“First off, I haven’t seen Jeff in a few years. He comes over and says, “Yo, what’s up?” We’re talking, and I’m looking at him thinking, holy crap, you look ten years younger. I mean, seriously. I’ll put up a picture here. This is Jeff now, he looks like a teenager. My God.”

That’s how my interview with Ernest Hancock kicked off, before (in his words) he let me ‘monologue us all to hell’.

Those conversations were necessary at the time. But something interesting happened over the years. Once people understand the system is broken, yelling about it stops being enough. The real question becomes what do we do next.

And, I will do my best to answer that question in today’s interview.

My story doesn’t start at Anarchapulco, but it has played a big part in my own journey of self-transformation over the last decade.

In Puerto Vallarta last month, people like Ernest (a speaker at the event) who had not seen me in a few years noticed it right away this year. I look healthier. Younger even. That did not happen by accident. I stopped drinking alcohol years ago. I cleaned up my diet. I started exercising regularly. I spent years doing deep meditation and serious self work. I also experimented with things like hyperbaric oxygen, saunas, cold plunges and other health technologies. I use a TZLA plasma machine that seems to dramatically increase cellular energy. Whether people believe in the technology or not, I can tell you the results have been incredible for me. I feel better and stronger than I did many years ago.

At the same time Anarchapulco itself has evolved.

It is no longer just about anarcho capitalism or politics. The event now blends conversations about consciousness, healing, decentralization, crypto privacy, alternative history and spiritual awakening. We have speakers discussing everything from AI control systems to meditation to the hidden structures behind world events.

The audience has changed as well. This year we saw a more international and mature group of people. Many are entrepreneurs, homesteaders, investors or researchers who are actively building alternatives to the centralized systems around us.

Crypto is still a huge part of the conversation, but my perspective has changed over the years. I was one of the earliest people recommending Bitcoin back when it was around three dollars. Back then many of us believed it could become peer to peer cash for the entire world and break the power of central banks. Around 2017 it became clear that Bitcoin had been hijacked. The block size was restricted so it could never scale as real global money. At the same time surveillance companies and governments developed tools to track almost every transaction. That was not the vision many of us started with.

Today I see privacy coins as much closer to the original idea. Projects like Monero and smaller experiments like Pirate Chain are carrying forward the real concept of financial freedom. Interestingly those are also the coins that governments seem to fear the most, which tells you something important.

Another major theme that has emerged at Anarchapulco is the inner revolution. I spent years exploring plant medicines like ayahuasca and iboga along with deep meditation practices. These experiences forced me to confront childhood trauma, addiction patterns and emotional baggage that I had carried for decades. Iboga in particular was one of the most intense experiences of my life. It was essentially two days of deep introspection where my subconscious brought up memories and emotions I had spent years avoiding. That process was not easy but it changed me permanently. One of the biggest realizations I had during those years was that the real prison most people live in is psychological. Governments and banks are powerful but they are not the root of the problem. The deeper issue is the conditioning and programming most people carry in their minds. Once people start clearing that out through meditation, self work or other methods, something shifts. Fear disappears and clarity takes its place.

We also saw how media manipulation works in real time this year. Shortly after the event ended headlines began spreading stories about a massive terror situation in Puerto Vallarta. The reality on the ground looked very different. Some buses were burned. A few stores were set on fire. Very few people were hurt and there was almost no police response afterwards. Many attendees walked around calmly filming what was happening while the media turned it into a dramatic narrative. From my perspective it looked very much like theater.

Looking forward I believe we are heading toward a major transition period.

Governments and central banks are under enormous pressure and I believe many of them will collapse or transform within the next few years. That process will not be smooth. Large cities that depend entirely on centralized supply chains could face serious disruption. That is why I encourage people to decentralize their lives. Grow food. Build community. Get healthier physically and mentally. Create systems that do not depend entirely on the old structures.

Despite all the chaos I remain very optimistic.

Humanity is going through a massive awakening. People are questioning authority, learning new skills and reconnecting with deeper truths about life. Events like Anarchapulco exist partly to show people they are not alone in this process.

When thousands of people gather who value freedom, truth and personal sovereignty something powerful happens. You realize that the future is not just something that happens to you. It is something you actively create.

Anarchapulco will continue evolving as the world changes. But the core idea remains the same:

Freedom starts with the individual. Once enough individuals transform themselves, the old system naturally loses its power.

That is the real revolution.
