and thought leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning K–12 education, higher

education, school leadership, and educational consulting. She currently serves as a Physical

Science Teacher at ACCEL Day & Night Academy and was recently honored as Teacher of the

Year for her innovation, instructional excellence, and commitment to student success.

As the founder and CEO of 1280 Forward, LLC., Dr. Fisher has built a nationally recognized

educational consulting and leadership development brand focused on equity, student

achievement, educator empowerment, and community impact. Through her work, she has

designed professional development for educators, led culturally responsive leadership initiatives,

and created transformative programs such as 1280 Leads, a student leadership and civic

engagement cohort dedicated to developing the next generation of changemakers.

Dr. Fisher’s career includes experience as an assistant principal, associate principal, teacher

recruitment and retention specialist, adjunct college instructor, and secondary science educator.
