Are your GLP1 drugs actually accelerating aging? Are we missing the bigger picture here when we're looking at side effects and benefits when it comes to GLP1s? Why is it that the focus is strictly in one area and we're not looking at other areas? Or is it because people don't want us to know? Why hasn't this been talked about? Well, I'm going to do what I always do, and that is dig deep into anything that's polarizing or confusing or being ignored. I am Dylan Gemelli. I am your resident biohacking expert, whatever you want to call me. And I learned from some of the greatest minds all over the world. And so within my thirst for knowledge and truth, I have discovered some new things here. And that's why I want to talk to everybody specifically today about the effects of GLP1 drugs on aging. Now this really takes us to understand redox biology and basic biochemistry. Our bodies run on what we call an electron flow. So when we're looking at this, we have to understand that health is the maintenance of proper reduction, oxidation, balance. So when that balance collapses, what happens? Aging acceleration. So to make this a little bit broken down, both GLP1 manipulation and chronic immune stimulation increase reactive oxygen species. How? Through iron oxidation. So what happens is, is that iron, while it's in an oxidized state, becomes a catalyst for radical formation. So those radicals damage proteins, lipids and mitochondrial membranes. So then what happens? Well, the consequences actually show up downstream. Bone loss, muscle loss, hormone decline, immune dysfunction. Why does this happen? Well, because iron driven Oxidative stress actually interferes with mineral balance and also mitochondrial function. So calcium is extremely critical to mitochondrial enzymes and the rotational activity of ATP synthase. So then what happens? Well, lower calcium availability, slows enzymatic spin rate. What then? Well, the lower the spin rate, the less ATP production that we actually have. So when we have that lower ATP, it actually tells our body to then downshift metabolism. How? Through reduced thyroid signaling. Then what happens? Well, we have a result here that's not great. Slower metabolism, declining tissue repair and, and, and accelerated aging. You can see it with people that use GLPs long term. What am I seeing? What, what have I been actually shown? It's been put in front of me. Loss of muscle, like I said, loss of bone density, declining sex hormones, increased infections and also unfortunately arterial plaque protein misfolding. So when you see those plaques and protein aggregates, they resemble the same pathological structures that we see in unfortunately Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis. Modern culture doesn't want to accept this because we're all care about how we look instead of the science and the biology that's right in front of our face. I see this happen all the time. We hear what we want to hear, we don't do anything but justify what we want to happen. And we gloss over and overlook the things that are actually right in front of our face. There's multiple reasons for that. I'm not going to get into the the science behind what we think because everybody has their own desires and wants. But most of the time we all have done this. At certain points we tell ourselves what we want to hear and oftentimes what we need to hear goes to the wayside. And that goes without saying, we all do it. I've done it for so many years, it doesn't matter what it costs. I went through this for years and years and years with coaching bodybuilders that were using anabolic steroids. They only live for today. And the only care or worry, it all falls into the vanity realm. Now for bodybuilders, it's maybe for their competing, but we all go through this vanity phase. Sometimes people forever where how we look, what people think, what's seen on the surface shapes how we feel in our everyday life. And it's unfortunate. I was a former model, I've had an eating disorder. Nobody knows this better than me. And of all the people that I've coached and I've observed, all of the different neuroscientists that I've spoken with and interviewed, partnered with on work psychologists that I've talked to about this for my own personal and then understanding the thinking and thoughts of others because I've taken so much time into trying to learn about why people think what they do and we don't think about in the moment doing these things. What is this costing us? How is this affecting our long term life? Is it taking years off of our life? How is it affecting our loved ones? It's so difficult. We have a temple which is our bodies. If you read the Bible and you read scripture, our minds and our bodies are intertwined and connected and when they're out of alignment we have nothing but problems. And a lot of the desires and thoughts that we have create a full blown problem and it takes years off of our lives. And I'm saying this because that correlates to the use of some of the drugs that have been put out in front of us that we don't really understand how they fully work. We don't understand the long term ramifications, we don't understand the years that they're going to take off of our life. I want to explain something here. We see the, the science behind everything that I'm discussing but I want to get into a more personal, structured discussion on this. I want people to get a full blown understanding on a personal level of what I've observed and what I've seen over all the years since these came out. What if I told you that one molecule will help keep your body system

A
Unfortunately, pollutions, toxins and stress can rapidly deplete glutathione levels. And as we age, glutathione production decreases as well. And many traditional glutathione supplements do not not absorb well, making it extremely difficult to raise intracellular levels where glutathione actually works. And that's why I use glutaril, the

and code Dylan to save 15% off today. Some of the People that I respect the most, that have taught me the most, stand by what many GLP1s and other drugs can do. And I don't disagree. They're just misused, they're misguided. People don't understand. We're looking at people that we worship like idols because they're famous and they say they use it or do it. And nobody will ever discuss the problems that go along with it. Everybody glorifies everything. You can't look at someone's Instagram and think that that's reality all the time. People don't take you behind the scenes of what their life is really like. And we get so caught up in how we appear and look to other people that we forget what's most important. We forget how to understand and interpret what we're doing to our bodies. There's a lot of benefit to GLP1 drugs in microdosing used appropriately for people that it's okay with their, their bodies and what their family histories are. And these aren't meant to be used forever. And these, you have to ask yourself this now, I know I talk about God all the time. And if you don't fall in line with that, then just look at it from the science side. Does this seem natural that we shut off our brains to tell us that we're hungry so that we don't eat? Even if you are not a God fearing individual or appreciate the structure in which he designed our bodies and you just look at it from strictly science, just look at everything in that, that way.
A
Do you think that it's smart to
B
change the way our body runs? Does that sound like it's something that's sustainable and healthy to alter one of the main structures of how we live? No, it's not.
A
That's not what GLP1s were even created to do.
B
That's a secondary mechanism of action that they found when it's a diabetic drug to start with. So don't you think that by doing these things that go against the structures of our bodies that there's going to be some negative ramifications? I'm not saying that they're terrible. I'm not saying don't use them. That's not what I'm saying. And I'm certainly not trying to instill fear. But what I am doing is bringing up the truth and the honest things that people like to overlook and talk about something that nobody really talks about when it comes to the aging. And you think about this. When I talked about immune function, I talked about People becoming more sick, having more trouble dealing with, with illnesses and their body fighting these ops. I mean when you're out of re reduction, oxidation, balance and the problems that that has you. We need to discuss redox more, the whole biology behind it, which I will do. But when you're disrupting mitochondrial function, when you're disrupting mineral balance, when your minerals are out of whack, your heart rhythms off, you're going to be cramped, you're going to have all sorts of problems. And mitochondria are the key to our existence essentially. I mean all our energy is produced in our mitochondria, which are the powerhouse of our cells, which the cells make up our entire body. There's billions and trillions of cells within this body, in this structure. Now you think about that and you're causing disruption there in a major way. Of course that's going to affect our aging process. Of course it is. So think about this. Are there ways to lose weight which may not happen so easily, may not happen overnight, but that are healthy, that are the right ways to do it? Are there ways to lose weight that are safe, that are effective if you just have some discipline, if you just work at it, if you just work on your diet, if you go work out a little bit, if you prioritize everything in your life that is going to help you balance out your health with your mind and your body, can you do it? And can you live a long healthy life by doing it? Or do you want to take a shortcut, be abusive with it, Only worry about how you look without an understanding of the long term effects? And, and in all honesty, ask yourself this. When you look in the mirror, when you see people with sagging faces and bone loss and, and, and degradation and injuries and muscle loss, does that look good because the scales lighter? Because honestly, when you look at the people after they've used it and you see people talk about ozempic face and this and that, does that look good? So if the whole goal is something vain and vanity and the ultimate outcome is bad, well I like to do this risk versus reward. When I'm weighing out my options, I don't see the reward being worth the risk. And I don't know how great the reward even is. When you look at it on the surface, how great is the reward? If you end up kind of looking like shit and you don't feel good and you don't like what you see in the mirror and you got long term damage, how good is the reward? Do you want to age Quicker because you wanted to lose some weight. And mind you, most people that lose weight too fast, it makes them look a hell of a lot older. I'm not saying you want to walk around with a like really bloated and heavier face. That's, that's certainly not the case. But when I've lost too much weight too fast, I go back and look at videos and I look terrible and I say to myself, well, I thought the scale looked great, but I don't look so great and people notice and you don't feel great. Think about this too. When you lose too much weight too fast, about like the brain fog, the, the lack of energy, everything just goes down. Your attitude, your response to things, it's just not there. You're more short tempered, you don't get along with this people, you're certainly not as successful. These all happen over time. And let me tell you something, sarcopenia is a very real thing. And when you look at the muscle loss that people and, and it, this is all in studies on percentages. I'm not making this up. I mean you can go look for yourself and, and listen, I've tr. I have now had thousands of clients over the years that have used these. I care about real world and real life experiences and observations and I have seen it all and I know what happens that goes along with this. And I can tell you this, I have seen far more bad outcomes than good ones. Like I said, there's a purpose to these and they serve a purpose. But it's just like anything else. You can drink too much water and kill yourself. When you misuse things, you create nothing but problems. So I, I implore people to think, consider and be smart and wise and understand what you're doing before you get into it. Don't just go into something thinking glory, glory, glory and I'm going to get this, this and this without a full blown understanding. And you doing the diligence to understand what you're doing with an understanding of how to do it properly. Making sure you're doing it in the safest possible manner. I am not here to scare you. I am not your dad. I'm not telling you what to do and how to do it. I am giving you straight facts on what I observe and because of what I see and what I observe, what I learn and what I'm in the trenches doing. My goal is simple. I work for God. I work for nobody else. Is to save your life and save you from trouble and to help you live longer for your loved ones and the people that need you and I'm not just talking about family every single person has a purpose that God gave them and that purpose needs to be fulfilled or it is a sin and if you are unhealthy and don't take care of yourself you cannot fulfill that purpose and I am trying to save you from that as well. That is my care that is my goal and that is why I hope you listen to me and follow me so understand what you're getting into beforehand and this is not a scare tactic and this is not me telling you not to use them this is me helping you understand different aspects that people don't look at and then the ones that they do with a deeper explanation. So that's the talk for the day. I hope that helps I hope it resonates and I hope you understand where I am coming from for you. That being said stay tuned for plenty more to come. Dylan Jelli signing off. Sam.

Dylan Gemelli’s nuanced critique of GLP-1 drugs centers on the theme that "easy fixes" come with hidden costs, particularly when it comes to long-term health and aging. He underscores the importance of understanding the science, weighing risks, and resisting cultural pressures that prioritize appearance over well-being. The episode is a passionate call to seek deeper knowledge, make conscious choices, and preserve both body and mind for a fulfilling life.
