Tara, I'm so excited. Let's get to it. Tell us what is the most interesting or the most lucrative sales email you you have sent out in the last 6 to 12 months.

I'm Tara Reid and I help introverted entrepreneurs learn organic marketing strategies. And I have to say the best email I've sent out is probably my quiz results email. So I created a new quiz lead magnet in February and the people that are getting one specific results, they're opening, engaging, clicking, converting at a huge rate. Honestly, the click rates on this really simple three email series are all over 15%. And I think this email works because I really spent the time on the messaging and understanding who it is that is getting this quiz result and how I can best speak to them. So when they take the quiz and get their results, they have a 72 hour special offer to join my lifetime access program. So the email is a really good mix of building trust, speaking directly to them and still being very salesy.

Awesome. Tara, can you tell me more about what the subject line is, what the click rate and open rate tends to be and what happens if they are interested or if they click on your offer?

The open rates since February, which is when I created this quiz, is 82%. On this particular email that I'm looking at, the click rate since February is almost 17%. And so basically when they click on the offer in the email they are led back to their quiz results page that has their coupon code attached and their 72 hour countdown timer. So after their timer expires they are redirected to their quiz results page that doesn't have the offer. Now looking at. I went into my stats because I love numbers too.

So money generated since February from this email and the specific quiz results has been $35,000 which I think you know, you don't need to do a quiz. I think quizzes are a great shortcut for understanding your audience and speaking directly to them. But there are other ways to do that and I think those are the two big things is, you know, knowing who your audience is and speaking directly to them. I think those are the two keys that I think is why this email is doing so well and why this, you know, entire quiz freebie. I really dug into it at the beginning to make sure that it was strategic. I understood who each person was, what they were struggling with, and how I could talk about my offer in a way that was going to make sense for them to sign up for it.
