Hello everyone. I'm Dana Perino along with Emily Campagno, Harold Ford Jr. Jesse Waters and Greg Gutfeld. It's five o' clock in New York City and this is the five ICE agents are facing a wave of violent attacks across the country. While Democrats seem more interested in stoking outrage than calming things down, federal authorities just nabbed over 350 illegal immigrants during a massive operation at a California pot farm. Some had rap cheese for crimes such as attempted child molestation and kidnapping. Agents had rocks thrown at their vehicles, roads blocked by protesters, and one suspect appears to have fired a gun at them. Meanwhile, some Democratic lawmakers were getting a tour of the Alligator Alcatraz Detention center in Florida. They are alleging poor conditions at the facility, but DHS refutes that. Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, she went there and she seemed upset with lots of things including the plumbing. They are essentially packed into cages. Wall to wall humans. 32 detainees per cage. There are three tiny toilets that are toilet units that have a sink attached to it. So they essential drink, they get their drinking water and they brush their teeth where they poop in the same unit. And even Trump's border czar couldn't escape the heat. Tom Homan got heckled at a conservative conference this weekend. But he quickly deported the drama with this quick comeback.
Harold Ford Jr.
Wait 3 or 5 years.
Greg Gutfeld
Pardon me, are you an MS.13 member? Hey, hey. That's okay, that's okay. Bring it, bring it. There you go. Morons like this all over the country. This guy, this guy wouldn't know. It's like the surface nation. This guy ain't got the balls to be an ICE officer. He hasn't got the balls to be a bombshell agent. This guy lives in his mother's basement.
Harold Ford Jr.
Get out of here, you loser.
Dana Perino
I need more of that in my confidence basket. I don't necessarily have it. What do you think of how it all went down again?
Harold Ford Jr.
There's a word onomatopoeia, which is phonetically describes a word, describes the sound something makes like oink or meow or roar. You hear them often on the View. We need to invent a word for a person who physically resembles his occupation. I think it's called a Homan Cause like Homan's face is like the opposite of a welcome mat. You see that face and you're going, I'm not sticking around in this country. He is a walking rock slide. And it goes back to how Trump uses the message and not the muscle to incentivize self deportation. When you look at Wasserman Schultz, she is doing the work by amplifying the conditions of Alligator Alcatraz. She's saying, my God, this sucks. And we're going, thank you, Debbie. That's the message we need to get out. Because like the images of the roundups, Alligator Alcatraz, Homan himself, it incentivizes people not to wait around. Biden incentivized mass deportation, and now we're doing the opposite. I was thinking about this weekend because I do a lot of thinking when I'm alone. Remember how for the left it was always about exploitation, like capitalism exploits the poor. That was always a thing. Now suddenly exploitation is they're doing the jobs we don't want to do. You know, and it's like, well, and because they're illegal, you get the added benefit that the fact that they're doing it cheaply. So it's no longer exploitation, it's that, wow, they're just here for us doing cheap work. And it's like, you know, you can use that argument for sex trafficking. Like they are doing this work because they have to survive. They're doing the jobs cheaply that nobody else would want to do. That describes people working at pot farms and doing sex work in Queens. So whenever you say that, you know, these people just want to earn the living, remember that you're directly benefiting awful people who exploit them, which is why you need legal immigration.
Dana Perino
One of the things that happened last week is that Gavin Newsom soft launched his presidential campaign.
Greg Gutfeld
He did.
Dana Perino
And that was this. Yes. When he was in South Carolina and he went on this tirade to defend a campaign donor's illegal pot farm at the same time. Makes it pretty easy for you.
Greg Gutfeld
At first we thought it was the illegal class that was protesting at getting raided. And then we just thought it was stoners who didn't want the cannabis farm to go bye bye. But you remember the Democratic Party, Dana. We used to be for the working class, for labor goals and work safe conditions. They have 14 year olds picking crops next to pedophiles at this cannabis farm and so they shut it down. And the Democrat response is put the 14 year old illegal aliens back to work at the farm. It's pretty bad now Greg was doing a lot of thinking this weekend.
Harold Ford Jr.
I was.
Greg Gutfeld
I wasn't. I was doing a lot of feeling, and I was feeling pretty good. And I had a feeling that the Democrats were going to take the bait on Alligator Alcatraz. It was just too juicy to resist. You now have the only people complaining about conditions, the bad hombres and defense attorney Debbie Wasserman Schultz. And she must have a palatial estate because how many paces from her toilet to where she brushes her teeth does she live? Everybody brushes their teeth near the toilet.
Harold Ford Jr.
All right?
Greg Gutfeld
Billionaires and people at Alligator Alcatraz. She's saying they're cages.
Jesse Waters
Now.
Greg Gutfeld
What's the difference between a cage and a fence? Okay, there's no difference. You're having fences to keep people from escaping because I don't know this guy's there. His name's Oscar Satan Sanchez. He's Ms. 13, wanted for murder. When the guy's nickname is Satan, you want him in a cage or a fence or whatever you call it. Does she want condos with central air or does she want us to build brick housing units for these people? Then they'll be accused of baking the migrants. They had worse conditions under Joe Biden. Do you remember when we used to see these photos? First, Biden wouldn't let the press in. They're giving press tours day one, the minute they break ground. I remember seeing entire families heaped upon each other with no cots, sleeping with. With blankets made of tinfoil. That was what Biden had. This is so much better.
Dana Perino
How much better is it, Harold?
Jesse Waters
I don't know. It's good to be back with everybody. I think two things. First, I think slightly different about the conditions. We have an amendment to our Constitution which speaks to cruel and unusual punishment, but really speaks to fines and the kinds of hurdles you can make it for everyday people to be able to appeal. And then there's a part of it that speaks to the wanton treatment that or careless treatment that some may impose on those in detention or prisons. I don't know the case. I listen to the congressman. We'll have to see if someone brings a case. The court will make that determination. For me, the issue still remains because I support what Mr. Homan is doing as it relates to the worst. And first, those cases, those examples you gave Jesse, I agree with, and I think I'm with the 70% of Americans who say that you've got to take those guys out. First. Men and women assume that they're mostly men. But then you get to the part about the hierarchy of deportations and the people that are in our communities, people who run businesses, who work in businesses that many of us consider central to our daily lives. I'm sensitive to what Greg talked about in terms of, and you've talked about it, too, the inflation of wages and how we are all this deflationary pressure because we're hiring people and we're not paying them what we would norm might pay a citizen. I contend that there are a lot of people working in the economy who we are paying normal wages. I contend there are a lot of people who just are not citizens, who have become part of our culture and part of our society that I read this story over the weekend in one of the national papers about a fellow out of Arkansas who was against is against illegal immigration and wants strong border security. He met a woman online. She happened to be illegal. She lived in another state. She ran her own business, then worked in a restaurant. He drove to get her, brought her back to Arkansas. You know what he's doing? He's so committed there. He's leaving the country. He's going to go to El Salvador with her so she can get in line. That's true love. I wish that's. That's more than true love. I admire what that guy's doing. But he also makes a point in the article that we need to have a better system of how people become citizens, particularly people who are following the rules. I think that's where the country, as you look at the polling data on President Trump and this, it's moving a little bit, saying they don't fully approve of all that's happening right now. They want the worst first out, but they're not clear on some of the other things. And I think that's what we're seeing, a little bit of that here. But the prison condition stuff, let the courts handle that.
Dana Perino
Emily, last word to you.
Emily Campagno
I'd like to dedicate my segment to Debbie Wasserman Schultz and her comments. So during the Biden administration, during those years, you know, they were sued over the conditions that the minors, the illegal immigrant minors were in, right? They were eating bloody chicken. They were urinating in plastic bags. They were on suicide, watching, cutting themselves with their ID cards. And she was radio silent the entire time. In fact, what I heard from her in March of 2023 was saying to the world that fentanyl was actually being trafficked through legal ports of entry by Americans. And then she went on to criticize Governor DeSantis. Legislation proposed that would impose stricter penalties on human traffickers because she said in the typical racist tropes of the Democrat party, she said, you're going to have vegetables rotting in the fields. You're going to have construction sites that will lie dormant. Tourism and the restaurant industry in particular rely on these workers, to Greg's point, instead of lifting up those workers and saying, look, cheap labor should not be part and parcel to the fabric of our society. In fact, it's morally wrong. And here let me propose legislation to get these guys actually accurate pay and all the things. None of that. So now she says you brush your teeth where you go to the bathroom. Same thing. I don't know. 1. I mean, I don't know. I've never been to a billionaire's house that has separate from that. So welcome to the usa. And it reminds me of a case I worked on in California where an inmate who liked to have sex with babies, which was why he was incarcerated, complained about his hip and wanted special accommodations for the hip pain. And here's all the things that I need. And all of us sitting there listening to him essentially said, you know what? I can't muster up even one care right now. And if I did, that care would be reserved for homeless veterans or military service people who are living in moldy conditions or maybe the victims of these illegal immigrants who didn't even get a shot at life. So save it, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, because I think there's a lot more cares that Americans have before they start caring about her. Talking about brushing your teeth or they poop right now.
Harold Ford Jr.
All right, up next, she needs a shower.
Dana Perino
That's a take. All right, up next, Barack Obama tells his fellow Democrats to toughen up from the safety of a private fundraiser.

Well, the Democrat whisperer is sounding the alarm for his party's future. Barack Obama is whipping the Democrats back into shape and doing so from the comfort of a private closed press fundraiser. The former president telling donors, quote, I think it's going to require a little bit less navel gazing and a little less whining and being in fetal positions and it's going to require Democrats to just toughen up. And Obama isn't the only power player issuing Democrats a warning. Billionaire Mark Cuban is urging candidates to focus on policy instead of just being an alternative to Trump.
Jesse Waters
Listen, it's just. Trump sucks. That's the underlying thought of everything the Democrats do. Trump sucks. Trump says the sky is blue. Trump sucks.
Greg Gutfeld
You can't.
Jesse Waters
That's not the way to win. It's just not, because it's not about Trump. It's about the people of the United States of America and what's good for them.
Emily Campagno
Jesse, an amazing and totally accurate point. So where was that during the election? Not that we missed it.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, I mean, he said that for years. I have an idea for Democrats. So usually if you want to get attention, you need to create conflict, because that's what the media does. We just air conflict. And if it's. There's no. No conflicts, we won't give it any attention. So how do you create conflict without going after Donald Trump? Here are some suggestions. You go after Trump Cabinet secretaries, all right, and you make issues out of what they're doing. Or you go after other Democrats. Let the primaries start now. Go after Newsom or, you know, go after Fetterman. Go after somebody, the media will gobble that up. Or you go after some foreign leader. Take an axe to cheer. Go after the cartels or something. Get yourself banned from travel somewhere, okay? And then go after some CEO. Go after some big fat cat CEO that's just like hurting his workers and just running up prices. Go after that guy. And then you go on Rogan and you laugh at yourself. That is the recipe for getting attention without going after Donald Trump. Because every time you clash with Trump, you lose. And you look like you don't care about the rest of the American people.
Emily Campagno
We've talked a lot about how the Democrats are trying to find the answer to Trump. They're trying to find the analog to him. But part of Obama's comments, too, he said, stop looking for the quick fix. Stop looking for the messiah. You have a great candidates running races right now. Just focus on what you have in front of you.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yeah, but the thing is, I mean, if you listen to Obama and you look at these inorganic protests, they say you have to have courage, rally, act, resist, but they don't. For what? What is the actual issue? You know, when Trump owns every issue, 80, 20, by almost every metric, from the economy to crime to immigration, or where are you? The high ground maneuver of common sense is relegated into more extreme measures. Ask Obama, okay, where do I apply this courage? You know, what space do I park it in? Should I double down on trans dudes in Women's sports. Should I back the attacks on ice? Should I show courage on those things? No, it won't work. As for Mark Cuban, I don't know why he doesn't apply the same mentality that he uses on Shark Tank with Democrats. You know, because that was what was great about Trump is that, you know, he forced the party to react to him. And it's like Cuban just, like, just dropped his whole, like, common sense when it came to the Democratic Party. He should imagine the Democratic Party showing up in Shark Tank, you know, hello, sharks. I want 100% investment. And they have to describe it. Well, we hid a decrepit president who was brain dead, replaced him without a primary with a day drunk and a goofball. We think dudes could be moms. We think borders are stupid and criminals are misunderstood. We hate men unless they're in skirts. We love women until they have kids. We can divide a country by race, gender, and politics. And, you know, if you're looking for riots or if you're looking for looting, where are the people? And then, you know, right then Cuban would say, I'm out. But that's exactly what the Democratic Party is. But somehow he, he didn't say this stuff. He was always equivocating on every issue.
Emily Campagno
So, Dana, maybe it's. This is why the Democrat party has a 35% approval. Approval rate right now.
Dana Perino
Well, I felt, first of all, anytime President Obama speaks or Michelle Obama speaks is going to get headlines, okay? So he's at an event and it's open press. So he gives a message that's like any of us could say, yeah, toughen up. It's not really great advice. It reminds me of when Biden and Harris told Putin not to invade Ukraine. They said, don't. They said, if you're thinking of crossing the border illegally, don't. And none of that mattered. The other messages that the Democrats have received lately are not only just get tough, curse more, make a stupid video or get shot. That was the advice last week. That would be one way to toughen up, I suppose. But the one thing that you mentioned, how Trump made the party react to him. What Democrat right now is making other fellow Democrats do that? It's only Mamdani. And why? Because he's not out there every day saying, trump sucks.
Jesse Waters
Trump sucks.
Dana Perino
He's saying, I'm going to freeze your rent. Now. That's insane. But he has some sort of, like, a policy idea. All of these guys. The reason Mark Cuban, I think is frustrated is because they just, they There's a frustration and a hatred of Trump. And if they just channeled that into something like, here's our opportunity program for America, 1, 2, 3, whatever it might be, but they don't do that. And every president leads to the next one, right? So Clinton paved the way for Bush, Bush paved the way for Obama. Obama paved the way for Trump 1.0, and his vice president ended up paving the way for Trump 2.0. So if I were Democrats, I'd be trying to maybe look to the future and figure out a way to deal with the mom Donnie problem, because it's only going to grow.
Harold Ford Jr.
We're going to get a Trump 3.0.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, baby.
Emily Campagno
So, Harold, the latest Harris Harvard poll that we were talking about, that reflected that 35%. The majority of respondents claim that the Democrat Party was, quote, out of touch, woke and weak. Do you agree?
Jesse Waters
No, I don't. So just remind you, in 2000, I said this last week, I think 2013, the beginning of President Obama's second term. Jeb Bush was the frontrunner to be the nominee in 2016. And Donald Trump emerged out of and had the message in the agenda in 2021, the first year Joe Biden's administration, President Trump's popularity rating took a little bit of a hit because of some things that happened in the beginning of the year. And he re emerged. So I don't understand where we're going. But I look at it this way. I take Mark Cuban at his word. We do need new ideas. You're right. He should approach it the way he does. On that show we did innovation in our approaches, plans for the future, actionable plans for the future. We should be willing, as we spell out these ideas, to give Trump credit where credit is due. What he's done on the border has shown us that had we changed our mind and been able to change Ms. Harris's mind or Mr. Biden's mind about what they should have been doing, we might have had a different outcome. The same is true with what we did in Iran. I think helping to eliminate or obliterate or set back their nuclear program was a good thing. But Democrats get out and point to Mr. Trump. You said that over the last four years, DEI had ruined our military. For 24 years, they've been planning, figuring out ways to go after those mountains, and they did it even with dei say to the president, you are right. We welcome you in wanting to send arms and munitions to continue the things that Dems and Republicans have done for Mr. Zelensky. But say why wait 50 days? There's no need to wait 50 days to let Russia come around. Put the hammer down on him, even even sooner. I'd invite the housing secretary to my district if I were in Congress, saying, you know what? I've identified three areas that the federal government owns and the city owns and the state owns. We can do affordable housing here. Let's figure out how we reduce the regulations to make that happen. I'd say to those who the president wants to make, no taxes on tips. If you're a teacher or a nurse and you earn $85,000 a year and there's someone in your area that earns $85,000 a year mainly on tips, why should they get the tax break and you don't? Democrats introduce legislation to cure that. That's what Cubans should be saying. I think what he's trying to say, but I don't disagree with you about what President Obama said, saying that in the confines of somebody, a billionaire's home is getting out and saying where people live who are working every day to raise their kids, keep their neighborhood safe, et cetera.
Harold Ford Jr.
I think that teachers should work for tips.
Dana Perino
On overtime.
Jesse Waters
Let me write that one down. Nurses, too?
Harold Ford Jr.
Yes. All right, guys. I do, babe, it's mine.
Emily Campagno
Biden's auto pen scandal gets worse. Dr. Fauci and others might be in serious trouble. Stay with us.
Jesse Waters
I'm walking in the moonlight See nothing.
Harold Ford Jr.

Dana Perino
An accused rape.
Harold Ford Jr.
Fox News audio presents Unsolved with James Patterson. Every crime tells a story, but some.
Jesse Waters
Stories are left unfinished.
Harold Ford Jr.
Somebody knows real cases, real people listen and follow. Now@FoxTrewCrime.com Joe Biden, or whatever's left of him, breaking his silence on the auto pen scandal. The big guy telling the New York Times that he orally approved all those last minute pardons. There's an image and said, quote, I made every single one of those. But the Times immediately undercuts that claim, saying, quote, Mr. Biden did not individually approve each name for the categorical pardons. The Gray lady also reports that big clemency decisions like the ones for Dr. Fauci were actually signed off by Biden's chief of staff for final approval. Amazing. Worse at 10:28pm right in the middle of Gutfeld. Meanwhile, President Trump guarantees Joe didn't know what was going on. This is insane.
Greg Gutfeld
I guarantee he knew nothing about what he was signing. I guarantee it. You know what the auto pen is supposed to do? Sign thousands of letters from young people that write, that's what an Auto pen supposed to be to write to a young 7 year old boy that writes to the president and he wants to be president someday and he loves America.
Jesse Waters
That's what the auto pen's supposed to be.
Greg Gutfeld
It's not supposed to be for signing major legislation and all other things. I doubt they even spoke to him about it. I think they had. It's called the freewheeling auto pen.
Harold Ford Jr.
You know, Dana, this is why some Democrats, not Harold, but some keep saying, oh, we have to move on. We have to keep moving. You can't move on from this.
Dana Perino
They want to moveon.org they want to move on.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yeah, you're going to move on to jail. How is it basically he was not president. They were taking advantage of him and how can this stuff still stand up? They have to undo all of these things.
Dana Perino
Okay, so I was, I had one foot in the moveon.org camp because I was like, oh, there's so many problems in America. We gotta move on. And then I listened to a lot of friends and read a lot of things and then the Commentary magazine podcast today convinced me.
Harold Ford Jr.
Oh, wow. Good for them.
Dana Perino
Yes.
Harold Ford Jr.
So what was I doing?
Greg Gutfeld
I sat next to you.
Harold Ford Jr.
I know. Yeah. Oh, no.
Dana Perino
I have to get this issue on this issue because I didn't know a couple.
Jesse Waters
So they were unpersuasive.
Dana Perino
I didn't realize that the only one that he personally signed was Hunter's.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yes.
Dana Perino
I didn't realize I said that on the show.
Harold Ford Jr.
If you listened, probably that's when all.
Dana Perino
The big news happens.
Harold Ford Jr.
You're probably running with your dog on the beach.
Dana Perino
I didn't know that the New York times only got 10 minutes with him. It's the first interview he's done with the New York Times. He didn't do a single interview with the New York Times when he was president, which seems a little bit unbelievable. But I have said this, that I think the most important person to hear from and to testify is Zients. He was the chief of staff. So apparently he was the one who was in recipient. The recipient of the oral order. And then it appears by reading the article that he might have then said. And add these people too, because they're in the category that the President just announced. And I think the pardon power one, it's supreme. It is amazing. It is extremely powerful. This seems to be very dangerous to play fast and loose with it. And just imagine if it was Trump that had done it.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yeah. But you know, it's okay, Harold, you're the lawyer here. I have no proof of that what can be done. Okay, so Dana explains, this is a very special power, but the Democrats have abused it, they've corrupted it. And so are we supposed to say, well, that was bad, let's make sure it doesn't happen again? No, you don't do that with crime. You punish the crime.
Jesse Waters
So are you asking because the auto.
Harold Ford Jr.
We need to negate. We need to negate, you know, like the pardon authority, we got to negate everything that Biden was not aware of. We need to find out the exact time he lost his mind, which could be in 1999, who knows?
Jesse Waters
So I think part of what you're saying is that, you know, the pardon power is something that bothers you too, because President Trump also said there that any 8 year old that's running the White House that says, I want to be president, and you get a message from the president, he did not sign that letter. That's an auto pin, as he said. Look, I get, I don't agree with some of the things that President Biden did, but if he didn't publicly in that article, and I would think most amazing, Dana said it's the only interview he gave to the New York Times in the last five years, four and a half years, was to set the record straight on this matter. If President Biden had said during that interview that there were pardons that I did not approve and I don't know how they were signed, that'd be one thing. And I think, I think your issue.
Harold Ford Jr.
What you're saying with one bill, remember where the guy, what's his name, asked him, you know, my, he didn't even.
Greg Gutfeld
Know about the gas exports that were frozen that he froze?
Harold Ford Jr.
Yes.
Jesse Waters
Well, if he signed it, but if he didn't sign something and didn't want it signed, he should say, look, that was the case, he wasn't capable. Or he also said, I read the piece. He said, look, I developed the standards. I'm not saying I would have done it this way. I think the pardon authority is the most powerful authority the president has, because when he or she signs it and one day says she, you can't dispute it. So he could have said, hey, they did things that I didn't want them to do. He didn't say that.
Greg Gutfeld
Hold on, Harold. Does anybody believe Biden created the standards? Joe Biden created the standards and the criteria for his pardons?
Jesse Waters
Come on. Of course. Okay, okay.
Greg Gutfeld
Let me ask you a question then.
Emily Campagno
Let me ask you a question.
Greg Gutfeld
This guy got pardoned. Michael Koneron, Kids for cash Judge he sat there with a gavel. Guilty, guilty. Every time a kid went to jail, he got a cash kickback. What was the standard and criteria that Joe Biden created that allowed that guy to get clemency?
Jesse Waters
You know what, it's the power of the president. I agree.
Greg Gutfeld
That's different than him saying he was involved in the. Creating the standard.
Jesse Waters
It is just like when President Trump pardoned everybody on January 6th. He had his own standard for that. I respect that. I disagree with that. He knew what he was doing. He knew what he was doing, but we're not terrible.
Greg Gutfeld
Let me ask you another question, because the New York Times didn't. The New York Times said, well, what was the criteria? What was the standard? For instance, this guy, Joe Biden pardoned a Soviet couple who then kidnapped five people for ransom.
Jesse Waters
Then you know what we should do?
Greg Gutfeld
Murdered them, including a pregnant woman. And Joe Biden said, you know what? You ought to meet my standards and criteria.
Jesse Waters
Help lead the effort.
Greg Gutfeld
That's crazy.
Jesse Waters
To reform the party.
Greg Gutfeld
Everything has the right to do.
Jesse Waters
15 seconds. I give President Trump the benefit of the doubt today when he says, you know what? Putin's been playing me. I said I was going to end this war and day. Wait a sec.
Harold Ford Jr.
He reversed.
Jesse Waters
But no, no, but time.
Harold Ford Jr.
We're going off the.
Jesse Waters
Can't take a minute of time.
Harold Ford Jr.
Go to your room.
Jesse Waters
My gosh, I'm going to pardon you.
Harold Ford Jr.
Look, I'm.
Jesse Waters
I don't pin you off the show.
Harold Ford Jr.
Goddamn, Emily, last word to you. Use plenty of words. Make them really fast.
Dana Perino
So apparently how it went.
Emily Campagno
This is the commander in chief. This is the one person in the entire country that has this power. He orally told people in a meeting who then orally related it to aids, who then emailed it out. And yes, he says he directed categories for clemency, everyone, your kids for cash. Judge the mother of one of the kids who then killed himself because everything was so deplorable. She said, he destroyed families, including mine. And one of those kids, too, said, we had no opportunity to have any time. No one, she said, cared. No one said anything. We had no one to talk to. And now we're talking about the President, the volume, the impact that the horrible people here, that this president without, without knowing at all granted clemency and commutations for is despicable.
Dana Perino
Including.
Emily Campagno
Here's the thing, the categories they framed it as, well, it's the non violent one. So that includes, for example, the black widow where the insurance fraud she was convicted of got her a sentence of 40 years. Because it wasn't the three murders that she was also on the hook for. So he released a triplicate murderous. Because it was on the books. Oh, just insurance fraud. Because that's what happens when you do things with the blanket swath. And here's the thing, guys, this is the biggest problem about the auto pen and the oral and everything like that is that in real life, in law, this is like case law. Cases have been decided, including at the Supreme Court level. Oral orders are unenforceable. So if a judge issues an order, that whole case is vacated. The whole ruling. Stamped signatures is not a valid signature. It is totally unenforceable. It is vacated. You must be present and authorize the judge. It means you can't just say, oh yeah, the judge told me to. Right. Unsigned orders are non final. So if this is the law for everyday matters that yes, has an impact on Americans and makes their way to the Supreme Court, how in the heck is this acceptable for again, this, this sacred and crucial.
Jesse Waters
It's in the Constitution. That's how.
Emily Campagno
No, I'm saying how this is acceptable as like everything we just said, how is it acceptable that he wasn't present, that, that he totally was vacant in the mind and yet allegedly orally told.
Harold Ford Jr.
X, who told Y, who told we.
Jesse Waters
Could go on for the constitutional Unacceptable and totally.
Harold Ford Jr.
That's not a good answer.
Emily Campagno
Unenforceable.
Harold Ford Jr.
All right, we must move on.org up next, Trump threatens to nuke Rosie's citizenship. Smoking on his cigarette.
Jesse Waters

TDS scrambles your common sense. Two examples. Gavin Newsom taking a very cheap shot at JD Vance for taking his kids to Disneyland in California. Greasy tweeting this. Hope you enjoy your family time, J.D. vance. The families you're tearing apart certainly won't. And then there's runaway Rosie. President Trump says he's considering revoking Rosie O' Donnell's citizenship as she lays low in Ireland. 47 claims Rosie is a threat to humanity, but Rosie says she will not be banished.
Dana Perino
Some people are annoyed lately that, you know, oh, you left, you abandoned us.
Harold Ford Jr.
And now you think you can still talk about.
Dana Perino
I'm like, I'm still an American citizen and I always will be and it is my country and I love my country and I'm devastated by what's happened to it.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, so the Constitution clearly says you can revoke someone like Rosie's citizenship without any justification. Am I wrong?
Jesse Waters
Yes. She won't say it. Be succinct here and get to the next issue.
Greg Gutfeld
Okay, I'm not asking you, Harold. I'm asking the constitutional scholar here.
Emily Campagno
Well, it sort of reminded me, and this is like an example that will make you guys angry, but it reminded me of the Queen of Cuba who was a senior intelligence analyst at the DIA, and she spied for Cuba for 17 years. She served only 20 years of her prison sentence after being obviously arrested and convicted. And now she is still enjoying all of the pleasures and the fruits of US Citizenship as she lives high on the hog in Puerto Rico as a folk hero. The point is, is that this is someone who was convicted of, like, literally treason against the US she spied for Cuba for almost two decades, and she still gets to retain her U.S. citizenship.
Greg Gutfeld
Let me ask it a different way then, Harold. If she is clearly a threat to humanity, then this is a United nations situation and the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal can bring action. Am I wrong?
Jesse Waters
There you are again. Look, I think all of this language, and don't take this the wrong way, I just think when people, even Mr. Holman, in that earlier segment, you know, called out that the person in the audience, I'm just different. I just think when politicians and people, you don't punch down when you're the king, when you're the queen, when you're on top, you don't serve yourself or the country when you're punching down to people. There's no doubt Rosie o' Donnell says terrible things about President Trump and vice versa. He has said terrible things about her before he was president. The great thing about our nation is that we can do that. And as long as you're not inciting a riot, as long as you're not defaming a person by the standards of defamation, you can do that. Donald Trump would do best not talking about her. He would do best not talking about. I saw him at a rally the other week, and he said he hates Democrats also. All of this language contributes, I think, when, even when we don't intend it to a culture that makes it easier for people. And you give people permission slips to hate Democrats or hate Republicans or hate that racial group or hate that group, because people who are in power and politics say these things. So I just think we all contribute. We all have to take a step back and understand how our language is perceived. And no, he Cannot revoke her citizenship.
Greg Gutfeld
I try not to punch down Dana, but then you run out of people to punch.
Dana Perino
Yeah, it's hard for me. I mean, that's just like punching children.
Greg Gutfeld
Some deserve it. Just ask the judge for kids.
Jesse Waters
Oh, my gosh.
Greg Gutfeld
ROSIE o'. Donnell. Should we be too bomber?
Dana Perino
Well, here's the thing about her. So she left because she said she couldn't take it anymore and she wanted to go have a quiet life in Ireland. No, that's not what happened. She became much more relevant because she left. And the attention that he's throwing her way keeps her. Like when I said Pac man last week, she keeps eating all the dots and she gets another man. And here she is. She gets to continue to be on TV all the time. She's not laying low. She said, I just wanted to lay low. No, you didn't, obviously, because you're accepting every media invite on Vance vs Newsom. What I saw about that was get used to this, because this is the beginning of the two possible frontrunners for 2028, at least early on. And so you're going to see a lot of that. I thought Gavin Newsom's tweet was so thirsty. Like, he really wants this fight. But the thing that Gavin Newsom was doing is he was conflating legal and illegal immigration on purpose to confuse people. Like, how do you think it helps legal immigrants when he's giving away free health care to illegal immigrants? Things like that. So that's a contest that's going to continue. And J.D. vance responded with kindness. It kind of reminded me of the way he dealt with Tim Walls in the debate. He's like, I got more than one club in the bag, and I can figure this out. And he just basically brushed Gavin off, which I think was more effective.
Greg Gutfeld
Do you have a kindness club in your bag, Greg?
Jesse Waters
No.
Harold Ford Jr.
Because punching down is a myth. Never, ever let anybody say that to you. Because generally. I'll tell you why. Because generally, they're of the mind that the person you're talking about has some kind of aggrieved status. But when you're a part of an aggrieved group, you actually have higher status, which means you can make fun of the white guy at work, but you can't make fun of the lesbian at work. No, everybody's game, especially celebrities, specific celebrities. Their status makes them targets. And the great thing about Trump, his targets are very specific individuals. They aren't huge groups. They aren't like all Democrats or all Republicans. He's always been about going after specific people. The Rosie thing is a twofer. It's hilarious for the initial statement. That's all it is. And then you get the hilarity of the outrage that follows. So you get two jokes for the price of one. Then I'll just briefly touch on Newsom. He trots out this fake virtue dorm room mentality. How can you enjoy pizza when somebody in Haiti is starving? This is a guy who suspended that logic during lockdown to party at the French Laundry while everybody was in lockdown. In masks. They will scold you for your trips, for your recreation and your clothes, but they never scold themselves. How can you sit here on the 5, Jesse, while people outside on 6th Avenue are watching you getting rained on and getting rained on.
Jesse Waters
I also don't like them bringing family and leave family out. There was a time in politics his family said his family was at Disneyland.
Emily Campagno
I just.
Jesse Waters
I don't like that.
Harold Ford Jr.
I don't like that. Especially.
Greg Gutfeld
Also, do you. Do you make fun of lesbians at work? How do you know they're lesbians?
Emily Campagno
Well, why are you talking about violation?
Harold Ford Jr.
This is a good question. Let me.
Greg Gutfeld
If they're not attracted to you, is that.

What do you think of this? Some of the people said they didn't know what he was doing, if he was gonna stay there long. Were you pleased with the president being there?
Emily Campagno
Look, I love it. I love. It's here. Like, it was awesome. I loved it. I know some people were confused, but it reminded me of when you're at a wedding and the officiant doesn't know to step aside after a beat after they say they kiss the bride. And then they're like. And it's like, you gotta, you know, step aside.
Dana Perino
But it's okay.
Emily Campagno
I'm okay with it.

Jesse Waters
You call it soccer football, Mr. Gutfeld.
Harold Ford Jr.
That'S a great point. You know, soccer comes from the last three letters. Do you know where it comes from? The last three letters of the word? The abbreviation is so association A soak. That's how you get soccer. And it was first used in England. Here's the deal. Okay, Hear me out.
Greg Gutfeld
Why are you telling us?
Harold Ford Jr.
I don't know. I don't know. I had no idea Chelsea had a soccer team. I know they have the. I know. I know they have the High Line and art galleries and boutiques, and it's a convenient location between both the Lincoln Tunnel and the Holland Tunnel. And I mean, it's a strong, vibrant gay community. So I kind of understand why they have a soccer. Soccer team, but I had no idea. Congratulations, Chelsea. And you did it for Pride Month.
Jesse Waters
Congratulations to Chelsea and Todd Bowley. One more thing is up next.
