You know that moment when you walk into a holiday party and your outfit says I understood the assignment. That's me this year. Queen. All thanks to Old Navy's the Occasion Collection. The satin red bow mini dress. Stop it immediately. Added to cart. Or the tuxedo shirt with sequin shorts. It's festive, fabulous and totally affordable. All my favorite things. Don't forget they've got gifts too. Meanie and mean looks. Chic handbags, cozy shirt of fleeces. Literally everyone's covered. Get into the holiday spirit and hit oldnavy.com to grab your look before it's gone.

Hey Cheese mosas. Happy Thanksgiving. I just wanted to take a minute today to say thank you genuinely from the bottom of my this year has been full of growth, blessings, challenges and moments that I feel have really shaped me. But it also reminded me how supported and loved I truly am. And I'm so beyond grateful for my family. My kids, my husband, my mom, my sister, my niece, my nephews, everyone. And for every single one of you who listens, who tunes in weekly, who watches, who sends love, or who just silently supports me from the other side of your screen, you are a part of my life more than you even realize. Thanksgiving always makes me reflect on the traditions I grew up with as a Latina. And, you know, the food, the loud laughter, the cooking, just all the memories and the music, the cousins running around, having fun, being with your family. But as beautiful as our culture is, I also think about the things that we don't want to keep passing down. You know, the little comments, where's your boyfriend? Did you. Did you gain weight? Like the little jabs that people treat like jokes but actually hurt. So I want to say this to keep our traditions alive, to keep our culture beautiful for the next generation and generations after that. We also have to create spaces where everyone feels respected and we where our kids don't have to shrink themselves or they don't have to, like, avoid family events or pretend that they're okay with these comments that clearly cross boundaries. Just because someone is older, that doesn't mean we have to accept disrespect. That narrative ends with us. We are breaking those cycles with love, with communication, and most importantly, with boundaries. And we can still hold on to the warmth and the culture without holding on to the trauma and the negativity. And if today feels happy for you, maybe you're missing someone or maybe the holidays bring up a lot of old feelings. And I just want you guys to remember that you're not alone. Give yourself some grace this holiday season. You're doing amazing. You deserve peace, joy and respect. So I hope you guys eat good, hope you laugh hard, hug your people super tight, and take a moment for yourself. Thank you for being here, for supporting the cheese my corner, for for growing with me and for letting me be a part of your day. I love you guys so much. Happy Thanksgiving. Cheese Mosas we'll be back next week with a brand new episode. Bye.
