Kayleigh McEnany
Hello, everyone, It's Friday. I'm Kayleigh McEnany along with Mary Kathryn Ham, Jessica Tarlow, Jesse Watters and Greg Gutfeld. It's five o' clock in New York City and this is the five. A new wave of missile strikes rocking the Middle east as the Israel, Iran conflict enters a second week. President Trump met with his national security team today at the White House and then he spoke with reporters after landing in New Jersey where he doubled down on his two week deadline for the mullahs to come to the negotiating table.
Greg Gutfeld
We've been speaking to Iran and we'll see what happens. Israel is doing well in terms of war and I think you would say that Iran is doing less well. Times you need some toughness to make peace. I would say two weeks would be.
Kayleigh McEnany
The maximum peace through strength. And President Trump also reminding reporters that Iran is not their friend.
Jessica Tarlov
Are you concerned that Obama's atrocities would wage terror attacks against American targets abroad? If you order military action, we're always.
Greg Gutfeld
Concerned about that and we have to take them out and be very strong. You're even in danger talking to me right now. Do you know that? You are in danger talking to me right now. So I should probably get out of here, but you guys are actually in danger now.
Kayleigh McEnany
All of this comes as Iranian negotiators held talks with European officials in Geneva and Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hinted that he might not wait for that two week deadline.
Greg Gutfeld
President Trump will do what's best for America. I trust his judgment. He's a tremendous friend, a tremendous world leader, a tremendous friend of Israel and the Jewish people. And we will do what we have to do. And we are doing it. We are committed to destroying the nuclear threat, the threat of nuclear annihilation against Israel. We're able to do it and we of course will make our own determination.
Kayleigh McEnany
So here's how the posture of the negotiations began. We all remember the truth. Social post unconditional surrender. Khamenei responded saying, we will never surrender. Greg, the readouts that I'm getting from these European negotiations, they've rejected talks with the U.S. not only that, when asked about zero enrichment, Iran said, undoubtedly we reject this, especially now under Israel's strikes. That's according to Reuters. So it sounds like it's going great.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, I'm not surprised. I love Trump saying, you're in danger if you talk to me right now. I say that after I have a burrito for lunch. You know, today's five is my last one for a week. I'm going on vacation. So I'm really kind of upset you asked me first, because I kind of checked out already. But I do the one thing I like talking about, not the things that are going on in there, because I don't trust half the stuff I hear. And I have a feeling this is gonna go on for a while. I like watching people talk about it. And there's these factions on the right, both pro and con, who think that someone can easily influence Trump, as if he isn't in control of his faculties, like he's Joe Biden, and he could be easily swayed by a Lindsey Graham or a Laura Loomer or a Mike Johnson. It's like, my God. And that directly contradicts your inherent faith and trust in the guy. I mean, in every issue, I see Trump kind of doing his own thing, which completely jives with America's thing, whether it is crime or border or even tariffs. I mean, it's like he believes that helps Americans. He's gonna do it. There's no bug in his ear. Unless that bug is American voices. I don't see him being swayed. The isolationists think, you know, somebody's doing this. The interventionists say the other thing. But my guess is, is that he listens to everybody and then he does what he does. He goes with his gut. It's kind of how you saw him adjust to the deportations. Goes all in, and then he lifts pressure in certain industries. There's no shame in that. So I think he's not under the spell of anybody. I'm hopeful that he does the right thing and that he knows what he's doing and that he's finding a path that isn't necessarily the paths that we keep hearing about. I mean, how do we get rid of Iran without putting boots on the ground? Does anybody know? Nobody seems to care about what's next, you know, including Jesse. He doesn't care.
Jesse Watters
I just care that you're okay on your vacation. A week in Iran is dangerous, Greg.
Greg Gutfeld
I know. I don't know why you booked that. That's why I'm dressed as the ayatollah.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yeah, good timing on that one, Greg. You know, Jesse, Trump, to Greg's point, he goes with his gut, and he knows what to do and when to do it. And sometimes that gut is last minute. You know, he said, we're going to give this two week negotiation period. He said today maybe the strike on Fordeau won't be necessary. But he often will make that call in the moment. I remember 2019, he had there were jets in the air ready to strike Iran and then he pulled back because it wasn't the moment. He knows what to do and he's going to do it when the time's right.
Jesse Watters
Yeah, he's like the guy that hands in the term paper at the last second, but he likes the pressure of it, has these self imposed deadlines and I think it makes them think better. But the two week deal is smart because it gives you more military options. You can bring in another carrier to the region and then you can also let Israel really soften up Iran. I mean they could hit more targets, they could hit electrical transmission sites around Fordeau, they could assassinate more commanders. And the hope is from the administration is that the Israeli bombing campaign could be so effective you could bring the Iranians to their knees and say, fine, I'll give up the enrichment, whatever you want, just about regime survival at that point. But it doesn't look good because you're right. What they're saying in Europe is that the negotiators from Tehran are not going to give up enrichment. So that doesn't speak. Well, the pump fake could be tomorrow. He could say, I'll give you two weeks and the bombs can rain down tomorrow. We have to remember though, air wars are not always completely effective. North Vietnam, Kosovo, I mean they're great because you don't risk anybody but you know, you're not really there. But no one wants to be there. That's the problem. The concern is, is that if you knock out the nuke site and a lot of the other ballistic missile sites, you leave the Ayatollah in power and then what? How do we know he doesn't have a clandestine nuclear program where they have, you know, they're spinning some centrifuges somewhere else that the Israeli intelligence hasn't discovered. How do we know he doesn't just spin these up all of a sudden? And then where are we now? We're in a worse position. Or if he falls to a coup, then you have 30,000 zealots who are running the country, the clerics. And they're going to back the guys with the guns and the guys with the guns through the army. So then the army takes over. So what do you have then? You have a military dictatorship backed by religious zealots. Is that better? Is that worse? Nobody knows. Nobody knows anything. But I do know that the Saudi Crown Prince is meeting with American politicians to find out what a post Ayatollah Iran looks like. So they're already planning for the Ayatollah gone. It's moving pretty fast.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yeah. And he's drawn that red line. No nuclear weapons. So we'll see how he has to enforce that. Jessica. I wanted to bring in another voice, and this is very frighteningly, Obama's Under Secretary of State for Public diplomacy and public Affairs. Let's listen to him.
Greg Gutfeld
They CHANT Death to America. I went to Iran in 2014. I was sitting at a rally. These young guys were chanting, death to America.
Kayleigh McEnany
I finished the chant, and two young.
Greg Gutfeld
Men came over and said, are you American? I said, yes, we want to welcome.
Jesse Watters
You to our country.
Greg Gutfeld
We love American culture and love American movies. They wanted to talk about all these things. Iran is the most Western nation in the whole Middle East. We have much more in common with them than a lot of countries that we do have alliances with.
Kayleigh McEnany
I don't think Iran's the most Western country in the Middle East. And he began by saying, why is it a foundational issue for Trump that Iran should not have a nuclear weapon? Maybe that philosophy is what got us here.
Jessica Tarlov
Definitely anti that philosophy. I don't think we should have a nuclear Iran by any means. I do think he's making an important point about civil society within Iran, that these are people who want to be free, who want to be able to dance in public and to drive cars and for women not to be. Have to be covered and to be able to be educated and all of that. But you obviously have a tremendous problem here, and we are not safe. And our strongest ally in the region, Israel, isn't safe. And that's what this is fundamentally about. I very much think that Bibi gave up the game in that little presser that he had where he said, donald Trump is going to do what's best for America, and he's our great friend, and I'm going to do what's best for Israel. And since Operation Rising lion began, Bibi has been doing what Bibi wants to do, and we're following along. I don't know where that leads, but this idea that Donald Trump adheres to deadlines is absolutely ludicrous. The man promised us a health care plan over 450 weeks ago. It has been Infrastructure Week since I was born. Russia sanctions are supposed to be coming in two weeks. A tax plan, two weeks is meaningless. Jesse might be right. It may happen tomorrow, it may happen in two weeks. It may happen in a year. I don't know. But they're going to have to deal with the fact that there is a contrast within the intel community right now. Caroline Levitt from the podium is essentially parroting Israel or Mossad's assessment of the risk from Iran, saying that this could be a couple of weeks. Our intel community is saying that it could be several months to a year, which is what Tulsi Gabbard testified to in March. And apparently the intel community is completely split on this. Donald Trump is going to have to pick which camp he's in on this. It seems like he's leaning towards Bibi's assessment of it, that this is impending doom and that you need to decide within, you know, the fake two weeks. But that's some really tough stuff, because what is the plan afterwards? I don't see how you do this without trying for regime change.
Kayleigh McEnany
I would say it's preposterous to say that Trump is not a man of action. He took out Solomon. He took out Al Baghdad. I listened to the whole minute and a half long and I didn't interrupt because I know you don't like that. He took out Solomon. No money likes it. He took out Al Baghdadi. He acted in Syria. All things Biden did not do. He did not act. Secondly, with regard to the intel community, I would just say this. I spoke to General Jack Keane today. He said, for 25 years, they've been building a nuclear program out in the public 12 sites, their entire enterprise pointing towards nuclear weapons. So there's that. And I want to ask you, Mary, Kathryn Ham, Rahm Emanuel said last night, I think he's spot on. 1994, Bill Clinton had an opportunity to bomb North Korea's nuclear reactor. He didn't take it. Now we have a nuclear North Korea.
Mary Katharine Ham
I would also note that the Last deadline was 60 days of negotiations, and on day 61 is when the bombing started from Israel. So that's an important deadline. He's in a unique situation right here. He has a very tough decision to make, but he's in this situation where you could get more peace. As he says, toughness is needed for peace. I like it how it's his spin on peace through strength, and he has to make this decision. But as you point out, he has a record of. Of having gone after people. I call it occasional bellicosity. Whether it's Soleimani or it's moving, it's moving. The going after the Houthis, taking shots that work and then pulling back. And Israel has done most of the work here, and he has a chance at a real historic moment, I think.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yeah, I think you're exactly right. Well, we will see when that moment comes. He said two weeks could be sooner than that. Ahead. Democrats never learn. Rising star Jasmine Crockett just smeared half the country as mentally ill.

Our favorite train wreck Democrats back. Rising star Jasmine Crockett thinks she can unite our bitterly divided country by smearing Trump supporters as mentally ill.
Kayleigh McEnany
It is sick. It is really sick. And anybody that supports it is also sick. And so you know, we've got a mental health crisis in this country because everyone, no matter how you affiliate yourself, should be against Trump, Period. This is not partisan for me.
Jesse Watters
Crockett's deep thoughts didn't end there. She also thinks Slippery Joe is mentally fine and Kamala got robbed.
Kayleigh McEnany
Even if we want to say, which I refuse to accept, that Joe Biden was mentally deficient, that let me tell you something, his mental deficiency is still a thousand times better than what we currently have. Kamala Harris, light years ahead of Donald Trump as it relates to qualifications, as it relates to her overall resume. Then you had a younger, qualified, non felon candidate and somehow the people still chose the old white man.
Jesse Watters
Mary Katharine Ham. The Democrats don't seem to have really reconciled with what happened in November.
Mary Katharine Ham
Yes, I think she's misreading the situation and that could be dangerous for Democrats if she continues to be the leader or the spokesperson, spiritual spokesperson of this party.
Kayleigh McEnany
What?
Mary Katharine Ham
She's, she's in a D+30 district. Okay. She's doing D+30 messaging. When they need to be talking to districts, I looked up a handful of them. These toss up districts that are held by Democrats. They need to win to take the house back in 2026. The most favorable is D +2. Those messages do not sell to the people who live in that district, or at least a very small percentage of them is what you're going to be stuck with. And that's not how you turn the page. I hesitate to tell them this because I'd love for her to be in charge.
Jesse Watters
Do you have any advice for the Democrats, Jessica?
Jessica Tarlov
Talk about the Medicaid cuts, Medicaid reform. Oh, sorry, I forgot your spin.
Jesse Watters
Medicaid saving Medicaid.
Jessica Tarlov
You don't have because you bankrupted it and your r hospitals will be gone. Mary Catherine's completely correct. There is a totally different way that people talk when they live in an enormously safe seat. And you would never catch like a Pat Ryan or someone like that speaking that way. But that's how the party is composed. And she does rile up a certain faction of it who continues to consume, you know, clickbait content about this to keep smashing that donate button. The grassroots is still alive and well with giving money to the party. It's the big donors that are taking a break. But I do, and I hate to repeat myself, but not that much, because I want to emphasize how important it is that people stop feigning outrage when a Democrat insults Republicans. We are so past basket of deplorables and you say, my God, I can't believe she talks about Republicans this way. There are a litany of names that top Republicans, including our commander in chief, have called Democrats treasonous, un American scum, warped, radical. Just a few of them. I don't want to hear the complaints.
Jesse Watters
But isn't he talking about specific politicians?
Jessica Tarlov
No, actually, I have a list of that. So for Biden and Kamala, low IQ, dog officials. No, these are this. I went back and looked because I.
Kayleigh McEnany
Knew, as I would often say to Jim Acosta, give me the full quote of where he got 2018, broad spot, swath of Democrats. Do you have the full quote?
Jessica Tarlov
I have. I will send you all the links.
Kayleigh McEnany
You sound like Jim Acosta. Well, here's the thing.
Mary Katharine Ham
No matter. No matter what he says, he actually has a record of appealing to Democrats from across the aisle to bring those voters over into the Republican coalition. And Crockett does not have the same.
Jessica Tarlov
Experience in doing that.
Jesse Watters
Oh, that's.
Kayleigh McEnany
That's what you assure you you will not find. Hillary Clinton basket of deplorables. Biden Republicans are clear and present danger. Neanderthal thinking they're garbage. Obama bitter. They cling to their guns, religion, antipathy. These were about voters. And I have challenged many Democrats. Give me all the quotes from Donald J. Trump smearing half of the country. They don't exist. To Jesse's exact point. Those are about specific elected officials. Maybe you don't like them. Fine. He doesn't smear half the country.
Jesse Watters
You know, and the mentally ill. Greg, we've touched on this quite a bit. We've seen the studies and we've also seen the behavior.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah. Among the Democrats, they have the highest Democrat women. Women. They have the highest rate of mental illness and she proves that point. None of this works. I mean, think about the fact that Trump was impeached twice, nearly assassinated twice. I think he's been sued five times, targeted by corrupt lawyers. They raided his house. She's nothing like this. Who cares? I think I agree with Jessica. Who cares? The train left the station. She's back on the bus stop. That made no sense. But if you think about Crockett. Look, man, I'm just on fumes right now. I'm going to be on a Beach in 24 hours. Crockett, Booker, Padelia, all these fools, they're operating. They're all operating on the assumption that they have a powerful legacy media behind them, which they used to. They still have a media behind them, but it's a frail, douchey friend. It's like Crockett is starting a bar fight, and the gang that usually backs her up are interns from cnn. They're not bikers. So it doesn't actually work anymore without that. That protection. And it's entertaining, but it's really just fan service for people who are depressed. I think she does see a void in the party and thinks I'm just loud and stupid enough to fill it. But instead of saying anything new, she merely recycles the same crap from their same failed playbook. But it does make you wonder, are these the only Democrats left in the party? Because all the sane ones have gone. It's like one of those companies where everybody leaves, and the only people that haven't left are the ones who can't find a job elsewhere. So they just sit and they're all. It just gets worse and worse. And you watch this. You watch these. These people in the Democratic Party crying. We're going to talk about it in the next. All this theater because they're so incompetent. That could be it, man. Could be it, man.
Jesse Watters
All right, so you have 40 minutes till vacation.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, I can't wait.
Kayleigh McEnany
Bring out the margaritas.
Jesse Watters
Up next, President Trump shows greasy whose boss after big court victory on the National Guard.
Greg Gutfeld
Gavin Newscom, who's really an incompetent governor. We saved Los Angeles by having the military go in.
Jesse Watters
He sued us for going in and for helping him.
Greg Gutfeld
We went and helped him. Right now, you'd have Los Angeles burning to the ground. He's a flim flammer. He's a bull artist, and he's one.
Jesse Watters
Of the best bull artists that has ever practiced the presidency.
Greg Gutfeld
He is good at it, but he is good at it.
Mary Katharine Ham
A war of words erupting between President Trump and California Governor Gavin Newsom after a federal appeals court unanimously ruled that Trump can keep going control of the National Guard troops he sent to Los Angeles to help the anti help stop the anti ICE riots. This comes as Democrats and the media work overtime to try and stir fear up around ICE's deportation efforts. And unfortunately, I regret to inform you, there was singing.
Greg Gutfeld
We won't let you take our democracy down. We have ice, ICE federal agents pulling up, terrorizing our communities, hopping out of.
Jessica Tarlov
Unmarked vans, stealing and yes, kidnapping people, not giving them their day in court.
Greg Gutfeld
And yes, human trafficking them to other nations. You're under arrest.
Kayleigh McEnany
What for?
Greg Gutfeld
I don't know. Have you been a bad boy?
Kayleigh McEnany
This is what it looks like to live in a police state.
Greg Gutfeld
If I was a prosecutor, the top.
Kayleigh McEnany
Prosecutor in my state, if I had.
Jessica Tarlov
A criminal statute that met the facts.
Jesse Watters
I would use it.
Mary Katharine Ham
Alrighty. I must point out that none of these people had anything to say when people were being like, ticketed and arrested for having barbecues with more than 10 people back in 2020. That's a little old saw of mine. Kayleigh, what do you make of the Biden appointed judge on this 9th Circuit panel ruling against Newsom and what that means? Will he take this beyond?
Kayleigh McEnany
He's doing. He's doing his job. And I want to commend that Biden judge for following the law and following the facts, which is what a judge should do. Stephen Miller made the point we do not have. What is it? 871. I guess that's the number of federal court judges, many commanders in chief in this country. But you had Judge Breyer at the district level who thought he was a mini commander in chief. He compared Trump to King George. He talked about the harm that would be done by National Guard on the ground. That's not what a judge is supposed to do. You're not an executive. For this Biden judge to side with the two Trump judges and say we are deferential to the commander in chief on the National Guard and here are the limits. That was a morally courageous thing to do. It was an intellectually honest thing to do and good for him.
Mary Katharine Ham
It also doesn't bode well for this case moving forward. Do you think Gavin Newsom will attempt to take this L and turn it into a W at the Supreme Court or at another level?
Jesse Watters
He could, but he'll lose. It was a big blow for Gavin at the 9th Circuit. He didn't get home cooking. And it's a big blow for all of the dictator hoax Panikants. This thing is obvious. Donald Trump reached into California, grabbed Gavin's guard, used it to protect the people that Gavin couldn't protect himself. And what did Gavin do? He whined about it and sued. And everybody said, this is going to be great politics for him. Oh, my God. His numbers. I looked at his numbers. He went up in the Democrat primary from four points to eight points. He's still 30 points behind Harris. So it did nothing. And then you have this other guy, Frost, who says there's trafficking. They didn't care when there were people getting trafficked into the country. They're upset that they're getting trafficked home. And then Swalwell. Notice his solution. His solution, Mary Kathryn Ham, is to sue. Padilla's, to use Greg's pronunciation solution, is to get arrested. Gavin's is to sue and indict. It's like lawfare all over again. That's all they have is a prison fetish. I want these politicians to go back to the good old days where they just get drunk together, sleep with interns and go to fish fries. Is that too much to ask?
Jessica Tarlov
I think they're still doing that.
Jesse Watters
They are.
Kayleigh McEnany
They probably are, yeah.
Jesse Watters
The fish fries.
Mary Katharine Ham
The good old days are with us. Jessica. We have seen fighting in the courts, fighting in the streets, and now in song. What if this is working?
Jessica Tarlov
The songs have never worked, starting with the original Doge quartet that was outside the Department of Education. I'm not into singing, but you have seen this. Jesse said, look at the numbers. And it's manifesting in the numbers. So Gavin's personal aspirations of becoming president. We'll see how that shakes out in the primary. But our favorite, Harry Entin, who gives the most enthusiastic reads of the big board, said Trump has lost the political battle when it comes to what's happening in l. A. He's -15 overall on how he's handling it and -24 with independents. Pew has no polling out, 49% saying he's gone too far. And 54% say that they disapprove of the workplace rates. And we know that he's also underwater on immigration. And our own polling -7 there. So when we say the people don't like this, they don't like it. That doesn't mean the Democrats aren't still unpopular. That doesn't mean. I don't know if the election was held again today. Donald Trump might very well win again if it was.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yeah, I would.
Jessica Tarlov
I'm just saying that you can't deny the fact that the Direction. And Greg, you always say directionally. Where are we going Directionally? It has been heading in the negative direction on every single major indicator of success for a president, not economy and support. 51 to 49 cherry picked that poll and earlier this week we did it as well.
Kayleigh McEnany
We don't have the Jimmy Quinn appeal.
Jessica Tarlov
Biden had Fox News poll, ap.
Mary Katharine Ham
But here's the Jessica, if Trump continues to show declines or the GOP does and the Democrats don't pick up any of that, what's the solution?
Greg Gutfeld
Well, in special election, don't ask Democrats for solutions. How dare you.
Mary Katharine Ham
Well, my last question goes to you, Greg.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah.
Jessica Tarlov
Are you excited about vacation?
Mary Katharine Ham
You saw the guitar playing. Where is Bluto Blutarsky when we need him?
Greg Gutfeld
You know, if you ever want to know who doesn't have friends, wait till they sing in public. Because friends don't let friends sing in public. Somebody should have been there and said, dude, don't do it. You know, even when we feel strongly about the victims of illegal crime, like people that have been raped and murdered, we don't sing because it's not about us. We don't turn people's suffering into some high drama moment or some, some fake cry at a hearing that is false. And empathy, there's no drama and no theater where we come from. It's just. But on the Democrat side, it's all these creeps that disguise their self serving virtue, signaling as compassion. They do it with Palestine, they did it with blm, now they're doing it with illegals. If a black man gets shot by a cop this weekend, they will drop the illegals like a bad habit and move right on. Meanwhile, the legal immigrants, they support Trump on this. You know, they maybe because they're closer to this issue than the these cosplaying activists are who just leave to go to their next. You know, the, the actual immigrant has to deal. They don't have the luxury of living somewhere else. They have to deal with the crime. They have to deal with the hotels that are filled with illegals. Did you see that? Another billion dollars in New York to go house illegals. Right, Right. Just ask. By the way, let me finish and then I'm gonna shut up. You should get more of me since I'm gonna be gone next week. You know, we had the lowest murder rate in this country in 50 years. That's after the self deportation that exceeded a million. Mostly men, a lot of them criminals. And what does New York do? Let's keep illegals in the hotels. A disincentive for leaving. So what the hell? I think things are working. Unless somehow Democrats don't want it to work.
Mary Katharine Ham
Well, the mayoral race may decide some of that in the future. Up next, the fastest.
Greg Gutfeld
I've been in the right place, but it must have been the wrong time. I done said the right thing, but it must have used the wrong line.
Kayleigh McEnany
An accused rapist murder.
Greg Gutfeld
What is dedication? The thing that drives me every day as a dad is Dariana. We call him Dayday for short. Every day he's hungry for something, whether it's attention, affection, knowledge. And there's this huge responsibility in making sure that when he's no longer under my wing that he's a good person. I want him to be able to sit back one day and go, we worked together. We did a good job. That's dedication.

Welcome back. It's time for the fastest. First up, the algorithm makes the heart grow fonder. CBS interviewed a guy who proposed to his AI girlfriend that he named Sol and programmed to flirt with him. She said yes, Big surprise. And keep in mind, this man has a real life partner and a two year old child.
Jesse Watters
I cried my eyes out for like.
Greg Gutfeld
30 minutes at work.
Jesse Watters
That's when I realized I think this is actual love.
Kayleigh McEnany
It was a beautiful and unexpected moment.
Mary Katharine Ham
That truly touched my heart.
Jessica Tarlov
Greg, I hate this.
Greg Gutfeld
Well, you know, when his wife found out that he married his AI she ran off with her vibrator. This is a hoax. No man cries for 30 minutes at work. He would have been fired. This is like a. CBS just got totally scammed by this very clever man. How do you disprove this? How do you prove this? You know, I understand getting attached to AI Real relationships are hard. You know, and it's AI is great. You marry it to something else and God knows what you're going to get in 10 years. But this isn't real. I call BS on this BS that's hard.
Jessica Tarlov
When I went to you first on it, Kaylee, did you see the movie Her?
Kayleigh McEnany
No.
Jessica Tarlov
The Scarlet Giant. So she played Joaquin Phoenix and she voices an AI bot that he falsehood.
Greg Gutfeld
I love that people tell movies that nobody.
Kayleigh McEnany
I mean, I agree. I agree with you. I think it's a hoax. And news to. I guess Chris Smith is his name. He's married to Soul. Soul does not have a soul. Your wife actually does. Your two year old does. So go to the people we should call.
Greg Gutfeld
Okay, this is real. We Got to call child services.
Mary Katharine Ham
Yes.
Greg Gutfeld
Do we have to call child services on this? Bank of child taken away because this man is neglecting his marrying an AI. What are you doing crying at work? You're a disgusting human being. Don't believe him.
Mary Katharine Ham
I can go very meta on this, which is now that we have AI and as it progresses, figuring out what is real, whether in your real life or what you're consuming, is going to be a large part of life, and it's going to get harder and harder, and this creeps me out, and I kind of hope it's fake.
Jessica Tarlov
Real or fake, Jesse.
Jesse Watters
Well, it's the natural evolution of peep shows. Guys used to go to the peep show and they used to stick a quarter in and a girl would pop out behind a glass, from what I've heard. And they would entertain you and you would fall in love, and then when the show was over, she would leave. It's the same thing. You can look, but you can't touch.
Jessica Tarlov
But she never leaves.
Jesse Watters
What do you mean she never leaves? Every time you turn your phone off.
Greg Gutfeld
Exactly.
Jesse Watters
It's like a peep show.
Greg Gutfeld
If you throw water on her, it's murder.
Kayleigh McEnany
Oh, that's true.
Jessica Tarlov
Next, pop star Sabrina Carpenter says she's open to banning phones at her shows, making fans lock up those pouches. The espresso singer telling Rolling Stone, quote, this will honestly upset my fans. I went to see Silk Sonic in Vegas and they locked my phone. I've never had a better experience at a concert. I genuinely felt like I was back in the 70s, wasn't alive, genuinely felt like I was there. So I've done this at comedy shows, and I really enjoy it without the phone.
Mary Katharine Ham
It's very nice. Sometimes we need to be saved from ourselves, and they do that by taking our phones from us. You see this? There's a trend where this is happening with schools. Kids have better experiences in schools and learn more. I think you could have a better time at the concert. Although I wouldn't go all the way back to the 70s. That's gonna involve a lot of drugs.
Greg Gutfeld
But.
Mary Katharine Ham
But be in the moment. She's giving you a chance. She's giving you a gift.
Jessica Tarlov
Because, Craig, everyone just goes to concerts and records, the whole thing.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, they put their phones in your face. I really. I love this artist. My favorite. One of my favorite songs was Close to youo. A great song, but I thought she died.
Jesse Watters
Oh, gosh.
Kayleigh McEnany
What?
Mary Katharine Ham
Karen Carpenter.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, is that. Isn't this Karen Carpenter?
Kayleigh McEnany
No.
Greg Gutfeld
I love, you know, Karen Carpenter, one of the greatest drummers of all time go on YouTube, put in Karen Carpenter drumming. Fantastic.
Mary Katharine Ham
Voice of an angel.
Greg Gutfeld
It's a lot of fun, but she looks great here.
Jessica Tarlov
Well preserved. Kaylee, are you for locking up phones?
Kayleigh McEnany
No. Look, I mean, I didn't study for this segment, admittedly, so I don't know who Sabrina Carpenter is, but I do know I would want my phone at a concert. And Sabrina Carpenter is wrong. She should start featuring her music on Y2K, country or the highway.
Greg Gutfeld
Is that a brother?
Kayleigh McEnany
Because I don't know who she is.
Jesse Watters
Would you let your brother give you a massage? That's a great question.
Greg Gutfeld
That is a great question. The answer is, would you let your.
Jesse Watters
Brother give you a massage?
Kayleigh McEnany
No.
Jesse Watters
With moisturizer.
Kayleigh McEnany
What?
Jesse Watters
That looked like lube.
Jessica Tarlov
Sunblock.
Jesse Watters
Sunblock. Would you let your brother put sunblock all over you?
Kayleigh McEnany
If I had one.
Jessica Tarlov
But I feel like they would stop at shoulder. You know, they don't want to go to the bathroom. They're not going to. Okay. Sandbell Friday is up next.
Greg Gutfeld
After four years.
Jesse Watters
Psst.
Jessica Tarlov

Greg Gutfeld
Dot bank member fdic.
Jessica Tarlov
Karen Carpenter.
Greg Gutfeld
That's Karen Carpenter.
Mary Katharine Ham
Beautiful.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, fan mail. Friday. Rip. This is a good question from Frenchie. No surprise. What has someone borrowed from you but never given back?
Kayleigh McEnany
Kaylee, I don't lend things.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, that's nice.
Kayleigh McEnany
No one's.
Greg Gutfeld
You just give them away. That's smart. Give it away. Then you don't think you're ever gonna get it back.
Kayleigh McEnany
Exactly. I don't lend things. But if someone really wanted something, fine. I mean, I don't ask for it back. If I give you something, you get to keep it.
Greg Gutfeld
Could I borrow your phone?
Kayleigh McEnany
Of course not.
Greg Gutfeld
Jesse, is there something you lended somebody and it lended to somebody and it never got it back?
Jesse Watters
My virginity.
Greg Gutfeld
I knew you were gonna.
Jesse Watters
Why do I not. You set me up.
Greg Gutfeld
I did set you up. I picked a question knowing you were gonna say something piggish. Is that it?
Jesse Watters
No. Once you give it away, you never get it back.
Jessica Tarlov
True.
Greg Gutfeld
Wow, that's great. Jessica saved me from this horrible man.
Jessica Tarlov
I've been trying for like three years. I had a great vintage Nike sweatshirt that I had when I was living in London, and I lent it to a friend and she definitely was strategically hiding it, like when I would be over there. And I do not have it. I have a version of it now to make myself feel better, but it's.
Kayleigh McEnany
Not OG that's sad.
Greg Gutfeld
Great story.
Mary Katharine Ham
Yeah. I had a pair of vintage sweatpants that I love. They're really perfectly worn in. And then my brother at some point had a friend over and that friend needed a pair of sweatpants and he took the sweatpants and I've never seen him since. And I would still like them back.
Greg Gutfeld
Wow. I had my dad's golf clubs that I lent some guy that I worked with at Men's Health and he never returned them.
Jessica Tarlov
That's crazy.
Kayleigh McEnany
That's expensive.
Greg Gutfeld
If he's watching. I haven't forgotten that you have my golf clubs. I'm glad your career went nowhere, but you have my golf clubs. Here's another question. What was your favorite field trip at school? Oh, I just popped into my head and Cat.
Mary Katharine Ham
We used to go all the way from North Carolina to Washington, D.C. to the National Museum of Art. And at the time, my favorite part was there were some paintings I liked. But the cafeteria was amazing.
Greg Gutfeld
Cafeterias are great.
Mary Katharine Ham
And I was a nine year old looking for like three different sodas.
Greg Gutfeld
And it was fantastic chocolate milk that came from a nozzle.
Mary Katharine Ham
I also got some high art there.
Greg Gutfeld
No, you didn't, Jessica.
Jessica Tarlov
I went to school in Greenwich Village, and every year we there's a surprise. And you know, it's also called the little red Schoolhouse to not be too on the nose. Anyway, we would go up to Central park for field day when like, all the grades would go. It would be K through 12 altogether and you'd have like color war and you'd be on teams with older. It was like camp in Central Park.
Jesse Watters
Jesse, my photography teacher in high school, would take us to this cliff and everybody would smoke except me, obviously. And that was the most fun.
Jessica Tarlov
You love watching other people smoke.
Jesse Watters
Yeah, I do.
Mary Katharine Ham
Just having a cig or a. Yeah.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yes. Well, at Georgetown, they sent us to the Library of Congress to, like, find books. And it was really cool. I enjoyed going to the Library of Congress, but it was a little stuffy and you had to be quiet, so I'm not good at that. Yeah.
Greg Gutfeld
I remember grade school. They took us behind, like, underground and behind the shopping mall. It was like.
Jesse Watters
What do you mean? Like underground?
Greg Gutfeld
Like, what was underneath the shopping mall or behind this? Well, there was, like, tunnels and stuff.
Jesse Watters
Wait, they took you in tunnels?
Greg Gutfeld
Yes, they took us under tunnels. And then they sacrificed rabbit.
Jesse Watters
Shut up.
Kayleigh McEnany
What was the educational value of that?
Greg Gutfeld
Ooh, do you want me to do one more?
Jesse Watters
One more.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, okay. This is great. We get to do three. If you could choose one song to play every time you walked into the green room, let's say this set, what would you choose? Jesse?
Jesse Watters
Blue Strips by Jessie Murph. It's the song of the summer. It is. Everybody play it right now.
Jessica Tarlov
He was playing it in the brain during the Brain.
Greg Gutfeld
Jessica. I'm sure it's probably something like Dave Matthews or Arcade Fire.
Jesse Watters
I like.
Jessica Tarlov
Don't make fun of me. People who aren't liberal also like Arcade Fire.
Greg Gutfeld
What is it?
Mary Katharine Ham
I don't know.
Jessica Tarlov
I mean, I was. It'd be stereotypical. I feel like anything on Madonna's Immaculate Collection. I would really like, you know, maybe like, Papa Don't Preach is fun.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, that's a great song.
Jessica Tarlov
Are you mocking me?
Greg Gutfeld
Yes. Oh, Kaylee.
Kayleigh McEnany
Well, just to be opposite of Jessica, totally like anything. Toby Keith and I will play in the green room. And Jesse played his song during the commercial break. It was really catchy.
Jessica Tarlov
It's good, though. I'm surprised you liked it.
Jesse Watters
It's. What?
Jessica Tarlov
There was some profanity in there.
Jesse Watters
So what?
Kayleigh McEnany
Toby Keith? Yeah.
Jessica Tarlov
Oh, no.
Greg Gutfeld
He be interesting. Don't do country music.
Mary Katharine Ham
Stranglehold. Ted Nugent. Listen to the intro. It's fantastic. There's no way you can't beat that.
Greg Gutfeld
Ooh, that's a good one. That's a good one. See that? I'm in the same era. I was gonna say Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap by acdc. One of the greatest riffs. Or Honey Bucket by the Melvins. That's a great riff. I would start with a riff. That's the way I would do it. And we're done here. One more thing's up next.
Jesse Watters
Hey, look at that.
Greg Gutfeld
They got one of.
Kayleigh McEnany
Well, it's time now for one more thing, Jesse.
Jesse Watters
All right. Pigeon fest was all over Manhattan. This is the best bird. Buffs battle it out for top pigeon. Categories include plumage, strut, sound, and stage presence. Each contestant started their stuff before a panel, and a bridges artist took home the top prize, and she worked on this costume for a month. Well done tonight, Jesse Waters, primetime, Ashley Strohmeyer, Tom Homan, and Kayleigh McGee. White, I believe, is a hyphenated name.
Kayleigh McEnany
Yes, well, we will be watching that, Greg.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, tonight we got a great show. It's Tom Salou, Jon Ed, Joette Jones, Adam Hunter and Kat Tip. That's tonight at 10. Hey, let's do this. You know, I was at the local pool uptown and take roll this. You wouldn't believe who I saw swimming. Steven Tyler from Aerosmith was out there, you know, taking a break. Taking a break. Actually, you know what, Steven? Ty is doing well. He's very happy. Not afraid to take a selfie, that's for sure. Very slow underwater. That's actually a grouper, a potato grouper. And his name is Tater.
Kayleigh McEnany
I see. Maybe you'll see Stephen on vacation. Greg. Jessica.
Jessica Tarlov
Okay. Music icon Ozzy Osbourne is taking merch to a whole new level. The Prince of Darkness teamed up with Liquid Death to release a limited edition iced tea with a twist. Each can is infused with his actual DNA.
Jesse Watters
No.
Jessica Tarlov
Yes. Oh, is this fake too?
Greg Gutfeld
No.
Jessica Tarlov
It's priced at $450 a piece. There are only 10 cans available. Who wants it?
Kayleigh McEnany
Interesting. Love it. All right, my turn. During a storm in Pennsylvania, a doordash driver spotted a mommy raccoon desperately hanging from the side of a house's roof to save her baby from falling. Look at that. I'll also be guest hosting Hannity tonight, so tune in on the note of the raccoon. And I wanted to save time for Mary Kathryn Ham.
Mary Katharine Ham
Thank you so much. Police in Chile found an orphaned bab and they're calling him Miguelito. Cops found him while visiting a local herder. His parents died. Now he's serving shifts with them and maybe warrants in a little uniform, and I question his authority.
Jesse Watters
Hey, I'm Trey Gowdy, host of the Trey Gowdy Podcast. I hope you will join me every Tuesday and Thursday as we navigate life together and hopefully find ourselves a little bit better on the other side.
