Let's dive into what happened yesterday. The pace at which Trump is operating is hard to keep up at. It is a breakneck pace. For some time, a rallying call of the conservative movement has been to end the medical mutilation that is happening in our country. I want to rewind back to 2018 or 2019. The trans movement looked ascendant in this country. It looked as if it was the most popular thing happening. There was no way that we could stop it. That Drag Queen story hour was going to go down with prayer in public places that it is. The new religious ceremony was dudes in dresses around our children. There was no stopping the trans movement. In fact, if you dare spoke out against the trans mafia, they would come to your home, they would call you names, and you are a hater and you are a bigot. It started with bathrooms, and then it went to public schools and then Drag Queen Story hour. And then we started to see these stories of people that actually under the age of 18, went through medical butchery, otherwise known as gender transition. All of this was a concerted and focused attempt to undermine the nuclear family. Now, Karl Marx wrote extensively in his writings that the family was a capitalist institution, that the family was a form of ownership, that in the ideal Marxist society, there would be no parents over children. It would all be communal, that no woman would belong to one another. The trans movement at its core took advantage, took advantage of the generosity and the benevolence. The trans movement took advantage of the good heartedness of America. And things started to change. They started to change when we saw Thomas win the national championship and steal the national championship from Riley Gaines. Things started to change when we started to see 14, 15 and 16 year olds have to undergo surgery and have irreversible damage to them. And yet the forces against us seemed insurmountable. All of corporate America, from Target to the major institutions of our country, from the White House, which changed Easter, to the Transgender Day of Awareness, we felt as if that this was an inevitability. But many of you fought back and we certainly did at Turning Point usa, and we did here on the Charlie Kirk Show. We started to consolidate the top leaders, thinkers, authors together, from Dr. Miriam Grossman to Abigail Schreier, the top thought leaders that understood what was actually happening to our children. And we went down to base fundamental truths. There was a moment where we could not talk about this on social media. Still to this day, it is hard to talk about this topic on YouTube. YouTube will get you. They'll issue a strike. They could ban you, they could demonetize you. And these tens of thousands of poor kids became annuities for Big Pharma. All across the country, kids were being put into the butcher assembly line to have their breasts chopped off, to undergo unspeakable medieval butchery by people who call themselves doctors to be administered Lupron or testosterone replacement therapy. And we started to fight back. We had psychopathic doctors making viral TikTok videos bragging about, I'm not even going to say this on air, but taking people's breasts off. This is child abuse. And we've said for a while it must come to an end. The Democrat Party embraces this degenerate dudes in thongs dancing in front of your 8 year old that is a core religious pillar of the modern Democrat party. And it seemed as if we had no way to fight back on a federal level. There were some states that started to fight back until President Donald Trump, until President Donald Trump won. The election was sworn in just nine days ago. What we saw last evening was without a doubt one of the most inspiring triumphs of the family movement in modern history. President Donald Trump signed a spectacular and almost too good to be true, wide ranging, focused executive order against the medieval chemical castration and butchery of our children. And don't take my word for it. Matt Walsh, who's a very, very tough grader, said, quote, read through the entire executive order on child mutilation. Spectacular stuff. I couldn't have written it any better. Trump is literally doing everything he can do in his position to put a stop to this barbarism. Now it's up to Congress to finish the job. Now, remember, this went in steps. First they said that you must accept it and then you must tolerate it. Tolerate it, you must accept it. Then you must celebrate the trans agenda. Then you must participate in the trans agenda, ever slowly moving the Overton window, where that which was unthinkable and unspeakable became mainstream. But we, the parents of America, the moms and dads who have children of this country, rose up in record numbers and voted for Donald Trump. And President Trump did not just deliver last evening, he sent a clarion call message to every weak knee, wobbly Republican politician across the country that we will end child mutilation in this country. These are kids that have mental issues, that have a brain problem, not a body problem. And yet they go after surgery for 13 year olds in these child clinics across the country. While they don't treat the underlying bipolar, schizophrenia, generalized anxiety disorder, depression and so on and so forth, they go after butchering the body. And it goes towards a more fundamental executive order that President Trump signed early on that God created male and female. There is not a third category. If you are a man, surgery will not make you a woman. If you are a woman, surgery will not make you a man. Those chromosomes do not change. Fundamental natural truth does not change under the knife. It does not change with a scalpel. We must have the humility to know that there is a God who created us and we are not Him. This was all an attempt to disrupt, to undermine what is the backbone of a free society, which is a strong nuclear family. Marxists try to do three things simultaneously. Get rid of private property, ruin people's attachment to God and the divine, and then disrupt the nuclear family. President Donald Trump stood up against the trans Mafia. And President Donald Trump says, I don't care. As president, we are going to put an end to this medieval witchcraft. We are going to sunset this dark and ugly chapter in American history. So, Dr. Phil, you went viral recently on a clip where you went to Chicago with Tom Homan during what is now the famous ICE immigration raids. What did you learn on the ground in Chicago?

[Dr. Phil McGraw]

Well, I'm glad you asked it just that way because I learned that what the legacy media is putting out is a bunch of fear mongering because they're talking about sweeps through neighborhoods indiscriminately. Picking up anybody, anybody with a tan is kind of what they're implying, that they're going into businesses, sweeping through there, going to schools, that sort of thing. And nothing could be further from the truth. What I saw was a multi agency operation where people were coming together, DEA, ATF, U.S. marshals, ICE, FBI. And they were making coordinated efforts after doing a lot of research to take the worst. First, they were focusing on violent criminals that are in our communities today and taking them out of our communities. And I don't know how anybody could object to that. I don't know how anybody could not want those people. I was hoping Tom Holman would take one of them and go down to the town square or the mayor's front Yard and say, here, I got him. You want me to turn him loose? Here he is. What is the problem with this, exactly? The problem I've got is they opened these borders and let these people in. Now ISIS having to come in and clean up the mess, and people are objecting to it. I just don't understand that.

So, Dr. Phil, one of the pieces of tape that went really viral is when you had the dialogue with a young man who was convicted of a heinous sexual crime against a child. The implication of that clip is that the prior administration, the Biden administration, seemed largely indifferent about deporting this individual back to their country of origin. When you were on the ground, did you learn that ICE and these deportation agencies were not empowered to fully be able to do their job?

[Dr. Phil McGraw]

There's no question about it, Charlie. These are sanctuary cities. And. And I'm not sure what a sanctuary city really is. I mean, there aren't as clear a definition as people think. But what I do know is that law enforcement there is not cooperating with ice. So if they have one of these individuals in custody now, think about what that means. They've been bad enough actors that the. The city, the local law enforcement, saw fit to incarcerate them, arrest them, prosecute them, put them in jail. All that has been asked is that, look, raise your hand, let us know when you have these people in custody, if they're an illegal immigrant, because we will be there to pick them up in the safety of the jail, or let us know when they're walking out the front door. We will be standing there to wait for them and start prosecuting them for deportation. But they won't do that. They won't cooperate in that way. So they're either on bail or they're on probation or whatever. They're just turned back out into the community. This individual had been in the community, I think, since 2007 after his conviction. Now, one thing we know about child predators is they don't. They're not one and done. They tend to have multiple victims throughout their career. So how many victims did this individual have while he was out there floating around in the community? So we. We watched as the ICE agent spent what had to be hundreds of man hours trying to locate this individual, take him in a. In a way that he was not a danger during the arrest to neighbors, passersby, when they could have had one agent walk into one jail and take that individual who was an illegal. It was in the country illegally and had committed violent crimes against children. All it takes Is one agent walking in in an hour and taking him from their custody to ICE custody and deporting him out of the country.

Dr. Phil, I just want to emphasize the point that you're making. There was a choice that was made that violent people against children, that there was just an indifference towards bringing them back to the country of origin. And you're exactly right, Dr. Phil. We know factually what he was convicted of. We don't know what other crimes he was never convicted of or never investigated of. We don't know.

But we do know the pattern of such terrible people is that they tend to not just act once.

Well, this is an example of sanctuary cities, right? We got an illegal alien convicted of sex crimes involving children. He's walking the streets of Chicago. Again, the downfall, the problem with the sanctuary city, that people like us walking the street rather than law enforcement working with federal agents. This is what we're dealing with.

Dr. Phil, one thing that strikes me is his attitude. It seems like there's no remorse. There's almost an arrogance, a pomposity. Dr. Phil, the belligerence was.

It's just kind of astounding. I talked to Mr. Hoan about that when we were in the car. You've been arrested for sex, convicted of sex crimes? Not really. Not really. Either you are or you aren't. And the, the whole idea that he's just floating around out there in the city now, it's, it's 6:00am Charlie, I'm pretty sure this guy's not on the way to or from work. He didn't seem like it to me. I'm just conjecturing, I don't know. But what's this guy doing out in it? It's still dark out and he's out floating around the city. I'm. I'm guessing to up to no good. And he's got no remorse whatsoever. He's not ashamed. He doesn't have any, he doesn't have any feelings about it one way or another. It's just like, yeah, casual, whatever. And look at all of the agents around and they're in the periphery because they're making sure nobody walks out of their houses. They're trying to keep this as safe as possible. How simple would this be if they were able to just walk in and transfer him from a jail into ICE custody and out of the country? And how many years has he been out all night long like this, walking around. And again, I don't know what he's doing. Maybe he is on the way home from work. Maybe so, I don't know. But how many years has he been out floating around and committing other crimes? It just doesn't have to happen. And when you get these people identified, they need to be out of the country. He shouldn't be here to begin with to commit the crimes that he's committing. And when he is located again so he can be taken out of this country, people should be standing up to these ICE agents and saying thank you instead of fear mongering and making people afraid to go to school or afraid to go to their jobs, because that's not what they're doing. But if they're forced into the community and they arrest someone like this, they're going to ask who's with them? And they are going to take out other people that maybe aren't violent criminals but are with someone like this. They're going to ask what's your, what's your deal? And they're going to take out other people. It would be much better for those that don't want nonviolence taken out if they would let them go into the jail, they would take them out, move on to the next violent criminal and not be looking at others right now.

Dr. Phil, I want to play another piece of tape here of your from Merit tv. Your conversation with Tom Holman echoing some of these sentiments. But seeing it in raw video form is very powerful. Play cut three.

So forget the false narrative of sweeping neighborhoods looking for people different color than us. Forget that hogwash and look at what we actually did. We're proving it to them. How can you argue with the system we've set up?

Well, straight up, are you going into schools and arresting children at schools?

[Dr. Phil McGraw]

No.

Is anything like that happening?

No, sir.

Are you going into businesses and sweeping through there and taking anybody with a tan and seeing where they're from?

We go into business for a criminal enforcement operation. But again, sweeps don't occur anywhere.

Sweeps are not occurring. You're just not going in like seining for fish in a pond and just picking up. You're going targeted. If a criminal is working in a business and you have to pick them up there, you're going in for that target.

Absolutely.

So Dr. Phil, you might not have the answer to this, but then it begs the question. There is a list and they know where a lot of these people are. How long is that list? How thorough is that? I'm not sure if you had that discussion with Tom Holman or not.

[Dr. Phil McGraw]

I did have that discussion and I was permitted to be part of a briefing that took place that morning. And the briefing didn't, obviously the investigation didn't start that morning. They had hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of multi agency man hours in on putting together a list. And I think they had 270 people on the target list that morning. And these were people that they had identified as violent criminals. And if you saw the wall behind me there with the, the white pages tacked up on the wall, these are arrests that had been made in Chicago. There you can see them. And as you look across there, if you could be close enough to read, which you can't but it was murderer, murderer, violent aggravated assault, child rapists, rapist, sex crimes against children. All of these people that were arrested and being taken out of the community, all of these had files and they had done investigations on these people, gotten their rap sheets, known where they were, had dwellings. Some of them had been under surveillance. There were arms dealers in there, drug dealers in there, traffickers in there, all in this group of 270 and gang members, Ms. 13, TDA, all of these gang members. And you know, these Venezuelans, for example, come into the city and the first thing they do is find their countrymen that are here and they start extorting and bullying them, taking advantage of them, and then they start spreading out from there. So these are bad actors, Charlie, and they're, they're dangerous, they're armed, many of them are armed. And they just create a real threat to the community. And that's who they're targeting. That's who they're after. And Tom Holman told me they have three objectives. One, seal the border so we don't continue to have these people flowing into the country. Number two, take the violent criminals off the street. And number three, find and rescue these hundreds of thousands of missing children that have been brought into this country and trafficked into slave labor or sex work in some way. That's their three prong agenda right now. And the focus is worst first right now in the beginning, and they've got plenty of worse to get to for a long time.

So, Dr. Phil, in closing here, and thank you for your time, what is your general analysis and take on the pace at which the president is operating? I know you've had the opportunity to interview him before and know the president for quite some time. It is a breakneck speed. What is your take on how President Trump has started this first week and a half?

[Dr. Phil McGraw]

Look, whether you like President Trump or whether you don't, whether you voted for him or whether you didn't, he told people what he was going to do and he is doing exactly what he said he was going to do. He didn't make a bunch of campaign promises and then sit around and waffle on this, waffle on that. He's doing exactly what he said he was going to do. He's pursuing the priorities that he set out so people knew. He said, you left the border open. You let all of these people come in. I'm going to start getting them out from day one, minute one. And that's exactly what has been. That's exactly what has been happening now. You may not like that. You, you may feel like, hey, I didn't, I don't want to take these people out of the community. But that's what he said he was going to do. And he's doing it and he's doing it with vigor. He's doing it with zeal. The Secretary of Defense was on the ground in New York yesterday. I work extensively with nypd. They were there and they took down a major gang leader there. And that's continuing. Those operations are continuing. And Charlie, I can't tell you the pride among these multi agency agents in that room. They're proud of what President Trump has let them loose to do. They've been social workers for four years now. They're allowed to do what they signed up to do.

You know one of the first actions that Joe Biden made when he was president, he goes to the outer room of the Capitol to sign cabinet nominations to go to the Senate, Lloyd Austin, mayorkas, Tony Blinken. And included in that pile of paper was a top priority for Mr. Biden, the elimination of the 1776 Commission. It was such a high priority of that maniac Joe Biden to get rid of patriotic pro American education that he made it a point as one of his first actions as president, to get rid of it. The 1776 Commission was originally chartered, as you can see in that photograph, as a counter to the cancer of critical race theory, to the growing curriculum issue of teaching our kids to hate the country, hate their history, and hate themselves. Now, if you have not had an opportunity to read the 1776 report, it's fabulous. In fact, I read the 1776 report on my honeymoon. I had a whole pile of books I wanted to get through. And I remember I was sitting in an island in the Caribbean reading. I said, this is amazing. I highly recommend the 1776 report. And today I am proud to announce thanks to the President's leadership and the great staff. And I was also rather annoying. I deserve none of the credit, to be honest. I just was nonstop, guys, where's that 1776? And Vince Haley deserves a lot of credit. And Stephen Miller. And of course the President. I mean, rock star beyond belief. Today, the 1776 Commission is coming back. The 1776 Commission after Trump started it and Biden killed it. It is coming back and it is a great day for America. We are going to teach our kids to love America again. We are going to teach the fundamental principles of the Declaration of the Constitution, the Federalist Papers. Our kids will know the difference between George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and John Jay and James Madison. They'll be able to tell you the eternal significance of the phrase when in the course of human events. It becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bans that have tied them to another. They'll be able to tell you what a more perfect union means. Domestic tranquility. No more are we going to have the pronoun police or the political correct mafia running our kids. Education. President Donald Trump also plans that he signed an executive order fulfilling a campaign pledge, promises made, promises kept, saying we're going to defund CRT in our schools and defund gender ideology. And if you guys are supporting this stuff, you do not receive a century federal money. We cannot get back to a constitutional reset if we do not know our birth certificate. What President Donald Trump is doing today is enshrining to make sure that the children of this great nation know their original founding promise to get back to the North Star, to get back to the birth certificate that we all agree upon, which is the declaration and the Constitution that has this eternal key. And bringing in rock stars like Dr. Larry Arne from the great Hillsdale College, Matthew Spalding, that are going to help pioneer and drive this entire project. There you see Dr. Arne up there from the greatest college in America, Hillsdale College. Hillsdale College is going to be one of the driving forces behind the 1776 Commission. And today, President Donald Trump makes it permanent. He brings it back. The 1776 Commission was such an annoyance to Joe Biden, it was one of his first actions as president. And it is all back today alongside of a reclamation of what it means to educate our children. Out of all the things that President Trump has done in the last week and a half, this is one of my favorites. It also comes very personal to the work we do at Turning Point usa, the work we do at Turning Point Academy, the work we are doing on the front lines of high school and college campuses across the country. This is a clear signal from the most powerful person on the planet that we are articulating. 1776 is our birthday. Goodbye, 1619 project. Hello, 1776 promise.
