In the year since Joe’s family was torn apart, a lot has happened, including ‘Operation Midway Blitz,’ some shady dealings by Chicago ‘Paper’ reporters, and a myriad of national coverage. But missing from this coverage is any support from the elected officials of Illinois and coverage by the local media.
