C
And Bebo.
A
And Bebo. Boys and girls, tomorrow on the pro program, we will have our very first guest, Vic Mena, pulling up to talk that talk.
C
It's going to be exciting.
A
Rosenberg is freedom via satellite today because he has. What project you got you got to do today, bro?
B
Today I am the show that you didn't know existed last week on Evolve. I am calling 3 Evolve Tapings today in Stanford.
A
Wait, what's evolve again?
B
Evolve is my wrestling show on Tubi that I'm the commentator for.
A
Got it.
B
So.
A
Got it, got it, got it, got it.
B
So, yeah, I gotta.
A
Evolve is a show on Tubi you're on. And Evolve exists without you as a regular show and you just pop in sometimes.
B
No, I'm. I'm. I'm one of the voices of the show every single week.
A
Got it. Nice. Well, there you go. He's on his way to do that. Where do you got to go to do that? Stanford, Connecticut. All right, man, be safe on this.
B
I gotta go to America. I go to America.
C
America.
A
America. Listen, we got a lot to cover today on this here Ebro Laura Rosenberg show. You said the super chats were ringing off early, right? Rosenberg.
B
Oh, Joe, bro, let me. Let me get this started. Let me shout out to MTZ Love. We got love for you. Yeah, MTZ Love a couple times. Yo, B code 14 came through with a grip. I think he wants to see Laura show something today.
A
You gotta chill. You gotta chill.
B
But thank you. We appreciate you elr family. Much love to you all. The show does something for my spirit that's hard to put into words.
A
Wow.
B
Grateful for every moment. P. S. Rosenberg. Do I get eye contact? Hey, yo, look what Griff did.
A
We'll give top to a mic, you know what I'm saying? He'll. He'll throw the show for the show again.
B
How about Moreno, the man, our boyfriend came through already and said, you know, the lateness is getting out of hand. Lmfao.
A
Now listen, I'm with you, Moreno, because we've been sitting here since five before the hour, and the amount of tinkering and things that still have to happen is dramatic.
B
We're tinkering up a storm. We have a CL audio came through with another hundred.
A
Nah, this is. This is bribery now.
C
Thank you.
B
He said. He said props for PR mom. Guatemala, 20 year Air Force vet, born and raised in Pacific northwest. I f with y' all because of the morals and values 2 for 2 on the merch drops. And. And patron money. Oh, and Patreon money well spent. Good looking out, my guy. That is awesome.
C
That's dope.
A
Now, Laura, speaking of merch, we do have some people in the Patreon chat we need to address. I sent Laura a screenshot of someone claiming they had not received their merch. Laura, as the merch manager, would like to say what to the people who are claiming they have not received their merch.
C
It's on the way.
B
That's it.
C
No, listen, everything should be all set. You guys should be good to go today. I'm gonna go. Finally, like some of y', all, you know, made last minute changes.
A
Come on, son. You can't put in an order and then after the order's already in, change the size of your shirt or change the address after the order's already in, it's gonna slow things down.
C
So I just gotta deal with a few. Not a lot. It was not a lot. Only a few of those. And then. But everyone should be Gucci now. Everybody should have.
A
And if you were. If you are a Patreon member, what surprise did you get yesterday? Laura on the merch.
C
Yo, it's official. Our second shirt is officially out.
A
Okay, whoa, whoa.
C
Y' all can get it. No, it's, it's. It's out for sale. We got plans. It's actually, I love the shirt, so I'm very excited about it. So it's officially on the website. Ebro, Laura Rosenberg, show.com for sale.
A
There it is. So that just.
B
How did our guy come through Ebro? Same day. Same day that we dropped. We got plans. How do we see maybe the illest design we've seen so far coming down the pike from my man Chase.
A
Yeah, exactly. Shout out to Chase on the graphics. That'll be for the next merch drop in about 30 days. We. We're not going to be hitting y' all with too many merch drops. Y' all spending a lot of money on this program. You know what I mean? We gotta pace ourselves. It's only February, yo. Some of y' all gonna be looking at your credit card come July. Like, yo, I can't mess with the ELR show. It's out of hand. Now the big stories. Rosenberg is in a tizzy. And I think Laura Styles is kind of wound up to this Pam Bondi, Attorney General thing yesterday that's taken over the timeline. Rosenberg, how'd you feel when you saw it?
B
Yeah, I waited. It was a busy day yesterday and I didn't get to anything until, like, 10:00 clock at night. And I sat down, I said, let me just see some highlights of this. And then I was like, why did I do this before bed? I want to fight. No, I want to. I want to have a fist fight. I know this is the least serious thing that is. That is so deadly serious, and yet it is the least serious thing you will ever see. The fact that you could even be anyone who could come away defending what you saw, the embarrassment that that was our attorney general, the way that she treated that situation. I have. I have absolutely no words for it. It was disgusting. These are not serious people, is all I can say.
C
No, she's a bozo. She's incompetent. She has no soul. Like, there was the part Rosenberg, I don't know if you saw when they had giant photos of all the people that had been murdered by ICE and they were going through them one by one by name. She wouldn't even look up and give anyone eye contact. She was just kind of like her little binder, like, just did not care.
B
Laura, she. She's the Attorney General. And this. This is about law. This is about victims. This is real stuff. And she was. She treated the entire thing as an opportunity to be a cheerleader for Donald Trump. She was just. Just. Why do you come after Donald Trump? You need to apologize to Donald Trump.
A
We got video. We got video and audio. We're in the future here. We could do both at the same damn time. Rahsaan, which clip you got first? The compilation. Let's run it.
C
All right.
D
This guy has Trump derangement syndrome.
C
He needs to get.
D
You're a failed politician.
A
Not a complicated question.
D
Well, I. I guess it is for you because you have a law degree, and those are privileged. Do you even know who Chase Mulligan is? You're so obsessed with? You don't.
B
I'm gonna teach you the rules again. You're the.
D
Have you apologized to President Trump? Have you apologized to. To President Trump, all of you who participated in those impeachment hearings against Donald Trump? Nothing about helping crime in her district. She's not even worth getting into the details. Excuse me. I'm going to answer the question.
A
Answer my question.
D
No, I'm going to answer the question the way I want to answer the question.
A
And I told you about that Attorney general before you started.
D
You don't tell me.
B
Oh, I did tell you because I saw.
A
Oh, I did tell you, sister.
B
This is bigger than Watergate.
D
When I don't answer a question, this goes over. Only two people voted against it and you were one of them. Hypocrite.
C
But we're going to move back to you.
D
I bet we are.
C
Yes, of course. Because you're here to testify.
A
The whole thing is given a grown up version of Regina George from Mean Girls.
C
You know, you know who I'm talking.
A
About now for Jen Sacki. She used to work.
B
I'm, I'm tight. I'm tight. That we didn't, that we only heard from her and we didn't get to hear any of the responses. Although it is just frustrating to hear the responses.
A
Well, the problem with watching the questions and her responses is it just infuriates you more because she's not answering the question. She's distracting. This is, this is political theater. This was to take over the news cycle so that we're now talking about her and not talking about the actual Epstein files. That's what every attempt they are making in public right now is to distract from the fact that yesterday it was confirmed that Donald Trump's name is in the Epstein files over a million times. No one is mentioned more than Donald Trump. The only person mentioned more than Donald Trump in the Epstein files I think is Jeffrey Epstein.
B
That's crazy. He's the co star, as you're saying.
C
I, it's unbelievable.
A
And so we're going to watch this. And by the way, this is going to drag on. It's going to drag on the end and the way the government is set up. The only way you actually get traction on any of this is after the midterms so that you can have people in the House of Representatives, you can have people in the Senate who are actually going to hold these people accountable because you need Congress to actually hold the executive branch accountable because you don't have the judiciary branch. And the judiciary branch. Supreme Court's not going to lead the attack on the President. That has to come from Congress, I believe. So we're just going to watch this play out. What month is it? February.
C
Yep.
A
When's November? When is that? Eight months? Six? Twelve. How the years work? I don't know.
B
Seven months, something like that.
A
Seven months. That's what we're going to, we're about to watch this for seven months. In the meantime, you know, they're strangling Cuba right now. Cuba runs out of power in five days.
C
So they have no oil.
A
They're not. Any country that sends oil to Cuba or any support to Cuba right now will get a, some sort of tariff or economic embargo that's according to Donald Trump. But Sheinbaum, the president of Mexico, has said, f all that we will come to Cuba's aid. This is not okay. What's happening. So you have that about to play out.
C
Yeah.
B
Wow. Didn't even know that.
A
So. And remember, what's his name? Marco Rubio. This is his little wet dream to strangle Cuba.
C
Of course. Of course.
A
You know what I mean? Because America has had a wild hair up its ass about Cuba ever since Cuba started working with, you know, communists in Russia. Because, of course, America put an economic embargo on them, and obviously Fidel Castro was down there murdering American sympathizers, which is. Wow. And then they tried. You guys know the whole story. Everybody knows the whole story. But, yeah, that's still. That's still playing itself out. So, yeah, it's a crazy time. Very interesting time. But Cardi B's on tour.
C
Ah. She is positive.
A
Getting political at her tour. Laura, you're covering that in the rundown.
C
I have it in the rundown. I'm very proud of her and I'm very excited. Yeah. And she looks fantastic. She has been like. I've been following her IG story. So she's been practicing. She's been, you know.
B
Yeah.
C
The rehearsals is going crazy, getting everything in order. So it's really dope to see her finally, you know, hit the stage and. And get it popping.
A
Are we.
B
Is everybody clear, by the way? Bro, she does. She doesn't look like she was too emotionally affected by her breakup of three days ago. She seems okay.
C
She's getting that money. Rosenberg.
B
She's not stressed.
C
Yeah.
A
I mean, was the relationship really that deep? She knew it was chaotic from the beginning, I think.
B
I mean, listen, they had a kid together. It's kind of crazy, but. Yeah, I guess it wasn't that deep. They broke up during the Super Bowl. It's. It's a pretty insane story, though. My man brought a new girl to the Super Bowl.
A
Well, but you're missing a piece of this chapter with Stefan Diggs and Cardi B. He had multiple children at the same time.
B
Crazy.
A
So to act like she thought that this was the ideal scenario, Right? I don't know if that's the case at all.
B
No, the fact. The fact of the matter is, more kids this year than receptions at the Super Bowl. We've literally never seen anything like that.
A
N. Listen, bro.
C
Oh, God.
A
That's a. That's a. Yo, say that line again. I need to hear it more.
B
Stefan Diggs had more kids this year than he had receptions.
E
Congratulations. You played yourself.
A
That's not promising for your bank account or your future.
B
And the, and the. Listen, I don't think he's a. I don't. I don't know much about Stefan. I hope I. I hope things go well for him. He also had a moment. Ebro, that's not what you want. When they were getting absolutely trounced, he had like a 25 yard catch and accidentally, out of habit, turned and spun the ball like he just did something. When they were getting crushed in the.
E
Super bowl, it was such congratulations.
A
What are you celebrating, sir?
C
That's not what you want.
A
What are you celebrating, sir?
B
Maybe he found out he had another kid coming.
A
We don't know why. Why do people care what Gene Simmons from KISS has to say about hip hop being involved in the Rock and Roll hall of Fame? Someone please enlighten me. Why is that a headline and why is that a story?
B
We have enough to be triggered about. We don't need that.
C
I know, I know. It's ridiculous and it piss people off.
A
So what? People got pissed about this?
B
Griff, you know.
A
Wait, Griff? Producer Griff?
B
Yeah. Griff said. Griff said he almost punched the screen.
C
He did.
A
Yo, Griff.
C
Griff said he almost punched the screen.
E
You played yourself.
A
Yo, when you run down the list of people in hip hop that are in the Rock and Roll hall of Fame, how Gene Simmons feels is useless. It's too late, sir.
C
His quote. This is what really took Griff over the edge. It's not my music. I don't come from the ghetto. He said I wanted to punch the screen. He's talking about hip hop.
A
Well, it sounds like a microaggression. It doesn't come from the ghetto. I got news for any of you rock and roll fans. Guess where rock and roll comes from? Black neighborhood.
B
The ghetto.
A
Yeah. Poor black neighborhoods.
C
He's trash.
E
So, whole list, congratulations. You played yourself.
A
Now you got a three foot tongue. What did you say?
B
I said, gene Simmons show you got a three foot tongue.
A
Now, Laura, yesterday I saw that R. Kelly's victim was doing interviews.
C
Yes, yes, yes, yes.
A
And it was pointed out to me by somebody I work with at Apple. And she said. And shout out to Sasha over there, she said, nobody's really covering this. Rosenberg, did you see this interview? Had you known this happened?
B
Which interview?
A
Now this is. The young girl that is in the R. Kelly videotape is out now. Obviously she's older.
B
I saw that it moved.
C
Yeah, yeah. Her name is Rashauna. Lanfair.
A
Yeah.
C
Yeah. And she has a book. She has a memoir that right now she's shopping around.
A
Okay, so that's why she's talking.
C
Yeah. It's called who's Watching Shorty? I saw clips of this interview. It. It's disgusting, as you would have thought. But it's just like, you know, it's very much the same story. You know, parents were involved in. In, you know, they were high off the celebrity that is R. Kelly. Sparkle is her aunt, I believe, who.
A
Was an artist sign R. Kelly.
C
Yeah. She definitely was encouraging her to do things like sit on his lap and rub his head. Like, it's gross, bro. It's gross. And she really admits, like, being young and impressionable and, like, not really understanding and being groomed as an adult. Now she talks about looking back, like she truly understands what she went through. So it's sad.
A
So the. The other thing that it was presented to me was that people are, like, not covering this story. Like, it's not all over the blog.
C
No, it's not. It's not.
A
Why?
C
Very, very few people are covering it.
A
Why?
C
I don't know. Part of me feels like people are just kind of like. And I hate to say it like this because it doesn't matter, but they look at it like, okay, R. Kelly, old news. We already know. And I think people are just kind of glossing over it.
A
If you have kids in the car, trigger warning and all the things we're gonna play. An excerpt from the conversation. This was on CBS Mornings.
F
When I think about the amount of time that has passed based on how long you knew. R. Kelly, I think so many people have wanted to hear from you for so long. How does it feel to not be Jane Doe anymore?
G
It feels very rewarding. It feels very liberating, which was a part of the reason why I wanted to write this book, because I really wanted to live in my true skin and my true self.
F
You say in the book, the next time we're at the studio, this is what you say. Sparkle said, you say, your aunt told you the next time we're at the studio, you should ask Robert to be your godfather. Aunt Sparkle explained that I should sit on his lap and rub his head while I asked him to be my godfather. This instruction seemed sort of weird since I hadn't sat on his lap before, but I didn't question it. When you think back, is that where it all begins? Is that the start?
G
That is the start. That is the start of him entering into my life in a different way. Than just being an artist or hanging out at the studio. It became more personable at that moment.
F
So when do things turn? And I know you go into great detail, the early stages and why this is so complicated, your mindset at that time.
G
Well, during the time that I met him, I also A teenage girl who's going through puberty. And so some of the things that I was thinking or feeling were just normal expressions to, you know, my maturity level at the time. And so it starts very innocent. It starts, you know, being mesmerized and, like you said, like, admiring this person. And then, you know, it kind of gets a little deeper or more complicated when that person is able to, you know, see what you can't see, the way you're developing, you know, your conversation, your personality traits. So it kind of became more complicated when he started analyzing me and, you know, the things that I was going through and who I was becoming as a person. And again, I was excited and mesmerized to, you know, be under his wing and to be a part of his habitat. So that's how things kind of unfolded.
A
So I still. I'm not clear on why this isn't being. I figured I would have seen this on my timeline. Maybe the Epstein stuff is taking up my timeline. You know, maybe Bad Bunny's taking it up. But I didn't. I went and looked at some of the blogs, and I didn't see it right away.
C
No, I didn't see it either.
A
Are you guys out there in the chat? Have you guys seen this story? Because the other thing that was presented to me was that. People felt like outlets didn't want to cover it. And to your point, Laura, where it was like, oh, we've heard this story, but we've never heard from her. And why wouldn't you want to give her a platform?
C
I don't know. I don't know. But I listen, I just feel like that's the reason that blogs are not covering it. They feel like, okay, we've covered enough of this. And it's sad because her story should be told, but.
B
Well, I think there's also a component of. At this point, everybody knows how terrible he is. And so you're like, do we need to know more? But to your point, Laura, she should deserve to have. She deserves to have her time as well, in spite of the fact that we know how bad he was.
A
Well, and deeper than that, I've heard the story about her aunt, and I've heard the story about, you know, her being young and wanting to Be an artist.
C
Right.
A
I didn't quite understand until right now how much it was her family that put her in that predicament.
C
Yeah.
A
Mom and dad and aunt and the encouragement. I didn't know that it was encouraged, according to her, to sit on his lap, to call R. Kelly, her godfather, to rub his head and all that. That is.
C
Yeah.
A
And by the way, that's why I feel like this is very important because much of the abuse and sexual abuse that happens to people starts in family scenarios.
C
That's usually the case. That's usually the case. And, and pay attention. Because she talks about how Sparkle is the one who was encouraging her.
A
Her.
C
And to me, listen, I think Sparkle is trash. We've heard this before. But it's like she basically knew that that is the way to get him to pay attention. So she encouraged her to do that, to take that route.
B
I will tell you.
C
Teenager, she was.
B
These stories hit different. These, these stories definitely hit different. As the father of a little girl now it is to just even try to fathom a world in which family members would, would Ali.
A
Oop.
B
Basically children in their family to a predator because they're that thirsty and desperate to get an opportunity. Yes, man.
C
Yeah.
A
No, it's heavy stuff. Yeah, it's heavy stuff. And, and, and I'mma say it again. That's why I feel like this story needs to be covered, especially right now.
C
It's, it's sad and, you know, I, I, she's telling her whole story in her book. But I, you know, it's triggering for a lot of people because we've heard all of these stories before, and it's like, it's just sick, bro. It's sick. And like every day I'm like, yeah, R. Kelly deserves to stay in jail forever. At least that's how I feel.
A
What was the lady, was it Boebert that you saw walking out of seeing the unredacted Epstein files?
B
Yes.
A
She said similar about Ghislaine Maxwell.
B
Yes.
A
Who is now trying to, you know, leverage her. The information she has on Donald Trump to get clemency. But Rosenberg, you said she walked out of there and was basically like, she should be enough.
B
Yes. She should not be in a. What is she? And she's like a medium security prison.
A
Yeah. She's at one of those resort spots.
B
She needs a maximum security. She needs a life sentence. She needs, yeah, she was what she saw. But we know this, I mean, we know what Maxwell was doing. This is another person who we are apt to think was, was a victim in some way or maybe, you know, wasn't as bad. She. She was Epstein and Jace.
C
Yes.
B
She was setting. She knew it all. She was setting it all up.
C
Absolutely. She was just as bad as he was. Like, I don't see a world where I look at her as a victim. I'm sorry.
F
She.
B
Laura's mic up. I'm told Laura's mic now kept saying.
C
That she was one of the main, you know, recruiters, you know, setting things up. She literally was just like Epstein. The more I see people who have actually, like, read details of the Epstein files, everybody says jail is not enough. Jail is not enough. When they really go into, like, the. The. The disgusting details of what people read. I. And I think that's what surprises people because, yes, we know it's disgusting. Right. We know there's sex trafficking. Rosenberg. But I think when people go and actually read details, I think that's what takes them over the edge because they don't really realize how sinister and dark it is.
B
Well, some of it's hard to even conceive of. I mean, some of the stuff that I've gotten put onto from it this week, as bad as I always knew that it was.
C
The.
B
The. Yo, guys, I'm really on some Ebro. Ebro. You were talking about how, like, you used to be super conspiracy. Then less now more. Yo, I'm really out of. They. JonBenet Ramsey was part of the Epstein files.
A
Yeah.
B
Like, I'm really awesome. It makes perfect sense when you think about it.
A
Yeah.
B
JonBenet Ramsey might have been the opening where they almost got caught because they went too far. They. They stole a kid that was too visible. Like, that's the vibe I get is. And, you know, there's that photo of Maxwell and JonBenet Ramsey in the same room.
A
That's enough for me. That's enough to seal the deal for me.
B
That's enough. That's.
A
Well, they say JonBenet Ramsey's father got paid off.
B
Like, you mean after or before?
A
After.
B
Like, stop looking.
A
Yes.
C
I didn't even hear about this connection.
B
Oh, you haven't? Yeah. There's a photo. There's a photo of JonBenet Ramsey, and you see Ghislaine Maxwell, like, creeping out in the side of the photo is very weird. And, yo. And y' all have seen the video moving around about the Wayfarer items?
A
Yep. Well, that was a conspiracy a few years ago where people were saying the Wayfair items on Wayfair were named after girls and had these ridiculous prices, which is A fact.
C
I remember when that was moving around.
A
A couch for $10,000 named, you know, and I'm. I'm making this up, but the couch is named Angela.
B
No, literally, it. Stuff exactly like that. Or a. Some sort of closet item that would normally cost 150, is listed at $12,500 and has the name of a girl who just went missing. It's. Listen, everything's on the table with these MFers. It really is all on the table.
A
What has to be.
B
Also, we got to take a moment, guys, and. And say rip to James Vanderbeek.
C
Yeah.
A
Now why don't I. Why can't I picture this person?
B
Oh, my God. Ebro.
C
Guy from Dawson's.
B
Dawson.
A
I never watched Dawson's Creek.
B
You can't picture Dawson from Dawson Street.
E
You played just.
A
I've never seen the show.
B
I. I mean, obviously in the show, you know, I wasn't a regular watcher.
A
But do we have a picture? Old Google him, bro.
B
You never saw Varsity Blues?
C
Yeah, there you go.
A
James Vanderbeek. I've seen this guy before. Yeah, I didn't know that was him. Rest in peace, man.
C
Yeah, man.
A
Yo, man, he was young too, right?
C
48 years old. That's super young.
A
Super young.
B
Father of six, colorectal cancer, announced his. His diagnosis in 2024. Stage three diagnosis, man. If you go look at his social media, what a sweet man. This guy was. Like, he really didn't do a lot in his, you know, middle age as an actor. He really was just dad. Like, that was his brand. Was just being almost like a dad influencer. Like he was big time dad and.
A
Shout out to the big time dads, man.
B
Yo, man, that Ebro may be the only person who could not picture what Dawson looks like from Dawson's Creek.
A
Nah, there's somebody in the chat. Somebody. Back me up. You never watch Dawson's Creek. I can't be the only one.
B
The chat. The chat.
A
Doesn't seem like I can't be the only one out here.
C
The chat is cooking you.
A
Come on.
B
Even if you didn't watch it. Ebro, the commercial, it was so.
A
What commercial? I don't even know what you're talking about. What year was commercials?
B
It was. You were outside, bro. You. You always go over this. You were outside. I guess you completely missed it. It was the 90s.
A
No, I've heard of it. I've definitely heard of it. I have not seen. Don't know what is. So. It's Dawson's Creek. Is Dawson's Creek a Place. Well, is it like a Little House on the Prairie type situation where it was like what it was the show about?
B
It's about teenage kids. It was, it was a, it was followup. It was a different vibe. A, a different vibe. Not as super rich, but like teenage soap opera. Right, Laura?
A
Yes, yes, that's exactly what, so like a 90210. But we ain't got money like that.
B
Yeah, when they still had money, they, these kids were not poor. But it wasn't, it wasn't in Beverly Hills. It was in like Dawson Street. It was in like Maine or something.
C
Uhhuh.
A
What was the spin off? There was 90210 and Melrose Place. Never watched either one of them. But I know the people on the show. I didn't watch those either.
B
By the way, Dawson's Creek launched James Vanderbeek. Katie Holmes and Josh Jackson all came off of that show.
A
Got it.
B
But eo, you never saw Varsity Blues?
A
No. Yeah.
B
One of the most underrated, best football movies ever. I love that movie.
A
Wait, did I see it? Let me.
B
Varsity Blues a great.
A
Google it. Varsity Blues.
B
James Vanderbeek plays the smart backup quarterback, okay, in this Texas town who has no interest in being on the team anymore. And his dad is all disappointed in him because instead of being a dumb football junkie like everyone, he sits around reading like poetry and wants to go to college and doesn't care about football.
A
I've seen this poster. Never seen the movie.
B
Oh, great movie. Great. Definitely worth watch.
A
Better than Friday Night Lights.
B
I, I, I, it's comparable.
A
Better than Wildcats. More fun.
B
I don't remember Wildcats.
A
Goldie Haunt. You don't remember Wildcats?
B
Come on, big deal. But I don't remember how good a movie it was. I'm being reminded by the chat that the, the actor Michelle Williams was also launched from Dawson's Creek. I forgot. She came on later too.
C
Oh yeah, forgot about that.
B
Michelle Williams too.
A
Michelle Williams from Destiny's Child was on Dawson Street.
B
Yo, listen, he wrote you can't do things this white with the kind of music that was playing in your house. But then you never heard of Dawson's Creek.
A
Come on, man. I mean, listen, man, I have white music. I had some white music, but it was Linda Ronstadt, Queen, Van Halen, acdc. It wasn't, you know, it wasn't white tv. It wasn't James Taylor, John Denver, and you know, Boss Skaggs.
B
I think, I think it's just a matter of you being too old if.
A
No, you were.
C
That is, that's it.
B
You were younger, you definitely would have at least hit your radar. Because I wasn't watching it at the time, but enough people were. You know what I mean?
C
Right. The same. I never. I never watched it, but all I had friends who did. And it was on all the time.
A
All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time to get to the rundown. Laura Styles, you ready?
C
Yep. Let's go.
A
I got the run down. Turn that up.
B
Screens on glow when she pulls up.
A
Headlines hanging but we still caught up Life still flashing we don't slow up Ms. Cardi B.
C
That's right. Ms. Cardi B had her first tour stop for the Little Miss Drama tour. All right, this was at. In Palm Desert, California. So this was her very first, you know, stop. But she had some interesting words to say about ice. Check this out. Mexicans in the building.
D
If I come in here, we gonna jump they asses.
C
I got some bear Mace in the back.
D
They ticking my fingers.
C
Let's go.
A
Shout out to big boys, neighborhood 923 out there in LA for the clip.
C
So cool.
A
Looks like a great. It looks like.
B
I wouldn't make those jokes.
A
Why you think they'll pull up just to put on a show, right?
B
Well, not only that, I think they'll say she's threatening them, you know. Yo, they're coming after Bad Bunny's lyrics. They went after Don Lemon. If you're a celebrity, they're making you. And this is so messed up. They're gonna make you think about everything you do. They. They. I just. Just be careful. I love that she spoke out. Just be careful.
A
Well, you. Something has me feeling like Cardi B. As many times as we've seen her in court and having problems, she'll take the promo facts.
C
But Rosenberg is not wrong.
A
No, absolutely he's not.
C
Yeah. Now they're. They're just trying anything they can to control the narrative, to make people just.
A
But what happened to free? What happened to freedom of speech?
D
Right?
C
Right, Right.
E
Congratulations. You played yourself.
C
Right, right, Right. So, yeah. So I was very excited to see Ms. Cardi B on tour. In other news. I know we were just talking about the Epstein files, but I saw this moving around yesterday and I was just like, how. How is this? Like, why? So in the new released Epstein documents, a thing that came out was that they revealed that 330 gallons of sulfuric acid was sent to the island.
B
Okay.
C
Okay. That's six 55 gallon drums. 330 gallons of acid were delivered to the islands. So the date matches when the Federal Bureau of Investigation opened a federal probe into Epstein's alleged sex trafficking operation. Guys, when I saw this moving around Rosenberg, I saw a comment that was really interesting. Some guy was like, look, I'm a water treatment operator here. He wouldn't need that much to treat his home. I work in a plant that discharges over 100,000 thousand plus gallons of water a day. And we don't even use that much. What are you doing with this acid?
B
Yo.
C
Ugh, this is dark. What are you doing with this acid?
A
Well, of all the things that we are documenting with the Epstein files, sulfuric acid seems like a distraction to me. I.
C
But why do you need so much of it?
A
Why do you need so many children around?
C
I don't know.
A
Why. Why do you. Why do you need your own island where celebs come and party? Why do you need so much? I don't know.
C
Can this acid make things disappear?
A
I don't know. I have no idea.
B
That's what I think it's for.
A
I have no idea. Like, what do you mean, things disappear?
C
I don't know. I don't know.
B
Like, it makes things burn up and disappear is what I thought so far. Gas is for.
A
I don't know. Like. You mean like in. What was that show Ozark? In the beginning of Ozark, where they put the chopped up body in a. In a. In a barrel with acid. Is that sulfuric acid?
C
That's the first thing that came to my mind.
A
Chat. What do y' all use sulfuric acid for? We got any criminals out?
C
I. I don't know.
B
It's just got to be a serious criminal. I hope we don't have people who know in the chat.
A
N. They do. They know. They. You think somebody in the chat stash a dead body?
B
I hope not.
C
Chat is like just saying, leave us out of this. Now, this was interesting. You know G.D. mai?
A
Yeah.
C
She's, you know, is her divorce from Jeezy complete? And I don't know if they're still.
A
Never stopped anybody.
C
Yeah.
A
Wow. What happened?
C
Well, you know, there's a. There's a video going around of her getting cozy with Anderson Paak. All hugged up at like a little dinner date. So that was. Everybody was talking because, you know, we saw Anderson Pac with Mariah Carey not too long ago.
B
That.
C
That. We thought that was a thing.
A
You thought that was a match made in heaven.
C
I mean, you know, it was a thing. A thing. It was a thing.
A
I knew. I knew they were just working together. Listen, maybe they hit it off, but it was really about that single that they dropped.
C
Right, right, right. We did hear it.
A
And we don't even know that they was actually dating. We just know that they held hand at a hands at a restaurant. But guess who, Guess what? Anybody that's walking along Mariah beside Mariah Carey. You got to hold her hand because.
C
She'S wearing those heels.
A
Because she's wearing 30 inch stiletto. She gonna be like, hold my hand. It don't mean she like you like that.
C
I'm not taking up.
A
She just don't want to fall.
C
You're gonna hold my hand.
B
You know who I'd like to see Genie Mai with?
C
Who?
B
I. I think Genie Ma and Ella May should be together. It's just. It's just a syllable situation. You know what I'm saying?
C
It works.
A
Maya.
B
May my and May. Two syllables up front. I like it.
A
Well, lma is what you. You got from the Celtics, right? They got a kid together, right?
C
Yes. And she's super quiet about it. She's very private.
A
Yeah, she just put out a new album, though, and that album's Fire.
B
Yo, speaking of new.
A
Wait, wait. Her man from the Celtics executive produced the album?
B
Yeah.
A
I missed.
C
Wow.
B
Okay, let me listen first, because it sounds like a button.
A
Wait, wait, what?
E
Congratulations. What's the button you played yourself?
B
Well, it depends. I got to hear the album.
A
But no, the album's good. People really like the album, and she's amazing, so.
B
And he probably didn't do anything. Let's be honest. She's probably being nice.
A
I mean, he might have did some. You know what I mean? She might have needed some extra studio equipment or something. They're together. He was like, look, I paid for the whole thing to get done.
C
She's like, great.
B
Yesterday, Rory from Rory and Mall hit me up for a wellness check.
A
Okay? He. He said, is this a part of the rundown or what is this?
C
Oh, we could wrap the rundown up.
A
Oh, wait, so is there nothing in the lowdown?
C
I don't really have anything in the lowdown.
A
You know, I just. I'm gonna hit the lowdown intro every day. It's gonna happen, cuz it's fire.
C
We could have thrown the loan down with the R. Kelly victim thing.
A
Now wellness check from Rory with Rosenberg.
C
Okay.
B
He. He was worried that I was doing fentanyl after he heard my statements about the J.
A
I think that's a great concern.
B
And I would like to say, remember Ebro? I stepped into it a little bit because we sat there and we said, you really need time to give a double album a review.
A
All right. Is this something. Are you walking back your statement on the J. Cole album?
B
I'm a lightly. Step back.
A
Wait, hold up. Let me put the dancing music on a little.
B
Step back.
A
Go ahead. Dance for them, Rosenberg. Well, listen, hip hop must have came for Rosenberg, and. And now you want to do the dance and get him off his. Get them off his trope.
B
I'm not, like. I'm not, like, stressing it or anything. I would say, though, when I said, like, no skippers, the next day, Ebro played me a joint I legitimately hadn't gotten to yet, and I was like, that's a skipper. And, yeah, there are a few. There are a few skippers there. There are a few weird ones that I'm like, I am good on this. I, I, The. The. The lows, to me are not that low, but I don't know if the highs on the album are high enough to balance out for some of those lows to make it, like, a great album. It's a. I think it's a really good album. But what it ends up reminding me of is this goes for everybody. Yo. Unless it's your career summary, greatest hits.
A
I. I really don't need a double album now. We've been saying this for generation. Almost a generation in hip hop.
B
Yep.
A
The double album.
B
We don't need it.
A
Don't need it. You shouldn't do it. A good 1415 is max for me. Anybody that goes 19, 20, 24.
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah, bruh.
A
You are stepping on the line.
E
Congratulations. You played yourself.
A
You're right there at the line. But I actually love J. Cole's execution here. It's definitely got some skips for me, but, yeah, the life after death is the epitome of a double album. It's the best. It's the best one. Perry, like, putting J. Cole even in that conversation should have got you this.
E
Congratulations, you played yourself.
B
Listen, I think it's really good. I just think I overstated it by being like, it doesn't have any skips on it.
A
So you're giving me. So you are giving yourself this.
E
Congratulations, you played yourself.
B
But, but, but at the same time, I said at the time, I need more time to digest it. I just couldn't help myself.
A
On your way to Connecticut today, all right, And I want you to check back with us. All you get to listen to is the J. Cole album.
B
That's all I've been listening to, and I still can't get through enough of it. That's the problem with the double album.
F
It's a lot.
A
How long does it take you to get to Connecticut?
B
It'll take an hour.
A
Damn. You still won't get through the J. Cole album. No, it's an hour 41.
B
But I saw he was driving around my. My stomping grounds of Silver Spring, Maryland, yesterday, asking if people wanted to jump in the Civic and listen to the album.
A
Okay.
C
Yeah, that's his thing. He's touching the people.
B
Pretty cool.
A
I love that. Yeah, I love this marketing, too.
C
I do. People were just like, why? Why? I'm like, why not let him do it the way he wants to do it?
A
Wait, people were saying what?
C
People always have something to say. They were just like, really? Some people are saying that they're, like, sick of the whole nostalgia thing. Like, just. Just do a regular promo. But let him hop in his car and sell CDs up the trunk of his car. That's what he wants to do. Who cares? And I actually think it's kind of dope to see him pull up somewhere and be like, oh, my God, Jake Hall.
A
If you. If you listen to this week's Patreon, look it up Ebro, Laura Rosenberg show, or the ELR show, you will hear that I don't like reminiscing either. I'm not a big reminiscencer. Like, it's kind of like, all right, we're telling the story again. But I do like a throwback car.
F
Sure.
A
And I will. And I do like some vintage sneakers. You know what I mean? And I do like, a little. A little jump in the whip, spark a L, and drive around, listen to an album. Why not?
B
That's. That's the thing. I like that he was going for that aesthetic. That is his vibe. I don't know who's hating on that.
A
Yo, if you're hating on that, bro.
C
Ridiculous.
E
You play just rock.
A
I'm. I'm all the way in on what Cole's doing right now. And there's a lot of things I absolutely love on this album. So that I guess that makes me biased, cuz there's things on the album that are so hip hop, nerdy hip hop. And I have an affinity for artists that have a. A huge profile and tremendous success and choose to make real hip hop. Ish. Like, I'm biased even if I don't think everything landed. I love the attempt. I'm all the way here for it. And Cole does that on this album. Sampling, interpolating, referencing classic hip hop, the bars Are fire.
B
The referencing's a bit too much. Like, I just There too many times where I go, okay, here we go. Like, it's just a little too self. Or. Not self. Referential. Just derivative or referential. Whatever.
A
Yeah.
B
But I do think it's. Overall, it lands like a pretty dope album now. Ebro super chats on fire.
A
Okay, what we doing? Somebody want us to make it clap?
B
Got their merch. Shouts to wax panels. Kapia 2026. We can't let. We got plans turn into Phillies Trust the process plans need to come through. Love for Texas.
A
No, look, I appreciate who said this.
C
The plants have been planning. Look, told you we were going to get a stew. We got a stew.
A
Yeah, but there's other things that are kind of dragging.
C
Yeah, but it's coming.
A
There's some things that are dragging. I got to be honest with people. I'm with y'. All that things drag, man. Things drag and people drag, and then people get sick, and then you got a plan and somebody got a kid, and then a thing, and then whatever. And I'll be like, yo, yo, where's Kenza when I need him, man?
C
Yo, skill, kids.
B
I mean, so far, if you look at the progression, the plans have been planning pretty good.
A
Yeah, I'm impatient. Like, whoever that is that just left a note. It's only been. We've only been doing this for, what, eight weeks?
B
Yeah. Full two months now.
A
We got 50, 000 subscribers. Please subscribe to the YouTube.
C
Give us a like, too.
A
We're. We're about to roll out. And. And time is. It's tough with everybody having other endeavors. Right. But, like, I want to roll out some little. Like, we're gonna have little marketing commercials that are going to go up on social media and float around the Internet to try to get people to subscribe. Get them. Because there's definitely people that jump on my Instagram that have no idea this is happening.
C
Yeah.
A
No matter how much we post about it, no how. No matter how much the caption on IG says, yeah, this is where we are every day. Somebody will jump in the comments like, yo, I miss you guys every morning.
C
I wish I could hear you.
A
Yeah, I wish I could hear you. And I'm like, well, first of all, you're watching an Instagram with us. You're not even curious enough to read where this is taking place at.
B
It makes. See, that's the thing. It makes. No. It's so hard to even understand. Bianca Pujols says, love you guys. Give a loyal father Shout out.
A
There you go.
B
Out here. But sending.
C
Love, Bianca.
B
David Parker says, what up, ELR family? Love the show. Listening in. Va Woke super hype. Woke up super hype. Flowetry say yes Tour. Okay.
A
Oh, this was big. To Laura Styles. This is big. Major announcement. Wait, hang. We don't. We still have major announcement. Drum rolls or nothing. Right?
C
I just saw it go through my time.
A
You know what? We're gonna start another episode of Here we go. She left it out of the rundown. I can't believe she said she was going to the show.
E
Congratulations. You played yourself.
A
Laura. How'd you. How'd you do this? Now I'm gonna have to show up to this. This tour now you have to.
C
You were just making fun of me for wanting to go.
A
Well, yeah, because my. My lady Jazz, one of her favorite artists is Tedra Moses. We have to go, or I'm gonna send her and her girls.
C
Yes. So float.
A
She'll probably want that.
C
Going on tour with teacher Moses and Raheem Dubon.
A
Oh, nah. Jazz wants to be in there.
C
I know, so. So I was like, it's called the say yes to Art, so it's going to be exciting.
B
Yo. Shouts to flow. Tree. Raheem Devar. That's fire.
C
Right? Right. Something that just came that I just. Just saw right now, guys, you know, Takeoff's a murder. Suspect gets a trial date. It's happening. Patrick Clark, who's the man who was accused of allegedly murdering takeoff back in 2022. He is finally headed to trial on November 5th this year.
A
Now, wasn't there some discrepancies, people saying this wasn't the guy?
C
Yes. Yes. There was a lot of rumors that they set him up, that it's not him. So I guess we're gonna find everything out.
B
When you realize how horrible it is when you hear about these things from a distance, how. How long it takes these things.
G
Yes.
B
What the family must be going through. It's. That's 2022.
A
It's now 2024 years.
C
Which is wild, but these things take forever.
A
I'm gonna hit Laura with the button again.
F
Why?
E
Congratulations.
A
Why wasn't this in the rundown the first time? Because Rosenberg cut you off. Be honest.
C
Yes.
B
So it just came out. Oh, she lied. That's terrible. She just lied.
A
It was right on the paper in front of her the whole time. She lied to the audiences. Just came across my desk.
C
I mean, it did.
B
Fishing. Fishing with Babe. Fishing with Babe says Laura. Hide your damn iPad. Passcode girl. I saw it yesterday. Love the show fam.
C
Oh, okay.
A
Is there a passcode on that one?
C
Yes. Yes.
A
Oh, mine doesn't have one on it.
B
K bleeping Mujer says thank you guys for giving us the opportunity to follow you guys. You're amazing. Any chance the curve segment will make its way back to the ELR show? Please don't break my heart.
C
No.
A
Well, so here's the thing with curved. No, the. The. The reason it was hard to get new ones. How many? I need Griff. Griff kept track. We did hundreds of them.
C
I think we did like 4. 400.
A
No, I think that was Ride or dies. We did 400.
F
Let me see.
A
Yeah, it was. We did like 400 ride or dies or something. I don't know how many curbs we did. Okay, but getting people to sign up for that.
C
100. Four curbs.
A
100. Oh, griffs, listen. Okay, 104. Getting people to sign up for that segment and then tracking down the other person.
C
Bruh.
A
Bruh.
E
Congratulations.
A
Full time job.
C
It was not easy.
A
Full time job and currently we don't have a staff. I mean, we have a staff, but only of the staff. I think only two people get paid. Griff's about to send his invoice to get paid. He's had enough working for free. I think his severance just ran out. That invoice is coming in hot.
C
Well, at least he got.
B
Congratulations on getting severance though. I know Grim BK says never watched an episode of Dawson, but still no James Vanderbeek laughing emoji. I think Ebro didn't own a TV in the 90s.
E
Congratulations.
A
So maybe, maybe this will get me to reminisce with a more positive attitude when you guys tune into the Patreon by 1990. In. In. Starting in 1990, I went to school every day. Obviously. Had to be at school like 8:30 in the morning after school. I was at the radio station until about 10, 11 o' clock at night. Seven days a week. And I. And when. The reason I say seven days is because I work Saturdays in clubs. Carried records, did live. What is that? Live remotes where you had to go set up the equipment but you never watched.
C
Not even a little tv, bruh.
A
A little. I was working, man. I was working to believe.
C
Like you never.
A
Well, there wasn't DVRs or anything. Like. Well, once you get home at 11 o', clock, what's on?
C
I just felt like Dawson's Creek.
A
You think? I was. I was popping in a VHS to catch Dawson's Creek.
C
It was just like always on.
B
It was. It was pretty big. Pretty big. Evelyn Vieira sends love. Shout to you, Yasser from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. What up, my guy?
A
Yo, what up, Saudi Arabia.
B
Amzel Amcell, Laureo Live threw us a 50 spot love. How y' all putting things together. Big fan from the early days. Much love. And Marvin asked if we saw the Baby Keem and Kendrick doc.
A
When did that drop?
C
No.
B
So I guess the answer would be a sound no.
A
Hit us with the button.
E
Congratulations.
A
So I'm excited for this new Keem release that's supposed to come here pretty quick. I think this weekend we get a Jill Scott album too, which I'm excited about.
C
Oh, wow.
A
I'm gonna be interviewing Jill Scott today at Apple, so I'll be releasing that tone soon. But, yeah, no, that's. This Joe Scott album is Fire. If you're looking for something to listen to this week. Fire.
C
That's dope.
B
That's dope.
A
Ab Soul is on the Jill Scott album. Tierra Whack is on a Joe Scott album. Joe Scott's barring it up Philly style on the. Joe on the. On the new album.
C
Oh, I gotta hear that. That should be fun.
A
No, it's a good time. It's a real good time. I think it's time for the gurus.
C
Guru.
B
Bet your ass.
A
The Original gurus@gmail.com. if you want to submit an email and you want to get Rosenberg and Laura's help. I don't really. I gotta be honest. I don't even like being a guru.
C
Oh, my God. Now you don't like being a guru.
A
It was more fun being a heel. Being thoughtful is exhausting. All right, let's be honest. It's hard work.
C
You're here now, so you got to do your job now.
A
They won't let me leave.
C
Zen it up. Okay.
B
Damn.
C
The original gurus. Gmail.com. your destination. For clarity. Burn the sage. Ebro.
A
This is part that's worked too. You gotta Zen, zen, zen. And make sure you put out positive energy for everybody.
C
Rosenberg. Who's out there? Who's writing to us?
B
The original gurus. Gmail.com the original gurus. Gmail.com. over 10 year listener here. Love your show. So grateful you pivoted into ELR because looking at the news and being informed has now become an effing critical thinking group project. And I always trust y' all to speak truth. I was an NYC paramedic during COVID and really leaned on you guys for support at the time. Thank you for supporting the blue collar workers who run this city and run essential city services. And now I'm a PA and my husband is working full time in fintech financial technology. Ah, thank you Ebro. That's rich talk obviously. So I know this is coming from a place of privilege. Our friends in NYC also feel it's mad hard to be working class these days plus afford a kid. So none of our friends have kids and we could really use some advice. Congrats to Rosenberg, our baby Maya, Ebro and Laura, I know you've been in the parent game for a hot minute. I'm on maternity leave right now. Listening to your patreon while feeding the baby, looking for Yalls general new parent NYC advice, babysitters, school ish, making parent friends, etc. Thank you for your help sending love, respect and light to ELR and Griff and your families P s. Thank you for hitting up Zoron's team about all side because my postpartum ass can't dig this car out of the dirty ass man. I, I, I, I, I, I don't even have good advice because this is just, it's just to figure it out day by day. I don't know.
A
First things first. First things first, try to find someone at your husband's job, maybe recently had a baby, maybe knows a nanny that they like and maybe if that's what she was asking and then maybe can get a referral to a nanny looking for another gig. Right. Cause sometimes people have part time nannies.
C
Yeah, yeah.
A
And those nannies are looking for full time.
C
And to your point, there's many times where nannies have been with a family for a long time.
A
That's right. And it's time to move on.
C
It's time to go. So I'm with you. I think just references the best way to go when it comes to childcare.
A
Yeah. And then some nannies will take multiple kids depending on the ages and things like that. If once you get to that phase, if you're there, then the next phase becomes finding good activities for your kids. Right. Because even before you get them into the, you know, school or daycare, there's just going, going to a place and socializing. Like even if your kid is just now sitting up for the first time and all they could do is roll a ball across the floor, sometimes it's cool to show up to. What are those things called? My gyms.
C
Yeah, my little gym.
A
My little gym classes, whatever. Do the little classes there. And in those places, honestly your kid connects with another Kid. And maybe you and that parent kind of get along, and then now you got play dates.
C
Yeah. And depending where you live, there's really cool websites. Like Mary Poppins is one of them.
A
Never heard of it.
C
Timeout. New York has like a kids section.
A
A word.
C
Just look, look up different websites that have kind of like newsletters of what's going on in your neighborhood that is kid friendly. So there's so much free stuff that sometimes people just don't know about.
A
Yo, in the chat, do you guys want like, Laura's Kids Connection, A weekly update where she lists off cool things for parents and kids.
C
But it just depends where you live. It's different.
A
Well, no, but the websites you just gave were great. That might lead people down. I'm just talking about the website.
C
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And this, this is just me being a. I'm trying to figure it out too, because with me, I don't have that many friends that have kids my kids age. So I'm always looking for things to do that I could. Things that I could bring kids that are younger or older or just me and Kenza roll out and go discover something new.
A
Like, are you connecting with any of our classmates, parents?
C
Yes, now I am. Got it now. Now I made some friends. And now, now it's Nick. We're going to the same, like ballet class. You know what I mean? So that's how you build community. But make sure you search a lot of those websites.
B
So that's why I haven't had a lot to offer here because this is still a part of the process we're getting to is figuring this part out. A, with looking for a nanny, B, making friend groups and do it. So we're. I, I, I wish I had more to offer. I just am still in, I'm in the exact same phase that the emailer is. So I'm learning with you.
C
When the baby, when, when Kenza was like six months old in the neighborhood that I was living, everything was so expensive. And I remember finding like a really dope community center that had amazing classes, bro. And it was like a membership for the year was 200 do dollars. And I was like, what? I couldn't believe it. And that was my joint. I was going there all the time and I met really cool parents there and other kids. So just do your research online and look for different websites that offer this. There's tons, I promise you.
A
Well, the emailers in Fintech, they got some bread. So, you know, and, and clearly based on the super chat, we got some People listening. Got some dough.
C
Yeah.
B
Shouts to Tina Chrissy, who says, good morning, Rome wasn't built in a day. The plans will continue to come to fruition. On another note, Pam Bondi is insufferable and has a degree in Darvo. Look it up.
A
Darvo.
C
What the hell is Darvo?
A
Keep talking. You know, this is my type of thing. You know, I'm gonna Look. Darvo.
B
Yo, Dr. Incredible. Big fan since 2014. No matter what platform, I'll follow Shout all the family. Safe travels today and this week. Listening from Ithaca. Big ups for peace and serenity. Bonnie hit us up asking how come you guys didn't cover Deion Sanders putting belt to ass during the super bowl press conference for people that dragged his son? Yeah, we just had a lot going on that week with the Bad Bunny. I didn't really think that much about the Dion thing, but I did see it.
A
Darvo is acronym standing for deny attacked, Reverse victim and offender. A common manipulation. A common manipulation tactic used by abusers to avoid accountability.
C
Oh, wow. Okay.
B
Yo, that's. That's real.
A
When held responsible for wrongdoing, the perpetrator denies the behavior, attacks the person confronting them, and reverses roles to act as the victim, often leaving the true victim confused and doubting their own reality.
B
Wow, Darvo.
C
Wow. Learn something.
A
Well, anyway, to the emailer, we'll keep trying to supply you guys, especially new parents. Maybe we start like a new parent chat group. We'll try to share some stuff for people out there with kids. Or if you have kids, would you say Rosenberg?
B
That would be dope. That would be a really cool, unique thing that would fit to us. You know, for people with young kids. It's a different kind of animal.
A
Well, look what I've. What I've heard from people who are interested in advertising on our show. Are we rapping the guru and that's the gurus?
C
Yes, that's the guru.
B
So say the guru.
A
So say the gurus. The original gurus at Gmail. On the close today, a couple of house cleaning items and business things I want to alert the Fox to. First things first. We have some interested advertisers coming on the program where you guys will probably see us reading small commercials during the episodes. This is a great thing because it enables us to keep our plans going and also pay the people working on the show. But what we need you all to do in the El army and the Fox is when we have advertisers, go check them out, see what they're talking about, see what they're offering because the more engagement they get from y', all, the more they want to keep advertising on the program. So that's a very important detail. Just click on whatever links we're posting, links we're posting. Sites were shouting, brands were supporting or brands that are supporting us. I think it'll go a long way. But in this process, one of the things I'm learning is that most of the shows, not all, but many of shows that do what we do and talk about the content that we talk about, whether it's politics, hip hop, you know, pop culture and things like that. There's a lot of cursing and N words and weed smoking.
C
We don't do none of that.
A
Well, that's a good thing for us.
C
Yeah.
A
And that's why some advertisers are interested in our program, because we do talk about hip hop. We will have hip hop interviews and music interviews and cater to that content and. And audiences that want that content. But we're also offering something that's good for the whole family, and I think people are excited about that. So that may bode well for this program to stay around for a little bit.
C
Yeah.
A
As long as we can execute and keep our business tight.
B
Yeah. Listen, I know you're a crazy man, and I fully respect how aggressive you are, but I'm telling you somewhat objectively, this is going pretty good. It's going pretty good.
A
Were you talking to me? Yeah. No, no.
B
That's your original conversation at the top of the show. Like, things are moving.
A
Things are moving, but I can't take your advice.
B
I didn't give advice.
A
I'm giving insights or your. You know what I mean, intel.
B
Why? I'm too close.
A
No, you've been on the Internet for a hundred years and haven't monetized it to your benefits. We can't listen to you.
B
Hey, hey, hey, hey. Respectfully, dipshit, I'm exactly who you should listen to.
A
Then why?
C
Oh, my God.
B
Because I know what it is to not do good, and I know what it is to do good. And by the way, just because you keep bringing this up, you realize I've never committed to anything on the Internet. It was always a side project. This is a different undertaking, and this thing is moving along. I don't know what you thought would happen.
A
It's different.
C
I will say, and it's worth, bro.
B
Even from when we hit 50 this week, we're now today we'll eclipse 52. The movement is real.
C
Well, shout out to real DJ Soul Rift.
B
That was to Yourself. Hit yourself with a. Oh, my God.
C
Can y' all shut up?
B
Will you play your clip so we can leave?
A
Which clip is that? Oh, oh. Riding around a Honda.
C
All right, don't forget y', all before you leave. We drop new merch today. The link is in the chat on YouTube, but go to Ebra. Laura Rose. The we got plan shirt is officially on sale. Hey, I'm only keep keeping it up for a limited time, so that's all I'm saying. I don't want y' all telling me I forgot I didn't get it.
A
Well, they had to get the next one. Laura Staff.
C
Yeah, that's it.
A
Let's watch Car ride around in a Honda. The. The beamer.
C
The.
A
I don't even know what I'm looking at. This is the worst video ever.
C
Okay, I think Cole's coming. Cole's coming.
A
Oh, he's turning the corner.
C
Yes.
A
Person shot this video had one job.
B
This is great.
E
Look at this.
A
Who shot this video?
B
All right. See, I'll tell you when something sucks. This sucks.
C
Everybody be cool.
A
Be cool. Nobody's going to get get in the whip and hear the album now. I don't know if this is going to last.
B
Back up, back up. Back up.
A
Back up, Back up.
F
Yeah.
C
Told it to be like, you know what? This is a little crazy. Back up, back up. Back up, back up, back up.
B
What is going on?
A
Chaos.
B
Can we play our outro again?
C
Back up.
A
All right. We've seen it already.
B
We love it. Good luck.
A
Great idea.
E
But congratulations, you played yourself.
A
It's not gonna last. Vic mention tomorrow, because that's really. It's not going to be him and the fans. It's going to be like crowd control issues.
F
That's it.
C
He's trying to do something nice to the fans and ribbit it. Yeah.
A
Listen, tomorrow, Vic Mensa is on the program. Oh, yes, that's right. So we'll sit down with Vic. We're going to talk about obviously what he's got going on, how he's blowing up on Instagram.
B
Orange picking.
A
What'd you say, Rosenberg?
B
Orange picking.
A
Orange picking. Yes, his orange. But also just even our history with Vic Mensa. Right. Which is a storied one. And we've had a lot of great convo. So we're going to get into some real talk with Vic. Make sure you tune in tomorrow, 8am It'll be on. And make sure you subscribe and share and all the things and like this program. So he gets popping on the Algo Ebro, Laura Rosenberg.
