Leslie Marshall
Hello, everyone.
Katie Pavlich
I'm Katie Pavlich along with Paul Morrow, Leslie Marshall, Joey Jones, and KAT TIM. It's five o' clock in New York City, and this is the five.
Paul Morrow
The A's are 218, the nays are 214. The motion is adopted.
Katie Pavlich
Well, it's a big, beautiful win for America, the House sending President Trump's big, beautiful bill to his desk. And he will sign it tomorrow at 5:00pm, just in time to meet his July 4th deadline. And right now, 47 is headed to Iowa to celebrate America's 250th anniversary. Republicans celebrating with a thumbs up. While Democrats were throwing a hissy fit, House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries posted a dopey photo of himself with a baseball bat before wasting 8 hours and 44 minutes grandstanding on the floor to delay the bill, setting a record for saying absolutely nothing. Speaker Mike Johnson, however, taking to the floor after Jeffrey struck out with a better use of the magic minute.
Paul Morrow
You know, Ronald Reagan said one time that no speech should be longer than 20 minutes. And unlike the Democrat leader, I'm going to honor my colleague's time and be a little more brief than that. All right? You know, it takes a lot longer to build a lie than to tell the simple truth. Too many wins. Are you tired of winning yet?
Katie Pavlich
And here are the Democrats who are tired of all the winning people in.
Joey Jones
This country will die unnecessary deaths. That's unacceptable.
Paul Morrow
That's unconscionable.
Joey Jones
That's un American. This is actually a sad and shameful.
Paul Morrow
Way to celebrate the Fourth of July.
Katie Pavlich
I just can't emphasize how.
Kat Timpf
I mean, I'm getting calls and in the airports.
Katie Pavlich
People come up to me when they.
Leslie Marshall
Recognize me and they're sobbing on my shoulder. Our children, our children, our children. Let us vote no on this shameful Bill and throw a punch for the children.
Katie Pavlich
Wow, Joey, people are dying and we're throwing punches for children, according to Democrats.
Joey Jones
It amazes me when and how Democrats care about children. And I'm not even talking about abortion. We fought this idea of mutilating and castrating children for a couple of years now. And America's shown where they are on it, but now they're worried about children. I will tell you in this big, beautiful bill, I have no idea how it's going to fare out as far as what it will cost us versus the revenue it will bring in. That's, that's an ideological fight that Republicans and Democrats have, honestly, and I appreciate that. But I'll tell you one thing about it, one thing nobody's talking about. For 91 years, there's been a $200 tax for guns, for guns that have a barrel under 16 inches, and for suppressors. And the fact that this bill got through the House and the Senate, removing that tax down to zero, something that no one's been able to do in a hundred years. For red blooded Americans that believe in the Second Amendment, it was a huge win.
Katie Pavlich
So, Paul, there is a lot in this bill, there's a lot that Democrats voted against in this legislation. But whatever you have to say, in the first six months of President Trump's second term, he's already codified all of his campaign promises essentially in this piece of legislation. And Republicans miraculously, for the most part, were able to stick together with these various slim margins that we've been talking about since last fall.
Paul Morrow
Yeah, he herded all of those cats. Look, you got to say at least one thing here, no matter where you stand politically, which is that Donald Trump is doing what he said he was going to do, which is a very rare thing in politics. I mean, let's just say that at the outset, we don't know exactly. Right. We don't know exactly how it's all going to shake out. But at the end of the day, this is the agenda. And now you'll see, first time around, remember something, you had unemployment down to 3.5% today. It's now approaching 4.1. Right. So something is working. And we're going to get all this stuff coming in and we're going to see, here's who it's definitely a bad day for, though. It's definitely a bad day for freeloaders because this work fair. Now, this work fair is modeled almost exactly on the Bill Clinton work fair of a number of years ago. And yet they're all Apoplectic over it shows you how the Democratic Party has changed men and women's sports. So the idea that you got a Y chromosome, you're going to go in and dominate the track team, that's over. Right? You're not doing that to women. Bad day for illegals. The walls funded. ISIS funded. Bad day for Iran and our other adversaries. The military is funded. But here's who it's really bad day for. It's a bad day for moderate Republicans. And here's why I say, excuse me, moderate Democrats. If you remember the first term, he had a chance, that is Trump had a chance to make a deal with Democrats on DACA and the dreamers. And I'm stealing this point from Dana. The thing is, this time around, Trump had him negotiate with Republicans to get this thing over the finish line. Wouldn't it be better if you're sitting with moderate Democrats? So to come in and say, we'll give you a couple of votes, but we want some sugar. He shouldn't have gone that. If he had gone that way. If they had come to him, they should have gone that way. Cuz they could have had a piece of the victory lap. Instead, they're all on the sidelines.
Katie Pavlich
So, Leslie, someone who else decided to weigh in on this is the former president. Joe Biden decided to pipe up with a post on X today saying that the Republican budget bill is not only reckless, it's cruel. That it slashes Medicaid and takes away health care from billions of Americans, meaning illegal immigrants, it closes rural hospitals and cuts food assistance for our veterans and seniors, it jacks up energy bills, etc. You know, Joe Biden campaigned on being a moderate and governed like a far left lunatic, essentially. And a lot of this bill takes back a number of things that he implemented during his term. And Democrats seem like they want to move on from him. And yet he's deciding to weigh in on this after Democrats didn't even decide to come together with the President, maybe work on some things together, given the President's popularity, decided to oppose it.
Leslie Marshall
Yeah, because what my side of the aisle did is they listened to the American people. Only 30% support this bill. 50% don't. The constituencies of Democrats throughout the country, whether they're a House member or for the state in the Senate, don't support this. I'm going to talk about a bad day. Since you talk about a bad day. It's a bad day. It's a bad day. It's a bad day for 3 million children. That are food reliant on SNAP? It's a bad day for over 25% of the nursing homes that will close. The people there, where do they go? Those families that need that help and the people that work in those communities. It's a bad day for the rural hospitals that'll close. It's a bad day for the city hospitals and the doctors and the nurses and the other medical staff that will be overburdened by those closures. I could go on and on and on. The reason Democrats didn't vote for this is because it's not good for the American people. And if you don't care about people and health and you only care about money, 4.1 up to 4.1 trillion adds to the deficit. Who does that hurt? That hurts our children and our grandchildren because they're going to be stuck with that tab.
Katie Pavlich
I find it interesting that Democrats now want to talk about deficits, but just in terms of the facts of the bill, there's a new $50 billion fund specifically for rural hospitals, which is how they got it out of the Senate and pass back to the House. Kat?
Kat Timpf
Well, listen, I'm always talking about deficits. All right. Rand Paul said he had concerns about this yesterday because of that reason. Thomas Massey's made similar comments. I happen to share those concerns. Obviously, I understand that the hope behind this is that the tax cuts would grow the economy and that would offset some of these losses. That requires some optimism. You might have that optimism. You might struggle to find that optimism. You're not alone if you do. I would also say that you're not alone if, excuse my language, you are just feeling so dang disillusioned by the whole system at this point, because doesn't it seem so difficult to make any kind of real change in the way that things currently are because there's these big, massive bills and all this stuff gets thrown in there. And we can't just do things one at a time because everybody wants their piece of this or that. And the word cruel, I do get so irritated with that because I really think you have to realize you probably know people in your life who are conservative. Do those people want sick people to die? No. There are maybe some different ways of how to get there or what these solutions are to the problems that we have. But I will also say that if you are a person who is concerned about spending, then don't let people tell you that doesn't mean you're a compassionate person, because having these concerns means you're concerned about passing this burden on to future generations. And having that concern is thinking about other people, which is by nature compassionate and just in general. I think assuming the worst intentions in others doesn't heal anyone.
Katie Pavlich
Yeah. And probably coming with some policy positions rather than accusations of people dying or being cruel is a better bet for the.
Donald Trump
Yeah.
Joey Jones
Real quick, if you're worried about hospitals being overburdened and people losing Medicare, who do you where do you think that 8 to 10 million people Joe Biden let in this country? Where do you think they get their health care?
Katie Pavlich
I got to break in here. Has arrived at Joint Base Andrews. He is outside of Air Force One. It looks like he may be walking over to speak with the press. They're usually on the other side of those red stairs. We will see if that happens. But he's on his way to a America 250 celebration in Iowa tonight where he will give his first remarks since his big beautiful bill passed. And it looks like he is speaking now. So let's listen in.
Donald Trump
Perhaps a lot of you are going with us. How are you? And we have a very big crowd. So it's going to be a lot of fun. And we're sort of celebrating like the biggest bill of its kind ever signed and it's going to make this country into a rocket ship. It's going to be ridiculous.
Kat Timpf
Mr. President, you made with a lot of help. Republicans yesterday pledged off as a yes.
Donald Trump
I think when you go over the bill, it was very easy to get it to a yes. You know, we went over that bill and the point after point, biggest tax cut in history, great for security, great. On the Southern border, immigration is covered just about everything. Again, it's the biggest bill ever signed of its kind.
Kat Timpf
Mr. President.
Donald Trump
What comments did you make? Did you tell Representative why that he has a mask on gun rights. What sort of deals did you make to vote? Well, I talked to a lot of different Republicans in doing it and we had a good time in being there. I did not have much of a problem with any of them. As you know. We had two negative votes, though. We had whatever it was. The final. Yeah, I think a few of them I did, but I think they would have gone yes. Anyway. What were those deals? No deals. No deals. What I did is we talked about how good the bill is. I mean that's a deal, I guess, when you think about it. But obviously convince them. But it was not hard. This is a great bill. This is going to be a great bill.
Kat Timpf
Mr. President, Congressman Brian Fitzpatrick was one.
Donald Trump
Of two notes to vote.
Kat Timpf
Notes and did you want to primary him, too?
Donald Trump
Well, I was just disappointed that he did that. There were two of them that voted down, so I was disappointed that he voted.
Kat Timpf
Mr. President, today, accomplished.
Donald Trump
We had a call. It was a pretty long call. We talked about a lot of things, including Iran and we also talked about, as you know, the war with Ukraine and I'm not happy about that. Mr. President. Mr. President, feel like you made any progress? No, I didn't make any progress today. Mr. President, how much growth can the country expect from the one that I.
Paul Morrow
Think we're going to get?
Donald Trump
Great growth. I think we'll have growth in record numbers. This is going to be something that's amazing and everybody was watching it all over the world and I want to congratulate the speaker and Tom Emmer and Steve Scalise and everybody else. I mean, they worked so hard, so hard. This has really been going on for over a year, if you think about it. I think to be exact, about 14 months. And this was the culmination and I guess it ended a lot earlier. A lot of people thought it would end up the following afternoon. Well, it ended up late, but they were great. What do you think it says? And by the way, on the Senate side, I thought Senator too did a.
Kat Timpf
Fantastic what is success about the power you amass within your party compared to your first term that you were able to get this over the finish line?
Donald Trump
I think I have more power now. I could say, oh, gee, I don't know. I think I probably do because we had a great record of success. You know, my first term was very, very successful. We had the greatest economy in the I think we're going to blow it away this term. We've proven certain things and yeah, I think probably it's got more gravitas, more power.
Kat Timpf
Sir, you signed a trade deal with Vietnam Yesterday.
Donald Trump
Great deal, 40% on trans shipping.
Kat Timpf
Can we expect any more of that before next week, sir?
Donald Trump
So we have a couple of other deals, but, you know, my inclination is to send a letter out and saying what tariffs they're going to be paying. It's just much easier. We have far more than 170 countries and how many deals can you make? And you can make good deals, but they're very much more complicated. I'd rather, I've been like this from the beginning. I'd rather send out a letter and say this is what you're going to pay for do business in the United States and I think it'll be well received. I think it's just so many countries and you know, then they go specific. Let's do this, let's do that. Beef ethanol, and I'd rather just do a simple deal where you can maintain it and control it. You're going to pay a 20% with 25 or 30% tariffs. You brought in a record amount. We're going to be sending some letters out starting probably tomorrow, maybe 10 a day to various countries saying what they're going to pay to do business with the U.S.
Kat Timpf
Republican congressman, which was shut down last night.
Donald Trump
Washington, do you think it's time for.
Kat Timpf
Congress to take that control?
Donald Trump
I think that D.C. has to become a very safe place and we're not going to let anything bad happen to D.C. that's our beautiful D.C. and we're not going to let anything bad and we'll have something to say about it this week. Mr. President, why have you caused weapons? Why have you caused weapons? We haven't. We're giving weapons, but we've given so many weapons. But we are giving weapons and we're working with them and trying to help them. But we haven't, you know, Biden emptied out our whole country giving them weapons, and we have to make sure that we have enough for ourselves. Who are you with.
Kat Timpf
Mr. President, there's going to be a lot of symbolism.
Donald Trump
Tomorrow when you sign the one big.
Kat Timpf
Beautiful bill on Independence Day at the.
Donald Trump
White House kicking off the 250 years of American independence.
Kat Timpf
What message should Americans be getting tomorrow when you sign this bill?
Donald Trump
Well, I think it's going to be really a message you're proud of. You're going to be proud of your country because our country is doing fantastically well. The economy is great. You saw the stock market today. We're setting records in every aspect of our country. We're doing well despite the fact that we inherited millions of people that shouldn't have been here. And I think we have ground stats that are coming out that are showing the lowest numbers we've had in many years. And that also despite the fact that a lot of people are here that shouldn't have been let into our country. So they're going to be very proud tomorrow. So we're signing at about 5 o' clock. And at about 5 o' clock we're going to have B2s and F22s and F35s flying right over the White House. And the speaker and I and John Thune, we're all there together with most, I think, most Republican senators in Congress, men and women. And it's going to be a great day. So we'll be signing with those beautiful planes flying right over our heads.
Kat Timpf
What are your expectations for the next round of talks with Steve Waikov and his millennial counterparts?
Donald Trump
Well, we'll be to see. Steve is a great guy. He's a great negotiator. Iran does want to speak, and I think they'd like to speak to me, and it's time that they do. We're not looking to hurt them. We're looking to let them be a again. They got beat up and, you know, they were. They were both exhausted, frankly. But Iran really got beat up. And I think they want to meet. I mean, I know they want to meet, and if it's necessary, I'll do it. But Steve is involved and very much involved, and he's done a fantastic job. All right, one more. I want the people of Gaza to be safe. I want. I want to see safety for the people of Gaza. They've gone through hell. Thank you very much. Thank you, sir.
Katie Pavlich
All right. That was President Donald Trump at Joint Base Andrews before boarding Air Force One for an event in Iowa tonight to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the United States independence. But he talked to reporters for the first time since the House passed his signature legislation, the big beautiful bill. He said he thinks that this will send America off on a rocket ship, that it will result in great growth. And he gave big credit to Republican leadership for getting the bill signed and delivered to his desk by his deadline, which is tomorrow on July 4th. So there is the president waving goodbye to reporters and everybody else there on the tarmac as he jets off to Iowa. So we'll do a round around the table and see what everyone's thoughts are. Joey?
Joey Jones
Yeah. I think the president is not tired of winning, and he's going to keep winning.
Katie Pavlich
You think he's going to keep winning?
Paul Morrow
Okay, fall don't give a press conference next to a 747.
Katie Pavlich
Did you hear any of that? Could you hear anything he said?
Paul Morrow
All right. Also, accessibility. That was more accessibility than we ever got out of Joe Biden. Look very clearly he's counting on the economy to float this entire bill, whether it's the revenue we're taking in from taxes or the tariffs. That's the gamble here.
Kat Timpf
He really did, though, right? It's like you said, this is his first remark since this just happened. Very celebratory. And then he answered questions not only about that, but about other things as well. Very different.
Katie Pavlich
He ran down the list of a number of questions when they ran out of questions about the big beautiful bill. Leslie, what is your. Did you hear anything? Unlike Paul, I'll say age correctly.
Donald Trump
I don't know.
Katie Pavlich
I guess hard to hear. Holiday tomorrow.
Leslie Marshall
I'll agree with you on something. You shouldn't give a press conference right next to all that loud noise. I didn't hear anything new. I did want somebody to ask more specifically about the self imposed July 9th deadline for 90 deals in nine days. We have potentially three. A good one with Vietnam. I'll give them that. I want to hear more about in specifics about Iran, about cease fire, about Ukraine. Like I said, same old, same old same.
Katie Pavlich
Maybe away from the engine. I just want to say one more thing. He did make news when he said he was asked about how he was able to get the Republicans, who were skeptical the day before, to vote for it. He said there are no deals in exchange for votes. They were just able to convince them that this was the best deal they could get.
Joey Jones
So there you go, President Trump making a habit. Okay, from a big beautiful bill to a big red commie. Now let's move on to a socialist, I guess he says Zoran Mamdani just seized power in the New York City matres race and now Democrats face what they would call a red alert. Do they fall in line with his Marxist manifesto, city run grocery stores and taxes on white neighborhoods, or do they stand and fight before the whole party turns into the Soviet bloc? Listen to these moderates.
Paul Morrow
When you talk about free child care and free buses and all of this stuff is like, free, free, free. It ain't gonna work if you're the Democrats and you hear me and hear me good, if you want a chance in the midterms, if you want a chance for the presidency, you better not lean far left the way that you did in 2024. It will not work.
Unknown Speaker
The policies that he's outlined are not policies that are good for New York. I worry deeply, having spent spent most.
Leslie Marshall
Of my life in New York, about a city that I call home, I disagree with him.
Paul Morrow
That message need not be Mamdani's socialism.
Joey Jones
Katie, I'll go to you first. I'm a little bit softer on this. It's like, is he really that popular or was Andrew Cuomo that dumb for running again?
Katie Pavlich
Well, I don't think that having Andrew Cuomo as the alternative candidate in that primary was the best choice for Democrats. And I think that there may be a chance that this guy doesn't win the general election. If there's enough movement behind Eric Adams to Get this guy beat off the ballot. Right, so. But Democrats have to make a choice here. They're having a very difficult time with this far left movement that has been taking over their party for a decade. This is not anything new. And you have people like Hakeem Jeffries, who is the Minority leader in the House, essentially coming out now and defending him, at least as a candidate. Maybe not all of his specific ideas, but this is a big problem for Democrats. And if New York City wants to go forward with someone who holds ideas of taking possession of private property, building government housing, running government grocery stores as if that's not how communism has turned into millions of people starving throughout history, then go for it. But nationally, Republicans are going to pin this right on Democrats. They're going to take the lessons from the 2024 election where the country shifted to the right in almost every single aspect. And they're going to ask every Democrat running in the midterms, who do you support? What does a moderate Democrat look like these days?
Joey Jones
I don't know. I haven't seen one in a while. Kat. He says he wants to tax everybody that makes a million dollars or more an extra 2%. And he points out that's $20,000 for every million dollars that you earn. That's a lot of money. They've already lost $14 billion worth of income just in the last presidency alone, mainly to Florida. Like, doesn't he realize people are just gonna move?
Katie Pavlich
Yeah.
Kat Timpf
And I really do think this is such a gift for the Republicans in the midterms. I think that Stephen A. Smith is right, because historically, throughout my life, you're right, Katie. There was this very progressive wing that was open about it in the party, but then they were arguing against it. There was. Most Democrats were saying, no, no, no, Republicans like, you're socialists. And they're like, no, we're not. And this guy's like, hey, I got an idea. Communes, government, grocery stores. Yes, I am a socialist. Making it quite easy. So the Democrats will have to make this choice of are they going to stand with this guy? Something like a photo op that could be used in the midterms, or even a clip saying, yes, I support him, or are they not? And that they're going to get hit by their own party. Cuz there is a huge popularity for this progressive wing. A lot of the progressive wing is very popular, particular with younger voters. So they have to kind of choose, could this be ammunition against me and my own party, or could this be ammunition for me in the general? And it makes it really easier, a lot easier when this guy's out there saying the exact things that Democrats have spent so long trying to convince voters that they do not and would never stand for.
Joey Jones
Paul, he kind of falls in line with his squad, ironically, with this. With this idea that frame Israel as a bad actor in the Middle East. He refused to condemn the antifa chance, and he said a lot of things about Israel being, you know, wrong or evil. What's that say for where New York City is?
Paul Morrow
He's terrified of that base. He could have wordsmithed that a little bit, right. To globalize the intifada. He could have said something like, you know, well, I don't really agree with the sentiment that people accepted. As I said, he backed away from it because he's terrified of the kids that are in the streets and on the campuses in this town. Look, he was inevitable, all right? Mamdani had to happen. Why? Because he was created by committee. First of all, the teachers unions. Why? Because we have an entire generation who voted for him here who know nothing but TikTok and have no idea that socialism inevitably ends in dictatorships and bloodshed. Secondly, you have the Democratic Party who countenanced this creeping Marxism all these years, especially in New York City, and allowed it. Okay? And if you want to sort of counteract that, let me just remind you, he's talking about free public transport. We don't prosecute in this town any more. Fare evasion. That's free public transport. Free college. Didn't somebody want to forgive all the student loans, as I recall? Right. Heard that. Public housing. New York City has what's called nycha. New York City public housing. They do nothing but talk about how they want to expand it. They're all falling apart, literally. Taxing white neighborhoods. Sounds like DEI to me. Defund the police. That rings an echo. So my point is, all of this stuff was coming, and is it any shock when you consider the fact that he's the TikTok candidate, that his electorate tracks closer to Beijing than it does to Washington.
Leslie Marshall
Interesting.
Paul Morrow
The committee is TikTok in Beijing, the teachers unions and the moderate Dems who allowed this to happen. I don't want to see this be the Democrat Party, but right now, AOC and Mamdani, that is the Democrat Party.
Joey Jones
Leslie, when can I expect you to campaign for Eric Adams? Is that. Is that where you're. Is that what your next move.
Leslie Marshall
No, but you're looking at a moderate Democrat, so. You said you hadn't seen one for a while.
Kat Timpf
Hello?
Leslie Marshall
Listen, I've heard panic from, you know, people on the right, people on the left with the this and in the past. And it just doesn't happen. You know, we have a Democrat who's the governor of Kentucky. This is a huge nation. It's 50 states. We have different districts. In the state of California where I live, we have very red areas, very blue areas. This is New York, and New York is not Mississippi and New York is not Southern California. Even the what he did, and even Republicans, many that I know will say he ran a very effective campaign.
Paul Morrow
He did.
Leslie Marshall
He did what AOC did. He listened to the people, he spoke to their needs, which were largely along the economic line. He got out there, he pounded the pavement. That's what he did. Also, he did have some bad characters that he was playing up against. And I'm sorry, Stephen Smith. Stephen A. Smith. I've said it before, he is not a spokesperson for my party. You know, he said he's going to run for president, you're going to lose. You know, he's not a spokesperson for my party and neither is this one man. He's run a good campaign. And I do think Democrats can learn from him, which is to talk to the people, get their needs, address their needs, which were largely on the economy. And that's why we lost in the last election.
Katie Pavlich
Though he didn't get the working class voters, he got the people with multiple degrees in Manhattan to vote for him. That's what he won.
Leslie Marshall
So, Katie, would it have been better that they vote for somebody who was disgraced and had to step down because of sexual harassment in the workplace?
Joey Jones
We're gonna wrap this up. I think that goes back to the fact that the Democrats don't really have anybody. All right, up next, alert the Democrats. Grandpa Joe has escaped the nursing home again. He's on the loose.
Katie Pavlich
I'm the president.

Sleepy.
Kat Timpf
Joe Biden is back. He's claiming that global leaders are blowing up his phone. Yeah, they're called wellness checks. The big guy's wandering back in the spotlight to give the keynote speech at a human resources convention in San Diego. Hopefully they had a no sniff policy. He whined about how all his accomplishments are coming undone. But good news, Democrats. Joe's also promising that he won't be your nominee.
Paul Morrow
How can you just walk away? I'm not, you know, you don't see.
Donald Trump
Me out there publicly doing a lot of this.
Paul Morrow
They asked to see me and I see you.
Donald Trump
I'm also.
Paul Morrow
Laying rubber with my 67.
Donald Trump
Corvette up my driveway. I'm feeling good. This is what I'm talking about. And I got a tip. Yeah, I'm not running.
Kat Timpf
What if he said he was running, Joey?
Joey Jones
Number one, Democrats would probably elect him right now considering what they've been left with. I mean, you know, they went back to him the last time it worked. Listen, I just want to know how much he made for that speech because we know the Obamas and even Hillary were making six figures to go give dumb speeches after the fact. I want to know, is he making like what, 20 grand? You know, maybe.
Kat Timpf
How much does he make? He's probably making a ton. And you know what? I would say I'm a better speaker than he is.
Leslie Marshall
Is.
Kat Timpf
And that's not even really complimenting myself that much.
Katie Pavlich
I think that's true.
Kat Timpf
Katie, do you think that world leaders, he says they're reaching out to their advice. Do you think that that's true?
Katie Pavlich
I read this and actually laughed out loud. I was at NATO following the president in the press pool. There is no way that anybody of significance is calling Joe Biden, the guy who Russia invaded Ukraine under. Everybody at NATO was trying to get meetings with President Trump. They came away with a 5% commitment after barely paying their dues during Trump's first term. They were excited about America being back on the world stage, not having to, you know, follow the president around, make sure he wasn't getting lost. They were, you know, he was, Trump was in the middle. He was front and center. He was running the meetings. They were respecting him. They were happy that America was back. And they were happy that the President saved the alliance, which is exactly what he did. Nobody is calling Joe Biden for advice about world affairs, which completely fell apart on every single level under his watch.
Kat Timpf
Yeah, Paul. So he said he was very upset about his accomplishments being undone. My question is, do you think it's fair or how much of it do you think is fair to even call his accomplishments, given what we know now and what many of us suspected for quite some time about his lack of involvement in his own administration?
Paul Morrow
Yeah. I mean, if his legacy was really being undone, there would be 12 million fewer people in this country right now. Okay. Because that's really his legacy. The fact that we evaporated the southern border and now we have all these problems trying to figure out, out how to get these people out, including the worst, the worst ones. And of course, we're running into a judiciary that's completely adversarial. The other thing is this. I think, you know, you never know here. Joe Biden may actually think he's talking to European leaders. Right. He probably thinks he just talked to Winston Churchill and Napoleon or something. But the bottom line is, if you are asking us to believe that right now, with Russia at Europe's doorstep to the point that they cratered, to go 5% to Donald Trump, we could even get them to 2%. That crew went to 5%. They're now calling Joe Biden to say, hey, help us out here with Vladimir Putin. I don't think so.
Kat Timpf
Yeah, Leslie, to me, the biggest part of his legless legacy, sadly for him, I think, is the whole cover up. I really do think of him not being as involved in his own administration as we were. Gas being gaslit over and over again, to being told we were wrong for seeing what we were seeing. What do you make of all the this?
Leslie Marshall
I make of it that Joe Biden is living in all of your heads. I mean, I've moved on. I'm a progressive. I progress, I move forward.
Donald Trump
Well, no.
Leslie Marshall
What do you mean? Wait a minute, wait a minute. First of all, I can help you with math. We have 11 million undocumented people, approximately. So how do we have 12 million come in and the majority of the people that are here that have been here for years. One, two.
Paul Morrow
We believe that 11 million.
Katie Pavlich
Two.
Leslie Marshall
I'm sitting at a table of people I believe would consider themselves capitalists, that capitalism is good for the United States and believe that a person deserves to earn a living. Why shouldn't any? I wouldn't begrudge Donald Trump for doing a Speech. Why do you begrudge a former president, whether he's a great speaker or not? He was invited. He went.
Kat Timpf
He's retired.
Leslie Marshall
He's making some money. What's wrong with him?
Kat Timpf
Because we were lied to about. We were gaslit for years and years and years for noticing that this man was not doing that.
Leslie Marshall
There's no administration that's lied to you.
Katie Pavlich
Oh, come on.
Kat Timpf
You don't need to talk to me about that. I've been quite consistent in my distrust of government. But you look at people who are now gaining a distrust of government who may not have had one before because the things they were seeing with their own eyes, they were being told weren't true and were being told they were bad people. Oh, he just.
Leslie Marshall
There'll be no tax on Social Security when there is tax on Social Security.
Kat Timpf
We had a man who was not making decisions. There was things being signed.
Leslie Marshall
You asked me, but you asked me.
Kat Timpf
I said no.
Leslie Marshall
That is not coming out.
Kat Timpf
Anything wrong with Joe Biden. People can't move on because it's still happening.
Leslie Marshall
People can't move on because absolutely no. People can't move on because if we're. We're talking about. Everybody's talking about. And he went and he gave this speech. No, he has a right to earn a living.
Kat Timpf
And we don't want to see happen again.
Leslie Marshall
Do we want everybody. Do we want everybody just to be.
Kat Timpf
Locked up when they're up next? This guy thinks we deserve to be Saint sanctioned.
Paul Morrow
At some point, the international community has.
Joey Jones
To stand up to us because we.
Paul Morrow
Are a bad guy on the world stage.
Donald Trump
Your new bike is officially protected.

So while you're grilling hot dogs this Fourth of July, the left will be grilling America. Left wing agitators are plotting nationwide anti Trump protests tomorrow. And liberal lunatics are saying stuff like this. I've argued, and I don't say this lightly, but our country needs to be sanctioned. We are the bad guys on the world stage. We are a menace to not only free people everywhere, but the. We are a menace to peaceful people everywhere. At this point, this ad brought to you by TDS Sufferers of America. So, Leslie, is this the Democratic Party now?
Leslie Marshall
No, this is not. Not the Democratic Party now any more than I am the Democratic Party. I Am one voice among millions of Democrats. And by the way, millions of Democrats and liberals will be. I'm working tomorrow, but will be having hot dogs and hamburgers and fireworks and beer and all the rest of it. There are going to be some protests. Every holiday there are protests, and not just from people on the left in the 4th of July as well. But there is some fear right now. And that's not just my opinion. Just look at the numbers when you look at tourism state by state. State of California, we're down big. State of Florida is down big. The United States doesn't have the tourism numbers that we've seen in summers in the past when we're having 4th of July's in the past. And that is a concern. It's a concern for our economy and it's a concern for our reputation throughout the world.
Paul Morrow
Katie, what do you think? Is he just saying the quiet part out loud?
Katie Pavlich
Well, the only revolution I'm celebrating tomorrow is the one against the British. Okay. The birth of America. We have an amazing country. You know, Ellie Messala is a very bitter person who has always hated America. He is free to go to dozens of other countries around the world if he really feels like his moral compass can't keep him here or that we should be sanctioned. The United States of America is the most generous country on the face of the planet. Through foreign aid, through our economy, through private enterprise, to people all over the globe. And without the United States, the world would be in a very bad place, whether it's today or historically, after World War II or previously. And so he can say all the things that he wants, but the facts don't bear it out when it comes to what Americans do for the rest of the world.
Paul Morrow
You know, they love to beat us up because we're the big guy, but in their heart of hearts, they all know that we're.
Katie Pavlich
There's millions of people trying to come here all the time.
Paul Morrow
See 20 million people lining up to get into Russia, frankly.
Katie Pavlich
Exactly.
Paul Morrow
So we're gonna have all of these protests tomorrow. And for conservatives, this is like Thanksgiving. You know, you eat and everything else, and then instead of watching a football game, we're gonna watch people with purple hair and nose rings traipse up and down and tell us how terrible America. To me, it's just entertainment. Doesn't accomplish anything. What you.
Joey Jones
Yeah, if I were home, I'd take all the tea in my house and throw it in the pond tomorrow. I hate when we talk about the royal family. I hate when we give any kind of Credence to our enemies. I am a United States Marine. As a United States Marine, I feel like I'm more connected to 18th century Marines than I am, I guess what you would call 21st century civilians that protest on the 4th of July. I'm going to celebrate tomorrow because we actually, we're not just some happy accident. We're a country earned in blood, sweat and tears. And for that dumbass that was talking a few minutes ago, talking about how we're a menace to peaceful people, I didn't run into a lot of peaceful people in Iraq and Afghanistan. I haven't seen a lot of peaceful people in some of the places like Syria where my brothers have had to go. And there aren't a lot of peaceful people in Gaza on October 7th. So, you know, whatever you want to say, I think we're pretty awesome here.
Paul Morrow
Good for you, pal. So listen to me. That is like a nanny can them into a psychiatric ward because that's the Joy Reid podcast. So, I mean, can you imagine? Kat, what do you got?
Kat Timpf
Yeah, no, he said we are bad guys and we are a menace to peaceful. Speak for yourself. Like, I don't know what you do on your time, but I'm gonna spend my time tomorrow having a wonderful time with my family celebrating him, including my veteran husband, jjj, telling him how sexy he is all day, thanking him for his service. This is a wonderful country and for one of those many reasons is that you can say stuff like that here. You can say whatever and not go to jail for it. You can have issues with things the country has done. You can speak out about that. And that's such a beautiful thing. Everybody should be grateful for that. And God bless America.
Paul Morrow
Good for you. All right, folks, the fastest is up next.
Donald Trump

Welcome back. Would you ever bring your mom on your honeymoon? Well, the Wall Street Journal reports, quote, couples are inviting relatives on their post nuptial getaways saying they have a lifetime for romance. They can have kids and solo travel, but a finite period to spend with their families.
Kat Timpf
Okay, Kat, this is disturbing. Okay, I'm just gonna say it. Some of these quotes in this article. We 100% had our own honeymoon, but my mom happened to be there sometimes. Listen, I do not like this I'm all for live and let live, but if you live like this, I don't have a lot of hope for your marriage.
Katie Pavlich
You should.
Kat Timpf
Alone time as a couple is healthy. It is normal. And I do not. There's got to be one person who thinks this is a good idea and the other person hates it. But they've been so beaten down by the relationship already that they're afraid to say anything. That does not bode well. If you think your partner's okay with your mom being there, that's just because your partner's afraid of you. They are not actually okay with it. You need some. You go on a date. Not with your mom.
Leslie Marshall
Katie.
Kat Timpf
Sorry.
Katie Pavlich
I think this is a good recipe for divorce.
Kat Timpf
I agree.
Katie Pavlich
You got detachment issues or attachment issues. You need detachment if you're doing this like. And also love all the moms, but moms ask a lot of questions. They just can't help. And if you come to breakfast and your mom's like, so, how was your night? And you're on your honeymoon, it's like a little weird. So I'm just saying, leave your parents at home on your honeymoon.
Joey Jones
Katie over here talking about sex, it's not even six o'. Clock. Listen, you got this all wrong. Their parents are paying for it. They're going with their parents on their honeymoon because their parents are paying for it. And that's how they get the trip. And, you know, you gotta do what you gotta do.
Kat Timpf
Still, that work worth it?
Joey Jones
I agree, But I miss what's happening.
Paul Morrow
But I think, look, from the guy side of things here, I think they think it's a great deal. Because at some point you can say, well, honey, why don't you go talk to my mom? You guys can hang out together.
Kat Timpf
You really hit it off.
Paul Morrow
All right, so get you a little free time. But what the guy doesn't realize, and I hate to disabuse them, is that, listen, she's not your spy anymore, all right? She's on the other side and she's telling your wife. Oh, listen, when he gives you this excuse, he's full of it. But when he starts getting sent like, he's acting sensitive and he's kind of tearing up. Don't buy it.
Kat Timpf
He's full of it.
Paul Morrow
He's been doing it to me for 30 years. So this is a recipe for disaster. It's a divorce lawyer's dream. And frankly, if you're bringing your mom on your honeymoon, what'd you get married for in the first place?
Katie Pavlich
Exactly.
Joey Jones
Move on.
Leslie Marshall
Be married for long, definitely mommy issues. And all five of us agree.
Donald Trump
Yeah.
Leslie Marshall
One more thing is up next.
Joey Jones
I'm sorry, I'm here for someone else.
Leslie Marshall
It's good to see your face and.
Katie Pavlich
I really hope you're doing well.
Donald Trump
I hope you're doing well.

Joey Jones
Yeah. So real excited about this. Go on FOX Nation and check out my new Fox Nation special. It's called behind the Badge with Joey Jones. Right on the money there. It's about the book that we just put out that's number one on the New York Times list. Yeah, behind the Badge. This badge features nine first responders from all walks of first response. Really amazing. We got police, fireman, trooper, a main game warden there, Jeremy Judd. Four of them sat down with me in my living room to talk about what they've been through, how they got through it, why they still do the job for those that are and what's life like when they get ready to hang that badge up, it's going to pull on your heartstrings and it's going to give you such an appreciation for the men and women that serve us every day in our communities.
Katie Pavlich
Such an awesome project. Thank you for bringing that to all of us. Looking forward to great for Independence Day weekend. Weekend. All right. Speaking of Independence Day, an Alabama man found a unique way to display his patriotism ahead of July 4th. Using a pressure washer and a dirty driveway, Ron Burkett created an 85 foot tall patriotic display which included the Statue of Liberty, the Blue Angels and even some fireworks. It took Ron 20 hours and over six days to design the patriotic pressure washer art. So if you got a dirty driveway, this is a great chance to do something fun with it, especially for a holiday.
Kat Timpf
All right, Kat, first of all, next weekend I'm in Norfolk, Nebraska and it was all sold out. But we just added a fifth show. So hurry up and get those tickets therealcat tiff.com before that one sells out too or else you'll miss me and.
Leslie Marshall
I'll miss you too.
Kat Timpf
So much. Okay. So also in other news, a ton. In Argentina to set the world record for largest amount of roasted chicken. It roasted roasted. 4,750 chickens, £19,000 of all natural chicken meat. Obviously it's all natural if it came from chickens, but it was all for a great cause. It was sold and all the profits went to local community projects.
Leslie Marshall
So good for you.
Kat Timpf
How do you decide to like, break a world record? How do you decide what to do?
Joey Jones
You don't know the worst rule in cooking chicken?
Kat Timpf
No, I don't know any rule about the chicken.
Joey Jones
Don't fuck it up.
Leslie Marshall
That's good.
Katie Pavlich
All right, Paul, you should go on the road.
Paul Morrow
All right, real quick. A deputy responded to a report of a vehicle break in in Colorado. When he arrived on the scene, he discovered that an unusual suspect was still inside the car. A bear. The deputy can be seen tying a rope to the car door to pull it open from afar, letting the vicious intruder escape and run away. That's what happens with. No.
Katie Pavlich
Barely made it out. Okay, Leslie.
Leslie Marshall
Clayton Kershaw just made history, becoming the 20th pitcher in Major League Baseball to reach 3,000 career strikeouts. The 37 year old Dodgers legend did it at home, sealing the milestone with his signature backdoor slider. Now in his 18th season season with the Dodgers, he's one of only three pitchers to tally 3,000 strikeouts with a single team.
Katie Pavlich
Yeah, baseball America's sport, as they would say. All right, everybody, that does it for us. Have a wonderful Independence day and a great night.
Leslie Marshall
See you soon.

The hosts express admiration for Trump's ability to unify the Republican caucus and successfully navigate the legislative process.
Paul Morrow and Kat Timpf discuss the broader political landscape, suggesting that the bill's passage solidifies Trump's influence within the Republican Party while highlighting fractures within the Democratic ranks.
Paul Morrow [04:32]:
"Donald Trump is doing what he said he was going to do, which is a very rare thing in politics."
The conversation shifts to the internal struggles within the Democratic Party, particularly focusing on the New York City mayoral race and the rise of progressive candidates like Zoran Mamdani, whom the hosts criticize as embodying Marxist tendencies.
Kat Timpf [21:42]:
"He's talking about free public transport... Public housing... Defund the police. That rings an echo."
Leslie Marshall and the hosts analyze President Joe Biden's response to the bill, portraying his critiques as further evidence of his administration's failures.
Leslie Marshall [08:19]:

Katie Pavlich [06:59]:
"Joe Biden campaigned on being a moderate and governed like a far-left lunatic."

The hosts maintain a blend of serious political commentary and relatable, everyday discussions, ensuring a balanced and engaging listen.
