Harold Ford Jr.
For the five.
Greg Gutfeld
Hi, I'm Greg Gutfeld along with Kayleigh McEnany, Harold Ford Jr. Jesse Waters and she base her turkey with an eyedropper. Dana Perino, the Five President Trump firing up the troops in Japan with his signature Trump dance as he continues his four day Asia tour. DJT meeting with Japan's first female prime minister, a fellow conservative who was literally jumping on stage over the $550 billion trade deal they just signed in exchange for a lower tariff rate of 15%. The two leaders bonding over a baseball game while pledging a golden age of alliance. Trump then firing up US Troops on board the USS George Washington.
Donald Trump
Unlike past administrations, we will not be politically correct. You don't mind that, do you? When it comes to defending the United States, we're no longer politically correct. We're going to defend our country any way we have to. Our ultimate strength. That's true. It comes from you people. Incredible people, good looking people. Too many good looking people. I don't like good looking people. I never liked good looking people. I'll be honest with you. I've never admitted that before. But see, I'm allowed to see. You know, we wanted the Supreme Court a thing based on merit. You know about that, right?
Greg Gutfeld
He's saying the Supreme Court is ugly. That's what he's saying. Contrast Trump bringing home the bacon for America through trade and peace with the latest bullcrap that the Dems are focused on. Tampon Tim pushing a hoax that the President's top priority is the White House ballroom. I can paint any damn picture you want for you. They're paying contractors to tear down the east wing, but they're not putting money into the food bank that they're setting on. And when the White House press secretary said the top priority is the ballroom, we could not disagree more. Oh my goodness. And Jazzy says Trump policies are killing people. Surprise.
Kayleigh McEnany
I think that the question should be which party is truly about being pro life, which party is truly about the entirety of the United States and which party is really more patriotic? I'm hoping that all Americans can finally wake up and say we are going to prioritize ourselves. We are going to look for people that maybe we don't think they're super funny or super entertaining, but they will not try to deal death to us with every single policy that they hand out.
Greg Gutfeld
Gotta say, Fabio is looking great. Dana, you know, when you see Trump like go abroad, do you get the sense that to the rest of America, the rest of the planet, he's kind of a symbol of America. He's like. Cuz he's, he kind of encapsulates all the personality, the optimism, the excitement of America when he goes where he goes.
Dana Perino
Absolutely. But I do think that you kind of think that especially in the receiving country certainly thinks that. That's why sometimes when President Biden would get up there and start to talk and it was feeble and unsure, it would be like, that's not, that's not us. Not us. I think he's had a great visit. I love that the Japanese gave him Shinzo Abe's putter. That's nice and creative. Gift giving is a real part of their culture and I'm sure he was touched by that. Like he'll never forget it. And so those kinds of personal touches can really matter when the rubber hits the road in the future. For example, if China makes a move on Taiwan or if North Korea starts to make some moves, then Japan can say, Mr. President, she can give him a call. It also reminded me of the first person to call the United States and President bush after the 911 attacks was Koizumi of Japan, which was kind of remarkable given that 43's father and Koizumi's father fought against each other in World War II. So you can see that freedom, democracy and a willingness to have a good relationship and communicate and be allies can have a very fruitful. Can lead to a very fruitful relationship that bears great consequences for your countries. It's when you stop talking that things go bad.
Greg Gutfeld
Exactly. But who will never stop talking is Jesse. He. He never said this before, that he didn't like good looking people.
Jesse Waters
I know what he's talking about.
Greg Gutfeld
He's talking about Fox and Friends. That's why he goes on Fox and Friends.
Jesse Waters
No, he's talking about guys. He likes good looking women. He doesn't like good looking guys. And I agree. And if you walk into a party and there's a male model, you want to get the hell out of there. It just doesn't make you comfortable. You understand?
Harold Ford Jr.
Greg?
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah. That's why I. You're a 10 and that's why all the.
Jesse Waters
Those people don't want to be near you.
Greg Gutfeld
They leave when they see me.
Jesse Waters
Exactly.
Greg Gutfeld
Incredible women too.
Jesse Waters
And I'm not one to heap unwarranted praise upon this president, am I?
Harold Ford Jr.
No.
Jesse Waters
Am I?
Greg Gutfeld
Never. Never ever.
Jesse Waters
But this is a masterclass. Think about right out of the gate, he laid claim to the Arctic and then what did he do? He basically now controls the Atlantic and European theater from the Ukraine mineral deal The UK trade deal, the EU trade deal, the NATO deal, then he locked up opec. We have huge leverage over OPEC because the AI deal, the peace deal, and then we established deterrence with the Iran strike. And then we kicked the Chinese out of Panama and Maduro's neck, so they better watch out. And then we just came all the way up the East Asian rim, Australia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, and sign this great historic trade, mineral and defense pact with the Japanese, our closest and dearest ally in the region. We have basing rights there. They hate China. And I'm not saying we have checkmated China. Greg, I would never go overboard. You know me. But everywhere, every inch of the globe, we have confronted them with economic and military power. And it's been amazing to watch.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah. You know, Kelly, I. You know, Harold's going to say, let's not bring Joe Biden to this, but we will anyway. He's greeted like a rock star on a global stage. And meanwhile, you have the Democrats wallowing in their petty grievances, talking about the ballroom. Are they just going to be forever stuck in this hole that Biden put them in?
Harold Ford Jr.
Yeah, and I would say Trump continues to dig that hole deeper for them. He does these things that are just normal, like building a ballroom, and then they fall into a very deep hole, and then they find themselves in this endless cycle that the American people just look at and they roll their eyes and I mean, look at this. He's just having fun. To Jesse's point, he's just winning for trade deals at scr, at ecn. Then he goes and he gets this big deal in Japan worth 110 of their economy in a year. I mean, that's ginormous. And that's after he does no tax on tips, no tax on overtime bombs for dough, releases, the hostages. I mean, all this in just a few months, and it's paying dividends. Like, I wish Jessica was here. I'm going to text her this polling because I just found some new polling where.
Jesse Waters
Let's do that.
Harold Ford Jr.
43% October of last year said the economy is the biggest problem. This year, 24%. So 20% fewer say the economy is the biggest problem. He's made a difference. Republicans, the generic ballot for Democrats is the worst it has been in the last 20 years. Years. And then finally, when you look at the shutdown, Republicans in Congress gained 5 points in popularity during the shutdown. Republicans keep winning. The polling's bearing that out. He's having fun. He's dancing in Malaysia. And Democrats are just falling into the hole of the East Wing.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah. You know, Harold, you're unlike a lot of Democrats. You can actually find joy in what's happening with Trump. You see, he's doing well, he's making stuff happen. Can you convince your party that maybe it's better to contribute than tear things down?
Harold Ford Jr.
I always want to do that when it's my party or the other party. I'll say this. Good to be back with everybody first off. Two, I don't like it and I'm going to say it again. I think any president, when you're overseas, there's no need to trash the former president. You're Democrat or Republican. I just say, come home, do all the politics. I think that's wrong to do. Three, I hope all these things the President's gotten over here, Kayleigh and Jesse, it's all true. I hope that. I think the president said $19 trillion in commitments to invest in America. I don't know if all of that will come to fruition because I don't know how you enforce that. I don't know if that president or the person leading the country is able to ensure that those dollars, those resources are committed. What happens when they're not in office? And frankly, a lot of these countries, these countries are facing some economic hardship themselves. And to think that they're going to give commit this kind of money to our country. I hope it's the case and if anybody can get it done, it's President Trump. But here's what I. Here's what I don't know. I don't know what's going to happen with China. You're right. All of this is about China. Jesse, if we don't get a reset of the relationship, if we don't get a reset of how and what they buy from us, and for that matter, what they continue to allow us to access, mainly rare earth minerals, then none of this really matters because they are the biggest trading partner. I also hope India sustains its commitment to not buy Russian oil. And I genuinely, genuinely hope and pray that what we're seeing today, what looks to be like a collapsing of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, I hope that ends and the President is able to bring that back together. What I do know, I don't know about the polling, I'm not a big poll guy, but what I do know is that one out of eight Americans depend on food stamps to eat and there that that program runs out of money on Saturday. What I do know is that air traffic controllers, we didn't have Enough of them three months ago. And now many of them are not coming to work because they're not being paid.
Democrats should vote.
Here's what I do know. I do know this. If President Trump, consistent with that point, said to Republicans, John Thune, who's my friend, and Mike Johnson, go negotiate a deal with those guys.
Join Fetterman. It's very simple. Just vote with Fetterman.
Yeah, if I were in the Senate. If I were in the Senate, I'd join Fetterman. The problem is you still need six more votes, which means when I served in Congress and when I was in politics, we. When you needed more votes, there was nothing you could do but go back and negotiate. But here's what I'm saying. I know one thing for certain. If President Trump, much like he got Netanyahu and Hamas to figure out how to give the hostages back to Israel, if he told Thune and Johnson, you can sit down and negotiate with Democrats, I guarantee you the one out of eight Americans who depend on food stamps would have food this weekend. Air traffic controllers would be paid. And everybody.
It's a clean cr. There's nothing to negotiate. It's interesting.
Greg Gutfeld
Harold just compared the Democrats to Hamas.
Harold Ford Jr.
No, I didn't.
That was interesting.
It was interesting. This is what I know. One out of eight Americans on food. Sampson, that's. That's a doggone shame.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, up next, AOC and Riley Gaines are having a cat fight.

Dumpster Dems getting smacked across the face with the most obvious political advice of all time. According to a new center left group's report, left wing ideas have wrecked the Democrats brand and they've only grown with self described white liberals. A real shocker, right? Most voters believe Democrats over prioritize issues like protecting the rights of LGBTQ Americans and fighting climate change while not caring about securing the border or lowering the rate of crime. And nowhere better is this illustrated than the beef between Riley Gaines and aoc. Gaines says America is being destroyed from within by aoc Bernie and Zoram the Destroyer. AOC sniped back, saying this, maybe if you channeled all this anger into swimming faster, you wouldn't have come in fifth. And now Gaines says, let's settle this beef with a battle of the wits.
Riley Gaines
I want to honestly challenge AOC to a debate. She can defend socialism. I will defend capitalism. She can defend removing God. I will defend embracing a biblical worldview. She can defend child sacrifice. I will defend the sanctity of life, any of the radical, insane Democratic policies and platform that they stand for. I will debate the opposite. I'm challenging AOC to adhere.
Jesse Waters
But here's what Gaines would be up against in a debate.
Harold Ford Jr.
This city was built by the Irish escaping famine, Italians fleeing fascism, Jews escaping Holocaust, black Americans fleeing slavery and Jim Crow, Latinos seeking a better life, Native people standing for themselves, Asian Americans coming together in Queens, in Brooklyn, in the Bronx, in Manhattan, in Staten island, in this country.
Jesse Waters
All right, so Dana, the fight between AOC and Riley Gaines, what kind of, what does that represent?
Dana Perino
Well, it's interesting on several levels, which is that one, women can fight in politics just as well as men in terms of debating. And I would love to see a debate on the merits, right, Because I do think people are a little too siloed. Like when Hannity hosted the Newsom DeSantis debate, I couldn't wait to watch that. And I actually think people are hungry for this kind of thing. If you look at even podcast numbers now, people are wanting to listen to longer form conversations to actually hear these ideas. And it would be good if they would both sit down. I would hope that they would do that. Maybe we could make that happen. One of the things about this study is that we see it every few months, but the Democrats don't ever take advantage of it. Greg has talked about the awfuls. The, what is it?
Greg Gutfeld
White, affluent, white female liberals awfuls. We said they were taking over the party. They did.
Dana Perino
And one of the reasons is because that's where a lot of the energy and the money is. Now, give you an example. Mackenzie Scott was married to Bezos, right? She has $20 billion, $20 billion with a B to just spend on all of the left wing groups that she wants. Soros, over 70 years, has spent $32 billion. She's done that in five years. Okay, so there is energy and money on that side of things. And where there is money, there is typically power. I would also point out today, however, that you do see changes. So Bill Gates, who created Microsoft Billionaire, today in the New York Times says, guys, no need to worry. Climate change is not going to be the end of the human race. It's okay. Everything's going to. We should actually focus on things like poverty, disease. And look, I Agree, but how long has it been? I've been doing those issues for a long time from a comms perspective. And this was always going to be the case that climate change was going to be the end of the human race. And where did that idea come from? Where did that money come from? Who pushed that? And if you trace all of that back, you can see where the Democrats were paralyzed because they had to toe the line or the people that were funding the causes.
Jesse Waters
Gates. Another one, Dana, where the ex just takes the money and throws it to the communists. Am I right, Greg? You gotta have a prenup. Gotta have that pre.
Greg Gutfeld
That is not unusual. If you go on to Grok and you put in like who are the 20th richest women like America? The majority are from. Are either daughters of billionaires or divorced from billionaires. And you can see where they like whether it is Apple, what's his face, Jobs, ex, wife or Gates or whatever. They're all spending that money on activism. I think we need a bikeathlon with AOC in Gaines. Debate swim, debate swimming and then a hot tub party at Kudlow's. I don't think, I don't think AOC could keep up with her. But this again, it reveals a hierarchy of grievances and how it turns women against women. AOC is not brave. She's throwing women, biological women, under the bus to gain some kind of virtue signal from men who pretend to be women. This is gonna look so bad. And imagine what a better place the Democrats would be if they listened to the five. We have been talking about this forever. I'm beginning to think that maybe on this show from now on we give the worst advice so the Dems will do the reverse. It's kind of like the Dems are like the daughter who only dates guys her parents hate. So if we actually said, you know what, everybody should be trans. I think trans. I think we should all have 16 pronouns. Then they would have probably embraced more traditional things. Cuz none of their stuff is based on truth. It's based on reaction. A lot identity. The instant gratification of status that they get from being seen as caring. It's really, it's kind of sad. They gotta start seeing people as individuals and not as identities because it's also create. This is one last thing getting my thoughts together. They say that they want women to be strong, but they also want them to identify as victims. You can't have both.
Harold Ford Jr.
Harold now listened to. I watched this video again and again and I watched Ms. Gaines say what she said and I Wondered why Congresswoman aoc, who was very smart and capable, why she would respond that way. One of the things that Donald Trump did so well in the 24 campaign was he took an issue that less than 3% of the country had said in polling they were concerned about. I don't like polls, but just listening to this poll for a second, that LGBQT issues, transgender issues, and he spent a quarter of a billion dollars running ads saying that Democrats were for these things. That majority of the country, overall majority of the country was not for what he did was. He disqualified us. He disqualified our values, he disqualified our positions. And instead of talking about our positions, we're engaging them on an issue that is not a win for us. I give the president credit on this issue. I give him credit on closing the border. But Democrats, we can't swing at every pitch. You can't swing at everything in the strike zone. Be more like that guy Ohtani who hit two home runs last night and got put on base seven more the first time a guy had been on base nine times in a race. He didn't swing at everything. If we want people to listen to us on how we want to fund rural hospitals, how we want to fund Obamacare to make sure those in this country who depend on it, 24 million, still get it. If we want people in this country to listen to us on what we're going to do when AI displaces millions of Americans with all the great efficiencies it brings, but we don't know where people are going to work. We've got to get right on these social issues. Don't swing at every pitch. Get back to the substance and the ideas.
That was quite a game last night. Really impressive. I don't know if you watched it.
Dana Perino
Did you stay up?
Harold Ford Jr.
I did. No. Oh, my goodness.
One.
Okay. Well, it was a good game, but you're exactly right. Exactly right. Your party has to sideline these social issues because Kamala Harris's internal polling showed that that ad that says, you know, Kamala's for they, them, me, Donald Trump, I am for you. It moved the electorate by 2.7 percentage points. There is this piece that's so revealing. New York Times. Swing voters, young swing voters who changed their mind. Most of them voted for Trump. The most cited reasons for why they voted for Trump was either J.D. vance's debate. They really liked that. And number two, the trans issue. The trans issue comes up again and again. And I don't know why all of these women are so triggered by Riley Gaines. It's not just aoc It's Simone Biles, too. Riley Gaines is a rock star. She has given voice to millions of young female women and athletes like my sister, who got up early in the morning when it was still dark out in college and ran the 100 meter hurdles at a Division 1 school. In SEC school like university of Florida, Riley Gaines gave voice to women like my sister, athletes across the country, and Simone Biles, AOC I know. I don't think you're an athlete, AOC but you should be cheering her on nevertheless for fighting for other female athletes.
Dana Perino
All right.
Jesse Waters
And we just got word from Kudlow. He will be hosting the hot tub after party.
Greg Gutfeld
That's amazing. You know, that man is selfless.
Dana Perino
Never stops working.
Greg Gutfeld
He really is. He never stops working.
Jesse Waters
Handing out medals. Ahead, this MSNBC lady in JB back ribs think Democrats never called Trump Hitler.
Dana Perino
The Lumify effect.
Harold Ford Jr.
One drop. Now, this is gaslighting on steroids. MSNBC host Nicole Wallace hosting Illinois Governor J.B. pritzker on her podcast. And apparently they don't believe that any Democrat has ever compared President Trump to Adolf Hitler.
Jesse Waters
I haven't suggested that Donald Trump is Hitler. I wouldn't say.
Harold Ford Jr.
I don't think any Democrat has. I actually. And I. And I think it's a smear that they project back on to critics.
Dana Perino
Hmm.
Harold Ford Jr.
Well, let's just say the archives disagree. Roll the tape, Timu Hitler in the.
Kayleigh McEnany
White House right now.
Dana Perino
Incredibly dangerous that Donald Trump would invoke Adolf Hitler. That's Hitler's language reenacting the Madison Square garden rally in 1939.
Jesse Waters
Everything that he has done has been tearing down constitutional democracy. And that's what happened in Nazi Germany.
Donald Trump
This is not Germany. That's the SS and the Gestapo.
Harold Ford Jr.
The tape never lies. Jesse, I believe you called him JB back ribs.
Yeah.
Jesse Waters
Well, this would be like if Trump said, I never suggested the Democrats stole the election. It's just so obvious. Nicole Wallace has leveled this charge. Guests on her show week after week have leveled this charge. This is so dumb. We just did a segment on the fact that Democrats should be talking about health care, the economy, education, and they still go with Hitler. It's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. But you know what? I don't care. I'm going to do the opposite. Greg, I think they should call the president Hitler. And I also think that the ballroom should not be built.
Harold Ford Jr.
Nice, Nice. I like that tact. You know, Dana, there's maybe. Okay, the gratuitous interpretation of this is he's not lying. It's just become so much a part of the vernacular of the left that they don't even realize they say it. Which is a scary proposition.
Dana Perino
Right. So they said they didn't call him Hitler. They called him a fascist, called federal agents under him, the Gestapo, called ISIS secret police, called him a totalitarian, called his events Nazi rallies, but they didn't say Hitler. But then we saw that they did call him Hitler. Just last week, a Democratic candidate for a major House seat in California literally said Trump was Hitler because Hitler also liked building ballrooms. Oh, yes, we bring it full circle, but the real guilty party of this might also be the media, because about 10 or 12 years ago, if you used Hitler against one of your political opponents here in America, the media would take you to task. That's outrageous. You would be forced to apologize. But then Kamala Harris made fascism her closing argument, and the media all agreed.
Harold Ford Jr.
Yeah, no, you're exactly right. And the media is so culpable. I mean, Greg, I remember back when I was at CNN when Donald Trump was first on the horizon, there was an assertion from my left wing colleagues that a rally of his people had positioned their hands as if they were at a Hitler rally. I mean, this is going on for 10 years and you don't have people pushing back.
Greg Gutfeld
Well, I mean, okay, so a little. When I. When you look at. We just played a small number of the references, it could have taken up the whole show. Do they believe that they're not doing it or do they not care? And I do think that they are more interested in winning arguments than seeking out the truth. And the best example is going after Hegseth for his non Hitler tattoos, but going after the. But then letting this other guy who had an actual Nazi tattoo. So they're not interested in the truth, they're just interested in winning the argument. They don't care. Could be some cognitive dissonance going there where they're just rationalizing the fact that reality doesn't match their beliefs. And if Nicole Wallace suddenly realized how wrong she was, the whole facade might crumble, which would be really hard to imagine. But I do think that they might have been citing Hitler so much, it's like Paul Mollie, they're soaking in it. They don't even know. Or maybe they think that, like, they aren't comparing Trump to Hitler because that makes Hitler look bad. I don't know. I know Harold's gonna disagree with me on this. We cannot let the Dems move forward until they look backwards, because You've got to face these errors. You know, who's to say? Not in the, like in the future, the Dems are going to demonize another Republican candidate to the point of putting them at risk, putting their lives at risk. Or they're going to run and try to elect a severely compromised infirm candidate because the person they just compared to Hitler is far worse than the man who's mindless now. It's Trump Hitler. It's not just Hitler you're running against. This is why there has to be a reckoning, because they're gonna keep doing this. It's actually gonna get worse.
Dana Perino
Last week they called Vance Hitler.
Greg Gutfeld
Yeah, yeah.
Dana Perino
They're getting ready.
Harold Ford Jr.
You would think they are. Entirely. You would think after two assassination attempts against Trump, the assassination of Charlie Kirk, it'd be very simple to just be like Fetterman and say, hey guys, let's not call anyone Hitler.
I agree. I mean, I think when you get. I agree with everything that's been said around the table. I do disagree slightly with Greg, but I think you always have to look forward. But your substance was right. The answer to that question should have been Nicole. We had too much of this back and forth in our politics. He's not Hitler, nor we low IQ or dumb. We've got to get beyond this. We're living in a time in which the country's facing elections where affordability is on the ballot for Democrats and Republicans and the President's talking about we're the hottest country in the world. If that's the case, why is consumer confidence at a six month low? Why are auto payments at the highest delinquency rate in a year? It's because a lot of Americans are struggling. Let's get past all the language. It's causing things that I want to have happen. Let's get back to talking about issues instead of engaging. The more we engage it, same as the last segment. If we swing at every pitch, every pitch outside the strike zone, we're not going to win.
Greg Gutfeld
You keep saying this analogy, but they were never talking about issues. Harold. I can't remember.
Harold Ford Jr.
So we can't sit here and say crime is bad and we want a crime bill. The last time we had a crime bill was a Democrat. The last time we had a balanced budget in this country was a Democrat. That was president, a Republican Congress.
Greg Gutfeld
All I'm saying is crime is down under Republicans.
Harold Ford Jr.
But let's get back. I just, I don't, I don't agree with you say Democrats. We've never been on the Right side of these issues. Republicans have a moment right now. And I'm saying to my party, they will continue to have a moment if we do the things which you so eloquently said. And I think it's been repeated around.
The time of the. I think the left should listen to Jesse's advice at the top of the segment, not Harold's. All right, up next, actor Charlie Sheen is blowing Bill Maher's mind with his no nonsense fix for crime.
Dana Perino
Well, it turns out that Charlie Sheen might have some better ideas on solving crime in big blue cities than the Democratic Party. So check out what he told Bill Maher about repeat offenders in New York City.
Jesse Waters
Some crazy percentage of crimes, some side of crime was like, from 600 people who just over and over did like 80 of the. That is what it is. I know.
Harold Ford Jr.
Wow.
Jesse Waters
So if you're able to build statistics from that, you clearly know who the they are.
Harold Ford Jr.
Right?
Jesse Waters
I mean, so why aren't. Why, why not just take just that, those 600 people and this is. Build a special place for them. And this is why it's. So call it the 600 building. Right. You know, that's good. I mean, that's very good.
Dana Perino
I'm trying to imagine the reaction, Greg, if you and Jesse were on camera suggesting such an idea.
Greg Gutfeld
Well, it's called a prison. I mean, I love.
Dana Perino
It's a special place.
Greg Gutfeld
I love Charlie. I think I know what he's talking about, but we do.
Harold Ford Jr.
We.
Greg Gutfeld
The problem with New York City is we're closing prisons. And we believe that imprisoning people is somehow in injustice. And these criminals are actually villains. Their victims are not victims at all because society has made the criminals the victim. But the point he's making is a good one, which is amazing that just a small minority of people can destroy the fabric of society. You don't need a lot. It's the tyranny of the violent minority. Gad Saad made this point in a podcast. He said, if you look at a serial killer like John Wayne Gacy, he killed dozens of kids, but 99.9% of his life, he didn't kill any kids. He was mostly peaceful. He was a mostly peaceful clown. The point is, it doesn't take a lot. I have a few deranged people in my neighborhood, but there are, I don't know, 100,000 people that come through my neighborhood every day. So it's tiny. But those two people, they could ruin thousands of lives. One of them has, you know, in the last couple of months. So we have to focus on that small number. But we can't even focus on the.
Dana Perino
Large number and talk about numbers. Since 2018, Jesse, here in New York City, recidivism has skyrocketed. Amongst offenders with three or more arrests in a single year, the numbers are up 147%. One of these recidivists has a staggering rap sheet of 134 arrests.
Harold Ford Jr.
Wow.
Jesse Waters
Sometimes when you get hit in the head so hard and you go into a coma, you wake up and people have to reteach you the English language. They have to reintroduce you to your family. That's how I feel like dealing with Democrats. There are concepts that have kept civilization thriving for thousands of years. Border walls, different bathrooms, asylums. And it's like we're trying to teach basic things to Democrats and they're not going along with it. It makes me feel like they want civilization to collapse and civilizations have collapsed. There's no guarantee that the American civilization is going to continue to thrive and survive. If you have people, a faction of this country, dead set on tearing it down by releasing criminals, by destroying gender, by destroying the English language, you will have Rome. And that's what you're facing with these people. That's why Charlie Kirk talked about trying to save Western civilization. We're fighting each other. We're not fighting really China. We're kind of fighting Russia. We're really fighting Americans who want to destroy the country.
Dana Perino
And a week from tonight, Harold, we'll have the mayor's results here in New York City.
Harold Ford Jr.
And hopefully voters, everybody goes out and votes and votes. They're conscious.
Greg Gutfeld
Not everybody.
Harold Ford Jr.
You and I have talked about this. This is the very same thing that these guys were talking about. I don't know if the number is 600 or 400, but the number is a small manageable number. It would seem to me if I were president and I had control of the House and the Senate, they were both Democrats. I'd say, guys, we're going to go into these cities. I'm going to take. I saw Judge Jeanine on this morning. She was great on Fox and Friends. Her and Duffy were on this morning. I'd say we're going to end cashless bill. We're going to give you more money for cops, and you're going to find in every city where you have, whether it's 50, who's holding this back to go and do? I don't know the answer to that. But whatever's holding us back, put Judge Jeanine in charge of this and let's.
Greg Gutfeld
Do this across one question that somebody could ask.
Jesse Waters
Well, I know what it is. It's the Democrat mayors who tell the police chiefs what to do. And the police chiefs aren't elected. So they just do what the mayor tells them.
Harold Ford Jr.
They can pass the bill. You only need what they need. You have to have 60 votes in the Senate, them right now to get this, to get this the government back because of the way they do, the way that the rules are. You can pass by majority vote a new crime bill and do the exact things we're talking about. And these cities that don't want to do it, these Democrats, guess what, I'll be on here. You'll have other Democrats across the country saying, if you guys don't end Cassius Bail and take this money and arrest those 200 people that are creating 60, 70% of the crimes, not only are we going to. We're going to ostracize you nationally, you're going to lose your next race. That lady in Philadelphia, the mayor, she got elected because she was tough on crime. Daniel Lurie in San Francisco got elected because he was suffering crime in London. Breathe. These are Democrats that beat Democrats. I disagree with you there, brother. I think there's a way to do this.
I disagree with you entirely that next week you hope people vote their conscience. I hope they vote against socialism. I hope they vote against Zoram.
I think Democrats in the city are not socialists. That's what I mean, Harold.
I hope that conscience is not socialism.
I do too. I'm voting. I'm not voting for him.
You want to see? You're not voting for him. That's good. I hope everyone follows in your lead. So take that piece of advice.
Not that's my conscience.
That's good. That's a good conscience. Because if you vote the other way, what's going to happen in this city? The gang database. Gone. The gang database that's helped us identify gang members. Just Tish has said that. Totally gone under Zoram Mamdani. He says he may keep on Tish. Jess Tisch, who's been great. Well, the head of nypd. She says, I think everyone will follow my lead. I'll be the mayor. So what's the point of keeping Tish if you're going to then totally discredit her by forcing all these policies on her, like this one, reducing the jail population. You just noted, Dana, 134 times an individual has been arrested in New York City. Well, who's left in Rikers? The most hardened Criminals, as Bill Ackman has pointed out time and time again. So the only people left to release are the people who have 134 arrests or thereabouts. If you want the city destroyed, vote for Zoram Mondame. I hope the conscience of Democrats is your conscience. We're in a bad place.
I think the conscience. So don't mistake when I say conscience. I want people to vote whom they want to vote for. And I hope people vote for public safety. I hope people vote for inclusiveness against Mamdani. Exactly. But I'm not going to tell people out of both their kinds. But here's the thing. President Trump and his team could do exactly what we're talking about right now and pass a crime bill and say those cities. I heard Sean Duffy eloquently say this.
Jesse Waters
Morning that he join the government. Maybe we'll do it.
Harold Ford Jr.
You guys, if I had. If I were president. You asked me something. If I get elected president, you give me Democrats in the House and Senate. We won't have this nonsense. Because I'll go. I'll go and work with people. You come to whatever ball you want. If I'm.
Greg Gutfeld
No, you're running.
Dana Perino
Can I do a reading recommendation? I haven't done one in a while. Matthew Lynn is in Britain. He wrote a piece today saying that London is a warning for New Yorkers who don't want to go that way. It's in the Washington Post. Okay. Up next, why bosses are losing their minds over you and your texting during a meeting.
Greg Gutfeld
Hi, folks.
Harold Ford Jr.
I'd like to welcome back. America's CEOs are furious about employees texting during meetings, exploring new tactics from hiding wi fi passwords to even levying fines. JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon is not a fan. Watch this. If you have an iPad in front of me and it looks like you're reading your email or getting notifications, I tell you to close the damn thing is disrespectful. I happen to agree with Mr. Dimon on this. Wholeheartedly. I was guilty of this when I was younger in my career, but this is so such a bad thing. Kayla, what are your thoughts?
Look, if you're in a meeting with the CEO, a manager, obviously you don't do this. However, I will say, in this day and age, meetings and meetings and meetings and meetings happen over and over and over. And you just like death by a thousand paper cuts, as they say. Like just you meet for the sake of meeting. So when do you actually get stuff done? So a lot of Young people I hear complain. We meet and meet and we just never can get things done. So if you're working, that's one thing. If you're googling your happy hour hotspot.
That'S another prime time. How do you deal with this?
Jesse Waters
We're monitoring the situation, Harold. I mean, we are in the news business. If someone upstairs on the second floor is talking to me, I gotta find out what's going on in Venezuela. We could have just smoked another coke boat. I don't have time to listen to all these meetings and rap, rap, rap.
Harold Ford Jr.
Come on.
Jesse Waters
Smoking coke boats, that takes priority.
Dana Perino
DP meetings are too long. Ronsvald used to have standing only meetings so that nobody would get comfortable. So maybe try that. But also if you're in front of your boss, especially if they're Gen X, put your phone down. If you want a promotion you don't want to get. You don't want to be irritable towards your employers, put the phone down.
Harold Ford Jr.
Greg, you've managed more people than those around the table to your various jobs. How did you deal with this?
Greg Gutfeld
So true. Well, let me tell you something. The CEOs are in a great spot. They're usually older. They got maids, they got housekeepers, they got assistance. They don't even have to look at their phone. Somebody's looking at their phone. But you might say you have a single mother who's working hard, that's at your. In your meeting. And her son has the sniffles and she needs to get him an Uber to get to the doctor's office. That CEO is going to tell her. Tell her that she can't.
Harold Ford Jr.
She can't.
Greg Gutfeld
I'm just trying to make it so I can still look at porn during the day.
Harold Ford Jr.
Look, I think it's when with a client or you're with your. With the boss or you're with, you know, something with your kids. Of course. But you shouldn't. You shouldn't use it if you don't have to. One More Thing is up next.
Jesse Waters
I hear it all the time.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, tonight. It's time now for One More thing. Where am I? I go first. Tonight at 10pm we got Cat, Timp the wrestler turned mayor. Glenn Jacobs, Brianna Lyman and Tyrus. That's tonight. Let's do this.
Harold Ford Jr.
Wow.
Greg Gutfeld
Nothing's working here. Sexy Cooker Roll news. Check out this babe. This is a Coca Sea Falka.
Dana Perino
Oh, oh.
Greg Gutfeld
Philadelphia Zoo. It's a large lemur. Home to Madagascar. Have you ever been to Madagascar?
Jesse Waters
No.
Dana Perino
I want to go so badly.
Greg Gutfeld
It's a beautiful place. Great. Hume and I used to go to Madagascar on holidays. They make a unique crying sound. Dana. Much like you when you bump from my shoal. But anyway, I got nothing. Let's go to Dana.
Dana Perino
All right. Well, I got this video that reminded me of Hemmer. When he doesn't get the he always eats, jumping out every day. This is a Yorkie named Simon and he never lets his owner get close to his kibble. So it's always like a really. You have to wait till he falls asleep so you can get in there. He is very protective of his food. Go, Simon.
Jesse Waters
Jesse, you know, I fashion myself as a cultural anthropologist. Have you celebrated, Greg, the Day of the Dead?
Greg Gutfeld
All the time.
Jesse Waters
Mexico City is blowing up. Everybody dresses up at skeletons. It's a Pre Hispanic tradition. November 2nd. Should I pronounce it in Spanish? I don't need permission. Dia de muertos.
Greg Gutfeld
Oh, yes.
Jesse Waters
It blends Spanish colonial influences with indigenous practices of ancestor worship. So they can worship their ancestors, but it's racist if we worship ours. Not cool. Or as they would say, no bueno. Tonight, Jesse Waters prime time. Happy TDS Tuesday.
Greg Gutfeld
All right, Errol, you got 27 seconds.
Harold Ford Jr.
This gas station owner in Milwaukee, Faisal Bahmani, decided to help a lot of his customers who've been running low because of rising food prices. He decided to raise money. They help senior citizens and others. He's helped 30 so far. God bless him and God bless those who are giving to that that fund.
All right, Kaylee, news from Florida. There was a snake that got in a car. A python. That's Homestead. It's the gateway to the Everglades. How scary.
