Unknown Speaker
Charlie, it's been too long. Congrats on all the great success. Always a pleasure to be on your terrific show.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you. So it's really interesting as Caroline Levitt's doing this press conference. It was a perfect segue. It was all about lawfare and these judges. It's very confusing to some people in our audience, understandably, because they say, wait a second. How can you tell me that a federal judge in the Northern Mariana Islands has the ability to veto a president? Walk us through the facts of the case and then we'll go deeper. Yeah.
Unknown Speaker
And there's many cases. And this is gonna be the new normal. Because if you think about it, Charlie, look at how the left is operating. Right? Completely lost. It's the. The. Hey, hey, ho, ho. Elon Musk has got to go. Is not gonna fight What Trump has got going right now, I mean, think about his Sunday Charlie. He's playing golf with Tiger woods, he's banning plastic straws, he's shutting down the penny, and then he's going to the Super Bowl. He's getting cheered, Taylor Swift's getting booed. You can't stop that. In a cultural level, legislatively, we got the numbers. We keep getting our confirmations through. This is all they've got left. All they've got left is the law fair. And they built this superstructure over decades. A lot of these judges that are stopping him right now are appointed not just by. Not just by Obama, but dating back to Bill Clinton. These judges are standing in his way, and they're gonna continue to do that because of the way the system is in its nature. Basically, what happens is that you can file a complaint and then the complaint can go. If you target a specific area where you know there's a good chance you're gonna get a liberal judge, it's different from region to region. But there are judges that are on call sometimes, you know, when a judge is specifically there fielding these emergency orders. If you claim something's an emergency and the judge is a Democrat donor, is a Democrat appointee, is someone who' activist lawfare judge. They're going to have the ability to put a preliminary injunction or a temporary or a temporary restraining order on a lot of Trump's agenda, and that's going to shut it down, at least for a period of time, either for a set amount of time or for an amount of time where it can work its way through the court eventually, hopefully get to a more conservative court and get overturned. But this is a potent weapon and there's not a super easy solution to it.
Charlie Kirk
So let's go through some of the details here. What are the more egregious judicial interventions that we are seeing right now?
Unknown Speaker
Thank you for asking. I have a piece on this, which you were kind enough to tweet, which I appreciate a Breitbart News. And I've got seven of them, but there's been one or two since I put out this seven. So, yeah, take this. Judge Angel Kelly from the US District Court of Massachusetts, nominated by Biden. This is a person who is a DEI hire, a person who has admitted that she's basically been elevated because she's African American, she's Asian, and she uses DEI hiring when she does her hiring. This is her whole background. And she's someone who Elizabeth Warren has described as someone who's made a personal mission to bring about change through her role on the bench. And what she's done is she's shut down Trump and Musk's effort to cut the, to put a cap on overhead spending for the National Institute of Health. This is stuff that's not going to funding any sort of, any sort of research, anything that's actually important, that might actually make us healthier potentially. This is just pure waste. This is just pure administrative abuse. They're not even shutting it down. They wanna put a cap at 15% of this expenditures max can go to this. And she said no, we're shutting it down. And so this is just one example. This is a person who is known for blocking a officer's First Amendment's rights to complain about the George Floyd act on his personal Facebook. That's her wiring citing bogus Black Lives Matter talking points when she's done that. One of many examples. Another judge, Senior Judge Amy Berman Jackson from the U.S. district Court of District of Columbia. This is a person who built her reput. Not just donating to Democrats, which she did, but an Obama appointee. But she's known for jailing the J6 prisoners. So she's basically built the second half of her career on being one of the main attack dogs trying to lock up the J6 prisoners. And what she's done in a clearly partisan thing is that she recently put a temporary restraining order on Trump's efforts to fire a person from the office of the special counsel that Biden appointed. So Trump's trying to shut down a deep state person, fire them. Routine stuff. You think a president should be able to do this? Not according to the great Amy Berman Jackson. The list goes on and on. A Chief Judge John J. McConnell of the U.S. district Court of Rhode island. This is one that people have been, has been the news in the bit for a bit because daily callers. But on top of this guy, he's blocking a spending freeze that Trump has. So another thing where Trump can't stop spending, he can't fire people unless he wants to run into. All it takes is one of these liberal judges. This guy is a mega donor to Democrats, not a run of the mill donor. He had built a huge war chest for himself in the private sector, then he goes into a judgeship and he's able to just do his left wing work from the bench. It's a catastrophe for the rule of law and for our own democracy. People who care about democracy. Charlie. This is the biggest threat going on right now.
Charlie Kirk
So and I want to reiterate this point And Alex, I think you'll appreciate this. In Brazil and Israel to a lesser extent, they have a super judiciary that basically runs the country. There is an elite class of entrenched legal minds that have a veto over the will of the people. We are not there yet. But based on this behavior, we are blindly barreling towards that.
Unknown Speaker
Oh, you're 100% correct on this. I was thinking about one. I think this is one you highlighted on your ex account. This senior judge Colleen Caller Cottelly, who openly mocked a Christian to their face. There's a dying person who had been sentenced by her to jail, 77 years old for protesting at an abortion mill. And she just mocked this family saying, make every effort to stay alive as part of the tenets of your religion. We people are overly mocking Christians on the bench blocking Trump's agenda right now. And this is the tip of the iceberg. Those are half of the examples I highlight in my piece. We're at on the brink of something that is really the left ones talk about a constitutional crisis when judges are openly subverting the democratically elected president at this level and is not going to stop. This is going to continue. Then we are really at a level where it is the court is asserting itself above the other branches of government at this time.
Charlie Kirk
This is a deeper point. But you think about it. We have a super legislative power. They say you must do everything Congress says, even things that it doesn't says it just implies. And then we have a superjudicial and it is the shrinking and the vanishing of Article 2. The presidency doesn't have power of the bureaucracy, but judges in Congress does. How does that work?
Unknown Speaker
Oh, it's an amazing thing because you watch it and you think that we put all this culturally, we have all this time spent on the presidential election. It is a whole. It's the greatest TV show on earth is watching the presidential election. Just the sport of it, the pure sport of politics. And then Trump gets in there and he's trying to do stuff like the exact stuff he promised promised he was going to do. And these people who none of us have ever heard of and I studied this stuff religiously, I hadn't heard of most of these names, Charlie. A couple of these names I'd heard of. Most of my I hadn't even heard of until the last couple of weeks. And all of a sudden they're just standing athwart 70 plus million Americans in 30 states and saying, no, you don't get to have what you want. It's so outrageous. And the sad part is there's no real easy recourse to stop them.
Charlie Kirk
So how do you see this settling? Because unfortunately, the only answer is time. Right? Because then it has to work its way up eventually to the Supreme Court. But in the current form or fashion, all it takes is one judge to be able to veto the activity of a president.
Unknown Speaker
Yeah, that's exactly the situation we're in. If you file the right complaint, the right area, that you can at least get temporary restraining orders and these preliminary injunctions, that it's gonna slow down the agenda at a big way. So here's what you gotta do. The first thing is Trump's flood the zone approach is correct, because the. Even though from a news perspective, I wish we could dwell on some of the victories for a little longer, Charlie, and I think you're probably in agreement on that. It'd be fun to take more time to celebrate some of the great stuff that's happening, but we got to move on to the next thing. But that's the right approach, because they're just not. Even though the left is very strategic, they've got this huge law firm superstructure. Make them work in order to block all this stuff. So if they block a quarter of it, that's not great, but it's better than them blocking half. It's better than them blocking, you know, 75% of a much smaller agenda. So keep the agenda broad, keep going. But we also have to win every single election. This is why the work you do, attorney print action, is so big. People have to make sure that we're running up the score, because the bigger our majorities are in the Congress and in the Senate, then there's more options that we have because we can start using the Constitution, the legislature, to be able to expand our rules and change some of these rules. I was thinking about the other day, the 9th Circuit's too big. We gotta limit the 9th Circuit. The 11th Circuit's new. It only came out in the 80s. Let's do stuff like that. Let's start thinking outside the box. Start tapping guys like Senator Lee, who's really good on this stuff. Let's pick his brain. What do we got to do here to come outside the box? Stuff we never thought of, to try to limit some of their power. It's going to take years for some of it, but let's start thinking now and be prepared. So just like Trump did with his executive orders at the start of his administration, the second we have the numbers, let's run headlong into it and Then make them stop us.
Charlie Kirk
By the way, circuit courts are created idea of the Congress. It is not in the Constitution. I'm not saying it's unconstitutional. I'm saying it's not in the constitution. You don't need circuit courts. Only the U.S. supreme Court was originally authored. Congress has authority to get rid of these. Oh, we don't need 11 circuit rid of the 9th circuit. I mean these judges are playing with fire. Alex, please plug your stuff so our audience can follow you and support you.
Unknown Speaker
Yeah, we're colleagues now at Alex Marlow show on Salem and wherever you get your podcast, YouTube, Rumble, iTunes, Spotify and it's going incredibly well. Oh, they have a whole new song that they are singing. The Democrats right now. They're trying to get their mojo back and it's not 1, 2, 3. We're going to fight the bourgeoisie. It's not that. Oh, Charlie Kirk is a jerk. No, they got a new one. They are channeling the old soul songs, the old slave hymns. There's nothing more cringy than late menopausal white women screaming into microphones about Elon Musk. This is the new song. This is their New theme song. There is no escaping it. This is it. Just like how the 90 bulls had their song Boom. Donald Trump has God bless the USA and also YMCA. This is the Democrats new theme song. 132.
Unknown Speaker
Which side are you on? Which side are you on? We'll fight against Trump. We'll fight Elon Musk. No Eland scam within our walls. We'll fight from dawn to dusk.
Charlie Kirk
Oh, it gets better. But what side are you on? 133.
Unknown Speaker
Trump's coming for our unions. He wants us all to fail. He wants us to bow to him. But we want him in jail.
Charlie Kirk
And this female Pavarotti keeps going. Play cut 134.
Unknown Speaker
They say in the capital city there are no neutrals found. You're either with the union or a scabby musk bloodhound.
Charlie Kirk
So I suppose this is a union organized thing by either AFSCAMI or sciu. I think it is SCIU based on the imagery there. And no, this is not a parody. This is a real gathering of government workers that are trying to organize against doge. So when you think of, okay, we want Department of Government Efficiency, who could possibly against it? This is who again is against it. What exactly do these people do all day long? They scream into a microphone against Elon Musk singing old slave hymns. Yes, they are comparing cutting government waste to slavery. And oh, there's one more. We just got to kind of. It just ends perfectly. Right? Right on key play cut 135.
Unknown Speaker
Don't take that government buyout. Don't listen to Trump's lies. US workers haven't got a chance. And let's reorganize. Who side are you on? Which side are you on?
Charlie Kirk
It's white Whitney Houston. That's what it is. Just going right after. Look, the Democrat Party is flailing right now. They are flailing. Everything about the Democrat Party is off key. From their singing, from what they're talking about, from the essence of who they are. I mean, this is the threat to democracy. Dylan Mulvaney insists. Play cut 95. We are three weeks into the second Trump presidency. Three weeks. And tonight there are warnings that the US is dangerously close to a constitutional crisis. That is a constitutional crisis. That is a crisis for our democracy. We've got our toes right on the edge of a constitutional crisis here. What we are witnessing is a constitutional crisis.
Unknown Speaker
To defy court orders brings about a constitutional crisis.
We've moved from a constitutional crisis to a constitutional collapse.
Charlie Kirk
These are the same guys that climate change is going to kill Everybody, you need every single possible shot during COVID I mean, it is like every possible apocalyptic thing that they can engage the constitutional collapse. Being a liberal is just so insanely uncool right now. It's remarkable compared to 2008 where all the cool kids were Democrats and Obama people and then eventually Bernie people. It's just you just lived on the left. Just think of what it means to be a Democrat. Now you're just a shrill hall monitor screaming at other people about democracy. They have spent down their cultural bank account. Their cultural cachet has been totally squandered. But whose side are you on? I'll tell you, I'm on the side of not that that's whose side. Whatever their politics are, I'm on the opposite. That's whose side I'm on.

I want to break down President Trump's super bowl interview. This did not get as much zing as I think it deserved. I don't think Fox aired it actually on the day of the Super Bowl. I could be wrong. I think this re aired with Bret Baier on Fox News, which is too bad. I wish they would have shown that to the 50 or 60 million people that were watching then. There's a lot here that is worthy of unpacking. This is first President Trump on tariffs. Understand this, that the way that economic models are configured is changing. We are in an artificial intelligence economy. Economies go through major revolutions. The biggest change of course was an agrarian based economy to an industrial based economy. The second major change was from an industrial based economy to a digital based economy. We are now going from a digital based economy to an artificial intelligence based economy. We are not there yet. We are metamorphosizing in real time. Whereas before we went from the farms to the factories and the factories to our laptops, we're now going from our laptops to, you can call it robots. But this, the way that we configure economic models has to be completely taken apart. It's going to require some tariffs, external revenue, it's going to require Doge, it's going to require cuts. This is why what Doge is doing is so critically important. It's also sending a signal to the market every day. Yes, we care about restraining federal spending. Federal spending is the biggest driver of the debt and the deficit and of course, inflation. Federal spending is so wildly out of control, we need massive and significant cuts. This is President Trump on tariffs with Bret Baier. Play cut nine.
Unknown Speaker
You said the tariff is a beautiful word. There are some signs in the markets, consumer confidence, that they're a little jittery. So if all goes to plan, when do you think families will be able to feel prices going down, groceries, energy? Or are you kind of saying to them, hang on, inflation may get worse until it gets better?
No, I think we're going to become a rich. Look, we're not that rich. Right now we owe $36 trillion. That's because we let all these nations take advantage of us. Same thing like 200 billion with Canada. We owe 300. We have a deficit with Mexico of $350 billion. I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to let that happen.
Charlie Kirk
Understand that no longer is our country going to be taken advantage of. And look, President Trump has been in office for three weeks. How do we get inflation down? You restrict government spending. You have to have major cuts. You have to. Number two, you have to have growth. And we're going to see big growth. We are going to see growth. I can feel it. I feel the investment. I feel the psychological boost. I feel the optimism. I feel the energy. I feel the spirit. I feel the vitality. Let's go to cut 38 around Doge. Play cut 38.
Unknown Speaker
Early Saturday, a judge agreed with them to restrict Elon Musk and his government efficiency team Doge from accessing Treasury Department payment and data systems. They said there was a risk of irreparable harm. What do you make of that? And does that slow you down on what you want to do?
I disagree with it 100%. I think it's crazy. And we have to solve the efficiency problem. We have to solve the fraud, waste, abuse, all the things that have gone in the government. You take a look at the usaid, the kind of fraud in there, and you found significant points. Well, we're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars of money that's going to places where it shouldn't be going, where. If I read a list, you'd say, this is ridiculous. And you've read the same lists and there are many that you haven't even seen. It's crazy.
Charlie Kirk
It's a big scam and it's going to require major government reform. Elon Musk from the, from the Oval Office says this play cut 94.
Unknown Speaker
The people voted for major government reform. There should be no doubt about that. That was on the campaign. The president spoke about that at every rally. The people voted for major government reform. And that's what people are going to get. They're going to get what they voted for. And a lot of times, you know, people that don't get what they voted for, but in this presidency, they are going to get what they voted for. And that's what democracy is all about.
Charlie Kirk
They say he's a threat to democracy. He's the fulfillment of our democratic norms and principles. He is the manifestation that the people get what they want, that what you vote for is what you get, that there are no secret appearances. President Trump adds, I see a lot of kickbacks, tremendous kickbacks on these contracts. They're going after the nerve center of the regime. Deep state play. Cut 100.
Unknown Speaker
I see a lot of kickback here. There's a lot of kickbacks, tremendous kickback because nobody could be so stupid to give out some of these contracts. So he has to get a kickback. So that's what I got elected for. That and borders and military and a lot of things. But this is a big part of it. And I hope that the court system is going to allow us to do what we have to do. We got elected to, among other things, find all of this fraud abuse.
Charlie Kirk
Do you notice? He hearkens back. We got elected to. We got elected to. Going back to the core structure of our government system.
Unknown Speaker
We see it all the time. When I visit college campuses, young adults demonize the concept of free markets and think government is the solution to every problem. How do we change this? By teaching our kids the foundational principles to counter what they are taught. And public school parents want to teach their children about liberty, limited government and free markets but often wonder, where do I start? That's where Tuttle twins can help. They empower parents by providing quality resources that break down these ideas in a way children can understand. Take their book the Tuttle Twins Learn about the law in this story. The twins learn about their rights, that true laws protect people and that we should help others and that stealing is always wrong. Children can only change the world for the better if they learn these important principles. Now go to tuttletwins.com Charlie today and purchase their 14 book children's series for your family. They'll learn to think for themselves, to stand for Liberty. Go to tuttletwins.com Charlie today tuttletwins.com charlie.

As a reminder, I will be going to University of South Florida a week from tomorrow. We are back on campus. I'm really excited for this one. University of South Florida, February 20th in Tampa, Florida. AmericanComebackTour.com that is American comeback tour.com we're going to be going all across the country. So on February 20th University of South Florida February 27th University of Florida February 28th Florida State University April 8th I know it's a big jump because there'll be a lot fit in the middle. University of illinois, Urbana Champaign April 22 at Texas A&M April 24 at University of Wyoming and more to be announced soon. Joining us now is Will Hild, executive director of Consumers Research he research. He also has the website clevelandclinicexposed.com that is clevelandclinicexposed dot com will welcome to the program. You have a very powerful Twitter post saying is Cleveland Clinic the wokest hospital in America? Will your thoughts?
Alex Marlowe
Well, they very well be. They seem to have integrated wokeness across the entire spectrum of activities from integrating into di into everything they do. They're currently being sued for discriminating against patients. This isn't just discriminating against hiring and promotion, which is normally what we think about when we think about dei. This is about discriminating in how they apply medicines and treatment to patients, which is about the most worst thing you could possibly think of when you think of horror stories of dei. They've also integrated Net zero plus pledges across their entire operations. This raises costs for consumers. They've set some of the most aggressive Net zero achievements I've ever seen. There's no way to do that with modern technology, especially with hospitals. Almost everything is plastic. What that really means is that they're paying bribes, things called carbon credits that they then have to pass along those fees to consumers. And then lastly, and perhaps the most disturbing thing is that they have been leading the way in providing so called transgender care, gender affirmative care. What that really means is genital mutilation on kids under the age of 18. And they've really been charging on that. And even after the passage of the SAFE act in Ohio, where that's supposed to be banned, they've continued to consult with children around their gender issues or their gender dysphoria. So it seems that they are still continuing to quietly push this far left transgender propaganda that harms children.
Charlie Kirk
Look, the hospital cartels generally are one of the greatest undiagnosed problems in the country. So help me understand this. So the Cleveland Clinic, why are they so interested in the trans propaganda? Performing child sex changes, prioritizing race based care. What is it? Is it an ideological issue? Please help me understand.
Alex Marlowe
That's a great question, and I wish I knew the answer to that. I have my suspicions after what we've seen out of the Department of Government efficiency, that a lot of this might just be straight up being paid for by, by the federal government, incentivized by funding from hhs. You know, radicals within a lot of these government agencies have been pushing this stuff. But that doesn't let Cleveland Clinic off the hook. Their director of DEI has said that they integrate DEI into literally every single thing that they do. So that's not just again, hiring, promotion. That's in how they treat patients based on their skin color. And that includes, you know, pushing transgender propaganda on children. So it's sort of a chicken of the egg problem. It probably came partially because it's being incentivized by the federal government. But then Cleveland Clinic has become taken over by true believers of this radical, far left, destructive ideology.
Charlie Kirk
How much money do they make off of the transing of kids?
Alex Marlowe
Well, it's hard to calculate without seeing their books, but it's gotta be in the millions of dollars, the number of children who. These operations are not cheap, These hormones are not cheap. That's what a lot of people don't realize is that this, this stuff, once you start it, you can basically never come off of it. So Big Pharma has a customer for life when they trans a child under the age of 18. These children can basically never come out of it. We've heard of kids, obviously, who d change this. And it's a very painful process, and there's everlasting harms that you can't undo. But from the, from the hospital's perspective and from Big Pharma's, perspective, it's a very lucrative venture.
Charlie Kirk
What can we possibly do from a federal government or a regulatory standpoint to go after these childhood butcher clinics such as the Cleveland Clinic?
Alex Marlowe
That's a fantastic question. I was so excited to see President Trump's executive order demanding that every agency look for at least nine corporations or nonprofits to look into who are violating people's civil rights around dei. I can think of no better candidate for HHS to open an investigation than the Cleveland Clinic. That said, I would also ask that the state government, Governor DeWine and the legislature really look closely at the Cleveland Clinic and everything it's doing to continue to push this radical transgender ideology on children and harm them and also to violate people's civil rights. Not just through, again, hiring a promotion, but also literally changing where you rank someone in treatment for illness, strokes, specifically based on their skin color.
Charlie Kirk
So, Will, in your experience, what do these hospitals actually fear because they're acting with such brazen attitude as if they don't care what the law says and just such blatant disregard for general morality?
Alex Marlowe
Yeah, I'm so glad you asked that question, because our movement tends to have this mentality that we go to court and we get a judicial ruling and that precedent that sides with us is the win in this case. It's very clear. The pain must be the precedent. We need to sue these organizations. They need to lose federal funding until they comply, and they need to be sued when they discriminate against people, not just patients, but also their employees. There has to be a price to this kind of wanton disregard for the law, both at the state and the federal level. So that's at the end of the day, the only thing that's going to make them change is cutting off funding, losing government grants, and then being sued for the way they've violated the civil rights of both their patients and their employees.
Charlie Kirk
Will how can people learn more and please share your website?
Alex Marlowe
Certainly. Well, they can follow us at Consumers first on X or me with iLhild, or they can visit us at consumersresearch.org I will also just say to the extent you have listeners who are current or former employees at Cleveland Clinic, please go to our website. There's a place where you can share your story. We, I'm sure, are only looking at the tip of the iceberg. We would love to hear from people who've maybe seen inside what's going on there and could fill in even more some of these questions we have.
Charlie Kirk
Thank you so much. Will appreciate it. Thank you thanks for having me. Email me freedomarliekirk.com the meltdown over Doge is really amazing to see. Right now there is an entire hearing around the Department of Government Efficiency and understand that what Elon is doing is well within the confines of the U.S. constitution. They're going to sue every possible way they can. But there have been presidential advisors that have literally lived in the White House. Harry Hopkins under FDR, under World War I and World War II, the industrial baron of Bernard Baruch. Here is some breaking news as well. President Trump has just posted on Truth Social. I just spoke to Zelensky of Ukraine. The conversation went very well. He liked President Putin. He, like President Putin, wants to make peace. We discussed a variety of topics having to do with the war, but mostly the meeting that is being set up in Munich where Vice President J.D. vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio will lead the delegation. I'm hopeful that the results of the meeting will be positive. It is a time to stop this ridiculous war where there has been massive and totally unnecessary death and destruction. God bless the people of Russia and Ukraine. And as I've mentioned a couple times, we have the Mark Fogel situation. Just incredible. We can actually play some tape there of President Trump getting Mark Fogle from home. I think we have some B roll. Do we have. Yeah, this is Mark Fogle being released. Let's play cut 96.

What were the terms of this deal, Mr. President?
Very fair. Very, very fair. Very reasonable. Not like deals you've seen over the years. They were very fair and I think that's going to lead and where somebody else is being released tomorrow that you will know of.
Charlie Kirk
And now cut 99.

This is what happens when you have a strong president. And that's what we're seeing. And look, anytime an American comes home, we should be excited about it. We this is a case that languished under the Biden administration. They really didn't give it priority. And met with the family. I believe the mother got to meet President Trump at that now, you know, legend infamous, you know, rally at Butler, right the same day the president was almost killed. And so tonight is really a happy occasion, should be for all Americans, but certainly for Mr. Fogel and his family.

Charlie Kirk opens the episode by introducing the critical issue of ongoing lawfare targeting former President Donald Trump. Emphasizing the persistence and severity of these legal challenges, Kirk sets the stage for an in-depth discussion with his guest, Alex Marlowe, editor-in-chief of Breitbart.com.
Timestamp: [02:15] - [08:11]
Alex Marlowe elaborates on the concept of lawfare, explaining how strategic legal actions are being used to undermine President Trump's agenda. He cites multiple instances where federal judges, appointed by Democrats from administrations dating back to Bill Clinton, have issued rulings that hinder Trump's initiatives.
Marlowe highlights the systemic nature of these judicial interventions, pointing out that even minor complaints can trigger lawsuits aimed at blocking Trump's policies through temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
Timestamp: [08:11] - [16:07]
The conversation deepens as Kirk and Marlowe discuss the broader implications of judicial overreach. They draw parallels to countries like Brazil and Israel, where powerful judiciaries have significant control over governmental functions, warning that the U.S. is heading toward a similar trajectory.
Marlowe underscores the urgency of the situation, describing the current state as a precursor to a constitutional crisis, where the judiciary undermines the elected executive branch.
Timestamp: [16:07] - [22:01]
Marlowe advocates for a multi-faceted approach to counteract lawfare:
Flood the Zone: Launch numerous legal challenges to overwhelm the judicial system, ensuring that even if some are blocked, others can proceed.
Electoral Success: Win congressional seats to gain greater control over legislative processes and judicial appointments.
Judicial Reforms: Limit the power of circuit courts and reevaluate their necessity, as they were not explicitly detailed in the Constitution.
Charlie Kirk adds that Congress has the authority to restructure the judiciary, emphasizing the need for legislative action to restore balance.
Timestamp: [19:03] - [24:28]
Kirk shifts the discussion to President Trump's recent Super Bowl interview, which he feels did not receive adequate media coverage. He breaks down Trump's remarks on economic shifts toward an artificial intelligence-based economy and the necessity of implementing tariffs and federal spending cuts to manage inflation and national debt.
Marlowe supports Trump's stance, criticizing the existing federal spending and advocating for significant cuts to address economic challenges.
Timestamp: [25:30] - [31:52]
The focus shifts to healthcare, specifically criticizing the Cleveland Clinic's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and transgender care practices. Marlowe argues that the clinic's policies discriminate against patients by prioritizing race and promoting gender-affirming treatments for minors, which he equates to "genital mutilation."
Kirk questions the motivations behind the Cleveland Clinic's adherence to DEI and transgender policies, seeking clarity on their ideological stance. Marlowe suggests that these practices may be federally incentivized and urges regulatory action to hold such institutions accountable.
Timestamp: [31:23] - [34:28]
Charlie Kirk promotes his upcoming campus tour, detailing dates and locations as part of the "American Comeback Tour." He also mentions collaborations with other conservative figures and encourages listeners to engage with his platforms for more updates and involvement.
Timestamp: [34:28] - [34:53]
Kirk wraps up the episode by highlighting recent achievements of the Trump administration, such as the release of American detainees, and underscores the importance of staying informed and involved through his show's resources.
Lawfare's Impact: The legal challenges against President Trump are part of a broader strategy to impede his policies and undermine his influence.
Judicial Overreach: There's a growing concern that the judiciary is overstepping its bounds, posing a threat to democratic principles by asserting dominance over the executive branch.
Strategic Responses: Advocates suggest flooding the judicial system with cases, achieving electoral victories to control legislative processes, and pursuing judicial reforms to restore balance.
Healthcare Criticism: Institutions like the Cleveland Clinic are under fire for their DEI practices and transgender care policies, which critics argue are discriminatory and harmful.
Future Engagement: Charlie Kirk emphasizes the importance of active participation in political processes and staying connected through his platforms to support conservative initiatives.
Alex Marlowe [03:51]: "These judges are a potent weapon and there's not a super easy solution to it."
Charlie Kirk [07:14]: "We are blindly barreling towards that [judiciary overpowering other government branches]."
Alex Marlowe [09:33]: "Keep the agenda broad, keep going. If they block a quarter of it, that's better than them blocking half of a much smaller agenda."
Charlie Kirk [21:11]: "Federal spending is the biggest driver of the debt and the deficit and of course, inflation."
Alex Marlowe [26:27]: "Genital mutilation on kids under the age of 18. And they've really been charging on that. And even after the passage of the SAFE act in Ohio, they've continued to consult with children around their gender issues."
Charlie Kirk [34:51]: "We are the tip of the spear here on the Charlie Kirk Show. We'll synthesize all of it so you guys get what you need to hear."
