Hey, everybody. American Express, Delta, Ben and Jerry's, what do they have all in common? You should stop using them. My conversation with the blacks who run second vote. That's second vote Calm. You could spell it out. Or you can go to ndvote.com, use promo code charlie right now, for just $2 a month, you can find out what are the companies doing that you're spending your money. So here's how it works, okay? If you fly Delta Airlines, you just probably gave money to Stacey Abrams. If you eat Ben and Jerry's ice cream, you basically are giving money to people who hate Jews. Now, if that might trigger you a little bit, then you gotta listen to this episode and then you gotta get involved. A second vote. Remember, what you buy ends up creating the country you want to live in. I know that's a whole new way of framing things. We don't think that way as conservatives. But if you get that ice cream, and I gotta admit, Ben and Jerry's ice cream, it's delicious. I'm never having it again. Cuz I love juice. Unlike Ben and Jerry's, they hate juice. I'm never having Coca Cola ever again. Why? Because they hate our country. Now, it's a big sacrifice. As I sit next to a thing of Fiji Water, as someone here bought a Coca Cola product. They're no longer with us because they bought Coca Cola products. That's how it works. SecondVote.com informs you to be able to cancel correctly. That's right. We need to learn how to cancel correctly. People say, I don't like cancel culture. I like canceling the left. Secondvote.com, you need to cancel American Express. Cancel all these jerks that have done such damage to our country. I know that some of you might say, charlie, you're exaggerating. Oh, really? Where do you think Planned Parenthood gets some of their money from? Where do you think Bernie Sanders gets his money from? Ben and Jerry's? Where do you think some of these Democrat politicians are financed by? Try bank of America, Wells Fargo. So if you want to expand your horizon and really purchase what you believe in, don't buy products from people who hate you. Don't buy products from people who hate you. It's second vote.com and this is my conversation of how you can cancel correctly. Oh, yeah, and producer Andrew's with me, co pilot and not of Delta Airlines, I can assure you. Note. But we do talk about how Andrew drives a Japanese car. We do talk about that. Buckle up, everybody. Here we go. Charlie what you've done is incredible here.
B
Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
C
I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. I want to thank Charlie.
A
He's an incredible guy.
C
His spirit, his love of this country. He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point usa.
A
We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives. And we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Hey, everybody. Welcome to this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show. With us is our monthly report with our Wonderful partners from secondvote.com 2ndvote.com that is 2ndvote.com Producer Andrew is helping co pilot the ship today.
B
Yes, sir.
A
Happy to be here with us today are the wonderful Blacks, Diane Black and Dr. David Black. Welcome back, both of you.
D
It's great to be with you, Charlie.
C
Thank you very much for having us, Charlie. Thank you.
A
There is a lot happening and I want to encourage everyone listening to take $2 a month, which is basically what it costs, $25 a year with our promo code, to be able to know where you are spending money and how that aligns with your values, which is why we're doing this partnership, because it's really important. The corporate space in the culture war is incredibly critical right now. So I want to talk first about American Express, which, according to all public news reports, they urged their staff to adopt a hierarchy putting marginalized, above privileged to abolish capitalism. So strange how American Express wants to crush capitalism. The floor is yours, guys.
C
Well, Charlie, it is remarkable. You know, here we have for profit enterprises adopting really a set of policies that are only going to cause harm to who we are as a people, to our country, ultimately to even their own business. But the American Express, this training program that they're putting their employees through, is breaking everybody up into tribes. This is so un American. You know, we're supposed to come together as a single people from many different places. But this is truly a. This is a program that is designed to differentiate people and place them into these different groups and then pit them against each other. But the American Express program also has anti law enforcement in it. They have a program of advocating for no law enforcement, no prisons, no consequence to actions. It's absolutely an incredible destructive program that they are engaged in
A
and not overly surprising. Andrew, you had that article pulled up about how American Express waged war on itself.
B
Yeah. This is the headline from an Article actually from Heritage. So I have to give proper attribution here. American Express wages a WOKE war on itself. Itself. It's embarked on racial justice initiatives including WOKE employee training programs. Executives are being asked to disregard their real world experience. That sounds like a recipe for success, Dr. Black. And virtually everything they've been taught about economics also sounds like a recipe for success. I think we're seeing that in our inflation statistics recently with the Biden administration. But I digress and there I don't want to, I don't want to get ahead of ourselves here because later in this interview we're going to talk about the scoring system that you guys have on second vote.com and by the way, one quick note that they gave me actually is that you don't have to type in2ndvote.com youm can actually just spell it out too. You could go both routes and it all directs to the same.
A
Then that makes my read a lot better because I don't want them to go to some sort of. Yeah, other weird websites.
B
So second vote, however you want to put it in. It will get you to the, to the website. But here's, here's what's interesting. Like I said, I don't want to get ahead of ourselves here because we are going to get to this self scoring tool that you guys have on your website which is fantastic. But American Express is just like basically awful across the board. It blew me away because I actually picked American Express as the company that I might use for a certain thing and that's, we'll get to this later. And it was like the lowest score that you guys give a company. American Express gets. I mean this is so, it's not just crt, it's not just, I mean apparently they're just awful across the board. Maybe you could explain to us more
C
about that now if you've been following Second Vote, we could have told you for years that they're not a good actor and they have scored terribly on our issues that we track, the Judeo Christian issues that we track. And so yeah, they are self destructive. I mean what company really engages in actively and enthusiastically supporting abortion? Don't you want more customers? Don't you want more investors? Don't you want the possibility of more employees?
D
And don't you want the possibility of more money? I mean, isn't that what we really are? The great American dream is not just money but it's being successful and whatever you determine that to be. But if you tell our kids these days, oh no, we don't want to be successful. Well, who are the people that are going to control us when we don't have the ability to be successful? And start digging a little deeper and it gets really scary.
B
All right, so that story from Heritage was on the 22nd, and I just pulled up Amex stock price. It goes up. And it went up. It went up on the 24th. So yesterday it went up quite a bit.
A
Well, and it goes up because a lot of our side doesn't really understand the corporate warfare side. So should people stop using American Express? I say yes. But I will be honest though. For a lot of the high net worth people that we deal with, there really isn't a competitor to American Express. Capital One is the largest credit card company with over 40 million users. Is there a competitor to American Express? I mean, American Express has a, let's say an ability to cater to the needs and wants of America's ruling class a lot better than any other credit card like Visa. What's your thought on that?
C
Well, sure, it's a corporate credit card for so many corporations, but Discover scores better. But here's the thing you can do. You know, one of the things we don't advocate at Second vote boycotts, but what we want is engagement. And so we can plead with our subscribers and our followers go to our website and through our website, you can communicate to American Express. You can send them a message directly through our website and you can tell them you don't like their engagement, what they're doing socially, and let them know. And of course, we haven't talked about Second Vote advisors yet. But through your invested dollars, you can also put pressure on American Express. And there you can remove your investments out of American Express, move them somewhere else into a better corporation. But with regard to the spending dollar, if you have to use American Express, you can still express your opinion on their engagement. And I would communicate them. What they're doing now is they're teaching that not everybody is equal. We're not all created equal. This is a direct attack on our declaration of independence. Now they're saying you're more privileged if you are of a particular gender, a particular color. Again, they're breaking us up into tribes.
A
Yeah, totally.
D
And really the only thing that corporations do understand is money. And so we need to teach them when we don't use their product. And if you go woke, you go broke.
A
And that's what we need to do. And I think that's what we do
D
with our, with our dollars and with our investment, invested dollars as well.
A
So now we want to get business.
C
So, you know, I don't know if we shared part of our story, but Diane and I founded a business with a $70,000 loan and with four employees. And it became a $700 million business with 1,000 employees. And the purpose of the business is to provide a return on investment to your investors, provide the best products and profit you can, and provide the best salary and benefits you can to your employees. And it's certainly not to take your resources and use them for social engineering.
B
That sounds very 2018 of you, Dr. Black. Unfortunately. But we do have more stories. Right. So Chase, we want to get to
A
bank of America and Lowe's Sponsored critical.
B
I was just going to make an observation that American Express, American Airlines, bank of America, all of these companies that use the American name, they'll get rid of it soon.
A
I'm sure.
B
It's impressive. What a disgrace. Okay. Yeah.
A
So bank of America, which we are terminating our relationship with Lowe's sponsored Critical race theory training urging whites to cede power to people of color. Tell us about this story.
C
You want me to comment? Well, again, this is again putting race over merit. This is again attempting to shame individuals who are born white. How are you going to, how are you going to change how God created you? It is a, again, it's a racist approach. It's very much all these corporations are fundamentally in the same business, but bank of America is another bad actor. We're still waiting for an answer from a shareholders meeting some years ago where their CEO denied from the podium that they were sponsors or supporters of abortion. And we challenged them on that. We never got an answer. We're still waiting for the answer. They said they would get back to us, but they did not. But no, the, this is, and of course this is, you know, SunTrust is a part of this as well. SunTrust is merged in 2018 or 2019 into a new entity called Truist. But these companies are all adopting this woke agenda, the CRT training. It's a interesting question, is why. And these are multinational companies. Now let's remember this. These are not just American companies and they are very much in alignment with what Communist China is doing with the Davos Group is doing with the World Economic Forum. These are no longer American companies. That's why these big box international companies are so much of a concern, or should be to Main Street America and small town America.
D
And I think it's really important for the people to understand that if we start to get stronger and when we get Stronger our voice will be loud enough that they will be pressured to make those changes. If everybody's sitting back and just allowing these things to go on and not making any noise, it's only going to get worse. That's what our message is to people as well, is to please wake up and listen. Because many times conservatives, and I've been in both the government end of this and also just in the community end of this. And many times people don't have any idea or realize, and when we tell them about what's happening with their dollars, they're like, oh, no, you got to be kidding me. That's what they're supporting. And so this is a message for the people out there that are listening. Please wake up. Please take an opportunity to look@secondvote.com and see what's going on. And if it fits your values, then act on those values.
A
Yeah. The problem, though, that I have found, and Home Depot is better than Lowe's, but there's just not many competitors with some of these. Like, for example, let's just go back to the credit card. What credit card is someone supposed to use? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, they're all terrible, you know, so that's part of the issue, isn't it? Is that at least the feedback we're receiving is people say, well, when you have these kind of oligopolies, like for example, Delta, United America, and they're all bad, I guess it's just a matter of picking the best of the worst.
B
Well, and I think it's gotta be by category is really what we're finding. Right? It's like some categories, there's better alternatives than other categories. If we find a category where there isn't a good alternative, then somebody needs to rise up. I mean, that's. We're seeing this emergence of these parallel economies where companies end up catering specifically to a conservative audience because conservatives are getting so targeted by the competition. Nobody wants it to be this way where it's open, openly hostile to half the country. But it certainly seems like there's a trend going on in America right now. And maybe the only way to reverse that trend is to openly declare war on some of these companies by at least and by. I say that. I say that, you know, obviously not metaphorical. It's metaphorical anyways. But that's by supporting these entrepreneurs and the alternatives that we have to support making them wildly successful.
C
The Second Vote was founded to follow the money, but the left recognized many years ago the value of influencing the dollar. And they have Pretty much taken over the investment services, the banking world. They've been very, very biggie, biggie, very, very busy while we've been trying to raise families and grow businesses and just be Americans. But they've been very busy with their agenda.
B
They've been busy getting very big, which is, which is absolutely true. And we've actually, this is actually where the mission of Turning Point USA and Second Vote kind of merged. Because what happens in college campuses and now increasingly in high schools and even earlier than that has bled into corporate boardrooms in the halls of Congress. And this is what you get when you, when you sort of. When you lose a whole generation. And this is what has sort of creeped up on Americans overnight. This rise of the corporate villains is directly linked to losing a whole generation of understanding that the free market system is important, American values are important. Families, tradition, all of these things are foundational to our country. We lost it in one generation. It all came out seemingly in a year. And that's why what you guys are doing is so incredibly important.
C
Well, I know we have to move on, but I do want to make one comment about bank of America again, is that they are teaching that prejudice against whites now is not racism. You know, now racism is not racism. If they say it's not racism. So it's just an incredible.
D
And I do want to make one point. And Charlie, you make a really good point that sometimes there really isn't a good option, but the other option that you have is to get on the website, on our site, and have an ability to be able to contact the company. And when they start getting lots and lots of calls in about not liking the way they're operating and, and the choices that they're making with their dollars, with the people's dollars, then those voices start getting louder and louder and they start to pay attention to that. I know when I was in Congress, if you got five calls about an issue, you started realizing there are a whole lot more than five people out there that don't like what you're doing. And I think that's another thing that we can do when there aren't really good choices. Let's pick up the phone and let them know we don't like the way you're operating. And they don't know that necessarily, we are not going to find another option. But I think if we do get a big enough voice, it does make a well.
A
And you've taught us in the last episode that this does make a difference. And they do hear your complaints. Even if they kind of stonewall you that it does make its way in. And look, I mean we need to declare all out kind of corporate. I mean warfare is the right word, metaphorical. And try to break the back of these companies. I mean, so I just look@secondvote.com here you look at financial services. So you say, okay, let's say I use Citibank 1.17 score abysmal. Well then maybe it's PNC bank, it's 1.67.
B
Right.
A
Morgan Stanley 1. It couldn't get worse, right? It's basically zero. Visa 2.62. There's basically not one financial services company in the country that is not totally woke. I will say though, American Express all red, the worst that you could possibly get. And so American Express bank of America is terrible. Mastercard's 1.67, but there's definitely a lot of us.
B
Ameribank is 2.67. But he's getting ahead. See, he doesn't know about the score yourself thing, but we're getting ahead of ourselves here, Charlie. I actually love where we went. It was a great segue because the third company you guys want to talk about is Subway, which is actually an example of how people can rise up and cause fundamental shift in marketing, branding, communications. So tell us about Subway.
D
Well, Subway of course has gone woke and we are encouraging people because these are individual franchise. Now of course they do have a major umbrella over top of them, but they're basically owned by your neighbors, by people in your community. And if you go in and tell them that you don't like what's going on with what happened with Rapinoe and her not honoring our country and our flag, then you will see that they will start telling the corporate that, hey, look, I'm having a problem. This is affecting our own business. This is affecting my bottom line. And many of these small owners, they're good Americans. They're good patriotic Americans. They probably don't really agree with what's happening at the mother company anyway. So allowing your voice to be heard that way is important.
B
So I just want to make sure our audience is clear on this. This is about TV ads featuring the woke soccer player from the US Women's national team, Megan Rapinoe. Right. She was featured in their TV ads. And now the Subway franchisees are reporting that they're fed up with it and they want to end. They want to discontinue the ad campaign, correct?
C
That's correct, yes. And we need to support these franchisees. We need to do whatever we can do to support them. But also leave a message with your local franchisee owner when you go to Subway and ask them to join the effort with other franchisee owners to push back on corporate.
B
So at the recording of this interview, the ad campaign has not been discontinued, but a larger and larger number of these franchisees are starting to rise up and voice their concern. Is that right?
C
Absolutely. Yes. It's been a challenge to deal with franchise corporations because as Diane mentioned a lot of times, your franchise owners locally are conservative. They're not in alignment with what corporate is doing. But it's wonderful to see franchisees beginning to speak up. And unfortunately, Subway doesn't have. We link into a lot of corporate headquarters, so you can communicate directly with corporate headquarters. But Subway is structured in a way that they make that more difficult. So we need to help support the franchisees however we can and encourage other franchise owners to join the ones that are already pushing back to corporate.
B
Very good.
A
All right, so let's now get to Ben and Jerry's.
B
Yeah, it's your favorite company, right? Yeah.
A
They are awful.
B
They are terrible.
A
What is the Ben and Jerry's score at second vote? Zero. I could just imagine Ben and they. They are.
B
They probably have all red, flat one.
A
I don't even know if they're on second vote. Yeah, they don't deserve to be. They're terrible.
B
Are they a flat one anyways?
C
Yes, they are bad. They are. You know, if we could. Maybe we do need to come up with some sort of mark or something. Cherry on it or something.
A
They are terrible.
C
Raspberry. That's what we need.
B
For the life of me, I don't understand why these communists are like, you know, involved in business. You know, you should just do like pseudo revolutionaries co op or something. Yeah, okay. I don't want to cut you.
C
And they're a subsidiary of Unilever, which of course also scores badly, but not a flat one. But Unilever purchased them some years ago and it really. Unilever ought to be also contacted and you can contact Unilever and Ben and Jerry's. I sent a message to Ben and Jerry's last week and we are another message. But this is anti Semitism. This is a story of anti Semitism where they are advocating this boycott of Israel. And this is a religious liberty issue. This is a First Amendment issue. And we need to have people speak out strongly. And again, we have Ben and Jerry franchisees that don't like this. They don't want to see this happen. And certainly corporate unilever should not want to see this happen either. So we can communicate to Ben and Jerry's, we can communicate to Unilever, and we can also help again, support these franchisees that are pushing back.
B
Interesting that that's kind of being exposed here, is that this is a way to affect these larger companies, is to really target the. As you said, Congressman, that this is. These are our neighbors. These are normal people. This is not some, you know, faceless, large corporate villain. These are our neighbors that own these franchises. Ben and Jerry's, a franchise company all across the country. Normal people. And they want to overturn this decision by Ben and Jerry's to stop. So they stopped selling ice cream in the West Bank. I don't know if we stated that. I just want to make sure that that's clear to everybody listening. So Ben and Jerry's decided to stop selling ice cream in the west bank, and now franchisees are again rising up, which is. Which is a. Which is a vulnerability in these large companies.
A
That's right.
B
Yeah.
C
Well, corporate is hurting their local reputation. It's hurting their local business. You know, when you become a franchisee, you typically have little voice in what corporate does. But this has hurt McDonald's franchises as well. I mean, franchisees, because we score McDonald's very poorly and. But we know personally, McDonald's owners that are very conservative and the corporate behavior doesn't reflect who they are. So I think it's interesting, the franchise corporate relationship maybe needs to be reexamined in terms of what this relationship really means. That's outside of my purview, but I think the franchisees need to look at it.
B
They need to start combining forces. And really, I don't want to say unionize here. I'm just saying they need to gather their muscles. Exactly.
A
Yeah. So let's go to Delta Airlines, which is the one that's in the news right now, where Delta Airlines is saying that they're going to basically fine employees $200 a month if they don't take the highly questionable Chinese coronavirus vaccine, which is most of their black workers, by the way. It will be a tax on black workers. We're not getting. I'm not getting vaccinated. My wife and I are not getting vaccinated. If I've read this correctly, both of you have not been vaccinated. Walk us through this,
C
Charlie.
D
This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. And I've been a nurse for over 50 years and always understood immunization. So someone has the virus and they have developed a natural immunity to it, and I have the virus. And every six weeks, I give blood to the American Red Cross and I get my report back that says I have antibodies and yet I can't be considered safe. When did medicine ever get to this place where because I have natural immunity, it's not good enough? I've got to go and get a Pfizer or whichever one of the other immunizations which, by the way, we know is less than 50% reliable. At this point in time, science is just being forgotten here. We ask questions. Dave and I both having been in medicine for so many years and can't get a good solid answer about why things are the way they are. So you've got a question. What is going here? Going on here? What is happening where medicine that we have known for at least all of our careers is not really medicine? There's something behind this that is very suspicious.
C
Well, it is very difficult to discern natural immunity is better than vaccinations. And we're seeing now this need for booster shots, which does also testify to the fact these vaccination products are not as effective.
B
Well, and Dr. Black, now I just want to establish your credibility for our audience here. You are not a doctor in the same way that Dr. Jill Biden is a doctor. You are an actual medical doctor. Am I right? I mean, we were talking before, just before we started the interview. And your resume's impressive.
C
Well, yeah, My appointments are in immunology, bacteriology, pathology, pharmacology, and I'm a toxicologist by specific training, a clinical and forensic toxicologist. And there is so much of what's transpired here over the last 18 months, two years, that is very puzzling. It's. You know, they keep saying they're following the science, but I'm unaware of any science that says that a mask will stop a viral infection. I'm not aware of that science. I'm waiting to see a report that says that masks will stop. We do know it captures bacteria on the mask and then it becomes a hazardous waste product, and then they're being carried into restaurants or being dropped in parking lots. You know, the hospital you discard. You don't discard your mask in a regular trash. You put it aside. But here's something else. As a toxicologist, I know a lot of stuff that you may not want to know, but I can share it with you anyway. A smoker, somebody who smokes costs a company directly $6,000 a year. Now, what I would ask of Delta is, are you charging your employees who smoke $6,000 a year to work for you because we've got great data that shows what a smoker costs to you. So now if you're saying that these unvaccinated people are such a risk to your company and to the cost of your company, where else are you applying that reason and logic? That's seems to me a simple. In fact, $200 a month for their employees is certainly never going to cover the alleged $50,000 cost per hospital visit. I'd like to see somebody ought to look at statistics on that.
B
Same with obesity and same with a lot of other comorbidities that they're not allowed to call out and make much noise about. But we call this on this show. And Charlie actually, to his credit, coined this medical, medical apartheid.
A
Yes.
B
It's the separation of.
A
We said that on Fox News back in early July and we were destroyed for that.
B
A lot, a lot of articles were written.
A
It turns out we were exactly right, 100%.
B
And now because there's the racial element that has been inserted into this debate regarding disparities in different races and their vaccination rates. I mean, I think there's a, I think there's. This is a great way probably to use second vote is to use it to communicate to Delta and, you know, call out that they're targeting their black employees, they're targeting their Hispanics as well, have lower rates of vaccination. You know, that would be a way to use this, to use second vote. Am I right?
C
Well, we absolutely can. And we can, because this is a First Amendment issue, too. This is, you know, we have alleged rights that are being violated. It is, you know, it used to be your health care was decided between you and your physician. Now we've got politicians and everybody who sees you in a store and people who don't know your medical condition at all, who, if for some reason you know, you're not wearing your mask or they know you're not vaccinated, now you're an outcast. This is just another means to separate us. This is another means to create hatred. Everything we've discussed so far, the bank of America, all of these stories at the bottom line of a lot of this is what it does is it creates hatred for others and it divides us. There's just a lot of that going on that is at the core because this division and putting us into tribes is going to harm this country, maybe irreparably. But here's another thing you always need to remember as those of Us in the profession like to say, you know, half of all doctors graduated from medical school in the bottom half of their class. You know, we often take, oh, they're a doctor, they know everything. Well, I spent a career working with medical doctors. I can tell you they don't know everything, but, boy, they sure like to oftentimes represent they do.
D
But I think both of us are willing to see the actual studies and to be shown by the studies exactly what the real answer is. Unfortunately, we're not getting that information. We're not seeing studies that prove what it is that they're saying. You've got to question, why is it that medicine that we understood for all these past years is just being thrown out the window? I want to see the real documentation of the studies to show me that somebody who has pure antibodies that they've developed because they had the virus is not as protected as somebody who took an immunization and only gives them 44% to 50% of protection. There's something that just doesn't quite match here. So give me the science.
B
Well, another real doctor just came on the show with Charlie, Dr. Rand Paul.
A
Oh, yeah.
B
And he put the number, the age he said, listen, at over 65. Then there's. I think there's a lot of reason why you might get the vaccine under 65. That might be the dividing. That's Dr. Rand Paul's observation. Other people might agree or disagree, but to your earlier point, go ahead.
C
Yes, I agree. We are vaccinating children now with a new kind of vaccine, this messenger RNA product. And here I looked up the numbers just the other day, and there are fewer than 400 children under the age of 18 that have allegedly died as a result of COVID But we're vaccinating tens of millions of children for a remarkably small percentage of harm. And that is a just disproportionate. That isn't the practice of medicine as I've known it. I don't think you can make the argument that there's been such harm to that population that it justifies using a product that is still quite new. You know, these products did not follow the normal pathway of approval. And so it just. A lot of this is just not the medicine that we've experienced or I've experienced in my career.
B
So I just have one more question on this. So you guys are obviously really passionate about this. How are you incorporating this mandate madness that we're seeing in our culture? How are you incorporating that into the way you score companies?

Well, again, These are. I think we can argue that these are First Amendment related issues because people have lost their right to speak. We have. We're being separated out without any concern that we have the right to differ. So we have a number of these different aspects of our society that evolved here very recently that I think we can put into our First Amendment scoring system as we continue to move forward.
B
I think that's important for folks listening, that they know they can start finding out if companies are mandating craziness through the website. So that's perfect.
D
If we accept this, what else do we accept that next they mandate us to do that doesn't show scientific information to say that it is for the best interest of the entire population. And this is what worries me about this, is that this is just the beginning. If we don't speak up and we don't fight back on this, what else will they mandate us to do? To say we had the right to do it with COVID now we have the right to do it for this, because this is for the best of society. We. How do we define the best for society? So obviously, as a nurse and someone who has a PhD in medicine, none of us wanna see people sick and we certainly don't wanna see them die. But let's get the science right and let's stop using the politics and political push to make this happen.
A
Yeah, I'm afraid that, you know, you served in Congress. Most Republicans are totally gutless wonders and they're betraying their voters. They're not speaking out on this at all. Instead you have Republicans that are speaking from the House floor to go get all their constituents vaccinated by force. So, yeah, we're losing this fight because we don't have an opposition party in this country, unfortunately. I mean, for example, you know, I'm not vaccinated. I can't go to a. Neither are you. We can't go to restaurants in New York or Los Angeles. And the Republican Party seems okay with that. In fact, they seem like they're warmly embracing the creation of South Africa. So, yeah, I agree we need to fight back against it. And second vote's an important way to do it. But if we're honest with ourselves, we're in this place because we don't have a party that represents half the country. So other parts you want to get to.
B
Yeah, there's two. We're running short on time here. But there's two other really important things that we have here. There's the score yourself tool on second vote, which I took it this morning and I just. Charlie always likes to make fun of my brands and my sports teams that I support. So I scored a 2.44 out of. Out of five. But so that. So that wasn't my best word.
A
Did you drive Toyota?
B
No, that's not why. Apparently it's because my phone, my phone was not good. My streaming service was not good, but to be fair, I didn't have. There wasn't my streaming service on the option and my seasonal outfit really brought me down, apparently so. And by the way, the gas station right around the corner from me, which is Shell, was a one only scores one. So that was pretty awful. Anyways, so these things all dragged me down. I had some. I performed well with my Home Depot. I use Home Depot. I scored well with that. And I go local. I drink Lacroix.
A
I do too. Is that bad?
B
Lacroix scored well. Not great, but it's definitely better than some of the other soda. Anyways, this was a fantastic tool that you guys have on your website. I thought it was really fascinating. So basically for the audience listening, they ask you a quiz. You pick which company you use for different services and they'll actually tell you how good or how bad that company is so you can adjust your spending habits. How do people find this? How did you guys come up with this? Great.
C
Yeah, right on our website. And it's right on the. You can access it right through the front page and it's right there for you to go ahead and click it on and you'll go right to the questionnaire and it'll give you your answer right away. And it's a, it's a fun tool. And actually, I think you scored pretty well.
B
Well, thank you. I was, I was trying to be. I mean, honestly, I was trying to be very honest about how I actually shop because I wanted to know, you know, what I needed to improve on. And, you know, that was very helpful. And I think people get a lot out of that. The last thing that we had that I want to make sure we cover, you mentioned it earlier, was these. The difference between spending and investing. You guys are working on the investing part because, you know, a lot of people, we've gotten a bunch of emails where people say, well, I've got these companies in my mutual funds. Like, what am I supposed to do? This is so tied into the way, you know, my retirement and all of these things. You guys are actually creating a tool for that as well.
C
We have a tool. Well, we've actually created a family of funds and we have two exchange traded funds that have traded since last November 19th. They're on the Chicago Board of Exchange. One is a Life fund, L, Y, F, E and the other fund is Aegis. E, G, I, S, A Life fund, no company. And that fund is funding abortion. Under the Aegis fund, no company in that fund is funding radical groups that are advocating for an open border or sanctuary city or attacking law enforcement. So those two funds have done very well year to date. This year they're outperforming the S&P 500. But there are about 50 companies in each fund. We do update those quarterly. We may eventually have to remove somebody if they drift to the left or move out of our scoring. But we have other products that we are putting together also that will be available to meet different investment needs. So you can go to our website, Second Vote Funds or Second Vote Advisors and it will describe there what the funds are. But we are structuring our funds real quickly. So you understand in the Life fund the company is good on the Life issue, but they may be bad on one of our other five issues. But now we own the shares of those companies. We're going to go to their shareholder meetings and we're going to push back on their support for those other five issues or whichever issue they may be supporting. But they are good on the Life issue. On the Aegis Fund, egis, they're good on the sanctuary city border, open border issue. But we'll go in and we'll push back on other leftist agendas.
B
They only understand.
D
I think the thing that we have to remember is that this is a slow walk. It can't all happen at one time. And we just need the numbers. We need people who for instance are big pro life to be a part of this, of helping to invest their dollars in a fund where we can show that there are people out there who want funds that support life. And the more that we have in there, the bigger the voice we have. And as Dave says, you can then make a difference in the shareholder room. And so please, people, go on and take a look at and put your money, invest your money in places that are in congruency with your beliefs.
A

Episode: Exposing 6 of America's Most Woke Corporations
Date: August 28, 2021
Host: Charlie Kirk
Guests: Diane Black & Dr. David Black (SecondVote.com), Producer Andrew
In this episode, Charlie Kirk teams up with Diane and Dr. David Black of SecondVote.com to delve into what they describe as "woke" corporate behavior among six major American corporations. The theme centers on the influence of corporate America in the culture wars and argues for conservatives to use their dollars and investments as tools for change. The episode also explores strategies for identifying and countering the influence of progressive politics in popular companies, offering listeners tools to evaluate their own spending and investment habits.
Consumer Choice as Political Action: The hosts argue that purchases support or oppose social values, urging listeners to consider the ethical and political implications of where they spend and invest their money.
Corporate America's Role in the Culture War: Claims are made that major corporations have adopted divisive progressive initiatives, contributing to the "culture war" and driving a wedge among Americans.
SecondVote.com: The Blacks introduce their platform, which rates corporations based on alignment with Judeo-Christian and conservative values, and encourages direct consumer engagement with companies to express disagreement.
On Consumer Responsibility:
"If you get that ice cream... I'm never having it again. Cuz I love Jews. Unlike Ben and Jerry's, they hate Jews." (Charlie, 00:56)
On Corporate Training:
"Executives are being asked to disregard their real-world experience. That sounds like a recipe for success." (Producer Andrew, 04:56)
On Franchisees:
"McDonald’s owners... are very conservative and the corporate behavior doesn't reflect who they are." (Dr. David Black, 24:01)
On Vaccine Mandates:
"I have the virus... I get my report back that says I have antibodies and yet I can't be considered safe. When did medicine ever get to this place...?" (Diane Black, 25:05)
On Lack of Political Opposition:
"Most Republicans are totally gutless wonders and they're betraying their voters." (Charlie, 34:51)
The episode is a call to conservative listeners to awaken to the cultural power of their spending and investments. Charlie and his guests urge a shift from passive purchasing to intentional consumer and shareholder activism, with SecondVote presented as a practical tool to navigate and influence the corporate culture war.
