Here it is. Season one of the Exchange officially done and dusted. In part 2 of Episode 7 the chat about virtually projecting insecurities online and trying to elevate yourself at the cost of others is continued. The trio advocate against this as it constitutes as cyber bullying and can galvanize so many negative thoughts that promote suicide and things of that ilk. Michael Jackson woke up from the dead and joined us in studio to further advocate against this. Are women complicated? Mario thinks they're complex. But aren't guys as complex, especially when they're way too comfortable around their boys and walk on eggshells around the girls. Steven has gives us an antidote to deal with women but is there a manual for men? This and more in the final part of the final episode of season one. Thank you for supporting, tuning in and engaging. Till season 2, love and light: The Exchange.

And just like that The Exchange has started the end of the season for us. In line with the regulations of the lockdown, the final episode is recorded from different locations with our two guests and our host in the comfort of their own homes. Johanna invited Steven, the lava and Mario, the pretty boy to discuss what they've been up to during lockdown and how social media has become an (integra- int-uh) integral part of our daily lives. Other guy thinks running is unnecessary while other other guy has been putting in 3-4kms/day. Are you keeping fit? Will you be part of Namibia's mass marathon team at the Olympics after the lockdown? Also, do people project their insecurities on social media as a form of engagement or banter? This and more on the first part of episode 7. The curtain closes on the first season of The Exchange on Friday with part two.

The Exchange is back with part two of Episode 6 and the girls are talking how to remain optimistic when you're (mentally) crumbling under pressure. What do you do to cope with mental stress? Are you a druggie or an alchie-or do you at least have people to talk to? But even if you have people to talk to, we hope it's not one of those people who respond to all your issues by "Yoh, that's deep". (how shallow🙄) Is there a link, of some sort, between generational gaps and do you think your children will be socially appropriate or comfortable in the rising age of technology?

On this episode of the Exchange, Jojo is pleased to welcome law student Gea. A refreshing mature and heavy conversation, discussing the importance of mental health and self-awareness and how that cultivates a holistic human being. Is the concept of a holistic being even plausible considering human beings are constantly changing? Part one of this episode digs into that, a few facets of law and much more.
