Kristie is a dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist. She has worked in clinical settings her whole career and recently ventured out and began her own virtual coaching business for persons with diabetes to get an anti-diet approach to help them manage their blood sugars. She has seen negative effects of yo-yo dieting or elimination of food groups for those with diabetes and uses an “all foods fit” approach to help her clients get where they want to be with diabetes management. Today she joins us to talk about all things Diabetes!
