We are broadcasting live from Palm Beach. It seems as if it is the center of the galaxy here in sunny southern Florida. All right, I just want to, I just want to remind everybody here something very, very important. If it is not on Donald Trump's Truth Social, it's not yet true. Now, it might be true. However, it's not yet true. A lot of people are cattle walling over the night, over the evening about someone is getting this position. If it's not on Donald Trump's Truth Social, the decision has not been finalized. Someone might be leaking it. Somebody might want that job. Someone might be leaking it because they think they have the job or they think it's a way to try to get the job if they leak it. So just keep an eye on Donald Trump's Truth Social. Again, some of the reporting can be fun, it can be accurate, but just keep your eye closely on that. There's an outrageous story that is bubbling up here. And if it is real, and I believe it is real, because we have evidence from the last administration that is correct, this is why the transition is so important. This is why we've moved our entire operation down to Florida to try to help any way we can. The government is already voicing to the media that they will undermine Donald Trump if he were to make decisions that they do not like. According to CNN and msnbc, CNN has a story that has not been independently verified by NBC News, which add that, quote, defense officials have held, quote, informal discussions about how the DoD would respond if Donald Trump issues orders to deploy active duty troops domestically and fire large swaths of apolitical staff. The commander in chief has the right to fire anybody he wants in the federal government, let alone the Department of Defense. He is the commander in chief. He is the top of the United States military. It could not be more explicit. Now, many of you think we have three branches of government. But the fight now, now that we won the election, the fight in front of us is not just about winning elections. It's what is the form of government we are going to have. And we have two options. The first option is that we'll continue this super government of administrative, unelected bureaucrats, or we will restore the form and the structure and the promise and the intent of the Founding Fathers. We have civilian control of the military for a reason. Blake is making some very, very good points here. I think we have Blake here. I want to have him chime in a second. Elected leaders run the military. You see, we do not have a military junta that runs the United States of America. We have a civilian control of the military. Why is that important? 1 3rd world dictatorships. The military just controls the country because they have the weapons, they have the guns, they have the tanks, they have the drones, they have the missiles. So we're in charge. The military says, but no, the founders were so smart, they said, no, we can't just have a bunch of generals running the country because that's bad and they're not accountable to the people. So we put the people's representative, the president, in charge of the United States military. When defense staffers think that they have the right to ignore a president, that is mutiny. And it can only be responded by firing them immediately. These unelected staffers in the Pentagon, they did not win an election. They did not campaign and get elected by people. But they want the people at the Pentagon, they want Donald Trump to play president on TV and allow the administrative state to run the government. And this is the tension that is unfolding right in front of us. Everybody. This is the game that is unfolding right in front of us. Which direction are we going to take? Will Donald Trump be able to fulfill the mandate? Or are we going to go the way where Donald Trump is swallowed and enveloped and suffocated by an unelected, unaccountable fourth branch of government? Trump has the legitimacy to run the US Government. Now, mind you, when you defy a commander in chief, it could very well be treason. And now Trump has a mandate to take the reins of this fourth branch of government and to restore us back to our constitutional intent. But it is going to be a battle from the intel community, from the National Security Adviser, the National Security Agency. They're going to spy on Trump. They're going to listen to every single phone call Trump has. They're going to bug Trump's office, they're going to do all that stuff. And so from day one, we need to rip that thing down to first principles and anticipate that this is going to be a 15 round battle against the intel agencies. Remember what Chuck you Schumer said. Let's get the Chuck the Chuck Schumer clip. The the intel agencies have six ways from Sunday to get back at you. And that's why these selections are so critically important. President Trump is off to a terrific start. Blake is with us. Blake, say hello to everybody. Hi, Charlie. So, Blake, talk about the profound constitutional importance of having a citizen led military.
Unknown Speaker
Yeah, you're exactly right, Charlie. It's going all the way back. One of the most important and underrated things that George Washington ever did was after he wins the Revolutionary War, he just resigns and he goes home. War is done. It was the Congress at the time, they were in control of the military. And that was one of the most important precedents that was set in the Constitution. The elected politician, civilian president is the explicit commander in chief of the armed forces. One of the most. We've repeatedly had that tested. During the Civil War, you would have these generals who would think Lincoln was an idiot, he didn't know what he was doing. You even had some insane ones who would say, like, things would be so much better if we had the military running Washington. It never happened. You had the senior generals who would shut this down and they would say, we are fighting to have a civilian control of the military. And now we have these bureaucratic urchins in Washington who are, they're literally saying, oh, what if Trump, what if he fires our career apolitical staffers? Well, as we've seen the last few years, one of the problems with the Pentagon is a lot of the apolitical people are not very apolitical. They have their own agendas. They think they have the right to set US Foreign policy, US Surveillance policy, US Military policy. They don't. The United States President gets to set those things. And if they're going to stand in the way of the US President setting those things, they need to be shoved aside. And if they're going to try to resist him in any more formal manner, that's not just a matter of you should be fired. In some cases, it's going to be a matter of you should be court martialed for it.
Charlie Kirk
Let's play this tape here. Remember, this was Chuck Schumer, right, during the Trump transition. Everybody, the bad guys are trying to recreate 2017 all over again. They are trying to recreate where Donald Trump is not the elected sovereign president. And if we are not flawless, there is no margin of error for us to be able to thread this needle right into January 20th. Then the intel agency is going to win. It's the intel community right now that is plotting against Donald Trump. The nsa, the Central Intelligence Agency, the FBI, the Department of Justice, the Department of Defense, the Pentagon, they're leaving little landmines for Donald Trump all around the government right now. This is exactly what Dwight D. Eisenhower warned us of. And Donald Trump won a mandate to fight all of this. And it is going to be a battle. That's why all of you, yes, keep celebrating. We're going to keep on enjoying this. But understand what is coming ahead of us, that the forces are being marshaled to try to subvert Donald Trump, undermine him and prevent his presidency from getting started, to stop it right out of the gate. When you devote so much of your budget and your national attention to the defense industry, the powers inside that establishment calcify and get corrupted over decades. Play cut 365 take on the intelligence community.
Chuck Schumer
They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. So even for a practical, supposedly hard nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this.
Unknown Speaker
What do you think the intelligence community.
Charlie Kirk
Would do if they were?
Chuck Schumer
I don't know. But I, from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them.
Charlie Kirk
That was a threat and remember, they made good on that threat. Russiagate and the entrapment of Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn six days into the first Trump administration was foreshadowed on that clip. Everyone, we have to be on our guard right now because the intel community is not just going to roll over and hand the keys to the kingdom of Donald Trump. There'll be little surprises left for every single Trump staffer. Blackmail files, listening on phone calls. That's why fulfilling the mandate is so critically important. And I'm not speculating. This is a CNN report of Pentagon officials saying we are going to undermine the president, that we're in charge, not you. The fight is just beginning, everybody.
Gretchen

Okay, so tomorrow is the Senate Majority Leader selection. And the people in the running are John Thune, John Cornyn, and Rick Scott. Now, if you combine them all together, there are big differences between all of them. Rick Scott, obviously, I hope he wins. I don't know if he'll be able to get the votes. We'll see. He's definitely surging in the momentum. However, the United States Senate, they've been leaking stories back at us. Those of us that have been pushing Rick Scott basically saying, oh, no, we won't be bullied into being told what to do. Wait a second. So you won't listen to your voters. You won't listen to what are the voters want and what they are demanding. The United States Senate is not some sort of super government that is immune from the will of the people. Elections are not bullying. And this goes back to the fundamental point that we talked about in the first segment. Where can the military subvert and undermine the will of the American people? This is exactly what Dwight D. Eisenhower warned against an unelected, technocratic, scientific elite. Is it we the people or we the bureaucrats? This is why, even though we do not have a president right now, we have Joe Biden, who's not a president. You don't really notice because Joe PI's not running anything. He's a ceremonial role who eats ice cream and sits on a beach. That's it. The real power is in the unelected play cuts. 363 from CNN.
Unknown Speaker
Look, I don't like this because what's Donald Trump supposed to think? You know, he's sitting down there, he's a president elect, and now he's got to read the newspaper tonight that the unelected bureaucracy of the federal government is having meetings at some level about how to thwart or countermand the commander in chief. If you were in his shoes and you just won the popular vote with a clear mandate and now you got to read that these unelected bureaucrats are plotting against you, what would you think?
If they have problems, I think there's a reason. Well, I agree that that's maybe not the best way to do it. However, Trump has set them up to be in this situation where they think that he's coming after them. And he's talked about using the military.
He's the president.
Charlie Kirk
Yes, yes, but do you see that? And that's Gretchen who used to be on Fox News. Oh, he deserves it. He deserves to be undermined. He deserves to be leaked against, smeared. He deserves to have his orders not fulfilled. So who is the boss here? And by the way, if you don't like working for Donald Trump, then go resign. Just go resign. Go write your own book. But they have such disgust for not just Trump, but for the United States Constitution discussed for the fundamental premise of the Founding Fathers. The Founding father set up a system of 3 CO/ of government. Not one is greater than the other. But Woodrow Wilson over 100 years ago started a different form of government, which was, as we call it, the administrative state, otherwise known as the deep state, where that a council of experts that went to the best schools who know better than you, will be able to plan out the economy, plan out scientific affairs, plan out pandemic response, plan out education, plan out transportation, plan out your daily life. And that's how we got all these different departments. Department of Education, Department of Interior, Department of Homeland Security. So the departments are these expert class that are supposed to be running your, your world, your country. How have they done? Have they done a good job? The Trump mandate is that we're going to tear it all down, that the experts don't share your values, number one. And they're not even good at their job, number two. But they feel as if they are the sovereign, they believe that no matter what the American people think, they look at you as an annoyance. That's why they're okay with sending $200 billion to Ukraine and keeping tens of millions of people coming across southern border illegally because they think of you as an annoyance. And what Trump is up against is a realignment that is greater than just politics. It's can he change the form of government back to what the founding fathers designed? That is the Herculean effort of what the transition team is trying to do. That is the Herculean effort of what Donald Trump is trying to do, what he's trying to embark on. It's not just about being a great president and delivering for the American people. It's for example, when the great Tom Homan gives an order and says, we're going to deport XYZ people who are murderers and rapists, what if someone decides not to follow the order? No, we don't like that. What if, when Tom Homan says we're going to get rid of catch and release, what if a bureaucrat says, meh, I don't like that order. What you're talking about is the downfall and the disappearance of a citizen led government. We have it coming back though, and we have this opportunity. Donald Trump won. We won. We, the people won. But I want you to be on guard. And this is going to take an hour by hour fight on this program and on our social media to make sure that what the people want, the people get.
Gretchen

Okay. Joining us now is the new border Czar, a great man and a great American, Tom Homan. Tom, welcome back to the program and congratulations.
Tom Homan
Thank you very much. And thanks for what you and your organization has done. You guys were game changers in selection, so hats off to you.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you, Tom. That means a lot. And we worked as hard as we did so people like you can go do the next step. And I mean that. We have full faith in you. So, Tom, let's get started here. This last administration had the worst managed border in American history. Roughly 8 to 10 million people have come across. What are the steps necessary to fix this? You know this in great detail better than anybody else. And everybody understand. The chief of staff was announced number two, Tom Homan number one, then Tom Homan, number two. That's the priority of this administration. So, Tom, please walk our audience through that.
Tom Homan
Well, look, Trump knows I spent 34 years on border security and national security. I was a born collagen. I was an ICE agent. I was the first ICE director, actually came up through the ranks. So the 20,000 men and women worked for me. I didn't ask them to do anything I didn't do myself because I was one of them. So, look, I think what we need to do, rather than, you know, taking a bucket and bail water out of the boat, we need to plug the hole. That's the first thing we're gonna do. I say first thing, but there's a couple first things. We're going to secure the border, and we'll start day one at the same time, we're going to start the deportation operations in the interior. The border quickly remained in Mexico. We got to get back in place. President Trump had to get with Mexico and make that happen. That was a game changer on the Trump administration. If you want to claim asylum, go ahead and claim asylum, but you can wait in Mexico. And what people don't realize is about three months into that program, many people stop coming. They stop selling everything they own, their life savings to give it to the criminal cartels to. To be smuggled into the United States because most of them know they don't qualify for asylum. They're coming in for a job, they're coming for a better life. And I get that, but it's not asylum. If you look at immigration court data, it clearly says 9 out of 10 people, 9 out of 10 people who claim asylum at the border end up getting an order of removal because they simply don't qualify for asylum. So remain in Mexico is a game changer. The third state country agreements that was A game changer. President Trump had the three triangle countries in Mexico agree that if you're escaping, if you're really escaping fear and persecution from your home government in El Salvador and you get to Mexico, have you not escaped that fear and persecution, you should be claiming asylum with the first free country coming. That was a game changer. We want to stop catching release day one. If you cross the border, you either going to be immediately returned or you're going to be detained. You're not going to be released. And finally, the border wall. We got to get the border wall finished. A lot of the wall that's already up. Biden administration didn't finish the technology that goes in that wall, the technology that tells us some of climbing it, digging under it. Most importantly, the communications equipment inside that wall where Border Patrol agents can talk to one another. Because a lot of mountains and valleys where they lose radio contact, that's an officer safety issue. So we got to get technology that existing the wall and finish building the wall according to the Border Patrol's operational plan walls. Every place we built a wall and anybody go to cbp.gov and look at it, every place there's been a structure put up. Illegal immigration went down, illegal drug flow went down. But most importantly for those that think Trump's inhumane, the border wall saves lives. Because the most vulnerable, the women and children, can't get over that wall, which means they go to a place where there's not a wall. And guess what's waiting for them? United States Border Patrol. Who's going to take care of the humanitarian health first, then they're going to deal with immigration issues. So we're going to put Trump has already proven the most successful president in my lifetime. Most unprecedented success on the border. 45 year low. Illegal immigration, illegal imm degrees and down as much as 90%. We had the game plan, but this time we got to finish the game plan at the same time kick off the biggest deportation operation this country has ever seen.
Charlie Kirk
Let's get into that. So we have literally foreign drug organizations and cartels taking over apartment buildings in Aurora, Colorado. What authority does the federal government have to remove trespassers that are domiciled here illegally? Is it absolute? And what if a city says you the federal government are not welcome in our city?
Tom Homan
Two things. Yes. If they're in the country legally, no one's gonna stop bison take them in a cussing removal. I said this this morning on a show. You know, I see all these, you know, the governors, mayor speak up. They're Gonna put, you know, they're gonna put all these roadblocks up for the administration. Look, I can't believe any elected official, whether you're a mayor or a governor, will stand on stage and say, I'm going to block guys from doing what they do. Because under the Trump administration's first four years, nine out of 10, nine out of 10 people we arrested was the convicted criminal or pending criminal charges. I don't understand why any elected official will say, no, I don't want a public safety threat taken off my streets. I don't want a national security threat taken off my streets, because that's going to be the priorities on the interior enforcement operation. We're going after the public safety threats and the national security threat first because they propose the most dangerous United States. Any politician wants to stand away, go ahead and stand the way. You're not going to stop it. If you're not going to help us, get the hell out of the way, because Isaac is going to do the job. You want to be a sanctuary city. You don't want our officers in the jail. You want to lease them into the public. Okay, so I'll double the manpower for that city. Because now we've got to go in the neighborhood and find them. Because you put my officer at risk. You put the community at risk. They're not going to stop ice. We're going to take the handcuffs off ICE that's been on them for the last four years and let them do their job. And one point, you know, they kept saying the Biden administration, Alejandro Mayorkas, who should have been impeached, removed three years ago, he says ISIS going concentrate on the worst of the worst. We're going to concentrate solely on the criminals. If you didn't commit a criminal offense, you're free and I can't arrest you. However you look at the stats, the government's own data, the removal of criminal aliens, those convicted of crimes, is down 74% under this administration. So we got a huge target area we need to go attack right away.
Charlie Kirk
So just to be technically clear, let's just say if the city of Oakland declares themselves a sanctuary city, is there anything that they can legally do to prevent the federal government from coming in and removing a rapist who has a deportation notice on him or her?
Tom Homan
No. Federal law always trumps any state or local law. We're going to do the job. We're going to enforce the laws enacted by Congress without apology.
Charlie Kirk
That, and that's very heartwarming to hear then how in the first administration Were sanctuary cities allowed to be tolerated? Because, Tom, I imagine you're not going to put up with that. You'll say, that's nice. Okay, you guys can call whatever you want.
Tom Homan
Here's where. Here's the first administration. Of course, the left went nuts when I made a, I said something on a Fox interview. And I said this. When I was a special agent, I arrested a lot of US Citizens for harboring illegal aliens, either in their place of employment or their homes. Harboring an illegal alien is a felony. So what I said on a new show one day, I said, okay, so how is it different from US Citizen harboring somebody? It's a felony. But a county jail, who has illegal aliens in there that won't let ICE in that jail, how is that not harboring? So what I'm asking for is DOJ to look at, is that harboring or not, and take action. President Trump actually filed a lawsuit against Sanctuary City to pull all their federal funding and take legal action. However, he didn't win his second time around. And Joe Biden, when He wrote those 94 executive orders establishing everything we created give us the most secure border, he told DOJ to drop that lawsuit. That lawsuit has to go back in place. But I cannot believe any law enforcement agency is going to refuse another federal law enforcement agent to get into a county jail and talk to the guy that you, that you locked up. You locked him into jail. So obviously the public safety threat, why you won't give us access to it. Now, some of these sanctuary shares say, well, we're a sanctuary city. We want victims and witnesses of alien crime to feel free to come to us without thinking we're working with ice. That is just a stone call, stone cold lie, because the victims and witnesses of alien crime, they don't want the bad guy released either. I mean, that's common sense. We don't want to talk to the victim witness. We want to talk to the guy that you locked in a jail cell. And when you're done with them, we want him. Not only will we remove him from the community so he can't reoffend, we're going to remove him from the country.
Charlie Kirk
Tom, this is, this is wonderful to hear. So, for example, J.B. pritzker last week, right after Trump won, said, we're going to fight the federal government. We, you know, we are welcome to all people. Basically, that's just rhetoric. And the federal government can come in and has the authority to be able to take criminals, especially and get them out of the country. And I just Want to reiterate one more thing. This is really a question of the will, isn't it, Tom? The law is on your side. You just have to have which we have the mandate from the people and the will to enforce the law. Is that correct?
Tom Homan
Yeah. And I think the staff, the President's putting together between Steve Miller, myself and Christine Alm, we have the will. The issue is going to be constant lawsuits that's going to delay action. It's going to be the miscommunication, the misinformation by the left. Look, I've seen it already, right? How we're going to go and have the US army going through neighborhoods to look for people different US and have the army arrest people. It's just what's happening, right? So what needs to be different this time about the American will is we need to be transparent. We need to have a weekly briefing and telling the American people exactly what we're doing. We said we're going to concentrate in public safety trust and national security trust. Look what we've done. The removal of criminal analysts is up 130%. We need to have constant communication with the public, the American people, so we don't lose faith in them. Let know exactly what we're doing it, how we're doing it. And that is humane operation. And that's how we keep the support American people, the left, the far left, the woke. You know, it doesn't. They don't matter to me, right? And I don't care what they think about me. I never have. They can't cancel if you don't, you know, if you don't care. And I don't care what they think. We got to message this, right, Charlie. We're looking for people like you to help us control the. Control the narrative, what we're doing and speak truth to the American people. Because the truth is going to matter.
Charlie Kirk
I want your reaction to this clip, Tom. Play cut 369, please.
Unknown Speaker
One who intends to come take away the freedom and opportunity and dignity of Illinoisans. I would remind you that a happy warrior is still a warrior. You come for my people. You come through me.
Tom Homan
One minute.
Charlie Kirk
Your reaction, Tom?
Tom Homan
Game on. We got no problem going through him. I got 20,000 men and women in ice are going to do their job with no apology. Congress has enacted a law that protects this country. People need to understand. But what if they're not criminal aliens? Look, entering this country legally is a crime. Every illegal alien in this country committed a crime to get here. So they're all criminals. And look, there's some worse than others. I get that. And even if they're not a criminal alien, when you, when you cross that border and you overwhelm the Border Patrol just because you're a simply illegal alien, not a criminal, when you overrun the, overrun the border Patrol, that's when they get busy changing diapers, making baby phones, making hospital runs, making transportation runs. That's when the fentanyl comes across to kill a quarter million people. That's when you got 600% increase in sex trafficking. That's when you have a record number of terrorists crossing the border. People on terrorist watch list. Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime. We're going to enforce a law without apologies. And the day Donald Trump takes that oath, we're in a go, we're in a go mode. And if any government wants to stand away, go ahead and do it. We'll see what happens. I'm not going to be intimidated. The men and women, I think, going to be intimidated. We're going to do our job the way President Trump has committed to the American people. We have a mandate and we're going to do it.
Charlie Kirk

He's President, he walks into the outer room of the Capitol building and sitting on his desk are a bunch of executive orders waiting for him to sign. If you get your way, what are those executive orders, Tom Homan?
Tom Homan
Well, we discussed in the beginning we're going to end, catch, release, we're going to file lawsuits in sanctuary cities, we're going to reprioritize the ICE priorities that the Secretary destroyed. We're going to. One of the things I think he needs to really look at is building the detention capacity and having DoD issuing Title 5, which allows DoD to assist us in many ways. Look, we have a, we have a limited number of agents. The more we have, the better we can do. So DOD's helped the President on the border many times. So if him, by issuing the Title 5 declaration, DoD can do the transportation, whether it's ground or air, they can help build the infrastructure, soft side facilities. The Army Corps engineers can help build that wall and that what that does when they can do the transportation, they can do the intelligence and they can do the infrastructure that releases our badges and guns to the street. Because right now a lot of border patrol agents, a lot of ICE agents are doing administrative type stuff that needs to be, but it doesn't need to be done by badge and gun. We need executive order to vastly contract out processing. It doesn't take a badge and a gun to process somebody criminal database and take their fingerprints and run an ncic. We can contract that work out again taking thousands of morbidities off their desks and get them back on the field and contracting out the feed and carrying of these people. There's a lot of things the President can do on day one to release the guns and badges to do their national security duty, rather than it's all this administrative garbage they've been forced to deal with under the Biden administration.

So Tom, in closing here, again the audience is just thrilled and so am I. And we have this opportunity to fix this final question legislatively. President Trump is going to Washington D.C. tomorrow as a triumphant return. What, if anything, realistically would you like to see Congress do? We're going to have a slight majority in the House, a reasonable majority in the Senate. One of the first bills they're going to pass is going to be some sort of a border bill. What would you like to see from a funding perspective or from a policy change perspective that make sure that we can close the southern border and make these changes permanent?
Tom Homan
Excellent question. Because what we do, what we're seeing is executive order, executive order, executive order. And every president can overturn the other president. There are three things that the Congress can do that would fix 85% of this border. They needed to change the TVPRA, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. They had a good intention that says this. If you're a child of. If it's as retained that you're a child of trafficking, you have certain rights and certain appeals to the government that you can get to stay here. But here's what the TBPR says. If it's as retained, you are not a victim of trafficking. If you're from Mexico, you're immediately removed. If you're from Canada, you're immediately removed. But if you're from any other country, even though we ascertained you're not a victim of trafficking, you got this whole process that takes years. You're going to end up stay here forever. That is a magnet that has increased the unaccompanied alien children trafficking. Over 500,000 children trafficked across this border by criminal cartels, and this administration can't find them. That's another thing President Trump's going to do. On top of securing the border and doing deforestation operation, we're going to find those children and save them because many of them are forced labor. Many of them are sex trafficking, sex trafficking. Many are living with pedophiles. These children are living life of hell. We're going to go find them and save them. The second thing Congress can do is change the asylum law. The asylum law, when you first get to the border, you make an asylum claim. The burden of proof is very, very low because we don't want send somebody back to their home country, be persecuted. So they set the threshold so low, it's ridiculous. The cartels would teach these people a few key phrases to say pass that first interview, you get released. Then when you get to court, if you show up in court, that threshold of proof is much higher. And 90% fail in court. And that's a true number. 90% will pass the first interview they get to court. 90% fail. So we need to make that first interview threshold the same as the judicial threshold. And that would help solve the problem. Finally, the Florida settlement agreement, the Florist settlement agreement says we can't detain family units in a residential facility long enough to see a judge. They said we can only hold them for 20 days. The way the system is set up, it takes almost 40 days to have someone see a judge. So change that. Let us keep them in family residential center. Not going to be in the jail, to be in an open campus family residential center. Let us keep them long enough to see a judge. 90% will lose. We'll put them on airplane, send them home. The reason I know that will work because under Obama administration, when we've had the first surge, we built family residential centers. We held them long enough to see a judge, we put them on airplane and sent them home. The border numbers tanked. Then the ninth Circuit comes back and says, no, he's going to home in 20 minutes or 20 days.

Amend the TVPRA: Adjusting the criteria to prevent abuse of asylum claims, thereby reducing the number of false or exaggerated asylum applications.
Revise Asylum Laws: Raising the burden of proof to align initial asylum interviews with judicial standards, minimizing loopholes exploited by cartels.
Florida Settlement Agreement: Extending the detention period for families to ensure timely judicial proceedings and effective deportations.
Homan emphasizes the direct correlation between border security and national safety, linking illegal immigration to increased crime rates and threats.
