One minute, Dan Suckling had a business bringing in around $260,000 a month. He had a team of 12, 136 clients, and an offer worth around $20,000 per client. From the outside, it looked like a huge success.

Then everything fell apart.

Dan had agreed to sell the company, but the buyer never paid him. The new owner shut off the ad campaign that generated around 95% of the revenue, the team stopped getting paid, and clients started asking where their coaches had gone. The business collapsed, leaving Dan with nothing to show for the sale.

But that failure forced him to rethink everything.

Instead of creating another high-ticket business, Dan went in the opposite direction. He built a subscription offer with a $7 trial, and within 18 months, the business was doing around $120,000 a month with profit margins of about 70%.

So how did he do it?
