Hello, Everybody. I'm Martha McCallum along with Katie Pavlich, Jessica Tarlov, Charlie Hurt and Greg Gutfeld. It's five o' clock in New York City, and this is the five.
Trey Yingst
Yaniv, get ready to pull it off the stick. Get off the sticks. All right, let's go. Time to go. Okay, guys, come on. Everyone move. Everyone move now.
Martha McCallum
Jaw dropping. Images and moments this afternoon. Iran unleashing a barrage of missiles against Israel came coming really in three waves. Israel bracing for more tonight and more days of conflict as well. With that, we bring in Trey Yanks live from Tel Aviv for the very latest on the street there. He has just been to one of the areas that was damaged in these attacks. High TRIBE.
Trey Yingst
Yeah. Martha, good afternoon. Overnight, the Israelis launched wide steel nuclear facilities and also targeting their top nuclear scientists and members of the irgc. The Iranians have responded to those ongoing strikes with a ballistic missile attack against Israel in two separate waves. Around 100 missiles striking the central part of this country. You can see they are still taking injured people out of this area of Tel Aviv. It's a densely populated, both commercial and residential area. We've seen children being taken from here, one elderly woman and even pets. As the Israelis are preparing for the possibility of more Iranian retaliation, we do understand they are continuing strikes against Iran. Tonight, the IDF telling Fox News that the Israelis struck a number of Iranian air bases and their own missile defense system outside of the capital of Tehran. We just received a press release from the top medical facility in Israel that is coordinating the evacuations of the injured from this ballistic missile attack that you saw live on Fox. They say 34 people were injured from strikes in this area. One woman is in critical condition, others taken to local hospitals. But again tonight, Israel is bracing for the possibility of more ballistic missile attacks as this country is now in a direct conflict with the Iranian regime.
Martha McCallum
Martha, Trey Yings, thank you very much. Let's take it around the table and get reaction to what we were watching unfold this afternoon. Katie, let me start with you. It was clear that Israel felt for some time, I think that the moment had to be now. You had really Israel had depleted Iran's defensive capabilities along the border and had taken out so much of their leadership. And Iran understanding that I think was getting closer and closer to a nuclear weapon.
Katie Pavlich
Well, the Iranians have been waging this war for 50 years. This is not something new for the Iranian regime. And the Israelis have done the leg work over the last really two years to make sure that this was a success. They took out Hezbollah, which is Iran's most heavily armed, most sophisticated terrorist organization in Lebanon. They've done a number on Hamas in the Gaza Strip. They took out their air defenses last October. And they've also been able to help the people in Iran who are against the regime not only try and topple the leadership there that has been so oppressive to them, but also been able to turn many of them into assets for the Mossad and for their intelligence agencies to be able to go in ahead of time and get rid of a number of assets in terms of the ballistic missile launching pads, cyber attacks, etc. Knowing where these military leaders were last night, the fact that the Israelis got rid of the entire top line essentially of the military commanders in Iran in a matter of six or seven hours, it's very clear that the Iranian people hate the regime as much as the Israelis do. And so they've laid the groundwork here for this to be a success. The bottom line is that the Iranians have been given, time after time after time, many different presidential administrations in the United States to make good on coming to a deal in good faith. During the Iran deal under Obama, they lied their way through that deal, which is why President Trump pulled them out of it. President Trump said 6162 days ago. I'm giving you a deadline. If you want to come to the table and have a real discussion about this. We don't want to end this violently. If you don't, things are going to happen. He's not a bluffer. And day 61 rolled around and the Israelis got the green light and they, they have to defend their country. And one more thing I would just say is this is about preventing a nuclear war. There's a lot of talk about, oh, people are starting a war. This is about preventing nuclear proliferation in a region where all of the Arab states around Israel may not say it publicly, but they are happy that this is happening today because they are all on the side of taking out the regime.
Martha McCallum
I mean, there's only a couple of places. Russia. I thought it was very ironic that Putin volunteered to run the negotiations for a cease fire. I mean, between these two, it's like, I think he's got his own problems. And President Trump does not like war. He doesn't want war. And he made that very clear to the leadership in Iran. He said, make a deal. It's very simple. You just have to be provably not pursuing a nuclear weapons program and you can pursue a great economy in your country. But, Jessica, explain why, you know Elizabeth Warren, Tim Kaine come out lashing out against Israel for taking this action. I thought it was very interesting that Tim Keene, Senator Kaine said, why are they launching a military attack before a diplomatic discussion. What.
Jessica Tarlov
I just. I am in such awe of the IDF and Mossad. And that's where I want to begin. And this was so precise that you can look at the buildings that they went into and you see a little hole and then it went straight into the nuclear scientist's bedroom, took him. Then you see a little hole and it went into the room where they had managed to get all of the IRGC commanders at a thousand one miles away. A thousand miles away. And the footage of the soldiers, the Israeli soldiers on the ground risking their lives, who've been stationed over there to be able to pull this off. I just. We are going to see a new season of Tehran Homeland, whatever it is, between this and Project Grim Beeper. I don't know if that's a formal name. And shout out as well to the Ukrainians for the Spiderweb operation as well for what they pulled off. You have seen the might and the will of people trying to defend themselves and their sovereign nations coming to life in spectacular fashion. And so I think that's where everyone should begin with this. You can't look at what happened last night from the Israeli side. And I know that we will have a larger discussion about what this turns into. But there are no civilian casualties here. Right. Everyone who was taken out was a terrorist. And everyone who was taken out is responsible not only for Israeli deaths, but American deaths as well. So I don't want to hear anything like what are we doing? Or there's going to be a diplomatic negotiation. They can still show up. Right. But their hand had been minimized over the last several months. I mean, it's interesting to think back to October 7th and how powerful they all thought that they seemed to. I don't know if they would take it back because they killed a bunch of Jews and that is a top priority for them. But look what the Middle east looks like today compared to October 6th. Right. I think there are some folks who, well, they're dead, so they definitely would want to go into a time machine. But who would want to go back in time and say, well, maybe we should just lay off a little bit and figure out a different approach to that. That is how I'm feeling today. Yeah.
Martha McCallum
I mean, they awoke a not so sleeping giant on October 7th, Charlie. And I think that it was such a painful for them intelligence failure October 7, that they have worked so hard to do these meticulous operations that Jessica outlines. And it is stunning. And I find it interesting that there are Democrats who are trying to search for ways to support this country that chants death to America or this leadership, I should say, and has so many people in it that want them gone.
Greg Gutfeld
Unless you're Tim Waltz. And then you find some way to give credit to the Chinese, which is absolutely baffling. But, you know, it is a. We're kind of used to seeing these surgical strikes by the IDF and Mossad. The depth and breadth of this is kind of shocking, the surgical nature of it, because they did manage to avoid, as best we could tell, pretty much any civilian casualties whatsoever. I also think that it's important to kind of step back and look at the big picture, and you think about the fact that Israel is on the offense here and you have Iran on the defense. You know, if you look back over the past 20 years, you've had two administrations, Barack Obama and then Joe Biden, who continued the Obama policies, where they really did everything they could to sort of encourage and promote Iran's leadership in the Middle East. And then you. And of course, Joe Biden, when he became president, was the most highly regarded diplomat around the world, and he brought nothing but war and mayhem. And then you take a guy like Donald Trump, who had no diplomatic experience whatsoever and managed to put up extraordinary achievements in his first term, including giving us the Abraham Accords and finding a piece that would have seemed unimaginable for decades before that and very much put. And I think that, as much as anything, was the cause of the October 7th attack, because Iran and their proxies in the Middle east realized that we were looking at maybe Saudi Arabia and Israel coming together in a way that no one thought was possible. And so they had to lash out. And I see all of this as kind of a continuation of that. And I thought, and I think that, you know, President Trump tried to kind of keep it at arm's length. They talked about last night, you know, Marco Rubio said that this was a unilateral action by Israel. Obviously, they knew what was going on. But the idea that you have this going on that we see on the camera, and then you see President Trump still standing there outside of Iran saying, but the door to peace is open. Come to us and we will, with a second chance. Yeah, we'll negotiate. And I just think that it's common sense. And you're right, he does not, you know, he's not A war guy. And I think this is the greatest chance at peace that we've ever imagined in 20 years.
Martha McCallum
The potential for a reset in the Middle east is pretty large right now. Greg, what do you think when you.
Charlie Hurt
Look at all this? Well, you can't say Trump didn't warn Iran. I mean, he said 60 days and today was. Or yesterday was 61. So they were on their own. Trump is like the friend of an MMA fighter at a bar who's being harassed by a drunk guy. And Trump's trying to help out the drunk guy, saying, dude, may not be a good idea to mess with this guy. I know he looks small, but looks could be deceiving. That's what he was telling Iran. He was basically saying, we're giving you a chance here. And they ignored him. And like the drunk, they got their asses kicked. I'm with Jessica on the idf, but I have to, you know, it is, you know, whether you're for this, I don't know, this engagement or not, you just go, wow. You know, whether it was the beepers, you can go all the way back to the radon and tebbi. It's like you're watching a professional billiards player pull off an impossible trick shot and without touching another ball but the one they sunk. And it's the polar opposite of Israel's enemies who use blunt force, indiscriminate of innocence. Whether it's October 7th or even these wayward missile strikes from Iran. You know, it's like Israel uses a scalpel, their enemies use a mallet, and they do the. And they have to now, you know, what is it? But it still bugs me, though. What is it about Israel and the IDF that is so offensive to say, the Jewish left in America, or let's say the white liberals in general. Jessica notwithstanding, a nice exception. David Mamet talks about it in his book the Unenlightenment. It challenges their belief of passivity. They believe that in the face of people who don't like you to discourage attack, you just kind of get along, you submit. And Jews have been doing that for a long time. You would think October 7th would have changed all that, and it felt like it did. But then time heals all outrages, and we saw it on our campuses. There's no bottom to this passivity. It just keeps going. And it's there in the face of radical Islam. It was also there in the face of identity politics. If you were deemed responsible for oppression. You know, our white leaders were bowed down before it. We were bad. You know, but the IDF in Israel, when you look at it, whether you are for it or against it, they challenge this worldview that you have to be passive. You shouldn't be Woody Allen, you should be Max Baer. You know, it is really, it's a battle in America. You can have the TED Talks.
Katie Pavlich
Yes.
Martha McCallum
All right. We're going to be back with more of the breaking news out of Israel in just a moment as Iran unleashes a barrage of missiles into Israel, an accused rapist murder.
Charlie Hurt
FOX News alert. Israel is under attack from Iran after taking out their nuke sites and top military leaders for what this means for the US and our troops overseas in the Middle East. Let's go right to Jennifer Griffin live from the Pentagon. Hey, Jennifer.
Jennifer Griffin
Hi, Greg. Well, US Officials who I've spoken to here at the Pentagon tell me that both U.S. navy and U.S. army assets were used to help track and shoot down incoming Iranian missiles. However, the US does not want to appear to be involved in this direct conflict between Israel and Iran. The president would like for Iran to come back to the negotiating table. As we speak, CENTCOM is moving more air and naval assets into the region. U.S. navy officials tell us U.S. navy assets have been used to protect Israel and the hundreds of thousands of Americans living there. The USS Thomas Hudner, a guided missile destroyer, is moving from the western Mediterranean to the eastern Med near Israel, joining the USS Sullivans and the USS Arleigh Burke, which are already in position off the coast of Israel. Fox's Lucas Tomlinson learned that the U.S. army had employed the Thaad missile defense system which can shoot down an incoming ballistic missile from 120 miles out. And the Patriot PAC 3 battery which has about one. Each of those has about 100 U.S. soldiers manning them inside Israel tonight. The U.S. sent one THAAD battery in October of last year and another in April, two of the seven in the army's arsenal. The US has one aircraft carrier strike group in the Middle east right now, the USS Carl Vinson in the Arabian Sea off the coast of Oman where those Iran nuclear talks were supposed to take place on Sunday. Now, many Iranian leaders who were supposed to participate in those talks are dead, killed in Israeli strikes. A senior Israeli security source told me last night Iran had accumulated large amounts of highly enriched uranium sufficient for more than nine nuclear bombs. One third of that was enriched and accumulated in the last three months alone while those negotiations were taking place. That's why Israel decided to act. The International Atomic Energy Agency said tonight that the above ground Natanz uranium enrichment Facility was destroyed in the Israeli airstrikes overnight. Greg.
Charlie Hurt
Thanks, Jennifer. In the meantime, Kamala's failed veep, Tim Waltz, now suggesting that Communist China might be the voice of moral authority following Israel's strikes on Iran.
Tim Waltz
Now, who is the voice in the world that can negotiate some type of agreement in this? Who hold the moral authority?
Greg Gutfeld
Who holds.
Tim Waltz
Who holds the ability to do that? Because we are not seen as a neutral actor. Now, I ask who that is, and I mean consistently, over and over again, we're going to have to face the reality it might be the Chinese.
Charlie Hurt
So, Charlie, if you wanted to do a deep fake to make Tim Walsh look like a complete jackass, you couldn't even be that.
Greg Gutfeld
So. You really couldn't.
Jessica Tarlov
No.
Charlie Hurt
He has a background with China.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah.
Charlie Hurt
So this is like, I mean, what's going on here?
Greg Gutfeld
It's so funny you said that. Cause when I first saw it on, like, Twitter, and the first thing I did when I saw it was I went back and looked. I was like, well, obviously this is not real. And then finally I got back to C Span, and I was like, well, C span's not shipping around deep fakes. So. But it is. No, it's beyond absurdity. And this is the standard bearer that Democrats just six months ago had picked out of nowhere. You could have picked anybody, but they picked this guy. And I really do think that it's sort of, you know, it's a reminder of where we are. Big picture. You have decades of, you know, Barack Obama won the Nobel Peace Prize before he even became president in 2008. He wasn't even inaugurated yet, and he was granted the Nobel Peace Prize in part because they thought he was going to solve the Middle East. These problems are problems that we've been talking about forever. They've been intractable forever, and nobody has ever. We've just sort of resigned ourselves to thinking that nothing will ever move over there. And then you take Don from Queens, who comes at it from a completely different perspective, understanding human nature, and applies all the parts and applies all the pressures, and then suddenly things begin to break loose. And it does make you kind of wonder if Trump had not had his interregnum, his interrupt, his interruptus.
Tim Waltz
Good work.
Greg Gutfeld
You know, would. Would we not even be talking about this right now? Would Saudi Arabia and Israel and all of its neighbors already be living in peace and, like, you know, trading, you know, mercantile goods instead of missiles?
Charlie Hurt
Good point, Jessica. May I operate in an analogy?
Jessica Tarlov
I think so. I'm a little afraid.
Charlie Hurt
But imagine the Democrat Party is a face. And Tim Waltz is like a cold sore that goes away for a few weeks and it keeps coming back. And every time it comes back, it's more inflamed. It's more inflamed. What would you do to get rid of this cold sore that seems to be just the hand a lot. Yes. You guys need some industrial political strength.
Jessica Tarlov
Valtrex I was going to say I didn't want to make it seem like I knew too much about this because I don't have her big Dimplex A but now that you've said Valtrex, that is this. I too thought maybe I was being punked. And I know Tim Walz doesn't care about me much, but he should have known that I was gonna have to show up at work today and talk about this clip. There are so many good ways to talk about mistakes Donald Trump has made without saying that the Chinese are the arbiters of of good principles or whatever the exact phraseology was. Like Donald Trump's proposed Iran nuclear deal Part two is the same one that he ripped up. If you want to say, oh, Iran's been enriching uranium at this fast pace, well, go figure. It's because we ripped up the nuclear deal. Make that case if you want to. You can talk about any number of things, but you don't need to talk about that. And it's a big point of frustration. We don't have to be reflexively against everything. You pick and choose your spots and you make a cogent case. And I think that you can do that quite effectively. But when you dismiss things like the Abraham Accords, and I know that he's going for the Abraham Accords Part two and thinks that he'll have extra nations that will sign on and that's what might be his best chance at getting the Peace Prize. I think you need to say yay to this and nay to that so you seem like a normal human being. And then people will consider us to be president again in 2028.
Charlie Hurt
That is a high bar to expect Tim Waltz to be a normal human being. Bartha what is the Chinese piece to this? Why did he bring it up? I don't understand this. And we know he went to China many times and he was. He's involved in something.
Jessica Tarlov
Tiananmen, Tim, as Jesse would say.
Charlie Hurt
Exactly.
Martha McCallum
So he knows it really well. Greg. It's obvious. China X expert and that's why? No, but I kept thinking as all of this was unfolding about the only two people who might be looking sitting around the globe going, oh, you know, we're this kind of axis of evil, Russia and Iran and China. And you see Russia reaching out, well, I can come up with some sort of deal. Just get me in there and I'll fix it, just like I did with Ukraine and my own country. But China's day is very mum. So I don't think China's going to be the moral authority because when they're in this situation, they like to sit back and just sort of whistle a little bit because they're not going to get in the middle of this whole thing. But what I find fascinating is that, you know, with regard to the Iran deal, Jessica, this, I think this Iran deal was not the old Iran deal, because this Iran deal had verifiable anytime anywhere inspections. They didn't want that. This Iran deal had restrictions on ballistic missiles, which we know they like very much. We've seen them using them all day today. So they did not want this deal. And Trump kept saying to them, super simple, all you have to do is sign on the dotted line, I will never have a nuclear weapon. And we'll know if you do, because we're going to be in your facilities whenever we want to. They could not. Humiliation is a huge factor in Iran right now. They have, as I said before, zero economy. Their currency has crashed. They have about half the population living in poverty. And they have a huge, significant part of the population who wants to the leadership gone. They are desperate at this point. So the only thing they have was the threat of nuclear weapons and chanting death to America every five minutes. Everybody else in the neighborhood wants them gone, toppled. And so this is a unique moment. And Israel recognized, and I think President Trump, even though he does not like war and doesn't want this to turn into a war, understood the importance of the moment.
Charlie Hurt
Last word. Katie, do you know what's going on with, with him in China? I'm.
Katie Pavlich
Well, I would say that although the Iranians have been humiliated over the last 24 hours, then you trot out Tim Walsh and have him talk about this serious situation and bring up something weird like China. Tim Waltz wants to be president. He wants to be the commander in chief. And over the past 24 hours, what this has actually highlighted is that we don't have really any kind of drone protection here in the United States. And China has purchased a lot of farmland in this country. China has tried to smuggle in agricultural bioweapons to disrupt the crops in this country. There are spies all over our university system. And you have Tim Walsh, who instead of taking a step and saying, why is it that we lost the 2024 election because we were so insane and out of touch with reality and the threats that face the country, he then throws the United States under the bus and says that China is the one who should be negotiating these things, even though they also have been enemies of the United States. So he's not a serious person. We have very serious issues with China, and yet he thinks that they should be dealing with the situation. And no one thinks that Tim Wallace and Kamala Harris could handle this better? No one.
Charlie Hurt
You all got the question wrong. He's a communist.
Katie Pavlich
Well, that true?
Charlie Hurt
Do I have to spell it out to you? We are going to monitor the situation in Israel. But coming up next, the Democrats have a new hero. I turn into a teenage guga mom. Yeah. Cruise through the city and I roam the street. Energy is like a symphony.
Jessica Tarlov
Knew what Aquanet was, though.
Charlie Hurt
I had Aquanet Aquanet as a kid because I had three older sisters and a mom.
Katie Pavlich
All right, the Democrats are desperate to turn Alex Padilla into their latest victim hero after his meltdown at Christine Elms Presser.
Greg Gutfeld
If you can make Alex Padilla forcibly be Neil before this executive, when does it stop?
Charlie Hurt
I just saw something that sickened my stomach.
Martha McCallum
I just saw something that made my stomach turn.
Charlie Hurt
This is an out of control agency, and there must be consequences. Do you think that's an assault on our democracy? The manhandling of Senator Alex Padilla was a complete and total disgrace.
Martha McCallum
When that voice is thrown to the floor and handcuffed, our democracy is lost.
Katie Pavlich
Ooh, we got tears. So, Charlie, wasn't this, like, the ultimate. Don't you know who I am? Right, yeah.
Greg Gutfeld
Like if you did a poll of which United States senator is the least recognizable United, it would have been Alex. Nobody has any idea who this guy is. And I don't even know if they still kind of know who he is or not. Maybe he's kind of forgettable. I don't know. But this is a guy. Nobody wants to see this. Nobody wants to see a sitting United States senator dragged out of a room handcuffed and all this stuff.
Charlie Hurt
I do, but.
Greg Gutfeld
Well, no, normal people want to see this. But the thing about it is that, you know, this is a guy. He's on the Judiciary Committee. He's on the subcommittee that oversees border patrol. He could have picked up the phone and called her and had a conversation.
Charlie Hurt
Yeah.
Katie Pavlich
So, Greg, all the outrage has been that, my gosh, there's a US Senator who was handcuffed it's like if you are any normal person and you do that in a press briefing like that, and you rush a cabinet member when tensions are high, you're going to be arrested. Why do you get a pass if you happen to be a senator?
Charlie Hurt
He blew it. This was his ultimate photo op and he missed his big line. I can't breathe. How do you do that? Look, you spend two years saying no one is above the law, and now you say if they could do this to a senator, they could do it to anyone. You, you can't have both. They're both contradictory. You know, it's like the agents did their jobs. They should be commended for treating every potential threat equally. And that was a potential threat. Nobody knew who this guy was. He was an aggressive protester walking in. She's unarmed, she's vulnerable. He's lucky he didn't get pummeled. The great thing about this, this was a staged photo op meant to go viral. But even the legacy media is kind of shying away from it because the hoax apparatus, the one we've had to deal with for, I don't know, four to six years, has completely been destroyed. You know, you had to find people. Hoax. Remember the border agent whipping hoax? Remember that one when you talk, when you look at this one, okay, The Biden and the biggest one. The Biden is fine. Hoax. Nobody buys this anymore. We've opened our eyes to the media. We're emancipated from the hoaxes. And I would advise all well meaning liberals, that is Jessica, to think twice about receiving assigned opinions. Because the same person who said no one is above the law is the same person who said this senator is different. So your signing editor is unpredictable. And I would believe, and I'm not talking to you specifically, Jessica, I'm just using you as a global liberal punching bag.
Jessica Tarlov
I always appreciate it.
Charlie Hurt
And not punching bag, literally, metaphorically, that you gotta think for yourself. This is the red pilling of it. This is why 100 million Americans didn't buy this. Because it's like we don't believe this stuff anymore and we refuse assigned opinions. If I said something about that, even the people that watch the show would go, is Greg telling the truth? I'm not so sure that's smart because sometimes I don't even know.
Katie Pavlich
Yeah, Jessica, now they're fundraising off of this moment as part of their continued setup.
Jessica Tarlov
Well, that's the lowest bar. Literally everyone in Congress fundraises off of anything that happens. They're like, I woke up and I Had breakfast. Do you want to give me $10? So this is not about an assignment editor who gave me this to say Padilla. Senator Padilla was on CNN last night talking about this. And he said, which is true because he wouldn't have been there without security, that he came in, he had a National Guard member assigned to him and an FBI agent that was walking with him. We can see the video where he does identify himself.
Charlie Hurt
Why did he do it? You're jumping to the point.
Jessica Tarlov
Well, he said his explanation was that he was having a conversation with. They were waiting for something. And he said, what's going on there? They said a press conference was Secretary Noemi said, can we go in? And they walked him in there.
Martha McCallum
I thought so.
Jessica Tarlov
Obviously planned coming from the administration and a particular secretary who loves the performance art. She's in a costume all the time. She's doing a reality TV show of arresting migrants and showing up in Sea.
Charlie Hurt
Cottage that you can't make us believe this is real anymore, Jessica.
Jessica Tarlov
You want me to believe this before.
Charlie Hurt
You cried wolf story. I hate to bring it up, but we don't buy this BS and all.
Martha McCallum
Of it, you know, in the upper left hand corner, it's like the video courtesy of the office of Senator Padilla. And this kills me. Like, you see things pop up on Eric Swalwell and it's like, oh, look at this crazy thing that happened on the street corner. But no, it's all made up. Office of Eric Swalwell Productions. And this is a production.
Charlie Hurt
Yeah. At least have somebody else clear.
Martha McCallum
If he wanted to talk to her, he could have easily contacted her. He could have easily contacted her. Afterwards, they talk. But it's. It was obviously for this purpose. And they're thrilled gems. They're thrilled.
Katie Pavlich
He's never had. They're too emotional.
Charlie Hurt
Israel took the wind out of his sails. I hate to call him.
Katie Pavlich
Okay, I guess our liberals are hoping cookies can keep far left agitators from burning Waymos.
Trey Yingst
Hey, when you looking back.
Jessica Tarlov
Can cookies stop people from burning Waymos? At this weekend's anti Trump no Kings protests, the Free Beacon is reporting that on a Zoom planning call amongst organizers, they are, quote, urging their activists to do whatever they can to maintain peace on the ground, including giving would be rioters cookies or declaring, hey, there's Beyonce to distract them. I fell for that one, so. And it was Leon Panetta. Meanwhile, Tim Wallace is hoping there's bad weather for Trump. Why Tim again. And Eric Swalwell says democracy is on the line.
Tim Waltz
This is not Pyongyang. On. On a Saturday. So I'm just going to confess to it. I don't get me in trouble, whatever. I have never so hoped for rain in my life.
Greg Gutfeld
It's no King's day. This Saturday, 2000 rallies across America. Americans need to show up up because if we don't show up, democracy dies.
Jessica Tarlov
Okay. Many avenues to go down. Katie, I'll start with you. There are going to be, I think it's 1500 that are already organized protests across the country this weekend. Trump was asked about the protests and he said that in D.C. there'll be a very big force these protests really met with. That doesn't sound particularly First Amendment.
Katie Pavlich
Well, there's a lot of fences up that are causing traffic problems. So it's really annoying. They have to stop feeding the rioters and bribing them with food. They should start bribing them with felonies and prison time to prevent these things from happening. And there'll be no more waymos because they moved them all out. So there you go.
Jessica Tarlov
Charlie, I beg of you to agree with me on this. So the US Military historically does not do these kinds of parades. This is stuff to Tim Walls point that you see in China, you see in Russia, North Korea.
Katie Pavlich
Let's see.
Jessica Tarlov
GOP senators and congresspeople are not going to the parade because they don't like it. Politico polled 50. Only 7 are showing up. And they're folks like Marjorie Taylor Greene. Don't you think that this is not the right signal to be sending?
Greg Gutfeld
Sadly, I'm going to disappoint you.
Jessica Tarlov
Stop it.
Greg Gutfeld
This is. No, this is. And this is what's great about a populist and maybe troublesome to some people about a populist. We paid for all this stuff and it's fun to see it all. He's like taking taxpayers and saying thank you for giving us the greatest military on earth. And we're gonna run it through the streets and celebrate the Army's 250th birthday. And it's spectacular. People love it. People love. That's why you have the Thunderbirds. That's why you have the Blue Angels. Because people love seeing.
Jessica Tarlov
Then why isn't the military might. It's not having one.
Katie Pavlich
Because one of the times America does a 250 every.
Jessica Tarlov
And it's a day and it's a Doge horror story. Martha.
Martha McCallum
Well, no, I love a parade and I think it's exciting. I think also that the members of the military are really going to enjoy it. And so for that reason I think it's a good idea.
Jessica Tarlov
There's a poll. Veterans, guess why would you want to, like, be, you know, without a parade? That looks like. I'm. I'm not surprised, but I think you're.
Charlie Hurt
So brave, Jessica, coming out against this. Now do the Pride Parade.
Jessica Tarlov
Well, it's the Pride Parade. It's not something that looks like it's out of Moscow. What are you talking about?
Katie Pavlich
Definitely not.
Charlie Hurt
All right, here's the deal. This whole, like, it's about as grassroots as Joe Biden's hair plugs. And sorry, everything the Dems do is an op, but it ain't 2020 anymore. The target of your op has woken up. We're smarter, we're wiser. We have better things to do. We know what this is about. This is about getting a viral moment. Show protesters getting pummeled. Try to make it go viral. That's why if you're there and you want to have some entertainment, don't give them that. Just film them. Because every time you film them, you end up with that man bunned moron who blocked a black lady from going to work, which sabotages their own cause. There's going to be some hilarious content if you just turn on your phone, which will then be used on X, that will be amplified and used in 2028. But you still have them. This is what gets me. You still have the media shilling for this crap. Newsweek ran the entire schedule of the no Kings thing, including, like the dates and locations of every protest. Who needs a billboard when you have the enabling media doing it for free? This is going to bite them in the ass. Because, as I said, their protesters are basically crazy eyed oxygen gobblers you would avoid on the subway. Which is why, and I said this before, the media doesn't interview the protesters. They prefer to do the messaging themselves because they know, left to their own devices, they will reveal themselves to be nothing but, I guess, veteran agitators with no jobs, no prospects. They're just there to make your life miserable. Just like that man bug moron.
Jessica Tarlov
I didn't like the man bun guy, but if a Democratic president was having a military themed birthday party.
Charlie Hurt
But you're okay with the Pride Parade? Pride Month. We got a whole Pride month. But you're upset about one parade for the military for the 250th birthday. But hey, let's have a pride parade. I say let's combine it.
Jessica Tarlov
Without rolling tanks.
Charlie Hurt
Jessica. No, let's combine it. Guns and buns.
Martha McCallum
Great.
Jessica Tarlov
I'm fine with that. And there are a lot of gay people that serve bravely in the military. And that's a wonderful thing. Up next, the latest from the ground in Israel. Seriously?
Greg Gutfeld
We have a Fox News alert. Israel is under attack by Iran. Let's go back to Trey Yingst. He's in the suburbs of Tel Aviv at site of the missile strike. Hey, Trey.
Trey Yingst
Yeah, Charlie. Right now we're just outside of Tel Aviv where one of those Iranian ballistic missiles slammed into a residential building. You can see behind me just how much damage it did to this building. At least 20 people were wounded here and we are learning there is one fatality. As we speak, crews are still going through the rubble. They are occasionally stopping their work to call out for survivors. I'm here with Dean Elsden, the international spokesman for the Israeli police, to talk about what happened here tonight and the police efforts. Dean, what are your forces doing at this moment?
Dean Elsden
Well, I can tell you if we're going to talk about what's happening tonight, I want to point out that when a terror regime consistently tells you death to America, death to Israel, this is what they're talking about. Numerous residential buildings here hit, numerous casualties and that number is growing, unfortunately as our crews are working through together our bomb disposal units together with the IDF home front command and mada, the paramedic first responders, we're all here making sure that we can secure this scene and also find those that were impacted by tonight's terror attack directly on their residential house.
Trey Yingst
And can you quickly talk about those efforts? Right now we see these crews in the buildings up here and they have headlamps on. They are calling out for survivors scene. If anyone shot under the bravo. Very quickly, how would you describe those efforts?
Dean Elsden
This is still a very active scene. I can tell you that the number is growing of the casualties. Our prayers are with them, with their families. We just call on the public to please demonstrate responsibility. Don't come here if you don't have to. Keep the roads clear for our emergency personnel and definitely do not give out the exact locations. This is about operational security, not secrecy, but strategy to protect all of us.
Trey Yingst
You heard there directly from the international police spokesman, Charlie. This is an active scene and they again are still looking for survivors under the rubble. Guys, back to you.
Greg Gutfeld
Thank you, Trey. Stay safe. One More Thing is up next.
Charlie Hurt
Okay, everyone.
Martha McCallum
All right. Time for one more thing, Greg.
Charlie Hurt
All right. Tonight we're playing the show that should have been on last night and it's good. Liz McDonald, Tyrus, Emily and Joe DeVito. Hey, let's do this. There's nothing I like more when the View goes on a field trip. And here they are. They headed out to a New guinea and Australian zoo.
Greg Gutfeld
New.
Charlie Hurt
Actually, these are. These are New Guinea. I read it wrong. They're at the San Antonio Zoo. It's nice. It's nice when they get out and have some fun. Those are actual cockatoos, believe it or not. You believe that? Really?
Greg Gutfeld
A little.
Charlie Hurt
They do look funny. All right, I'm done.
Martha McCallum
Okay. So that would mean we're just great.
Greg Gutfeld
So.
Jessica Tarlov
The Washington Nationals called out one of their top prospects for the big leagues this week. The new addition, Bruce the Bat dog from the Triple A affiliate Rochester Red Wing. The one year old golden retriever made his professional debut last September. It'll make his first appearance in the big leagues at tomorrow's game against the Marlins.
Katie Pavlich
Cutie, good job.
Martha McCallum
Good luck. Oh, and mine is. Who was hotter, Rhoda or Mary Tyler Moore?
Jessica Tarlov
Rhoda, Greg says Valerie Harper.
Martha McCallum
Greg says it was Rhoda. Who do you think at home? Anyway, heroes, welcome home from the hospital for this Texas police canine who was injured in pursuit. But he is okay. He got shot twice.
Katie Pavlich
Oh, my gosh.
Martha McCallum
But his collar blocked one and he is gonna be okay.
Katie Pavlich
Good job. Deserves extra to curl him.
Jessica Tarlov
Yeah.
Martha McCallum
All right, that is it for us. Have a great night, everybody.
Greg Gutfeld
Great weekend, rhoda.
