Takashi Kawatani is a Cross-cultural Management Consultant, assisting trouble-shooting of cross-cultural issues at Japanese organizations, local businesses, and government bodies in 20 countries since 1986. He is active in ASEAN, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, a political and economic union of ten nations including Japan. He is also President of the Diversity Management Institute of Japan, Japan’s first consulting company carrying the name “diversity”. Kawatani is also a prolific writer, having authored 13 books including one on Malaysian beetles.

川谷隆は異文化経営コンサルタントであり、1986年から20カ国の日本の組織、地元企業、政府機関で異文化問題のトラブルシューティングを支援しています。彼はASEAN、東南アジア諸国協会、政治経済で活躍しています。日本を含む10カ国の連合。また、「ダイバーシティ」という名前の日本初のコンサルティング会社であるダイバーシティマネジメント研究所の所長も務めています。川谷は、マレーシアのカブトムシを含む13冊の本を執筆しており、多作の作家でもあります。
