MSW Media. Hello and welcome to the Daily beans for Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Today, Donald Trump has federalized the Metropolitan Police Department and deployed the National Guard in the District of Columbia. Governor Gavin Newsom's lawsuit against Trump's deployment of the military in Los Angeles as a violation of the Posse Comitatus act is underway in California. Senator Whitehouse has written to the Bureau of Prisons asking for documents regarding Ghislaine Maxwell's transfer to a minimum security facility. Judge Engelmeier has denied Donald Trump's motion to unseal the Ghislaine Maxwell grand jury transcripts. And the Trump administration is going to put FBI agents on night patrol in Washington, D.C. i'm Allison Gill.
Dana Goldberg
And I'm Dana Goldberg.
Allison Gill
So the dictatorship is amping up.
Dana Goldberg
It sure is. So many of these headlines make me want to scream into the streets, into a void, into my pillow. It's such bullshit. And a lot of it is the play that they've always been trying to play with Gillian Maxwell. Everything that's going on with the National Guard in dc, A lot of us saw this. Some of it's a distraction, and some of it is just his way to continue his fascist behavior.
Allison Gill
So, yeah, yeah, Pretty frightening. And I feel like this was just written. This is all. This is all like a Stephen Miller situation with what's going on. Oh, yeah, because Trump was up there at his conference. I'm going to talk about it in a second. But he used words that. He doesn't know what they mean. Like bedlam. You know, it's just. It's so obviously not written by him and not. No, you know, he's just, you know, he's the lackey. Yeah, he's the lackey. I have no use for him anymore other than to go up and say this. Absolutely horrific, you know, autocratic. So, yeah, we will. Let's cover. Let's. You know what? Let's get it. We have so much news.
Dana Goldberg
Let's do it.
Allison Gill
We could talk about it here, but let's get into the hot notes. Hot notes. All right, first up from cbs, President Trump said Monday he's deploying members of the National Guard to watch Washington, D.C. i guess that's not Nancy Pelosi's job after all.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, look at that.
Allison Gill
Huh? Wait, so he can deploy the National Guard whenever he wants, real fast.
Dana Goldberg
Really? Just like, with a. Like an executive order.
Allison Gill
Oh, oh, okay. So not on January 6th, but definitely on August 11th.
Dana Goldberg
Yep.
Allison Gill
Okay, cool. And that the federal government has taken control of the DC Police as part of a push to crack down on crime in the nation's capital, despite all the data showing the crime has declined significantly in recent years. Quote, I'm announcing an historic action to rescue our nation's capital from crime, bloodshed, bedlam and squalor and worse, squalor and bedlam. He didn't write this. That's what Mr. Trump said in a news conference at the White House. This is Liberation Day in D.C. ugh. And we're going to take our Capitol back. From whom, Anyway? Flanked by Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum, Attorney General Pamela Bondi, Defense Secretary Keg Stand, and FBI Director Kash Patel, Mr. Trump said he was officially enforcing Section 740 of the District of Columbia Home Rule act of 1973 and placing the D.C. metropolitan Police Department under direct federal control. He said Bondi was taking control of the department immediately under a public safety emergency. A White House official later said the arrangement is expected to last 30 days, the maximum amount of time allowed under the law without action from Congress. Originally, Trump said, it's going to be in. In there until I say. He went on to say, in addition, I'm deploying the National Guard to help re establish law, order and public safety in D.C. and they're going to be allowed to do their job properly. That's what Trump said, adding later that about 800 guardsmen are going to be called up. Hegseth and the Guard were formally mobilized Monday morning and would be, quote, flowing into the streets of Washington in the coming week. In an accompanying executive order, Trump wrote that the deployment shall remain in effect until I determine the conditions of law and order have been restored to D.C. so he's not allowed to do that. So that's why they came back out later and said it's actually just 30 days. H. He's. He's actually not allowed to do this under section 740. Unless there's an actual emergency, I'm expecting a lawsuit. We'll see. But violent crime in D.C. has been declining for the last year and a half after it spiked a bit in 2023. So far this year, robberies are down 28%. Overall, violent crime is down 26%. As of August 11th. Last year, violent crime in the capital city hit its lowest level in more than 30 years, according to the Justice Department. The president criticized what he called phony numbers on crime in D.C. saying the administration would look into that. This is under you, dude.
Dana Goldberg
Unbelievable.
Allison Gill
And he said crime directly impacts the functioning of the federal government and is a threat to America. Really? The functioning of the government. You know what actually negatively impacts the functioning of the government? Dismantling the government.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, I would say so.
Allison Gill
Quote, we have other cities that are bad. Very bad. Look at Chicago, how bad it is. Look at Los Angeles, how bad it is. We're not going to lose our cities over this. Over what, dude? The president said the effort will go further. Of course it will. Saying the administration is starting very strongly with D.C. and we're going to clean it up real quick. So I imagine this is going to go to Chicago, which you mentioned by name. Oh, man. We'll probably see it in other major cities. San Francisco, you know? You know?
Dana Goldberg
Yeah. Fuck anyone who still supports this guy, by the way. I know. Like, seriously? Okay. All right. This is from the Times. The Trump administration plans to temporarily reassign 120 FBI agents in Washington to nighttime patrol duties as part of President Trump's crackdown on the city street crime, which is down, as we just spoke about. That's according to people familiar with the matter. Most of the agents will be pulled from their regular duties at the FBI's Washington Field Office. I guess they were done looking through the Epstein files and highlighting Trump's name and getting them out of there. But it was not immediately clear if agency leaders would need to pull additional personnel from nearby cities. This is from the people knowing about this matter, speaking on the condition, of course, of anonymity to describe details of an effort that are not meant to be public. Well, I'm sure Kegseth put it on a thread somewhere. In a statement, an FBI spokeswoman said agents were, and I quote, participating in the increased federal law enforcement presence in Washington and referred additional questions to the White House because they're so transparent. The temporary reassignments were first reported by Washington Post. Now, this is not the first time the Trump administration has decided to reallocate FBI personnel to follow the President's priorities. In recent months, roughly 900 FBI agents around the country have been given temporary assignments to help with immigration enforcement. It can be challenging for FBI agents to make meaningful contributions to such assignments. Given that the bureau's agents are investigators. They're not trained in patrol focused policing. What could possibly go wrong?
Allison Gill
Right.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah. Many others are inexperienced in handling immigration cases. FBI agents on such assignments, they're often used just to provide additional security on the street while other law enforcement officers do their jobs.
Allison Gill
Oh, God. So that's. In addition. So he did that the night before he came out and did the 740 Home Rule act and said, I'm Calling out the National Guard even though I couldn't. Done. January 6th. Just unbelievable. All right, well, it's believable. Let's be honest. Next up, Senator Whitehouse has penned a letter to the head of the Bureau of Prisons asking for more information about the transfer of Ghislaine Maxwell to a minimum security facility in Texas. And he's demanding documents involving one Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, any member of the Office of the Deputy Attorney General or any other Department of Justice official not employed by the Bureau of Prisons. Documents involving requests and the disposition of such requests for the redesignation and transfer of Ms. Maxwell requests and the disposition of such requests for waiver of any public safety Factors associated with Ms. Maxwell's designation or redesignation. I actually have that. Any decision to waive, as applied to Maxwell, the standard procedures for submissions of an inmate transfer request as detailed in Chapter 7 of the Bureau's program statement. Inmate security designation and custody classifications. Any transfer codes associated with Ms. Maxwell's redesignation and transfer. Ms. Maxwell's security point score, custody level, and requests for applications and reasons for management variables associated with Ms. Maxwell's placement as of June 1, 2025. Ms. Maxwell's security point score, custody level and requests. Oh, wait, I just read that for application. Sorry, that was. Oh. As of August 1, 2025. So all of that before June 1 and everything as of August 1.
Dana Goldberg
You know what? Someone's going to have to backdate some shit. You know damn well they don't have this paperwork.
Allison Gill
Meaning what it looked like before and what it looked like now. What it looks like now. Now, I actually do have this paperwork for what it looks like now. I just happen to have it, and I published it on my substack today. Which is free, by the way. Militiarote.com her transfer code I can report is transfer code 308. It's used only for prisoners with a lot of time served and which does not allow sex offenders to moved to minimum security camps, only a waiver of her sex offender status, which is a management variable. One of those things that he asked for that the. The senator asked about, which she has, is. Is what does that. Is. It's a management variable. And I. I've got a screenshot of it. You can see it. Her. Her sex offender waiver. Her security point score is 27, which is low and would allow her to serve in a minimum security facility were it not for her sex offender public safety factor. But here's the thing, Dana. In her level and custody summary, it says custody status as Out o w T. So I asked a source what that meant, and apparently that means she can leave the facility for work assignment.
Dana Goldberg
Jesus Christ.
Allison Gill
Now, I don't have any information on communications regarding the waiver, asking for the waiver, granting it, or anything like that. I only have the waiver and the status and her score and all that and her custody level. But you can see everything I was able to get in my little hands on my sub stack again. It's multiple she wrote dot com. In a related story, Judge Engelmeier laid into the Department of Justice today regarding their request to unseal the Ghis Maxwell grand jury transcripts. The judge saw the exercise for the farce that it is. We all said, oh, this is. She's not. They're not really trying. Right. This is just so they can say they asked for it.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
But here's what the judge said. The only colorable argument under the doctrine for unsealing in this case is, in fact, is that doing so would expose as disingenuous the government's public explanations for moving to unseal. A member of the public appreciating that Maxwell grand jury materials do not contribute anything to public knowledge might conclude that the government's motion for their unsealing was aimed not at transparency, but at diversion, aimed not at full disclosure, but at the illusion of such a. And there is precedent in a case called biagi, the fountainhead of the Second Circuit's special circumstances doctrine, permitting a court to order the release of grand jury testimony in order to correct the government's misleading public characterization of it. So what the judge is saying here is the only way that these records could be unsealed is to prove that you're full of shit. Yeah, so that is fascinating. However, he didn't release them to prove they were full of shit because he said the court gave careful consideration to unsealing the grand jury materials on a similar rationale. But with the government having now conceded that the information it proposes to release is redundant of the public record, that this information was made publicly available at Maxwell's trial or has otherwise been publicly reported, the public interest in testing the government's bona fides does not require the extraordinary step of unsealing grand jury records. Without any need to review the grand jury materials, the public can evaluate for itself the government's asserted bases for making this motion. In other words, I don't have to release these materials for everyone in the world to know you're full of shit.
Dana Goldberg
I wish that this was in layman terms for their people to understand, you know what I mean? Because, like, obviously every. You're disseminating the information for us, but all these other people are like, trump tried. Trump tried. And the judge said no. Nope. Yeah. And I'm sure this is the only court order he's actually gonna follow, and the court ruling he's actually gonna follow out of all of these.
Allison Gill
And he'll blame them for. They wouldn't let me release it.
Dana Goldberg
Exactly, exactly. All right, this is from Democracy docket. Just hours after the President announced the deployment of national guard troops in D.C. a trial convened in San Francisco to determine whether President Donald Trump's use of the military in California earlier this year violated federal laws. The three day non jury trial before Judge Charles Breyer. It stems from a June lawsuit that California Governor Gavin Newsom filed against Trump after he federalized California's National Guard and deployed hundreds of Guard troops and Marines to Los Angeles. And that was in the response to the protests over aggressive immigration rates earlier this year. Unconstitutional, one might say. Now, at issue is whether Trump allowing soldiers to accompany federal agents on law enforcement operations and temporarily detain civilians, whether that violated the Posse Comitatus act, which prohibits the armed forces from enforcing civilian laws under normal circumstances, and this was a normal circumstance. If you were in la, you knew this was now. And I quote, the factual question which the court must address is whether the military was used to enforce domestic law and if so, whether there continues to be threat that it could be done again. Well, it sure sounds like it's being done again. Breyer said that in the opening of a trial, Trump federalized California National Guard troops and sent them to the second largest city in the US over the objections of Newsom, using an obscure, archaic federal statute. California sued, alleging that the Trump's mobilization order violated the statute that they used now. Breyer agreed with the state and granted a temporary restraining order blocking Trump's seizure of California troops. Though an appeals court days later, it stayed Breyer's order and allowed Trump to keep using the troops. California also asked Breyer for a court order blocking the troops from being used in immigration raids or other enforcement operations, saying such arrangements actually violate Posse Comitatus. In addition to authorizing soldiers to accompany Immigration and Customs Enforcement, otherwise known as ice, those ICE officials on the raids. The Trump administration has also used troops to assist with routine Drug Enforcement Administration counter drug operations hundreds of miles away from Los Angeles. In total, the Trump administration deployed over 5,000 National Guard soldiers and Marines to Southern California. Well, the troops took part in, and I quote, more than 170 missions in over 130 separate locations from nine federal agencies, including the Drug Enforcement Agency, the U.S. marshal Service, ICE and Department of Homeland Security. That's according to the Pentagon, by the way. Now, missions included a bizarre multi agency operation codenamed Operation Excalibur. And this was in MacArthur Park. That's a recreation area nearby, a neighborhood with a large immigration population. Around 90 California National Guard troops using 17 military humvees took part in that operation. Military personnel detained at least one person while operating in Southern California. And this was a 27 year old army veteran who was attempting to pick up paperwork at a Department of Veterans affairs office in Los Angeles. Experts have previously told Democracy Docket that the Trump administration's desire to use military units alongside police, it undermines Posse comitatus. Breyer, who happens to be an appointee of Clinton and the brother of former Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, has been hesitant to make a determination on Posse Comitatus violations and set the trial to consider evidence on potential defiance. During the trial's first day, California lawyers and the Department of Justice's officials questions Major General Scott Sherman. Now, Scott Sherman is the head of the Task Force 51 that oversaw the National Guard troops and the Marines involved in the military mission in Los Angeles. Sherman, who has been in the military everyone for over three decades, testified that Gregory Bovino, a senior Department of Homeland Security official, questions Sherman's loyalty to the country after the commander objected to a request for military assistance for the MacArthur park operation. Sherman said the original request asked for over 50 military vehicles to be involved in the park raid. Ultimately, the assistance request went to Secretary of Defense Pete Kegseth. Now, in a press conference just hours before the trial started, Trump announced the deployment of those national guard troops in D.C. which he claims is out of control and overwhelmed by crime and homelessness. And by the way, that's an account that has been disputed by city officials and police data from his own government. During press conference, KSEV heavily blurred the lines between military personnel and police, calling them partners.
Allison Gill
Yikes.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, he said. They will be strong, they will be tough. They will stand with their law enforcement partners. That's from Hegseth about the National Guard troops. Since the start of his second term, Trump has issued several executive orders meant to increase the military's role in law enforcement into militarized police departments. In one of his first orders off his second term, Trump told the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security to recommend whether he should invoke the Insurrection act and deploy military forces on American soil to assist with the mass deportation efforts because he can't fucking do it legally. The Insurrection act, one of the president's most powerful emergency authorities, overrides posse comitatus and allows military forces to help civilian authorities suppress insurrections, which we don't have one. That was January 6th. They can also quell civil unrest or domestic violence and enforce the law. Well, the departments did not recommend any invocation of the Insurrection Act. However, Trump has repeatedly threatened to use the act. In another order detailing plans to militarize law enforcement, Trump ordered Attorney General Pam Bondi and Kegseth to determine, and I quote, how military and national security assets, training, nonlethal capabilities, and personnel can most effectively be utilized to prevent crime.
Allison Gill
You don't use the military to prevent crime.
Dana Goldberg
How this works.
Allison Gill
I have to. I did this on. On cleanup on aisle 45, but I have to read this quote from Battlestar Galactica.
Dana Goldberg
Okay.
Allison Gill
One of my favorite shows, it's from Commander William Adama, and he said, there's a reason you separate the military and the police. One fights the enemies of the state. The other serves and protects the people. When the military becomes both, then the enemies of the state tend to become the people. Ye.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah. My goodness.
Allison Gill
That's what we're looking at. That's why you have to separate them. They're trying to smush them together. We're trying to keep them separated.
Dana Goldberg
And I just want everyone to know, especially the LGBTQ community, we didn't hit on this. Kim Davis.
Allison Gill
Oh, tell. Yeah, give us an update on that, please.
Dana Goldberg
Well, we're gonna. I think we should talk about it in depth tomorrow. But Kim Davis, basically, who's just a piece of shit and who's been married, I think, four times, you know, sanctity of marriage. Everyone has gotten her case to the Supreme Court to try to overturn marriage equality. So this is a big deal. It's scary. We're gonna talk about it tomorrow a little bit more on the podcast and give you some details on that. But we warned everyone, and we knew this was coming, and they were. Oh, no, no. It's settled law. I want you to remember that Roe v. Wade, when Thomas gave his ruling, said that it was not an old enough precedent. It was a young one. It hadn't been in the law long enough, so it was totally reasonable to overturn it.
Allison Gill
Obergefell is way younger.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, obergefell is only 10 years old.
Allison Gill
Okay. Yeah, we're gonna talk about that in depth tomorrow. Thank you for bringing that up.
Dana Goldberg
You bet.
Allison Gill

Allison Gill
Hi Maxwell. Thank you so much for that good trouble.
Dana Goldberg
Bruce, this one's from Marie. No pronouns given. Just a quick follow up yesterday. Dana knows when I said vibrant community, I meant gay. We have a strong, active community and a growing indivisible movement that is out on the coastal highway out get it every Saturday morning, welcoming the vacationing throngs. So yes, you can have your capybaras, otters, and a good time and good trouble.
Allison Gill
Oh, Kate May. That's right.
Dana Goldberg
Yep, a quick pronunciation assist. I think I said lose and it is Louis. Ah, yep. Thanks again for being a source of truth and hope. We would love to welcome you to our community, Maureen. I assure you that is an area that is on my tour schedule for next year.
Allison Gill
So very cool, Maureen. Thank you so much. Dana knows when I say vibrant community, I mean gay. Yep. That's fantastic. All right, next up from Anonymous. To begin, I would like to thank Allison and Dana for keeping me sane during my commute every day, providing me with just the right mixture of news and swearing to keep me hopeful during these chaotic times. I'm a federal employee. Anonymous, My heart goes out to you. I'm working in South Florida, and when I first heard the news about Alligator Alcatraz, I knew that I couldn't sit on the sidelines and watch this administration run a concentration camp in the middle of the Florida Everglades without fighting back with dose after dose of good trouble, I've been attending protests to include my first one ever, submitting public records requests, and fostering a community to advocate for environmental and human rights. These past seven weeks have been a whirlwind. We finally received some good news with Judge Kathleen Williams issuing that temporary restraining order last week to halt any additional construction for two weeks while the federal court case, brought on environmental grounds, proceeds while the facility is still able to operate. This order has given me hope that we may have a chance to actually shut this place down and hold this administration accountable for refusing to abide by the National Environmental Policy Act. I hope to provide you with additional good news updates over the next few weeks. And in the meantime, I'll leave you with a couple of bird watching photos from the day Trump toured the facility. And for my potbed tax, I'm including a picture from my backyard of Florida's largest wading bird enjoying a furry snack. Bonus points if you can guess the bird and what he's feasting on. Is that a blue herring? Is it a blue heron with a squirrel in his mouth?
Dana Goldberg
Is that a squirrel tail?
Allison Gill
I don't know. It's a great blue heron. And he's got a squirrel. He's eating a squirrel.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, wow.
Allison Gill
Oh, man. Foods.
Dana Goldberg
Seriously? Oh, my God.
Allison Gill
Then here's the protest. Save the sacred Everglades. Protect our legacy. And a bird watching photo with the actual alligator Alcatraz. This is our first one. Thank you so much for this.
Dana Goldberg
Yep.
Allison Gill
Look at the rainbow bracelet there.
Dana Goldberg
Love it.
Allison Gill
Yeah. And again, Anonymous, heart goes out to you as a federal worker.
Dana Goldberg
Indeed. All right, this is from Stephanie Pronouns she and her hello Team Beans. I just wanted to shout out my local Democratic Action club of Chico DACC up here in California District 1. They've been organizing so many protests outside for our Mag 11 representative Doug La Malfa's office for months and held an empty chair town hall in May. They do so much here where we are blue.in a red MAGA district. Well, Governor Newsom's talk of redistricting caught his attention and now he's having a town hall on Monday 811 at 7:30am.
Allison Gill
Oh, that was yesterday. We're gonna have to get an update from you, Stephanie.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, Stephanie says, I think he chose this wildly inconvenient time because he thinks no one will show up. But I think he'll be unpleasantly surprised because the DACC knows how to show up in big and very organized way. This turd has been in office for 12 years and has done nothing for us. And now we're mobilizing to kick his ass to the curb. At a time when national issues can make me feel powerless, I'm grateful for folks like DACC that help us stay focused on what we can do right here at home. For my pot pet tariff, I'm including pictures of my fur children. Skunk, who's 16 and pissed at everyone. Augustus, maybe you can guess the breed. And Alvin, who was a foster baby who never left Foster Fail. Thank you for all you do. Your pods keep me sane during these maddening Times.
Allison Gill
Oh, okay. The tuxedo is brilliant. I love the dots on the nose. Augustus, that is. That looks like a. I mean it looks like a Siberian, but I can't tell the color point. I don't know if it's lavender or what, but beautiful cat. And then look at this other one with the blep. So very cute. There it is. Oh, Blue lynx point. Siberian.
Dana Goldberg
I'm impressed you got as far as you did Siberian.
Allison Gill
I got blue links point. I'm not very good at color points and types of points and all that stuff, but beautiful babies. Thank you for that.
Dana Goldberg
Absolutely.
Allison Gill
Next up, from. From Rachel, any pronouns you would like in my best ag voice. Hello, legendary lagumi lady. I have a couple of things for you today. First, I have some misheard song lyrics that I will never forget as long as I live. My best friend and I met back in the day when we were about 12 years old. We're now in our mid-30s when we were pre teens, early teens. We were obsessed with Michael Jackson. We listened to every song, we watched every music video, we attempted every dance. We were probably MJ's biggest fans in Northeast Ohio. One day we were in the back of mom's minivan leaving our house. When we got in the car, man in the Mirror was on the radio. We sang our hearts out. I'm sure the whole block heard us. When we got to no message could have been and Eclaira, I noticed my mom snap her head so hard that I thought she gave herself whiplash. As she glared at us in the rear view mirror, she ever so gently said, what the did you just say? I. I was quite taken aback so I uttered saying, no mustache.
Dana Goldberg
Could have been any clipper. Oh my God.
Allison Gill
This made so much sense in our 13 to 14 year old brains. He just clipped the out of that mustache so the man in the mirror is looking good. Sigh. I will never sing those silly accurate lyrics. Okay, now that we've got that nonsense out of the way, here's the real reason I'm writing to you today. I've recently had discussions with other people from Northeast Ohio and I would like ag to help settle a pronunciation debate for me. Being from Akron, maybe you'll be able to help big time. Bonus if Dana gets to read this first.
Dana Goldberg
What the fuck?
Allison Gill
Cuyahoga. Also Kaga. We used to just say Kaga Falls. I am from Kaga Falls, just outside of Akron. I have known plenty of people from Cleveland. And that's Cuyahoga county, of course. And there's the Cuyahoga River. I argue that I say it correctly because I know the name of my city better than any name of the county or the river.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, boy, here we go.
Allison Gill
I went to Cuyahoga Falls High School. I had to say that all the time in good old Caucasian Falls. Spoiler alert, it's not that good. We say Kaya Hoga. I heard people arguing Cuyahoga. It's like the worst nails on a chalkboard to me, which I think I just did when I grew up. We. I'm gonna. I'm interjecting here. The full pronunciation was kaya Hoga. You are correct. And the Cuyahoga fair and all that other stuff, but everyone just said Kaga, really, where I'm from. Anyways, I hope you're on my side on this. I'll be sure to be okay if you disagree. Thank you both for all your hard work and reporting the real news with real swearing. For my pod pet tariff, I give you my one brain celled wonder Harley. He's the sweetest Velcro baby and I would do anything for his stupid ass. I'd have you guess, but there's never been a more staffy staffy that has ever staffied. I will never understand how in the hell anyone can want to mess with those ears. Sob Mo. Look at the beautiful staffy Cuyahoga. Kaga Kyahoga. Yep. There's all kinds of ways to say it. I'm with you. I like Cuyahoga.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, these babies are cute.
Allison Gill
So, Rachel, you can tell them. AG says, you're right. It's Cuyahoga.
Dana Goldberg
All right, cool.
Allison Gill
Well, thank you everybody for your good news submissions. Really appreciate it. I knew one day I'd be asked about Caga Falls.
Dana Goldberg
You were ready.
Allison Gill
Yeah, but the thing is, is that, like, I don't live there. I haven't lived there for many, many years, and all of my Akron cousins and relatives say Cuyahoga.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
So I got to kind of go with what they say, and that's why I'm backing you. All right, any final thoughts for today, my friend?
Dana Goldberg
No, I think we're good.
Allison Gill
