Last night, last night we streamed pretty late here on Real America's Voice and also all of our streaming platforms. Our reaction to the speech last night, the not the State of the Union, but Donald Trump's address to Congress now, it says in the U.S. constitution that the president shall give a joint address to Congress. And this was a joint session of Congress, not technically a State of the Union. You know, State of the Unions used to be delivered. Just a fun little tidbit. They used to be written, it's a new phenomenon actually, of State of the Unions, given orally. Usually it was written and delivered to the speaker of the House and say, here, read all that we've done. We've changed a lot as a society. With television, digital broadcasting. Feels like the president has been President. Trump has been there for well over a year, two years. He's only been in office for. For six months. When he was sworn into office, we had no border. One of the greatest accomplishments that he has been able to celebrate is that we have a secure border. There's nobody invading our country anymore. Doesn't happen. It's gone. No more. There is no more southern border invasion. He has been president for six weeks, and we have a country that is bubbling back to life. Now, I want to play some of the highlights here. But upon further reflection, these events, these joint sessions of Congress are largely political theater. You stand up for the stuff you like, you sit down for the stuff you like. But traditionally, everybody stands up during the agreeable stuff. You stand up for the stuff where if you don't applaud, you could look kind of bad. So, of course, the Democrats, they stayed seated when Donald Trump said we had a secure southern border. He stayed seated when he was talking about how he was marshaling resources to underserved communities that were struck by wildfires. They, of course, the Democrats refused to applaud during Donald Trump's moment, saying that he wanted to broker peace with Ukraine and optics really matter here. But this went to a whole different level. The Democrats were, of course, trying to interrupt him throughout his entire speech. You had Al Green with his rod trying to interrupt Donald Trump. It's important that we recognize and we realize the Democrats don't just have a political problem. The Democrats do not just have a policy problem. There is a spiritual sickness that has infected the Democrat Party. And I don't say that lightly. You know, usually the political theater, okay, it is what it is. No, it went to a whole different level last night. Whole different level. And it takes a lot for me to say this. President Trump had this amazing moment with a young man by the name of DJ Daniel. DJ Daniel is a 13 year old battling cancer. DJ Daniel has always wanted to be a law enforcement officer, and he's been sworn in as A ceremonial law enforcement officer with police departments across the country. He lifts people's spirits. He has an amazing smile. Who could not support DJ Daniel. So before I get into the inspiring moment that happened last night at the joint session of Congress, here is D.J. daniels story. But you want to know the craziest part? Because my mom bathed me and my brothers all together. And I know where I locked up. And then my dad, my dad was calling my name and I started going to the slow thing and he said, stop playing with me and I'll start. And, and then I started that. I ain't gonna lie, I started to act slow. And then as soon as, as soon as he said that, we were speeding all the way, running lights, going to the hospital. And then next thing you know, I was seasoned on the table. They said, no, we're gonna have to go in this brain tonight. Ever since then, I had 13 brain surgeries. And that's how many times my personality has changed. And that's something that you don't hear from a terminal child. They had five months to live. I'm gonna keep on going until my gas tanks run out. And that's when God calls you home. You never know when God's gonna call you home. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for my dad. I know he's pretty proud, proud of me and I'm pretty proud of him too. And I'd like to thank President Trump because if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be here today.

We're not built the same. We don't see the world the same. I hate talking like this. I don't know what has infected the base of the Democrat Party. But it can only be an invisible dark force that could be called whatever you want. Demonic, satanic, you can fill in the dots. But they hate you and they hate the country. And they hate us so much that they also hate 13 year olds with brain cancer. Now there is no spin, by the way. Show that picture again. Show the picture. I want one media pundit and one member of the Democrat Party to show me. That is your Democrat Party. Republicans would always stand during the ceremonial agreeable stuff when Joe Biden would do similar stuff like this. It Political pageantry is normal. What is not normal is for an entire political party to stay seated during a non political humane moment that elevates us and thinks about the beautiful things. Because the Democrat Party is ugly to the core. There is a spiritual cancer in the Democrat Party. A sickness that is beyond what we're able to describe in words. They are darker than anything we have ever realized. Praise the Lord that we won. And they can never get close to power because they would not even put two hands together to applaud the kid with brain cancer. There's something demented about your party. Democrats. Demented to the core. And it's not just that three people didn't stand your entire party. Stay seated. You guys need an exorcism and a reckoning. How many of those people do you think would write that God is a top priority in their life? I bet a lot of them would write government as a top priority in their life. The state is a top priority in their life. The bureaucracy is a top priority in their life. If you are ever asked by liberal friends or relatives or Democrats, oh, you know, we all want the same thing. No, we don't. The Democrats want something profoundly different than we do and they will not even stand out of their chair. It's just fine. If you don't believe it, just pretend. They can't even pretend to support the kid with brain cancer. But it wasn't just them. This is Nicole Wallace. And Nicole Wallace needs professional help. She needs like a whole team of people. She's got to go to Switzerland. She's got to get a whole workup. She's got to have a whole committee working on her for like a couple months. She needs the whole operation there. They got to do blood work, they got to do brain scans. There's something really deep and dark about her because you just don't go on TV and say something like this. You don't. She started off good, she started off fine. And then boom, she pivots into, I think one of the more repulsive things I've ever seen on television, actually. And that says something. This is the Democrat Party. This is their official communications arm. This is who the Democrats listen to the show they go onto play cut143.

And I hope he has a long life as a law enforcement officer. But I hope he never has to defend the United States Capitol against Donald Trump supporters. And if he does, I hope he isn't one of the six who loses his life to suicide. And I hope he isn't one who has to testify against the people who carried out acts of seditious conspiracy and then live to see Donald Trump pardon.

Those people who thinks like this, as I said earlier, I don't get speechless quite often. This is the state of the Democrat Party. She's wishing that a 13 year old with brain cancer doesn't commit suicide, that he doesn't have to testify. Making some sort of bizarre connection to January 6th to this young man who just had this amazing moment. She started off fine and then all of a sudden like a different programming set got put in as if, like the files got mixed up, as if there was just a glitch. She was like, my programming tells me I must say something agreeable and then boom. As if there was just kind of a programming error and she goes into, I mean she, she of course should be taken off air, but more than that, she should be watched very closely. It's very, very dark. And I mean that, that is dark stuff. I mean that would be dark if just like a random YouTuber said that or like a random person on the side of the street. This is a woman with a news broadcast show that lawmakers go on. And of course all the media outlets say Republicans pounce on MSNBC host right wingers pounce. This is the independent MAGA loses its mind over Nicole Wallace's sickening comments. The Daily Mail, to their credit said Nicole Wallace gives sickening take on 13 year old with terminal cancer. Hey Charlie. It was the best speech I've ever heard by a great president who's given many great speeches before. He not only broke the record for the longest speech before a joint address, but he owned the Democrats. They looked foolish, they looked stupid sitting on their hands, not clapping for what the president talked about in so many ways making this country great again. They don't love our country like we do and they proved it last night and their reaction. It was a great night for the President, a great night for America, for Republicans. And it's just we're just a short time into this second term for this president. We have a long ways to go, a lot more winning to come.

You know, I'll say that the it didn't feel long. It felt like it had a great flow. It felt kept everyone on the edge of their seat. Senator, the Democrats, excluding one person, there was one woman in red that stood up, decided to just ignore and not applaud DJ Daniel, the 13 year old with brain cancer who got awarded there. I mean, Senator, do any of your colleagues mention that afterwards? I mean how is this, how are you supposed to do business with people that don't even applaud a kid with brain cancer? Help the audience understand.

Well, it's a sickness on their part. I mean they hate this president so much that they won't get up and clap for a 13 year old boy, a very special moment that President Trump created last night. Every one of them should have been on their feet. And Charlie, let me say this. When Joe Biden walked out and when they announced the President of the United States of America before the State of the Unions on his watch, every Republican got up and clapped. Not for Joe Biden, but for the position of the President of the United States of America. Those Democrats sat on their hands, they disrespected the President, they disrespected our country, and in that case, they disrespected the life of a 13 year old boy. I'll tell you what, at one moment I saw, because I was on the far right side, on the Republican side and I could see the Democrats across the House chamber and I saw one senator when President Trump talked about capturing the terrorist who was the mastermind behind the Abbey Gate attack that killed 13 of our heroes. And by the way, none of the Democrats clap for that either. I mean, how can you not clap for that? I saw one Democrat look to the Democrat to his right and say, we should stand up. You could see him mouthing it, we should be standing up. And they were all shaking their heads, no, we have to stay seated. That's how foolish these Democrats are. There is not a line that came out of President's mouth last night, the President Trump's mouth last night, that 75% or more of Americans don't agree with everything. There was nothing controversial last night that he said he was speaking to the American people. Everything that came out of his mouth was something that the majority of Americans agree with and the Democrats wouldn't stand up for it. Donald Trump has broken the Democrat Party. They are beyond repair. And just how foolish they looked last night is something that's gonna linger over them for a long time to come.

Views of Trump's speech. Let's put this up on screen. I've been around this space about 13 years. I'm just drawing from memory. It is very rare to have a 76% approval rating of a joint session of speech to Congress. Very rare, very unusual. If I remember, Biden might be high 50s at the watermark and then maybe low 50s. Even Obama might have been high 60s, low 70s during the high Obama period, then went down from there. We can probably look at other speeches and reactions. That's 76% of Americans that approve President Trump's speech and the Democrats, instead of at least having some sort of an agreeable attitude, their bitterness and their sourness towards America is disturbing and it is revealing of A darker sickness that has infected our politics. This is one of my favorite parts of the speech, and then I want to get your reaction. Senator, some of your colleagues said we need a bipartisan border bill to secure the border. We can't secure the border unless we get a bipartisan border bill. Turns out we actually just needed a new president. Play cut120.

Within hours of taking the oath of office, I declared a national emergency on our southern border. And I deployed the U.S. military and Border patrol to repel the invasion of our country. And what a job they've done as a result. Illegal border crossings last month were by far the lowest ever recorded ever. They heard my words and they chose not to come. Much easier that way. In comparison. Under Joe Biden, the worst president in American history, there were hundreds of thousands of illegal crossings a month. And virtually all of them, including murderers, drug dealers, gang members, and people from mental institutions and insane asylums, were released into our country.

So, Senator, first, explain all the jeering, is that the Democrats standing up for Joe Biden. And secondly, the border is now secure.

President Trump went on to say, it turns out that we didn't need a bill, we just needed a new president. And we got that in Donald Trump after he took the oath of office. Secure the border. Go back to the remain in Mexico policy. It works. All it took was him being back in office. Trump kept making this point last night, looking at the Democrats. They're responsible for the mess at the border. They backed up the worst president in American history for four years. And that's. That's why we have the travesty, the biggest humanitarian crisis at the border ever. The wide open border. Fentanyl killing Americans, all the crime that came with it. It's all the Democrats fault and they know it. That's why all they could do was jeer last night.

And once again, I look at the Democrats in front of me and I realize there is absolutely nothing I can say to make them happy or to make them stand or smile or applaud. Nothing I can do. I could find a cure to the most devastating disease, a disease that would wipe out entire nations or announce the answers to the greatest economy in history or the stoppage of crime to the lowest levels ever recorded. And these people sitting right here will not clap, will not stand, and certainly will not cheer for these astronomical achievements. They won't do it, no matter what. Five, five times I've been up here it's very sad and it just shouldn't be this way.

You will see a conversation that I had with Governor Newsom of California that at times got a little spicy. The premise at times was, hey, Charlie, what is the path forward for Democrats? I said, I'm not one to give advice. If only I had the conversation afterwards, I would have said, you know, Governor Newsom, stand up for the kid with brain cancer and applaud. Probably good. You know, some Democrat consultant is about to make a bunch of money. Senator gonna say, you know, next time, guys, when the kid with cancer gets announced, make sure you applaud. Senator, I want to bring this now back to legislative action. What did you hear from the president about legislative agenda? This wasn't get. This is not get as much coverage, but tax cuts. Because right now we've seen, yes, some really good personnel wins and thank you for that. But we gotta start seeing laws passed so President Trump can start signing bills into law. What's going on here?

Well, the first thing has to be to extend the Trump tax cuts on working class families. President Trump talked about that last night. Democrats again stayed seated. Republicans stood and cheered because the tax cuts are on working class families and small businesses. It was a mistake in 2017 when Paul Ryan and those others in charge of the House and the Senate made corporate tax rates permanent, but didn't make the individual tax rates permanent on working class families. That's what we have to start with. President Trump brought it up. Republicans are unified behind it. It has to happen in the next few weeks in the reconciliation bill. That's where we have to start. But then we have to fund ICE to deport illegal criminals out of our country and back up the efforts to build the wall and secure the border. That's all part of the one big, beautiful bill, the reconciliation package that's going to come out of the Congress soon. Republicans are united more than ever before. You saw it last night on the floor. But we have to unite behind that piece of legislation to get it done.

Who could be against the Department of Government Efficiency? Well, the Democrats can, because they value government more than God. They value the state more than family. They feel that they value the bureaucracy more than community. For them, the state is their source of meaning. It is their reason for existence. It gives them purpose. It fills the existential void. In Viktor Frankl's book, Man's Search for Meaning, one of the greatest books written over the last hundred years, says that the number one thing outside of food and water that men, collective, men, men and women, mankind seek is not sex, it's not power, but it is meaning. It is the will to meaning. And for Democrats, the state gives them that meaning because they have very disturbing personal lives. They're filled with this dark spiritual sickness, as you can see. And that is, I think that's one of the main reasons why they were so nasty last night. They were nastier than any time during Trump's first term during an equivalent State of the Union or joint session of Congress. Because President Trump never actually went after the rank and file of the bureaucracy during the first term. He did a lot of things they didn't like. They called him a Russian agent. He closed the southern border. He did all these things. But going after the federal bureaucracy, that is their wholly protected class.

Healthier country than we thought. Now they claim this is BS and we'll see. Elon Musk has identified waste after waste and fraud and abuse and it is overwhelmingly popular with the American people. The database needs to be cleaned up. Is it 130,000 people? Is it 130 people? The very least. Clean it up. Make it more efficient. And my favorite moment. And we'll end with this.
