MSW Media. Hello and welcome to the Daily beans for Tuesday, June 3, 2025.
Dana Goldberg
Today.
Allison Gill
Today, the cost to repair the roads after Trump rolls his birthday tanks out on June 14th will be upwards of $16 million. The mayor of Tulsa has unveiled a $105 million reparations plan to address the impact of the Tulsa massacre. Law firms that bent the knee to Trump are seeing big clients head for the door. The Department of Homeland Security has removed a list of sanctuary cities from its website after the Sheriff's association complained. The Supreme Court has left in place many Maryland's ban on semiautomatic military style rifles and Rhode Island's ban on large capacity magazines. A group of Senate deficit hawks and Medicaid moderate Republicans threatens the billionaire bailout bill. And a federal judge has blocked Trump from nixing union bargaining for TSA employees. I'm Allison Gill.
Dana Goldberg
And I'm Dana Goldberg.
Allison Gill
Welcome back, Dana.
Dana Goldberg
Thank you, my friend. I missed you. Thank you for holding it down while I was gone. I was really missing you, too, Mexico. And then I flew immediately to Houston for a human Rights campaign gala. And I had a celebration of life for my friend that I told you we lost to colorectal cancer. And I just want to remind everyone, get it checked. If you are the age where you need a colonoscopy or you're having any sort of symptoms that do not feel right, do not take chances. She got diagnosed at 37. Get it checked.
Allison Gill
Yes, 100%. Thank you for that PSA. And I've been promising everyone you'd be back and see everyone. I told you, you.
Dana Goldberg
I come back.
Allison Gill
I wasn't lying. She. She is back. Talk about this very cool thing you're doing on social media. I love this.
Dana Goldberg
Thank you. We're going to put this at the top there because I know sometimes y' all check out after the news block and hopefully you don't. The good news is so good. But if you don't follow me on Instagram, I'm asking for a call to action. If you will follow me on Instagram. It's DG comedy. What I'm doing every day is I'm highlighting an LGBTQ+ hero of every day for the Pride month. So every day of June. And even though I know not everyone in the LGBTQ community identifies as gay, it's called the gay of the day. And there's in a little asterisk. So you know, when someone's not gay or they, you know, they're just. Maybe they just may identify trans, which has nothing to do with their sexual orientation. So there's a lot of different facets to this.
Allison Gill
At the end of the year, are you going to have the Queer of the Year?
Dana Goldberg
I would. I actually, I told my social media person, I was like, yep, I should have the Queer of the Year. And the biggest thing, if you feel safe enough and you're okay with it, after you follow me. Can you share these videos? Share them to your stories? There's a little arrow on this, on my post that will be able to share. It just really helps. And we're educating people. Like, the first one is Alan Turing, and the second one is Marsha P. Johnson. Tomorrow, when you're listening to this, it'll be Edie Windsor. So all of these people have done incredible things in the history of our country, and I think people need to know what the LGBTQ community has done for their lives as well. Like Alan Turing, who basically helped invent the computer and broke the Nazi code during World War II. Like, it's important that they understand this. So if you could do that for me Again, it's Instagram DG comedy. Also Blue Sky. I'm sharing the videos there, but I would love the Instagram followers. It helps with the numbers. And then just share them. If you love them, share them. That's all I ask and comment. It actually helps with the algorithm.
Allison Gill
Yes. The engagement is. Is important, so thank you so much. I love a gay of the day.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, 31 of them. So we'll see. It's gonna be exhausting. By the. At the end, it's just gonna be like, my friend Jim.
Allison Gill
Yeah. You're gonna be like, yeah, this is Jim. I love it. I absolutely love it. Also, by the way, this is kind of cool. Later today in the show, I'm gonna be talking with comedian and activist Cliff Cash. I don't know if you've seen his reels and videos going around social media, but he's pretty awesome.
Dana Goldberg
Right on.
Allison Gill
Also, thanks to everyone who donated to the employees of Buona Forchetta after the violent ICE raid there at that restaurant here in San Diego yesterday. Dana, when I posted the link to the GoFundMe to raise money to help the people who were arrested by ICE. They had about $23,000 in less than 24 hours. They're at $80,000.
Dana Goldberg
Wow.
Allison Gill
Y' all are awesome. Their goal was 35,000. Then they upped it to 50, then they upped it to 75. So you guys are just smashing the record. So thank you so much for this.
Dana Goldberg
God, we have such a Great community.
Allison Gill
We really, really do. Also good word on yesterday's good trouble. That ice tip line has basically been neutralized.
Dana Goldberg
Very good.
Allison Gill
The whole time as of Monday afternoon was 3 hours and 45 minutes. And, and then it kicked my friend, my friend. I had a friend of mine who was, who was on hold for me. He's like, I had to switch my earbud out to my other ear to give my one ear a rest after being on for three hours and 45 minutes. At which point at 6pm Eastern, it kicked him back to the main menu because they don't take calls after 6p. So this is basically, we have effectively neutralized this ice tip line.
Dana Goldberg
So that's amazing. Well done, everyone. Well done.
Allison Gill
Congratulations on that. Good trouble. I thought you'd all want to know. All right, we have a lot of news to get to. Let's hit the hot notes. Hot notes. All right, everybody, first up, this is generally a very good news day. We only have one, maybe two, one and a half bad news stories. And so since we only have a couple, I want to lead with one of them to get it out of the way. This is from NBC. The cost to repair Washington D.C. streets after the upcoming military parade, which is Donald's birthday parade, could cost as much as $16 million, and that's according to US military officials. So it's probably a low ball estimate if DUI Pete Keg Stand is saying that that's what it costs.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
That's part of an estimated $45 million total cost for the June 14 military parade, which, like I said, coincides with Trump's birthday. The cost estimates have fluctuated. Continues. In an interview with NBC's Meet the Press earlier this month, the President defended the cost of the parade, saying it's peanuts compared to the value of doing it. Peanuts. $45 million.
Dana Goldberg
Yep. That's a lot of golden peanuts.
Allison Gill
That's a lot of federal workers and NIH scientists and.
Dana Goldberg
And where the is Doge.
Allison Gill
Got a black eye in a K hole?
Dana Goldberg
Oh, he sure did. Man. The rumors around how he got that. Beautiful. Absolutely beautiful.
Allison Gill
Touched on it a bit y when I was like, well, Stephen Miller's left handed. So anyway, I'll see you all at the no Kings rally in San Diego on that day so we can protest Kings. We don't, because we, you know, no Kings in the United States, no kings in America. And, and also the. Just the outrageous expense of this, you know, I don't know, compensating parade.
Dana Goldberg
It's ridiculous.
Allison Gill
He's throwing for himself.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
If you can't make it to San Diego, hey, head to 5051 or Indivisible or mobilize us to find your local rally. You don't have one, you can organize one yourself. It's pretty, it's pretty amazing. There's already almost a thousand events across the country.
Dana Goldberg
That's incredible. I think I'm going to be in LA that day, so I'm definitely going to find out where it's at. Now, we do have a little good news at the top of the hot notes. Here we go. Next up from the Times, the Tulsa race massacre of 1921. This was one of the most horrific episodes of racial violence in US history. It killed up to 300 black residents. It destroyed neighborhoods completely. Now, more than a century later, the city's mayor announced $105 million reparations package on Sunday. This is the first large scale plan, by the way, committing funds to address the impact of this atrocity. Monroe Nichols, he's the first black mayor of Tulsa, unveiled the sweeping project named Road to Repair, which I love. Yes, it is intended. This is a good road to repair, not the bullshit that's going to come from Trump's parade. Now, it is intended to chip away at enduring disparities caused by the massacre and its aftermath in the Greenwood neighborhood, specifically the Greenwood neighborhood and the wider north Tulsa community in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The centerpiece of the project is creation of the Greenwood Trust. This is a private charitable trust with the goal of securing $105 million in assets, including private contributions, property transfers. That's huge. And possible public funding by next spring, the 105th anniversary of the attack. That's what they're trying to do, coincide this $105 million in reparations to the 105th anniversary of the attack in Tulsa.
Allison Gill
It's good to finally see some reparations. The generational damage done by these kinds of, you know, atrocious massacres still holds today. So, yeah, wonderful for the mayor of Tulsa and step one, right?
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, Step one. And hopefully a long line.
Allison Gill
Yes, agreed. Next up from the Wall Street Journal, at a recent luncheon at a Cipriani at this, I guess the restaurant's called Cipriani. It's in midtown Manhattan. A top lawyer for Citadel delivered a message to leaders of some of the country's biggest law firms. Brooke Cuccinella told them that the hedge fund company likes to work with law firms that aren't afraid of a fight. Support for the law firms that did not make deals with Trump has been Growing inside the offices of corporate executives, at least 11 big companies are moving work away from law firms that settled with the administration or are giving to or intend to give more business to firms that have been targeted but refused to strike deals. And that's according to general counsels at those companies and other people familiar with those decisions. Among them Oracle technology giant Oracle investment bank. Morgan Stanley, an airline, a pharmaceutical company. Microsoft expressed reservations about working with a firm that struck a deal. And another such firm stopped representing McDonald's in a case a few months before a scheduled trial. In interviews, general counsels expressed concern about whether they could trust law firms that struck deals to fight for them in court and in negotiating big deals if they weren't willing to stand up for themselves against Trump. Eight other firms, including Kirkland and Ellis, Scadden, Simpson, Thatcher A and O Shearman and Latham and Watkins have reached deals with Trump. In total, the capitulating firms, which include some of the industry's largest and best known, agreed to provide about a billion dollars in pro bono work for Trump. The agreements were supposed to buy peace and allow the firms to move on. But in the weeks since, they've caused rifts between partners. They've alienated younger associates, some of them, and created problems with some longtime clients. So everybody capitulation comes with a price. That is true for media outlets, it's true for corporations. It's true for law firms. It's true for certain California governors. It's true for members of Congress. There will be a reckoning, and in some cases there already is. So all of these massive companies moving away from law firms that bent the knee saying, I don't want you if you're not willing to fight.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, well said, my friend. Well said. This one next is from Reuters. The U.S. department of Homeland Security as the DHS removed a list of sanctuary cities, states and counties from its website following sharp criticism from a sheriff's association that said a list of quote, non compliant sheriffs could severely damage the relationship between the Trump administration and law enforcement.
Allison Gill
Wow. And just want to break in here. The Sheriff's association, not a real woke Marxist association.
Dana Goldberg
Not at all. Not at all. Now DHS on Thursday published a list of what it called sanctuary jurisdictions that it deemed were included in areas that have a policy of limiting cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. Well, the list prompted a response from the National Sheriff's association, which represents more than 3,000 elected sheriffs across the country and generally supports federal immigration enforcement. Sheriff Kieran Donahue, president of the association, said in a statement on Saturday that DHS published, quote, a list of alleged non compliant sheriffs in a manner that lacks transparency and accountability. Donahue said the list was created without input from the sheriffs and, quote, violated the core principles of trust, cooperation and partnership with fellow law enforcement. The DHS has since removed the list from their website. So apparently if you are one of their voting blocks or they see you as one of their voting blocks, if you make some noise, you can get some shit done.
Allison Gill
Yeah. Back the blue my ass. Yeah. For the Sheriff's association to be pissed at the Trump administration is saying something.
Dana Goldberg
Oh yeah.
Allison Gill
Really saying something. It's like Elon saying, well, I don't want to really talk about how I don't agree with the administration on certain things. Can we just talk about spaceships? Like just. It's, it's awkward and uncomfortable. But the DHS took it down, so that's good. All right, from the Post. The Supreme Court declined to take up a pair of gun rights cases on Monday, leaving in place Maryland's ban on semiautomatic military style rifles and leaving in place Rhode Island's restrictions on large capacity magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammo. The court's actions drew dissents from the three conservatives. Well, three of the conservatives showing the Supreme Court still divided on how to handle Second Amendment cases. Still divided.
Dana Goldberg
Okay, I know.
Allison Gill
On how to handle Second Amendment cases. After the justices expanded gun rights In a 2022 landmark decision, Clarence Thomas said the high court should have reviewed the lower court ruling in the Maryland case and not put off the question of whether the government can ban the most, quote, the most popular rifle in America, unquote. The answer, he wrote, is of quote, critical importance to tens of millions of law abiding AR15 owners throughout the country. Murmur the two other dissenters, Justice Alito, Neil Gorsuch. It was actually Kavanaugh that defected, but I think it's because he's waiting for a better case to overturn AR15 bans.
Dana Goldberg
That would not surprise me. There's always a reason. There's always a reason, even if it's to try and make the court look less corrupt. You know what I mean? Like, we've got the votes. Why don't you fall on your sword on this one, Kavanaugh? I wouldn't be a surprise. And by the way, this is the other not good news story, but we need it in here. This is from Politico. The Supreme Court has agreed, agreed to hear a Republican lawmaker's challenge to an Illinois state law that requires election Authorities to count melon ballots received up to two weeks after Election Day, as long as they are postmarked or certified by the voter as being cast by that date. The lawsuit brought by six term Rep. Mike Boast is one of the series of cases that Trump's allies have filed seeking to exclude votes received after Election Day from official results. I'm sorry, Allison, who does that disenfranchise?
Allison Gill
Oh, the military.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, that's right, the US fucking military that's serving overseas.
Allison Gill
However, the suckers and losers.
Dana Goldberg
Uh huh. It seems unlikely. And all the expats. I mean, it truly does. All the people that are still, you know, a citizen of this country. I get.
Allison Gill
And disabled people. People who have accessibility issues.
Dana Goldberg
Yep. That they've got a mail in their balance.
Allison Gill
Older voters. Trump, he. Yeah, he votes by mail.
Dana Goldberg
Oh my God. Now, in this situation, it seems unlikely that the justices will deliver a definitive ruling on that issue. In this case, the lower courts, they dismissed Boast's lawsuit in part on the grounds that the harm he expected to suffer from counting late arriving ballots was too speculative to give him legal standing to sue. I think that is a good call. That standing question is the only one his attorneys presented to the high Court. So any ruling would likely be confined to whether he can revive his lawsuit. Although the justices sometimes broaden that legal question during immunity arguments. Yep. Or in their ruling.
Allison Gill
Immunity. They were only supposed to decide in that case and they decided to make a rule for the ages.
Dana Goldberg
Yep. The justices announced their decision to take up the case in a routine orders list on Monday. Now, it will likely be argued this fall and decided by When? June of 2026. Let's see what is happening in November of 2026. The midterms.
Allison Gill
Six months. Okay. Yeah, something. Yeah, that's right. The midterm elections in 2026.
Dana Goldberg
Yep, yep, yep.
Allison Gill
So. Oh well, I mean, if the lower court only ruled on standing, the Supreme Court would never go outside of often.
Dana Goldberg
Well, never often. Would never often go out. Always.
Allison Gill
My God. That was a by the way, very hopeful statement by Politico. I do not trust that the Supreme Court won't say we need to make a rule for the ages and we'll rule on the merits of this case. Even though. And we'll somehow say they have standing. Even though harm hasn't happened because we still count these battles like it's just.
Dana Goldberg
Anyway, there's going to be shenanigans. We already know it.
Allison Gill
Yes. This is how they're going to suppress. One of the ways they're going to suppress the votes. And I will save my ire, I guess, until 2026.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, until the day after the election. We'll see what happens.
Allison Gill
Yeah.
Dana Goldberg
Next, hopefully we won't have any ire. You know what I mean? Hopefully the midterms, we're going to get the House of Representatives back at a minimum.
Allison Gill
That'll be great. I'm going to use the ire to get the House of Representatives back.
Dana Goldberg
That sounds great.
Allison Gill
And to help win all the elections between now and then and 20. All right, next up from Politico, the Senate's deficit hawks might be raising the loudest hue and cry over the GOP's. They say big, beautiful bill. I call it the billionaire bailout bill. But another group of Republicans is poised to have a bigger impact on the final legislative product. They're called the Medicaid moderates. They, they're actually an ideological diverse bunch, ranging from conservative Josh Hawley of Missouri to centrist Susan Collins of Maine. Really centrist. Yet they have found rare alignment over concerns about what the House passed version of the GOP domestic policy mega bill does to the national safety net health program. And they have the leverage to force significant changes in the Senate so they don't want to lose their seats, is what this boils down to. Remember how I've always said there's going to be a reckoning when these elected officials have to decide between supporting Trump and supporting their constituents? And a lot of these red state or purple state red senators have a lot of constituents on Medicaid.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
Quote, I would hope that we would elect not to do anything that would endanger Medicaid benefits as a conference. That's what Josh Hawley said in an interview. And damn you, House of Representatives for making me agree with Josh. I know I've made that clear to my leadership. I think others share that perspective. Okay. Well, I guess, you know, big brave guy coming out and standing up for Medicare. Now.
Dana Goldberg
He's brave. Brave. And he ran out of the capital on January 6. His heels didn't even touch the ground. All of a sudden he's gonna stand on something.
Allison Gill
Now ain't nothing gonna break in my stride. Yeah, he flew out of that.
Dana Goldberg
I've got to keep on moving.
Allison Gill
All right. Besides Holly and Collins, other GOP senators include Murkowski, Jerry Moran of Kansas, Jim Justice. Jim Justice, West Virginia. They've also drawn public red lines over this. And they have some rhetorical backing from Trump, who has urged congressional Republicans to spare Medicaid as much as possible. Hmm. Meeting either senators demands could be enormously difficult given the tight fiscal parameters through which House leaders have to squeeze the bill to advance it in their own chamber. That's the budget reconciliation thing. That, in turn, is empowering the senators elsewhere in the Republican conference to make changes. And the Medicaid group is emerging as a key block to watch because of its size and its overlapping, relatively workable demands. So we'll see what happens. Perhaps. We keep calling our Republicans. I also would like them to take their hands off SNAP and Medicare and climate stuff, so.
Dana Goldberg
And health care for the entire trans community.
Allison Gill
Yes. So don't think that just pulling back on gutting Medicaid makes any Republican a hero.
Dana Goldberg
No, I agree. Thank you, Allison. This one's from cnbc. A federal judge on Monday said the administration of President Trump likely broke a law. Wait, what?
Allison Gill
Wait, no, no.
Dana Goldberg
What? They likely broke another law by stripping 50,000 Transportation Security Officers of the ability to unionize and bargain over their working conditions. US Thought he was for unions. Oh, no, that. I'm sorry, that was the last president. U.S. district Judge Marsha Peckman in Seattle, Washington, blocked the U.S. department of Homeland Security from canceling a union contract covering TSA officers pending the outcome of a lawsuit by four unions challenging the move. The lawsuit claims the Trump administration ended collective bargaining for TSA officers who staff checkpoints at U.S. airports and other transportation hubs as retaliation against the unions for suing over administration policies. And I'm going to tell you what you don't want right now is the entire TSA to fucking go on strike.
Allison Gill
Remember what Reagan did?
Dana Goldberg
Yep. You remember how many plane crashes were.
Allison Gill
During that time they went on strike? And Reagan's like, well, I'll fire you if you don't get back in the towers Monday. And they're like, fine, bye. And one of the really horrible kind of byproducts of that mass firing, which we're going to see again now that they're, you know, mass firing people from all federal agencies right now, is that you lose the staggering of retirement. Because when Reagan got rid of that huge mass of, you know, TSA and FAA folks and air traffic controllers, then they had to hire all of a whole brand new batch of people, and they all ended up retiring at the same time, straining the system because, you know, it's hard to hire 50,000 people at once than it is to hire them in a staggered way. Yeah. And so we're going to see that again, and it's going to be devastating. What's left of the government will all retire at the same time. Do you know what I mean?
Dana Goldberg
I do.
Allison Gill
All right, everybody. Well, thanks for that story. It's time for some good trouble. What are you guys doing? All right. Y' all did such a good job jamming up the ICE tip line. I have another tip line for you. The FBI general tip line, because they want us to call and report instances of gender affirming care to the FBI. The FBI. The number, by the way, 1-800- call FBI. Now, I know this is a big hill to jam up the like the actual general FBI tip line, but fuck these guys. We can do it. The number again, 1-800- call FBI. All right, everybody. We'll be back with comedian and activist Cliff Cash to talk about some protest ideas. We'll see you on the other side of this quick break after these messages, will be right back. Hey, everybody. So I just wanted everybody to meet him. Please welcome Cliff Cash. Hi, Cliff.
C
Hey. Thank you so much for having me. I really appreciate it.
Allison Gill
It is really great to have you. So you have a ton of credits. You know, we could. We could talk about all that. You're touring now. You started attending open mics religiously for a couple years. I remember those days, you know, pounding out like 15, 20 mics a month and doing shows and developing a set. And then you got picked up, started going on tour. Now you're selling places out. And I absolutely love this for you because I love your comedy. So talk a little bit about. Have you always been political or did that just sort of start at a certain point?
C
I've been doing standup for about 14 years. Always been a class clown. My comedy has, you know, not all of it is political, but it's been political from day one. My first open mic, I made fun of Sarah Palin. I talked about abortion. I talked about religion. So occasionally somebody who doesn't know me well will comment on social media. I liked you before your comedy was all political, and I was like, well, you must have missed the very first open mic, buddy.
Allison Gill
Yeah, I've heard that, too. Starting out in comedy in those days, it was if you kind of came down on one political side, you risked alienating half the audience. Because at that time, when you're just starting, they're not there specifically for you. They're just there for comedy.
C
Oh, totally.
Allison Gill
But now it gets to a point, you know, when we tour with the podcast or when you are on tour now where everybody knows who you are, they're all there for you, and they're all there because they've seen your reels and they've heard your comedy, and so you can really get into the political aspects of it.
C
Totally.
Allison Gill
I think one of the coolest things I saw is a video that you put out. It wasn't. I mean, all your stuff is funny, but this wasn't necessarily meant to be a comedy reel. And it was talking about how we should or could add to. Yes. And the kind of protests that we're already doing. And I think the thing that stood out to me the most was you talking about how we should all be out protesting in front of Fox News and CNN and some of these corporate media conglomerations who are part of the problem.
C
Yeah. So I kind of have this like four part plan. It just obviously kind of started informally in my head and I just have been talking about it really since he got inaugurated, but have already pushed it multiple times, you know, manifesting it into protests. So the first one, first, the first thing was amplifying veterans voices. I am not a veteran. I just recognize the importance of veterans and the importance of taking care of veterans. If you're going to send people to war, you better take care of them. Something Bernie Sanders has always said. And I feel like these people on the far right are so unreachable. They're not going to listen to a comedian, they're not going to listen to almost anybody. But they might possibly listen to some brave combat veterans saying, hey, I fought for this country and now they're betraying me. So I think it's really important to amplify those folks voices in that sense and it's important to get them together and let them organize with each other. So the plan is amplifying veterans voices through in person events, protests and town halls and then also getting clips of them saying what they need to say and amplifying those online. The other part is protesting the media, specifically Fox News, because they're such a catalyst for all this misinformation and ignorance and the dumbing down of America in general. But also holding these, what we call left leaning, which never really were all that left. We call being honest left wing now, but holding them to account too, to not normalize insane wash things that aren't normal or sane. And then intense pressure on the Heritage foundation and then lastly in person congressional visits. So when they're in session, people need to be bombarding them in D.C. and when they're in recess, people need to be bombarding them at their state and local offices.
Allison Gill
Yeah, let's talk about these a little bit individually. I'm totally with you on the veteran stuff. I'm a veteran. Bernie Sanders was the guy who got the VA to be able to negotiate drug prices, to buy in bulk, to really save A bunch of taxpayer money. And there's so much going on right now. I mean, it all started back in, like, August of 2019 or 2020, when the Atlantic reported that he called veterans and war dead suckers and losers, didn't want amputees to march in a veterans parade because they just look sad and weak. Then he, you know, as, as time goes on here and during his first administration, I talked to Miles Taylor about this. He wanted to just completely gut the entire VA and take all that money for tax cuts for the wealthy. And they said, you'll never win again if you do that. And since he had to run again, he backed off of that idea. But now it's full force firing 80,000 people from the Department of Veterans affairs, jamming mental health, telehealth doctors into a room where there's no privacy, gutting the suicide hotline for veterans, revoking visas for Afghans who helped us in post 911 conflicts. That's a huge one. A lot of veterans are really upset about that. And in a recent town hall, I saw on a video that went viral where everybody was given hell to their Republican representative. I think it was a senator. Some guy's like, now, look, I'm no Democrat, but what about the veterans? So I really think focusing on veterans voices with things like common defense and vote vets and things like that is a really, really good way to get the message out there. Because a lot of veterans are upset and people who vote care about what happens to veterans, even if they're not veterans.
C
Sure. And, you know, I think it's, it's sort of a twofold win win kind of thing is like, this is the right thing to do. Getting these people's voices out there and they, they need to be heard, and they deserve to be heard, and they deserve to be treated the way this country promised to treat them. So in that sense, it's just the right thing to do ethically. The other win is this is a winning message. This is a winning approach. It's a winning conversation. It's one that MAGA will lose over and over as long as our messaging is more powerful than their lying. That's the thing we have to win. And every talking point is we have to be better at telling the truth than they are at telling the lie. Because Donald Trump will lie about anything. I mean, he will go on TV and say, Joe Biden shouldn't have started this tariff war and he shouldn't have cut the va and all the people go, joe Biden?
Allison Gill
Yeah, Joe Biden is a robot clone that was executed in 2020. What the fuck?
C
Oh, I. I talk about QAnon in my standup. I have a new bit about adrenochrome, and I'm like, clearly it's not real or we would have given Joe Biden some.
Allison Gill
Right, very true. Let's talk a little bit about the second part of your. Your four prong plan, which is the media. I agree. Kind of like the Tesla takedowns. I mean, we have like the no Kings, hands off 50, 51 stuff that is just general grievances and about the oligarchy, but more specifically, the media is a. First of all, it's part of the oligarchy, and it's a huge problem. And, you know, the idea of having some rallies, peaceful, obviously, outside of some of these headquarters, because there are headquarters in a lot of towns and a lot of cities and there's a lot of offices for media in a lot of places, should also. We should start working on setting those rallies up. And by the way, you don't have to wait for someone else to set this up. You can go to mobilize us and set these up yourselves. So this is kind of a call to action to tell people, hey, set up a rally outside CNN headquarters in Atlanta and tell them what you think about Jake Tapper wasting everybody's time talking about robot, clone, Biden, whatnot. So.
C
Exactly.
Allison Gill
I think that's what really grabbed me from your video, was talking about setting up these. These rallies outside of corporate media headquarters and offices.
C
Yeah. So I sort of really started manifesting this plan in February, in March, on the 13th, we had a veterans protest on the mall. I think we had around 4,000, mostly veterans that day. It was great. Harry Dunn actually spoke at that, that day, and a bunch of other people. Jolly good, Ginger. And I mean people from Veterans for Peace, people from Sons of Liberty. And then the next day, I led a protest at Fox. It was FOX News and NBC share a building, basically, in D.C. yeah, they did. And we had about 700 people out there with noisemakers. I mean, big banners, noise, like air horns, pots and pans, drums, whistles, everything. And they didn't say a word about it. Like, zero coverage, even though, like, we're outside your door. And the idea of this at the time was like, you're ignoring these nationwide protests that are historic. It's historic. And, you know, not only are you just like ignoring a very relevant protest against a sitting president, you're ignoring, like, historic nationwide numbers happening in unison. And so we marched that day from FOX and NBC to cnn, took that whole crowd to CNN and did the same thing. And the message that day was like, ignore us now, ignore us now. We're outside your window. And they were like, okay, we will ignore you then. But part of that strategy was I told the crowd in both those locations, they probably are going to ignore this, but every single person here needs to pull your phone out and record what we're doing and you need to blast it on every platform that you're on. And that happened and it really got some traction. And so I've kind of started to have these conversations with people around the country. There's a group called Truth Tuesdays in New York City that protest outside of Fox News headquarters. I've linked up with those folks and some other folks within other movements and we formed a thing called Fox Takedown. So the website is just FOXTakedown.com and what it does is it basically gives you all the signage, all the messaging. It tells you where every Fox affiliate is. It kind of gives you the blueprint to start your own movement. It's very similar to Tesla Takedown. So we already have reoccurring ones going on in Denver, in New York City. I'm leading another one at Fox in D.C. on June 7 at noon, the day after this upcoming veterans protest. I'll be at that on Friday. So, you know, we're hoping that this takes off and people start protesting at all these Fox affiliates. And you know, I want, somebody's thinking this right now, so I want to answer it. I get that local journalists aren't theoretically the bad guys. Most local journalists probably are probably progressive people that went to journalism school and mostly probably feel the way we do. But all of these Fox affiliates pay money to Rupert Murdoch, who is married to a woman whose ex husband is a Russian oligarch, whose son in law is a Russian oligarch. Just ties for days to Russian oligarchs, AKA criminals and mobsters. So, you know, if you're going to attack a monster, you can cut off the tentacles as well. I still want to protest at all the main Fox headquarters, but I do think it's relevant to hit all the little satellite broadcasters as well.
Allison Gill
Yeah, especially if you're, you know, just trying to gin up some local coverage for what you're doing. A lot of politics is local and it's important. So third thing, Heritage foundation, obviously the architect of Project 2025 and the architect of our current Supreme Court, which is probably one of the biggest contributors to where we are now by, you know, granting the President a kingship during their immunity hearings last year. It's been a little over a year since that happened. And we all knew it was going to be a dreadful, there will be dreadful consequences to. It took two trials off the calendar that were scheduled to go well before the, the election. Now, granted, I don't know if having 38 felony convictions would be worse than 34, but, but here we are. So talk about what protesting the Heritage foundation looks like.
C
So we've had a couple already. We that same weekend in March where we did the Veterans and Fox that Sunday we did Heritage and we had about 700 people out that day as well. And it was loud and pissed off and rowdy and, and people were amped up. And we had another one on April 5th, I believe. I wasn't at that. I was leading a protest somewhere else, but had a whole crew of people show up and do a die in. So people laid out in the road and all over the sidewalks and they traced all their bodies in chalk and they, they had all these like little headstones and everybody was like, this person died from this policy. This person died from this policy. Really kind of highlighting what these people are doing. But, you know, I want to protest peacefully. I know we all do. But I also want to be honest that I very much want to make these people feel uneasy. I want them to look out their window and see a couple thousand people screaming at them. And I want them to feel the way they're making the American people feel. If we're going to be filled with stress and anxiety and dread and wake up every day with a pit in our stomachs, then we're going to make you feel that way too. We're going to come to your work, we're going to have aggressive signs and messaging and we're going to yell at you outside your office while you try to do your job. Your job being a Russian backed shill trying to topple democracy. Because again, Heritage, I know that you're somebody that knows a lot about, maybe more than anybody, his ties to Russia, but I'm not trying to harp on that. But Heritage foundation is backed by Viktor Orban, Orban is backed by Russia. They're not even hiding it. They cheer on the involvement of Orban in their policy and financing. This is the most pretend patriotic and pretend Christian sycophants acting like they're some kind of bald eagle baseball Jesus guy, when the reality is it's a Russian backed entity toppling our democracy and trying to implement authoritarianism. And I tell people all the time, you can't go knock on the front door of the White House. You can't go knock on Elon Musk's front door. You can go knock on Heritage Foundation's front door. It is 10ft from the sidewalk. You can walk up to it anytime you want to. And people need to be there every day. Those people. I would like to see such an aggressive effort at Heritage foundation that people start quitting their jobs. I really would.
Allison Gill
Fantastic. I mean, and you know, there's a reason Zelensky didn't tell the United states about their 18 month long operation Spiderweb drone strike that they executed this week, very successfully, by the way, without a leak to anyone and without apparently US Intelligence even being able to pick up on it. Probably because nobody wants to talk to us anymore and share, share information. And then finally, obviously self explanatory is in person. Congressional rallies go into the swamp and having speeches and carrying signs and doing the type of protesting that commonly happens around the Capitol.
C
Yeah, so we're going to have that veterans protest on the 6th, Friday, the 6th, and that's put together by a ton of different veterans groups. I'm not one of the organizers. I've just been promoting it as much as I can. I intend to be there and do whatever I can to help. But that morning that starts at 2 o' clock on the National Mall around 6th Street, Dropkick Murphy's is playing a full set, like a full on concert. Those guys are incredible.
Allison Gill
Yeah, they are.
C
I want to tell you one other thing too, but so that morning before that, at 9am I'm going to be on the Capitol steps with a group called the Mayday Movement. They've been doing a lot of congressional visits, so they're going to sort of help me have the infrastructure to direct people. So I'm going to have a handout to put in every person's hand. And you go to the. We'll direct you. Whose office? We're going to make sure everyone's office gets at least a visitor, hopefully five or 10. And the goal is you go in and say whatever you want to say, but you leave this handout with them. And the handout is going to outline what I think are some of the worst, some of the most egregious violations of our Constitution or our democracy. And then the other side of it, the whole side just says every fascist regime ends eventually and this one will too. And unless you fought it with everything you have, the people are going to hold you Accountable, because that's the reality. If it's two years from now or it's 10 years from now, there's going to come a time when regular, real Americans are back in power and we're going to hold you accountable. Maybe you go to jail, maybe you never spend another day in office, maybe you're ostracized to the point that you have to leave the country. I don't know for sure. But you're going to be held accountable. And you need to be more afraid of tens of millions of Americans than you are of this dirty diaper, small handed country club pedophile with his fat, elderly face painted orange. Like, if you think that's scary, allow me to introduce you to the American people.
Allison Gill
Right. The reckoning, as it were. And it needs to be swift and it needs to be strong. And, and who carries that out is up to us, if I'm being honest.
C
It's the people. I mean, yeah, it's, it's, it's becoming clearer and clearer by the day that whatever we thought was leadership is kind of not what, not what we imagined and hoped it would be. I joke in the bit when I do about Drina Chrome. I say Joe Biden's out here single handedly proving that Adrenochrome doesn't exist and Donald Trump's out here single handedly proving that the Deep State doesn't exist. I wake up every morning, I'm like, come on, Deep State, come on.
Allison Gill
All the Deep State people are my podcast co hosts. Yeah, we got Andy McCabe and Harry Dunn and Pete Struck. Yeah. So, yeah, they're, they're absolutely. I wish, I wish there was a Deep State, but it's us. It's always been us. No single, like everybody thinks the institutions are out there to save us. We are actually out here to save the institutions. It's the other way around. It's our government. We're the government. And so thanks for kind of bolstering that, that argument that we've been making for eight years. I really appreciate you Talk, Tell everybody where they can see you. Coming up soon, where your website is. I think you have a new special out that people can see.
C
I do. I want to tell you one last thing because I think you'll dig it and I think the listeners will. I started a website called donaldlovesvladimir.com and this is like a landing page for literally every bit of information that I could find, including like Mueller, She Wrote and some of your stuff. Every documentary I could find, every podcast Every book, every article and it's just all in one place. So when somebody wants to understand this long running connection to Russia, they can go there and consume all of this information. That's where all my protests are landing. From Fox Takedown to veterans town halls to Heritage. And I have been raising donations from my comedy fans and followers. Some people are finding the comedy through the activism, some people are finding activism through the comedy. But I've been raising funds from these people and getting three sided digital billboard trucks like the size of a U haul moving truck. And I've been plastering Donald Loves Vladimir on those with pictures of AI pictures of like him and Vladimir Putin kissing and stuff. And I've just had these trucks circling D.C. so one day I had four of them driving in a line together for 12 hours. Just circle, basically circling the White House and the mall and the central business district of D.C. i'm probably going to do that again maybe this weekend, definitely the weekend of his parade. I'm going to just have several that just say draft dodger, Agent Krasnov, whatever, and have those circling D.C. while all his cult members are coming to his parade. But you can find me through donaldloves vladimir.com My website is comediancliffcash.com and I'm Cliff Cash. Comedy on every platform. I'm doing a lot of standup and a lot of activism and I'd love to have you at either or both. And I want to say lastly, I'm sorry to be long winded. I sincerely, really, really admire you. I've been listening to you for a long time. And not just that you walk the walk and that you've been fighting this fight for a long time, but you're really brilliant and well informed. And I listen to you like on cleanup on aisle 45 and I'm like, how does she know all of this? It's very akin to Rachel Maddow, who is probably my favorite person in the space, in her ability to not only just like memorize all this information, but to tie it together like past to present and make things relevant in context. And I just have a lot of respect and admiration for you and I'm very grateful that you do what you do.
Allison Gill
Oh man, I don't I bad with comp. Thanks.
C
I mean, I mean it. I don't say things I don't mean and I, I, it was important to me today to tell you that.
Allison Gill
Oh man. Well, I admire what you're doing too. And Rachel's always been a hero of mine. I used to, we Used to play this game when we would turn on Maddow at night. And, you know, every show starts with back in 1922.
C
Yeah.
Allison Gill
A man named Da Da, Da. You know, and she would kind of go all the way back, and then we would pause it after a certain amount of time and say, all right, what's. What's she tying to. What is. What is this about? Is it about the Mueller investigation? Is it about, you know, like, what. What. Like, what's Rachel talking about before. Before she actually got to the. To the present day? She's so good at that.
Dana Goldberg
So.
Allison Gill
Thank you. That's one of the highest compliments I could receive. I appreciate you and to. To. Yeah, everybody look up a live show. And much like rallies for. On, like, mobilize us, you have the power to get Cliff Cash to come to your city. If you tell him, hey, we need you to come, you know, down to San Diego. I'll bring 200 people or, you know, get everybody organized together to get Cliff to your city. The power's in your hands. So you not only rule the government, but you also run his tour. So thank you so much.
C
I'll be in Richmond this Thursday. I'm in Richmond, Virginia, at the Funny Bone this Thursday night, June 5th. So I would love to have. I don't think it's sold out. I would love for it to be. It's a pretty big room. But, yeah, I'll go. I'll go anywhere that people want me to. To come to. So. And I'll. And I'll plan it to where I can do shows and take part in protests or whatever we can do to make some good trouble.
Allison Gill
Amazing. Thank you so much. I really appreciate your time today. And everybody, we're going to have a link to your new full standup comedy special, the Long Road.
C
Thanks.
Allison Gill
In our show notes. So you definitely want to check that out and then, you know, find him, tell him to come to your city, and he may just do that. And then you will also get to probably partake in some sort of a cool protest and rally at the same time. That's so awesome. I appreciate your time today. It's been really great to meet you and talk to you and maybe I'll see you out there on the road.
C
I hope so.
Allison Gill
Thank you, everybody. Stick around. We'll be right back with the good news, everybody. Welcome back. It's time for the good news, everyone. And if you have any good news confessions, corrections, you want to send in a good trouble idea, we'd love to hear it. If you want to tell me about Siamese cats, what what I can expect, you can send me that information. If you have a shout out to a loved one or a small business in your area or great community activism, or you want to send in pictures from a rally or a protest that you've gone to, we'd love to see that too. If you have a shout out to a government program that's helped you or a loved one like Medicare or Medicaid, Social Security, Affordable Care act, basically anything they're trying to cut in the billionaire bailout bill so they can line their pockets with tax breaks for themselves. Send those shout outs in to us, especially VA Healthcare. You've received that you that you liked, or maybe student debt forgiveness. Send it all to us@dailybeanspod.com and click on contact. And if you don't have that, bird watching photos are always welcome, which can be an actual bird or you and your family and friends flipping the bird to Trump and Musk Properties. And if you don't have any of that, baby pictures always work and you can actually send in all those things if you want. Send it to us@dailybeanspot.com and click on contact. We need your good news. Please, please send it to us. First up from Heather Pronoun. She and her good toe beans Tuesday. Oh I like that. Toe beans Tuesday. I'm in the middle of a cross country move and have been looking for ways to build community back in Colorado. I moved away 33 years. Wait, I mean I'm only 28. Haha. Oh boy. I know that feeling. I've just signed up on this app to support LGBTQ as an ally. It's called Stand in Pride.
Dana Goldberg
I have seen this nice.
Allison Gill
I've seen this video. The guy who makes this and I love allows us to offer support online and in person and is building a community of chosen family. So many good things are happening there and if you need a stand in gay in your life, they will be there for you. I love this app so much. Pet tax the very dirty horse and pony who are scheduled to ship to Colorado later this week. You can guess their breeds. We are a friend animal ally chosen family. What is the acronym Breeds below. We are friend animal Friend. Animally chosen family. I like that.
Dana Goldberg
They're beautiful.
Allison Gill
Look at these babies. Okay, I see. I think maybe maybe a Morgan horse or a thoroughbred for the dark brown one. And then I'm gonna say a Norwegian.
Dana Goldberg
You are not gonna get a lot from me in this conversation other than maybe the thoroughbred. Like I know what a Clydesdale looks like and that's about it.
Allison Gill
Yeah, I'm not sure. What do we got?
Dana Goldberg
The gelding. The gelding.
Allison Gill
But yeah, I think that the. The tawny one with the dark hair is a Norwegian, but I could be wrong. What did I say? Morgan or thoroughbred? Let's see.
Dana Goldberg
You said thoroughbred.
Allison Gill
Thoroughbred. Okay. The gelding is an off the track thoroughbred who won almost 250,000. Wow. Shout out to the Mid Atlantic horse rescue for him. And the pony is my Facebook marketplace. Welsh girl. Norwegian. Oh, I was so close.
Dana Goldberg
You were very close.
Allison Gill
Actually, she's a Welsh pony. Oh, well, she's beautiful. Facebook marketplace. Well done. Thank you.
Dana Goldberg
I love it. This is from Katie P. Pronoun. She and her Hello, Queens of the beans. I clearly had too much time on my hands this weekend and I made a little meme what pairs well with taco nachos for my pet tariff. My yin yang rescue dogs, Ollie and Nephi. They are besties and I like and like all good BFFs. They give each other endless until they pass out curled up like this. Oh, my God. That meme is very funny. JD Van Snot, Nacho stands for never admits covertly humping our sofa.
Allison Gill
And he's behind a couch made out of taco shells and tortilla chips. And it's got guacamole in the middle.
Dana Goldberg
Can we talk about how much I'd like this to actually be a real couch?
Allison Gill
I will. Yeah. Or how much I would like to actually have this be real nachos. I would eat that.
Dana Goldberg
That's true. Either way, that's very cool.
Allison Gill
Fantastic. And the dogs are adorable too. Thank you for that. Appreciate it, kdp. Next up, Dottie Pronoun. She and her. Good morning. I write from a very red state. Well, Ryan Walters is in charge of education here. I know what the actual. Even Kevin Stitt, who's worthless, ignores Ryan. I've noticed that the self anointed king of our neighborhood has removed his flag supporting the Tangerine tyrant and others I know have changed their minds on him as well. I'm hoping that MAGA as a movement, not the people, is on life support. I'm hoping that even the biggest supporters begin to see him for what he is. I appreciate the news with cursing. This pod and a few others is all I can stomach. I've been fighting this since the 70s. Dottie, high five. Yeah, I thought you might enjoy a blue jay having a bath in the bird bath on my patio. They don't usually do this when I'm sitting four feet away, but I guess this one wanted a bath more than privacy. Haha. It's from June 2020. Other types of birds do this too. It's hard to catch it on video. During the pandemic we started feeding the birds and we'd sit back and watch them and we enjoyed it so much we still do it. It's relaxing to sit outside and watch nature. Agreed. Hi blue jay.
Dana Goldberg
Ah, blue jay. That's a great picture. This is a very beautiful bird bath too.
Allison Gill
It is. I love it.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah. Next up we've got from B. Wells. No pronouns given. Dear Queens of the Beans, I started listening to you at the beginning of the year and I became a patron immediately.
Allison Gill
Thank you.
Dana Goldberg
Podcast has saved my sanity on a daily basis because I know I'm going to the truth of what's really going on. I find myself saying what the fuck On a daily basis and I'm sure they said wtf? But we're saying what the fuck? In fact, usually several times a day because of the complete insanity that's going on with the Grifter in Chief and his incompetent and utterly stupid minions. My new name for Kristi Noem is Kristi. Nope. Because I can't stand hearing any of the bullshit that comes out of her idiotic mouth. Thank you for all that you do. You inspired me to join my local legislative district. I'm a small blue dot in a very red area of Goodyear, Arizona. Oh Goodyear and I attended my first meeting last week. We are very small group, however, we all feel the same and are committed to knocking on doors to get out other like minded individuals to write letters, make phone calls, etc. Whatever we have to do to stop the orange cloud of chaos. As my pod Love this person so much.
Allison Gill
I know. I know.
Dana Goldberg
Such a good writer. As my pod pet tariff, I'm going to attempt to attach pictures of our two cats, Bailey and Bella. Bailey is the orange and white floor that's oh is on is the orange and white floor that sadly passed away last April. She was the sweetest, most loving cat and made us laugh every day with her very distinct personality. Bella is the white one and is complete diva. She's getting up there in years 18 now, but still rules the house. And also including a copy of my daily calendar of June, I thought it might give you a laugh or two. Again, thank you, AG and dg. You're both boss babes. And please know the work you're doing is greatly appreciated.
Allison Gill
Okay, so the orange kitty's fantastic, but this white kitty, the queen, is just. Oh, yeah, going to murder me.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, indeed. In your sleep and eat your face.
Allison Gill
Oh, I love it. Let's see. To resist the orange. This is the calendar. Resist. Fight. Speak up. To resist the orange. Nazi piece of shit regime. June 14th. No. King's Day highlights the daily beans and then stickers of cats and. Oh, I love your. I love your calendar. I miss a good paper calendar.
Dana Goldberg
I know, right? Every time I buy one, I think I'm gonna use it and then I'll do it for like three days and it just sits and collects dust.
Allison Gill
Yeah. And a reminder, if there's not a no Kings rally near you, you can make one yourself or you can find a location@nokings.org Love it. Next up, from Elizabeth Pronoun. She and her hi beans queens. I wanted to shout out a project I'm doing with my sister. Last year we started a podcast where we watch, review and rate Nicholas Cage movies.
Dana Goldberg
Oh, my God, that's amazing.
Allison Gill
It's called not the Bees. We've just published our 52nd episode, so we've been at this for a full year. I'm greatly enjoying having a reason to talk with her every week. And the movies are pretty good too. For my pod pet tax, I'm including a link to my tiny cod, the local rescue in my postage stamp size town. They do good work and there'll be a link in the show notes. I lost my beloved dog Finnegan in December. We were together 16 years. I miss him every day. I've included a picture and you're free to guess his breeds, but to me, I'll always just be an all American mutt. Everybody check out the podcast, not the Bees. And I have to know if you've done the one where he thinks he's a vampire and he runs around with plastic teeth shouting, I'm a vampire. I'm a vampire. And he sleeps underneath his couch because of the. It's the closest thing he has to a coffin. I can't remember the name of the film, but it's fantastic. Anyway, Elizabeth, thank you so much for that. What do you think of the breeds there? I don't know. I don't see any answers. So we're going to be right no matter what.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
German shepherd and Labrador.
Dana Goldberg
Labrador. Yeah. That's what I would say.
Allison Gill
Yeah. Very beautiful pup. Very sorry for your loss there, Elizabeth, but may his memory be a blessing. I know you had him for a really good long time, so.
Dana Goldberg
Might be some eagle in there.
Allison Gill
Oh, maybe a little hound dog.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah, Ain't nothing but hound dog. Sorry. You guys have been gone for a week. I. I just. I'm a little. I'm a little punchy. I'm sleep deprived.
Allison Gill
I. I feel you, my friend. I'm so glad you're back. I know you're gonna be out again tomorrow, but then you'll be back again.
Dana Goldberg
I'm teasing you. All this week. I'm here today, gone tomorrow, here the next day, gone the day after that. So I really appreciate it. I've got a couple of gigs this week, but doing good things. Actually, Allison, you'll appreciate this. I'll be hosting Lambda Legal in New York on Thursday, and we're honest, honoring Elizabeth Prologuer.
Allison Gill
Oh, yeah.
Dana Goldberg
So I thought that would make you smile. She's phenomenal.
Allison Gill
She's like. When I listen to her argue.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah.
Allison Gill
It's like I am. My brain has a real hard time keeping up with how fucking brilliant she is. Will you tell her I said that? Like, yeah. I could sit and listen to her argue for hours, and I have to pause it every now and then to be like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. My brain has to catch up with her, and your brain is very fast.
Dana Goldberg
Yeah. She's phenomenal. So I thought you'd appreciate that we're going to raise a lot of hundreds of thousands of dollars. My dear friend, Commander Emily Schilling will be there that night, and we'll hear from Commander Schilling. And it's just going to be a really good night for quality Lambda Legal. If, for those of you that don't know, it is basically the nation's largest LGBTQ lawyers association. Not association, but nonprofit and organization. There we go.
Allison Gill
Organizations.
Dana Goldberg
And they. Most of them work pro bono. So the way we fund these lawsuits, which there are a ton of right now against the Trump administration, is by donors, Wonderful donors. So I'm gonna go raise a bunch of money in that room.
Allison Gill
Bless you for doing that. Seriously.
Dana Goldberg
Thank you.
Allison Gill
Wait. Bless you? I never say bless you. Who says bless you?
Dana Goldberg
I don't know. Even when people sneeze?

Well, yeah, I guess I say. I usually say gesundheit, but gesundheit just reminds me, Mitch Hedberg did that once. He was like talking to an operator and she waited there and he was real patient and he's like, God bless her. And then he's like, wait a minute, who the hell said that? I never said God bless her. What the fuck? Anyway, thank you so much for listening, everybody. We'll be back in your ears tomorrow. Also tomorrow there's going to be an episode, a new episode of cleanup on aisle 45.
