We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. That's why we are here. Kanye west, he's made a couple headlines in the last week. We've actually had a couple episodes dedicated to Kanye West. I actually might be one of the few political individuals that can say that. I've spent time with Kanye west and President Trump in the last year and a half. Not many people can say that. So Kanye, of course, had the media and political world totally buzzing. And look, again, we focused on this for good reason because I've had nothing but positive things to say about Kanye west. And a lot of people have said he's running because he doesn't like Trump. I didn't buy that for a second. Kanye was not running because it was anti Trump. And in fact, today an article came out. I just laugh when I see this because it's so Kanye. It was a four hour interview with a Forbes reporter. Okay, that seems short if you know Kanye. It seems like a real short gallop in Westworld. So he gave a four hour interview to Randall Lane. God bless his soul for having to condense four hours of Kanye west into an article. Now, of course, Kanye's trending on Twitter. We're gonna go through this article. I think some of it's actually brilliant, some of it is phenomenal, and some of it is so needed to just the conversation and the zeitgeist all across the country. And look, a lot of the articles that wrote it up are written by typical activist media. And we always say activist media, not mainstream media. Activist media personalities that pathologically and diabolically want to destroy Donald Trump and with it destroy Western civilization. So they all had this headline, kanye is done with Trump or Kanye dumps Trump. And it's because of the headline that Forbes led with, which is, Kanye west says he's done with Trump opens up about White House bid damaging Biden and everything in between. So look, Forbes is a respectable center right outlet. The article said nothing like that at all whatsoever. It wasn't the ethos of the article. It wasn't the spirit of the article. It wasn't the foundation of the article. This is completely and totally pathologically false. It's 100% incorrect. And this is one of the things that's wrong with headline culture, by the way. It's all about the headline. And no one actually goes deeper. It's all about the owning your friend on Facebook or social media or on a text message chain of just posting the article. And if they just see the headline, somehow it proves your point. Well, maybe you should spend the extra three minutes or 10 minutes to actually read the article. Well, thankfully, here on the Charlie Kirk show and thanks to those of you that support us on a monthly basis on charliekirk.com support you allow us to actually read the articles. Okay, so let's get down to the actual Kanye west interview that broke the Internet. And look, I think I know what Kanye is getting at here. I actually can speak from personal experience here. He is a extraordinary creative. Let's just say he thrives in formats where he's able to have free flow of consciousness. And let's just Be completely honest about this. He's an unbelievably gifted musician. He just is. His latest Christian album has done more for the gospel and for the kingdom of Jesus Christ than most mega church pastors could ever dream of. In fact, Kanye west is more bold and more courageous and more unafraid than almost any Christian pastor than I have ever met. Absent Rob McCoy or Jack Gibbs or Jerry Falwell Jr. Who's not a pastor but a Christian leader from Liberty University. Those three might be the most courageous individuals that I can think of. Absent Kanye West. So you actually read the interview. It's actually really clear that he's anti Biden, not anti Trump. So here's just some of the top line points of interest. First of all, he does say that he's running for president in 2020 under a new banner, the Birthday Party, with guidance from Elon Musk and an obscure vice presidential candidate. He's already chosen, quote, like anything I've ever done in my life, says West. I'm doing to win again. I'm not laughing because I'm making a mockery of it. We should learn that anyone running for president can become president of the United States. That's not why I'm doing it. I'm laughing because I know Kanye, and I could just see him saying this. That's why I'm laughing. Some people say, oh, he's no longer supporting Trump. He said, quote, I'm taking off the red hat in this interview. Okay, well, you go deeper. He actually has very fond things to say about Donald Trump. He says he's never voted before in his life. That would be a first. I think that would be the first president ever to not be registered or to vote. He said he was sick with COVID 19 in February. He said he's very suspicious of the coronavirus vaccine because he said it could be the mark of the beast. And he said once he wins the White House, he will organize the White House off of the secret country Wakanda. In Black Panther, west denies that this is a publicity stunt for his upcoming album. For those of you that are saying, oh, Charlie, why are you spending so much time on this? Just so you understand, Kanye west is probably one of the most accomplished, if not the most accomplished musician in the modern era, and definitely someone who has done more in the fashion, media, and influence industry than anyone I can think of. This is what Kanye says in the interview. It's pretty incredible. I'm not saying Trump's in my way. He may be part of my way. And Joe Biden, like, come on, man, please. You know, Obama's special, Trump's special. We say Kanye west is special. America needs special people that lead Bill Clinton special. Joe Biden not special. So I gotta do a billboard campaign at Turning Point action. This is Joe Biden not special. Kanye West. I just. I think it'd be brilliant. It's just such a perfect Kanye west quote. Now, some of the most scathing remarks Kanye west reserved for Democrats. Now, mind you, the activist media, Don Lemon, and the grifting con men had nothing to say about this. Kanye west, one of the most accomplished black rappers, is signaling that there's something happening in the black community, something real, something substantial. Kanye said this. That is a form of racism and white supremacy and white control. To say that all black people need to be Democrat and to assume that me running is splitting the vote. All that information is being charged up on social media platforms by Democrats. And Democrats used to tell me. The same Democrats that have threatened me. By the way, the reason why this is the first day I registered to vote is because I was scared. I was told that if I voted on Trump, my music career would be over. I was threatened into being in one party. I was threatened as a celebrity into being in one party. I was threatened as a black man into the Democrat Party. And that's what the Democrats are doing emotionally to my people, threatening them to the point where this white man can tell a black man, if you don't vote for me, you, you're not black. Boom. That right there should have been the headline right there. Kanye West. The headline should have been, Joe Biden thinks I'm not black cuz I'm not gonna support him. That's what a fair headline would have been. Not that he's dumping Trump. It's just not the ethos of the article at all. Kanye said, I would run as a Republican if Trump wasn't there. I'll run as an independent if Trump is there. So basically, Kanye saying he's more Republican than Democrat. That's a really big headline, everybody. Kanye's never said this before. Kanye also said Trump is the closest president we've had in years to allowing God to still be part of the conversation. Huge. Now, mind you, Randall Lane did make the connection good for him. Where he said, he also admits that it's okay with siphoning off black votes in the Democrat nominee, thus helping Trump, End quote. And Kanye said directly this. I'm not denying it. I just told you. To say that the black vote is Democrat is a form of racism and white supremacy. Now, in another section, the reporter just gets it totally wrong. He titles the section how the Race will be Decided. Here's what Kanye actually says. Kanye, let's see if the appointing is at 2020 or if it's 2024, because God appoints the President. If I win in 2020, then it was God's appointment. If I win in 2024, then that was God's appointment. Kanye is a deeply spiritual person. At this point in his life, he has led worship services all across the country, from New York to Chicago to la. What Kanye is saying, what I believe he's saying, is in a Christian sense, he is leaving room for God to decide if he's supposed to be president in 2020 or 2024. He's also leaving room for this to be Trump's years. Kanye said this about Planned Parenthood. Huge indictment of Planned Parenthood. Quote, planned Parenthoods have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the devil's work. Kanye continued, I'm pro life because I followed the word of the Bible. Amen, Kanye West. Amen. Kanye also said, I'm focused on protecting America first with our great military. Let's focus on ourselves first. KANYE WEST, TRUMP, 2020, anybody? I mean, he's basically using the Trump platform here, which is great. God bless him. More disruptive people out there that are echoing what is right and good in the world is a good thing. Now, mind you, the reporter put a comma there, but I don't think that should be there. Kanye is endorsing the America first doctrine of President Trump. He is reusing it. It's also interesting to see Kanye's take on vaccines. Now, let me just tell you, it's a very complicated subject, and I think that it's wrong for the state to make mandates, but I do think it's interesting that Kanye comes that far out against vaccines. This is an argument that is likely to come full circle when a vaccine is eventually announced and approved by the government for public use. Reports indicate that 60 to 75% of the population will need to take the vaccine for it to be effective in essentially stopping the spread of the Chinese virus. Here's what Kanye had to say about it. Quote, it's so many of our children that are being vaccinated and paralyzed. So when they say that they're going to fix Covid with a vaccine, I'm extremely cautious. That's the mark of the Beast. They want to put chips inside of us. They want to do all kinds of Things to make it where we can't cross the gates of heaven. I'm sorry when I say that they, the humans, the. That had the devil inside them. And the sad thing is that the saddest thing is that they won't all make it to heaven and that there'll be some of us that do not make it. Next question. That's awfully bold for Kanye West. Interestingly enough, Elon Musk, who would be Kanye's pick to run NASA, has a company that literally puts chips inside people's heads. It's called Neuralink. And this is from just May 7th this year from the Daily Mail. Elon Musk says his Neuralink company will do human brain implants within a year. So to help cure injuries. And the device could eventually enable symbiosis with artificial intelligence. Elon Musk spoke on Joe Rogan's podcast about his company, neuralink. Musk also said that his firm will have a brain implant ready within a year. The chip could fix brain injuries that would result in ailments of the body. And Musk also noted that he could become a full brain interface in just 25 years. That is something that is very horrifying. So maybe it's just an interesting tidbit and not that there's much to make of it, but perhaps Kanye is not aware, or maybe it's just an ongoing debate between him and Elon Musk. Now here's Kanye on schools. Now listen very carefully. Kanye saying he loves the Constitution. This is so refreshing versus the left wing nonsense that we hear about deleting and destroying our history. Kanye says the schools, the infrastructure, was made for us to not truly be all we could be and just enough to work for the corporations that design the school systems. We're going to tear that up. He means the system. He means the corporate system. Don't totally agree with that, but that's fine. What we'll do here is not going to tear up the Constitution. What we do is amend, he does say some fondness for the Constitution. Now Kanye has some very firm words for TikTok. He calls it torture porn. Coming in hot, Kanye. He also says this on Black History Month. Oh, one other thing on Black History Month that is torture porn too. Because when that comes up is we do what we see. And by the way, if I get that vibe, that's the process that we're gonna do. A beautiful, uplifting, fun, creative process as a people, as America, collectively, and show the world how great we are. So here we go. Black History Month every year they gotta remind us about the fact that we couldn't vote. They meaning white supremacy construct. And I said that with the CT at the end. I knew what I was, what I was talking about. Our minds are so much more infinite than, than what's coming across TikTok or Instagram, what's trying to influence our children and the next generation of who we are. So this is a theme that we've been talking about a lot on the Charlie Kirk Show. And the bottom line is this is when Kanye finished with this. Reinstate in God's state, in God's country, the fear and the love of God in all schools and organizations, and you chill the fear and love of everything else. So in closing this. Look, Kanye's a little wild. We know that he's a little bit off the wall, but there is a lot of wisdom in what he's saying. It's asymmetrical, it's disruptive. It's not part of the Democrats plan. All of those things should be applauded. All of those things should be appreciated. All of those things should be understood. Let's just play some tape of him from the Oval Office when he got condemned and ridiculed so much when he was wearing his MAGA hat. Let's just do a little flashback to that Playtape.
