's Bobby, whether it's Chelsea, whether it's Elon, people from all different sides who've also taken the crap from the swamp, who don't just buy in arbitrarily to the dogma of one side or the other. It was actually one of the most epic conversations. I mean, you're sitting there, you know, for three hours on a plane, you're talking about space with Elon. I mean, it was. It was incredible. Man. We have such an incredible opportunity to do something different to, to change what has failed the American public for so long and just do it differently, not have that kind of buy in. And you have the mandate clearly from the American people. So I'm so the four years of crap that we went through is so worth it. It's so totally worth it to be able to have this chance, to really have a complete realignment. And again, if the Democrats hadn't lost their minds, if they had been reasonable, if they'd let it actually play out, if they didn't pull off every stop, if they didn't Start the law fair, whether it was the financial lawfare, whether it was the law fair in D.C. itself, if they didn't expose their underbelly of just how evil and sick they have become, if they didn't prioritize things that doesn't. That don't mean anything to the average American. If they weren't out there screaming, I don't care if you can't afford your home or your groceries or your children are getting murdered by illegals. I don't care. We need to make sure that 3 year olds can get gender affirming care without parental consent. If they didn't do that, we'd be done in 60 days and it would be back to business as usual. And America would continue down their slow path towards extinction. Now we can change all of that. It's the greatest opportunity in American history. It's a 1776 kind of moment. And I'm here for all of it, man. I'm here for all of it.

So a couple thoughts here, Don. Just really quick, and then I want to get into the Senate confirmation stuff. I've spent a little bit of time. You spent a time with Elon. He's just this awesome guy who's a firm believer in this agenda. Can you comment and fill our audience in on this great American patriot named Elon Musk?

Yeah, I mean, it's amazing when you think about all of the things that he's done. And it's not just, you know, buying Twitter and, you know, taking a $42 billion gamble to preserve free speech. You know, when you have what he's doing in Neuralink, when you have what he's doing in Tesla, when you have what he's doing in Space X, what he's doing with the boring company. I mean, any one of these things would have been a crowning achievement of a genius. You know, you just had to do one of them. This guy's doing. He has seven things and he's just starting. He's young. I mean, you have the Einstein of our era. He's willing to step back, he's willing to go in and look at all of government efficiency. He's able to expose that to the American public. And that's what scares the swamp the most. When they see that we're literally wasting trillions of dollars for their special interests, all of it's kicked back to them. You have a guy like that, with that kind of capacity willing to say, you know what, I'm going to put all these other things partially on hold or let my Teams run with them so that I can delve fully in. It was truly. Charlie, when I say I got off the plane, I'm like, I wish we were going 20 times further. I wish we were there for 20 hours because it was one of the most fascinating conversations I've ever had. Totally a level of genius. You can't even comprehend it. For me, I was that you rarely come in contact with some questions and I just want to listen. Perhaps the smartest man ever and someone who took those risks has been killed by the people who used to love him much like we did. You know, now he gets it. Having those guys, you know, maybe with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder to say, okay, this is over. We're now going to expose it for everyone. And again, you don't have to do anything. Just show the American public, you know, why have you been spending $700 for a hammer, guys? Why is that? You know, why do you work for the government but you haven't shown up to the office in five years? How much money are you taking from other employment while you're supposed to be fully employed by the US Government? Let's see all of that and get to the bottom of it. It is. It's going to be awesome, Charlie. It's going to be incredible.

So Elon and Vivek are doing the Department of Government Efficiency. Your father has been making excellent picks from Matt Gaetz to Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegseth, Bobby Kennedy. Don, what is your message to Senate Republicans that might be thinking to vote against your father's Cabinet picks?

The reality is for people in the Senate and, you know, they've been, I love the new guys that have come in. I think, you know, we're really reforming the Senate. You know, the Senate is where, like Republican values go to die. You know, they roll over, they appease the swamp. They would rather have a nice article written about them in the Washington Post. People who would put them in the gulags if they could. Otherwise there's really a mandate. You only have control of the Senate because of Donald Trump. I mean, I do think we had some candidates, but they would not have won. Bernie Moreno is a good friend. He would not have beaten a 50 year veteran of the swamp, Sherrod Brown in Ohio, if it wasn't for Trump. That mandate, being able to ride on those coattails, that doesn't take away from Bernie. But those people have to understand. John Thune in leadership has to understand he's only the Senate Majority Leader because of Donald Trump. Without that, you'd be relegated to insignificance. You'd be in the background. You wouldn't have any power. You better make sure that you're confirming his appointments. Because the American people sent a very clear mandate to them. They want change. They want to see what's going on. It is no longer business as usual in Washington, D.C. so they better understand that, and I hope they do. I gladly extend that olive branch, despite what a lot of these guys, even on our side, tried to do to me, tried to do to my father. But they have to understand this is a movement of Donald Trump. This is an America first movement. This is not your 1940s Republican Party anymore. It's different. There's a seismic shift. It's palpable to everyone who's watching. And it's great to see people buy into that. And I hope that Senate leadership truly understands that and embraces that. And if they do, I think they're going to continue to be able to have that majority. Their people will continue to vote for them without it. If they try to slow play that, if they try to do what they did the last few years under Mitch McConnell's leadership, they're going to lose all of that power and it's going to go elsewhere.

Again, I guess this is well known and I'm a pretty informed guy. I do this for a living. I'm reading news for literally 14 hours a day, constantly reading articles. I was in a transition meeting here in Palm beach and part of the meeting and the briefing, somebody said, hey, just so you guys know, about 85% more or less of the federal workforce works from home and only has to come in one day a month. In fact, of any given day, only 17% of all the federal workforce is in a Federal Building. Only 6% of federal workers are working full time in their offices. 30% are fully remote. According to the Federal News Network survey this spring, some agencies are using less than 10% of all their space. 17 out of 24 federal agencies were.

Headquarters space as of 2023. So they've expanded and extended all the COVID rules where now a lot of these workers are now working at home, not actually doing their job And a lot of them have other work. So they're working as independent contractors, which is against the law. Just to be for the record, it is against the law if you work for the federal government to take other work. It is a permanent Covid vacation for federal workers, but only for the federal worker class. Big Tech realized this does not work, so they sent everybody back to work. Schools realized this doesn't work, so they sent everybody back to work. Everyone has realized that this doesn't work except the federal government, where your taxpayer dollars, you are slaving yourself at work to write a check to the federal government so that somebody can just sit at home and not even do work. Federal workers think they don't have to work, so we have a $6.5 trillion budget. And again, many of them have other jobs. I want to just repeat that. So they're taking money from the federal taxpayer and they're not actually doing their job because no one checks them. And then they're going to go work as a waiter or a waitress or as an Uber driver. You know what you call someone who sucks up resources in return for nothing? You call them a parasite. And that is what the federal workforce has become in many instances. Let me read these numbers again. Only 6% of federal workers are working full time in their offices. 30% are fully remote. Some agencies are using less than 10% of their space. By the way, these numbers might be high, it might be even lower than this. So we are going trillions of dollars in debt to subsidize individuals that are sitting at home taking your money. Let's zoom out a bit. Why is it always so hard to shut down the government? They're not even at the office anyway. And remember, these are non essential workers, many of them. When you realize and you learn the waste and the fraud of the federal government, it will take your breath away. We are talking about federal contractors that do nothing in unjustifiable expenses. This is why DC during the week looks like a ghost town. Anytime that they close the government, they don't even have to work, even if they're at home. And many people in our audience are saying, charlie, I had no idea about any of this. I didn't either. You know, Blake and other people in the chat who are very well informed said, oh, this is well known. I disagree. I don't think this is well known. I don't think the majority of our audience knows that only 17% of federal workers are coming in. And let me just tell you how this works. So according to the New Covid rules that the union negotiated. You have to come in for one day a month. So the way that they do it is that almost every federal worker will find a way to buttress up the end of the month with the start of the month. So for example, In January of 2025, I'm looking at the calendar that actually doesn't work very, very well this year because almost all of the new months are on the weekend. But let's say that it becomes a new month on a Wednesday. So you come in on Tuesday, Wednesday day, and you don't have to come in for that whole previous month or the next month. So you come in for two days, essentially. Let me distill this. Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year. Let me say that again. Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year. Many of them don't even live in the D.C. area anymore. They live in Philadelphia, they live in New York, they live in Florida, they live in. And they'll just come in and, you know, road trip on up for a day, stay at a hotel, you know, a Holiday Inn, go in for one day, go in for another day and they're done. And then they have other jobs because no one's actually supervising their work. This is one of the greatest taxpayer funded looting operations in American history. Donald Trump has now empowered Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to identify this and stop it. It's a good way to first start is, hey, you have to come into the office to work. Donald Trump can do that by executive order number two, no outside work, number three, what you actually do here. Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
