I'm done with being an independent, powerful woman. I don't care what female feminist comes after me for supporting a man. Shoot me. I have interest in my husband. If I didn't, why am I marrying him? Duh. No brainer. I have to apologize for that. If I'm the support beam for Grant and everything that he's gotten going on, wouldn't I have to be stronger than the thing I'm supporting? So you mean to me I have to apologize for being in the support role when everyone knows I'm this fricking shit strongest in the freaking empire. I don't need validation from anybody else to know what I know and who I am and what I am.
B
I want to dive into and peel the. The layers back on that point in 2008, because I don't. I want to get to 10x ladies. That's coming up soon. I'm jacked up about. It's the last one. I do want to touch on that, but. But I want. I want the. The listeners in the audience that is watching this is. Is to really understand how as a married couple, you can come together in the darkest moments when you're about to lose everything, get on the same team and go dominate. Because that's what you guys did. That to me, Elena, is a massive message, especially in the standpoint of one of your biggest verticals is keep keeping the family together. Right? And that's what you guys had to do in the moments of despair. You are no different than someone right now that can't pay their rent, can't pay their car payment, can't do a lot of different things. And they're sitting there letting the enemy win because they're fighting and getting divorces. Walk us through it.
A
That's right. That's right. And that's where I was back in 2008. I may have been in even a worse place because I had the mentality. I was living in la. Never depend on a man for anything. And how horrible it is to support your partner. And that's codependent and all this other stuff. And I was confronted when we were losing about again, about to lose everything. I'm pregnant with our first child. And then all of a sudden, I was like, why am I fighting him? Why can't I depend on the man I've been married to for four years? Why? Okay, call me codependent. I depend on him. You do your freaking job, dude. Because that's what I signed up for. I could do this all by myself. I did. I got married at 30. From 17 to 30, I was taking care of myself. Like, what is the point of you, you know, obviously love and monogamy, but what is the point beyond that, like, for life? Like, are we going to create a family? Or. The point is to reach a heightened level of success and where are we going? And how do I help you achieve your goals and your dreams? Because if I. That you're loving me forever, and if you help me achieve my goals and my dreams, I'm loving you forever. And then if we're doing that together as a couple, as our couple's goals, dude, we're untouchable. And so it took my. My thought process, you know, almost a breaking point in 2008, where I said, you know what? I'm done with being an independent, powerful woman. I don't care what female feminist comes after me for supporting a man. By the way, support means to show active interest in the success of. Shoot me. I have interest in my husband. If I didn't, why am I marrying him? I'm not interested in his failure. I'm not interested in my failure. Duh. No brainer. I have to apologize for that. Def. Second definition of support that I love is to bear the weight of. And the example they use is a support beam. So if I'm the support beam for Grant and everything that he's gotten going on, wouldn't I have to be stronger than the thing I'm supporting? So you mean to me I have to apologize for being in the support role when everyone knows I'm the fricking strongest in the fricking empire. I don't need validation from anybody else to know what I know and who I am and what I am. At that point, I let it all go and I said, you know what? I'm all in on U.S. grant. Who are we as a couple? Where are we going to go? I could look back on this and have egg on my face. He could, whatever this, that. And I looked at my life and I said, I'm not a victim. You know, nothing can happen to me. If it happens to me, I can land on my own feet. I prove that to myself. I'm like, okay, what's the worst thing that could happen? I could be embarrassed. So what? Been there, done that. I'm going to win. So I went all in. Find the one you trust and build an empire. And it panned out for me. And. And we're working, but we never could have done it had we not figured out. And he leaves me the heck alone. And it also prevents me from having to go boss his role because I'm trying to keep my roles, like, operating at 100%. That's the other thing. We don't do 50, 50. We do 100, 100. So, you know, so we have a better chance of crushing the enemy than it does of. Of. Of. Of us, you know, being.
B
I. I admire that. I. I really, truly do because I can look at everything you're saying, and it's also. He's very supportive of you. You know, the reciprocity is. Is very high in your relationship. Right. And it's very easy to see that right to a point where you guys are both working so hard, supporting each other, being there, both want each other to win, because if both of you win at a very high level, the world wins. It's, you know, it's not a. It's not a very hard concept. Right. But I think there's a lot of struggle at times with wanting to be right in a relationship, wanting to be right in a marriage, and wanting to be the one is the end all, be all. You know, when I look at you guys, is the thing that I admire the most is that you guys are doing this shit together. And that is one thing my wife and I are building because you guys do it together. I want to do this stuff with my wife because I want us both to be on the same page. We know what we're building here too, right? Like, we know. So me and my team, we know exactly what this is going to look like in three to five years. And I'm sorry. I believe in collapsing timelines. I believe in all this kind of things. Like, it's already happened. Time is just catching up, right? That's why when people say, oh, this looked familiar, it was a dream, it was deja Vu. No, it is your timeline collapsing. You've already been there. Now you're that person that is living that reality. So now keep going so you can get to that next reality. People are going to think I'm cuckoo of it, but I don't care. Don't care. Right. So listen, we'll talk about 10x ladies. It's the last one. Your, your panel is insane. Right. Jillian Michaels, right? You have, you have Riley Gaines coming. You have a lot of Cardone ventures people. You're speaking Grant speaking like talk to me about this, talk to everybody about how important it is to go to this very last 10x ladies summit in August 15th through 16th. Correct?
A
Yes. Yeah.
B
Yeah. So let's talk about that.
A
It's been such an incredible process doing 10x ladies and it's about a thousand women that come together and again they're like minded women. People have, you know, major decisions are made at major events and the women have left here and our events not only with a network of women that they've bonded with that are like friends for life after this. They support each other in business and in their network but they also. So there's a mind shift change. There's networking and they really leave with applicable tools. This isn't just oh we're going to be women and lovey dovey hoity toity crystals, whatever. We don't, we don't do that here. And, and that's, and that's fine. And I really don't want to diss on the crystals but that's not what we're doing here though. That's for other type of events. This is applicable data. How do you walk away and know how to market for your business, how to brand, how to own? How do you walk away from this event and know how to have a relationship better with your partner? How do you walk away from here and know how to treat your children differently to get a better result where you're all on the same team? How do you leave here and be able to do business better in with your money and finances and understand more. So this is applicable data that you leave with to actually be able to change the trajectory of your life. And men show up too and they're like this is incredible. It doesn't feel like, like you know, it's, it's a women's only event because everything was so important and valuable for them as well. So it's, it's, it's really a special.
B
Special event and I, and I feel that right. And, and I get That I get that energy because there's so many conferences out there or events that people can go to and it's a lot of rah rah. You feel good in the moment and everybody feels awesome that that motivation is sitting there present in their soul at that time. But you, you're going to walk out that room and you're going to get on an airplane and you know something's going to happen at home and you're going to quickly lose that motivation to do anything. So when people are investing in conferences like 10x ladies, it needs to be something that you are, you're going to give actual tangible things that can help them grow their branding, become a better, have a better relationship with your spouse and, and then you know how to market your brand and be successful. Tangible things to take away are much more, much more valuable than like, you can do it, buddy. You can do it. Just work hard, grind it out. Like, get out of here with that.
A
I'm not, I'm not a motivation person. I'm, you know, I'm a disciplined person. And, and that's going to win every single time. It's one of the biggest tools that we use. But you're right, you know, the four, the four pillars of what it is to be 10x is the mindset. Because you know, you've got to have them all working. If one fails, it's, it's, it's out. You know, it's mindset, money, relationships, and health and wellness. And that also goes with the manifestation. How? Manifestation isn't just like think, think, think, and it shows up. No, you're missing the key component. Manifest means to make visible by the bare eye. It means make known. It means to see. That's actually what manifestation means. Some people have a misunderstanding on that word. So how do you actually make it materialize? Get it out from the concept of your head, which I'm all for you, like it's already happened. You're just collapsing time. I call that living from the future to the present rather than the past. But because I'm always living from the future. So I love that concept. I. But the key that's going to really connect from who you are now to who you're supposed to become and what you're supposed to have is the do. It's be your beingness now, be that your future self. Don't be stupid. Don't spend money you don't have because you tell yourself you're a billionaire. Because billionaires are not stupid with money and they would never do that. They don't make those mistakes with money. But the beingness of the mindset of, oh, you lost that. You lost that account, and it's killing you, and it's crushing you, but your future self is a billionaire. Would you look back at that moment and go, that really affected me. I'm glad I curled up in a ball over that incident. No, you would say, I don't care. I'm already billionaire. That mindset, okay, I lost that. Now I have to make 50 more calls and do more outflow. That's the doingness from the be to the have. The picture you want connects the bridge by the do. So you be now, then you do, and then you have. That's how you collapse the time be do have. And so that's. That's really just some of the takeaways that these 10x ladies really leave with. But understanding the importance of intentional choices in their life and awareness so that they can actually create a target that they can really hone in on to see, am I hitting the target? Am I missing? How do I have to adjust my. Adjust my sights to be able to hit? But if you don't have the target, you don't know you're in a game. You're going to continue to get more of the same.
B
You're hitting so many different things from my past right now. So you. We talk about manifestation. Okay, so let me address that first. All right? The I. I believe the Secret was a great movie. It was a great, you know, peek behind the curtain of what manifestation could be. Right? But it left out the do part. Right? It left out the do part. So everybody's sitting there thinking, like, well, I'm going to read. I'm going to watch the Secret, I'm going to read the book, and I'm just going to make this vision board, and a Ferrari is going to show up in my driveway. Like, y', all, that's not really what it is. Like, they left out 50% of that and you. And they had to. And I'm not knocking the Secret. I'm not. You have to leave a little bit to be desired and to understand.
A
I am totally it. I was so upset because it's. You know, the one thing that. That I disagree with is, you know, giving someone false illusions and false hope and that. That's what that did. And it was false data because it was missing data. And that doesn't help people. You know what that does?
B
That.
A
That key. It upsets people. It makes them introverted into their head. Why can everyone else do it? And I can't. I must be a failure. And it makes them more stuck into their past failures of I'm no good, I'm. This everybody else can have, I can't have. It's. That is not a positive effect. That's not making a difference for the better, because that is not how it works. And everyone who has made it manifest will tell you that that is not what it took for them to get there. It's a lie. I don't like lives. I don't mind. I don't mind imperfection and. And. And not being perfect, because I don't believe that exists either. But I don't like. I don't like lies. I really don't like. So I. I am against that one for. I'm gonna. I'm just gonna go on the record there.
B
I love it. Great. You did my dirty work for me. I appreciate that. Thank you.
A
You know, it's all her.
B
Yeah, but. But it. But, you know, it's just one of those things where, you know, one of the main things. I took this seminar way back in 0708 was called psi seminars. And one of the things that we talked about was be, do, have. And then you just said those three words. I'm like, what's. Maybe that.
A
What's psi?
B
It's that. That was a seminar. I don't even know if it's still active. But, like, you know, you'd go and do basic there, and you. You'd be in a room for three or four days. You get in touch with just who you are. Like, at the time, I'm like, wait a second. Is this a cult? Like, what the hell's going on here? And then I went to a ranch for 10 days and just did things to get out of my fear. Like, there's a thing about hanging over a cliff, and, like, you're strapped in, but those moments, like, those moments of fear that you get through unlock a chamber in your whole being of, like, hey, I can go and do things that are scary. I can take risks. Right? And so as I look back on everything that I have created with this show, it started in a vehicle, and it has been manifested into what we're doing now. And by the way, there was a ton of doing. It wasn't just think about it and it appear, right? And it was, what are the stages? What are the. What are the stages of pain that I need to go through to build this? And I leaned forward into that, and I did not run from that I leaned in and felt every bit of it, and now we're starting to see some of this stuff manifest.
A
I love that.
B
Right? I love that, too.
A
Yes.
B
Yeah. So, all right, so we got this going on. Like, you. You've explained everything that, you know, people can expect.
A
How is.
B
How is, you know, I mean, you guys had the, you know, Grant had the growth con, then you've had 10x ladies. How has that fulfilled you personally? Like, what has it done for you that just kind of fires you up and continues to. To move in this forward fashion of. Of, you know, being selfless?
A
Well, I mean that. Well, I originally started the 10x ladies to bring more women into being exposed to Grant Cardone because maybe they didn't follow that type of personality or maybe they didn't follow his marketing or training. It just doesn't come up on the field. And. And again, now Grant is really mainstream. But this was several years ago, right? I looked at the audience and it felt male dominated more, you know, so anyway, I did that. And as I've done this now for so many years, hearing the. The stories of women that have better relationships or they were on the verge of divorce, and, And. And now they're really getting along and what they've done for their lives, for their children, for their businesses, I mean, it's. It's really transforming, and it's. I can't even tell you what that does for my soul and my spirit that so many thousands upon thousands upon thousands of lives have actually changed because of the data that they learn and apply to their lives. So that's. That's really the magic of what 10x ladies is all about, is really starting to understand the empowerment of women on this planet. You know, Gran has. I don't want to speak for Grant. I don't want to say that, but Grant was raised by a single mom and has, you know, always. His COO is a woman. He's always had really powerful women around him. But I'm not sure, and this is my observation, I'm not really sure that he's understood that women weren't empowered. Like, because he. I think the button of empowered women implies that they're not. And I'm like, well, Grant, like, I'm sorry, but we are. Of course a woman could become president, but look at around the world and how women are treated overall. I said, it wasn't until 1960, 74 that a woman could open a bank account or get a loan for a business on her own without having her husband have to sign for it, or even her oldest son. So it's not like it's been around for a long, long, long time where women have been this empowered thing and, and, and, and I just believe it's a generality, of course, but the nature of a woman, just in the fact that we can birth children and nurture and care and sustain life and continue the civilization of mankind. Obviously we need our counterparts in men. And that's why I'm trying to bring us together and stop hating each other and really figuring out how we can be stronger together. But, but, but for women to understand that it's probably if we're going to really heal this planet and nurture it, like I need the women to wake up and, and see their power and how we influence men and community because that is the power that is innate in us. And if we can't see it, don't recognize it, don't know it existed, it's been suppressed in us. Like that has to stop. And the 10x ladies leave this, this, this summit conference, if you will, and really start to understand the magnitude of their responsibility, have fun in life. I'm not saying it's a heavy, serious thing, but they start to realize the magnitude of their purpose and responsibility as women and to start going back and de. Stimulating the environment which is their home and then their communities. And then as they grow and expand and can take more and more responsibility, it's to the globe and to the planet and to the impact that they can have and share their tools and stop holding them back and being so stingy, but sharing them so that I can win from your product and she can win and he can win and the children can win. So getting out those products and services to really help make a difference so that we can all start healing ourselves and this planet and let's create a renaissance on planet Earth. Let's go team.
B
Come on, let's do it. You know, it's. I love it, Elena. You know, the thing is too, I was also raised first 10 years of my life by, by my mom and my grandma. So I've always been around, in my opinion, powerful women, right? So it's an ideology to me, like without women, like I don't know if I would be where I'm at now. Now I had my father come into my life when I was 10 years old and played a massive part. But the one thing that I think that most women and men overlook is the impact that a woman in the household, their energy and their, I guess, view of a situation or support or lack thereof can really wreak havoc or great influence on their men. Like when my wife. When my wife. Now listen, right? And I know you get this because I'm seeing. I'm seeing that light bulb, right? Like, yeah, Sean, go, boy, go. Is when my wife supports me in something. When I started the show, I didn't know if I could do it. She goes, you can do anything you want. Like, you're the one that's the start. I'm like, oh, I got this person on my show. I'm getting this person. She goes, okay. I'm like, you're not excited? This is big. She goes, they get to talk to you. When I hear that, and it's like, babe, but I'm not there right now. And she goes, no, no, no. Not present, but you will be. And when she pours into me like that, oh, I feel like I can take on anything. The women are so instrumental in a. In a man's mental health and honestly, confidence. I'm sorry, it's just the truth.
A
I agree. And that's the one thing that I really appreciate and value Grant's support in my role and how he's edified me and. And said, you know, it was Elena's idea to. To go big billionaire. I say that because he needed to be. Everyone's a millionaire who's going to listen to a guy from financial advice when they're like every other Internet, you know. I was like, you have to be a billionaire to shut. To. To get leverage, to. To have authority and. Because he didn't believe it at first, and we went through whatever we had to to get through that hurdle. But getting back to your point, Grant really does accredit me for how big he thinks now and. And the support that I gave him in. In. In that. And really, I was just calling it as I saw it. It wasn't like I was faking that I really believed in him. And I know your wife believes in you, and sometimes, you know, I didn't know that it would really happen. In all honesty, in 2008, I saw the picture, but part of me was like, oh, come on. Is that internally, like my own self doubt, like this little, like, can we really do this? I mean, we're just two Louisiana folks, you know, like, really, come on. But I still just held the picture and the knowingness and the certainty in us and him and that we could do this, and it panned out and that. And what you say is exactly how Grant feels when I believe in him and when I say thank you and appreciate and acknowledge him. It's. It means more to him. Like, I don't know, whatever those. Your gifts or whatever the. How you like to. To receive things. There's a book, I forget. But anyway, I never read the four love languages. The love languages, call it the love language grants. Love languages that thank you and acknowledgement. And sometimes I get so busy with what's all going on, I forget to do that. And I take it for granted a little bit because I'm always moving on to the next thing. And I have, you know, I really do have to make a conscious effort to be better because that's the right thing to do. And. And so thank you for reminding me of that. I'm gonna send him a thank you later.
B
I love that. You know, words of affirmation are massive, right? I think a lot of men do speak to that. That specific love language. I do. I mean, words of affirmation, like for me is, is. Is big, right? I give acts of service, but I think it's also important to understand what your partner's love language is. My wife is touch, so I'm missing the mark Men. When I'm just doing acts of service. If I'm grilling food or dishes or whatever, my wife likes touch, even if it's just holding a hand. Like, we have to understand what our partner really, really, truly needs. So, you know, great on you guys for understanding each other and what makes each other tick. I think it's fantastic. So what's next? You guys have the Grant Cardone Foundation, Grant Capital. You know, I mean, Cardone Capital. Then, you know, what is it? Cardone Mortgage. You guys, I know it's not over for you guys, right? So whatever, you can kind of let us know. What's the transition look like for you guys?
A
After 10x ladies, it's really going to be so massive. I mean, I'm not sure you want me to overwhelm everyone, but Grant did get on an investor call last night. I'll just try to be brief in each category, but Cardone Capital, we're going to end up eventually going public with that. Also right now we've got assets where the properties, and this is class A properties. This is huge. I mean, just go to Cardone Capital. You can see the institutional grade assets that we have. They're just trophies, every single one of them. And we've destroyed Grant has really disrupted that space because, you know, all of them know who we are now. And I'm talking, he's. He's had meetings now with Canter Fitzgerald, bank of America, JP Morgan and I mean the heads, the top of the food chain. Yeah, wanting to, to, to, to partner up with him on, on his next piece. But, but he's leveraging Bitcoin. So the properties are going to purchase Bitcoin instead of distributions, which, you know, the projections on that. Then we've got 10x health we're now talking about where, you know, we're, we're a $2 billion company that's going to probably sell off 20% to our investors to give them the opportunity to get in. And that's, you know, can't talk about that yet, but that's going to be very big and very global, you know, with the path that we're on right now and the partnerships. So I mean, so the opportunity to really scale and let in partners in the 10x community into all aspects of what we're doing and giving them the opportunity that they never would have had. Because you can't have these opportunities with Wall Street. It's just not, you know, it's old school. It's not how they've done. They have to sell in three to four years no matter what. And you know, there's fees and blah, blah, blah, and you know, grants. On an investor call, do you think, you know, the big boys are getting on a call with the investors monthly? No, I don't think so. That's some of what we're doing is to really. And that's why I'm winding down 10x ladies. And Grant had to wind down GrowthCon this year because the level of where we're going now and the partnerships and the products that are going to be coming to market is going to be able to include even more of the 10x community and into our ulterior, you know, agenda here, which is we wanted from the beginning, which is how can we get all the other. I called him all the other little me's because that's what Grant and I think of ourselves as the little me's from New Orleans and Lake Charles. Somebody took that out of context. So now I'm self conscious every time I say it because they said she called us little me's. No, I called us little me's and all the other people that identify with us from their condition in life. We want them the opportunity to come to the top. So we feel like we're finding products and, and, and, and, and vehicles, like you said, vehicles to where the other me's, the other ones like us, can have an opportunity that it's just was never available to the middle class or to the normal people or to us. That's. I'm sorry, that's still how I see myself. So I respect that. It's just, and there's just so much, you know, I'm, I may or may not do Cardone Mortgage right now. I'm doing it, but there's a product that I could bring to market with that that could be very new and very cool. I've got Cardone Interiors which, which, which I would do scale to develop developers that want to furnish the buildings. But I also run a real estate team exp. I have 600 agents under me and I'm supporting and helping them. And so there's, and then my philanthropic work and I'm trying to get some bills passed in, in, in the Capitol to really make a difference and change things. So I got to be secret and work behind the scenes on that because lobbyists find out about it and then, you know, the way it's been done is way it's been done and who's in pocket. So things have to be done a little more clandestinely to actually like pull something off. And then the philanthropic work with the Grant Cardone foundation, this is just the last thing I'll mention because there's so many more. But the philanthropic work of the underserved children that don't have the access to this data because it's not in their communities. We offer this entrepreneurial skills to them and we're, we're now in schools and we're, we're, we're partnering up with big boys, big sisters, big brothers. Many different collaborations to help us get to the children that really need the opportunity to be able to handle their own lives and not be victim to circumstance, but really create a path for themselves. So there's a lot. Cardone Ventures, we're partnering with other companies globally and nationally, nationwide to scale them. So we've really, you know, we've really become the Amazon to the Entrepreneur in the 10x community. There's, you know, you can just lock in and I mean it's just line, product line. You know, what do you want? You want marketing? You want leadership? You want people's essentials, you want a partners witness in health and in real estate. Like we, we've got it all. We're a one stop.

That's amazing. I love it. I love it. You know, and again, it's all centered around that main point, other people. Right. And that's, that's what's important. I Love that. And of course, you know, I knew there was many things coming for you guys, and I'm excited to see all the products you guys roll out, even with the 10x health. I'm excited to see what you guys are going to do there. I know you can't talk about it, but, like, hey, you know, you have a direct line to me.
A
So I heard Grant mention it on a call today, because we just talked to the business partners, y' all are getting the skinny on Sunday. And they really came around with the structure and what Grant wants to do. And he's always wanted to create vehicles for the community. And no one, I'm sorry, you can't show me one person who is crowdfunded and doing what Grant's done. He's raised 1.6 billion, you know, just from his community, without Wall street, without, without paying people. It's just unbelievable. And what he's built and, and, and we have the track record, you know, we've, we've had all the people that have come out and said we're going to jail and frauds and this and that, and we've won those lawsuits and been issued apologies time and time again. And the sec, trust me, if they could have found something, they would. And who knows what other investigations have been over the last several years. But, you know, when you have clean hands and you are who you say you are, clean hands are always going to win out in the end. And, and when you have clean hands, you have nothing to hide. So, yeah, shine the light, baby. I ain't scared, cockroach. I ain't going running. I ain't no cucaracha.
B
I love it. Well done. One more question for you as we land the plane here. The show is called the Determined Society, right? And just like what you say, discipline is king. And I. And really at the heart of determination is discipline. Right? So in your words, what does determination mean to you?
A
Determination means you are so laser focused on your target, your purposes, your goals, your dreams, your values that you will always fall forward, pick yourself back up, course, correct self, enhance, whatever you've got to do to win and destroy the other side. You need to be the suppression to the other side. And you need to flourish and prosper and surround yourself with other people who are supportive to show active interest in the success of dot, dot, dot, you, your values and with reciprocity and who are interested in bearing the weight of you and all that you are doing to make a difference for the better. And, and that's, that's what determined is. It's determined not to fail. And you can't fail if you continue to fall forward. So it's the determination to. To make a difference for the better.
B
I love it. I love it. Thank you for that. And thank you for coming on and sharing everything going on in your lives and what you guys have built, even the vulnerable moments so the other. So the audience can. Can look at that and say, hey, you know what? These are billionaires. No different than me. I'm going through things with my husband or wife right now. And if we focus enough and we're intentional about everything that we're doing, we can also overcome. And even if they're not looking to be billionaires, if someone can come become billionaires on the verge of losing something in 2008 and not even 20 years later or whatnot, have the opportunity to impact the Globe at a 7 to $10 billion. 10 billion amount number, then you can do it in your own world, too. So thank you guys for showing the world what is possible. I cannot wait to hear all about how your event went when you get back. I want to connect with you in person. And just thanks for pouring into the audience. Just thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. And for the audience, August 15th through the 16th in Aventura, Florida. 10x ladies.
