Focused on Total compensation, not just salary showed the average WNBA careers two to three years prove long term benefits don't reach most. Basically, she gave the players leverage and it paid off. Increased salaries, 400% average pay now is $580,000. One of the biggest negotiated pay jumps in sports history. This wasn't just a win. It changed women's sports and how they're negotiated forever.

This is humongous because I know that I've googled some WNBA salaries and they were like 60k. Yeah, this is humongous. And so.

Well, now that that's an average, that doesn't mean that every. That's not a minimum, Laura. That's just an average of 500. 500 and something. Thousand dollars. Which means there are plenty of people below that salary and there are some above that. So that's just a, you know, just an average. But nonetheless, it's up 400. So it's gains.

Kellogg's cornflakes were invented to keep people, particularly children, from pleasuring themselves. In the late 1800s, a religiously motivated moral panic over sex and self pleasure had erupted in the United States. Many people believed that self love was ripping apart the very fabric of the American family. Dr. John Harvey Kellogg was one of these people. He legitimately believed that self pleasure led weakness, disease, and insanity. He spent much of his early career trying to invent new ways to curb these sexual desires, including a machine that slapped the urges out of you or an electrical therapy that shocked men's urethras. However, in the 1880s, he was inspired by a Presbyterian minister named Sylvester Graham, who believed that rich, flavorful foods like meat, coffee, candy, and spices caused impure thoughts and desires in children. He invented a new intentionally bland flour called graham flour, which was used to make things like graham crackers. And Kellogg wanted to invent his own bland pleasure stopping product. He and his brother Will spent months in his lab trying to create this new breakfast item. And one day, after a mishap, they accidentally turned one of these experiments into delicate flakes that had a really great texture to them. And this ended up being John Harvey Kellogg's miracle cure for stroking it. But here's the thing. John's brother will care about any of this weird stuff. He didn't want to invent the world's blandest food to promote moral purity. He just wanted to make some money. He bought the rights to Corn Flakes from John Harvey Kellogg to sell them nationally, and added sugar to the recipe, which John Harvey was massively opposed to because, yes, of course, sugar gives you the uncontrollable urge to pleasure yourself. And the rest is history. Corn flakes became an American breakfast food staple, and everybody kept on jerkin it.

I have, I have friends who are Muslim when I was young, so I had proximity to Islam growing up, and friends that were in the nation, cousins who were Hebrew Israelites and also the Nation of Islam. And I still cram to understand why so many people don't get simple concepts when it comes to religion. For instance, only God can judge. Sir, why are you judging?

The British artist was credited as a producer on the project, but says he no longer wants to be associated with it. Speaking on the Bolt platform, Blake said that he wants his credit taken off and made clear he didn't request to be involved in the release. The move comes as Kanye continues to face controversy over his public statements, with some collaborators looking to distance themselves. Producer credits usually mean recognition, royalties, and long term ties to a project, so asking to be removed entirely is a strong move. So, anyway, I go on Twitter the other day and I'm like, yo, what label is Stove God Cooks on? And basically, like, where is the album?
