Kicks off I love the Monday night doubleheader this week and you know I'm bullish on the Raiders with Geno Smith and last week I cited dome versus Non dome stats. Go ahead and check that out when it comes to Geno Smith. Well folks I went ahead and checked it out for you in domes. Geno Smith for his career has a 30 to 5 touchdown interception ratio. Couple that with outdoor games where he's 43 31. His quarterback rating in domes is 110.8, non domes 89.7. He's playing tonight in a dome. We're taking the Raiders with the points.
Dan Le Batard

Greg Cody
We got a big one coming up this Thursday night. The Miami Dolphins are traveling up to High Mark Stadium. Last year a high Mark Stadium. Juju's Buffalo Bills. Now the Bills as you know are 20 and that 4140 win over the Ravens. Week one great comeback blew out the jets yesterday 30 to 10. The Dolphins however haven't had the exact same season. Dolphins are.02 right now. They had a crushing defeat yesterday. Many people thought that they might be 20 big spread on this one. The bills are favored by 12 1/2 points. A lot of people are thinking wow, the Bills are gonna just dominate these Dolphins. But I will tell you what, this could be a look ahead game for the Bills because they have New Orleans next week. While the Dolphins also have a look ahead potential rivalry game against the jets, you're also looking ahead to 10 days off between games. So while most people would say wow, the Bills should win this game easily. They very Mills. They very well may win this game easily. However, 12 and a half points is a lot. I was on the fence until Greg Cody said, you know what? Take the dolphins plus 12 and a half. So because of Greg, Greg was at that game yesterday. I don't know if you remember that. Greg was at that game yesterday. He said, take the Dolphins plus 12 and a half. So I'm gonna take the Miami Dolphins plus 12 and a half to cover, but not necessarily.
Greg
Was there any analysis in there or just talking?
Dan Le Batard
This is torture.
Greg Cody
What do you mean?
Greg
Greg Cod.
Robin
Smart money.
Juju
All right.
Dan Le Batard
Make a pick, dad.
Robin
Smart money. Billy. Tonight's game, the early of the Monday Night Football doubleheader. Bucks at Texans. I think the Bucks are a little bit overhyped as they usually are. I like Houston. I like a big game from C.J. stroud against that pass defense. It's a two and a half point line. Houston's going to cover that. They're at least a field goal better at home over Tampa Bay against the spring.
Juju
Take that pick.
Greg
They've won the division four straight years.
Robin
You got that right. Against the Jack.
Greg
Why are they. But why are they. Okay, never mind.
Robin
They're overhyped, but when's the last time they won a Super Bowl?
Billy
Like four years ago.
Robin
Okay, well, you know, what have you done for me lately? Am I right? Juju.
Greg
Okay, I did say Jon Gruden instead of Tom Brady. You tricked me, lunatic. They did win recently. Who?
Dan Le Batard
Dan or John?
Greg
Juju. Let's. Let's get some corrections from today's show. What do we get wrong, Sir? What did we do? Poorly.
Juju
Yes, sir. Salute to everybody in the studio. I'm leading with love, man. There's a lot of hate in the world right now. We gotta lead with love. So these corrections come from a place of love. The biggest 2America segment I think we may have had in the history of the show today when talking about Terence Crawford and Canelo. I went to a. Basically a block party where everybody was in the streets watching it, celebrating every punch. I was with you guys on the jokes, I guess, maybe jokes. Until Jeremy Tashay said, who is Terence Crawford? And then I say, I'm out. Okay, no, no, no, no, no. Not the same person who wants me to care about the Marlins, inter Miami, the hockey. Come on now. We all trying as a country to care about what y' all care about. So give us a little juice back.
Greg
I tried, Juju. I tried. I was staring at a room full of people who did not want to do it with me.
Dan Le Batard
Oh, Dan, I'm an ally.
Greg
What was. What was that impersonation?
Billy
Yeah, I'm an ally. I was here driving in work that one time where Dom, what's up? And you're just like, I'm not even gonna look at your face. I can't tell. But I'm with the cause.
Greg Cody
I'd like a salad, please.
Unidentified Guest
Also me. We have to be not one.
Juju
We had the return of Max Kellerman this weekend during that fight we've been talking about. Where is Max? For like, years now. He came back and did the fight. We ain't mention him one time in the show. Come on, guys.
Greg
Good analysis, Juju. Do you have any other corrections? I appreciate that you led with love, but you need not lead with love. I feel like we deserve that.
Juju
When you look like me, you gotta lead with love, Dan. Oh, also, that's not how Josh Allen got hurt. When you say he was trying to punch the ball out somebody. That was just an actual hand in the. In the. In the face mask. It wasn't a punch out attempt. Also, critiquing Puka Naku was running. That is rich coming from you, Dano. That man be taking a hundred hits a game. Broke away, got a touchdown. We talking about how he looked running? Come on, guys.
Greg
I was more marveling at what the human body endures in that sport and how quickly the athleticism can get beaten up at the end. Doesn't look as young as he used to.
Billy
Tell me I'm wrong for you to single out a dude running for 45 yards as. As how, like, his body is broken down was weird as he turns a corner and pulls away from an NFL defense.
Greg
You have to go back and look at that play. Chunks of him should have fallen off. He needed WD40. What else?
Dan Le Batard
Dan does it when it's not easy.
Robin
You expect him to run like gout goat.
Greg
What do you. Do we have anything else, Juju there? Do we have anything?
Juju
Yes, from. From you. You said Ken Rosenthal looked like he was afraid. I don't seen afraid people all my life. That was not the look that brother gave that cameraman. He gave him the look of disgust. What are you doing here? Why, I oughta.
Dan Le Batard
He look.
Juju
He gave him.
Dan Le Batard
He looked in the third person. I saw him in the third person be like, I'm Ken Rosenthal.
Robin
Right?
Juju
Jeremy had a great quote right there, though. How do you bump into someone and not offer a hand to help them up? That was a great. That's like. That covers everything in the world right now. Salute. To you, Jeremy, for that.
Unidentified Guest
Salute to you, Juju.
Greg
What did you think of Greg Cody having all of the world's celebrations at his disposal throughout the history of sports and choosing the Jalen Waddle celebration as the greatest of all the celebrations?
Juju
Yes, sir. It made me want to think of my top five celebrations. Greatest celebrations in sports history that I can think of.
Greg
All right, this is good. Number five.
Juju
Number five, Joe Horn flip phone for the New Orleans Saints. That was a good one. Changed the world with that one to copy behind them. Came back pretty soon. Number four, Carl Edwards backflip off of the nascar.
Robin
Hell yeah. Oh, yeah.
Juju
That's our time.
Greg
Did you have the order right on those? I thought to did the pen before Joe Horn did the phone. Is it the other order? Did Joe Horn do that first? I thought it was to who was first there.
Billy
That's a really important detail.
Greg
Well, I just thought Joe Horn was ripping off to number three.
Juju
Number three, the silencer from LeBron James.
Billy
This is a quality list right now.
Juju
Yes, sir. Number two, Jamal Anderson. The Dirty Bird. Come on, man. And number one for its historicness, Dusty Baker and Glenn Burke. The high five. The first high five ever. Yes, sir.
Greg
Who invented the spike, Greg? Was it Billy White Shoes Johnson who invented the spike as the celebration?
Robin
I think it was. I would not have known that. But when you say it, it immediately rings true. I think it was Billy White Shoes John.
Dan Le Batard
I just remember Josh Norman telling us that one time he planned on doing a celebration where he grabs the pylon camera and does a selfie with it. Did Avery actually do that? I know on the show he was.
Greg
Going to do it in the Super Bowl. He was going to do it for that 15 and one Carolina team. He was going to try and do a selfie with the pylon.
Dan Le Batard
Someone should do that. Has someone done that yet? That'd be a good one.
Robin
Well, despite the spike originally was invented by Van Helsing. We all know that.
Greg
Do you have any other top five lists or is that it?
Juju
Yes, sir. Great. Cody, you are my brother. I love you, brother. I just want to say salute to Van Helsing. Joe Burrow being out for three, at least three months right now from turf toe made me think also, bro, turf toe sound like something you could get over in two days. So I got a top five things that turf toe should be caught instead of turf toe.
Greg
Okay, this is good. People think turf toe is not a bad injury. And Joe Burrow's out for the season.
Billy
I team investigation over here. Billy's cracked the case because I know it was really important to the to Joe Horn discussion. Billy, what did your investigation turn up.
Greg Cody
To was in 2002. Joe Horn was in 2003.
Unidentified Guest
Also, Billy White shoes Johnson was known for inventing the end zone dance, the funky chicken. But Homer Jones, the wide receiver for the New York Giants, invented the spike in 1965. This is all per AI which might not be right.
Greg
Van Helsing.
Billy
Van Helsing.
Greg Cody
I miss props and celebrations. Props were fun.
Greg
Yeah.
Juju
Yes, sir. Also, congratulations, Billy, for getting the w. FIU the other day. Friday night. Yeah.
Robin
Shulable gets.
Greg Cody
It's shulable. He knows. When we were talking about biggest game of the weekend, Juju was texting me. He said, shulable, shulable, shulable.
Juju
I said, I got you, juju. Don't worry, I'll tell him.
Greg Cody
I let him know.
Juju
Yes, sir.
Robin
Was Dave Shula there to hand out the trophy?
Greg
Number five, good contribution. Number five, turf toe. Should be named number five.
Juju
Nosferatu toe. That would clear things up instantly.
Greg
When you think about it, would it be Nosferato?
Juju
That's why you a writer.
Billy
Big segment for Dan.
Greg
Number four.
Juju
Number four, torn Achilles toe. We would know just what that meant.
Greg
Yeah.
Juju
Number three, Texas chainsaw massacre toad. That would clear things right up as well. Number two, Terminator T1000 toe. Yes, sir. And number one, severed toe.
Dan Le Batard
That's the winner.
Juju
A severed toe.
Unidentified Guest
Call it the Terminator.
Greg
Yeah.
Robin
Undertow.
Greg Cody
Greg's right.
Robin
That'll kill you in the ocean. What?
Dan Le Batard
Go on.
Robin
Undertow. I mean, we all know what that means. Yeah, you know, you want to die drowning. I mean, serious. The undertow. Why is everybody acting like they don't know what an undertow is? Help me out here.
Juju
I'm drowning from the undertow.
Robin
Yeah.
Juju
Help me out here.
Greg
I'm drowning. Is as self aware as you've ever been.
Juju
Robin.
Billy
What a double.
Greg
We're gonna update the polls here in just a second. But I did. I didn't see any of the Emmys. What were the Emmys?
Dan Le Batard
This again.
Greg
What were the Emmys that were awarded that were notable here?
Billy
No one thanked Sal Saperstein.
Juju
There we go. That's the. That was my number one note, bruh. Seth Rogen. How could you not?
Billy
He went up like four times to that stage. Juju had won, like 13.
Greg
Covered the studio. He just discovered it.
Juju
I watched the first two episodes on the plane yesterday.
Billy
It's funny, that huge bummer. I had it on closed captioning on a second tv because I just wanted to Just count. I would have set the over under at seven and a half. Sal Saperstein's. I was so disappointed.
Juju
Hell, yeah, man. I did like how they did the. The children's. The Boys and Girls Club. That was an ins.
Billy
Inspired idea. That was an inspired idea. And I imagine every award show is gonna copy some variation of that for the overages. That's great.
Greg
The kid from adolescence won an Emmy even though he's never acted before at all. He's never been an actor before.
Unidentified Guest
That was his first acting experience, and he won outstanding supporting actor in a limited or anthology series or movie. And I believe he became the youngest person to ever win an Emmy.
Robin
Wow. More evidence that acting really isn't that difficult.
Unidentified Guest
This kid was unbelievable. Greg, watch the show. Really, really, really important show to watch right now. In particular.
Juju
Yes, sir. It's a. It's a great show, but I feel like the penguin could have got one of those awards. I mean, Salute to Adolescents. Great message.
Dan Le Batard
Did White Lotus win anything? You're like, they were nominated for everything. A lot of winning.
Robin
That's yesterday's show.
Greg Cody
Yeah.
Robin
White Lotus. It really is.
Juju
Also adolescence. Did it end? I didn't like Salute to the Adolescent show. I didn't know if the ending was necessarily, you know, working for me, but salute. Powerful message. Powerful message. Him crying on the bed. Salute.
Greg
Update. That is a spoiler alert. Let's update the polls here at LeBatard show and put it on the poll as well. Were you surprised that Seth Rogen didn't thank Sal Saperstein during his speech yesterday? What do we have for polls today? Juju.
Juju
Yes, sir. I'm reading a poll from Twitter today. Face of boxing. Terence Crawford or Jake Paul.
Dan Le Batard
Sorry about that.
Juju
Juju.
Greg
This is terrible.
Billy
Who can walk through a Navarro?
Greg
This is gonna make who can walk through a Navarro. I'm not doing this.
Juju
62 of the audience says Terence Crawford.
Billy
He can walk through a Navarro.
Juju
Yeah.
Billy
Jake Paul King.
Juju
Wow. Have you ever smelled a cat's fart?
Robin
This is big.
Juju
75% of the audience says, no, they haven't. Right, lads? Pole. Do you know the smell of your dog's fart? 67% of the audience says, yes, they do. And those are your poles.
Dan Le Batard
That guy definitely farted on your plane. I don't. I don't think it was.
Juju
The dog smelled like it was on my upper lip.
Podcast: The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz
Date: September 15, 2025
Location: Elser Hotel, Downtown Miami
This episode blends the show’s signature sports banter with playful pop culture digressions, but is shaped thematically by the guest, JuJu Gotti. JuJu leads with his mantra of “leading with love,” setting a tone that encourages camaraderie, warmth, and self-aware humor amid a series of game picks, playful corrections, and lighthearted arguments. The episode features NFL betting talk, celebration of sports traditions, Emmy Awards recaps, and “top five” comedy bits, with a lively group dynamic and JuJu’s input at the heart.
JuJu Gotti, on leading with love:
“Salute to everybody in the studio. I'm leading with love, man. There's a lot of hate in the world right now. We gotta lead with love.” [04:32]
Billy, on Geno Smith’s stats:
“Geno Smith for his career has a 30 to 5 touchdown interception ratio [in domes]...He's playing tonight in a dome. We're taking the Raiders with the points.” [01:20]
JuJu, on corrections:
“When you look like me, you gotta lead with love, Dan.” [06:01]
JuJu, on top sports celebrations:
“Number one for its historicness, Dusty Baker and Glenn Burke. The high five. The first high five ever. Yes, sir.” [09:20]
JuJu’s comedic riff:
“Number three, Texas Chainsaw Massacre Toe. That would clear things right up as well.” [11:54]
Robin, on undertow wordplay:
“Undertow. I mean, we all know what that means. Yeah, you know, you want to die drowning. I mean, serious.” [12:25]
| Timestamp | Segment | |---------------|-----------------------------------------------| | 01:20 | Billy’s dome stats on Geno Smith | | 02:00 | Dolphins vs. Bills betting discussion | | 04:32 | JuJu’s “lead with love” corrections | | 08:01 | JuJu’s Top 5 Sports Celebrations | | 10:29 | Alternate turf toe names bit | | 13:09 | Emmy Awards/Seth Rogen & Sal Saperstein | | 15:07 | JuJu runs through audience poll results |

For listeners who missed it:
Expect a riotous but loving roundtable full of football picks, gleefully unnecessary top 5 lists, quirky pop culture commentary, and plenty of irreverent laughter—all anchored by JuJu Gotti’s guiding principle: “lead with love.”
