We go to Jujugatti giving us all the goods in the post game Juju first question I have for you. Do you have a favorite time travel movie?
Juju
Oh dang, that's a good question. It's hard to narrow it down to 1. I definitely agree with Taylor Twelveman. Bill and Ted has to have some consideration there because they went and got honest A. You don't just go back and get honest A. You feel me? As well as Mozart, they went and got some prominent features. I'm watching the show right now called foundation where time travel is a little bit like that. I don't know. I'm just gonna submit a show, the show Dark on Netflix.
Co-host
I keep hearing about this show.
Juju
That's a good time travel movie. Yeah. Because they go back and they actually got actors that look just like the actor could have looked whenever they were that age. So Juju. Yeah, why is it dark?
Co-host
Let me I have confession to make. I am a sucker for any show that casts people that look like the older versions or the younger versions of themselves when they nail the casting. I'm so in about 35% of the reason why I love Righteous Gemstones is those flashback episodes they have once a year where those kids who not only look like they're the younger versions, but they act like them so well too. I'm like, how is this possible? How are they doing this? So, okay. So dark. I'll put on the list. I keep hearing good things, but I wasn't sure. What about. What about prison movies? Because movies as well. Do you have a prison movie?
Juju
I may. I was listening to that when y' all was talking about the time travel. I made my top five prison movies that I could think of in my lifetime. Oli, welcome to the Rock.
Host
Come on, man.
Juju
You got to know. You got to know. Also, Oli doing Hard Time with Boris Kojo and Michael K. Williams. Deep, deep black cut right there. Also, Oli, CB4. You got to know it.
Co-host
That's not a. I mean, the dude was in prison, but it wasn't a prison movie.
Juju
He was telling the story. I mean, make your own list.
Greg
Yeah.
Juju
Also, last Oli, Law Abiding Citizen. That was a good one. Number five, the Fugitive.
Co-host
Was he in prison? He was on the run.
Greg
That's a TV show, isn't it? The Fugitive.
Co-host
Greg, Greg, come on.
Greg
Now.
Host
The movie itself is a super old reference. To date it back to the source material. Harrison Petrified.
Co-host
Come on.
Greg
I'd be surprised if my dad could name three prison movies. I can name two besides ones that you've already heard. Go on. No, the. The number one of all time is Shawshank Redemption. Yeah.
Juju
Okay, nice.
Greg
And then another one that I personally like. Whole different genre. The Longest Yard.
Host
Wasn't that a TV show? It's just a wild for the Fugitive.
Greg
The One Armed Man.
Host
Something they were saying in 1994. Hey, wasn't that a. A TV show now?
Co-host
It's just 30 years ago.
Greg
I know, but the TV show is from the 70s. Yeah, it's in the 60s. I know. Episode 1960.
Juju
God is ass.
Host
Yeah, it's just a dated one arm.
Greg
The one Armed Man. One Armed Man.
Host
All right, we got to make our own list, as Juju said. But wasn't the whole point of that movie to not be in jail?
Co-host
It's like, hold on, I'm stuck with Greg here. It's like saying Scarface, and you're like, oh, yeah, with Edward G. Robinson. I mean, yeah, but like, most people hear Scarface, they think of the 1980s one, not the one from 1930 something.
Greg
Okay, but if you come out with a movie called the Twilight Zone. I'm sorry, but it emanates from the Twilight Zone with Rod Serling.
Co-host
Juju. Put it on the poll for tomorrow. What's more famous, the Fugitive TV show or the Fugitive movie?
Greg
Oh, I would love to see the Result of that poll.
Host
The shit talk from Greg Cody. You don't know your audience. I do. Most of them will know the TV show.
Greg
TV show. When you hear Ocean's Eleven, who do you think of? You know? I don't know. Frankie. Who?
Host
List Blue Eyes. Yeah.
Greg
Oh, Frankie, absolutely.
Juju
That's one of them lies that Mean was talking about earlier. Greg don't give a damn about that poll result, man.
Greg
You got that right. I want it on my side, but.
Juju
I do agree with y', all, now that I think about it. Yeah. The whole point was to stay out of prison in the future. So, yeah, Mulligan for that one. Number four, Con Air.
Host
Prison in the sky counts.
Co-host
Well, they started in prison and they were being transported to another prison, so technically, yes, I'm gonna allow it. That plane was a prison that got overtaken.
Juju
I like it. Number three, the Shawshank Redemption.
Co-host
Ah, that was a book, you know, Greg, that's like. What did you say? Oh, the book. The Stephen King book.
Juju
Number two, Vatos Locos Forever. Blood in, blood Out. Come on, man. I used to watch that, like, every day at a certain point in my life.
Co-host
Almost, or. Who was in that?
Juju
Yeah, everybody was in it, too. Like, more people than you think. Yeah. And the number one movie, of course. Course Life. Eddie Murphy. I see you, Martin Lawrence. Let's get it.
Co-host
I was an all star cast as well.
Juju
Hell, yeah, man. Also, earlier, David Sampson was talking about the movie Freaky Tales. He gave a spoiler alert. But that spoiler isn't necessarily gonna ruin it for you.
Greg
Okay.
Juju
You feel me? I think you should still check it out. It's a great story. I watched it on the plane. I mean, if you're going on the plane back.
Co-host
I am.
Juju
That's the movie you watch on the plane.
Co-host
I gotta feel me. I will do that. But first, I have to Finish Peacemaker Season 1, because Season 2 drops tomorrow, and I'm very excited.
Juju
I did that yesterday.
Co-host
There you go. Hell of a show, right? What are the polls? We got to update juju.
Juju
Yes, sir. Let me get this poll while I'm getting to the polls. Thank you for your service. John Wild. The John Wild has retired from the game of basketball. Salute. He just announced it.
Co-host
Did he ever do Big Three? He never did Big three, did he?
Juju
I think he was around. I'm not sure.
Greg
No, I just saw juju do it. Is that John Walls? Like, he.
Juju
Right? He was a good. A good Doug Ear, as they say. But, yeah, him. And I'm not sure if he was in the Big Three. But Zaz keeps slandering the big three. We can't have that. The big three is a slander. Them boys trying the best. That's right. And I think the excitement is, is worth it. You know what I'm saying? Like Lance and Mike Beasley. They excited. They excited. Sometimes you lose it, you go to the NBA. You be like, damn, I'm playing in front of a hundred thousand every day. Then they go without it. And now they get a little glimpse back into that world. Man, we finna hype this thing. Juju, baby.
Host
Juju, do you agree that you're allowed to celebrate a game winner on any level, however the hell you want? I mean, people can get that jacked up for a pickup game at a gym.
Juju
Exactly, exactly. The only, the only game winning celebration that I don't like. And I hate because my boy used to do it. D. Wade. I hate when the player be like this. My. This, my. Yeah, it's like this. The whole team got us to the fourth quarter for it to be this close. Brother or sister?
Co-host
My house, right, Peter Work used to do that. I believed it.
Juju
Oh Lord. The poll we have from today. Best cream cheese block or whipped? And 67 of the audience said whipped. Oh, wow.
Host
Crazy people don't get it. I'm the voice of the voiceless. We don't have a lot of Jews in this audience apparently.
Juju
I'm right here, baby. I got you.
Host
We got two right there.
Juju
Yes, sir. And earlier, last thing before we get out of here, you've mentioned that you was at the Pacers Knicks game in the playoffs, which just reminded me, bro. How crazy that Halliburton shot was, bro. I still can't believe he hit that shot. What a great game. What a great series.
Co-host
I wish I was at that game. I was at the one where they got blown out. Game five.
Juju
Damn.
Co-host
Yeah, but that was a great game and a great series and I'm excited for basketball to come back. Thank you, Juju, Everyone check out juju's show.
Juju
I buy hoops, baby. Nope, not. I buy hoops, dls, hoops, you dig it?
